Welcome to the place of grace here in Englewood, California. This is the place where whoever can be healed of whatever. I'm William McGee. This is Rebecca Barolei and we're here to welcome you and love on you and greet you on behalf of our prophet and teacher, Bishop Clarence McClendon, all of the place of grace family and community. We thank God for you. What are what's happening today? This week it's it's summer time. We're so we're in the thrust of everything that's going on. So what do we got going? What's going on today?

But you know what today is? What's today? It's a fourth Sunday. Okay. So today is 2020 partnership day. Hey. Hey. I love 2020. I love 2020 partnership. Not just because it's $20, only $20, but [laughter] which is so vital and so key because the $20 a month allows you to connect to something that's greater than yourself. This is a global apostolic and prophetic ministry. So, our prophet and teacher, he goes all over the world. He ministers all over the world. That word goes into the four corners of the earth. But it takes money to get the gospel out, right? And it is like a radar hit because when I say this week, we got so many invitations. Wow. For the for the prophet all in the same month. Does that include me too, Michael? I'm sure. So, I'm looking forward to it. Yes. So, um 2020 Sundays. This is the Sunday that we set aside for you, our 2020 partners that have decided to connect with the anointing on our apostle and prophet, Bishop Clarence C. Clinton as well as the assignment that rests on this house. Yes. And so your 2020 seed today is going to cover numerous God aspects and mandates of the ministry.

Um so first we want to thank those of you who are consistent. Yes. I got to say fourth Sunday comes around and we start seeing people sewing like on Saturday as well. I'm excited and usually I'm on the travel team. I'm I'm graced to travel the world with our prophet. So your seed matters that 2020 when we're it makes a difference going through airports and doing this and doing that. Your seed is helping get this apostolic and prophetic word and this grace that's at the place of grace around the world to people to ministers. And we got to remember especially those of us who live in the United States there's believers that are being persecuted all over the world. We have it so great here because the hand of God is on our nation. So, we want to be able to help alleviate the burden, the the stress, what the enemy is trying to do to wipe out this gospel. No, no, no. We're going to reverse it on him and send this grace to where the enemy cannot touch it. Like the prophet was talking about the apostolic being released, your 2020 seed, my 2020 seed, helps the apostolic be released into these nations, into these people. It's like a part of the passage. I look at the seed almost like it's making this clear passage, you know, no obstacles, no hindrances of the prophet getting this anointing into other nations, other regions.

