Father, we thank you for your precious holy written word. We thank you that all scriptures given by inspiration of God, 2 Tim 3:16. We thank you that the entrance of thy words giveth light. Psalm 119:130. We thank you for the great mighty one, the Holy Spirit, our teacher, our guide, our helper, who leads us into all truth. John 16:13. Think through my mind tonight. Speak through my lips. May we hear the word, receive the word, and do the word in Jesus' name. Amen.
Now everybody lift your Bible, paper, digital, and say it out loud with me. This is my Bible. The Bible is God speaking to me. God's word is truth. John 17:17. God cannot lie. Num 23:19. God does not change. Mal 3:6. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Heb 13:8. Therefore, I am who the word says I am. I have what the word says I have and I can do what the word says I can do in Jesus' name.
Say it again. Let it register on your heart. The Bible is God speaking to me. Not God speaking to somebody else somewhere else some other time but to me here now. Faith doesn't come by having heard. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Present tense hearing builds present tense faith. So we incline our ear. We attend our heart. We focus our eyes. Listen to what the Father says in Proverbs 4:20-22. "My son, attend to my words. Incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes. Keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh." The margin says medicine to all their flesh. God says, "My words are medicine." If his word is medicine, then take your dose. If his word is medicine, then keep it on schedule. If his word is medicine, then hold it in your mouth until it dissolves into your heart. Say it. God's word is medicine to me, spirit, soul, and body. Some folks say, "Brother Hagen, I tried that." No, medicine is not tried. Medicine is taken.
"So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth. It shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." Isa 55:11. God's word does what God sends it to do. Our part is to hear it, believe it, and speak it. Say it again. I hear, I believe, I speak.
We're not here tonight to admire the size of our mountains, to measure their shadows, or to calculate their altitude. No, no. We are here to move them. Jesus told us exactly how to do it. But before we speak to any mountain, we settle this. God is good. God is for us. God's will is revealed in his word. If God be for us, who can be against us? Rom 8:31. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above. James 1:17. He is gracious and full of compassion, good to all. Psalm 145:8-9. He changes not. Mal 3:6.
Say it out loud. God is for me. God's word is working in me. God's will agrees with God's word.
Now to approach the word properly, we do three simple scriptural things. Everybody say attend, incline, keep. Attend, give his word, undivided attention, not part, not leftovers. Incline, turn the ear of your heart to his sayings. Shut the door on the other voices. Keep the word in the midst of your heart. Guard it like treasure. Let's do this together at a word approach confession. Say it strong. Father, I attend to your word. I incline my ear to your sayings. I keep them before my eyes. I keep them in the midst of my heart. Your word is life to me and medicine to all my flesh. Your word is the first voice I heed and the final authority I follow in Jesus' name.
Hebrews 4:12 declares, "For the word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword." The word is alive, zoey, charged, spirit, breathe, covenant, back. It cuts away doubt. It pierces fear. It exposes lies. It builds faith. When the living word gets into a living heart by a living faith, living results are inevitable. That's why Jesus said, "If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you shall ask what you will and it shall be done unto you." John 15:7. Abiding word, abiding result. Say it. The word abides in me. Results abide with me.
Now I want you to put your hand over your heart and say, Lord, I am ready to hear and ready to do. James says, "Be ye doers of the word and not hearers only." James 1:22. We are not collectors of sermons. We are practitioners of scripture. We are not waiting on faith to drop out of the sky. We are feeding our faith with the word and releasing our faith with our words. "I believed, therefore have I spoken." Psalm 116:10. 2 Cor 4:13. The spirit of faith believes and therefore speaks. Say this after me three times. Make the devil regret he ever bothered you. I receive the word with meekness. I believe the word with boldness. I speak the word with authority. Again, receive, believe, speak. One more time. Receive, believe, speak.
Glory to God. Now church, we are ready. We have honored the word. We have positioned our hearts. We have set our confession. In just a moment, we will hear Jesus's simple instruction for moving the immovable. We will not negotiate with mountains. We will command them. We will not describe the problem. We will decree the promise. "Where the word of a king is, there is power." Eccl 8:4. And we are speaking in the name of the King of Kings. So, open your Bible to Mark 11:22. Let your eyes rest upon it. Let your heart receive it. Let your mouth agree with it. The master's first word in this lesson is not complicated. "Have faith in God." Not in self, not in circumstance, not in sentiment, in God. Are you ready to go there? If you are, shout, "I am ready." Good. Then, let's move forward.
All right. Open there and look at it till it looks back at you. Mark 11:22. "And Jesus answered and saith unto them, 'Have faith in God.'" Read it once. Read it twice. Now, let's read it together. Have faith in God. Not have faith in faith. Not have faith in feelings. Not have faith in the odds. Have faith in God. Say it again. Have faith in God.
Faith always has an object. Faith must rest somewhere. If you set your faith on shifting sand, you'll shift with the sand. But our faith rests on the rock that cannot be moved. "God is not a man that he should lie." Num 23:19. "With whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." James 1:17. "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." Heb 13:8. Therefore say it boldly, my faith has a faithful focus, God himself.
Now hear me. Jesus did not say have faith in your faith. He didn't say have faith in your performance. He said have faith in God. That removes boasting and removes despair. When you look at you, you may flinch. When you look at him, you stand. "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith." Heb 12:2. Author, he started it. Finisher, he'll see it through. Say it. He started it. He finishes it.
