delicious high protein tuna dip. It's so similar to sushi, but so much healthier.
I mean, I'll make it, but I'm curious what makes sushi unhealthy, considering, in my experience, sushi is like the definition of a balanced meal.
Canned fish. This one is from Fish Wife smoked albocore tuna. It's only 200 calories and a whopping 28 g of protein.
Yeah, I don't know why it's so fancy either, but I still have some Korean tuna.
Now, I'm going to add a small amount of coconut aminos.
Never actually used this stuff before. A little bit of this healthy avocado mayo.
I prefer healthy seed oil mayo.
Some yellow bird agave Sriracha.
Oh, by the way, I did get the Asian version. I just don't want to waste this, you know.
And some sesame seeds.
Going to go with rice seasoning. It's got sesame seeds in it.
Got a mix. Now, I'm going to chop some green onions for garnish. Instead of chips, I'm going to use a cucumber since I am doing low carbon petite. M.
Okay, that's good. There's just one thing I'd change. Now it tastes like sushi out of 10.