So, and not only does it help globally, but it helps our mandate too. Even here at the Cosmopolitan Center in next month, we're going into our Academy of Healing and Wellness convention, which we do twice a year. This is a big Do we get to talk about that right now? We do. This is a big mandate where the Lord spoke to Bishop years ago about the healing doctrine has gone out and that we were to get back to it. Many people remember the great healing crusades of pastor Benny Hinn, Katherine Khman and Sister Amy Simple McFerson. Amy Simple McFerson and the Lord spoke to Bishop that this is not just supposed to be demonstration. Yes. It's impartation. Impartation. So, so many people I think would be wowed and and and head to those conferences believing for healing, not realizing that that same anointing resides in us. See, and that that's the part that I love about this mandate is that God has taken our prophet a step further, a step ahead to build on, but to go further on what those previous generations of healing evangelists, apostles, and prophets who had that mantle. that now it's time for you and I the believer not just to be spectators not just to be observers but for you to be equipped so that you know that you have the same authority yes that Jesus said it's not for apostles it's not exclusive to the the five-fold ministry no if you believe and you receive that Jesus is Lord and the spirit of God is living in your heart and ruling and reigning in you have a right not only to receive divine healing but you have a right to dispense it I'm going to say it again cuz that sounded good. You have a right, my brother, my sister, to dispense it, to release it in full confidence, knowing that when you lay hands on the sick, what Jesus said what happened will happen for you. No matter the diagnosis, no matter what the doctor says, no matter what symptoms are saying, no matter what the affliction that you are encountering, because greater is he that is in us than that sickness, than that disease, than that doctor's report that's in someone's body or in your physical body, but it takes impartation. It takes knowledge. And those nights, what are the nights that are coming up in August? August. It's August 12th, 13th, and 14th. And if you've been to a convention, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Yes. You may think, you know, well, I've been it. But revelation is progressive. Yes. Every academy the prophet is coming with like another level of revelation knowledge as it pertains to healing. This is to equip you. You are not to be defeated. The prophet always says we are not the sick trying to get healed. We're the healed stewarding our wholeness and wellness. and the Holy Spirit in you. That healing grace flows through the Holy Spirit to through your spirit to your mortal mortal body and you're able to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. That scripture was not just for pastors or prophets. It's for everybody. It's for everyone. So that when you get that scratching throat, you know, like they say it's cold or flu season. No, no, no. You put the word on it before you go into the medicine cabinet or when you go to the doctor or you know that go someone has a doctor's appointment. You know, no matter what the doctor says when they leave that that that that that physician, that appointment, that divine healing belongs to anyone that you are in agreement with and for by reason of the blood of Jesus. But that takes knowledge. It's not just h it's not magic. We're not in Vegas trying to, you know, at the roulette wheel. Not that I've been to Vegas and have played the roulette wheel. I'm just saying I've seen others do it. I've just, you know, just walking through the casino to get something to eat. You see people trying to gamble. We're not gambling on healing. It's impartation. And impartation is is necessary revelation knowledge to come to us so that we can dispense it fully freely. So that's Wednesday. Write these down or just get them in your head. We're going to be sending the dates all across our social media. So Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, August 12th, 13th, and 14th. And then that great miracle service the 16th. The 16th. Not the 15th. And one of the things the spirit of the Lord directed us here as a presbytery was that the time of communion because not only we have been given a revelation of the significance of communion uh and also we have an understanding of how that act of wisdom and remember communion the Lord's table is not just [music] an ordinance it is not just a sacrament. It is the wisdom of God for the new creation to operate at optimum level. There is such revelation behind it that I think many of God's people are not cognizant of. And so one of our assignments is to teach it. But the Lord also ministered to us that this was one of the times where we needed to be praying for God's people and laying hands and ministering to them in a specific uh onpurpose service. Now, the spirit of God may minister to us at any time to lay hands on people and do those types of things, but in that service, we were directed by the spirit of God to do it. And so, we're moving that service now. We were doing it at 7 uh:00 on the first Sunday, but we're moving that one now to 1:30 or 1:00. What did I say? 1:00. And so if you need prayer, see, don't come to me all hours of the day and night asking me for prayer and laying on of hands when we're setting a time aside for you to receive that. Now, I'll pray for you. I'll pray for you and the presbytery will pray for you at any time. Uh but you know, there's always times where we're moving and things have to be done. But this is a time where we set it aside. So uh we'll do our first uh our first service at the normal time uh we will amend it. We will start that service at 1:00. We are very good at making sure that that service ends in 90 minutes [music] and the format. We've already done that. So you're not going to be here all day. But look at your neighbor say make sure make sure make sure you adjust your schedule to be with us during that time. That will begin next Sunday. So, there'll be no 700 p.m. first Sunday. It will now be 1:00. We want to maximize our time here. And of course, in Los Angeles, the way things are moving, so many uh people uh like to maximize things and not come out at night. I don't know what that is, but we we we we're trying to maximize and make it available to as many of you as can. So, make sure you make that adjustment. And of course, uh, you were we've got the Academy of Healing and Wellness upcoming Wednesday, August 12, 13, 14, and the miracle service on Sunday. You want to be a part of that, turn with me in your Bibles to the book of Proverbs, chapter number 25. The book of Proverbs, chapter number 25. I want you to see something here, uh, as we continue in our worship. I want you to see something. Proverbs chapter 25 and I want to read verse uh let me see verse number 14. Proverbs chapter 25 and verse number 14. I was reading this this past week as I was reading through the proverbs and this came to me [music] in a very very significant manner. Now, this is the Sunday also uh which we focus on our 2020 vision partnership. And those of you that are 2020 vision partners that are watching me live streaming, thank God for you. I've got a letter coming to you that's going to be sharing some things about things that are upcoming in the next several months. And many of you here are 2020 vision partners. That uh partnership has been revived and that helps us with our outreach around the world. Amen. Amen. With our television outreach, live stream, social media, and the travel team uh that is traveling, there's several things upcoming uh that are significant that we're looking at making sure happen and your giving, your seed enables us to do that. I'll do that as an addendum to this time of giving. But I want you to pay attention to something because one of the things that God's people must be cognizant of all the time is that when you and I come into the kingdom of God, we have come into a kingdom that operates by a different set of principles than the world system. Wave at me if you understand what [music] I just said. The Bible says that when you and I are born again, we are translated. Uh, one translation says, another says conveyed from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of God's dear son. That literally means you changed citizenship when you were born again. The Bible calls us citizens of heaven. Look at your neighbor and say, "You're registered there." Uh, can y'all hear me? I said, "Look at your neighbor and say, "You're registered there."" Look at your neighbor. Say, "Where?" Where in heaven? The Bible says, "You and I are registered there." In other words, it is already clear that that's where your citizenship is. And so one of the things that the word of God and one of the things that those of us who have the responsibility of teaching and preaching the word of God, one of the things we are consistently responsible before God for doing is reminding you of the principles by which this kingdom operates. Wave at me if you understand what I just said. So watch this. Now, one of the principles of the kingdom of God is the principle of giving and receiving. And although the carnal mind doesn't want to hear it, the spiritual mind must understand it. Because if you're continuing to operate by principles of darkness in the kingdom of light, you will be very very disappointed and you'll wonder why things aren't happening for you. A and what will often happen is people begin to blame God. But it's not God withholding. It's you and I not understanding how this kingdom operates. Are you still here? So now watch this. Giving and receiving is one of the foundational principles of the kingdom of God. In in uh in Genesis 8 and 22, God said, "As long as the earth remains, summer and winter, cold and hot, seed time and harvest, day and night, will not cease." That means there's always a time to sew >> and there's a time to reap. But the time to reap doesn't come into operation until sewing occurs. Are you still here? >> Wave with me if you understand what I just said. So watch what the writer here in Proverbs says. The wisdom of God. It says, "Whoever falsely boasts of giving is like clouds and wind without rain." I want you to see this. God is so serious. He so backs his principle of giving and receiving. He says this, "If you try to perpetrate it, you'll be exposed." >> In other words, this works so significantly, it works so positively that if you say you're doing it and you're not doing it, he said, "That's like clouds and wind without rain." Now, what does that mean? If you see clouds and you see wind, you expect something to happen next. >> Clouds and wind are an indication something else is coming. >> Are you still here? He says, when you say you're a giver or act like a giver or pretend to be a giver, but you're not actually doing it, he said you're like clouds and wind without rain. You look the part, but you don't get the results. Ain't nobody saying nothing to the preacher. See, there's a lot of people in church who look the part, >> but they're not getting the results. Grab your neighbor's hand, squeeze it tight, tell them, "I made up my mind. >> I'm not going to look the part. >> I'm going to get the results. >> If this thing works, >> it'll work for me. Anybody believe the word of God on the matter? Now what? Watch this. Go to Ecclesiastes chapter 1. Just go there real quick. I want you to see this. Ecclesiastes chapter 1. I'm sorry. Ecclesiastes chapter 11 and verse number one. Ecclesiastes chapter 11 and verse number one. Somebody says, "Bishop, why don't you always get spend time uh reading the Bible to people when it's giving time?" Because your giving is not based on what I think. And the power of God does not go into operation based on what I say. >> The power of God goes into operation based on God's word. And when you and I say what God has said, that's when we get results. Wave at me if you understand what I just said. And it's important for you to understand that this is not some contrivance of men. This is not some institutional church uh directive. This is what God's word says about you and I prospering and overcoming in the kingdom of God. >> And I made up my mind. I'm not going to be around losers. Ain't nobody saying nothing to me. If you going to hang around me, we going to elevate. That's right. That's right. Now, now you that's not an insult. God did not intend you to lose. >> The Bible calls you an overcomer. >> Come on, say amen to this. That means there's something to come over. >> And anytime it comes, you're supposed to be coming over it. >> So look at your neighbor and say, "No losers in the house." We And so we're going to be equipped to win. Watch this. Look at verse number one, Ecclesiastes 1. Cast your bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days. Watch this. Give a serving to seven and also to eight. Now, what does that mean? It means sometimes you're going to need to go beyond what you decided. He said, "Well, I decided to give to seven, but that eighth one is out of luck." Come on, say amen. I decided to give in seven offerings, but that eighth one was too much. That may be the very one. Are you still here? >> Watch this. Give a serving to seven and also to eight. For you do not know what evil will be on the earth. But there's a revelation there that giving combats evil. >> Which includes lack. >> Are you there? Now look at verse number three. If somebody shout if. >> If. >> Say it again. If. >> Come on. I said shout if. >> Now if is conditional. >> So what he's saying is if the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth. The opposite would be if they're not, they won't. >> You see the connection? >> He that falsely boasts of giving is like clouds and wind without rain. But he says, if the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth. And if a tree falls to the south or the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it shall lie. Grab your neighbor's hand, squeeze it, say, "Did you get what was just said to you?" In other words, you were just told that the thing you see was caused by something. If [snorts] a tree falls to the to to to the north or south, in the place where the tree falls, there it will lie. In other words, when you see it, it's because something happened before it. I need you to look at your neighbor and say, "When you see me prosper, >> when you see me overcome, >> now talk to them. Say, when you see me prosper, >> when you see me overcome, when you see me come out with the victory, it didn't just happen. Something occurred before you saw that. And that's why you saw it." Watch this. Look at verse four. He who observes the wind will not sow. In other words, if you pay attention to your natural circumstances, you won't do what God has directed. I don't know how many times I've been in a situation where if I looked at my circumstance, I would be, "Uh-uh, not this week, Jesus. Ain't nobody saying nothing to me." See, see, see, you think because you're the preacher. No, no, no. There have been times I look at my circumstance and I not today, Lord. And I'm talking about Lord L a WD. You understand? Not today. >> Come on, say amen. >> But look at your neighbor. Say, you can't observe the circumstance. >> No, you're not talking strongly enough. Look at your neighbor. Say, you can't observe the circumstance. >> And get the result God desires. Now, I'm not saying deny the circumstance. I'm saying this is how you and I deal with the circumstance. I don't let the circumstance keep me from doing what God's word says do. And the seven people who agreed with me said, >> watch this. He who observes the wind will not sow. And he who regards the clouds will not reap. Get the connection. If you don't sow, don't look for a harvest. >> Somebody say, "Well, when my ship comes in," look at your neighbor. say, "Do you have any ships you sent out? 'Cause if you didn't send any ships out, none of the ones coming in are yours." Watch. Now, here's the here's the piece that gets me every time I read it. As you do not know what is the way of the wind. In other words, you don't know where it comes from, where it goes, but you feel the effect or how bones grow in the womb of her who is with child. I was meditating on this and the I I I I was meditating on this this past week and I saw when when that egg is fertilized. When that seed hits the right environment, something starts happening on its own that you cannot see. Stuff starts moving. I don't know who I'm talking to. Look at your neighbor and tell them your seed will start stuff moving. It'll start stuff to grow where you can't see. It'll cause movement to happen on your behalf that you don't even know is happening until you see the result. I was I was meditating on this this past week and I was reminded of the story where Elisha I believe it's 2 Kings chapter 6 where Elisha stands up when there's drought in Syria because of the quarantine. And he says tomorrow there'll be plenty of food and it's going to be cheap. >> He said tomorrow about this time you'll be able to get this for [music] this. and and and the lepers who caused that to happen didn't hear the word of Elisha. They were someplace else. Grab your neighbor's hand, squeeze it, say, "Pay attention." They didn't hear what Elisha said. THEY WERE FAR AWAY. They didn't hear the word. But when he said what he said, when he acted on what he heard, it set stuff in motion where he was not. Now, I don't know who I'm talking to, but just so nobody is missed, I want you to look at somebody and tell them something will be set in motion. You're not talking strongly enough, so maybe this is for somebody listening to me live streaming. Tell them something will be set in motion. Out of your control, but in favor of your result. You didn't say it right. Tell them SOMETHING WILL BE SET IN motion out of your control but in favor of your result. They didn't hear you say it one more time. Something will be set in motion out of your control, beyond your ability, but in favor of your result. [music] Does anybody believe that acting on a word from God? So watch it. He said just like you don't know how that happens. You just have to know that it's happening. >> Come on, say amen. >> Amen. >> The Bible, the Bible says, you know, the seed comes of itself. >> A woman goes to a doctor and the doctor tells her she's pregnant. That means she expects certain stuff to start happening. Come on, SAY AMEN. SHE EXPECTS CERTAIN THINGS TO START H. SHE KNOWS BONES are growing in there and eyes are coming and hands are coming and and they you don't expect a freak. YOU EXPECT A HARVEST. Now watch what the word of God says. It says JUST LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW how that happens. You don't have to understand how when you sew your seed something goes into motion. Look at your neighbor. Say, "Just know it's happening." >> Just know it's happening based on God's word. What does that mean? That means once I sew my seed, faith says it's happening. >> Well, how how do you know it's h? I know based on the word of God. Well, what do you see? Nothing. What do you feel? Nothing. Don't have to see nothing. Don't have to feel nothing to know something is going on. So, watch this. In the morning, sow your seed. And in the evening, do not withhold your hand. For you don't know which will prosper. In other words, you don't know which seed you release at God's word is going to cause the result to occur. I want you to lift up your hands because I need to pray for some people today. I need to pray for you and I'm going to help your believer get up. >> You you you understand? I'm going to help you a believer get up because the thing I want you to see and understand is when you and I set in motion and act on God's word, there are things that start happening that we cannot see but are connected to the result that you need. And I am anointed of the spirit of God to tell somebody today, you will not be disappointed. You will not be let down. You will not be made ashamed. As you put the word of God to work, something supernatural is happening in the realm of the unseen, but it will be made manifest. Look at your neighbor and say, "In not many days." There's some of you that need a breakthrough in the next several days. I've been there constantly. Get there. But I know what to do >> based on the word of God. Lift your hands. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you that there will be and there are tangible results to the man or woman who dares to act on your word. And today as I pray for my brother, my sister in the realm of their natural material substance and their provision, I declare in the name of Jesus that as they act on your word and do as you have directed that something happens beyond the realm of their ability but connected to the result that they need. And in the name of Jesus, I decree favor, blessing, increase, victory in the name of Jesus. And everyone who agreed with the man of God said, "It is so." >> Here's what I want you to do. Just very simply, do what the spirit of God has directed you to do. Do what the word of God tells you to do. I'm a tither. Do I have any tithers in the room? Let me see. I mean, real ones. I'm a tither. Tithing is not old covenant. Tithing is not new covenant. Tithing is before a covenant was ever made. Tithing is the foundational principle [music] of walking in the blessing of God. God revealed that principle to Abram before he made a covenant with him. So new covenant, old covenant doesn't affect the tithe. It's a principle, a vow of walking in the blessing of God. Then beyond that, there are other ways to give. The first fruit is a way of giving. Some of you are going to tithe today. If you know uh what that means, then a tenth of everything that comes into my hands and yours belongs to God. And God says, "Bring it to me." Amen. Look at your neighbor say, "It's not a stick up. It's the way up." God's not holding a gun say, "Give it [music] to No, he's saying bring it to me so that the blessing can go into operation in fullness." Not just on you 'cause you're already blessed in Christ Jesus. Amen. You're blessed whether you tithe or not. But you're not supposed to only be blessed. You're supposed to be a blessing. >> Come on, say amen to this. >> So many Christians are satisfied with being blessed. I'm not. I want to be a blessing. That means I need to have over and above what I need. >> So I can give to somebody else. >> Come on, say amen to this. >> Hallelujah. Did anybody want to be a blessing other than me? I said, "Anybody want to be a blessing other than me? Let me see. Let me see." Well, this is the way you do it. Again, if God has already increased you, if he's already blessed you in some way, then bring him something that says, "Lord, thank you." Or maybe you're sewing in the prophecy. Maybe God has spoken to you to sew into the anointing. Sew into the man of God. That's a way of giving in scripture. No coercion, but if he's leading you, do it. Right there on your computer screen, right there on your smartphone, there's a donate button. There's a way for you to give. I want you to do it and do it as unto the Lord expecting. Tell him, "I'm paying [music] attention to it." You say, "Bishop McClennon, how can you say that?" Because I can read. The Bible says, "Jesus sat by the treasury and watched how people gave in to the treasury." Jesus said, "He that has seen me has seen the father." If Jesus does it, the father does it. Somebody say amen to that. >> It's just Bible. And I just heard there were I don't know what the Lord said, but do what he said today. Don't let the circumstance alter your action. See, Paul said, "My God shall supply your need." Paul's God was a God who who worked miracles. >> You say, "Wait a minute. Don't we serve the same God?" Yes. But what you believe about God is based on what you've learned about him and what you've seen experienced. Are you still here? >> A man who's never had a miracle can't tell you to believe for