Hebrews 11:6 declares, "But without faith, it is impossible to please him. For he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." Believe that he is. That's God's existence. Believe that he is a rewarder. That's God's character. Faith is not a blind leap into the dark. Faith is a deliberate step onto the lighted character of God. "The entrance of thy words giveth light." Psalm 119:130. Where God is spoken, faith has footing.
Some folks say, "Brother Hagen, I'm trying to get more faith." Faith doesn't come by trying. Faith comes by hearing. "So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God." Rom 10:17. To have faith in God, you must hear what God has said. If you feed on headlines, you'll have faith in fear. If you feed on the word, you'll have faith in God. Say it. I feed my faith. I starve my doubts. Again, I feed my faith. I starve my doubts.
Now, let's prove this from Father Abraham, the pattern man of faith. Romans 4:20-21 says, "He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strong in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully persuaded that what he had promised, he was able also to perform." Notice Abraham's faith rested on what he had promised. That's the word. And he was able. That's God's power. And he was faithful. That's God's integrity. Promise, power, integrity. That's why the scripture calls him the father of all them that believe. Rom 4:11. Say it. Promise, power, integrity. That's where my faith sits in God.
Let me illustrate. Years ago, a dear sister said to me, "Brother Hagen, I reckon I've just got a little faith." I said, "No, sister, you're measuring the wrong thing. Don't measure the container. Measure the contents." Even mustard seed faith, Matt 17:20. And God moves mountains, 'cause the one you're leaning on is almighty. Your faith may be the hand of a child, but it latches on to a great big God. "Trust ye in the Lord forever, for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength." Isaiah 26:4. Say it. I lean on everlasting strength.
Now, how do we have faith in God? Three simple moves. Write them on your heart. Hear, agree, rely. Hear his word. "Incline thine ear unto my sayings." Pro 4:20. Agree with his word. "Let God be true, but every man a liar." Rom 3:4. Rely on his word. "Cast thy burden upon the Lord and he shall sustain thee." Psalm 55:22. Hear, agree, rely. That's faith in God. Say it three times until it marks you. Here, agree, rely. Here, agree, rely. Here, agree, rely.
But, Brother Hagen, it looks bad. Faith isn't sightless. It's wordsighted. "We walk by faith, not by sight." 2 Cor 5:7. Faith does not deny the mountain. It defies the mountain with a higher truth. "Forever, oh Lord, thy word is settled in heaven." Psalm 119:89. When the settled word meets an unsettled world, the world yields. This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 1 John 5:4. Victory over what? Over the world's system, the world's report, the world's limitations by faith in God.
Now, let's make a good confession. Put your hands out like you're receiving a gift and say, "Father, I set my faith on you. You are faithful who promised. You cannot lie." Tit 1:2. "Your word is truth." John 17:17. I refuse to fear. I choose to believe. I turn from the scene to the said, from the facts to the truth, from the mountain to my God. I have faith in God.
Again, with rhythm. Let's seal it. God said it. I believe it. God promised. I'm persuaded. God authored. God finishes. I have faith in God.
Glory to God. Now, having set the object of our faith, God himself, the master, immediately shows us the operation of that faith. He moves from focus to function. From "Have faith in God" to "Whosoever shall say." Mark 11:23. Faith in God has a voice. Believing speaks. The same Jesus who said, "Have faith in God," will now teach us how faith talks to mountains. Turn your eyes one verse down the page. Get ready to underline a few words. Let's step into the next instruction of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Now look one verse down. Mark 11:23. Let's read it slowly, deliberately together. "For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith." Glory to God. Underline a few words in your Bible. Whosoever say this mountain, not doubt in his heart, believe, saith, have saith. Notice the Holy Ghost emphasis. Say appears three times. Believe appears once. That's not because believing is unimportant. No. No. But because most believers are believers, all right, they've never trained their mouth. Faith in God must become faith through words. "We having the same spirit of faith, I believed and therefore have I spoken. We also believe and therefore speak." 2 Cor 4:13. Say it. I believe therefore I speak. Again, I believe therefore I speak.
"Whosoever" that includes you. This is not for a few spiritual elites. Jesus said, "Whosoever." The new convert is a whosoever. The grandmother is a whosoever. The teenager is a whosoever. If you are a whosoever, wave at me. Good. Then say it. I am a whosoever and I say, shall say, faith must have a voice. God created the worlds with words. "And God said, and it was so." Gen 1:3. Jesus cursed the fig tree with words. Mark 11:14. "Salvation came to you with a heart believing and a mouth confessing. The word is nigh thee, if thou shalt confess with thy mouth and believe in thine heart." Rom 10:8-10. "The tongue is the rudder." James 3:4-5. "Your words set direction. Death and life are in the power of the tongue." Prov 18:21. Are you speaking life or death? Say it. I choose life. I speak life unto this mountain. Be specific. Not a mountain, not mountains in general, but this mountain. Faith doesn't speak to clouds. Faith addresses the problem. Name it. Fear, lack, pain, strife, anxiety, condemnation, whatever it is, point the word at it. David didn't discuss Goliath. He decreed Goliath in 1 Sam 17:46. Tell the problem where to go. "Be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea." Say it now softly but firmly. This mountain go in Jesus name.
