If y'all are just tuning in, today we're going to be going through the Amy Bradley case and where it stands currently. Um, if you guys, I saw a question, who is Brad? Yeah, so Brad is my cousin. Amy's my cousin and Brad is, um, Amy's brother. If you didn't recognize, that is Brad in the picture there. That is me. That is the small, the small baby. We've been, we've been very close for a very long time. That was, that picture is probably 1986 or seven. Brad, you want to recreate that pic real quick with me?

>> We can do that to start it up.

And this is, uh, this is Amy. There's so much to dig through and we've already done that for y'all. So, uh, we're going to go through and give you the best information right now on the case and we're also going to give you some information that wasn't in the Netflix series. Uh, we're going to start off by having Brad go through the, the initial couple days on the ship and, uh, we're going to get to a point where the, the theories begin and we're going to, we're going to go through them for you guys and give you guys all the information that we have. So yeah, Brad, if you want to kind of take us through the first bit here and get us up into the point where we need to start digging in.

Yeah, I mean, I, I'm guessing most people are aware of the basic, you know, story of, um, what happened, but, you know, essentially, um, you know, my parents had qualified through, uh, their production levels, kind of as a bonus or a prize through the insurance company that they worked for, um, for the cruise. Um, they were able to obtain permission for Amy and I to come with them whereas we weren't initially, you know, part of the package. Um, so when we found that out and they told us that we were, everybody was super excited. Um, uh, Amy had the, I guess the only hesitation that I had mainly was flying and the only hesitation she had was being out in the ocean. She, um, she was a longtime swimmer. We both were, but she wasn't a fan of what's in the water that she can't see.

>> Right?

Um, so anyway, we got, we were like, whatever, we're going. Um, so, um, mom and dad had flown down before us because their tickets were purchased at a different time. Amy and I, you know, prepared and packed for the trip together. Um, flew down separately to, um, um, Miami and then Miami to San Juan where we boarded the ship. Had a great time listening to music, um, having some drinks on the plane, talking about what we might or might not do. Um, she knew, she knew that I had previously been on a cruise a few years earlier with a high school, uh, buddy that was on my volleyball team back, uh, in, uh, like 1995. Um, so she's basically, you know, we're, we're both having a great time. Um, so we get on the boat, we meet up with my parents prior to that, obviously, and we all board and really exciting. We're having a, a good time. We get to our room after, you know, you go through the, uh, I don't know what you call it, the Charlie drill where everybody's mustered with their life jackets and take, you know, role is taken and everybody's accounted for and then we, um, that night, you know, we're in the room and I think one of the important parts of the story that we can touch on a little bit, um, when we get more into some of the details is, um, the first thing I did when we got into the room, other than set my stuff down, uh, was walk out onto the balcony. And so we're on the eighth level over above the water. So it's like eight stories up, you know, on a hotel.

>> Yeah.

