So, in this topic, we're going to be talking about a lottery ticket, how every painting is a lottery ticket, and that's why it's important for you to either get old paintings out of your house or make the ugly art, which is subjective, right? That you can you can have the lottery tickets. The more lottery tickets that you have, the more chances that you have for people to reach out to you and say, "Hey, I want a commission." Or the more that they they see more of your your store. So, that's how I look at it is the lottery ticket effect. And don't give it out. Don't Don't don't get in your way of making money because you want to be the Mona Lisa, the polar bear, the pretty artist, where everything has to be pretty, and you think that you know what's best for the market. You don't know what's best for the market, all right? Only the market knows. Only God and the market knows. You don't know what's best. Trust me on that.

Cuz I always say, you never know whose sisters, godmothers, weddings, nieces, birthday, weddings, funeral, farmhouse. You know, like there's so many different things where you don't know the different scenarios of what plays out and why someone bought that painting. And a lot of times it plays out to situations like that. Someone's son is graduating from a some college where they have a bulldog and they have a I mean, so many situations. It's always like that. I'm telling you of a The opportunity's always laying like that on situations that you wouldn't even know anything about, and you can't predict it by you trying to be clever. You'll never know it. >> [snorts] >>

Anybody who's always Anybody who's asking like what type of projector that I use, it's not it's not it's not a secret or anything like that. I even have a video on YouTube about it. I use the print Pranceva? Hold on, let me see what the name is. It's called Pranceva. Pranceva. And I still have a open offer for today. Anybody any If anybody hits me up today or you want to upgrade your membership to the elite, which is just the annual, then I will ship you out a free projector. My offer is still open today for you. And also with the with the annual membership, it's basically 40% off than paying monthly, so you save money, but you also get free additional courses in there like the money mindset course. And there's another course in there as well that you that you get included with the VIP. So, it's just worth it on itself. Plus, you get a free projector sent to you. So, if you take me up on that offer, if you're here, if you upgrade, or if you want to upgrade, just send me a message inside the elite community, and I'll take care of you. I'll take care of you.

But yeah, so every painting is a lottery ticket. Like when you list a painting, you are putting it in front of the biggest judge, which is the marketplace. That's why That's why I don't I'm I stay away from like showing friends and family and stuff like that artwork anymore or anything like that. I am way past those days. People only do that for validation and free likes. I'm way past that because if you do that, that's how you go broke, and that's how you go out of business. I know so many people where they they stop being inspired by whatever their their craft is or whatever their business is because they was like, "My family wasn't supporting me enough." Could you imagine that? Like That's why I always tell people like even if you're starting a business, the best thing usually to do until you get your bearings or until you get your bearings with your confidence, right? Is that don't tell your friends and family about it because they're not the marketplace. They are not a unbiased market to know what is best for you. How are you going to become a better artist? How are you going to have your data points? How are you going to know what's best if you're only making art for free likes from people who you went to high school with 30 years ago? How do you know this? You These are fake data points. These people are These people feel guilty to not say yes, no, or likes on there.

I even know individuals, and I'm pretty sure you know these people too, where if it's their birthday or if they post something of their child or something, they take it as offense if you don't put a like on there or if you don't make a comment on there, and you're their friend, you're their sister, you're their whatever. And that's why I got away from social media, too. It's like it's too much of responsibility. I'm responsible for your certain people's feelings. And I'm not one to always want to get on and be like, "Great work. Oh, look at your child. Oh, look at this." Like and then if I don't do it, there's people out there who really do take offense to it. They'd be like, "Well, you never you never post What kind of friend are you? You never posted on my You never put a like You never put a like on my post." Those people are so exhausting. That's why I got away from social media, too. There is just so many things, but I that's why I said it was like digital narcissism. You'll never have a real standpoint if you if you just put stuff out there for your family, friends, or co-workers. They're supposed to say your stuff is good. They're supposed to say you're the cat's pajamas. They're supposed to say it. In comparison to the market who don't know me at all, they have no reason to lie to me. If they don't buy my stuff, then there's a reason they're not buying my stuff, and I have to do some reflection on it. Because if I'm looking at some of my other I'm I'm looking at some of my other like people who I work with, right? And they're making sales or something else, then I understand, "Hold on. It Maybe it's not It's not always the art. It's mostly about systems, especially when it comes to eBay. But I'm not judging what the market is going to I'm not I'm not judging off of friends and family. It has to be off of the market.