One. >> A woman who's never seen a miracle is not going to encourage you to stand for one. But when you're dealing with men and women who've been delivered from the hand of the enemy and snatched out of the mouths of lions and lifted from stuff they couldn't get out of themselves. Yeah. Hey, excuse me. Glory to God. Then you got a real one on your hands and miracles can happen. I believe in miracles. Somebody say amen to that. >>

[screaming] >> Come on, say amen to this. >> Look at your neighbor and say, "God, has more integrity than your insurance company. >> Somebody say, "I receive in the name of Jesus." When you give into other people being harvested, you have an ability to [music] go to God and ask him with assurance. And he said, because you're helping me bring it in, I'm going to make sure it gets to you. Philippians 3 and verse 7. And I'm going to read to verse number 14, I believe. Philippians chapter 3, verse number 7. And I'm going to read to verse number 17. When you find it, say, "I'm there." >> I'm there. >> Make this confession of faith with me. Say, I am a new creation. >> I am a new creation >> in Christ Jesus. >> In Christ. >> Say that again. I am a new creation. >> I am a new creation. >> In Christ Jesus. >> In Christ. >> Say, everything about me >> Everything [cheering] about me >> is new. >> is new. >> The way I am righteous is new. >> The way I prosper is new. >> I prosper. >> The way I stay well >> healed and whole >> is new. >> is new. God's mercies >> God's mercies >> on my life >> are new every morning >> every day. >> Say this out loud. The Bible is God's word to me. >> Say that again. The Bible >> The Bible >> is God's word to me. >> God's word to me. >> Say that one more time. The Bible >> The Bible >> is >> God's word to me. >> God's word. >> Everything that is true >> concerning me >> concerning me >> is as God's word says it is. >> Now say this out loud today. I will hear >> I will >> and receive >> and receive >> the word of God >> word of God. >> I will walk in this word >> and be changed >> and be changed >> for the better >> for the better >> forever >> forever. Philippians chapter 3 verse number 7 and the word of God reads but what things were gained to me these I have counted loss for Christ yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence or for the excelling in >> the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord for whom I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish that I may gain the anointing ed one and the anointing and be found in him. Everybody say and be found in him. Not having my own righteousness which is from the law or from performance but that which is through faith in Christ. The righteousness which is from God by faith that I may know him and the power of his resurrection. Now one thing about knowing him in the power of his resurrection means you have to have some death experiences. A lot of people want to know God in the power of his resurrection, but they don't want to die to anything >> or allow any circumstance to put them to death. And when I say death, I'm not talking about the cessation of life, but I'm talking about the circumstantial extinguishment of things beyond the realm of your natural ability to revive it. See, sometimes there are things in your life and mine that are dying and the spiral of death and we cannot do anything about them. And if they're going to live, only the spirit of God will be able to raise them back up. >> Come on, say amen to this. >> So he says, I want to know him in the power of his resurrection. Watch this. And in the fellowship of his sufferings. Now this is another verse that has been misconstrued by erroneous exegesis and wrong preaching. When the Bible says to know him in the fellowship of his sufferings, it does not mean to suffer yourself like he did. Paul is not believing for suffering. What he is saying, I want to have partnership. I want to experience what the scripture says that he and I went through the process together. [cheering] >> Are you still here? I want to fully understand that so that I can get the results of his suffering, not the equivalent of his suffering. >> Being conformed to his death, if by any means I may attain to the resurrection of the dead, not that I have already attained or am already perfected or mature in everything. Look at your neighbor. Say, I'm not mature in everything. Well, boy, that's a serious confession for the religious saint because we have been taught that we have to do this religious perpetration on a weekly basis. And the fact of the matter is none of us are that flawless in our flesh. >> Yeah. Just like I said, keep looking straight ahead and nobody will know I'm talking about you. So Paul says, "Not that I am already perfected." And again, that word means matured. But I press on that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus laid hold on me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended or to have grabbed hold of everything that I'm in pursuit of yet. But one thing I do, forgetting, those things which are behind and reaching >> forward to those things which are ahead, I press. Everybody say, I press. toward the goal for the prize of the upward call in of God in Christ Jesus.