And I lean over the rail and look straight down at the water. And I'm like, "Oh my god." Like, Amy, come look at this. And she said, "Nope." Um, she wouldn't, uh, get near the rail. She wouldn't touch the rail. She wouldn't lean on the rail. So she, and that, that remained true throughout the first several days of the cruise prior to her disappearance. Um, she would not, um, you know, go near the thing. So, um, you know, I think we had dinner that night with some of my parents' associates and, um, that's where we first met, um, our waiter. Uh, his name was Eduardo. And, um, it became quickly obvious, um, and apparent to everybody that Eduardo kind of had a thing for Amy. And we, and if you, you've seen me give interviews recently, you'll hear the same things over and over again. But, um, you know, we jokingly said that if, you know, if anyone wants anything special, just tell them that Amy wants it and it'll be back, you know, a heck of a lot faster than it might have been if it was for me. So, um, you know, again, having a good time. We go to the casino. Amy and I both won like this big bucket of quarters. Uh, we're having a good time. We go up on the pool deck. Um, um, you know, the first day of the cruise from, um, I guess it was, I haven't thought about what the date was when we left. Maybe the 21st or 22nd was at sea, um, when we sailed from San Juan to Aruba. Um, Aruba was the first stop. So that morning we got up, all very excited to, um, get off on the island and, uh, go exploring. Um, we ended up instead of, you know, spending our time on this beautiful beach or going shopping in the main town portion of Aruba, we rented a, a small SUV with no top. So it was kind of like a convertible situation and decided to go explore the island. Um, don't know if any of you have ever been to Aruba, but there's, um, a couple really pretty parts right near where everything is. And then as soon as you get off the beaten path, it is poverty and deserts and wild dogs and wild goats and literal tumbleweeds, a prison on a cliffside. I mean, there's nothing. And we got lost. So, we're in, you know, getting baked by the sun. Um, jokingly, kind of nervously laughing like whether we were going to make it back or not, 'cause we didn't know where we were. We got turned around and so, um, long story short, we end up finding our way back to, um, this small little beach next to a resort. So we decided to get in the water and cool off after having been roasted for the last, you know, couple hours. Uh, when we got in the water, um, you, as soon as Amy got up to her waist, she jumped on my dad's shoulders because she would have been freaked if anything had touched her leg or if she had stepped on something. So she hung on his back for about, you know, half hour, the whole time we were in the water essentially. Um, and when we were done with that, we, I think we got something to eat that I want to say it was a Taco Bell we stopped at and then, uh, got back on the boat. Um, in the docu series, you'll see a picture of me passed out like, uh, a zombie and that was right after that, after we had showered and, um, so we could kind of prepare for, you know, the next night. Um, so once I got up from that night, I guess we were all napping, I guess once we got up, um, there was a formal dinner that night. So we, um, you know, put on my tux, she, Amy had a nice black dress and, um, we went to kind of the formal dinner. Um, same situation, same waiter, same people we were seated with, um, had a great time laughing and talking and joking. Um, after the dinner, they were taking formal pictures. Um, which, you know, if you've watched the documentary, you'll see pictures of Amy and I. Um, and, uh, I don't know if Andrew has those. I can share those with you. Maybe if I can find them during this thing. But anyway, we took the pictures. Um, after we finished with the pictures, um, we went back to the room to get out of our formals and put on our, you know, pool party clothes, what we were going to be hanging out in because there was supposed to be this big, um, party on the top deck where the pool was with music and drinks and performers and the whole thing. So, um, we get changed, come back up for that. Can't really tell you what time that was. Maybe 10 o'clock or so. Um, could have been before that, but, you know, spent a couple hours up on the pool deck listening to music. That's, um, where I remember first meeting Yellow because he was a bass player for the band on the ship called Blue Orchid. And they were taking requests. So Amy and I, you know, would go up and ask him to play a song and they'd be like, "No, we don't know that song." And then, you know, we kept going up there and, you know, they were taking requests. So, we kind of befriended, uh, him that night and spent a lot of time talking to my parents' co-workers as you seen on the series. There was a limbo contest that was a lot of fun. I actually ended up winning and got the crown that I later put on top of Amy's head. So, we were all just having a great time. Um, at some point my parents decided they were going to go to bed, um, and, you know, let us both know and we were like, "Okay, we're not." So, um, after the pool party ended, uh, everybody shifted up to, uh, what's called the Viking Lounge, which is the, uh, dance club. Um, so go up there. Um, and, you know, I can't honestly remember whether I think I went up there by myself first or because I, I remember seeing Amy and Yellow come off the elevator. Um, I didn't spend much time with her that night unfortunately in that club. She was, you know, as seen on, um, the video that was presented, uh, was dancing with Yellow, um, and spending a lot of time doing that and I was off to another side, you know, talking to, um, a couple of girls I had met. And, um, you know, night went on, Amy ends up in the upper level of the Viking lounge. Um, I don't know whether it was the DJ area or the crew area or whether, you know, anybody was welcome up there, but I think the club was closing around 3:00 a.m. And about that time, I looked up to where Amy was sitting and I said, "Hey, I'm going to, I'm going to go out here." Um, and she waved, you know, she waved me on and like said, "Fine." Um, so I go out and, and, um, talking to these two girls for, I know, half hour or so sitting on the, um, you know, the, um, lounge chairs out on the pool deck. And, you know, I, I, I've had a lot of people ask me, you know, what the hell was I doing not staying with Amy? And I, I've always hated the fact that I didn't have a protective mindset at the time. Um, I think mostly because, you know, Amy was my big bad sister my whole life. And, you know, if anybody was gonna kick anybody's ass, it was gonna be her, uh, not me. So, I didn't have that type of role with her, um, at that point in my life. And again, there's this false sense of security where you don't, your guard's down and you're not, you know, you're not thinking. So, you know, I, when I left and went back to the room, I, I, um, I think the security information shows that I entered the, um, our cabin at, uh, 3:35 a.m. and then thankfully Amy, you know, came back to the room. Um, I don't, I, I wouldn't have been able to live with myself had she never returned, um, after I left her in the club by herself. So, that's a little solace there for me. Uh, but it didn't last very long. Um, uh, we, she, I was already out on the balcony, um, finishing my drink and just kind of hanging out there. And about 5 minutes later, I think at 3:40, she comes out through the balcony door and, and, uh, you know, sits out there and we're talking. Um, I don't have an exact recollection of every word we said, but basically the conversation was about what we were going to be doing the next day, uh, on Curacao. And I explained to her that yeah, I'd been on a cruise before, but I'd never been to that island, so I really didn't know. Um, you know, we were talking about maybe there's jet skiing or parasailing or, you know, I had no idea. Um, and at one point, and again, I want to make it clear to people because people are killing me for, you know, not being upset about this initially, but Amy mentioned that Yellow had tried to touch her breast or made some advance towards her chest and she quickly was like, you know, that ain't happening, buddy. But she didn't make a big deal of it. She didn't seem to be all that bothered by it. So, I just kind of shook my head like, you know, what a jerk, you know. Uh, and at that point, it was, it was 4:00 or just after 4:00 a.m. and I was like, "Look, we're going to be up in a few hours, you know, getting ready for the next day. So, you know, I got to go. I'm going to go to bed. What are you doing?" And she said that she didn't feel great because, you know, when the boat first left San Juan, she had this kind of seasick feeling. She'd never been on a big boat like that and, and didn't really feel great about it. And that night when the boat left Aruba, Aruba, about 1:00 a.m., um, she got that same feeling. Um, you know, people questioned how much she had to drink. Um, her bar tab shows six light beers from 6:00 p.m. until her disappearance. And yeah, people could have been giving her drinks, but I have no, I have no reference to what or how many or if that's the case. So anyway, she didn't feel good. She said, "The wind feels good out here. I'm gonna sleep in this in the Shah's lounge," uh, up against the balcony door. I said, "Okay, I love you. I'll see you tomorrow." And, um, I went to bed and when I walked in the room, I slid the sliding glass door closed and, uh, and went to sleep. Um, my dad, and I didn't learn this until after I had been woken up, but this was while I was still asleep. He woke up at about 5:30 a.m. Um, you know, looked at his watch, saw me on the pull-out couch by myself and then kind of looked a little further and could see Amy's legs. She could see that she was sitting in the chair. Her upper half was blocked by the window curtains, but, you know, he's like, "All right, we're getting up here in like, you know, a half hour pretty soon. I'll just leave her there. She looks comfortable." Um, and went back to sleep for a short time. And then, um, he woke up around 6:00 a.m. and she was not there and the balcony door was open, uh, somewhere between 12 to 14 inches. I've heard, you know, um, uh, a couple of different, I, I thought it was 18 inches for the longest time, but anyway, the door was open where it had previously been closed by me. Um, I'll just answer this question now because I've gotten it a lot over the past couple weeks. Um, during the pool party, Amy had on this yellow polo shirt and shorts. Um, underneath the yellow polo shirt, she had one of those white t-shirt type of bodysuits that kind of clips in your crotch, you know, under your shorts. So, during the pool party, we have pictures, plenty of pictures of her in the yellow polo. The video in the dance club, you know, was hot up. There's a lot of people in there. Everybody's dancing. So obviously she took the yellow polo off to be dancing, which is she's shown in the video dancing in the white shirt. Um, when she came back out onto the balcony, she had the yellow shirt on again and that's what she was wearing when I went into the room to go to sleep. Um, the next morning when my dad woke up at 6:00, she's gone. The door's open and the yellow shirt is draped across one of the chairs in the room. Um, I'll answer this one, too. Uh, preemptively. The, the sandals that were on the balcony, I mean, obviously, no one sleeps in their sandals. You know, you're going to kick your shoes off and, um, and sleep a little more comfortably. We do not know how many pair of shoes Amy brought. We don't know which, we don't have a catalog of how many shoes Amy had or what type. So, we don't know which shoes are missing, if any. We, we don't have any way to determine that. So, yes, she had plenty of shoes in her bag. Um, we don't know, um, whether she left the room barefoot or whether she grabbed a pair of tennis shoes or a set of flip-flops. We just don't know. Um, so that's where the mystery begins.

>> Yeah. And so, that's where, um, we're going to try, we're going to try to dig into some details for you guys. And, uh, in doing so, I think it's important that we consider all theories that happen from here on. And, uh, a lot of the theory, there's so, there's so much information if you've looked into this case, thousands of leads, uh, hundreds of theories. I think one of the, one of the big ones that we're just going to initially talk about here, just right off the bat, um, is did she, did she fall off, um, or jump off the boat? And I'm going to, I'm going to tell you guys now that we have information that that helps us know that she didn't do that. So there's a bunch of theories that revolve around that and end with that. This is why we know she did not jump or fall off the balcony. And I'll start by saying that, uh, Brad, obviously said a couple different times now that she was, um, afraid of the water. She was not, she was not comfortable with the ocean. She wouldn't, she wouldn't be playing around near the edge of the balcony. That's just, that's just not something that would have been in any realm of possibility.

>> Yeah. I mean, not only, you know, so first of all, did she, did she jump off? No. Um, you know, obviously if you're scared of the ocean and you know that's your main reason for being apprehensive about going on the cruise, you're certainly not going to commit suicide by jumping in what you're terrified of. Um, you know, I don't, I, that's just a plain and simple fact. The, the other factors that,

>> Um, make us certain that that was not the case is we, everybody was happy. Amy had recently graduated from college. Um, she had just gotten a brand new apartment that we had spent, you know, weeks setting up and decorating. She had just gotten a brand new baby English bulldog puppy that she had wanted like her whole life. Um, she was buying gifts for friends. She was writing postcards to friends, you know, talking about, can't wait to see you when they get back.

