Good to see everybody back for the GrowthHub 365 challenge. Good to see you all. Good to see Chris. I mean, Chris has been at the top of my screen every day. What's up, Chris? Good to see you. Who else we got in the room? We got Amber and Marilyn and Tony. Good to see you all. Let's go ahead and get our cameras on as we get started today.

This is the final day, you all. Final day. Who's excited to wrap this all up? Who's excited? Like you're like, "Man, I feel like I'm ready to just go out there and hit the ground running and go build this thing." Um, but real quick, I want to know what's been a big win from you. I know I asked you this yesterday, but does anybody else have any like new wins they can share from this week? Any new wins that you want to share from the past 24 hours or so?

I did share um yesterday a lot of you all. I was given shout-outs to a lot of you all for sharing your takeaways, but let me know in the chat um what's been your biggest biggest win that you've had from the teaching from Adura and our team of coaches. Let me know. Uh, all right, all right. "Built my first agent," Latana said this morning. Shout out to you, Latana, for building your first agent. I love it. I love it. Let's see who else has some big wins they want to share in the chat. "Says I'm watch I'm making sure I'm watching the replays." I love it. Chris, thank you so much for catching those replays. Anybody else have any wins they want to share in the chat? "Set up my SoFi and I'm an annual GrowthHub member." Let's go. Let's go. I love it. I love it. Shout out to you, Diane, for going annual. "Hosted my first AI receptionist." I love it. "Registered with my state." Okay. "Got my funnel bill and my agents bill," Siobhan says. Okay. I love it. All right. Awesome and amazing.

So, with that being said, this is the final day. So, I want everybody to show up with your camera on. Let's make this last day the best day. Adura is going to make sure he brings this plane to a bring this plane to a landing. Bring this challenge to a close the right way. But this is what I want to do. I promised you all that we were going to do something crazy. So, there's this thing inside of GrowthHub called credits. Um, and you need credits to run your AI agents, etc. So, essentially, what I want to do today is Adura, I'm going to let you pick somebody at the very end. Somebody who stays at the very end. But what we're going to be doing today is giving away $100 of GrowthHub credits. That means you get like $100 just put into your account to use towards SMS credits, email credits, AI agent credits. So, this is what I want to do. You got to be here with your camera on and you got to stay to the very end. I want to incentivize you and motivate you to make a commitment to be here throughout the whole event. So, stay to the very end. Adura, I'm going to let you go ahead and pick the winner at the very end of the day, however you see fit. But one person is going to walk away with $100 put into their GrowthHub account so that they can go ahead and keep building without excuses, right? No excuses. We don't want to give you any reason to uh say, "I can't do this." So, make sure you all stay to the very end and we'll give that away.

All right. So, a few things for those of you all who are brand new here. This is your very first day. Just want to officially welcome you into the event. We're excited that you are here. Um, we do have, I know I've been talking about this every single day, but I want to let you all know that we have a school community for you all. Um, there's been so much happening inside of that school community. I just want to shout you all out for being in there, engaging. Who, who's joined the school community? Just put "me" in the chat if you are in there and you've been in that group kind of engaging and interacting. Um, all right. I see y'all putting putting in the chat. I love it. So, shout out to you all. We do have this community where you all can join. The team's going to drop the link in the chat for the new members that are in the room. We're almost to 10,000 members, y'all. How crazy is that? We're almost to 10,000 members. So, uh, go ahead and join if you haven't already, so that you can be, I don't know where we at right now. Total, we're at 9913. So, I need about, I need about 80 of you all to join to help get us to 10,000. So, um, but long story short, we have this community where you can go ahead, you can jump in and interact, post your assignments, do your do your action items, and network, you all.

So, this is what I want to do today. This is what I want to do today. I made a post. Let me, let me find it. Somewhere in here, I made an accountability post. Okay, I'm going to bump this to the very top of the page. This is what I, I want you all to do. Actually, let me remake it. Let me make a new post in here. So, I want you all today because this is what's going to happen, you all. This is the very last session. Last thing I want you all to do is leave here without having an accountability partner. I truly believe that one of the reasons why a lot of people don't hit their goals is because of the fact that they just don't have somebody keeping them accountable and holding them to the fire. So, what I want you to do before we leave today, I just made a post in the school group. If you refresh your school group right now, I created a post where you guys can go find somebody to lock in with. You guys want to lock in and go like on a 30-day sprint, like a 60-day sprint where you go actually make some progress. What I want to encourage everybody to do is I want to encourage everybody to go in the school, and this is what I want you to do. Listen closely. Listen closely. Here we go. I want you to comment what niche you're in. All right? What niche you're in. So, like maybe, "Hey, I'm starting AI agents for uh for dentists." Whatever that is, whatever your business model you're choosing is, I want you to put that. Then I want you to put um maybe if you feel led to it, your state or city. All right? So that people can go and I want you to go find somebody that you want to connect with and become accountability partners. Now, this is not a promotion post. This is not you're going and posting links to your offer. They will get deleted. This is for you to go lock in and find somebody that you can go DM them offline and and connect with and build accountability with. So everybody go make a comment. You can see Miranda just put "insurance in Alabama." Siobhan just put "real estate and I'm in New York." So go comment, but then go comment on somebody else's that you want to be accountability partners with. All right, can we do that? Everybody put "got it" in the chat if you got it. Everybody put "got it" in the chat if you got it. I just want to make sure you all walk away with actually like fire underneath you, but then accountability to make sure that you actually implement this thing because listen, Adura is giving out so much amazing information. We'd be doing him and the whole team a disservice if we don't actually run the plays. So that's what this is for. So DM, comment under somebody. So I would maybe put in here, "Hey Siobhan, I'm going to DM you," right? And then DM Siobhan and get connected. Set up a Zoom call. Set up something where you guys meet. All right? And what I want to encourage you all to do is go on a 30-day sprint. Everybody put "30" in the chat. Everybody put "30." I want you to go on a 30-day sprint. Meaning, I want you all to lock in. And listen, you can have two or three people in a group, four people in a group. That's fine. I want you all go on a sprint and find ways to keep each other to the fire. All right? So, I see people already commenting. So, go find that post. It is, it's at the very top of the school uh here. All right.

So, that's that's number one thing. Second thing I want to walk you all through inside of the classroom area. Reminder that all the recordings are in the classroom area under the 4-day challenge area here. So, we've have all the days here where you guys can easily find. Okay. We also have the calendar. I want to encourage you all to go check out the calendar. Some of you all have expressed to us that you need a little bit more support. "Hey, I have some questions about my domain." "Hey, I have some questions about my phone numbers." The cool thing is, check this out. We have an onboarding call every weekday except for Friday. Okay. No, we do on Friday. So, every weekday, if you're a new member, jump in and go to an orientation. Jump in and get onboarded. But then, guess what? We have Q&A multiple times per week. Check this out. Wednesdays, Thursdays, we have these happening, okay? We have tech office hours. So, y'all, we literally have no like there's no excuse, y'all. There's no excuse. There's no excuse to not get the support you need. All right.

So, that's what I wanted to leave you guys with today. Um, I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to pass this over to my brother Adura. He's going to come up and lead the charge for the final session of the week. All right. So, everybody put a fire emoji in the chat. Let's go. Somebody says, "The school is free to jump in." Yes, the school is 100% free to join. Now, GrowthHub, uh, you guys should have your trial or your sub your program already. If you do not have your GrowthHub uh trial yet, the team will drop the link in the chat for that. But Adura, let's go ahead and get the final day started, brother, and let's make sure we end out with a cherry on top. Let's go.

>> What is going on? What's going on? What's going on, my people?

>> Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning.

>> Special salutations. Lisha, good morning. How you doing?

>> I'm doing wonderful. And guys, if you're not able to find the replays, the team is dropping an image with a walkthrough and how you can find those recordings. Okay.