I was leaving the place of prayer and going for a walk because my nutritionist and my physician have told me now I need to walk more. So I was walking when this word came to me. I had come out of prayer. I had prayed. I hadn't really heard anything in prayer. But as I was walking, I heard the word of the Lord come to me, Herb, and say, "Do you want to go higher?" >> I I I heard the question posed to me, "Do you want to go higher?" This was about three or four weeks ago. And as I was walking, I recognized, okay, Bishop Qu, I recognize this is not only a challenge from God to me, but it is a word, a question that needs inquiry. I have learned in my walk with God that when he asks certain questions, none of his questions are rhetorical. >> I'm going to say that again. God does not ask rhetorical questions. In other words, if he asks a question, there's an answer to it. And there's an answer that he wants from you and from me in order to move to whatever he has next. I need you to look at somebody and tell them God's trying to get you to your next. Just tell them that. Uh uh look at your other neighbor. Say God is wanting to get you to whatever is after this. H but you've got to understand. So this question was asked me and as I began to meditate on the question I recognized that there is currently in the realm of the spirit among those of us who are dialed in to the spirit realm there is right now in the spirit dimension both a divine discontentment with the status quo or the current level but there's also a kind of demonic quarantine >> a demonic quarantine trying to close things off and trying to oppose oppose your and my next dimension. Now, these opposing winds, pay attention, serve to create a challenging and sometimes overwhelming environment, but they also demand from each of us an honest and sincere response to the question, do you want to go higher? And if you want to go higher, we're told here by the Apostle Paul that there are certain disciplines that must be exercised if you want to go beyond where you are. Look at your neighbor and say, "There are certain disciplines that must be exercised to go further." Now once again in the word of grace and in the finished work of Jesus, we preach and teach that the work is done. But that does not mean that you and I don't have to exercise disciplines to walk in what is done. My discipline doesn't get it done. My discipline allows me to step into what is already done. Now, if you're not cautious, you'll think your doing is what got it for you. No, your doing is not what got it for you. Your doing is what allowed you to step into what was already there. It would be if I would like if I would give you directions to a multi-million dollar home that is already prepared for you, fully furnished, and all you got to do is get there. So, what I do is I give you the road map, the GPS to get there. The house is done. >> The furniture is present. IT'S ALREADY CREATE. NOW, YOU CAN THINK that it was all created when you got there, >> but no, it was there. What you did was YOU EXERCISED THE DISCIPLINE >> to get from where you are to there. You didn't come up with your own route. >> YOU DIDN'T WASTE TIME TRYING TO INQUIRE HOW TO GET THERE. the road mapap was given to you touch two people and say all you had to do was follow it. >> Yeah. So, so there there is a demand there that is required and we'll get to that in just a moment. That's the easy part. But if you're going to go higher and if you're a higher desirer, >> if your desire is for higher, there are a few things that you and I must understand and they're difficult sometimes and challenging when you are a person who is not satisfied with where you are. Now, you got to understand this because people are built differently. They're wired differently. Uh, some of it has to do with environment, some of it has to do with endowment, some of it has to do with experience, etc. I'm not going to go into all of that, but people are wired differently. And one of the challenging things, look at your neighbor, say challenging. ONE OF THE CHALLENGING things to do when you are a higher desirer is to deal with people who don't have that same desire. H it's it's tough. It's it's a challenge when you are a higher desirer and you want to go higher than where you are. It is sometimes a shock to the system. It it almost befuddles you when you find yourself dealing with people who aren't interested in going beyond where they are. Look at your neighbor and tell them in this walk of faith, in this Christian journey, you will meet people WHO ARE NOT uh settled on getting to the destination that you want to arrive at.

Go to Numbers chap 20 verse number one. I want you to go to Numbers chapter 20 and verse number one. I want you to I want to show you something here. A lesson that the spirit of God taught me some time ago that he has reminded me of recently. Numbers chapter 20 and verse number one. It says, "Then the children of Israel, the whole congregation came to the wilderness of Zen in the first month. They've just been freed from the bondage of Egypt. They're a month out. Are you still here?" >> And the people stayed in Kadesh. And Miriam died there and was buried there. That's Moses brother. I Moses sister. So he's experiencing some grief. Look at verse number two. Now there was no water for the congregation. So they gathered together against Moses. I want you to get this. There's no water for them. Bishop Quacy. Now they have been slaves for 400 and some years. UH THEY HAVE BEEN BEATEN. THEY have been incarcerated. They have been denied. They have had their provision uh uh measured. uh they have seen uh each other die at the whip and the lash of their Egyptian captives and oppressors. Now they are free and they're lacking water. >> There was no water for the congregation. So they gathered together against Moses and Aaron. The same guy that just delivered them by A MIGHTY HAND STRETCHED OUT A ROD OVER THE SEA. Y'all ain't saying nothing to me. Uh following A PILLAR OF A CLOUD BY DAY and a pillar OF FIRE BY NIGHT, LIVING IN THE SUPERNATURAL. >> And they have no water. So the congregation gathered together against Moses and Aaron. And the people contended with Moses and spoke, saying, "If only we had died when our brethren died before the Lord. Why have you brought us this assembly to the wilderness that our animals that we and our animals should die here? And why have you made us come out of Egypt to bring us to this evil place? I want you to hear their words. Now Egypt is desirable to freedom. >> Y'all ain't saying nothing to me. Now freedom is an evil place AND BONDAGE IS PREFERRED BY THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE LACKING SOME NATURAL PROVISION. GRAB YOUR NEIGHBOR'S HAND AND SAY, "YOU WILL MEET them in every church. You'll meet them in every church. You you you'll meet these people IN EVERY CONGREGATION. YOU'LL MEET them everywhere you go. WHEN THEY GET IN A TIGHT SPACE, THEY WILL PREFER BONDAGE TO LIBERTY because their flesh is uncomfortable. You don't have to like me. I'm obligated to preach the gospel." Not that. And so THEY'RE READY TO KILL THE PASTOR. WHY HAVE YOU BROUGHT US TO THIS EVIL PLACE? WATCH THIS. It is not a place of grain or figs or vines or pomegranates, nor is there any water here. And I want you to hear what they said. This is not what you told us. >> See, when they SAY THIS IS NOT A PLACE OF GRAIN, IT'S NOT A place of figs. It's not a place of vines. It's not a place of pomegranates. They're looking at them SAY, "WAIT A MINUTE. YOU SAID we were coming into a land of milk and honey. YOU SAID WE'D HAVE OUR OWN LAND. YOU said nobody's saying anything to the preacher." And so they SAID, "THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU SAID. TOUCH YOUR NEIGHBOR AND SAY, "HAVE YOU EVER BEEN THERE?" [sighs] >> Where what you're experiencing is not what you were told. THIS CHRISTIAN LIFE WOULD BE LIKE YOU. YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FLOWERY BEDS OF ease and a skip TO MY LOOT OF GLORY AND EVERYTHING COMING UP ROSES. >> Still here. Verse number six. So Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the door of the tabernacle of meeting and they fell on their faces and the glory of God appeared to them. Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, "Take the rod. You and your brother Aaron, gather the congregation together. Speak to the rock before their eyes, and it will yield its water. Thus you shall bring water for them out of the rock and give drink to the congregation and their animals." So Moses took the rod from before the Lord as he commanded him. And Moses and Aaron gathered uh together before Moses and Aaron gathered the assembly together before the rock. And he SAID TO THEM, "HEAR NOW, YOU REBELS." NOW, that wasn't exactly what God said. Uh God told him just to speak to the rock, BUT HE COME HERE NOW, YOU REBELS. Must we bring water out of this rock? Then Moses lifted his hand and struck the rock twice with his rod, and water came out abundantly, and the congregation and their animals drank. Then the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron and said, "Because you did not believe me to hallow me in the eyes of the children of Israel," therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them. And as I was reading this one day, I said, "God, this is unfair." I mean, the people uh provoked the man of God to anger. They were talking about him like he had four legs and a tail. And he DOES WHAT YOU HE DOESN'T DO WHAT YOU SAID, BUT THEY STILL GOT WATER, but he missed his destiny. HE GAVE THEM WATER and he missed his destiny. AND THE SPIRIT OF GOD SAID to me, he said, "Son, YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER, NOT EVERYBODY IS interested in going where you're going. SOME PEOPLE JUST WANT WATER. AND DON'T MISS YOUR DESTINY. DEALING WITH PEOPLE UH WHO DON'T WANT TO GO INTO THE PROMISE. ALL THEY WANT IS WATER. [cheering] Grab your neighbor's hand, SQUEEZE IT TIGHT, AND TELL THEM YOU'LL MEET SOME OF THESE PEOPLE. SO, tell your you'll meet some OF THEM ON YOUR WAY TO YOUR DESTINY, ON YOUR WAY TO HIGHER. They don't WANT THE PROMISE. THEY JUST WANT A DRINK. THEY DON'T WANT TO GET INTO LIFE ABUNDANT. THEY JUST WANT TO SURVIVE FROM ONE WEEK TO THE NEXT. GRAB YOUR NEIGHBOR'S HAND. THEN DON'T YOU GET FRUSTRATED. DON'T YOU STRIKE THE ROCK TWICE. YOU JUST give them water AND GO ON INTO your destiny. But don't let them keep you. [screaming] [cheering] Sit down. LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR AND TELL THEM THIS IS THE moment some of us are in. We're in a moment where WE'VE GOT TO DECIDE WHETHER WE WANT TO HANG OUT WITH WATER DRINKERS OR DESTINY LIVERS. WE'RE IN A MOMENT WHERE WE HAVE TO DECIDE WHETHER WE WANT TO GO IN TO WHAT GOD HAS FOR US OR JUST hang out with drinkers. Touch three people and say, "I'M MAKING MY DECISION TODAY." TELL THEM, "I'm making I I'm not going to let you frustrate me OUT OF MY DESTINY. MAKE ME cuss and swear and run AROUND CUZ ALL YOU WANT IS WATER. I'M TRYING TO GET A VICTORY. YOU HEAR ME? I WANT TO WALK IN THE SUPERNATURAL. I WANT EVERYTHING THAT GOD HAS PROMISED ME. [cheering] >> [screaming] >> NOW LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR. SAY, "I'M NOT GOING TO TALK ABOUT YOU. I'M I'm not going to talk I'm not going to look down on you. I I'm not going to say negative things about you. I'm just not going to spend too much time with you. I'm going to LET YOU DRINK WATER AND I'M GOING ON INTO what God tells me to go into." >> [cheering] >> Moses missed his destiny trying to bring people INTO A PLACE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GO. >> BOY, you missed what I just said. MOSES MISSED HIS DESTINY trying to bring people INTO PLACES THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN GOING. [cheering] Look at your neighbor. Say, "Don't take it personal." [sighs] But we may not be able to talk as much as we used to. Look at your other neighbor. Say, "Don't take it personal, but our lunches may get fewer now because I've recognized all you want is water." [cheering] Oh, it's quiet. It's quiet. Moses vision was promised land. Their focus was water. Moses vision was long-term destiny. THEIR VISION WAS SATISFACTION FOR TODAY. I JUST WANT TO BE SATISFIED TODAY. >> PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT TO BE SATISFIED TODAY WILL NOT EXHIBIT the disciplines of going higher. Are you still here? >> Jesus confronted them. Go to John chapter 6. Jesus had people like this in his church. Look at your neighbor, say, "Jesus had to deal with this in his ministry." What makes you think you won't have to deal with it in your life? Look at your neighbor, say, "Jesus had to deal with it." You say you want to be like him? Well, learn from him. Watch this. There were people coming to him. And the Bible says verse 26 of John 6, Jesus answered them and said,"Most assuredly I say to you, you seek me not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled." In other words, YOU'RE NOT FOLLOWING me for the supernatural. >> YOU'RE NOT FOLLOWING ME FOR A HIGHER WAY OF LIFE. YOU'RE YOU DIDN'T COME TO ME UH TO LIVE ON A SUPERNATURAL LEVEL. YOU CAME BECAUSE YOU WANTED FISH AND I GAVE it to you. You were hungry and I gave you a temporary fix. >> Boy, it's quiet in here. Nudge your neighbor and say, "We all have a choice." And then he tells them, "Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life." Look at YOUR NEIGHBOR. SAY, "IT'S YOUR CHOICE."