>> Um, talking about what they're going to do when she returned. Um, you know, Amy had, uh, bought like 16 rolls of film, uh, before the trip because she was, uh, to enter this photography contest when she returned back to Virginia. Um, and she was also planning for her new apartment to lay out all the pictures kind of in a collage under a glass tabletop on her coffee table. So, she obviously fully intended, uh, to return. Everything was going great in her life. She just, uh, was getting ready to start a new job with your dad's company, Andrew, and, um, was looking really, uh, you know, very much forward to that. Um, so no chance she jumped. That's just zero chance.

>> So, um, let's just dig even deeper. Uh, if she was, if she was thrown overboard, what kind of proximity, uh, to shore was the boat at the time when that could have happened?

Yeah. So, we were contacted, um, at some point after we returned home to Virginia, um, uh, after leaving the islands by, um, I don't know what you call the guy, um, the harbor, uh, the guy who's in charge of the tugboat that hooks up to the ship, um, that pulls it into the canal of the, uh, of the island. Um, and it's been explained to us that it, the process from the time the boat enters the mouth of the canal at the very edge of the island until it goes all the way through. It has to turn right, it has to stop, it has to back up. There has to be a lot of preparation. Um, uh, so the process of, of from the time the boat comes into the island until it's docked takes about an hour. Um, when my dad went up onto the upper deck to initially look for Amy after he, uh, woke up and, and discovered she was not there, um, he said that was about 6:30 in the morning or so. And when he got up to the pool deck, he ran into one of his associates who was walking on the running track. Um, and at that point, 6:30, the boat's already sitting still back where it parks. So, at, you know, last time she was seen by my dad was 5:30. The last time she was seen by the first and in my opinion, most important eyewitnesses of this entire case was sometime between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. The ship's itinerary from 1998, if you look it up, says that the port call for Curacao was 7:00 a.m. So that's when they were, you know, apparently going to let people off on the island. And the, the, the guy that, that runs the tugboat, I wish I could name, think of his title. Um, he, uh, said that when that boat leaves Aruba, it comes straight to Curacao and it sits right there in front of the island, uh, for a period of time before they hook up to it to pull it in. Um, so the time frame that she went missing, you know, you'll see the search grid on, on the docu series that shows this big red and white square where the search was performed, but that includes a large portion of water that, that our time frame doesn't match up with. So, the time she disappeared and she was last seen, which I'll say between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m., that hour-long process of being right at the island, I mean, I'm talking right in front of the canal to be pulled in for the parking and the docking, um, had already started. Um, so we were not at sea like a lot of people, um, assume. I mean, you, you, you hear someone goes missing from a cruise ship and the first thing you think is, you know, they disappeared in the middle of the ocean. Um, and it just wasn't the case.

>> So, you, you guys would have been, you guys would have been very close to shore. A lot of people were saying, "Yeah, you guys were out in the middle of the ocean. You would have never found anything." But you guys, you guys were right next to shore.

Um, so guys, so we, we went down that path and, and here's where things start getting interesting. Okay. There were three eyewitnesses that are going to be very important to the next part of this. Uh, they were on the ship. So the door, like you said, the door was cracked a little bit. It seems like she left the balcony at some point. And we have very, very good witnesses that, uh, could corroborate this. So, we'll start by talking about the, the two eyewitnesses that were near the glass elevator, uh, that saw her between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. with, with Yellow going up the elevator.

>> Yep. So, um, two girls named Crystal and Lori. Um, I'll save their last names just for privacy, although I think a lot of people already know who they are. Um, when my, when my parents, we're going to skip a little bit of the story here, but fast forward to when, so we got off on Curacao initially because the, um, the ship's captain told us that, um, they had done, um, a full search of the boat and that Amy, they could, they could guarantee us that Amy was not on the ship. We later found out that that was not the case and that the search that they performed was of public areas including bathrooms and open areas and that kind of thing. Um, and so fully trusting that they had done their, you know, due diligence to do a proper search, um, they recommended that we get off the boat on Curacao in case she were to be found in the water. Um, so, you know, we, we said, okay, trusting that you've done the, the proper search, we get off, um, we spend overnight on Curacao, um, and the next morning it was confirmed to us by, um, you know, the harbor police and the people, the search, everybody involved in the search that nothing was found and that, um, they had determined that she, and they, their opinion was that if she was in the water, they would have found her and they found nothing. So, we flew from Curacao to St. Martin to catch up to the boat, which by the way, left on time without incident. Um, you know, uh, and took a tender or a ferry from St. Martin out to the boat to reboard. A lot of stuff happened when we got on and, you know, the companies, uh, I think the Interpol was involved. Our family had gotten the FBI involved. Um, uh, the, uh, company's attorneys were standing front and center. Um, and, um, what I'm getting at is the next morning, obviously, we're in bad shape. Um, nobody could eat, nobody could sleep. Um, it was, it was obviously a really rough situation. And my mom and I one morning very early, uh, attempted to do whatever we could think of to do and, and leave the room at a similar time and try to retrace Amy's steps. So, you know, we walk out of the room and we say, "Okay, so if she wouldn't have gone that way, this is elevators over here. Everything, you know, that you get to is to the right." So, we go out and as soon as we get out from, you know, the main hallway to more of a little bit of an open area, Lori and Crystal, who I had met, you know, before Amy and I had met him and talked to them, um, we, you know, we had met each other, so we knew each other, um, you know, in those first couple days. Um, they literally come running up to me and my mom about as breathless as you can be about anything, frantic, telling us like, you know, they didn't know we got off the boat. So, they said they've been looking for us and trying to find us to let us know that they saw Amy go up the glass elevator with Yellow into the Viking Lounge into the dance club between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. Um, so, um, the problem with what happened after that is, um, the FBI essentially disregarded, um, their report and never, you know, on the, on the series, you'll see, uh, the FBI agent say, quote, "You know, unfortunately, we were never able to corroborate the girl's time frame, um, to substantiate their claim and prove, prove that they were out at that time and that kind of thing." Um, but we have, um, uh, found out, um, after speaking with the FBI and the mother who opened the door for those girls just after 6:00 a.m., um, the FBI never questioned the mother, still to this day. Um, and she told us that she said, "No one's ever called her, no one's ever questioned her." She could have easily told them, "Yes, I let them in the room." That's why there's no key card information because I opened the door from inside, let them in just after 6:00 a.m. So, they were in fact out there. And different from all the other eyewitness sightings, again, Amy and I had met Crystal and Lori. Crystal and Lori had talked to Yellow. Yellow was trying to holler at them. Um, we all knew each other, so they know who they saw. Um, and they say that she was wearing the white shirt and the shorts she had on and the disco that night.