>> What is going on everybody? Talk to me in the chat. Let me know how you guys feel. Oh man, it's a it's a happy day and a sad day at the same time. You know, I feel like I feel like a proud proud father about to send my kids off into the world to do to do amazing things. Um, but no, it's actually not a sad day because guess what? Guess what? Guess what? Guess what? This 4-day challenge, it was just it was just the beginning, right? At least for those of you, you know, uh, that are going to continue rocking on with us. This was just just just just the beginning, right? Uh, so if you enjoyed us, uh, over the course of this week, guess what? You could be right back tapped in with us uh literally uh as long as you want to be, right? Next week, the week after that, so on and so on, right? So we not going nowhere. Uh, guys, talk to me in the chat. Let me know, let me know what are what have been our biggest takeaways thus far over the uh the course of the past three days. What have been our biggest takeaways, guys? Oh, I saw Cheryl. Oh, I'm yo, I be so uh behind on the chat, but I did just see Ter uh Cheryl 10 minutes or ago say uh she built the agent for her business. Uh, shout out to Cheryl. Um, Yolanda. Okay. No, that's a that's definitely a good breakthrough, Yolanda. Taking action. Setting up agents. All right. Okay. Okay. I see some some good takeaways here. Um, now, uh, somebody said, uh, "Paris ROI calculator." Yes, shout out to Paris. Um, all right. So, let us let's get rolling. Let's get rolling for day four. Uh, let me share my screen here. Ah, Janine says, "Networking. I've spoken to so many people over the past two days." I love that. I love that. I love that. All right, my good people. Our uh it's our final episode here, guys. So, little quick recap. Day one, we've set up your account, got your domains, phone numbers, introduced to the funnels, all that good stuff. Day two, you got your AI agents. Day three, client acquisition secrets. Now day four, right, is all about so you've done everything, you've implemented everything, and now you've got, you know, this uh potential client that has booked a call with you, right? So, what do you do now? Is the question. So, what do you need, right? So, today is all about one, how to conduct a demo. Right? Um, but in order to do this, right, in order to secure a client, one, what do you need? Right? So, first thing you need, my beautiful people, is you need confidence. Confidence, right? So, a lot of you guys are just getting started, right? So, you need, here's the vibe. Here's the uh or here's the uh anybody have uh young kids or around younger people? Uh, they got this thing uh they call it aura, right? So, the aura that you got to give off uh is you have to you have to make people feel like even though you're just getting started, it got to feel like you've been doing this, right? Because you're you're so confident, you're able to speak about this stuff confidently, even though, even though you've never, you know what I'm saying, you never, you don't have a client yet, you got to walk with your head up high. Can't be out here kind of stumbling, stuttering, not like confident, because guess what? If you're not confident, then people aren't going to be confident to pay you, right? Now, you see how that works? If you lack confidence, people will lack confidence to pay you, right? So, even like my first um, some of my first clients years, a couple years ago now, did not know that I was like really just starting out, right? Because I was able to talk just very confidently about what I was doing. Okay, so that's the first thing. Two, uh, you need a script, right? So, you understand kind of, you know, how to conduct these demo calls. And we're going to walk through that today. Um, then next, you need packages, right? You need packages because if you don't have packages, what exactly is it that you are selling, right? So, just so everyone understands, a package for me is one, we have a build fee and we have our monthly retainer fee. And the way that I structure that is just um based off of generally like how many AI agents does this client want. Right? So, to be clear, just in case you guys never heard this, I do not tell you guys what to price. I do not tell you guys what to charge, right? I'll just give you structurally, you know, what I do, right? So, you might have like package number one where it's like, okay, I'm charging $1,500. This is a purely hypothetical number, right? Let's say I'm charging $1,500, right, for the setup fee, for the build fee, and then I'm charging $500 a month. And boom, there you go. Right? That's that's an example. So, that could be like uh my package number one, uh, you know, my AI intro, whatever. You know, you can kind of sauce it up a little bit, however you want to do it. That could be your package number one. Now, that's for one AI agent. Now, what if someone wants two? Package number two, right? I could say, okay, my package number two, however you want to do it. You could do it where it's just package number two is just everything in package number one multiplied by two, right? So I could say package number two, you get two AI agents. Think about it. Somebody might want a receptionist and something else, right? Customer service. You never know, right? So, I could say package number two, uh, you got um two AI agents, the build fee is $3,000, and you're paying $1,000 per month, right? Or another way that you could do it is, okay, package number one was 1,500 for the build plus uh 500 for the monthly. So I could say, okay, if you get two, you're paying 2500 for the build and you're paying 750 a month, right? For the monthly. Again, these are just possible structures that you can use, but I leave it to you guys to to do what you feel, right? Um, now I will say this though, with that being said, and you guys should just write this down. Um, do not do not um, especially starting out, do not go out and overextend yourself. Do not go out and like promise people all types of stuff that you don't know if you're going to actually be able to uh, you're going to be able to fulfill it. Right. Do not do that. And we've had this conversation several times in the community. Do not do not sign up to do a build, right? That's like just really complex or just really involved for like a really little amount of money, right? Um, don't do that. Right? So, like don't do this. Again, I don't tell you guys what to charge, but I would suggest you don't have somebody come tell you, "Hey, yeah, I need 10 AI agents along with these automations and this thing and that thing." And you're like, "Sure, I'll do that for $1,000, right?" Do don't do that. Don't do that. Right? Um, and then after your packages, you need a way to collect money. You need a way to collect money, right? So, if you already have a business, then cool. You know, you might already have a merchant account, you could use that. Um, but here's the thing, though. Even if you don't have a business, you got to figure it out, right? Like, you cannot, and I always say this, you cannot get to the point that someone is ready to pay you and you are not able to collect money from them, right? That would be insane. So, that could be Zelle, PayPal, um, whatever. Whatever. However you got to do it, you got to figure it out. All right. Um, all right. Now, let's uh let's actually go into. So, you guys know what it is by now, right? Um, you know, we got the plug-and-play kind of copy-and-paste scripting, you know, for you guys. Um, so we have this script here, right? Our demo call script. And let's see here. This script is rather long, so I'm not going to read it word for word. It's funny. I've said that in the past and I feel like I ended up reading it word for word. Um, but I'm going to walk you guys through. Uh, just the structure of this, right? And this this uh shouldn't shouldn't take us too long. Um, but I'm going to walk you guys through uh the structure of this. And again, the purpose of this is so that you understand what um you have some structure around what to say on this call. Right? So, two things you could do. You could model this or you can kind of use some elements from this or whatever you want to do. Right? Um, so the call structure and again, just to set the stage here, this is someone has scheduled a demo call with you. They're hopping on Zoom with you, kind of thing, and this is where this would take place, right? So, there's uh four parts to this call. Set expectations. Discovery questions. Present the solution. Right? So, part one, set expectations. So, this is at the very beginning of the call. Be like, "Hey, um, hey, every time I go to make up a name, I only think like Bobby and like something else comes to mind." Uh, but hey, so if I go like, "All right, hey Paris, right? Hey, thanks for jumping on. Uh, so before we get started, you know, I just want to let you know how this call works. Look, I'm going to ask you some questions about your business. Um, you know, how you handle leads. And I also, uh, will also get into a live demo, you know, of our AI system. Uh, so you can see how this could work for your business. And, uh, if it makes sense, you know, we'll get you set up today. Uh, and look, if it's not a fit, no worries, right? Um, I might throw in like a little, you know, a little joke, you know, there. Um, one thing that I've always had success with, right? So, I'm not like a I'm not a traditional, you know, like razzledazzle fast-talking, you know, type salesman. Um, but uh, kind of a thing that's worked for me um is like if you can make people laugh um and kind of make them warm up to you, uh, open up to you, kind of uh, lighten up the atmosphere, you know. Um, if you see opportunities to do that, um, those are always helpful, right? Um, and part two, discovery questions, right? So, we got part two, discovery questions. And the mission for this part here is you're going to ask them questions, hence discovery questions, right? You want to discover about what they've got in their, what they've got going on in their business. But you're also really actively listening to kind of see like, all right, what gaps do they have in their process? Where are they currently losing money? That kind of thing, right? So, we asked them about their marketing channels. Boom, boom, boom. What are you doing right now to get customers? Where are you, you know, where are they running ads? If they are running ads, uh, we asked them about lead volume, right? So, how many leads, you know, are you getting per month? Okay, cool. We're going to ask them about conversion rate. Out of those 30 leads that you're generating every week, how many of those become paying customers? Right? That's an important question right there. Right. Um, question number four, what's the main thing people are buying from you? What does that cost? Okay, Mr. Uh, Mr. Yeah, I always think of Johnny or Bobby. I don't know why because I don't know anybody named Johnny or Bobby. Um, but all right, Mr. Mr. Johnny. Uh, what's the main thing, you know, that people are buying from you? Oh, they're buying your $1,000 whatever service. All right, cool. So, well, I just said a thousand, but you would ask them what what does that typically uh typically cost? Um, who's responding to these leads when they come in? Very important question. So then you got your pain point-based questions here, right? Pain is very important, right? Listening. Being able to actively listening, active actively listen and understand what people are struggling with, what their pain points are is a very, very important skill set. So, you don't have to be a fast-talking, razzledazzle, you know, type of person, but listening and being able to pull out people's pain points is a very is for sure a six-figure skill set. Absolutely. Right. So, response time when a lead comes in, how long before someone responds? Like, how long? So, so Johnny, tell me when you guys are getting these leads, you know, people calling in from your uh Google ads, like on average, how long before somebody responds? Question eight, follow-up frequency. If they don't buy right away, how many times do you uh follow up before moving on? Next, after hours. So, like Johnny, so you've told me, okay, so you guys are open between like 9 and 4. So, uh, who's picking up the phone? You know, if someone calls at like 7:00 p.m. or something? Uh, missed calls. When you miss a call and call them back later, like on average, do they answer or, you know, sometimes have they moved on to someone else or you're like unable to get a hold of them? I'm like, how does that work? All right, then you got qualifying questions, right? So, this is you asking them. So, Johnny, like what, what are two or three questions like that you must know, right? That you would ask your customers to tell if they're serious versus like they're just browsing, right? So then the next part, we're going to present the solution. Right? So, now we're able to recap again. We were actively listening. Actively listening. Um, and we're going to recap their pain. Right? So, this could sound like, "All right, you know, uh, Johnny, appreciate you for um, you know, sharing all that. Uh, that gives me a lot of good insight uh into what you got going on in your business. So, I just want to make sure I understand everything. So, right now, okay, you guys are generating about 300 leads per month. Uh, about 3% of them right now, you know, are converting into actual paying customers. You got Suzy on the phone, you know, she's your receptionist, but you know, seems like it's taking her, you know, about an hour or so to uh, you know, respond to incoming leads because, you know, she's also wearing other hats in the company, which is, you know, definitely understandable. Uh, you guys seems like you might follow up one time and if they don't pick up, you know, um, then, you know, it's kind of a wrap from there and then after hours, you know, whatever they said, right? Does that sound about right, uh, Mr. Johnny?" All right, so boom, Johnny says yes. So, the key thing is like, think about this, right? How many times have you felt seen and heard, right? Where you where like you talked to somebody and then they were able to like illustrate that they knew what you were going through, right? And like recapping what you were going through. Like, think about how you felt about that person. Like, "Oh man. Like, yo, you, yo, you get it, right?" So, that's a very subtle little thing. Again, there's no razzledazzle there where there's no real, there's no smooth-talking, fast-talking there, or nothing like that. Think about just in relationships, right? Like, think about like for for my married men in here, right? Think about think about when you're uh where you're talking to your wife and you have a moment where you really kind of are able to illustrate that you understand what she's talking about. Right? Think about how that might make her feel. Right? That's like relationship 101 type stuff. It also applies here, right? And that's what we're doing when we're recapping their pain. So, boom, Johnny says yes. Now I can calculate, I can calculate their loss, right? By doing some math based off of what they've told me, right? So, "All right, Johnny. So, I'm just doing some math here. And look, hey, I'm not the best at math, so please, uh, you know, don't judge me here. Um, so it sounds like your average customer is worth about $1,000 to you and you're converting, you know, x amount of, you know, x out of your total leads. So, like for every for every 10 leads that you get, you know, sounds like you're converting at least one of them. But here's what I'm thinking though, right? Is like, what about the non-converted leads, right? Okay, so you're generating X amount of leads a month. If we just even go with a conservative number, right? Like if like even if just only 15% of those leads are falling through the cracks because of missed calls, slow response, kind of eh, you know, not so consistent follow-up. That sounds like, and again, I'm not a math wiz, but that sounds like, yo, you're leaving about $10,000 a month, you know, on the table, you know, every single month, right? Just based off of, you know, the data that you just shared with me. So, just real question is like, what if we could actually capture? What if we could capture those leads that are going unconverted right now, right? Um, so I could, so I could throw some sauce on that. Like, so that's that's what they call me that, you know, that's what uh, you know, kind of my specialty is, Johnny. Is it sounds like you got a, you know, you got a great system in place, right? You're able to convert, you know, the leads that you do end up talking to into actual paying customers. So, what I do is I kind of help businesses like yourself. I help you put, I, I uh, I build systems where we can help you, you know, kind of convert and actually get to talk to those leads that are actually falling through the cracks right now, right? Um, and that's pretty much what our AI does, right? And here's how it would work, you know, for you, right? So, now we're transitioning, you know, into the next step, which is the AI solution, right? So, if I'm talking to someone, you know, about the AI receptionist thing, so it's like, "Hey, you know, boom, um, where something like this would work for your situation is, so I know you told me about uh Lisa who you've got, you know, kind of handling the phones, but she's also doing other stuff. Sounds like she's amazing. But think about what it would look like if you had a a Lisa 2.0, right? That could actually answer the phone for you 24/7, never miss a call, you know, could uh transfer calls to you, qualify people, you know, so that you guys are only kind of getting on the phone with, you know, the highest intent buyers and so on and so on, right? So, I could, you know, throw on some little sauce there. And, you know, it books automatically. It qualifies. Instant response. So, you got just all these like little, you know, kind of benefit-driven, you know, things that we say to people, right? And then you're transitioning into the demo, right? So, you could do this different ways, but like with the voice stuff, you can literally just be like, "All right, you know what? Hey, let's actually uh let's actually test this out together, right?" And just like you guys have se you guys have seen me do this multiple times at this point. I could do it or another thing that I could do is, "Hey, look, pull up your phone real quick. I want you to call. I want you to call this number, right? So that you can actually I want you to actually test out, you know, uh AI system that we have." A little extra sauce that you could do if you had time to prepare for this. So, you guys have seen us at this point, you know, we've built a few AI agents together, right? So, you guys have seen, doesn't take that long to whip up a quick demo, right? So, to really, really, really make this impactful, create a demo for their business and then have them call that demo, right? While they're live on Zoom with you. Uh, I haven't looked at the chat in a minute. Let me switch over here. But think about how impactful it would be if you're on the line. If you're on a Zoom demo with me, I'm a plumber and then you call, you like, "Hey, uh, let me make a phone. I want you to hear something real quick." And it picks up like, "Hey, uh, this is Nancy from Adura's Plumbing." That would probably blow my mind a little bit. Yes or no? That would maybe blow my mind a little bit. And now you're put you've put me in this place of like, "Oh, like this can be mine. Like, oh, like, oh, you've already kind of like you've already kind of built this for me kind of thing, right?" So, it kind of goes from a, "Hey, do you want this random AI thing?" to almost like, "Hey, do you want to claim? Do you want to claim this AI agent that we've already started building for you?" Right? That that's kind of that's two real different mindsets right there, right? Um, boom. So, you do the demo, you let them experience it. Boom, boom, boom. And then the next step, and we have different demo options in this document, by the way. You guys will you guys will have to go through this on your own time. Um, but the next step is now now it's time to close the deal, right? So, boom, boom, get their reaction and we say, "All right, look." And that was just a little little quick demo that I had my team put together. And once we train this fully or if you did kind of do it for them, once we completely train this for your business, make it aware of every all of your services, uh, objections that you're getting from people, exactly how you wanted to talk to customers, it becomes your best employee within a month. So, let me ask you, can you see this working like in your business? If they get a yes, so you get a yes, you're there. You're you're that much closer, right? And then it's just a couple, it's a couple different things that you could do here. Um, simple pricing. Boom. So, look, here's here's the investment. Look, we'll build your custom AI, train it on your business, integrate everything, deploy it for you, and that's a one-time setup fee of whatever your setup fee is. And that's a monthly, you know, it's a monthly payment of whatever that is, right? That gives you unlimited unlimited calls. Boom, boom, boom. So on and so on. Ongoing improvements and support. And voila, right? Um, so that is the framework for how to have the conversation. Right? This is, think about this, right? This is not like uh I've literally got on a demo call with people that lasted 30ish minutes, 30, 45ish minutes maybe. And like literally at the end of the at the end of that call, that person is pulling out their credit card and I'm sending them a link to pay me 5, 10, 15 plus thousand. Right? So this is the this part, guys. This uh this today. This doesn't have to be, you know, uh a two, three-hour long training, right? This is literally, think about it. If you've gotten to this point, you've done something right, right? You've gone out, you've created awareness, reached out to so and so, maybe talked to some people in the DMs, created some content, maybe you went to some event, whatever that whatever you did, you did something right to some degree to get to the point where you're having this conversation with hopefully a serious business owner, you know, uh, that has a problem that you're able to solve, right? So, you just lit, it's just, and I want to take the I want to take the anxiety out of this for you guys. It's literally just a conversation, guys. Look, once upon a time, once upon a time, I used to I used to uh have to go, I used to have to go meet with homeowners, right? And negotiate well enough with them to get them to sell me a property for probably a lot less than they might might have felt that it was worth, right? To put that into context, what we do here, just talking to people about AI and giving them demos is literally, I kid you not, um, it's, I hesitate to use the word easy because nothing is ever easy. But compared to a lot of other things that I've done like that really require guys, it requires some skill to like go like, yo, try, I'm, you think you're asking $300,000 for your house and I'm trying to offer you like $150. Right? That that that kind of takes some skill. Talking to business owners that know to some degree that they need to be implementing AI already, like already they're already educated, they already have some pain. That is a very simple, straightforward conversation, right? No, no razzledazzle needed. I promise you guys. I promise you guys. Um, all right. So, that is the demo. Um, let's uh let me pull up the uh pull up the thing here. All right. You know what? Let's uh Oh, hold on. Okay. I was just I was uh I was coming to look for you, Paris. Uh, let's see. Paris, ready to do um All right. So, let's uh

