Oh, that right there. High protein, low calorie breakfast wrap. Starting with our egg white wrap, it's just too easy. It's just too easy.
Egg whites into the blender, 4 minutes, whip them high. Whip them till they're stiff. Line a pan with parchment, give it a quick spray so it doesn't stick. You can add cornstarch or lemon juice for for structure, but I found that I don't know, it holds up without it. Spread it nice and evenly. Little bit of salt doesn't hurt. You can also season here with some garlic powder, whatever you want, but for the toppings I'm going in here, I'm not going to bother. In the oven literally 10 minutes. I honestly think that was like 8 minutes. That's how you want it to look when you pull it out.
I need to be really honest with you guys. Um I partied yesterday. Very rare. It's been like 14 months since your girl let her hair down that way. And so this is like my my version of like, you know, hangover food, I guess. I don't know. It's just way too easy to make something at home that taste taste as good or even better than McDonald's and you're not going to hate your life after you eat it. I did eat a burger on the way home last night though. Let's let's not pretend that that didn't happen. Okay.
Ricotta. I had to buy it this week. It was just calling my name. Oh my god. It's one of the best foods ever created, ever. Sliced tomato, turkey bacon, two fried eggs. Little touch of salt, some pepper. Shut me up and call me Susan. Let's roll her up. I'm being for real. No eggs benedict could make me as excited as the stuff I make at home. Oh. I make these wraps all the time. They are seriously filling. The problem with like a McDonald's, you know, breakfast thing is that I could eat like three. Under 500 calories, 51 grams of protein, done in 15 minutes. Bon appetit.