>> Um, they couldn't see her feet, so I'm sorry I can't answer the shoe question again, but, um, the point is the most important and critical piece of evidence that existed in this case from the very beginning, the ball was dropped. Um, and there was no follow-through on corroborating the girl's story, asking the questions, interviewing the mother. Um, and, um, so that's why I guess the FBI, you know, can't substantiate their time frame because they didn't do their due diligence to do so.

>> Yeah. So, just to, just to recap on that, um, so like we were saying, from the balcony, we have three eyewitnesses, and those two that Brad was just talking about, they had, they hung out with him. Um, it wasn't just some random person who said, "Oh, I think I saw someone that looked like Amy." No, no, no. They had hung out before. They were very familiar with each other. Um, the, the two girls also had had, um, been affiliated, associated with Yellow that night as well. So, they knew who Yellow was. They knew who, who Amy was and it wasn't a, a random, you know, I think I saw a guy who looked like an islander and I think I saw a girl with short hair. Super, super confident they saw her go in that glass elevator with him up and, uh, they thought it was a little bit odd. And on top of that, uh, a little while later, they see Yellow walking by himself and he is looking a little disheveled, uh, in a rush. Didn't look at them, even though he had been kind of hitting on them the whole cruise so far. And, uh, Brad, is that, is that accurate?

>> Yeah, they said, you know, he'd been trying to, you know, talk to them earlier and, you know, he knew who they were. They knew who he was. Um, and again, he walks by them, you know, sometime before 6:00 a.m. They obviously know what the guy looks like. They've been talking to him and he, whereas he had previously, you know, spoken to them many times, he completely ignored them and walked right past them, which they, you know, found to be odd.

>> Yeah.

>> Um, so that's,

>> Yeah. So that's those two eyewitnesses. There's also a third eyewitness, um, um, who again, for privacy at this point, um, I'll just call her Elizabeth, um, that was, uh, in the Viking Lounge in the dance club, who testified in a grand jury in Richmond, Virginia years ago that she also saw Amy get off the elevator with Yellow. They went up to the upper level of the disco, kind of like where I had seen her last when I left the, you know, the club that night and, uh, um, said Yellow came back down to the bar, prepared a drink. It was a dark drink and he, um, gave it to Amy and then they walked out of frame where the girl, you know, couldn't see them anymore. But so there's three eyewitnesses that morning that put Amy and Yellow in the dance club together. Um, so, and I don't know, I don't know for a fact, you know, the FBI never tells us anything. Never has really. So I don't even know that even though she testified in the grand jury, whether she was actually interviewed or questioned by the FBI. I'm not, I'm not 100% sure on that. Um, the girl also testified to the fact that, um, during or right after that happened, there was a young girl who she suspected to be about 18 or 19 years old, um, who came out of the back of the upper area yelling, "Senorita kidnap. Senorita kidnap." Um, there's, uh, also a bartender who was present at the time, um, that, um, we, we haven't been able to contact recently, but we're, you know, we're trying to put all this together so we can get some statements and, um, and some information.

>> A young girl was thought to be staff on the ship. Correct?

>> Yeah, I think so. Okay. Uh, I don't know whether she was, um, you know, worked in the bar or whether she was housekeeping or, I, I don't, I don't know what her role was, but yeah, I think she was supposed to be an employee.

So, let me just recap. Um, so we talked about the two that saw Amy go up the glass elevator and now we've talked about the one eyewitness that was in the Viking Lounge that saw Amy and Yellow together, um, in that area as well. So now we have three eyewitnesses that are, are telling us that she left the balcony. This is, this is, we're formulating a theory here. She left the balcony and she, she would have had to have gone into the interior of the ship at this point in order for these three people to see her. So that's what, that's why we are very sure that she didn't accidentally fall off the balcony or jump off the balcony. Even though there's, like I said, some theories that go down that road, uh, you can't go down that road if you have these three eyewitnesses that are, that are saying that, you know, they're seeing her, uh, at the time frame that would make sense for her to leave the balcony and go into the interior of the ship. Uh, these aren't random. Well, the, the two girls weren't just random people. Okay. They didn't think that they might have seen her. They, they knew who she was and they knew who Yellow was. So, these are the two critical pieces here. Um, if you want to go down any of the other rabbit holes, that's, that's on you. But, uh, you can't disregard these two, uh, these three eyewitnesses here.

>> Um, this is, this isn't critical.

>> Yeah. And I'd like to just back up and reiterate that we, you know, we covered the didn't jump off, um, uh, thing. Um, didn't fall off. All right. So, I've gotten, I've gotten a ton of questions that I'd like to answer, you know, before I get more of them. Um, about, you know, the table against the balcony and that people suspected she was, you know, got sick and she climbed up on this table, um, so that she could throw up over the rail. Amy was 5'6", I believe, on average. I don't know the exact height of the rails on that boat, um, but we're at least 42 inches tall. Amy was easily tall enough not to need to climb on anything next to a rail that she was, wouldn't even get near on the first three days of the cruise. Um, if she was going to be sick, she would either come in the room or she would have just leaned over the rail standing. But,

>> Also, also at the end of the day, these, these are the theories that I mentioned are just disproven completely when you, when you have the three eyewitnesses on the interior of the ship. So, um, I don't know. Like, I feel like it's even a waste of time once, once you have the three eyewitnesses on the interior of the ship to even go through the scenarios where she's standing on a table or slips over the, you know, whatever it is. And I, and I know people are going to, you know, maybe I've already drawn conclusions. Um, but how do you explain the, the three eyewitnesses around the elevator area and they know exactly what they saw and they're very passionate about it. In fact, the one testified under oath in court to what she saw 'cause she was so adamant and passionate about it. It wasn't just like some French random person who just sent like an email or anything like that. These are, these are, these are big-time critical, uh, witnesses.

>> Yeah.

>> And the third most important eyewitness, I don't think you've talked about yet. Do you want to get in on him on David?

So then there's, uh, one more. So I would say, um, one more reason why, and this is, these are the three most important things. The, the two girls took at the elevator, the one girl up in the Viking, and then the third most critical piece of information that we have is just five months after, we're moving forward a little bit here 'cause there is a, there's a gap where we don't know exactly what happened. Five months later, there is a guy, David, who was on a scuba diving vacation and he saw, um, a woman trailing behind two men and, uh, as they approached, um, Brad, you, you give me a little more information on that.

Yeah. So, he was, um, you know, visiting Curacao, scuba diver, um, from Canada and, uh, was, as, as you've watched the series, you've seen his explanation. And he's, he's sitting on the beach, you know, and he, and his buddy were washing their gear off after, after having been out, um, sitting at the wash station. And, um, he sees this, uh, these three people, two men and, and one, uh, female walking up the beach in his direction. Um, he describes it as the, you know, the guys were a little bit in front of the girl who was trailing a few feet and, uh, they weren't walking directly at him, but at some point, um, after he had yelled to his buddy in English, um, about some piece of equipment, Amy made eye contact with him, or who he, you know, who he feels like was Amy made eye contact with him and then turned to walk more directly at him as she got closer, closer and closer. Um, uh, the, or right before, you know, right before she got up to him to apparently look like she was going to say something, um, the two guys kind of came up alongside. Um, David says that one of the men kind of stared, you know, stared at him like, um, kind of like to say, you know, don't, don't even think about it, and then redirected the girl away from him. Um, he saw her tattoos at the time, but he didn't, he didn't know the story of Amy's disappearance during that encounter. Um, so, you know, I think he said, you know, he wouldn't have even really thought about it except for the crazy way the guy, you know, looked at him.