"Shall not doubt in his heart." Guard the inner man. Jesus didn't say you never feel a flutter in your head. Doubts can knock at the mind. Don't sign for the package with your heart. "He shall not be afraid of evil tidings. His heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord." Psalm 112:7. If the mind whispers, "What if?" Let your heart answer. "It is written." Matt 4:4. James 1:6-7 warns about wavering. So anchor your heart with the word. Put your hand on your chest and say, "My heart is fixed. My mouth is firm."
"But shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass." Believe your words when they agree with his word. We're not talking about daydreams. We're talking about agreement. Your mouth agreeing with God's mouth. "Let God be true, but every man a liar." Rom 3:4. Joshua 1:8 prescribes the operation. "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate therein day and night. Then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." Keep it in your mouth, chew it in your mind, plant it in your heart, act it with your feet. Believe that what you keep on saying, because God said it first, shall come to pass.
"He shall have whatsoever he saith." You will have what you say. Many are busy having what they keep saying. "Nothing ever works for me. This flu always gets me. We never have enough." And they wonder why that crop keeps coming up. Words are seeds. Mark 4. If you don't like the harvest, change the seed. Stop being a thermometer reporting conditions. Be a thermostat. Setting conditions with the word. Say it. I don't say what I see. I say what he said until I see what he said.
Let's walk through the verse with the confession cadence. Slow, strong, deliberate. I am a whosoever. I say to this mountain, be removed, be cast into the sea. I refuse doubt in my heart. I believe what I say because God said it first. I have whatsoever I say in Jesus name. Again, one more time. Let it set like concrete. I am a whosoever. I say this mountain moves. My heart is fixed. My words agree with God. I have what I say.
Now, somebody said, "But brother Hagen, what if my head is screaming?" Your head can chatter. Your heart can choose. Young businessman, this is a story I often tell. Came to me and said, "I've said the word, but pressure doubled." I told him, "Good. That means a mountain heard you. Hold fast." The Bible says, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering. For he is faithful that promised." Heb 10:23. He came back later with a grin. Contract signed, debt retired, peace restored. What changed first? His words. "By thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words, thou shalt be condemned." Matt 12:37. Hold fast the right words until the mountain lets go.
Three quick mechanics. Put them on your refrigerator door. Locate your mountain. Specificity. Load your mouth with scripture. Authority. Launch your command and lock your confession. All assisted. Let's practice. This is school now. Think, don't tell me, tell it of one mountain. We'll go line by line. Name it under your breath or whisper. [Mountain Name]. You heard me. Command it. Be removed and be cast into the sea in Jesus' name. Refuse doubt. My heart is fixed. Trusting in the Lord. Seal it. I have whatsoever I say according to Mark 11:23.
Glory to God. Now connect this to the spirit of faith again. "I believed and therefore have I spoken." 2 Cor 4:13. Belief without speaking is incomplete. Speaking without belief is empty. But belief and speaking that moves mountains.
Before we press into the next phase, before we touch prayer, receiving, and results, we must settle one more foundational question. Because faith begins where the will of God is known. Is it God's will to help me? The Bible answers with a shout, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" Rom 8:31. "Every good gift is from above." Jas 1:17. "For I am the Lord, I change not." Mal 3:6. We will anchor that in our hearts right now so our mouth never trembles again. Get ready. We're going to settle the will of God from the word. And then your faith will stand on solid ground.
Now, child of God, before you can speak with boldness, before you can command with confidence, you must know that you're standing on solid ground. Faith begins where the will of God is known. Say that after me. Faith begins where the will of God is known. One more time. Faith begins where the will of God is known. If you are wavering about his will, your faith will waver with you. But when you are anchored in his word, you are anchored in his will forever. "O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven." Psalm 119:89. If it is settled in heaven, then I settle it in my heart. Say it. It is settled in heaven. It is settled in my heart.
Now, let's walk through some scriptures together. Because the word is the evidence of God's will. Romans 8:31. "If God be for us, who can be against us?" Not maybe he's for me, maybe he isn't. No, he is for you. If God is for you, the mountain can't stand against you. If God is for you, the devil can't hold you. If God is for you, sickness cannot reign over you. Say it out loud. God is for me. Who can be against me?
James 1:17, "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither the shadow of turning." If it's good, it came from God. If it's bad, it didn't. Don't confuse the source. Sickness isn't a good gift. Fear isn't a perfect gift. Lack isn't from above. Healing, peace, provision. These are gifts from the Father. Say it with me. Every good gift is from my Father. Every perfect gift comes down to me.
Malachi 3:6, "For I am the Lord, I change not." People change, moods change, times change, but he changes not. If he healed yesterday, he heals today. If he delivered then, he delivers now. If he blessed Abraham, he blesses his seed in Christ. Say it with confidence. My God does not change.
Psalm 145:8-9. "The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger, and of great mercy. The Lord is good to all, and his tender mercies are over all his works." Who is he good to? All. Who do his tender mercies reach? All. That means you. That means me. That means now. Say it with me. The Lord is good to all. The Lord is good to me. His mercy is over me.
Isaiah 53:4-5. "Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows. He was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him. And with his stripes we are healed." Not maybe, not hopefully, surely, not he will bear, he hath borne. And if he bore it, I don't have to. Say it three times. Surely he bore my sickness. Surely he carried my pain. With his stripes, I am healed.
1 Peter 2:24 echoes it. "By whose stripes ye were healed," past tense, already done, already accomplished. If I were healed, then I am healed. Say it boldly. By his stripes I was healed. By his stripes, I am healed.