The second thing you must understand is in the will of God. Go to Romans chapter 12. I'm almost done. There are levels to this. Look at your neighbor and say, "There are levels to this." No, no, no. I need you to look at your neighbor and say, "There are levels to this." Now, look at them again. Say, "No judgment, no condemnation. You can live at whatever level you want to live at." But some of us are not satisfied with the current level and we want to go to a higher level. A and so decisions now are going to have to be made. Touch three people and say there are levels to this. Now this is where some actual teaching and instruction has to be done to the body of Christ because there are people who have preached and taught that God has what is called a permissive will. There is no such thing as a permissive will of God. >> I want you to look at your name and say there's no such thing. No such thing. You will not find permissive will anywhere in the word of God. You will not find God saying I permit. No, there's no such thing as a permissive will. There are levels to the will of God. And the Bible tells us what the levels are. Grab your neighbor's hand, squeeze it tight, tell them you get to choose your level. SEE, THIS IS WHY PAUL SAID, "I PRESS FOR THE MARK OF THE HIGH CALL." UH, in I'm I'm pressing FOR IT CUZ NOT EVERYBODY WANTS TO DEAL WITH THE PRESS. >> Ain't nobody saying nothing to me. There's there's something there. But but but but but but he SAYS, "I'M PRESSING FOR IT." WHY? BECAUSE IT'S ATTAINABLE, >> but it's not easy. [cheering] Watch it. Well, let me let me not say that cuz the Bible says uh my Jesus, my yoke is easy. Your burden is light. So, it's not that it's hard. It just requires discipline. >> And discipline is hard for a lot of Christians. [cheering] >> Boy, it's quiet in the room. Uh uh. Watch this. So, Paul is writing now Romans 12. Same guy who wrote Philippians. I'm almost done. He says, "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God that you present yourselves, your bodies a living sacrifice." And that word actually means your entire self, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. That word reasonable service there actually translates in the original Greek that is your spiritual worship. Now, notice what Paul is saying, and most people miss this. He says, "I'm beseeching you. I'm begging you because God has been merciful to you that you change the way you are presenting yourself to God. He said, "I want you to start presenting yourself to God as holy." >> I want you to begin presenting yourself to God as acceptable. Why? Because he made you holy >> in Christ Jesus. >> Are you there? >> He made you acceptable when he accepted you in the beloved. >> Come on, say amen to this. He he said, "I want you to present yourselves holy and acceptable to God, WHICH IS YOUR SPIRITUAL WORSHIP." Once again, this is what it means to worship God in spirit and in truth. It doesn't mean walking around trying to be spiritual. What it means to worship God in spirit and in truth is to wor it means to worship God in line with what his word has said about you. >> Instead of what you think about you. >> No, you didn't get it. WHAT HE'S SAYING IS to worship God in spirit is to say back to God what God has said about you regardless of how you feel or what you failed in or what you did. Why? because you're going to have what you say. AND WHEN YOU SAY WHAT he says for you to say, you'll have what he said. [cheering] >> Hallelujah. >> So, I'm begging you that you CHANGE HOW YOU PRESENT YOURSELF to God because PART OF THE REASON YOU CAN'T GO higher is because of how you're talking about you. >> Some people miss that. AND DO NOT BE CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD. And but be trans. Everybody say be transformed. Say it again. Be transformed. >> Say it again. Be transformed. This is not the message, but I can't go by this without correcting some stuff cuz God DID NOT JUST TELL YOU TO RENEW your mind. >> He didn't tell you renew your mind. See, WE GOT A WHOLE DOCTRINE IN CHRISTIANITY ABOUT RENEWING THE MIND. YOU NEED to renew your mind. Got to get your mind renewed. Got to get your mind renewed. And all that is is works. I'm trying to trying to renew my mind. Trying to change. No. No. I need to do it. Need to do it. NO, HE DIDN'T SAY RENEW YOUR MIND. HE SAID YOU CHANGE HOW YOU PRESENT YOURSELF. And if YOU CHANGE HOW YOU PRESENT YOURSELF, YOUR MIND WILL GET RENEWED WITHOUT YOU TRYING TO RENEW IT. HE'S LIKE, IF YOU DIDN'T HEAR WHAT I SAID, HE SAID he read it. He said, and be transformed. BE TRANSFORMED WHILE YOU'RE MAKING THE RIGHT PRESENTATION. SO, AS I'M SAYING TO GOD, I'M HOLY AND I'M righteous and I'm HEALED AND I'M PROVIDED FOR, GUESS WHAT STARTS HAPPENING? MY MIND STARTS GETTING RENEWED WITHOUT ME TRYING TO RENEW IT BECAUSE NOW I'M MAKING THE RIGHT presentation and the SPIRIT OF GOD BEGINS TO BEAR WITNESS WITH MY SPIRIT THAT THAT'S WHO I AM. [cheering] >> Watch this. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove that word literally means to manifest or bring into manifestation what is that good, acceptable and perfect will of God. These are the levels of the will of God. There are three of them. There is good, there is acceptable, and then there's perfect. There's no permissive. >> There's good, there's acceptable, and there's perfect. Look at your neighbor, say, "There's no permissive." >> Tell them there's good, >> there's acceptable, and there's perfect. Level one is the good will of God. What does good mean? Now, now understand good in the spirit is lower than acceptable. >> Did you hear what I just said? Now, THIS JAMS UP THE CARNAL mind cuz we think good is better than acceptable. >> But in the kingdom, acceptable is better than good. He says there's a good will. What does it mean when I'm in the good will OF GOD? IT MEANS THAT MY HEART WANTS TO do good. IT MEANS THAT I WANT TO DO RIGHT. MY HEART HAS been changed. It has been transformed. I WANT WHAT GOD WANTS. MY HEART NOW IS GOOD. >> Are you STILL HERE? BUT I DON'T YET HAVE KNOWLEDGE. THIS IS WHAT PAUL MEANS WHEN HE SAYS, "I BEAR THEM WITNESS THAT THEY HAVE A ZEAL FOR GOD, BUT not according to." SEE, YOU CAN HAVE A ZEAL FOR GOD. That's good. BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE, YOU'LL NEVER GET TO ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE WHAT GOD SAYS, "THAT'S GOOD. BUT THIS IS what I accept." Y'all didn't hear what I just said. That's good. IT'S GOOD THAT YOU WANT TO SERVE ME, BUT THIS IS WHAT I ACCEPT. >> Y'all are not saying anything. IT'S GOOD THAT YOU WANT TO BE HEALED, BUT THIS IS WHAT I ACCEPT. >> BOY, it's quiet. The whole old covenant is God making this distinction. This is why he gave all these rules and regulations. Do this, do that. It wasn't that he wanted clean plates. HE DIDN'T TELL THE HIGH PRIEST TO DRESS IN LINEN CUZ HE LIKE linen better than wool. >> He did it to make a point. THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS IF YOU'RE GOING TO WORSHIP ME THAT I ACCEPT. [screaming] >> And you can't bring me anything AND EXPECT ME TO BLESS IT. [screaming] BOY, IT'S QUIET IN THE ROOM. YOU YOU GOT TO YOU GOT TO DO IT ACCORDING TO MY WORD. SO, HOW DO YOU GO FROM GOOD to acceptable? You learn the word. [cheering] >> You didn't hear what I JUST SAID. WHEN YOU START DOING WHAT THE WORD SAYS, THEN YOU GET INTO THE ACCEPTABLE. CUZ NOW YOU'RE SAYING NOT I'M BROKEN, I'M GOING UNDER. NOW YOU'RE SAYING MY GOD HAS SUPPLIED ALL MY NEED. AND GOD SAYS I ACCEPT THAT. [cheering] HALLELUJAH. >> Let us therefore offer up to him our worship, our accepted worship. That is the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to his name. Are you still here? >> I said, are you still here? Look at your neighbor. Say, there are levels to this. Look at your neighbor. Say, you can stay in good if you want to, [gasps] but I want to get to acceptable. I want to start doing things by the word, not just by how I feel. My objective is no longer to make you happy. I don't give a fly and flip what you think about me. I'm doing what the word of God says. Now, JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW THE WORD DOESN'T MEAN THAT I'M WRONG, CUZ I'M DOING IT. [cheering] Everybody say, "Put Put it back up." Good. Good. Put it back up. Put it Put the levels. Good. That's level one. Acceptable. That's level two. Somebody saying, "Bishop McClennon, I mean, this sounds good, but give us some word on the matter." See, and I'm ready to close, but I got to give you some some word. Go to Psalm 19:14. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be ex Ah, there it is. See, let what I SAY BE SOMETHING you accept. Not just good. Not just I want to serve the Lord. I want to do his will. No, no. Let what I say be SOMETHING YOU ACCEPT. LET WHAT I'M MEDITATING ON BE WHAT YOU ACCEPT. ARE YOU IN THE ROOM? >> Psalm 69:13. PUT IT UP. PSALM 69 and verse number 13. Put it up. I want the people to see it with their own eyes and I'll be done. But as for me, my prayer is to you, oh Lord, in the acceptable time. Oh God, in the multitude of your mercy, hear me in truth and your salvation. In other words, Lord, my prayer is to you in the acceptable time. What is the acceptable time? It is the time where God received Christ Jesus. See, every time you pray as a Christian, you are praying in the acceptable time. >> The time that you will be accepted when you bring God his word. >> Look at your neighbor, say, "The word is what he accepts." Look at your other neighbor. Say, "Your intentions he respects, but his word he accepts." Look at your neighbor. SAY, "YOUR GOOD HEART >> HE ADMIRES, BUT HIS word he accepts." LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR, SAY, "YOUR GOOD INTENTIONS, good >> he admires." >> But his word, >> his word >> is what he accepts. So watch this. Watch this. There's good. There's acceptable. And then there's perfect. And perfect here does not mean flawless. >> It doesn't mean without error. It doesn't mean without incident. Perfect here means mature. Now I'm in the mature will of God. Meaning I have understanding not just of God's word, BUT OF THE GOD OF THE WORD. Y'all didn't hear what I just said. I I I DON'T I'M NOT JUST QUOTING VERSES NOW. I HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS GOD. AND MY RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM MEANS NOW EVEN WHEN I BLOW IT, EVEN WHEN I MISS IT, I AM NOW MATURE ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT MY BLOWING IT AND MY MISSING IT DOESN'T TAKE ME BACK TO SQUARE ONE. IT ONLY GIVES ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM NOT YET FLAWLESS. AND IF I WILL ACKNOWLEDGE IT, GOD WILL KEEP me moving. >> [cheering] >> touch your neighbor and say it's the mature will that God wants to get you and I into THE WILL WHERE WE UNDERSTAND that what he has determined for us he will see to it that we get to if we don't give up. SO PAUL WRITES IT THIS WAY THAT IT IS GOD WHO PUTS in you both to will [cheering] and to do of his good plan. LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR SAY IT'S ALL HIM. IT'S ALL HIM. HE'S THE ONE WHO PUT THE WILL IN YOU AND HE'S THE ONE WHO SHOWS YOU HOW TO DO WHAT HE PUT IN YOU. >> Touch your neighbor. Say that's the mature. Look at your nose. Say that's the mature will of God. The mature will of God is not just good. It's not just knowing scripture, but it's walking by the word and allowing God to give your world view and everything to you. IT IS SEEING FROM GOD'S PERSPECTIVE. >> Paul being IN THE PERFECT WILL OF GOD allowed him to say STUFF LIKE THIS THAT MOST PEOPLE WOULD CALL HIM A LIAR FOR. CUZ he says in one place, I AM FREE FROM THE BLOOD OF ALL MEN. WAIT A MINUTE, PAUL. >> You're free from the blood of all men. You were there when Steven the first murder >> was killed. The Bible says you were consenting to his death. The Bible says you were going into cities, taking Christians captive, and killing them. >> Now you're going to say you are free. from the blood >> of all men. Paul, by all rights, you are an excon. >> You don't like me right now. NOTICE TO NO ONE THAT PAUL WRITES TO, DOES HE WRITE Paul an excon? >> To no one that Paul writes to, does he write Paul, a spiller of blood, a killer of Christians? No. He writes, "PAUL AN APOSTLE BY THE WILL OF GOD, NOT OF MEN, NOR OF [screaming] BY MAN, BUT BY THE WILL OF GOD." NOTICE WHAT HE SAYS. I AM WHAT I AM BY THE grace [cheering] of God. Touch three people and say, "That's walking in the mature will of God." It is a refusal to let YOUR PAST OR ANYBODY ELSE'S THOUGHTS ABOUT YOUR PAST CHANGE WHO YOU KNOW YOU ARE OR WHERE YOU KNOW YOU'RE GOING. [cheering] Touch three PEOPLE AND SAY, "I'M GETTING THERE." WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT. SO PAUL SAYS, "HERE IT IS. LET ME CLOSE IT. HERE IT IS. Here's the discipline. HERE'S THE ONE THING THAT I have rehearsed. Paul says over and over AND OVER AGAIN. GRAB YOUR NEIGHBOR'S HAND. SAY, "GET THIS STRAIGHT." CUZ IT'S THE SAME PRINCIPLE. EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO GO HIGHER, IT'LL BE THE SAME THING. EVERY TIME YOU ARE CHALLENGED TO STAY WHERE YOU ARE OR go higher, it'll be the same thing. You say, "Bishop, what is it?" Look, look at look at Philippians 3 and I'll be done. Notice what Paul says. He says, "Brethren, not that I've already attained." Verse 12, look at verse 13. I don't count myself to already apprehended, but one thing I do, that there's ONE THING THAT I HAVE DISCIPLINED MYSELF to do, and it is this THAT ALLOWS ME TO GO HIGHER WHEN OTHER PEOPLE STAY where they are. LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR SAY THIS ONE THING. IT IT IS THIS THAT ALLOWS ME TO ESCAPE the snares that have trapped other people and kept them stuck at a lower level. What is it? HE SAYS, "THIS ONE THING I DO, FORGETTING [cheering] THOSE