>> Right.

>> Um, so, you know, fast forward, he gets home from his trip, he sees a story in the news, sees pictures of Amy, hears descriptions of her tattoos, and he says, "Oh my God, you know, that's the, that was the girl I saw." He has maintained 100% confidence, um, in in his assuredness, uh, for 27 years. Uh, he initially flew to our home from Canada to meet with us and talk with us about it and, um, uh, and then later, uh, identified one of the men through a series of, you know, a photo lineup as Yellow, um, with Amy. Um, other unknown, uh, male, uh, was with them. So, you know, we have now two eyewitnesses that knew Amy and knew Yellow on the boat. See Yellow go up in the glass elevator with Amy to the disco. We have one eyewitness saying that they see Amy get from inside the lounge, get off the elevator with Yellow. She's given a dark drink by Yellow. And now we have a guy on Curacao five months later who identifies who he 100% believes as Amy again with Yellow. So, those three eyewitness accounts in both immediately after her disappearance, or I'm sorry, immediately before her disappearance and then five months later on the same island, um, all involved Amy and Yellow.

Yeah. And so, we're, we're trying to, uh, speed run this for you guys. Um, to get to where we are now, um, you don't really have to take a leap of faith. I mean, we, we have the, the three, the three critical, um, eyewitnesses on the ship. So, uh, so here we are. Um, if you saw the Netflix series, they, they, they had a bunch of information in there. Um, and I saw some, some questions in the chat. Uh, as a family, we're very grateful for the Netflix series. It, it's helped to get the ball rolling on this again. But, um, but they did leave out a lot of things. And so, um, now we're going to go into a few items that were not in the series that some of these things are just downright strange, weird, and you may, you may, you may see a lot of information online, but we've picked a couple items here that, um, that we feel like could be important to the case. So, let's go ahead and start with the fact that, as we mentioned, some of the crew had been talking to Amy and, um, they had even mentioned that they'd like her to get off the ship with them potentially to go party, hang out, something like that, 'cause Amy is super friendly. Um, and so, you know, they had befriended some of the crew and it just so happened to be the exact same bar they invited her to, um, that Natalie Holloway disappeared in. Uh, Brad, you want to take us down that a little bit?

>> Yeah. So, uh, one night, um, uh, one of the crew members, um, uh, from our wait staff approached my mom asking if, if she knew where Amy was. And my mom was like, "No, you know, I don't, I don't know where she is. Why?" And he said, "We, we quote unquote, we want to take her to Carlos and Charlie's," um, which was on Aruba. Now, this happened obviously before we left, uh, Aruba, while we were on that island that, uh, that day. And, you know, when my mom later found, uh, Amy, she was like, you know, "No way, I'm not, I'm not doing that." But, you know, Natalie Holloway, uh, her disappearance five years later, just so happened to be that she was in that bar, um, the night before she disappeared. So, coincidence or not, I think it's a strange, uh, um, piece of information that the night Amy disappeared, I'll call the night into the morning, the same time frame, but the night or the day she disappeared, she was invited to the same bar that Natalie Holloway disappeared from by crew who aren't supposed to invite passengers off the ship at all.

>> Yeah. So, yeah, just, just another little bit of information there that kind of tells you what's going on in that neck of the woods. Um, you know, a lot of people up to no good and, um, yeah, coincidence. I, I don't know. Uh, let's go into the next point here. Um, so, let me just take you guys, uh, on a quick bit of information. Oh, yeah. This is a, this is very strange. Uh, very strange coincidence here. Uh, so Ronnie, Brad's father, um, is, is out, you know, checking around the ship, you know, trying to, trying to see where, uh, Amy go. Um, he's not in full panic mode yet, but they're like, you know, it's kind of weird that she came back and, you know, was going to sleep, but then didn't. So maybe, you know, go, just let's go look for her for a second. Oddly enough, the chief of security, uh, for the ship was hanging out, uh, around their hallway area, kind of near their door. And, um, and so when Ronnie was heading back to the room, he kind of, um, he saw the guy with the walkie-talkie and mentioned to him, "Hey, yeah, I don't know. Um, uh, Amy was up, walk, maybe out of the room. I was going to look for her and, uh, I'm not exactly sure where she was." And keep in mind, um, there was no information yet. Um, no one had sounded the alarm. The family had not mentioned that she was missing or anything like that. Just the head of security hanging out, kind of around their room out of this massive ship. Kind of interesting, Brad.

>> Yeah. So, you know, when Dad woke up and saw that, you know, the door was open and she's not in the room, he's, he didn't immediately panic, but he, you know, he thought it was strange enough that after being up so late that she was gone from the room so early. So he jumped up and, you know, I thankfully expected to walk up on the pool deck or, you know, find her walking around. Um, but, uh, didn't. Um, so on his way back, I, I don't know how long he searched, you know, 20 minutes, something like that, 20, 30 minutes, I have no idea really, but when he was on the way back to the room, out of that entire ship, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of rooms, 12.

levels, like it's like a floating city. The chief of security, shortly before 7 a.m., was standing in our hallway, um, a number of feet from our cabin door. So again, is that a coincidence or not?

Um, in Yellow's uh most recent interview on YouTube, um, he states that the ship's security guard uh uh contacted him, called him in his room at 7 a.m. And um uh but I forgot my train of thought there.

No, no, you're good. So, so it's just that it's just another one of the odd nuances that really wasn't brought up in the in the series, and it's something that, you know, was something there with that. Was something off with that?

Absolutely. Something seems off with that. He should have, why was he there?

Huge ship. It just doesn't, doesn't make sense.

Um, I remember what I said, but we'll get, we'll get to it. What with the, you know, the next part of the.

Yeah, I was going to say, tell me about the two video editors on the cruise ship. So some things a little off with that as well.

Yeah. So there was one video editor who was hired privately by another company who also had a company trip at the same time my parents' company had their trip. So he was hired by this other company to film, you know, the the cruise events and uh and make a video for uh for them. Um, there was also a video editor uh named Steve who worked for the ship. Um, they befriended each other uh during the cruise because, um, you know, Chris, uh, you know, kind of jokingly refers to himself as a nerd, and he said that not too many people want to talk about video editing, so they, you know, they kind of hit it off. And Chris was borrowing some of Steve's equipment for some of the projects they were working on. Um, Chris, by the way, is the one in the docu-series who actually filmed Amy dancing with Yellow. Um, so, uh, in their interactions, you know, they spent time in visiting each other's, uh, uh, editing suites during, um, you know, the first several days of the cruise, and Chris says that Steve comes into his room one day, uh, and informs him that apparently there was a missing girl. And Chris hadn't heard about it yet, and he's like, you know, oh my god. Um, they talked about that for a minute. They went their separate ways. I think the next time um Chris and Steve interacted, uh, Steve told him, quote unquote, they think maybe she jumped. A little bit more time passes, they get back together again. Now they suspect foul play. There may have been foul play and went on ultimately.

