The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps has begun a missile launch drill following the American operation in Venezuela that made it clear that no dictator in the world is immune. The Iranian regime is in full panic mode as the protests against it spread and they escalate in their intensity with reports of violent clashes with security forces which have resulted in numerous fatalities and injuries. As Iran descends into chaos and lawlessness, its neighbors are watching with grave concern, increasing their own security presence along the borders and also conducting war drills. Iran's armed forces commander has also accused the United States and Israel of being behind the protests, totally ignoring the legitimate complaints of the protesters, the Iranian people.

The last 24 hours have seen dramatic developments in Iran with the regime appearing to be in survival mode and the president's advisers recommending to him that he make the hard decision and resign. And meanwhile, United States President Donald Trump has warned the regime against using massive violence against the protesters, saying that if they do, they will get hit very hard. And elsewhere in Syria, Operation Inherit Resolve has begun as the British and the French have begun striking ISIS hard in the Gaza Strip. Israel's concern about Kamas's threatening move despite IDF strikes and the presence in the Gaza Strip. It is rebuilding its status as the sovereign of the Palestinian people in Gaza. In Lebanon, Hisbala is arming up instead of disarming as it is supposed to be doing according to the ceasefire agreement. And Israel is on high alert, closely tracking Lebanon and striking Hisbala targets in that area when they move around in the open. and next door in Syria after a freeze in relations. Negotiations are being renewed for a security agreement with the El Julani regime and Israel.
So, we have a lot to talk about today. So, let's dive into the details. I'm Yayo Pinto and this is your boots on the ground report bringing you the whole truth about what's happening in Israel on day 821 of the war against Hamasbalah the Houthis in Yemen the Shia militias in Iraq and all the other armed groups in this region operating under the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps in Iran which is the head of the crumbling axis of evil in the Middle East. We are starting today's report with events in Iran. In Iran's capital city of Thran, citizens went through a long, frightening night of protest against the government. The streets of the city are filled with the smell of smoke and tear gas as crowds chant anti-regime slogans and security forces struggle to push back. Sometimes retreating and other times attacking the protesters with desperate rage. The protests and also the push back from the regime have taken on a new urgency following Saturday's events in Venezuela, which now makes it clear that what happened to the regime of Nicolas Manduro can happen to any dictatorial regime anywhere in the world. In a single night, the United States showed the world how it can neutralize an entire defense array, go in and come out with the president in handcuffs. The message to Thran was sharp. And this is not a theory on a vague warning, but a living proof. When Washington decides, even top-of-the-line Russian and Chinese air defensive systems can be rendered and then become blind and be overcome with hardly any trouble at all. This is a lesson that is being learned from Moscow to Beijing and everywhere in between. And it's what drove the revolutionary guards into panic. Because while Supreme Leader Ayat Ali Kami shuts himself away and the regime talks about chaos manufactured from outside, the Iranian street speaks a completely different language. For more than a week now, the wave of protests have been spreading and refusing to disappear. Iran's military chief of staff Abdullahim Musavi claimed that the enemies are steering chaos through soft war tools and economic pressure and directly accused the United States and also the Zionist entity of trying to incite unrest. And at the same time, protesters reported internet disruptions and fear of a full shutdown in the coming days. Already over the weekend there were reports of heavy masking on the phone in the networks and also on social media platforms as anyone calling from abroad knows that they could endanger the person on the other end in Iran.
And amidst all of this, there is a massive outside factor on everyone's mind and that's Venezuela. Inside Iran, both the regime and amongst the protesters, this event has been perceived as nothing less than a strategic earthquake. According to reports, the American operation in Karass was carried out using a combination of electronic warfare, precise strikes, and deep intelligence that quickly disabled an air defensive array considered especially dense based mainly on Russian main systems. Does that sound familiar? Maybe it's because that's precisely what took place during Operation Rising Lion in June when the Israeli air forces effortlessly took down the Iranian air defensive network. So this is now the second time in less than a year that an air defensive network based on Russian and also Chinese-built systems has proven to be completely useless against Americanbuilt aircrafts and electronic warfare systems. And I'm sure that everyone is taking note of this. On paper, Venezuela had long ranged S300 VM batteries, interception capabilities up to about 250 km along SA17 and SA11 systems and also older systems of SA2 that were upgraded. Its air force had Russian SU30 MK2 aircrafts and also old F-16s. But on the ground, as described, the systems remain completely blind. And once again, when the Iranian regime sees all of this, they see their own vulnerabilities and the other uselessness of the Russian and Chinese-built military equipment, not to mention their poorly trained and motivated soldiers.