You see friend, the will of God is not hidden in the clouds. The will of God is revealed in his word. And when you know the will of God, you can pray with confidence. That's what 1 John 5:14-15 tells us. "And this is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us. And if we know that he heareth, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him." Confidence comes from knowing his will. And his will is in his word. Say it after me. The word is his will. His will is his word. I believe his word. Therefore, I know his will.
So hear me. If God said it, that settles it. Whether feelings agree or not, whether circumstances line up yet or not, it is settled. "God is not a man that he should lie. Hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?" Num 23:19. That means every promise is reliable. That means every covenant word is enforcable. That means every scripture is a contract signed in the blood of Jesus. Say it with me. God said it. I believe it. That settles it.
Now, somebody says, "Brother Hagen, what if I don't feel it?" Faith isn't built on feelings. Faith is built on the foundation of God's word. You don't check the thermostat by licking your finger. You check the thermostat by reading the dial. And the dial of faith is the word of God. That's why Paul said, "For we walk by faith, not by sight." 2 Cor 5:7. Say it after me. I walk by faith, not by sight. I walk by the word, not by feelings. I walk by God's will revealed in his word.
Now, let's make a declaration together, sealing the will of God in our hearts. Father, I thank you that your word is your will. I thank you that you are for me, not against me. I thank you that every good gift comes from you. I thank you that you never change. I thank you that you are good to me. I thank you that Jesus bore my sickness, carried my pain, and by his stripes I am healed. I settle it now. Your will is my healing, my peace, my provision, my victory. It is settled in heaven. It is settled in my heart in Jesus' name. Glory to God.
Now your heart knows his will. Your mouth has confessed his will. Your spirit is anchored. And when you stand on the solid rock of God's will, you can speak to the mountain with authority, knowing heaven backs you up. But before we issue commands, Jesus gave us one more safeguard, one more break on the system of faith so that our words are not hindered. He said, "When you stand praying, forgive." Mark 11:25. Faith works by love. The next step is to remove the blockages that stop faith from flowing.
Now turn your eyes just one more verse down in Mark 11. We've read verse 22, "Have faith in God." We've read verse 23, "Whosoever shall say, he shall have." But don't stop there because Jesus didn't stop there. Look at Mark 11:25-26. "And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any, that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses." Did you notice that Jesus connects the power of prayer and the authority of faith to the practice of forgiveness? Why? Because faith works by love. Gal 5:6. You can speak to mountains. You can command the devil. You can make bold confessions. But if your heart is harboring bitterness, your faith will stall. Say this after me. Faith stops where unforgiveness starts. Say it again. Faith stops where unforgiveness starts.
Now, somebody says, "Brother Hagen, you don't know what they did to me." No, I don't. But Jesus does. And he still said, "When you stand, pray, and forgive." That means forgiveness is not an emotion. It's an act of obedience. You don't forgive because you feel like it. You forgive because you are commanded to. "Be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you." Eph 4:32. If God forgave you of a debt you could never pay, surely you can release someone else's debt against you. Say, "I forgive because I am forgiven."
Now, unforgiveness is like a break on a moving car. The engine may roar, the fuel may burn, the gears may shift, but the car won't move forward. Some believers are pressing the accelerator of confession while their foot is still pressing the break of bitterness. Tonight, we're going to release that break. Glory to God. Let me give you another scripture. Matthew 6:14-15. Jesus said, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." That's plain, isn't it? You can't walk in God's forgiveness and withhold forgiveness from others. Say it with me. I forgive by faith. I release by choice.
I remember once a woman came to me at the altar weeping, saying, "Brother Hagen, I can't forgive. I've tried and I can't." I said, "Sister, that's a lie of the devil. If God commands you to forgive, then you can. You may not feel it, but you can act on it." And right there, she whispered, "Lord, by faith, I forgive them." The burden lifted, the tears turned to laughter, and healing flowed. Why? Because faith was no longer blocked.
So, let's do this right now. Close your eyes. Ask the Holy Ghost to bring to your remembrance anyone you've been holding in your heart. Don't speak their name out loud if you don't want to, but bring them before God. And now say after me, Father, in obedience to your word, I forgive. I forgive those who wrong me. I release the debt. I let it go. I will not hold it against them. I forgive as Christ has forgiven me. My heart is clean. My conscience is clear. My faith is free in Jesus' name. Glory to God. That's freedom. That's deliverance. That's the break coming off. Now your faith can run unhindered. Now your words can work without friction. Now when you say, "Be thou removed," there's no blockage in the line. Say this strong. I hold no grudge. I keep no record. I forgive quickly. I release freely. My faith works by love. Hallelujah.
Now the pipe is clear. The channel is open and the word can flow. And notice something here. The very next verse after Jesus spoke of forgiveness, he returned to the theme of prayer and believing. That shows us the connection. When love is in place, faith can flourish. When forgiveness flows, mountains move.
So now we've learned to anchor our faith in God's will. We've learned to speak to the mountain with authority, and we've removed the break of unforgiveness. But what about keeping that faith alive day by day? What about keeping the heart strong and the mouth bold? Jesus said, "My words are spirit and they are life." John 6:63. The word itself is the medicine that feeds faith and keeps it strong.