So, first of all, you'll know from the series that um the ship security requested Chris, uh, Chris's master tapes, which, you know, he refused to give. Um, Chris learned from Steve, the ship's video editor, that whoever had uh instructed him to scrub any images of Amy from his tapes, essentially so as not to show her uh with any crew members. Um, so, you know, Chris is standing in Steve's editing suite as he's reviewing his tapes, looking for footage of Amy to erase. Uh, so in a critical time frame during uh, you know, most likely a criminal investigation regarding uh, a passenger's disappearance, um, it seemed like the focus was on uh, protecting and limiting liabilities rather than helping discover what happened. You would think that any and all evidence of Amy with any crew or anyone else that night, for that matter, would have been vital to the investigation. Um, yet he was instructed to erase any uh images of Amy from his tapes, which he did.

And was that included as, as, you know, into the FBI or in any court case?

Uh, what, which part?

That he was instructed to erase evidence?

I think so. I mean, I, I don't have uh the fact, you know, the document in front of me, but I'm pretty sure that has been, that was well documented by Chris um years ago. And um, I'm, I'm fairly certain that that was submitted to um, you know, the FBI during the investigation at that time. So, yeah, pretty interesting those two points together. Uh, the fact that the the uh security guy was was near y'all's room, and then the fact that they were concerned that something might have been caught on on video. Um, those two things, I don't know. Maybe, maybe a crazy coincidence, but.

Yeah, smells like a cover-up.

Smells, smells like something weird. Um, let's go on to the next one here. Um, so we're out of time. Yeah. So it's about, let's say 7:30, 8ish uh a.m. that morning. Things are just starting. Um, you, you guys are at this point probably getting pretty concerned as a family, but nothing's been announced on the the cruise ship intercom yet. Right.

Right. Right. I think it was roughly about 7 a.m. when my parents um went to the purser's desk to ask them to make an announcement, which, which again, hadn't been made yet. Um.

And so, and so when my dad, and so when my dad woke up, he went out, tried to look for, came back, security standing near our room. He gets, Mom says, I can't find Amy. So he and Mom leave the room to go look for her together. Ask me to stay behind in case she comes back into the room and they don't cross paths so we don't miss each other. After a short period of time, they come back and get me and say, you know, come help us now. We can't find her. So, you know, we go searching all around the ship, all the public areas, the bathrooms, around the pool, up in the disco, the front of the ship, the back of the ship, the walking track, everywhere we could possibly think that she could go other than into people's rooms or into the crew quarters. And at some point, you know, and I best I can determine, somewhere between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., I'm kind of at my wit's end at this point, realizing, you know, uh, this is, this is a, this is really bad. Um, something is not right. Some, this is not going to, you know, be a good thing. So, I'm sitting by myself at this point um at a table uh on the pool deck, kind of with my head in my hands, um, you know, thinking and not knowing what to do and kind of exasperated, uh, freaking out about the situation. And at that time, again, this is now 7:30, 8 a.m. Uh, Yellow walks right up to me, face to face, and the very first thing he said to me is, "Hey, man. I'm sorry to hear about your sister." Now, at the time, um, it didn't register. What did he know and how did he know this early when no announcement had been made? Um, and this brings me back to where I got lost before. When the security, when Yellow claims a security officer contacted him at 7 a.m. in his room, he says that security told him to stay. First asked him if he had a girl in his room, and then he said, "No, I don't have a girl in my room." And then he says security tells him to stay in his room. That's his most recent interview. Now, meanwhile, he's up on the pool deck just after that when he's supposed to stay in his room between 7:30 and 8, uh, you know, telling me how sorry he is to hear about my sister. So, what happens then is he says, I, I left her at 3:30. You know, when did you last see her? What happened? So, I start to explain to him what my timeline was. Well, I got back to the room and such and such, and then she came back to the room. He said, "Hold on a second. I want my, I want my brother to hear this." So he walks over about 50, 60 feet away. There's a table with, you know, three, four, five guys sitting at it, and he brings one guy back over and he says, "Okay, go ahead." Like what, you know, tell us what you were, you know, tell us both what you were about to say. So then, uh, you know, I proceeded to give them a matching timeline based on my timeline. Um, so now keep in mind Yellow said he left her at 3:30 that morning. Again, in his latest interview, he claims he's back in his room at 1:00 a.m. when the ship's security key card information shows him going into his room at 3:35 a.m. So again, he's clearly lying. Um, and you don't lie if you're telling the truth, obviously. So that's just another uh instance where, you know, in regard to Yellow, um, obviously suspicious, you know.

Yeah, with the next one.

Um, tell me about the pictures of Yellow. Why was he so afraid of cameras? Like, was he hiding something?

Well, no, he wasn't. I mean, in his, in his most recent interview, he talks about how, how all the time everybody wants to take pictures. He's in the band, and he's taking pictures constantly. Uh, yet in the couple of days remaining on the cruise um after her disappearance, Crystal and Lorie, the two girls that saw him go up uh the glass elevator with Amy that morning, um, there's a picture taken by someone in their party where Yellow is sitting directly behind them. In my opinion, eavesdropping on what they're talking about, maybe what they saw. Um, and he's clearly holding his hand up over his face as not to be shown. Um, so, um, you know, I don't know. I, I think he's, uh, my opinion, he's probably a fan of having his picture taken, uh, with girls. Um, and that was one of his explanations to his daughter on the series about all the pictures he had in his suitcase because everybody loves taking pictures with him. All of a sudden, he doesn't want to be shown in a photo um, you know, with two eyewitnesses that saw him with Amy that morning.

Yeah, so that is a very interesting picture of him covering his face. Um, and then, yeah, one more thing about maybe a little discrepancy between the the what the Netflix said and what really happened regarding the uh the ship being searched. There, there have been a bunch of people um that were on that cruise that have uh that have come forward and said, "Yeah, I mean, my, my room wasn't searched. I'm, I'm not sure what was searched."

Anybody we've ever spoken to that was on that cruise that contacted us in the years following uh Amy's disappearance confirmed that no one ever came to their room. No one ever asked them to search their room. So, not only that, um, you know, and I don't remember exactly what the series said about it. I have memorized all that um after watching it once, but um, apparently during the search um the crew was instructed to search their own quarters. And so if the crew is guilty, you have them searching, you know, I don't know what, what sense that makes. Um, and I don't think the FBI ever uh searched the cruise cabins. I don't think the FBI ever interviewed or polygraphed his bandmates or his roommate. Um, so, yeah, that, you know, what we were told is a full, you know, bomb search apparently, um, from the captain was not even close to that. It was, it was, you know, the public areas that everybody else is walking around in.

Yeah. And I think, um, I see in the chat somebody was mentioning uh, my mom's in the chat. How you doing, mom?

Um, she's mentioning, yeah, that, uh, Amy had pictures taken, and you mentioned it a second ago, Brad, but we could just, I'll just, I'll just mention one more time. There was an area, you know, like on a roller coaster where you can go get your picture afterwards when they have the same thing on the cruise where you can go get your picture. Uh, it was the pictures of uh when you guys went on the.