>> You're ready for Paris?

>> Yeah. Let's uh let's bring Paris up here. I want to I want to hear

>> Who's ready for Paris? Guys, if you're tuned in to the 4-day challenge, what is going to happen today with Paris? Come on. If you're ready for Paris, light up the chat. Light up the chat, guys. Paris. Paris. Let's go.

>> You're on mute, Paris.

>> Myself off mute.

>> I just heard her for a second.

>> Try again, Paris.

>> There we go. All right.

>> Hi.

>> Hey. Hey. Hey.

>> Hi, Adura. Hi, Lkesha. Hello fam.

>> Hey. Hey. Hey.

>> How's everybody doing?

>> Good. Good. Goody.

>> Good. Good. So, before I get into the demo, Adura, with you, I wanted to give a little bit of background on some things that I did to set this up to be as smooth as possible because the great thing I love about GrowthHub 365 is you guys kind of give us like pretty much a business in a basket. And so, um, I went into the funnels and I went into automations and I created some workflows. So, a lot of those questions, those discovery questions, I've um, I created a trigger in um, in GrowthHub 365. So, whenever someone schedules an appointment, there's a uh a workflow of communications, emails, text messages, reminding them about the call, but also within some of those emails and text messages, I embedded a survey link that asked them the questions that are in the calculator, which really kind of mirror all the questions that you just went over in your script. So, really, I just took what you guys gave us and I was like, "How can I automate this?" Like, take it, go meta and like take it a level up and just really create a seamless process. So, when we do this role play, the assumption is that you've already answered some of these questions and I have that in my survey in GrowthHub 365. But not everybody follows instructions, right? And sometimes people don't do those things. So, that's okay. We're going to pretend that you didn't follow those instructions and answer those questions real-time if that's okay with you, Adura.

>> Um, do you mind being, for the sake of this conversation, can you be like a practice owner of a dentist uh office? Or it could be whatever you want. Whatever. I'll be the the salesperson, you be the

>> the um,

>> use your fit, Paris.

>> I'm in, I'm in your, it's your world today.

>> Okay. Okay. Great. So, let me get my screen ready and I will share. Just a moment. Host disabled participant screen share. So, I can't screen share right now.

>> One moment.

>> Go ahead and try again. Okay, perfect. So, in this in this uh scenario, like I said, we're going to pretend that Adura's just been so busy. He didn't, you know, follow the instructions on the email and he didn't answer these questions. So, we're going to go over this, but ideally, you can have this already, you know, in a in a template. And there's so many templates that are they already provide for you. But um, anyway, good morning, Adura. How are you doing today? Or Dr. Adura, how are you doing today?

>> I'm good. How are you?

>> I'm great. Thank you so much for taking the time out to meet with me today. Um, I know that you've been really busy. Your um your assistant told me that um you weren't able to complete the survey, but it's okay. We're going to we're going to just go over some of those questions that I sent you earlier today. Um, and really go into, you know, what Traction Systems can provide for your dental practice. Is that all right?

>> Uh, sure. Sure. I don't I don't have that much time, but let me see what this will only take about maybe 10 or 15 minutes, and then if you'd like to continue on after that, we can we can go further. Um, I'm just going to fill this out on your behalf right here. So, you do have a dental practice, correct?

>> And we're going to put the name of your practice right here. Now, on average, in a in a day, how many calls are you receiving in your practice?

>> Oh, man. Um, I'd probably guess like 30, maybe 30 to 50-ish, depending on.

>> Let's put 40. We'll keep it in the middle. in the middle between 30 and 50. So, like 40 calls on average. And how many of those do you feel like you are unanswered that your team can't get to? Uh, last time we we had a meeting about this a few months ago. Uh, I want to say at least a good 15% of those calls, possibly.

>> Okay. So, 15% of those calls. So, calculator. So, about six calls

>> a day on average that you're missing. Okay.

>> And what is the average value of a new dental client,

>> a patient?

>> Um, I mean, we have services.

>> Think about like your general cleaning, for example, when someone comes in for like their their ideal cleaning. Uh, so around like $450.

>> Okay. $450. And then how many new patients are you getting on average a month currently?

>> New patients

>> as as it stands with your business just right now. On average,

>> probably say 30 to 50 per month. 30 to 50 new clients a month.

>> Correct.

>> Okay. 30 to 50. Let's use 40. We'll go in the middle once again. And currently, what is your setup? Do you have a voicemail system? Does your staff answer the phone calls? Or is a third party answering service or maybe a mixture of of those?

>> Uh, mixture of uh, we have a receptionist and then uh, we also have an answering service. uh after hours.

>> And so the next day uh once your office opens, what is the follow-up practice with those those missed calls that have left voicemails? Um, I believe our receptionist will uh we have a CRM that those go into and uh she'll uh she'll get that info and uh try to call people back um at some point the next morning.

>> Okay. And on average, do um are your is your CRM able to capture the information for people that don't leave voicemails? Um, does like

>> so someone doesn't leave a voicemail. Correct. So if someone doesn't calls and they don't leave a voicemail, does your CRM still capture that data, that phone number, or if they don't leave a voicemail, you don't have any information?

>> Yeah, I think we still we still get the phone number.

>> Okay. Okay. That's fair. And what would you say is your biggest frustration of how calls are currently being handled in your business? Um, it's just I think we're we miss out on uh, you know, opportunities, especially like during, you know, peak hours and yeah.

>> Okay. I'm just I'm just typing that. So I'm going to put missed opportunities during peak hours. Now, the great thing about and that's that's very normal. Um, usually in practices like yours, you know, your front desk staff is not just answering phone calls. They're taking information from patient data. Sometimes they're helping you out in the back office. When I came to visit you before, I didn't notice that was happening real-time. So, not only are there calls being missed because your team is assisting the humans that are in the office, including yourself, but there's opportunity here to capture calls that, you know, in the evenings or during peak hours are normally not captured. And so, what I have right here, I have a calculator. I just used all the data that you just gave me and I have it here. Now, on average, what would you say your conversion rate currently is for your average client?

>> Um, what do you mean?

>> So, if you have a um out of the 50 calls or 40 uh calls that you get, how many of those actually convert to patients for you? What percentage would you say? I'm honestly not sure, honestly.

>> That's okay. Um, because you are a um an essential service. Um, for your industry, the average retention is about 45-ish% for the dental industry and a lot of service-based industries like yours is average is 30 to 60. But for dental um, we'll be we can be conservative. Um, we'll put 45% just to be just to be fairly conservative right here. And so you're missing an average right now based on the data that you gave me of six calls per day. That is 80 lost patients a month with a 15% u miss call. And that is about $36,800 um $36,180 of revenue lost per month with an annual revenue risk of $434,1660 a year. Now, assuming that we um capture about 45% of all those missed calls with Traction

systems, we answer 100% of those calls. If your AI um agent is working for you, they don't use bathrooms, they don't take lunch breaks, they don't go to sleep. So, every single one of those calls, that 15% is now captured. And assuming that out of that those captured leads that 45% of them convert, that's a savings for you with traction systems as your partner with $195,372 annually. And this is just a ballpark estimate. These are no guaranteed numbers, but that is with the assumption that you partner with us and now you're not missing any phone calls.

Now, let's say you're a little skeptical and that's okay. We can change this number down from 100. Let's say it's only answering 90% of the calls. That's still 175K annually that you're capturing. You could have 10 people calling at the same time. It doesn't matter. None of those leads are lost.

Now, I did send you my pricing sheet earlier with different packages. So, um I know right now you're not I'm sorry. >> I didn't see I didn't see that. >> That's okay. I can send it to you again and add it to the top of your um inbox and I'll attach this PDF that we're going to generate together on this call with that as well to kind of give you a visual recap of this conversation. Um but assuming that you just do the voice AI with us today and you don't take advantage of the text messages, you don't take advantages of the DMs, just the voice AI agent. That's $550 a month. You just need two patients. Now, you tell me on average you have about 40 new patients a month. That's an easy win for you. You're clearing out and breaking even very easily with our solution. So, I just have to ask you um what questions do you have for me um regarding traction systems?

>> So, h how long have you been uh how long have you been doing this?

So, I've been working in service-based industries for about 15 years. And in the last couple months, I um transitioned on my own to basically implement the same kind of um systems that I was using when I was a service-based provider. Um because I just realized I couldn't do everything. I had a million tasks to get done. I had someone to to, you know, report to and I just didn't have enough time. So I in my past careers um implemented AI and then I did a lot of uh research and started developing my own company to help people do the same and customize solutions to make sure that you're optimizing your day.

>> So show show me the the price the price again is what?

So, to get started with us, um there's a $1,500 uh dollar fee for me to just set up your AI agents, and that takes me about 21 to 30 days. I do a lot of testing. I do workflow um testing to make sure that everything's going to where it needs to go because, as you know, you have HIPPA compliance that you need to be um you know, we need to make sure it's working properly. So once I set up the agent, I'm also testing it with you and your team, making sure it's to your liking. So that's why it takes about 21 to 30 days, and that's $1,500 um just to get the setup. And once it's set up, the monthly cost to continue services is $550 a month. Um we have a monthly check-in, 15 minutes a month, just going over, you know, your systems, making sure you're happy with everything. You can skip those if you don't have capacity, but I offer that as part of my services and then a quarterly review. So, you have my support throughout throughout the time. Um, but yep, the $550 a month um will enable this AI agent to answer all these phone calls for you and capture um that, you know, 175K in potential revenue that you're currently not capturing with your existing systems.

Um, so I understand the cost to build. Uh, but why why is there why is there a monthly fee if it's already set up?

There's a monthly fee because I have to um build this for you. I monitor it for you. AI has changed more in the last six months than in the past five years. There's always things that could be changing and updating. And that's also why I have a check-in with you every month. I want to make sure that you're happy with your with your agent. If there's any updates or changes to your business, even even if there aren't changes in AI, things happen in practices and you may want some things to change. So, I'm there as your human support with your AI to make sure that it's working and functioning and its optimal peak for your efficiency in your business, but also um to, you know, make sure that I'm there to support you throughout the time.