Things which are behind and reaching forward to those things WHICH ARE AHEAD, I press toward the goal." And I read this some time ago and I said, "Wait a minute, God, that sounds like three things, not one."

He said, "Forgetting, and then reaching, and then pressing."

I said, "God, that's three things, not one thing."

He said, "No, no, it's one thing." He said, "But if you do the one thing, the other two are automatic."

You didn't hear what I just said. He He He He said, "One trips the switches OF THE OTHER."

HE SAID, "The key is learning the forgetting. Now you say, "Bishop Minton, what are you talking about?" I'M NOT TRYING TO WOW YOU WITH WITH GREEK, but I want you to understand what this word means. This word forgetting in Greek, it means, watch this, to lose or put out of the mind.

No, God, they missed it. It it means to lose out of the mind or to put out of the mind as an act of will. This is a discipline of will. IT IS NOT A MIRACULOUS amnesia of the mind.

You didn't hear what I just said. SO WHEN GOD SAYS FORGETTING, HE'S NOT saying that the image will never come TO YOUR MIND. HE'S not saying that you will forget to the point that it never occurs. It will be replayed. Uh the video will be hit again and the enemy will try to show IT TO YOU AGAIN. BUT YOU'VE got to learn the discipline OF FORGETTING. IT'S NOT AN AMNESIA. IT'S AN ACT OF YOUR WILL. IT LITERALLY MEANS TO PUT OUT OF THE MIND OR TO PUT DOWN. IN OTHER WORDS, YEAH, I SEE IT, BUT I'M PAYING NO ATTENTION to it.

I'M PREACHING BETTER THAN YOU'RE SHOUTING. YEAH, I HEARD YOU try to remind me of who I was, BUT I'M PAYING YOU NO ATTENTION. Look at YOUR HEY, LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR. I'M PUTTING IT OUT. I'M PUTTING IT I'M PUTTING IT OUT. I'M PUTTING IT OUT OF THE B. SOMEBODY SAY FORGETTING. FORGETTING. FORGETTING. FORGETTING. Say it again. FORGETTING. FORGETTING.