Our formals.

The formal. Yeah.

And, um, yeah. So you guys went to to check the pictures.

I wasn't with them. It was Mom and Amy.

And so they go, like they're like, "Let's go get those pictures that we just took a little while ago." And they walk up to the the the guy, the photographer, I guess, selling the pictures. And um, they ask if, you know, if they can purchase the pictures that were taken, and he's like, "Yeah, yeah, they're right over here." Obviously, kind of recognizing Amy and remembering where he put them. And he goes over there, and there's a blank space um where no pictures remained. Um, so somebody, and I guess the photographer was like, "Well, that's weird. Like, would someone from your, you know, in your, in your party would have, you know, would they have purchased these pictures?" And they're like, "No."

And, and so he had no explanation as to why her pictures were missing. And that was the night before her disappearance. So, um, you know, my mom has been quoted a thousand times saying somebody saw her, somebody wanted her, somebody took her. Um, we think it was kind of a setup, a plan. There's um obviously Yellow in our mind is suspect number one, but I don't think he acted alone. Um, you know, human trafficking circles, uh, work with, uh, a fair, you know, a large group of people. Um, and, um, you know, somebody knows something. Um, Yellow knows something for sure.

All right. So, so let's, um, like I said, we're, we're on to the, uh, we're on to the last point that I have here from the, from the very strange details here that were left out that I feel like are pretty credible. Um, so we just talked about recap here. Yeah. Yellow. Yellow uh sees Brad and says, "Hey, sorry about your sister." Yellow's covering his face in the background of pictures cuz he doesn't want his face to be um seen after the after the incident, which is kind of bizarre. And um.

There's another thing that's important. The security officer's uh report um states that there were several inconsistencies with Yellow's story when he was questioned until how the lock link key card system worked was explained to him, and then his story and timeline fell in line. So, you know, um, and again, now he's saying he's in his room at 1:00 a.m. when he's in there at 3:35. Um, there's, you know, warnings. When we got home from, as you're seeing on the screen now, from the cruise a couple weeks, uh, later, we found this warning from another passenger that was submitted a couple of weeks before our trip. Um, saying that if you meet someone called Yellow, stay away with a row of exclamation points. Um, and um, and says that she had met another woman who dropped the same line. Um, um, he dropped the same line on basically we have other information other than this little clip you're seeing where a girl told us that Yellow asked her to meet him um up on the pool deck or in the in the Viking lounge at 6:00 a.m. So kind of seems like an MO to me. Um, you know, we have other women saying that he, you know, told them to meet him at that same time frame uh a couple weeks prior to Amy's disappearance. Um, okay. And, uh, I have an asterisk next to the next to the next thing I'm going to say here. Um, and it's because it's, it's the last point here, and we're not a, we're not 100% sure about this one, but I think it's important that we that we mention this as well. So, the family at the end of the cruise, you know, you guys are, are trying to figure out exactly what to do next. You, you're contacting media, you're talking to whoever you can with authorities, you set up a home base station, and you guys, um, you guys devise a plan, and and y'all head back. Um, it's about 3 weeks later at this point, and uh, you guys are, are met by the chief harbor, uh, the chief of harbor police on Curacao. And so y'all like, "Yeah, we're going to, we're going to go beat the bushes, uh, see if we can find any information." And he said, "Well, I'm going to need to escort you guys around."

Yep. He insisted on being with us pretty much at all times during our searches, cuz we were going all over the island. He claimed it was very dangerous and that, um, you know, something would likely happen to us, uh, if he weren't with us. Um, so, you know, kind of made sense to us at the time. We don't know where we are. We don't know what's going on. Obviously, um, there's, you know, um, some sketchy characters around potentially. And so we, you know, trusted that, um, you know, what he was telling us was true. Um, we've, we've later come to find from, um, I'll just say, people on the island that he was a dirty cop. I mean, if you, if you consider trafficking circles, which we all know are very real, um, but we don't think about them much because they just happen in other countries to other people, but on these islands, they're a very real problem. Um, and, you know, the chief of the harbor police is um responsible for what comes into and out of port, boats that come and go, shipments that come in and leave. Um, so potentially, you know, he's involved in this trafficking ring, and, you know, he's riding around in the car with us the entire time. So, if we were to potentially get too close to, let's just say where Amy was, he could easily, you know, tell the people, hey, you know, the Bradleys are, you know, coming up, you know, you need to move. Um, we don't know. You know, your mind goes in circles, but we were told he was, uh, he was not a trustworthy, uh, um authority.

So, yeah. So, you guys were, uh, you know, told that after the fact, which is just, I think, a interesting bit of information there. Just to recap super fast, then we're gonna um get into the final bits here. Yeah. So, the the crew on the ship had invited Amy to go to the same bar that Natalie Holloway ended up uh disappearing in. Ronnie came back to the room. The the security guy was just just for some reason lurking around your your door um before the before anything was even said. Uh, the editors um were were told to scrub the uh scrub any video of uh of Amy with any crew mates. Uh, Yellow covering his face in the picture. Yellow coming up to you and saying, "Hey, sorry about your sister" before like really any information should have been uh going around. The photos being taken from the um area where you get the the pictures from. They didn't really search the ship like they said they did. And then, you know, some some potentially crooked cop uh led you guys on a um, you know, mystery tour around the island.

Yeah. I don't know if you mentioned in that list, uh, the attention paid to scrubbing any images of Amy from any film on the on the boat.

Yeah. Oh, yeah. So, yeah. I don't know. So, yeah. Apparently, you know, it was, it was in the '90s, so we don't know what kind of CCTV uh footage they had, but I mean, just, I, I don't want to, I don't want to jump to conclusions or anything, but the fact that the the um security guy is hanging around there and and kind of the way that Yellow's acting and this and that, I mean, maybe they saw something on the cameras and uh their their deliberate attempt to immediately start trying to go into damage control mode, given all of those things.

Rather than try to help.

Yeah. Rather than try to help you guys. I mean, the whole, it's just a lot of really odd things that are happening simultaneously.

It just seems like a lot of people could have possibly been involved with this. Somebody knows something, and that's why the family's been so open and willing to get this story out there and in front of many as many eyes as possible and hopefully to get some final answers. So, as a call to action to wrap things up, do you want to talk about what are the best ways that viewers right now, how can, how can they help?

Yeah, I just want to say, um, I just want to say one more thing here on my notes. Like we just went over, there's a lot of things that are pointing at um Yellow being a lead suspect here. He was given a polygraph, but other than that, the FBI didn't really use any information because for whatever reasons, they, they, they didn't really, he wasn't like the lead suspect that they went after. I mean, obviously there's a, there's a lot of information now in hindsight that we've gone through everything. Does really seem like he was involved. Multiple eyewitnesses on the ship and off the ship at this point have cooperated um him being with Amy. Um, after her leaving the balcony, there's probably a worker on the ship that saw something or knows something. Um, somebody on the island for sure might know something or heard something that's important. Somebody involved in the human trafficking uh rings themselves, you know, might have had a change of heart and thinking about coming out with some information anonymously that would lead to, you know, uh finding her. So, uh, this is where we are. This is where we are. We've, we've gone through all the data. Those are the the primary bits of information that um that we're looking at. Yeah.