Now, we've pulled the break of unforgiveness off. The line is clear. But listen, faith doesn't stay strong on yesterday's meal. Faith must be fed. Romans 10:17 says, "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God," not by heard once, but by hearing, present tense, continual. Turn with me again to Proverbs 4:20-22. "My son, attend to my words, and incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes. Keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health medicine to all their flesh." Glory to God. Say it. God's word is life. God's word is medicine. God's word is health to all my flesh.
Now notice he didn't say my word is like medicine. He said my word is medicine. That means when you take the word into your heart, you are taking the healing compound of heaven itself. You wouldn't take one aspirin once and then complain it didn't cure you forever. No medicine must be taken regularly in the right dose according to the prescription. And God's prescription is day and night. Joshua 1:8 says, "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate therein day and night. For then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." Say this out loud. I take God's word as medicine. I take it daily. I take it faithfully. It works mightily in me.
I remember a dear brother who came to me suffering in his body. He said, "Brother Hagen, I believe in healing, but I'm still sick." I asked him, "Are you taking your medicine?" He looked puzzled. I said, "Are you attending to the word? Are you speaking it? Are you keeping it before your eyes?" He admitted he wasn't. I told him, "Take three doses a day, morning, noon, and night. Read healing scriptures. Speak them over yourself." Thank God for them. Three months later, he came back with tears and a clean bill of health. Why? The word worked as medicine because he took it faithfully.
Now, Romans 10:17 again, "Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God." Faith doesn't come by praying for it. Faith doesn't come by wishing for it. Faith doesn't come by crying about it. Faith comes one way only, by hearing God's word. And the more you hear, the stronger your faith becomes. You don't pray for muscles. You exercise and feed them. You don't pray for faith. You hear and feed it. Say it. Faith comes as I hear. Faith grows as I hear. Faith lives as I hear. That's why I tell people, keep the word in your ears, in your eyes, in your mouth, in your heart. Don't let a day go by without feeding your spirit. Some people feed their body three hot meals a day, but feed their spirit one cold snack a week. Then they wonder why they're weak in faith. But if you'll feed your spirit the word as faithfully as you feed your body, you'll walk in strength. "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." Matt 4:4.
Let's take a dose right now. Listen to these promises. Don't just hear them, receive them. Psalm 103:3. "Bless the Lord, oh my soul, who forgiveth all thine iniquities, who healeth all thy diseases." Isaiah 41:10. "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee." Philippians 4:19. "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." 2 Timothy 1:7. "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
Now, put your hand over your heart and say, "These promises are mine. I take them now. They are life to me. They are medicine to my flesh. I receive strength. I receive peace. I receive healing. I receive supply in Jesus' name." Glory to God. You just took your medicine. And listen, it never fails, never expires, never loses potency. The word of God always works when you take it as prescribed.
So what do we see? Faith is not a mystery. Faith is fed by hearing the word. Faith is strengthened by speaking the word. Faith is maintained by keeping the word before your eyes and in your heart. And when faith is strong, you can speak to the mountain with boldness, knowing your words are filled with God's own life. But before you speak to that mountain, you must understand something else. You're not speaking in your own name. You're not commanding in your own strength. You are a man, a woman, under authority, with authority. Jesus said, "Behold, I give unto you power, authority over all the power of the enemy." Luke 10:19. We must understand our place in Christ and the authority he has delegated to us. That's our next step.
Now that we've fed our faith with the word, let's settle into another great truth, the believer's authority. Listen carefully. If you don't know your authority, you'll beg God to do what he already authorized you to do. But if you know your authority, you'll stop asking God to move mountains and you'll start speaking to them yourself. Turn with me to Luke 10:19. Jesus said, "Behold, I give unto you power." Greek exousia, authority. "to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power dunamis, ability of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Glory to God. Say this after me. I have authority over all the power of the enemy. Again, I have authority. I tread on serpents and scorpions. Nothing shall by any means hurt me.
Now listen closely. Authority is not strength. Authority is delegated power. Let me illustrate. A policeman may not have the physical power to stop a semi-truck. But when he raises his hand with that badge, every driver slams the brakes. Why? Not because of his muscles, but because of his authority. Behind that badge stands the full government he represents. And when you stand and say in the name of Jesus, "Get thee behind me," you are not speaking on your own behalf. You are speaking with the authority of heaven and all of heaven backs you up. Say it boldly. I am authorized. I am deputized. I am backed by heaven.
Now, let's look at what Christ did at the cross. Colossians 2:15 says, "And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." Jesus didn't barely win. He triumphed openly. He stripped Satan of his authority. He marched him through the streets of eternity as a defeated foe. And then he turned to the church and said, "Now you go in my name." And where is Jesus now? Seated in victory. Ephesians 1:20-23 says, "God raised Christ from the dead and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and hath put all things under his feet. And gave him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body." Did you catch that? All things are under his feet. And if you are his body, then they are under your feet, too. Say it out loud. All things are under his feet. I am his body. Therefore, all things are under my feet. Hallelujah. That means Satan is not above you. He's beneath you. Disease is not above you. It's beneath you. Fear is not above you. It's beneath you. Poverty is not above you. It's beneath you. Why? Because they are under his feet and you are his body.
I remember a night many years ago when the devil tried to torment me in my room. I sensed an evil presence so strong I could hardly breathe. But right in that moment the spirit of God spoke in my heart. "Why don't you use the authority that belongs to you?" I said, "Yes, I will." I spoke out loud. "Devil, in the name of Jesus Christ, stop what you're doing and go." Instantly the atmosphere cleared. Peace flooded that room. That's when I learned you don't have to pray for the devil to leave. You command him to leave in Jesus' name. Say it right now. Devil, I resist you in the name of Jesus. Fear go. Lack go. Sickness go. Depression go in Jesus name. Get under my feet.