IN OTHER WORDS, IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT THE MEMORY DOESN'T COME TO ME EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT THE ENEMY DOESN'T TRY TO REMIND ME once in a while, BUT I HAVE EXERCISED THIS DISCIPLINE. This forgetting IS NOT ADDRESSING SOMETHING THAT leaves the memory, but a decision of the will that determines any MEMORY THAT COMES FROM THE past into the present. Whether it's a good memory or a bad memory, boy, you need to hear ME NOW BECAUSE A LOT OF US LIKE TO GET RID OF BAD MEMORIES, BUT WE WANT TO HANG ON TO GOOD ONES. GOD SAYS YOU GOT TO PUT THOSE DOWN, TOO.

You didn't hear what I JUST SAID. BECAUSE EVEN YOUR SUCCESSES HAVE TO BE FORGOTTEN IF YOU WANT TO GO HIGHER. YOU CAN'T KEEP LOOKING in the REAR VIEW MIRROR AND GO FORWARD. Touch three people and tell them, "YOU GOT TO PUT THAT ONE DOWN, TOO." YEAH, but I used TO BE AND I USED TO DO YEAH, BUT YOU'RE NOT THAT ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT THERE ANYMORE.

Are you in THE BUILDING WITH ME OR WHAT? LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR AND SAY, "ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS." SAY IT AGAIN. ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS. that success and failure are both impostors to keep you from getting INTO THE HIGH CALL OF GOD. YOU MISS WHAT I JUST SAID? LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR AND SAY, "SUCCESS AND FAILURE ARE both impostors to keep you from getting into the high call of God." I'M GOING TO say it one more time CUZ SOMEBODY MISSED IT. FIND SOMEBODY ELSE AND tell them success and failure are both impostors to KEEP YOU FROM GETTING INTO THE HIGH CALLING OF GOD. YOUR GOOD PAST CAN BE JUST AS MUCH AN ENEMY AS YOUR BAD PAST.

Look at your neighbor and say, "Good is the enemy of great and great is THE ENEMY OF CONSISTENT EXCELLENCE." You missed what I JUST SAID. LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR. SAY, "GOOD is the enemy of great and great is the enemy of consistent excellence." JUST BECAUSE YOU WERE GREAT AT ONE TIME DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE GOING TO STAY GREAT. YOU GOT to do it consistently.

NOW LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR. SAY, "TODAY, I DRAW A LINE IN THE SAND." IF YOU'RE THE WATER DRINKER, IF ALL YOU WANT IS WATER, WE CAN'T HANG OUT LIKE WE USED TO. You don't like me now. GRAB YOUR NEIGHBOR'S HAND. SAY, "IT'S NOT PERSONAL. I JUST HAVE A GOD I HAVE TO GLORIFY. I GOT STUFF I GOT TO GET DONE. I got people to reach. I have people that have TO BE MADE WHOLE. I GOT FOLK THAT NEED A TESTIMONY. I need people THAT NEED DELIVERANCE. I got to get there."

Touch your neighbor, say, "Nothing personal." Look at your neighbor. Say, "This is not about you. It's not even about me. There's something on the inside of me that keeps me pressing. I feel like preaching here a minute. LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR. I DIDN'T PUT IT IN ME, but it's in me for real. I CAN'T BE SATISFIED AT lower levels. I can't walk with CHICKENS WHEN I'M ORDAINED TO FLY WITH EAGLES. LOOK AT YOUR NEIGHBOR AND SAY, "I'M GOING HIGHER, HIGHER, HIGHER." Ask them, "Do you want to go higher?" I'm going to stop there. GRAB YOUR NEIGHBOR'S HAND. ASK HIM, "Do you want to go higher?" It's not automatic. IT'S NOT AUTOMATIC. IT'S AN OPEN DOOR. It's an opportunity.

Lay your hand on your brother. Lay your hand on your sister. I said lay your hand on your brother. Lay your hand on your sister. And whether you know it or not, there are moments there are moments of pivotal destiny. You're at one. I've come to announce to you prophetically that the spirit of God is observing in these moments who desires to go higher and who is satisfied with the status quo. Hear me as a man of God. There are decisions that will be made in the next several days and weeks that will determine destinies for years. There are moments like that and God ordains them. Paul says, "So this is what I've disciplined myself to do. I I've disciplined myself to forget." And then when I forget, it flips this switch in me to press.

lay your hand on your brother. Lay your hand on your sister. I'm going to pray for you. This word I press I it's it's the word dio. It comes from the Greek root doio which means a to pursue but it's the tense of the verb that means a consistent pursuit over a long period of time. So, it's not a decision you make one day. It's a decision you make one day and you keep making it. You make it one day and you keep making it. The decision doesn't change. What you decide to leave behind is what changes. See, what you didn't understand IS I WAS LIKE this when you met me. I had already made up my mind to go after him. I had already MADE UP MY MIND THAT NO MATTER WHAT CAME OR WHAT WENT, IF IT OBSTRUCTED MY PURSUIT OF HIM, IT HAD TO TAKE second place.

Look at your neighbor and say, "You're dealing with one of those He says, "I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call." I love that. Anolesis in Greek. Two words, upward call. Anolesis. It literally means uh I'm reaching for the brim. I I'm I'm not satisfied with just being at the top of the cup. I'm I'm I'm reaching for the brim. I I'm reaching for the the top top. You understand? Not Not just to be one in the mix.

You got your hand on somebody? You got your hand on somebody? You got your hand on somebody? Tell them that there are those like that among us. Just tell them that there are those like they're always reaching for the brim. It's not it it's not that they they they think they're so good that there's something on the inside of them that won't let them settle. Being free is not enough.

Look at your neighbor. Say, "I want what's been promised to me. I want it. I want what God said is mine. And I want to I want to see it manifest. I want to see it come into fruition. I want to live in it. I want to testify of it. I want to share it with other people. I want to let them know that they can come up. You got your hand on somebody. Ask them, "Do you want to go higher?" Come on, flow with me. ASK HIM, "DO YOU WANT TO GO HIGHER?" I'M LISTENING TO YOU. I'M WATCHING YOU. I'M HEARING YOU. I'M TALKING TO YOU WATCHING ME LIVE STREAMING. DO YOU WANT TO GO HIGHER? Today is a day of decision. It's a day to make a decision THAT GOD WILL EMPOWER YOU TO KEEP making if you'll say yes to him. AND NO, YOU MAY NOT KNOW everything that's in the future, but here's WHAT YOU KNOW. IF YOU MAKE THE DECISION TO GO HIGHER, WHATEVER IT IS, it's going to lift you up, not take you down. Whatever it is, even the flood will cause your ark to rise. You didn't hear what I just said. EVEN EVEN THE STORM WILL CAUSE YOUR ARK to rise because you made a decision to walk and go into the high calling.

Now, IF THAT'S NOT YOU, I'M NOT TALKING to you. But there are some people here who would say with me, "Man of God, I I know I'm not where I'm supposed to be yet. I'm in a better place." AND SOME PEOPLE WOULD BE satisfied with where I am. BUT I GOT SOMETHING ON THE INSIDE of me that tells ME THIS IS NOT IT. I I'm thankful. I'm not ungrateful. I'm I'm appreciative. I I'm not despondent. But I'm not satisfied. I AND SOME PEOPLE WOULD BE SATISFIED, BUT BUT NOT ME BECAUSE what I see is bigger than what I'm living in. what what I what I've been told is broader than what I've experienced. Now, if that is you, I'M AUTHORIZED TO PRAY FOR YOU TODAY. If it's not, no shame. Don't be embarrassed. But if that's you, I must pray for you today. young or old, new Christian or been saved for 20 years. If it's you, I just need to pray for you. If you're watching me live streaming, you'll get in on this prayer. Come on, let me PRAY FOR YOU. COME, just just come. Come as close as you can.

GOD SAID, "CALL UNTO me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things that you don't know of." Come on, flow with me. So, if that's you, I'd want you to get here now. And the first thing I want to tell you is it's all right for you not TO FIT IN WITH THE CROWD. Normal is mediocre. That's what normal is. EVERYBODY WHO'S NORMAL IS IN THE SAME LEVEL. So if YOU'RE GOING TO BE HIGHER, that means you're an exception. That's why YOU DON'T FIT IN EVERYWHERE. That's why not everything everybody else accepts you accept. That's why there's something different about you. And it's been different all your life. You thought you were weird, strange. People called you crazy. Watcher. NO. GOD PUT THAT IN YOU. The spirit of God put that in you. Hey, and he's going to lift you if you make a decision today. Come on, lift up your hands. Father, in the name of Jesus, I'm praying for men and women today who want to go higher. They're grateful for where they are. But you showed us there are levels to this. And many of us HAVE BEEN IN THE good and we WANT TO RISE TO THE ACCEPTABLE. And some of us have been in the acceptable. And we want to rise to the perfect will and walk in the high calling. I want you to lift up your hands and say, "Lord, I'm asking for the high calling. I'm asking that you take me in to the high calling for my life. Whatever it is, whatever it looks like, I want it. I say yes today in the name of Jesus and I make a decision to forget the good past and the bad past. I put it out of my mind in the name of Jesus. And whenever it comes, I'm putting it out of my mind and I'm pressing for what's before me. I make a decision. Say, Lord, I'm asking, give me the discipline. Help me. I make a decision now. I'm asking for the discipline to press over a period of time. I'm asking I'm asking I'm asking for help. Holy Spirit, you are the helper. I believe I receive every bit of help and I decide I'm going higher, higher, higher. Lift your hands and worship him.