So, there are, there's some information, exclamation point Amy in the chat. There's a bunch of links for you guys.

I'll put it right there. You can see there are uh ways that we need help from higher-ups. We need, um, you know, Project Miata. You contact your state, local, federal officials, and there's some links there that can point you in the correct direction where to send tips to, where to send information to.

Yeah. I mean, I think not many people are probably aware, but today is World Against Trafficking Day, um, July 30th, and, uh, Tim Tebow, who I'd love to get in touch with if anybody can figure out a way how to, was posting a lot of information on the the global crisis that is trafficking and the attention that needs to be put in this area, if anything's ever going to be done about it. We have this lack of international cooperation. Um, Grenada, where Yellow happens to live, um, is a sovereign country. Um, it gained its independence from the United Kingdom in 1974, I've recently uh found. And it, so the FBI can't go question Yellow unless he agrees to it, unless uh the Grenadian government agrees to cooperate with our government. So, you know, putting pressure and writing letters and calling your, you know, like Judy said, your state, your local, your federally elected officials and putting pressure on them to renew um the attention uh to this case and reinvestigate. Um, I don't know whether treaties need to be redone or how, but we're not going to be able to ever do anything about any trafficking victims if we can't work in other countries to go after the people that are responsible. So, we need, you know, that's why we're trying to get help from any anybody with a platform um and or the resources to help us um keep uh keep this pressure on because we've said from day one, we have a gut feeling that Amy is still out there. We always have. We still do. We know somebody knows something. Probably most likely more than one person knows something. It's been 27 years. It's time for somebody to say something. And we need help uh getting the information um from everybody around the world. Anybody who cares enough and is interested enough to reach out to um these uh government officials to make something happen. Um so we can help Amy and get her the justice she deserves.

Um, uh, so we can, we can uh take a couple questions real fast and um, are, are you, are you cool with that, Brad?

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Um, let's see. Do you want to look at that one here? I just, I highlighted it right there.

That's fine. Yeah.

So, the question is, "What are my thoughts on the witness in the bar uh stating um uh he met Amy and Amy said she got off the boat to secure drugs?" That's the only part of his story I don't, I don't buy. Um, Amy and I didn't do drugs. We never did drugs together. We never talked about getting drugs. I never knew Amy to do drugs. The only thing that she did was drink beer and smoke cigarettes. You, you guys were super close, too. Um, so just, just consider, you know, a lot of people have brothers and sisters. Um, you guys were super duper close. So, she.

She wouldn't have been doing this on the sneak. You guys were very familiar with what you guys did.

I, that, that, that part of his uh story uh bugs me because I don't, I don't buy it. Um, I don't, I don't think Amy had any intention to find drugs. I don't think that's why she potentially would have agreed to meet Yellow because she was looking for drugs. I, I just don't think there's any, any, any truth to that.

Okay. And the next one, and I'm not sure about this one, just look at it.

Look at this one before you read.

We, yeah. So, you know, there's a lot of questions about the IP address stuff and the Barbados information. Um, is not something that I can speak on publicly publicly at this point. Um, we don't want to share or overshare information that that could um affect the investigation negatively. Um, so that's not something I can comment on, unfortunately.

Um.

And then you, you've kind of, you've kind of talked about this already a lot, Brad, but do you want to.

Just, yeah, I think that's, I think that's, yeah, I think that's just a distraction.

Okay.

Um, let's see.

Oh, yeah. That's a good one. Is it normal protocol for the staff and crew to search their own rooms?

Yeah, seems, uh, seems like you're really not trying to find out what happened. Um, you know, we found out a lot of information in the first several years after Amy's disappearance about the amount of crime, the amount of thefts, the amount of stabbings and fights and rapes that occur just within the crew themselves, much less having to do with any of the passengers. So, you know, you have a dodgy group of people from all over these islands and these other countries who are um not all, but some of which up to no good. And you've got them in a criminal investigation and a search for a missing passenger searching their own quarters when they're potentially involved. Uh, yeah, it makes, makes no sense. I have no idea whether that's uh standard operating procedure for these companies. Um, but it's a good way to again protect your liabilities. Um, so maybe it is.

Um, I'm not sure if you wanted to address this one.

Nah, I can't speak on that either.

Okay. That's fine.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Thank you guys. You can continue to keep some questions coming, but we're going to go ahead and start to wrap things up here. Um, we are, this is something that Andrew and I, like I said, we're more than happy to talk about this as much as you guys want. We'll keep that exclamation point Amy command active. And please, if you have a moment, check the links out there. Any information you have. I know there's someone in chat earlier that said they had a profile, a Facebook profile they wanted you to look at. Some things didn't quite add up with that, but send all of um and any links to the tip line, exclamation point Amy, and that email, Amy Bradley is missing@gmail.com.

I'd like to say one last thing. Um, again, myself, my parents, our entire family, a large group of friends can't tell you how much it has meant to us to watch the entire world embrace us with love and prayers and thoughtful sentiments and nice messages and well wishes. I mean, it's been unbelievable. We need help. Um, again, somebody knows something. We implore that person or those people to find it within themselves to finally come forward and give us that one piece of information. It's just going to take one person. Um, and I'd also ask all of you that have been so interested and invested in this story and trying to figure out what happened, not to take the pressure off when this news cycle switches. Not don't let this story die down. We have to keep the pressure on um to affect any positive change in this situation. So, um, please keep paying attention. U I'll do my best to update you when I'm able to um share information that's pertinent to the investigation. Um, but, you know, don't give up on Amy. Um, we need, we need everybody's attention to stay focused.

Where's the best place for people to stay up to date with uh your messages?

Well, I, I mean, I started the the X page. Um, so, um, I don't know if you can share that link.

Yep.

Um, and then.

Still trying to figure out, uh.

TikTok.

How TikTok works. Uh, so not very good at that yet, but um, on those, those are the only two kind of social media platforms. We also have a large, um, uh, Facebook contingency. I'm not personally on Facebook, but um, there is a lot of information um that hopefully we can get the uh, uh, the group name and get that shared. So you, if you're on Facebook, there's tons of information and things about what are, what are going on there. Um, so, yeah, thank you everybody.

There's one, one final question for you. Um, one of our amazing mods asked and said, "Brad, how are you doing?"

I'm tired.

Um.

Yeah.

You know, uh, it's been a lot. Um, but whatever. Uh, I can, I can rest later. I, I feel strong even though I look tired. I mean, my friends keep telling me, uh, every interview I do, I look older and tiredder than I did on the one before, and I feel it. Um, but I, you know, I don't care about that. I'm, I'm okay. Um, you know, I'm interested in just doing everything I can and uh.

And not, and not stopping until we have a reason to stop.

Thank you, Brad. Thank you, guys. Um, Andrew and I are not ending stream for anyone that's still here. We actually have a tournament that will be starting up in about 40 minutes. So, we're going to keep the stream rolling. I'm going to let Andrew and Brad chat a little bit off stream, but thank you so so much. Um, we're going to keep the exclamation point Amy command live in our stream.