Like you don't know who is searching that day. You don't know who's like you'd be surprised. You don't know who's actually searching that day. Just because we're Just because we're on eBay, people think that like there's not plenty of rich people on eBay. There are. A lot of A lot of my biggest sales and my biggest commissions were all from eBay. And I'm and I've and I've done commission and I've done installations where I've gone to these people's homes, and they've had beautiful homes, mansions. And I wouldn't never say to myself, "Oh, why are you on eBay?" So many people are on eBay looking for different items. If you look If you even look for a If you go and look for a Whatever Whatever product that somebody is looking for, it could be Listerine. If somebody looks for Listerine and types in Google Listerine, what searches are you going to get? You're going to get Amazon, and then you're going to get eBay where to find it. It doesn't matter. If you're looking for Stephly shoes or whatever it is, people are on eBay. I [snorts] don't make the rules. I'm just I'm just being practical and telling you where the marketplace is at, and I'd rather go to the largest marketplace so they can look at my artwork. Cuz you don't know who's searching that day. And there's different levels for different people.

People would always say, "Hey, how come you're listing You have artwork listed and it's starting at $0.99, and then you have other artwork that's in your store, and it's at $9,000?" Because there's different levels when it comes to the marketplace, and you don't know who's shopping. But you also want to give yourself leverage when it comes down to negotiations. Because there's different levels. There's different levels of people, and you have to meet people at different levels of where they're at. Give people Give people a chance There's people out there who actually want to spend money with you, but you're not giving them a chance to spend money with you. I had to learn that as well from a mentor. Like There's people out there at different levels who want to spend money to you. Whatever your offer is or whatever your painting is, you might think that that's the best type of price point that you got, but there's people out there who actually want to They want to They want to circumvent the other people where it's like they want to have more access to you or more access to your art or They want to You know what? What do I got to pay What do I got to pay to be a little bit more VIP? All right? There's always a VIP pass to VIP, and you got to be able to give people the opportunity to get that opportunity, to get that offer from you. Don't always sell yourself short. Give people the opportunity to have a VIP offer from you in whatever business that you do. You wouldn't want to have a whole store where everything is just $100 on your buy now thing cuz then it's like you're racing to the bottom, and you don't have any Rolex pricings on there and and you're not giving people the opportunity You're not giving you're not giving someone who's actually a whale who would come into your store and a lot of times people a lot of times you'll have whales right they just want to spend money. And your store is not expensive of enough to want to have them spend money. They're like where's the expensive stuff at? I'm not going to stop here. I want to buy something I want to buy something people with money want to buy something that they feel like they can't have. So present yourself where you're having art you have pieces that they can't have. Give yourself the chance for those lottery tickets. Those are the lottery tickets. Put it out there and you'd be surprised and those are pieces normally come from pieces that you think are old or that that are out of your taste. That's in your basement in your closet. Like you do not know what color that someone needs for their bedroom for their office hallway rental property or anything like that. You don't know. That's why it's like sometimes when people ask me hey Corbellic uh I want to paint and I'm using a projector. What colors should I use? Use the use use any color that that's on your palette. Cuz you don't know what color that somebody is going to be looking for when it comes to their their office. That's how I always look at it like I'm I'm pumping out paintings. I'm not thinking about colors too much. Colors is kind of the last thing like I'm just using I'm using whatever colors that I want. But I'm just using the projector off of the just the proportions and the the symmetry. Someone else someone else is going to have a different favorite color because you're putting that lottery ticket out there. So they're going to see a color that maybe it wasn't even your favorite color but they're going to see something that matches their their home or they just bought a house and then they're they want to make it into a home and they're like well I was really looking for something that's perfect to your color theme that you did on this one. You don't even remember when you did it or why you chose that color theme.

Leave me a like in this leave me a like on the video if you just got here or if you haven't even just got here leave me a like if you appreciate what I'm saying if I'm dropping gems. If it makes sense to you maybe it doesn't make sense to you. You let me know. Or you can even write in the comments say no it doesn't make sense at all Corbellic you don't know what you're talking about. I'll accept that too. I will accept that too. All right let's dry this off a little bit so I let's let's dry this off a little bit so I can get a little bit more abstract into it. When I'm when I'm starting off with paintings I really like to go into a fast heavy and hard with the the big brush strokes and everything like that. You got to trust the process. Look I've been doing this for a long time. Even me I have to trust the process. It doesn't make sense at the beginning but I know what I'm doing it's like I go in very hard heavy big brush strokes and I'm trying to blotch out as many strong confident strokes as I can possible when I go straight into it and then later on I could tighten it up with some details or some other additional layers and colors if I want to. So that's what we're going to do right now and it's going to tighten up. All right watch.