>> Okay. Okay. Um h so 500 a month >> 550 >> 550 a month I'm not I'm not sure I want another monthly bill on average right now there's about $36,000 dollars you're leaving on the table by not implementing something like this. I get that you have a team and your team is great, but they're calling those leads. Did you know that about 65% of the average lead um when they call for a service like yours, if you don't answer the call, they're going to the next provider? I would implore you to talk to your team about how many of those calls they're making, they're actually getting people to call back and convert those into potential clients. um just based on some statistics and research that I've done and also you know here there's been research by um the ADA patient value report 67% of unanswered calls never call back. So that's money left on the table for you right there. If I can I can help you capture way more than that. It would cover the cost tremendously. I mean, if I completely understand if, you know, you don't want an extra monthly fee, but if that makes you, you know, multiple times more than what you're spending, if it sounds like a no-brainer to me.

>> Yeah. And I I get that. Uh I'm not sure, you know, so we we have a lot of like older kind of clientele. I'm not sure that they would want to talk to AI, though.

And that's not a problem. What we can do is we can set up a workflow for your AI agent where there can be trigger words used like human or maybe your name particularly and it can ask qualifying questions if you want and it can transfer the call directly to your team. So if they don't want to talk to an AI agent, they don't have to. But no call will be missed. So every call will be captured and then if it transfers to your team, that's perfectly fine. and in your back office where this lives, every call is tracked and they can see exactly the conversation being had with your AI agent. So let's say that you know when the call transfers to one of your front desk staff members, they're not able to answer because they're helping you in the back. That's not a problem. They can review exactly what was being said and then call Mr. so and so and say hey I know that you are calling for this reason and give you know and give them the the great service that you know that you want to provide for them.

>> and what what's the process for like training it like how does like how does that work

So, there's a discovery I have some surveys and a discovery process where I ask you a lot of questions about your workflow um ask your team about their workflow. So there's I already have systems in place where you basically answer a lot of questions for me. We go over your workflow and then we test it. Um I test it to make sure that it works and then I give your team before we go live an opportunity to test it and give feedback to make sure it's working just as you'd like. Um but you know what? Instead of just talking about it, I would love for you to I created a demo um with an agent just for you. Um, now mind you, it's linked to my scheduling calendar, not yours. So, if you ask for an appointment, it will give my availability. But if you could do me a favor, um, by calling this number, um, this is for your dental office. Now, just for full disclaimer, this is for a different client, so it's not going to say your name, Adora. It's gonna say somebody else's name. Um, please call 18889977907. Once again, that's 1888-9977907. Um, if you don't mind putting um putting it on speaker.

>> Hey, you have reached P doctor adam's dental office. How can I help you today?

>> I'm looking to uh schedule a cleaning.

>> Sure, I can help you schedule an appointment. Let me first check the available slots for Y. One moment. Here are some available appointment slots. Today, June 4th, 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. Tomorrow, June 5th, 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 12:30 p.m. Monday, June 8th, 10:02 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m. Do any of these work for you?

>> How much is uh cleaning?

We offer transparent self-pay pricing, payment options, and an in-house membership plan that provides discounts on cleanings and common procedures. For specific pricing details, our front desk team can provide the exact cost based on your needs. Would you like me to connect you with them?

>> Uh, no. But you're so you're not aware of the just the price for just a cleaning for an adult.

I don't have the exact price for adult cleaning on hand, but I can have someone from our team follow up with you to provide the specific cost. Would you like me to arrange that for you?

>> Uh what what other services do you offer?

We provide a wide range of dental services including preventive care like exams, cleanings, and digital x-rays. Restorative treatments such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals. Dental implants and dentures, cosmetic dentistry, including whitening, veneers, and bonding. Invisalign clear aligners for teeth straightening. Emergency care for pain, infections, or broken teeth. Let me know if you'd like to schedule an appointment for any of these.

>> Uh who's your who's your uh lead doctor there?

Our lead dentist is Dr. Agum. He oversees all patient care and ensures the highest quality of service. Let me know if you'd like to schedule an appointment with our team.

>> And where are you uh where are you guys located?

We're located an insert address here. Let me know if you'd like directions or need help scheduling an appointment.

>> Okay. All right. Thank you.

So, as I said before, um there will be some things and gaps that we can uh fill in. So, for example, if you have pricing that's flat pricing without insurance, we can add that to your website and that would answer that question. Um, because with your industry, um, the price depends on their insurance and things of that nature. What we can do to make sure we're not collecting HIPPA information, as you saw, it already directed that question to a human because a lot of times your clients do have insurance related to that and we don't want to make sure we're in HIPPA compliance. So, anything related to HIPPA will go straight to a human, which is what I directed them there. Now, if you have a flat price that doesn't relate to insurance, what we can do is pull that data and it would say, "Hey, a cleaning is $400 without insurance." So, that's what the agent would say in that scenario. And that is part of what I do in your discovery is make sure that all those details are there. If you notice it said insert um address, you're I would insert that address into the workflow for the agent and simply it would give your address. So any of the gaps you're seeing right now is because I just created this just as a demo example of what we can do. And all I need is some more details from you and we can make this customized just for your dentist practice. Now, as you can see right here, you currently are losing about 434K in potential um revenue with all of your missed calls. Um, assuming that you have a 15% capture rate, what we can do at Traction Systems is make sure that you're capturing 175K in annual revenue. And all you need to break even every month for that $550 to make that 175K is two patients, which you're already clearing every month. So kind of your thesis here is that you can help us recover what we're currently missing out on right now. Is that it with the AI?

>> Correct. We're helping you track those calls related to revenue, capture those, and convert those into revenue. Okay.

>> And here's a breakdown. I don't, you know, I I know you're you're very educated and you can kind of see the numbers right here for the um you know, practice call and the revenue breakdown, but um and this is just with assumptions of 90% answering. It's actually our AI answers 100% of calls. So, this is being very conservative.

>> Gotcha. Gotcha. Gotcha. Gotcha. All right. Uh yeah, I think uh I think I've got all the information uh that I need. Uh I appreciate you uh you know sharing all this with me.

>> Thank you. Can I ask what are some things that you um learned in our time together today? And what are some things that you enjoyed about our time together today?

uh learned. Um, no, it seems like we're we're definitely leaving some money on the table. I I learned that for sure.

>> How does that make you feel?

>> Not definitely not not great. Not great.

>> And I'm sorry I cut you off. You were going to say something else. Um, yeah, I think that was the main thing. You know, uh, we're definitely leaving money on the table. Um, you know, I didn't, uh, realized AI had all of these capabilities, so that that is interesting. Um, yeah. Yeah. No, this this was good to see.

>> Would you like to capture that revenue rather than lose it?

Yeah. Yeah. No, I mean, if it does what you're saying it can do,

>> then Yeah.

>> So, what would be your hesitation in partnering with Traction Systems to capture this revenue?

I >> think it's just really does it do what you say it does? You know, I've been in situations, you know, everything sounds good on the >> the PDF, the spreadsheet, and uh then you you pay, you set it up, and it's, you know, is not >> not as advertised. I think that's that's it.

>> Okay. And that is a valid concern. I did, you know, want to give you the demo um with the agent and like I said, part of that discovery call or that discovery um time that 21 to 30 days as we're building and I'm asking you questions is is answering those questions that it wasn't able to answer. So, you saw real time what it can do, right? And it can be customized to your liking. We test it thoroughly before we go live to make sure you like it. The $1,500 goes to building it. We don't launch it in um in you know until you are happy with the result and then when you launch it's $550 and that's a fee that you know if you don't like it within your first 30 to 60 days then no harm no foul you know you don't have to continue with our services but I don't think after recovering the revenue that you're going to recover which we do go over in our calls monthly and quarterly that you're going to want to let go of the service but you're not, you know, you're not marrying, you know, Traction Systems, you're simply dating Traction Systems. And, you know, if the dates don't go well, you know, we don't, we can break up. It's okay. I won't cry. It'll be okay. Um but I think that um giving me the opportunity to allow you and your team to optimize um your time and do what humans only can do uh while you know making sure that all of your patients are being responded to in a timely manner and capturing more revenue would definitely be a benefit. Um I'll send you a proposal. I'll also send this PDF to you. Um just kind of recapping everything. Um, and would you like to at least move forward with um a contract to see if um you know within the first 30 days this is of value to you?

>> So, how long am I ti How long am I locked into the contract?

>> You have a 30-day you can pull out after the first 30 days that it's launched. So, it takes about 21 to 30 days to get it set up. And so by month two after it's launched, if you don't if you don't like it within that first 30 days, no harm, no foul, um you're not committed to moving forward with traction systems.

>> and when when is the payment due?

>> So to get started, it does take a lot of work uh for me to build this system for you. So the 1,500 is upfront. I need that upfront to do the labor. Um, but the 550, we don't charge that until the AI is ready and, you know, set up in your system going live. So, by day 21 to 30, it's going live. And then you don't pay me a penny until that goes live. And before it does go live, we test I test it thoroughly. And then I give you and your team an opportunity to test it before go live to make sure that it it's answering questions to your liking um and changing anything before you know before it goes. So you get to make sure that you like it before it goes live. And then you have 30 days to check it out. And you know if after that 30 days you're not happy with it, no harm, no foul. So, it's not a long-term contracting.

>> Not after the 30 days, you're locked in for 12 months, but the first 30 days, you can pull out of the contract if you're not happy.

>> Oh, so there is a long-term contract.

>> Yes.

>> I know that you seem to be a little bit hesitant. I'm more than willing to negotiate those terms. Um, I can probably do maybe just one quarter. We can adjust it to one quarter instead of one year. So that's just three months instead. I'm more than happy to do that. I don't think you're going to want to leave, but I will give you that opportunity because I know that that feels like a big commitment to you. I can see that. Um,

>> and I think a quarter is a fair enough time to see, you know, your performance from before and after. And we can review everything on our quarterly review call. So, like what you're saying, um, we just had a lot of bad experience with, uh, with people, uh, selling services. I would be open to just a straight monthto monthth. I don't want to be locked in if it's not if it's not performing for us.

>> That's something I normally don't offer, but Dr. Adura, I want you to be happy with your commitment and your contract, and so I'd be willing to to do that for you. I don't think you're going to want to leave. So, you know what? That's fine with me.

>> So, it would be how much to pay upfront again?

>> 1,500 upfront and then 550 a month after that.

>> and this month to month

>> for you for your first year. I'll make it monthto monthth >> after year. I'm sure if you don't like it, you're going to fire me after a year. So, I'll give you a year. I normally have 12-month contracts, but for you, for the first year, we can be month-to-month. By then, you'll know if you like it or not.

>> All right. You know what? Let's do it. Let's do it.

>> Awesome. Wonderful. I look forward to working with you. I'm gonna um after this call, I'm going to send you this PDF. I'm also going to send you the contract and a review of the proposal. Um, I'll send that over to you today. Today is Thursday. Do you think you can have that sent over to me by close of business tomorrow?

>> Uh, yeah. Yeah. If not sooner. Yep.

>> Awesome. Wonderful. Within that email will also be a hyperlink for your payment.

>> All right. Perfect. Perfect.

>> Awesome. and I'll start building as soon as we have a contract and payment um in the system. Um and then you'll get all the the questions to build and develop um your new AI assistant.

>> All right, sounds good.

>> Thank you and have a great day intentionally.

>> Oh man.

>> Dang, Adora, you was put me under.

>> I gotta prepare you for the real world. All right. Um

>> that was good though. Thank you.