According to reports in various publications, Iranian officials have already admitted that the Islamic Republic has entered a survival mode. President Masud Pazan, whom I'm actually beginning to feel sorry for, has publicly admitted that he has no ideas for how Iran can get out of this situation. This is what Supreme Leader Ayat Ali is taking a harder line and also demanding that the protesters be put in their place. He actually said those very words. In the meantime, President Trump has entered the conversation, declaring untruth social, his network, that if the regime uses massive violence against the protesters, the United States will intervene to save them. And in my humble opinion, this is a psychological breaking point for the regime because it forces it to choose between two bad options. aggressive repression that raises the number of fatalities and could ignite an American response or restraint that allows the protest to spread build self-confidence and bring more people into the streets. Of course, the last thing this regime will ever do is admit that they've made a lot of mistakes and ask the Iranian people to cooperate with them to find a path out of this bad situation that Iran is in. On the contrary, according to reports, Iran's Supreme National Security Council conveyed for a nighttime emergency session to discuss how to contain the protests with less violence and also prepare for the possibility of military strikes. In parallel, senior regime figures are trying to deter President Trump from acting on this warning with Ali Larijani, who holds the title of Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, issuing a dark warning that American intervention will lead to chaos across the entire region and harm American interests. Foreign Minister Abasaraki also claimed Trump's message is reckless and dangerous. This is why Parliament Speaker Muhammad Bhir Galibbaf said that such threats make all American bases and forces across the region a legitimate target. In any case, this situation matters a great deal to us here in Israel. And here is why Israel's security establishment is looking at this chaos in our most dangerous enemy with two thoughts in mind. On one hand, there is an assessment that Iran does not currently want a direct confrontation with Israel and its capabilities are very limited, especially after its air defenses were obliterated in the 12-day war. On the other hand, the classic fear of any regime pushed into a corner is a desperation move which makes no rational sense but is extremely dangerous. Israel's intelligence and security echelon is preparing for the possibility that Thran leadership will try to divert the Iranian streets attention through external action. The scenario that worries people most is that the IRGC might attempt to launch missiles at Israel in order to create unity under fire inside Iran or at least to generate a headline that makes the world look elsewhere. Therefore, the Israeli emphasis right now is readiness. According to reports, IDF Chief of Staff Aal Zamir instructed preparations for scenarios of surprises on all fronts, including readiness for an attack from Iran in light of the lessons of October 7th. In parallel, ministers in the government were asked by senior security officials to refrain from media statements on Iran in order to lower the chances that someone will miscalculate and Israel will get dragged into a campaign when we're not ready for it.
However, inside Iran, the economic story continues to inflame the streets. According to analysts that were published, Iran reached a low point with inflation reported to have reached 50% at the end of 2025. This is amidst the return of the United Nations sanctions under the snapback mechanism in September alongside European and American sanctions against the shadow fleet that ships Iranian oil. The public is abandoning the useless real currency, trying to get dollars, gold, and other hard assets while the regime instead is using all its money to fund terror proxies and missile programs. Within this reality, some of the protest leaders are looking to hope for the outside, even calling for American and Israeli intervention like what we saw in Venezuela. The regime is using these kinds of calls to try and rally their own supporters and justify their own violent repression. However, amidst all of this, there is another detail which is impossible to ignore. Foreign media networks are tracking a growing number of private aircrafts leaving Iran carrying senior regime officials and wealthy residents. This reminds us of how just over a year ago, many of the senior figures in Syria's Assad regime did the same thing. Eventually, including As himself, fleeing to Moscow with his immediate family and whatever cash and jewels that they could grab on their way to the airport. There is even an unconfirmed report that Kamina's personal aircraft is at the Makbad airport, ready to take him to Russia or to Turkey if necessary. As far as he's known, he's still scheduled to be in his palace and to carry out his speeches, but it's unclear whether his public appearances are live or recorded. So, this may be the moment where everything connects. We have a government that understands that the street is burning or the west is showing its teeth not in words but in action and that understands Israel is sitting on the edge with radars open eyes on the targets and zero tolerance for any kind of surprises. The question that ends this day is not only will the protest succeed. The bigger question is what a regime pushed into the corner will do. Will it choose to survive through restraint or will fire and will that fire remain inside Iran or try to break outwards towards Israel and possibly elsewhere? Overnight between Saturday and Sunday, British and French fighter jets entered Syrian skies and hit one very specific target, an underground ISIS facility, which is a few kilometers north of Palmira in the mountainous area near Tadmo. According to the official statements, this was not another round of strikes, but an action built on early intelligence with precision munitions intended to destroy weapons and explosive materials and also infrastructure without lightning Syria up again and keeping civilian casualties to a minimum. After the strike, it was emphasized that the area around the target was empty of residents and that all the aircraft returned safely. The British defense minister presented it as a statement of intent, clear determination against any attempt by ISIS to return and rebuild terrorist infrastructure in the Middle East.