Hold on quick break. This is important. I want to let you know that you were already an artist you were already a creator and you were already a phenomenal person. You don't have to be tech savvy you don't have to have social media following email list or any outdated ways that they say that you have to sell art. Everything is already mapped out for you on eBay where they already have the market there for you. I've sold over 17,000 paintings on eBay and I did it by being a ghost. I wasn't on social media. I didn't use it to market. I didn't do any of that stuff. focused on being on eBay and you can too from the comfort of your home. You don't have to go to art fairs. You don't have to try to get new networking or anything like that. Everything is mapped out for you. So like I said you don't have to be tech savvy. I have a system where you could copy and paste all the things in there. I have videos of how you could set up your account. I have everything there for you so that way you could get started. You get started with a 14-day sales activity challenge that way you could get your first sales and then you could get your first transactions. You're going to have your first sales by the time that you're done with the 14-day sales activity. But the best part is that you're not alone. You're going to be having a supportive community that's going to be there along with you. Other courses they just have where you're going through it a long alone and you're just trying to figure it out but here you're always going to have a full supportive community of people who already succeeded who already gone through the steps and will help you along the way. You can ask any questions and we also have a weekly Q&A call where you can ask me any questions. All right? So you have nothing to lose. Look everything in the world has gone up in pricing so give yourself a chance right now where you can make some additional income for yourself for your family and see what you want to do.

So Let's see who else we have in here in the comments. Anyone know of a good projector? Yeah the the Prince Ebba it's really good. Anybody else? Let's see here. Sheila says I got mine from Amazon but it doesn't enlarge or shrink. I have to move the tripod back and forth. No there's a way how you have to do that. I show I show how you do that Sheila. It's very it's very simple as long as you have uh as long as you have like a computer if you're doing it from a laptop or something like that it's very simple because only thing you have to do is just do a maximum size copy like you just you can pinch it in and out. You don't have to move the tripod at all. That just makes too much work. So all you have to do is just just drag it. You can enlarge it. But I have a video for that. Murphy says looking good with the flowers. Watch this going to look real good. Watch we're going to punch in on this. It's going to look really sharp. You know what first thing that we're going to do? Let's let's just go in with I'm going to go in with with some some crown first. That way we can have this before I go back in with the actual paint again. And I'm just going to do some abstraction. I love doing abstractions with the like either the pastel or this is the the Caran d'Ache. As y'all helped me pronounce yesterday that the Caran d'Ache. So I just get I just get really funky with it really quick with the pastels. As you can see. Like we're just going to like go in here really quick. And then we'll tighten it up with the with the paint afterwards and it'll all come together and we'll be done. But it's like you know when it comes to paintings you with the lottery tickets you don't know what emotional connection that a buyer will have with one piece. And that's the thing that always gets to and and for you, you'll be biased cuz you'll be like, well, you'll you'll think nothing about it. But then there's people who have emotional connections to it. And you have to give them a chance to have that emotional connection with your piece. One painting that might see it sitting in your basement while another one is getting bids instantly. Like I always said that to people, don't just have paintings sitting stand by all idle either in your basement or in a death pile or don't even have it just sitting too long in your inactives tab or in your drafts tab. Have it work for you. It could be working for you by actually bringing impressions to your store. Right? Giving giving you the opportunity to have people come to your store and come to your auctions. I understand. I understand in your mind you're like, you don't want to admit it. The death pile just seems like too much work to list. You're like, it's like another job. I just want to paint. I don't want to actually do the eBay stuff. I just want to paint. And the more that goes by, it's like the more the more work that you feel like you have to do. But it's just like climbing Mount Everest. You just have to do one step at a time and eventually you'll get there. But if you look at the whole mountain, you're never going to want to do it. I have a video that's inside the community where I show it was the first of the year. I had to list 300 paintings. 300 I had I had 300 paintings that um they were unlisted because like I I like it was like my live stream paintings and there was like yeah, maybe like half of them I didn't do. So it came out to like 300 paintings that I had to list. And I show in the in the community with the video and I also show internally inside of eBay how I listed in bulk, how I did it so quickly, how I'm able to do it so fast and how you could do that too. If I'm able to do 300, then you're able to get rid of your death pile in your house and make money. I promise you. And then you and then and then you'll be writing me thank you notes inside the community. Curbelique was right. I was so hardheaded and stubborn. He was right. Why didn't I listen to him? I didn't think anybody wanted this old piece that I've done years ago and it sold overnight. I'm telling you. I'm never going to steer you wrong. I'm never going to steer you wrong because I'm just trying to steer myself right from the past. The only way that I can fix my The only way that I can fix my regrets The only way that I can fix my regrets and then fix the mistakes that I've made in my past is by sharing you the mistakes and sharing sharing the the the things with you of what I wish that I could learn or or things that I wish that I could have saved myself time on. So it's like at times I'm like, give me the chance to help you so I can help myself in the past. All right. Like give me the chance to help you so I can help me from the past. It's only right. Don't be so stubborn and hardheaded. If you want, we could even get together and we could do a one-on-one and I'll I'll I'll list with you.