>> No, that that was good, Paris. That was good, man. That was really really good. I I tried to break you a couple times. Um, so it's funny, guys, in my with my internal team, uh, we have kind of role play, uh, sessions like that, right? you try to try to break the person and um Nah, that was that was really good. I threw you I threw you a couple different curve balls. Um so yeah, I like that you were very very wellspoken. Uh so this is an example I was talking about earlier just that confidence. So there's nowhere Yeah. There's not nowhere in this conversation where I kind of as a potential customer, you made me feel like you weren't confident, right? So that that confidence carries over, right? Even though, right, you have not gotten your first client yet. It's like, all right, like I she sounds sound like this is what you do, right? That that is a very big deal. Um, I like I really like the the calculator play. Um, you like showing the numbers, right? Um, it's funny. I used to have a before this vibe coding stuff. I used to have a uh spreadsheet uh back in the day that I I've shown people. Um, but this thing, uh, the thing you got definitely like really plugging it in, uh, painting the picture, you know, right there. Um, I like that. I like how you frame that. Um, only only. So, what was my thoughts? You're a little shaky around the uh the introduction of price. Um, you got to really step to people, you know, with that price like confidently. Yo, here's the numbers. I think he said something like, "Yeah, already I sent you the pricing sheet or >> something like that." Nah, we want to like, all right, so after after the demo, everything like that, talk about the money, right? If the person is they're still with you, >> the natural next step is talking about the money um >> but very confidently. Um I tried to break you. I tried to get off the line with you and you uh you rescued that. I like that. A lot of people I do that with uh a lot of people I do that with uh they do go for okay. Well, all right. Well, uh you know, talk to you later, you know, kind of thing. No, you going to hear this demo first. I was like, "Oh, wait. This is the queue for the demo." >> Um, so that's like a lesson for everyone like Yeah. It's like don't be afraid to keep politely uh politely going, politely, not pushing, but you know, politely pushing. Um, worst someone can say is no, right? And once you get comfortable with people saying no to you, man. Right. That is that is a great skill set to have cuz like yo, it is what it is. Um I like Yeah, you're real good with the rebuttals, you know, different different things I threw you. I would say for the demo though, definitely have your demo like a little smoother than that. Um cuz you're what's going to happen when you do demos with people >> and just naturally even when so like for for example I've done demos with people um and doing a demo with another client's thing and I give the disclaimer like oh you know this is how they wanted it right and you have a lot of like really super analytical type people where it's like, well, why' it do that? Why' it say that? Why? Why does it do this? Why is it? So, you do want to kind of like make sure that the demo that you demo is like super on point as possible so that someone is not then like caught up in, well, oh, why didn't it say the address? Oh, why didn't do this? Why didn't it do that? Right? And you're kind of kind of going down that rabbit hole, >> right? >> Um, but no, outside of that, that was that was A1. I really I really like that. So, like I said to you the other day, it's just it's just a matter of time for you, girl. Is literally just a matter of time. Um, I've seen I've seen much less wellspoken and qualified people, right, that have gone out and and secured clients. So, uh, yeah, you're good. You just got to really for you, it's just going to be consistency. literally consistency >> talking to enough people to the point you get to that person that's just like ready to go. Um >> I'm heading to a networking event like literally after I get off this call. I'm heading to Napa for a women and business networking event. >> So yeah, I'm I'm putting myself out there even when it's like even when I'm nervous. I was at a farmers market the other day and I went to my part and I was like turn around and tell these people about your business. So I turned around and I was just like, just want to share hi my news. I'm I'm just I guess I just got to, you know, either people or my my dental client, he just hasn't been responsive. So, what's been happening is when I've been pitching to people, they say they're interested and then they kind of like fall off and I've been following up, but it's been falling off and then I just haven't gotten in front of the right people. But what I've done with that information or that lack of responsiveness is I've just thought, okay, how can I create tools so that it makes people makes it harder for people to say no. So that really was the brainchild for the calculator was giving that visual pain point of like you seeing that number, I want you to sweat. Like I want you to be like, dang, like I'm losing that much money. Like it's one thing to say it, but to see it. Um, so I haven't used it yet with a I haven't had an opportunity to use it yet with a actual client, but that's what I'm hoping. I'm hoping that when they see those numbers, you know, it it resonates with them and I'll get hopefully get my my first of many clients.

>> Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Now, uh, you're you're definitely definitely on the way, guys. Show Paris some love, some encouragement in the chat. I love it. Appreciate y'all. Thank you so much once again.

>> A You're welcome.

>> You a right. Great job, Paris.

>> Thank you.

>> And Adura.

>> Mhm.

>> We have Damian Proctor with a W.

>> Uh you're cut you're cutting out. Or is it me?

>> Damian Proctor has a wad. Can you hear me?

>> Oh, yeah. I heard you said Damian.

>> Uh, is my computer glitching?

>> I'm I'm hearing it kind of phase out with Lkesha, too. It's going in and out.

>> Uh, I just heard Damian, then I ain't hear nothing no more.

Okay. So, can you hear me now? I'm saying that Damian has a win.

>> Okay.

>> He wants to share now. Okay. Okay.

>> Big Damian, what's up, sir?

>> Come on, my brother. Good morning. Good morning. How you how you doing?

>> Good. Good. What you got for us?

>> Um, you know, we just keep, you know, grinding away at this thing. Marketing and sales is and consistency is everything. So, we got a a new client this morning.

>> Personal injury

>> this morning.

>> Personal injury law firm. Yeah.

>> Oh, you've been going crazy with those law firms.

>> Hey, man. That's the niche right there. That's what all the money is.

>> So, wait, you got a new client today?

>> Yeah.

>> What What the numbers What the numbers looking like? Setup fee uh 1,700 and monthly is 425. No, 475.

>> There we go. So, how many you got thus far?

So far, >> that makes seven. Um, so, but I'm about to

>> seven law firms.

>> No, seven total.

>> Oh, seven total clients. Okay.

>> Yeah. Yeah. So, I got I got two law firms. Um, I got a bell bonds in there, too. Oh man. All right, you gotta talk talk to This is great. Talk to the people, man. We got We got a whole bunch of new folks on here. Uh and you joined. Remind me again how long you've been with us. Damian January summit.

>> Yo, I always forget that we only took this thing public to the masses in January. So literally the longest somebody could have been with us >> uh outside of initial internal group that we launched this to that were already uh consultants is January. So since January you've gotten seven clients.

>> attorney Damian is cutting out now. Or is it is it me or is Damian cutting out? Can you hear me?

>> Yeah, I could hear you. I just heard what you just said, but keep keep talking though. Let me see.

>> Okay. Yeah, I said uh it's going to jump here hopefully shortly because I just did a webinar for about 30 attorneys.

>> Oh man, you're doing webinars now?

>> Yes, sir. Yes, sir.

>> Oh, we got to go get it.

>> Oh my goodness, man. You guys, you guys make me so proud up here, guys. January. So, you had a how' you how'd you uh talk about how you got to the webinar?

>> Uh it's the same strategy that's been working for me, which is reaching through my warm network. So, I know a ton of attorneys and so, uh one of them happens to um be in a uh state government, uh for public defenders. And so he's so he said, "Hey, want you do a webinar for our public defenders?"

>> Okay,

>> sure.

>> So, yeah.

>> And that was it.

>> So, just to be clear, your first seven clients, this is just warm network stuff still.

>> Warm. Yeah,

>> guys. I'll be telling y'all, man. I'll be talking to y'all about this stuff. I'm pretty sure I said that to you guys yesterday. And this is a live confirmation of that. Seven clients is crazy. So on the webinar like uh give give the people some some sauce here since since you're here like on the webinar, how are you framing the webinar? What are you kind of talking about? What's the call to action on there? That kind of thing.

>> Yeah. Um so I I I did a couple webinars on how to do webinars, right? Because I not I don't know how this works, right? I did a bunch of that kind of training. Uh, and then and so I used what was taught in that training to uh to have Claw help me create my slides and my framing and my language, right? Using the right psychology and so I framed everything around um, you know, one my credibility, my background with the what we've done and who we help and then also their pain. So, I I made sure to understand, you know, all the pain points around this group of lawyers. You know, they they're doing um part-time public defender work plus they have private practices. So, so I I so I came to them framing all that pain up um and they and got them to agree that yep, that's you know, those are my problems. And then I did a demo on an an AI chief of staff for law firms that deals with um um, you know, like they their their dockets coming from the the court plus their private their private clients and and demo all the administrative stuff. So, so I demoed that and then I then I demoed two agents, one for personal injury and then one for uh criminal defense, voice AI agents and then um and then um I gave him offer. So I had like a three tier offer um for you know and then I had a had a sales page set up right and playing no games.

>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

>> So, you told them the price on the webinar.

>> Yeah.

>> Nice, nice, nice, nice, nice.

>> And I gave, you know, all you know, the different, you know, um the the time limited u discounts and time limited um extra bonuses and all that stuff, right? So, you know, you know, put put the big dollar signs next to the free stuff and you know, I love it. I love it. I love it. Uh so what what would you say uh brother Damian to the we got today's our final day. What would you say to the folks that Yeah, I don't know is maybe there maybe there's people here that are, you know, kind of not sure if they should continue on with us or whatever the case may be. What what would you say to those folks?

I would say this is um one opportunity that is probably the easiest and lowest cost with the highest return I've seen in my life.

>> And so um all you got to do is just get in right, learn and apply and and just be and just keep doing it over and over and over. Get better over, keep asking questions, getting help, keep doing it and then things will will start to happen. That's it. Just Just keep going.

>> I love it. I love it. I love it. So, you're So, literally the one client that you got today, you said you charged them how much to build it? He said

>> 1,700.

>> All right.

>> Yeah. On the on the proposal was 19. It was 2,000. And then, you know, he's like, "Hey, can we do something about that settle fee?" Yeah, sure.

>> Yeah. never turn away the money if it makes sense. Um,

>> yeah.

>> So, literally, so just to put into context for everyone, that build fee paid for GrowthHub for a year, I I hope everybody's clear on that, right? At the the normal price for GrowthHub is $147 a month. And literally this one client, well, you've already made enough money to pay for GrowthHub, but put it just put it putting it into context, let's say that that was Damian's first client.

>> I just want to be clear that one client paid for the year, right? So, um I know a lot of people are like, "Oh man, I don't know if I want to pay." Like literally Damian and many others are a prime example. And again, I don't be knowing who Lkesha is going to bring up here, by the way. I don't know if you guys, you know, are aware of that yet. Um, but Damian is a prime example of implementation, right? He got the play went basic. This is his play now, right? He's doing it his way. He done gone out figured out how to do webinars. Like guys, this is what I be talking about, right? Like, I'm just I can't guarantee you guys no money, but I'm going to get you close to the money as possible. Then you got to run with it, right? And Damian is a shining example of that. Doing webinars for attorneys. There's literally I just want everyone to understand there's literally pretty much nothing that you can't figure out with AI, right? If you listen, if you extract the metadata from what Damian just said, Damian said, "I never did a webinar before." So, I went into Claude and I figured it out that these are like the little intangibles. As I've told you guys, I you know, I'm rather obsessed with why do people succeed and when some why do some people not? This is an example of that. Do you are you guys understand there's people that would have said, "Oh, man. I can't I I don't know webinar. Adore didn't teach me webinars, so all right, I can't can't do it." Right. Damian, boom. Got the opportunity, went and figured it out. Right. This This is what I love to hear. Uh Damian, I just saw someone ask if you're open to it. We got Yeah, we could rock out here for >> little >> I got I got a little something just to add real just to help people understand. So,

>> yeah.

>> So, two So, when I started, my very first client was a was a law firm. I didn't charge them $2,000. But I I charged them I think it was $700 for the setup and the initial monthly was like 350 I think but now I got him at 7.97 a month. So,

>> and then my second client was a window treatments franchise and you know, they charged him $700 for setup and then $300 a month, but then he open he was my entryway into that whole franchise operation. So, I got several more of them, right? Uh, open the door to all the other franchises. And so, you know, it's just kind of, you know, you start off where you where you can and then you grow from there.

Yeah. No, that that makes sense. Uh Damian, are you cool with a little I feel like Well, I just saw somebody in a thing. Can Can we ask Damian some questions? Um I think that would be cool. If you're open to it, we could do a couple couple questions with Damian. I know you guys be talking to me for four days, but I think it's cool. Remove me from this, right? Like some people be like, "Oh man, I can't do what a door does." Right? So take me out the equation. And maybe look at it from the perspective of, "Yo, here's Damian just joined us in January, right?" Um, so yeah, Damian, are you cool with a a couple questions from from the uh folks?

>> I got time for two questions and then I have to bail. But yeah.

>> Hey, we appreciate you for that, good brother. Please make them very impactful questions, please. Uh maybe Lkesha, you could uh look at the chat and pull two out. Um but you got a real deal. Oh, you brought somebody up. All right, make them, please make these impactful questions that everyone can get value from, guys. We only got two of them. No pressure, though. Go ahead. Hey, Cheryl. Good morning.