This is why Ephesians 6 tells us to stand wearing the whole armor of God and to take the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God. Authority without the word is empty. But the word spoken with authority is unstoppable. You are not a beggar. You are not a victim. You are seated with Christ in heavenly places. Eph 2:6. His authority is your authority. His victory is your victory. His name is your weapon. Let's confess this together. Say it three times. I am seated with Christ. I have his authority. Satan is under my feet. Again, I am seated with Christ. I have his authority. Satan is under my feet. One more time. I am seated with Christ. I have his authority. Satan is under my feet.
Glory to God. Now, when you speak to the mountain, you are not begging it to move. You are not negotiating with it. You are commanding it as one who has legal, God-given, blood-bought authority. The same way a policeman doesn't plead with traffic, he directs it. You don't plead with problems, you command them.
And here's the connection. Your words are seeds. What you speak consistently in line with the word of God will produce a harvest. That's why Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." We are about to step into the principle of sowing words as seeds. Mountains move when you sow the right seed with your mouth.
Now listen, child of God, your words are never empty. Words are seeds. Jesus said in Mark 4:14, "The sower soweth the word." Every word you speak is a seed and every seed will produce after its kind. You can't sow corn and reap wheat. You can't sow doubt and reap faith. You can't sow fear and reap peace. You reap what you sow. Proverbs 18:21 says it this way. "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." Did you notice that? Not in the power of the devil. Not in the power of circumstances, in the power of the tongue. Your words are containers of power. They carry either death or life. And you will eat the fruit of what you've been saying. Say it after me. My words are seeds. My words carry power. I eat the fruit of my words.
Now hear me. Some folks are busy planting weeds with their mouth all day long. Then they cry out at harvest time, "Lord, why is my life such a mess?" My friend, if you don't like the harvest, change the seed. Amen. Stop narrating the mountain. Stop rehearsing the problem. Stop magnifying the obstacle. Magnify the Lord. Psalm 34:3. And magnify his word. Say what he said, not what you see. Remember what Jesus said in Mark 11:23. Three times he emphasized, say, shall say, he saith, he shall have whatsoever he saith. Believing is vital, but saying establishes the harvest. You believe in your heart and confess with your mouth. That's God's principle of faith. From salvation to healing to provision. Romans 10:10 says, "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
Now, let me give you a simple picture. Words are like seeds going into the soil of your heart. When you say, "I can't, I'll never," it always fails. You are planting seeds of defeat. When you say, "I can do all things through Christ. My God supplies all my need. By his stripes, I am healed." You are planting seeds of victory. And seed time and harvest never fail. Gen 8:22. Say this boldly. I don't sow what I see. I sow what he said. I don't speak my feelings. I speak his word. I don't plant weeds. I plant promises.
Let me share this testimony. Years ago, a businessman came to me and said, "Brother Hagen, nothing ever works out for me. I say it all the time." I said, "And you're getting exactly what you've been saying." He looked shocked. I told him, "Change your words and you'll change your harvest. Start saying what the word says." He began to declare, "The Lord is my shepherd. I do not lack. The blessing of the Lord makes me rich and adds no sorrow. I am the head and not the tail." In six months, his business turned around, not by magic, but by planting new seeds. His words went ahead of him and shaped his future.
Now, say this with me and say it strong. I sow the word of God into my life. I plant healing. I reap health. I plant peace. I reap peace. I plant provision. I reap abundance. I plant victory. I reap victory. Again, let it echo. My words are seeds and I have what I say.
So, here's the process. Locate your mountain. Be specific. Load your mouth with scripture. Find what God said about it. Launch the seed. Speak it out in faith. Lock your confession. Don't dig it up with contrary words. Don't curse the seed with doubt. Don't cancel your harvest by saying, "Well, maybe it won't happen." No. No. Hold fast your confession. Heb 10:23. The seed is working even if you can't see it yet. Jesus said, "First the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear." Mark 4:28. Faith speaks, patience waits, harvest comes. Say it. Faith speaks, patience waits, harvest comes.
Now, my brother and sister, we've learned that faith in God speaks to the mountain. We've seen that his will is good, his word is medicine, and his authority is ours. We've seen that our words are seeds that produce harvest. And now we're ready to take it a step further to practice guided confession, speaking directly to the obstacles in our lives. Not just theory, but practice. Not just seed on the shelf, but seed in the soil.
Now, saints, it's time to put this into practice. We've laid the foundation. We've settled the will of God. We've fed on the word. We've seen that our words are seeds. But seed in the barn won't produce a harvest. It must go into the soil. Tonight, we're going to sow words into the soil of our hearts and speak directly to our personal obstacles. This is what I call a guided confession loop. Why? Because faith comes by hearing. And the most powerful words you can hear are your own words filled with God's word. You are the prophet of your own life. "Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee." Job 22:28. Say it with me. I decree and it is established.
So let's begin right now silently in your heart. Identify one mountain, one personal obstacle that has stood in your way. Maybe it's fear. Maybe it's anxiety. Maybe it's depression, addiction, confusion, or a habit that won't let go. Don't hide it. Bring it into the light. Jesus said, "Whosoever shall say unto this mountain," Mark 11:23. Name it, focus on it, and get ready to speak. Are you ready? Say this after me slowly with faith.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I speak to this mountain in my life. [Name it softly to yourself]. Mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea. You have no place in me. You have no authority over me. You must leave now in Jesus name. Glory to God. That's authority. That's mountain-moving faith.