And now we're getting back into the news and shifting our focus to events inside the Gaza Strip. In Gaza, the quiet of the ceasefire sometimes sound like background noise for actually rearmament of the Hamas terrorist organization. While the IDF forces walk on the ground dismantling infrastructure and searching for another tunnel shaft and another launch cell, the reality emerging from the latest reports is that Hamas is not only surviving, it is resetting, rebuilding, and restoring symbols of governance to the Gaza Strait. The clearest point in time came on Sunday when the IDF struck a Hamas rocket launcher that was ready to be launched towards Israel. This is not a routine strike in terms of a war that has already been going on for over 2 years now. Rather, it is a reminder that even in a period defined as a ceasefire, Hamas still has a military capability and it continues to try to keep the option of fire against our civilians on the table. in the background however the threats of United States President Donald Trump that if Hamas does not disarm the United States will act against it but at the same time Kamas's leadership openly declares that disarmment is not on the table at all and it senior officials repeatedly make clear that they will not give up their military capabilities and on the ground the rebuilding is not happening only through weapons in Israel security establishment that identified that the civilian economic access that is moving no less quickly than the military axis of Hamas. While according to assessments, the scope of humanitarian aid entering Gaza rose significantly from about 50,000 trucks in 2024 to about 70,000 trucks in 2025. Hamas, according to those same officials, controls the warehouses, the distribution points, and the markets, collecting taxes and protection payments from business owners, and channeling the money to recruit operatives, pay activists, and rebuild the mechanisms of civil control. At the same time, Hamas's increasing pressure on the population through intimidation measures and suppression of internal criticism, redeployment of police and also checkpoints and a show of force that restores the image of Hamas's civil rule in Gaza. The mechanism of fear is embodied by the Shahim unit, which is responsible for locating, arresting, and suppressing opponents of the Hamas regime. And according to reports after an event of mass execution attributed to this unit in October that drew harsh international criticism, the Shahim unit of Hamas now avoids publishing any kind of videos like that. But the activity itself continues. At the same time, images from the civilian sphere speak volumes. at a graduation ceremony for medical faculty students. At two universities identified with the organization, Alzar University and the Islamic University founded by Ahmed Yasin. There was a prominent presence of symbols identified with Kamas's rule. Kamas's rule is a sovereignty that is returning to stand on the front stages, on signs, and on flags inside the Gaza Strip. And opposite all of this, the IDF continues to dismantle the underground tunnel network so that Hamas cannot use it in the future. All of this is happening as political discussions are advancing to move to phase B of the agreement, but Hamas is still not disarmed of its weapons. This is also including the question of who will control the Gaza Strip and also which countries will take part in a possible international force. While in the background there is also a Turkish demand to integrate military forces on the ground and a declared Israeli veto. So if Hamas is rebuilding governance and also capabilities during a ceasefire, who will really be able to enforce the demand of disarmament? Now, let's shift our focus to the battle against Hisbala. This battle is leading us to the city of New York because former Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Manduro arrived on Sunday after being captured the day before by the United States Delta Force teams in Karakas. You might be wondering what this has to do with Hisbala, a terrorist organization that is controlling Lebanon. And the simple answer is everything. This is not only a moment of drama for the western hemisphere but a direct blow to the mechanism that allows thran and also to breathe under the radar in Venezuela. Over the years, a sanctions bypassing platform was built that enabled Iran and also hisbala to carry out logistical and economic moves under the western radar through mechanisms of front companies and shipping routes as well as narcotic trafficking. Iran and also Hisbala raised enormous amounts of money through participation in criminal activities and the Maduro regime in Venezuela was a major facilitator for all these activities. This has already been exposed by the United States Treasury and publications also stated on multiple media reports that this was going on. So when such pipelines of illicit money, weapons, narcotics, and people start to be cut off in Latin America, the real test takes place in the Middle East. And with all of this in mind, Israel is closely tracking southern Lebanon and in Jerusalem as security discussion is taking place about possible steps in light of Hisbala's rearmament and threats from the border. The assessment is that the Lebanese government is expected to announce soon the disarmament of the south, but Israeli officials are not taking this very seriously. Foreign Minister Gdonsar of Israel delivered a message to the United Nations envoy to Lebanon, Janin Hannes, this week saying that the efforts of the Lebanese government and the Lebanese army to disarm Hizbala are far from sufficient. This is especially in light of the organization efforts to rearm and rebuild with Iran's assistance. A security official added that does not really want to disarm. And meanwhile, the IDF is continuing to prepare for the possibility that fighting could resume in the near future, including with air strikes on his infrastructure and operations in southern Lebanon. And meanwhile, the security establishment is waiting for guidance from the political echelon and preparing rapid response scenarios.
So to bring all of this together, while the Iranian regime's economic lifelines are being lost in Venezuela and the clock is ticking in Hisbala's disarmament, the question arises about who will actually confront Hisbala and deliver the final blow. Will Lebanon's internationally recognized government save itself and disconnect? Or will Israel have to go in with full force with American backing before Thran finds a new bypass route? So, we do not know what will happen next. But we are servants of God and trust in him. And therefore, all that remains for us to do together is to keep spreading the truth, know what's happening, and pray for the situation. When we pray, let's pray for wisdom. Let's pray for God to give wisdom to our leaders. Let's pray for our soldiers to be safe mentally, physically. Let's pray for the children of Israel. Let's pray for our enemies. Let's pray for them to start loving on the Jewish people instead of sending missile, sending flowers and prayers. Let's pray for the people of Iran as they are struggling for freedom right now. And let's pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