>> Yes. Hello, Grand Rising. Um, I do have a friend who is an attorney and um also have a friend who um went from the law industry to um county commissioner. I want to know what was your initial um approach to your attorneys or to the law firm that you um your first client that you were working with. What was your initial approach? Was it via phone call? How did you reach out to them to get that interaction going?

>> Um, so I'm a member of various different um, organizations and so they all had Facebook groups and so I just kind of figured out like all right, you know, which one has probably has the most attorneys and people I already know, right? Um, and so I went in the first post was, hey, who in here is a uh owns a personal injury law firm, right? And the next one, you know, oh no, the first one was criminal defense or DUI. That's what it was. It was DUI. who owns a DUI law firm or who's a DUI lawyer? I'm doing research right on AI and DUI, you know, and then a couple of people responded and I got on the phone one of them and then I just started framing up, hey, I'm doing research. I'm trying to do X Y and Z, you know, I'm trying to, you know, help me understand this this this area. As we were talking through and he used to ask me questions, well, how does that work? What about this? What about that? And then as I'm as I'm explaining it, he's like, "Hey, I would like that." Right? And so and there we go. Um so so that's how I got that first law firm. And then actually for this one that closed today, I did the exact same strategy. Um this one took probably two months to close, right? So I've just been doing consistent follow-up, right? Consistent followup.

>> Okay. Thank you. I appreciate that.

>> No problem. Very good question, Cheryl. Thank you. All right, who's up? Number two, make it count. Gail, make it count. Gail and Gail.

>> Hi. Hi, Damy. I just wanted to know what is your background. Do you have um computer background? Do you or you know what is your training? I want to know how easy this is by what you know.

>> Uh so that's that's a tricky loaded question because uh um my background actually is from technology and um implementing systems and you know that kind of thing. So um you have engineering degree in um uh finance uh masters and so and I've been in the defense industry um, you know, doing uh defense contracts work. So, so yeah. So, I probably say for me, you know, it was just I was already familiar with how to do all this stuff. And so, well, I was familiar with the just building things, but I wasn't that familiar with how to go out to the open market and sell like that cuz I've been in government for so long. So, I've had to learn from Adore. I had to learn from Alisia, learn from all these people how to actually sell. So, that was, you know, so that for me took a while to figure out and learn. and then understand, you know, what what I had access to and who my market was and, you know, all of that, where to find leads. So, that took some time figuring out. Once I figured it out, I just started, you know, figure something out and I started trying things and then until something stuck.

>> Okay. Thank you.

>> Yeah, no worries.

>> And you're doing a good job.

>> Thank you. All right. All right. Thank you, uh, Gail. Um, appreciate you, uh, Damian. Um,

>> man, I love you, Dora. You, man, you you out here, you know, making these people independent. So, I appreciate it.

>> No, thank you. Thank you, sir. Love to you for for actually implementing, you know, that that's all that's all I want to see. Uh, continued success to you. I can't can't wait to hear about the next one. I'm sure it's coming soon.

>> Um

>> I think it'll be happen next couple days, but hey,

>> I gotta run, guys. So, appreciate you.

>> All right. Later, man. Um All right. So,

>> what what I got a lot of jobs, guys. I don't know if you guys realize that. I got got a lot of jobs. um one of my jobs. So I I saw just something real quick with the question that uh Gail just asked, right? So you guys know that you guys know I love you. Uh I deeply deeply care, you know, uh if you have not noticed, you know, about your success. So there's two ways that you can interpret that answer that Damian just gave, right? So, I'm going to talk to you about two different people, right? Person number one will take that with Damian saying, "Oh man, you know, I have some tech background. I've done this, that, and the third." Right? Person number one will be like, "Oh, that's why that's why." All right. you know, put him in a total different category. He has some kind of secret special advantage. Type one in the chat if you understand where I'm going with this. Right. So, it is my job, right, to to kind of not let you guys um not let your mind play tricks on you, right? Um, so you could be person number one and I'm sure somebody just heard this, even if it was just one person, and completely shut off like, "Oh, I don't have a tech background. I ain't work for the government. I ain't do this. I ain't do that. Uh, can't do it." Right? Please, please, please, please, please, please do not be that person, right? Because you would miss out on potentially life-changing opportunity, right? Um, or you could be person number two. Here's the type of person I am. I don't care what no one like. I look at people like, "All right, if Damian could do that, yo, there's there's no reason. There's absolutely no reason." Like, yo, Damian is amazing. But if I'm you guys, I'm looking at Damian like, "Oh, what?" Like, he wait, he just joined in January, so he just got the same information that I'm getting in January. and he done went out got seven clients. He's in that. Guess guys, I don't be I don't be lying to y'all, right? I've talked to you guys about the the kind of phases of entrepreneurship. So, we've seen Damian go from that phase one, right? That startup bootstrapping phase and over the course of what the past five months, he's in he's now in that momentum phase, right? So, it literally can happen that

quickly. But I want you, I want to make sure you guys are not like tricking yourselves. Even if it's only a few people, I just want to point that out.

The wrong way to look at what he just said, do not disqualify yourself. There's nothing that Damian has done that you cannot do. You literally just heard this gentleman tell, "Yo, I ain't know how to do." If anything, I'm looking at Damian like I'm looking at his resourcefulness. Like that's one, that's probably the biggest thing that just stuck out to me about everything he said. He didn't know how to do a thing and he went to Claude and figured it out, right? And did a presentation and that presentation done turned into money. That is the biggest takeaway, right?

I want to make that clear to everyone. Your biggest takeaway should absolutely not be, "Oh, well, Damian had some kind of secret unfair advantage that I don't have." Cuz you know what? Guess what? We got a whole bunch of other people that are not Damian, that did not work in government and this that and the third that have also gone out, right, and got clients.

So again, why do I point this out? Because I love you guys. I could have just as easily not mentioned that. But again, if I just rescue one person from making the fatal mistake of, "Oh, that's it. You got you got to be a tech person. You gotta, you gotta have worked for the government. You gotta have." Please don't do that. Guess who didn't work for the government, guys? I ain't work for the government. I The last job I had was making like 15. No, I don't even think it was $15 an hour, right? So, again, don't let your mind play tricks on you. Uh, I just wanted to point that out. Uh, but thank you for sharing, uh, brother Damian.

Um, all right, so look, guys, we are at the end of, uh, yeah, pretty much at the end of, uh, our four days together. Uh, somebody queue up, queue up the boys to men, "End of the Road."

Um, few things here, right? So, look, today's the last day of this challenge, but it doesn't have to be our last day together, right? And I hope for the majority of us that it, it's not our last day together. Um, I hope that you guys, uh, for the, for the free 99, you know, cost of this 4-day challenge. Um, I hope you guys saw, you know, the, uh, the value in this and so on.

Um, so little roadmap, guys, for those of you guys and just type "me" in the chat if you just, you know, for a fact you're continuing along with us, right? You know, this is where you need to be, you know? All right. Uh, I feel like, uh, I feel like a pastor. A pastor be saying, you know, this is, uh, you know, you need a church home. So, we're not a church home, but we can absolutely be, you know, uh, your AI, uh, help you get to the money home, right? Um, so I hope you guys saw the value in this. But again, this was just 4 days, right? So, guys, there's a lot, there's a lot more, you know, if you guys could, uh, decide to continue the journey with us. Hopefully, you do.

Um, so what happens when you do continue the journey with us? Implementation calls, right? We have implementation calls. We got something going on weekly, guys. It's really kind of crazy. Uh, we have calls, uh, we have our weekly tech support calls, right? So, for you guys that are right now like, "Oh man, I got a little, you know, I need to figure out this little technical issue." We have calls dedicated completely to that. Uh, we have training on how to onboard clients. We got Coach Jay holding it down, two calls a week. Uh, we got calls about marketing. Uh, did you guys enjoy, uh, the little role play that we did with Paris? Guess what? We have role play calls, right, with your, with, with yours truly. Just think about that, right? Where, where, for the price, for the price of admission, right? Whether you pay the monthly or you upgrade to the manually, where can you like literally go and get real life, hands-on training from real people that care about you, that want you to win? Guys, this call, this demo, this call with Paris that we did today, that was not planned, right? So, that's literally, uh, you guys should know by now. Like, I just be doing stuff, right? That's literally like, "Oh, Paris, uh, came on yesterday and I'm like, 'All right, we're going to do that, right?' To help her sharpen her sword." Again, guys, inside of GrowthHub, I would stack up GrowthHub to pretty much anything out there, right? Especially people that are charging 10, 15, $20,000 for mentorship. You guys know what I'm talking about, right?

Um, >> Adura, >> can you hear me? So, on the last onboarding session, on a, on a recent onboarding session, Tasha had a, had a, had a um client that she had to onboard and she was so scared and we did a role playing. >> Uh, you, you're cutting out, Lisha. Okay, Coach Jay, I, I'm telling Adura about the the live role play that we did on the onboarding call with Roy. He, Roy helped Tasha to overcome her fears. I'm just trying to say how supportive the community is because she was so scared and we said, "No, you got this." And I was like, "Roy, do a role play with her so she's prepped and ready for her call later." And trust me, it was amazing. Guys, tell Adora about it in the chat. Let Adora know how that call was. >> Big Roy. See, Roy is another one of our, what? Another one of our guys that has gone from um startup to a momentum. Um, but no, that, that is very, that is very good to hear, right? So, again, that, that speaks to that speaks to just the awesomeness of, you know, our community, even outside of me, outside of like, you know, coaches, whatever. You just got a lot of amazing people, right? So, I talked to you guys about the the power of, you know, proximity, right? So, you guys are in proximity. Again, take, take me out the equation. You guys are in proximity to just people that are amazing and and willing to actually help you, right, and hold you accountable and push you. So, again, if you make your circle, the Damians, the Paris's, so on and so on, your chances of success shoot up dramatically. Dramatically, right?

Um, so, yeah, we got all types of stuff going on. Um, and, you know what? We're going to do a final call. Oh, we still, we got some, um, going to give away our last bit of, uh, our last bit of little money in a second, too. But, uh, I just want to do a final call here, especially for those of you guys that might have missed it. Uh, how many of us have upgraded to annual, right, thus far? Type "annual" in the chat.

Um, so for those of you guys that are not aware, the, the beautiful little sisters, the beautiful little sisters, guys, did you guys drop the thank yous in the school and you might got to go hit them up on Instagram or whatever, right? Like this is a little sister production, right? They've made this available to you, provided like all the the team and everything that you see here. Um, I was able to convince them as if we haven't given away enough money during our time together.

Um, so just to give you guys some context, right, the regular pricing for GrowthHub is $147 a month. If you ask me, it should be much more than that, but that's the price currently, right? And you just literally heard from someone, Damian, that got a client today. That one client, what do you say he got? $1,700, $750. That one client paid for GrowthHub for a year, right? That one client paid for GrowthHub at the regular price, right?

So, I got the, uh, little sisters to agree for our people that love us so much and you just know for a fact you want to lock in with us. We have an annual member, uh, annual member upgrade, uh, discount thing here where instead of having to pay, uh, $1,700 for the year, you only have to pay $997 for the annual, uh, for annual membership, right? One-time payment, $997. So, basically, you get, I think that's five months free of GrowthHub. Literally five months free, but still all the same, you know, all of the same, uh, value. And it's just really a reward for you guys, showing you guys some love. And yeah, if you like to save money, uh, you can go ahead and do that, right?

So, for you guys that are on the trial already, uh, team, drop the link, please in the chat for the people, uh, that are on the trial. If you want to take advantage of that upgrade, if you missed out on that yesterday, uh, I want to make sure because people be upset. People be like, "Oh man, I didn't know I'm paying $147 a month. I didn't know that I could upgrade to annual and only pay one time for $9.97." Right? So, I'm putting it out there again. The link is still live right now. I don't know how long it's going to be live. All right? So, if you saw the value over the course of these past four days, you might want to, you might want to take advantage of that free money, uh, that the Little Sisters are that they're giving out.

And then in addition to the annual, as if we're not giving away enough free money with that, some bonuses for annual members. Uh, you get one group strategy session with yours truly. So, this is a call reserved only for annual members where we could hop on. You could get like direct kind of guidance and coaching from me on that call about whatever sales, marketing strategy, whatever situation you got going on, right?