Now let's seed it with scripture. 2 Timothy 1:7. "God hath not given me the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." Say it. Fear go. I have power. I have love. I have a sound mind. 1 Corinthians 2:16. "We have the mind of Christ." Say it. Confusion go. I have the mind of Christ. My thoughts are sound. My decisions are clear. Romans 8:12. "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death." Say it. Condemnation go. The law of the spirit of life has made me free. John 8:36. "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed." Say it. Bondage go. I am free indeed.
Now lift your hands and thank God. Father, I thank you that my mountain is removed. I thank you that my heart is free. I thank you that I have what I say according to your word. Hallelujah. Faith is not passive. Faith speaks. Faith commands. Faith praises before the manifestation shows up. And faith holds fast until the harvest is in your hands.
Now, let me remind you, when you speak to the mountain, the devil will try to whisper, "It didn't work." Don't buy that lie. The moment you spoke, power was released. The mountain heard you. Jesus said, "Whosoever shall say shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe. He shall have whatsoever he saith," not might, not maybe, shall. So you keep your words lined up with God's word until the mountain is completely gone. Let's close this loop with one more declaration. Strong and settled. I am free. I am whole. I am strong. I am victorious. My mountain is gone in Jesus' name. Glory to God.
Now that we've spoken to personal obstacles, we're going to widen the circle because faith isn't just for you, it's for your household. As Joshua said, "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Josh 24:15. The next loop is a guided confession over your...
Family and your home. Now, we've spoken to our own mountains, but faith doesn't stop with you. Faith is contagious. It overflows. Joshua declared in Joshua 24:15, "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Not just me, my house, too. Not just my lips, but my lineage.
Say it after me. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Your authority in Christ extends to your household. God didn't just bless Abraham. He blessed his seed after him. Psalm 112:12 says, "Blessed is the man that fearth the Lord, that delightth greatly in his commandments. His seed shall be mighty upon earth. The generation of the upright shall be blessed." That's your promise. That's your heritage.
Say it now. My seed is mighty. My generation is blessed. So right now, I want you to picture your home. See your spouse, your children, your grandchildren. Maybe some aren't saved yet. Maybe some are far from God. Maybe there's strife. Maybe fear, maybe confusion. But tonight, we're going to speak God's word over them because Hebrews 11:7 says, "Noah prepared an ark to the saving of his house." You can build a faith ark over your family with your words.
Say this with me. In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare over my household. We will serve the Lord. Salvation belongs to my house. Peace dwells in my house. Love rules in my house. The blessing of the Lord is on my house. Glory to God.
Now, let's speak to specific mountains in your home. If there's strife, say it. Strife, I command you be removed from my house. I release peace now in Jesus' name. Colossians 3:15, let the peace of God rule in your heart. Say, peace rules here. Peace reigns here.
If your children are far from God, say it. Spirit of deception, loose them now. Eyes be opened. Hearts return to the Lord. Isaiah 54:13, "All thy children shall be taught of the Lord, and great shall be the peace of thy children." Say, my children are taught of the Lord. My children walk in peace.
If there's fear in your home, say it. Fear, you have no room here. I plead the blood of Jesus over my house. Angels encamp around my dwelling. Psalm 91:10-11, "There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee." Say, no plague, no evil, no fear. Angels keep my house.
Now lift your hands and declare, Father, I thank you for my family. I thank you for salvation in my house. I thank you for peace in my house. I thank you for blessing in my house. As for me, in my house, we serve the Lord. Hallelujah. That's covenant talk. That's mountain-moving faith applied to your household. And when you keep saying it, angels keep working, hearts keep turning, peace keeps flowing.
Now, we've spoken to ourselves. We've spoken over our families. But let's take it another step deeper into the very temple of the Holy Ghost, your own body, because sickness is a mountain, too. And the word of God is medicine to all your flesh.
Now, we've spoken to our own obstacles. We've spoken over our households. But let's bring this closer still, right into the very temple of the Holy Ghost, your body. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "What know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Say this after me. My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. I am bought with a price. I glorify God in my body. Child of God, sickness has no right to dwell in God's temple. Jesus bore it so you don't have to. Isaiah 53:4-5 says, "Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: and with his stripes we are healed." And 1 Peter 2:24 confirms it. "By whose stripes ye were healed." Past tense, already done. If you were healed, then you are healed.
Say it boldly. By his stripes I was healed. By his stripes, I am healed. Healing belongs to me. Now, now put your hand on your body. Wherever there's been pain, sickness, weakness, or trouble, place your hand there and I speak to the mountain of sickness.
Say this with authority. In the name of Jesus Christ, I speak to every sickness, every symptom, every disease in my body. Be removed, be cast into the sea. You cannot stay in this temple of the Holy Ghost. I command healing to flow, life to spring forth, strength to rise up. I am redeemed from the curse of the law. I am healed by the blood of Jesus. Body, line up with the word of God. Glory to God. That's speaking to the mountain.