Also, to everybody in here right now, this this Saturday at 9:00 a.m. I'm having a uh web I'm having a a free workshop that you could join in the workshop where it shows you how I generate uh through the the prompt reference creator from from start to finish uh 10 listings, how I'm able to create them, how I'm able to to pull up the references, then how I'm able to create them. I'm going to have a time lapse showing how how I paint and then I'm going to have those then I'm going to show inside the system how how I list it in there, how I use the title creator that we have in there that that pulls up the top SEO uh trending keywords from Kissimmee, the tool that we have that's inside the Elite Community. You just press one button, it pulls up the listing for you and you don't have to think about the best keywords. It already does it for you. Um I show how I do that. I show how I list it into eBay using the template. Well, so it's going to be from start to finish. So if you want to be a part of that, it's um I think I think it's already it's pinned right now in the free community. So you could go to the free community and it's pinned in there at the top and you could just type at the bottom workshop and it will it will uh send you a link. So that way you can set a reminder. It will send you a link so you can check that out. It's going to be really cool. I'm doing that this Saturday. That's 9:00 a.m. Uh avocado time Pacific time. So let me know if that if that sounds interesting to you or if you're going to be joining me. Let me know if you're going to be joining me. If you're going to be joining me, I can't wait. I can't wait to see you. We're going to be doing it live. So it's going to be live. As soon as you comment in there that you're like workshop, then you're going to get a you're going to get the link sent to you of where you can find the workshop at. So that way you don't feel like it's so impossible, it's so difficult. You can do this. Thank you so much Rachel for the $10 super chat. That really means a lot to me. It really really means a lot to me. I greatly appreciate it. >> [snorts] >>

Let's see here. Evelyn says, yes, uh Facebook is full of people telling all their personal business. I couldn't stand it. It is good for relative connections, all the ads junk. It sucks your time and energy. Exactly. So true. Yeah, I I got off of there. That was poison. All right. You know what? Let's turn the light on on this one and let's just freestyle the rest of it. Let's just freestyle the rest of this. Yeah, so so yeah, it's in there. The link is in there. >> [snorts] >> Here, you know what? I'll drop a link I'll drop a link right now real quick for you guys on the the workshop for the likes. I'm not going to say free likes because let's actually put in work in. But I even though I ask for the likes, I'm giving you likes as well. I'm giving you flowers for being here. You could be anywhere else. So I greatly appreciate you being here, giving me support as always. It means a lot. Listening to the gems that we're dropping, watching some beautiful artwork that we're making happy mistakes on and letting the market dictate decide, right? I'm done with this one. No more fiddle faddle. As we like to say. But you could just see how just made this one abstract, but it's still a a portrait. People love People love stuff like that. Let's put some eyelashes on her cuz I know that my market likes that. Give people a chance. But the only way the only way that you're going to find out is if you list it and just let the market respond to your artwork. That's the only way that you're going to know. That's why I always tell people work it fast and at least you'll have your data points starting out with. Consistency creates more lottery tickets and the more lottery tickets, that's how I was able to get my my opportunities. Look at that. I wasn't going to be able to be have opportunities in my life if I wasn't creating lottery tickets just like this and letting it go and throw to the wind without Hey, whatever happens happens. It doesn't matter as long as I'm showing up and doing different types of artwork. That way I'm giving a chance for other people to explore my artwork and see the happy mistakes. And there we have it right there. That's the end of the video. Like I said, you don't have to be a traditional artist. You can do this for yourself. You can start making money as early as next week. You can have everything mapped out and set up for you. Click the link below. Join us in the eBay art community so that you can do this for yourself. But if you're not interested, then that's fine, too. Just leave me a like on this video. Let me know that you appreciate the art that we're creating and the cool stuff that we're talking about and that you're vibing with it. Hey, that means the world to me as well. All right, I'm going to check you out on the next video.