Um, then another thing that we got here, uh, you guys get a group strategy session call with the great Nehemiah Davis, right? 8-figure entrepreneur extraordinaire. Uh, this is crazy every time I say this, uh, cuz he don't really be doing calls like that, right? This is someone that charges, uh, 250, not dollars, well, dollars, but not $250, $250,000, right? $250,000 for a VIP day with him, right? He's hopping on essentially a VIP strategy session call with our annual members for free. You don't got to pay him. You could literally get on a call with an 8+ figure extraordinaire entrepreneur that I've personally seen to take people from almost zero to five, six, seven, and even eight figures, right? So, you definitely want to take advantage of that.

In addition to that, you get my, the rest of my marketing playbooks, right? So, a lot of this stuff that I've shared with you guys, this 4 days is like coming from my, like literal internal team playbooks and SOPs and so on. Want the rest of those? Boom. You can have them as an annual member.

Uh, in addition to that, we have, uh, for our annual members, uh, you get 20 free client sub-accounts. What that means is when you get a client, for example, like Damian, all Damian has to do is fill out a form and we create a sub-account for his client. That sub-account is where he's going to build the AI for his clients. That's where he manages his client, right? We give you 20 of those for free. So, let's, yesterday I used hypothetical numbers. Let's use, uh, Damian's numbers, right? So, I think Damian just said he's charging what do you say, like $350 a month, I think, or something like that. So, literally, if you're doing numbers like Damian, that means, let me, uh, pull up my handy dandy calculator real quick. That means you literally have the opportunity to go out, charge 20 different clients $350 a piece. I don't know if you guys can see this on my phone, but that totals out to $7,000 per month, right, in monthly recurring revenue. So, if Damian keeps doing that, which I trust that he will, Damian will get to a place where he's making $7,000 a month. That comes out to $84,000 a year, right, in monthly recurring revenue. But at those numbers, only paying $9.97 for annual. So, I don't know, you guys. You tell me. If you pay $9.97 once a year. And by the way, that price is grandfathered in, right? So, you sign up for annual, you stay at that annual pricing, right? You stay at that annual pricing regardless of if we increase the price. I don't know, guys. I don't know if you would, uh, if you would spend $9.97 once a year, uh, to make $84,000 a year. I, somebody tell me what the ROI on that is. Pretty, pretty crazy, right?

Then in addition to that, um, final thing here, uh, you get one of the annual members are going to get raffled for a free ticket to our next live conference. Guys, I don't know what else to tell you guys. If you haven't signed up for the annual, um, yeah, I don't know what else to say to you. You, you must, uh, you must take advantage of that if you like us and if you like all this free stuff, why not, right?

Uh, so team, drop the link for the people that are on the trial. Also drop the link for the people, uh, if you're not on a trial currently. If you've been kind of like feeling us out for the past 4 days, uh, there's a link for those people too, you know, if you want to start the relationship with us and just pay for annual, you know, right away. Uh, you can also do that.

And let me give you guys the homework real quick. Then we're going to get into, uh, these giveaways. Feel like giving away some money today, guys.

Um, homework. Catch up. If you have fallen behind, right? If you have fallen behind. I still love you. You just got some catching up to do, right? Make the commitment to do so so that this past four days was not just entertainment for you.

Next, practice your demo call. Here's what I want to see. Here's where the rubber meets the road, the real meets the real, and so on and so on. I want you guys to, and, uh, Brother Mike, uh, talked to you guys about this earlier, but I will reiterate this. I want you guys to start linking up with each other, accountability. Hey, put a post in school. Hey, boom. Yo, who wants to hop on Zoom? Let's go ahead and, uh, practice the demo calls together, right? Like that's the kind of stuff I want to see, guys. Like it's cool. It's cool to hop on, you know, when I'm doing a training, Coach Jay's doing a training, whatever. But what I really want to see is you guys linking up with each other, right? Just independently like, "Hey, it's about to be Saturday, guys. Saturday, 12:00 p.m. Who wants to hop on? Let's hold each other accountable. Let's role play different scenarios. Let's boom, boom, boom." Guys, that is what I want to see. And you know what happens when you move with that level of intention? That's like you're putting those reps in. You're putting those reps in. You're doing the work. Success has to come, right? It's not going to come overnight, but it has to come, right? And that, that's like one of the things that separates who's going to win versus who's this, this going to be another like, guys, don't let this be just another training that you did. I don't want that for you guys, right? Don't let this be, "Oh yeah, I, I was on this, uh, I was on this AI training, you know, it was cool." This doesn't have to be that for you, right? Does not have to be that. This can be right here, guys. This can be the pivotal moment in your life where it's like, yo, this was the, this, yo, I hopped on this challenge. I ain't even know what it was about for real, but I hopped on. I implemented and this was the start for me to be able to change my life. Type "freedom" in the chat if you're picking up what I'm putting down.

Do not let this be just another training that you hopped on. If anything, I kind of want this to be like the last, the last time that you hopped on a random training, right? I want this training, this four days that we spent together to be that pivotal, "Yo, I got my whole life together, right? Based off of what I learned here. Then I went out, I started implementing." And I want people, right? Like literally, guys, I don't know if you guys realize this. You can change your whole entire life with 6 to 12 months of just hardcore ruthless focused effort and implementation. You could change your whole entire life, right? And that change can, this four days could be like the trigger to that change. That's what I want for you guys. I don't know. Let me know in the chat if you want that for yourself, cuz I, I could want everything for you, but if you don't want it for yourself, it's not going to happen. It's not going to happen. Not going to happen, right?

Um, so I want to know, is everyone truly committed to that change? Can we make that commitment? Matter of fact, can we go drop that in a school group, right? "I'm committed. I am committed to ruthless pitbull." Like you ever see a pitbull, uh, like grab onto something? That's how I want you guys locked in. Can we commit to locking in for the next 12 months? Is this that important to you, or are you going to be one of those people? It's just another training. Yeah, I'm hopping on. Yeah, I'm hopping on another training next week. I promise you, it does not have to be that. I promise you, it does not have to be that. But you have to make that decision. You got to be committed. Otherwise, what am I up here with a, you know, my my voice is sore. Like, I don't, I don't want to be just talking to you guys. Like, I want the results. Like, I want to hear from you guys in what are we in right now, June? I want to hear from you when you're in like Damian type situation where it's like, yo, bro, I'm getting clients. I'm wanting my second client, my third one, my fourth, my fifth, whatever. That's what I want to hear. That's what makes this all worth it, right? So, can we make that commitment? Can we make that? Do you promise me? My my, uh, four-year-old be asking me, "You promise?" That's that's what I need from you guys. All right.

