I think he's saying, "Listen, sex isn't bad." Don't get messed up on that first part and think whenever you're have sexual, when you sex in marriage, or the how wanting to have sex with your wife, or or having a healthy sex life, or having a a large sex life with you with your wife. That's that's good.
He says, "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of heavenly lights who does not change like shifting shadows. He chose to give us birth through the word of truth that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created."