Bring these young people to me right here. Bring them to me. 1 2 3 4 5 6. Bring them to me. Bring them to me. Just stand here. Just stand here. Just stand here. Just bring them to me. Now hear me by the spirit. This is what's next. This is what's next. Hear me. Stretch your hand this way. I need to pray for them. I saw you all back here. My team can bear witness for about 2 years. I've been praying for a youth breakthrough here. God gave me what I'm supposed to do, but I've been tied up with all kinds of distractions to keep me from doing it. I told him we were going to do it this summer and all this stuff has come up. I refuse not to COME INTO THE HIGH CALLING. And when I saw these young people back there, the spirit of God said to me, "That's a sign. It's a signal. I'm ready to send a generation that WANTS TO GO INTO THE HIGH COURT." I like that they're not religious cuz they DON'T HAVE TO UNLEARN STUFF. They'll be ready to go. So the Lord TOLD ME TO PRAY FOR THEM. And when they came to the altar, GOD SAID, "DO it today. Stretch your hand to water." This is a sign. In a few weeks, I'm going to call young people together FOR FOUR OR FIVE weeks and teach them so we can get going here. Stretch your hands to order. Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray over these young men and women. And in the Oh my God, in the name of Jesus, I thank you that you bring them and help them lead a whole generation into the high calling. I don't know who they are. I don't know the gifts, but I know your hand is on them. And so in the name of Jesus, in the name Woo, in the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus. Yes. Oh, you're you're you're a real one. There's something on this one. Stretch your hands toward him. If you pray in the Holy Ghost, pray in the spirit. God, I'm asking you to keep them. I'm asking you to lift them. I'm asking you to anoint them. I'm asking you to protect them. I'm asking you to use them in the name of Jesus. Here, there, and everywhere. I need somebody to lift your hands now and pray in the spirit. And if you're watching me live streaming, this same anointing flows to you. Young man, young woman, this is your hour to come into the high calling. Yes. Hey, hey, hey. Yes, God. Yes, God. I'll do it. I will. In the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus. Lift your hands before the living God. We say yes. We say yes. We say yes. Lift your hands before the Lord God. Lift your eyes. Lift your hands before the Lord God. Spirit of the living God. We welcome you here. Show us the way. Holy Spirit. Jesus called you the helper. He told us to be doers, but he said you were the helper. Which means when we decide to do, you will come along and help. And so we make a decision today that we're going to do that one thing that allows us to go higher. Oh God, turn the page. Shine light new and fresh on every heart and soul that is believing you now. Lord, every heart who has had this cry in their spirit for whom this message was an answer and an instruction. I ask God for them that you would do what you promised in the name of Jesus. Lay your hands on yourself and say, "Lord, I receive it." Say this out loud. Say, "Lord, I thank you. that your finished work allows me to forget to put down the bad past. And the good past and step in to a new creation. I receive that. I declare my sins are remitted. I declare life. Eternal life. Unstoppable life. Life that cannot be put out. Life that cannot be extinguished. Life that comes over. Whatever tries to overcome it, that life is mine. As I receive Jesus as savior and lord. Lay your hands upon yourself. Keep your hands upon yourself.

About 10 or 11 minutes ago, I heard the witness in my spirit. I was in prayer late last night and early this morning. And the spirit of God impressed something on me. And I said, "God, if that's what you want, then remind me." And he did. I need you to hear me. I cannot take the time to express and share with you all the things that the spirit of God is dealing and sharing with us about doing. But there's a higher calling here that God is moving us into. He's shown me the way. I'm seeing it. But you and I are going to have to come into agreement. Right as I speak to you this moment, the opportunities that God is opening to us are literally blowing my mind. Both here and in other places and nations, God is up to something very, very strategic concerning us. And the Holy Spirit impressed upon me just now to ask several of you to do something along with me because the outreach that is happening here both in this city and beyond is expanding immeasurably. And you can't see it all, but I'm telling you, I was talking to my office this past week, and it's like a bat signal went up in the last two or three weeks, and we're getting calls from everywhere. I need you to hear me, and there are some things we've got to step into. Here's what I want you to do. This is not for everyone. I told you several weeks ago, the Lord spoke to me and told me to do something for several weeks, and I've been doing it. He told me to do it again today and even to double it. So, I'm going to do it. But the spirit of God witnessed to me just a few moments ago. And hear me, there are 12 of us. I'm number one, but there are 12 of us that have heard this word and know that it is a call for us. And in response to this word, I have been impressed to ask 12 of us to do something. The rest of you, I'm going to ask you to do something else. But there are 12. And 12 is a foundational number that are to stand with me for what the spirit of God is opening for us to do. And I'll be sharing it with you more in the next few weeks. But there are 12 of us that are to sew in this service. Not a pledge because there are some things we need to do and make sure we're able to do over the next two or three months. Hear me. And I was asking God, "God, what do I do? How do I do it?" He said, "I'll tell you." And this is not this does not meet the need. Please hear me. It's certainly something God impressed me to do and to believe him for. So there are 12. I'm one of them. but in this service are to sew into this vision and into this word a seed of $1,000. There are thousands listening, hundreds here. So that's not everybody. But when I said it, some of you heard it. Some of you already heard it before I said it, and you'll testify to it. But I'm telling you by the spirit of God, if this word bore witness with your spirit, please understand that I'm under that same anointing. And everything I said under the anointing, I'm still under that anointing as I give this instruction. There are breakthroughs beyond words that will take place as a point of decisions made in this place today. Now, if you are one of those 12, some of you are watching me last. There's probably two or three of you, maybe more. But if you're one of those today, I need you to stand with me right here and say, "Man of God, I've heard the call to go higher. I see and hear some of what the spirit of God is doing. Maybe not everything, but I know I'm one." If that is you, sir, if that is you, ma'am, it's not a pledge. I need people who will sew with me today. It's important that under this anointing we do it. You're watching me live streaming here. If you're one of those and you're at this altar, I want you to lift your hand up high. Lift it now. Just lift it now. Whether you're going to sew it, you may have to go back and get it. You may be doing it electronically. If you're one of those, I'm one. So, there's only 11 others. And the rest of you, I'm going to ask you to do something under this anointing. But I tell you by the Holy Ghost and many of you watching me live streaming, the spirit of God is dealing with you about the same thing. This word was it was just right for you. If you're one of those, I want you to lift your hand right now. Lift it up. Lift it. One, two, three, four, five. Is that counting me? Who else? Is there anybody else? Those of you that have your hands up, I want you to come this way. Thank you. If you have got your hand up, I want you to come this way. I need to pray over you. The rest of you, I want you to hug somebody around the neck and tell them, "I'm going higher. I'm going higher. I'm going higher. I'm going higher. I'm going higher. I'm one." The Lord said to me to ask for 12. 12 is a foundational number. And I know I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know what time of year it is. I know it's summer. I know squeeze is on. I was praying here not long ago and I saw constricting things around buildings and other things. I saw a snake around this building. Did you hear what I just said? I saw a snake around it and I was praying in the spirit and I saw it trying to constrict the flow of life and finance and other things. But that devil has been defeated. Those of you that are intercessors, I need you to stay and stand. Now, this is no coercion, no compulsion, but if that is you, I need you to do it. I'm one. How many are here? How many are here? Now, the rest of you, here's what I want you to do. I want every one of you that can in faith, I want you to get a seed, and I want you to sew it. I want as many of you as can that are watching me who say, "Man of God, I'm not one of the 12, but I'm going to sew a $500 seed or a $200 seed or a $100 seed in agreement." I want you to do it under the direction and instruction of the Holy Ghost. I'm calling certain things out because there are levels to this. And I heard the Holy Spirit say it to me this morning in prayer. And I said to the Lord, I said, "God, if this is you, bear witness with me because I believe I heard him. I believe he bore witness with my spirit." But I wanted to make sure in the moment I sense it. And as surely as I'm standing here, I know the witness of the Holy Ghost in my spirit. So if that's you, I want you to do it. If if you're not doing that, then I just want you to do do something. and get the very best seed that you can, whatever it is. And I want you to get ready to sew into the word and into the anointing. If you're visiting with us online or worship with us the first time, this is not unusual.