Um, so, that is the homework for today. All right. Let's give away some things. Uh, let's do the first one. Let's give away the iPad. Lisha, who you, who you got for the iPad? We wanted to pick out someone that's been super locked in. >> Yes, we have people who have been implementing. >> Who you, who you got for the iPad, Lkesha? >> Drum roll. Oh man, about to spill my water. Uh, are we drum rolling or you cut out, Lisha? Uh, I think we might have. Well, y'all keep, keep drumming until we >> Yes. >> Keep the drum rolling. I'm trying to get them to turn the camera on. >> Yeah, keep, keep drumming. >> Guys, if you see me try to tell you to turn your video on, turn it on. Turn it on. >> Okay. I just tried to pick someone, Adora, but they're not turning the camera on. >> Oh, on to the next. Picking another person. On to the next person. Okay, let's see if this person is on. This person said, "I did a demo and blew them away and I built an agent." Let's see if that person is still on. Well, they are on. Let's give it up for Jasmine. And listen, Jasmine, I have a daughter. Her name is Jasmine. And today is her sixth birthday. Trust me. Congratulations, Jasmine. >> Thank you. This has been amazing. I have to tell y'all. Um, I built the agent. I've been following Adora step by step. I got my husband to give me another screen. He hooked it up. I'm like, cuz I was walking off of one and I was like, I'm not able to follow along as good. He hooked me up and then I was able to like just go because I could see exactly what he was doing and implement. So, he actually is an entrepreneur and, um, so I pitched it to him, had my kids sit down and when I was talking on the agent and and then they got a chance to talk and I'm, I'm doing it just like Adora, like I'm actually using more slang than I normally would use just to see like, is it going to pick up every little thing. He is not easily pleased. Okay, he's been in entrepreneurship his whole, you know, adult. He was blown away, but watch this. He was like, "Yeah, well, I'll do it for this company in the future. I don't really think I need it." Let me tell you how God works. The very next day, he missed three calls, three calls where they were calling for, um, to sign up and he was like, "I guess I do need it." >> I was like, "This is great because it sold itself because they were blown away, but then the actual real need." So, I'm kind of like Adora, sales has never really been my thing, like begging people, but I truly believe in this product. So, I can sell something that I believe in. And I believe in this. I've been with this ecosystem for probably just a little less than a year. But now, I'm actually taking the steps and I've made thousands with AI. I'm so grateful to y'all. I can't believe I won. I, I use this, um, in the education. So, I am an educator, but now it's like education and consulting. I'm teaching the teachers and teaching, um, like educational institutions why we need to incorporate this for the youth. And so they really, really love it and, um, I'm just, I'm grateful because this is really going to help small business owners and I have so many people that I know. So, I thank you guys. This has been great. I'm just so, I'm kind of nervous because I'm like, I can't believe I won. I'm just so happy and I'm ready. Like, I'm for sure all in and this is great. Thank y'all. Thank you guys so much. And thank you Paris too because that presentation gave me so many ideas of just how to flow in a natural way. But then also Damian, just saying like what he charges because a lot of people were in the chat like, "Where should we start?" I get Adora, like you don't want to lowball yourself because when I'm charging, you could charge, you know, but then at the same time, it's like we don't want to say like $5,000 and then they're like, and then we don't also want to say $500 and then you kind of insult the industry and everyone else who's coming in with this value that we offer. So, thank you everyone who's participating and thank you. I'm just excited. >> Man, thank you. Thank you. Thank you, uh, team, please, uh, get what we need from, uh, >> Okay, so lovely will send you a message, Jasmine, and congratulations. So, look for that private chat from lovely and give, okay. >> Yes, we have a team member and her name is lovely. >> Um, all right, so, okay, we got the iPad. Now, who, uh, man, I feel, I feel, I don't know. What do I want to do today? What do I want to do? Uh, oh, >> we have, um, >> we have a $100 price for Growth Credit, Adora. >> All right, let, let's do that. Let's, let's do that. Let's get to that. >> And for this person, this person has been implementing heavily in Growth Hub. They're on every session. Every session. And they're putting in the work. And I'm hoping they can turn their camera on today and claim their prize. Nicole, Tony, guys. Nicole. >> I'm gonna ask you to unmute, Nicole, because listen, we see you putting in work and we just want to give you some help along the way. Go ahead and unmute. >> Let's go, Nicole. >> Wow. Wow. >> Was not expecting this. I never win anything. But, but that's what happens when you show up and we see you. We see you putting in the work every day. Every day. And we are pushing for your success. Okay, Nicole. So, congratulations. >> Congratulations, Nicole. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> All right. Um, what else we got? Uh, Lkesha, before I start, uh, >> over to you, Adora. >> All right. All right. Um, oh, we had a 250. We had a two, I almost forgot, guys. I'm getting old. We had a 250 that we're supposed to give away to someone that did the relay. So, relay business account and a personal account. Is there anyone here that opened up their Relay business account and their personal account? And is there anyone here that has no idea what I'm talking about? Let me look at the chat. Oh, I wait. I see. Wait. All right. Uh, I think we. All right. I'mma pick somebody today. I normally don't pick nobody. I see, uh, first person I saw, Courtney Drisker. Can we bring Courtney up? Can we bring Courtney up? Um, how I'm seeing, I don't know what I was just seeing there. Oh man, some people talking about they have no idea. Yo, y'all gotta stay tapped in, man. Uh, can we get Courtney up here? Um, I don't see Courtney. Oh, here goes. So, there's those Courtney. Courtney, come off mute. >> Hi. >> Hey. Hey. Hey. >> Been waiting. I was like, I'm gonna be ready for Thursday. >> I see. I see. >> You dropped that right away. Uh, congratulations. We got, we got 250 for you. Um, >> thank you so much. >> To help you fund your accounts. Congratulations. Uh, team, >> uh, can we please get, uh, Courtney's info, uh, so that we can get that over to her, please, ASAP. >> Thank you, y'all so much. Congratulations. >> All right. Um, all right. Next, we got, uh, let's see what else, what else I want, what else I want to do here. What else? What else do I want to do here? I feel like I just, I just saw people, I just saw people that do not even know what I'm talking about. Uh, let me see here. So, just, uh, let me do just do a quick, quick check. How many people have no idea what we're talking about with this with this banking stuff? Uh, just put a one in the chat if so. Let me see if it's, if it's. Damn, that's a, that's a, that's a decent amount of ones. Oh, man. All right. So, look, on day two, right? On day two, uh, we talked about the concept of financial discipline and how financial discipline is essentially the secret sauce, right? Is the secret sauce from going from. So, there's the three phases of entrepreneurship, right? Phase one is where most of you guys are at right now, right? We call that the startup bootstrap phase. You're just trying to figure everything out. You're hustling. You're self-funding everything to try to get your business off the ground, right? Phase two is the validation phase. That's when you get your first client. You've validated that this thing is real because someone paid you for it. Stage three is momentum, right? That's when you're just, you're in flow. Money is attracted to you. You're closing clients consistently. The business can fund itself, right? So, we talked about the concept of the reason that a lot of people don't make it from stage one to stage, phase one to phase two is because lack of financial discipline, right? Shellyley said, "Send them to the back of the class for not paying attention." Um, now I feel like some people just were not here. Maybe. Um, so, just real quick, um, what I used to do, right? I told the story of what I used to do and what really helped me get from phase one to phase two, then ultimately phase three is financial discipline. But a real-world example of that for me was having a separate savings account, having a sole separate account. Every time I got paid, right, from my employer at the time. And keep in mind, I never made more than, um, at my job, I never made more than, yeah. I never made more than like, I feel like, yeah, like $15 an hour or something like that, right? But every, every week or every time I got paid, I would take some of that check and put it in my little savings account. Now, it took me a long time, over a year, to get from that phase one, that startup phase to phase two, right? Actually making money. The only thing that really, really helped me is the fact that I had a little, I had a little savings that I had been accumulating, right? So, that helped me pay for things, fund things for my business and so on and so on, right? So, we went out and we identified just a, a handful of, you know, high-yield, uh, savings accounts for you guys. Like, hey, it's not only about, so we've given you all of the information, right, over the course of these four days, but we also took it a step further to say, hey, let's start practicing that financial discipline so that, right, so that if it takes you a bit longer to make some money, you have the discipline that you've been just saving a bit of money every pay, uh, period or whatever it may be. So, that, that's able to, yeah, help you establish that financial discipline and that separate account. Nothing else touches it, right? You don't got Uber Eats coming out of there. You don't got Amazon coming out of there, whatever your vice is, right? So, we talked about that on day two, and then in true, in true GrowthHub fashion, we went ahead and said, hey, we're gonna fund some accounts for people, right? So, for my people that I feel like there's some people that missed this, right? So, here's what I'm going to do. Since it's our, our final day, let's, let's end this thing off with a little bang, a little shebang bang. So, here's what we're going to do, guys. Um, so we've identified, uh, these, uh, high-interest, high-yield savings accounts and also business accounts too, right? So, we got, let me share my screen real quick. So, literally, you're able to come to this site and we got Barclays on here. Um, so, like, for example, Barclays, 3.75%. That's cool. Uh, we got SoFi on here. So, is actually giving money just for doing the direct deposit, right? So, my recommendation that I gave is, hey, open up for sure a savings account, but you could also open up a checking account. You get paid into there. Again, the big thing, and just from talking to a lot of people where it just be like, yo, it just be people taking money out of you guys' accounts and, you know, like, so let's create a separate account where don't nothing else got no access to and it's the discipline of, hey, I'm going to put, it doesn't matter what the dollar amount is. I don't, I don't care about the dollar amount. It's just the practice of, hey, I'm going to put X amount of dollars in here every time I get paid. And this money is only going to be, this is like my freedom money, right? This is only going to be used towards my business. This, this can be for GrowthHub, for other AI tools, whatever the case may be. But it's about that discipline because so many people fail and fall off just simply because they did not have the financial discipline, right? Is everybody with me? Type "me" in the chat. If so. So, here's what I'm gonna do. Since some of you guys, some of you guys missed out on this, right? So, we're going to do another. Yeah, let's, uh, let's end this thing off with a bang, guys. We're going to do another giveaway and we're going to drop the link in the chat shortly. Team. So, it takes about like literally two minutes, right, to set up these accounts. Um, I'm going to give you guys, let's say we'll do like a five-minute little thing real quick. And for those that might have missed it or those that didn't get a chance to take advantage of this earlier, let's do a $150 giveaway. Let's do a $150 giveaway to three more people. Three more people. We're literally going to fund your account, right? So, what you got to do, we're going to take five minutes and you can go sign up. So, team, uh, drop the, uh, well, wait, drop the link in the chat when I say so. Uh, if you guys haven't done it already. All right, cool. So, we're going to go ahead, drop the link in the chat when I say so, team, and we're going to give five minutes, right? All you got to do is put the screenshot in the chat, right? To show proof that you did it. We're going to give five minutes. So, can't nobody say they didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of this, right? Five minutes and we're going to do a raffle, right? And we're going to select three people. Three people that opened up the account. I would go with Barclays or SoFi. One of those. Definitely get the savings. I personally, I would get the checking and the savings. I think SoFi makes that super simple. But all of these are no more than like two minutes to set up, right? Are we ready? Uh, so we're giving out $150 to three different people and we're going to do it right now, right? Uh, so ask our people, uh, just, just so you guys know, uh, everyone, uh, has gotten paid like, uh, I think the same day, uh, pretty much. So, if you want to end this thing off with a bang, uh, team, go ahead, drop the links in the chat.

Um, so, guys, though, so the team is going to drop the links in the chat and then we're going to give everybody. So, it's 12:42 right now. We're going to give five minutes, right? And that's more than enough time. And then after five minutes, I'm going to say, "Yo, drop the screenshots." and we're gonna randomly pick three people. And we're gonna, we're gonna end it off like that, guys. We're gonna end it off, we're gonna end it off with a big bang bang. And then for you guys that have businesses already, uh, make sure you grab the Relay business account, guys. That's hands down, uh, Relay is hands down the best business bank. Um, uh, team, dropped that link too for the, for Relay, uh, for the link to, uh, the business accounts for the people that have, you know, businesses already. And the five-minute countdown starts now, guys. We got four more minutes. We not, we not playing around. Go now, right? This is one, you need to do this anyway, but two, you know, we're making it fun a little bit, um, making it fun a little bit, uh, with the giveaway, but just to be clear, uh, you should do this regardless. All right. So, four more minutes. Yeah, just hold off, hold off with the screenshots. Hold off with the screenshots until, uh, until the five minutes is up. All right, we got three more minutes, guys. Three more minutes. One more minute. One more minute. Oh, and then while we do that, you know what? Let me, uh, give you guys the day four doc. Let me give you guys the day four doc real quick. So, I'mma drop the day four doc in the chat and then man, Spencer, Spencer be fast with the with the link wrap. All right. So, my people, I'mma do a little countdown, a little, Lisha, you, you there? Oh, man. I hope Lkesha has not left me to, uh, to pick. Um, all right, give me, give me one second, guys. Oh, man, I don't hear Lkesha. Who I always, uh, that's my partner on the, I always let Lkesha pick, uh, the winners for these things. It's too much pressure for me. All right, so look, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Just drop the screenshots in the chat. Uh, please, please nobody be mad at me. Um, and all right, so we just going to drop them. I am literally just going to, um, randomly. Oh, man, this is absolutely not my ministry. Um. Oh, this is terrible, guys. All right, I think, I think Lkesha might have cut out or something. Um. Um. All right, I'm, I'm, I'm going to, guys, I'm, uh, Oh, I just got a, Oh, Lkesha, you got. All right, Lkesha. I just got a message from Lkesha. Oh, man. The pressure was on me, Lkesha. Yeah, you, uh, we got to pick three people. Uh, it's on you, man. Did you guys see I was going, I was literally going through it there. Uh, go ahead. Let me know. Uh, who you got, Lkesha? I have been rocking with Alicia forever. So, this is like right on time. I've been in other Growth Hubs like, you know, D, uh, GHL and it just is not like Alicia. She is really the truth and she has amazing programs and I'm so excited. Um, I just can't wait and thank you so, so much. I appreciate it. This has been a phenomenal four days. Oh yeah, >> like the AI agents that because I built my own through ChatGBT, but this is like really great for the voice. I love it. >> Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Let me know if you got it. >> Okay, lovely. Thank you so much. So, thank you everyone for joining us for this amazing 4-day challenge. Go ahead and post about it in the school community and see you on coach day session. Okay, bye everyone. This specific program is that it's amazing. >> Amazing. Everybody has been amazing. >> Fantastic. >> Adora is great. Lisha is great. >> I entered into GrowthHub January. I'm transitioning from healthcare. So, I'm like, okay, what am I supposed to do here? So, it was like a new ground for me. When I started, I didn't have any idea about AI. I didn't even know what to say. Now I can actually go out and tell people, this is what I am do. I, I am an AI consultant and I have an AI board, an AI receptionist. See, that's my AI receptionist right there answering calls. I was all in. I have some pending, I have some pending income. One of my best friends, she has, um, she owns a daycare in Powder Springs, Georgia. And so when Adora challenged us to create our first demo, she was the first person that I thought of. >> I was with, uh, well, some of my business partners in the travel industry were actually on another white label and the support over there was so terrible. I ended up having to, uh, support, uh, a lot of stuff that they couldn't even writing code for that white label and I found out about GrowthHub and I got excited. Okay, guys, I just left a corporate job and so when I came across GrowthHub, I started talking to my business partner. So, one of them is already moved from that other white label and she's on here now and I've got three or four other ones lined up ready to move over. So, I'm talking to them about getting them over from that other white label over to GrowthHub. That's how fantastic this platform is because of the amazing support. I found what I was going to do. >> I, I found a loctician here in the greater Sacramento area. So, yes, it's 7:00. Uh, I found a loctician here and based on what you showed us yesterday, I went and I created the prompt for the loctician. And so once I have my phone system set up, I'll be able to finish my video and then I'll be able to pitch it to, um, I did, I mean, I've got so many notes here and I started making a list of the people, the businesses that I'm going to, um, contact. It consists of a trainer. My story is, I was working on my assignment from yesterday and I chose a business that's actually owned by a childhood friend of mine. So, uh, the name of it is DC Mad Hatter in Chicago. So, I went and did the assignment based on his website and based on his business. Linked it up with the phone call or with the phone number, but then I gave him a call. So, >> I don't use, I may, I may talk to him maybe, you know, once every two years or whatever. So, he answers the phone. He's like, "What's up, Wayne?" And I say, "Hey, I want you to do me a favor." I was like, "Threeway or conference this number in, put me in there, and then, uh, let me hear it as well and talk to my friend." And so he was like, "Okay, give me the number." He called it and it was his business. So, he started asking questions and the AI agent was telling him about his business. So, after that happened, after we hung up, all he said was, "Wow, how do I get this? Where do I sign?" One of the things that he said that was a benefit is he said, "Hey, you created this for my business." It was like I was speechless. It's like, we're not playing around. We see the opportunity here. While I'm down here looking at this class, my wife upstairs getting more claims. >> Make sure you're in the, um, community in the GrowthHub community. Always, uh, post your questions in there. Somebody has an answer somewhere. So, they give you the tools to help you. It's not anything fake. It is real. And I'm just ready to start doing what needs to be done. Hey, thank you to you and the little sisters for this. >> And thank you for the team for all that you do for us. >> Thank you so much for all that you do, Adora. Thank you to the little sisters and everybody in this school community. One thing that I'm praying for this year is that God directs me and my business. And I'm just glad to be here because look, baby, I am not playing this year. Clock it.