Now, let's back it up with scripture. Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless the Lord, oh my soul, who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases." Say, all my sins are forgiven. All my diseases are healed. Romans 8:11, "If the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you." Say, "The Spirit of God quickens me now. Resurrection life flows in me now. Every cell, every organ, every system is quickened by the Spirit of God." Exodus 15:26, "I am the Lord that healeth thee." Say, "The Lord is my healer. Healing is mine. Health is mine. Wholeness is mine."
Now, lift your voice and thank him. Father, I thank you that healing is mine. I thank you that health is mine. I thank you that strength is mine. I receive it. I believe it. I have it now in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. That's how you take your dose of God's medicine. That's how you enforce your healing rights in Christ. Don't stop saying it. Don't stop declaring it. Keep speaking life. Keep speaking health. Because the same way the word got you saved, the word keeps you healed.
Now, we've spoken over our bodies. But there's another mountain. Many face the mountain of lack and provision. The word of God has something to say about your finances, your work, your daily bread. And just as you speak to sickness, you can speak to lack.
Now, we've spoken to the mountain of sickness in our bodies. Let's turn to another mountain that tries to stand in the lives of so many believers: the mountain of lack, debt, and financial strain. But hear me, lack is not God's will. Poverty is not a blessing. Shortage is not holy. Your Father is not broke. Your Shepherd is not stingy. Philippians 4:19 says, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Did you hear that? Not according to the economy, not according to your paycheck, not according to the price of gas, according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. That's heaven's economy.
Say it with me. My God supplies all my need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Deuteronomy 28:8, 12 says, "The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses. The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure; the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hands: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow." Glory to God.
Say it now. The blessing is commanded on my house. My storehouse is full. My hands are blessed. I lend and do not borrow. Psalm 23:1 says, "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want." Say it strong. The Lord is my shepherd. I do not lack. I do not want. He leads me. He feeds me. He provides for me.
Now, let's act on it. Place your hand on your wallet, on your purse, or even on your chest as a point of contact. And let's speak to the mountain of lack. In the name of Jesus Christ, I speak to every mountain of lack, debt, shortage, and insufficiency. Be removed. Be cast into the sea. You cannot remain in my life. The blessing of Abraham is mine through Jesus Christ. I am redeemed from the curse of poverty. I declare abundance, overflow, and provision in my life. Finances come, opportunities come. Favor surrounds me like a shield in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. That's not begging. That's enforcing your covenant rights.
Now, let's seal it with a confession. The Lord delights in my prosperity. Psalm 35:27. Wealth and riches are in my house. Psalm 112:3. I am blessed in the city and blessed in the field. Deuteronomy 28:3. The blessing of the Lord makes me rich and he adds no sorrow with it. Proverbs 10:22.
Say this three times loud and clear. I am blessed. I am supplied. I am overflowing in Jesus' name. Glory to God. Now listen. When you release faith for provision, don't wait until the bills are paid to start praising. Start praising now because praise is the language of faith. Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises at midnight. Acts 16:25. And the prison shook. Your praise shakes loose provision. It shakes loose favor. It shakes loose increase. So the next step is to pivot from confession to praise, to hold the line, not with begging, but with thanksgiving.
Now, child of God, we've spoken to the mountains. We've commanded them in Jesus' name. We've declared the word over our lives, our households, our bodies, and our finances. But there is one more ingredient that seals faith, strengthens confession, and ushers in manifestation, and that is praise. Acts 16:25 says, "And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them." Notice they didn't just pray, they prayed and sang praises. And verse 26 says, "And suddenly there was a great earthquake so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every man's bands were loosed." Glory to God. Prayer set the line, but praise pulled the trigger.
Say it with me. Praise shakes the prison. Praise opens the doors. Praise breaks the chains. Psalm 34:1 says, "I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth." Not just on Sunday. Not just when things look good. At all times. Continually.
Say it with me. I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise is continually in my mouth. Hebrews 13:15 says, "By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name." Praise is called a sacrifice. Sometimes it doesn't feel easy. Sometimes it doesn't feel natural. But when you praise God in the middle of the trial, that's the sacrifice that gets heaven's attention.
Say it now. I offer the sacrifice of praise. I give thanks with my lips. I bless the name of the Lord. Now, let's do it together. Lift your hands. Lift your voice. Say this after me. Then make it your own. Father, I praise you. I thank you. You are good. You are faithful. You are my healer. You are my provider. You are my deliverer. I praise you before I see. I praise you because I believe. I praise you because your word is true. Hallelujah. Glory to God.
Did you feel that shift? Praise is not passive. It is a weapon. Psalm 149:6 says, "Let the high praises of God be in their mouth and a two-edged sword in their hand." When you praise, you're swinging the sword of the Spirit. You're enforcing the victory. You're saying to the devil, "I don't wait till I see it. I praise because it's already mine."
Say it three times with me. I praise before I see. I praise because I believe. I praise because it is done. Now, clap your hands and shout, "Glory to God!" Yes. Praise holds the line. Praise keeps the heart strong. Praise keeps the mouth right. Praise says, "I don't care what the mountain looks like. I know it's already moved."
Now to anchor this truth even deeper, I want to give you some illustrations and testimonies, pictures that will stay with you. Because sometimes a picture preached will carry a truth longer than a paragraph. Now, let me anchor these truths with some pictures, illustrations that you can carry with you when the pressure is on because sometimes a picture paints it clearer than paragraphs.
Illustration one, the policeman. Think again about that policeman on the street corner. He's not strong enough to stop traffic with his body. But when he lifts his hand with that badge, cars and trucks stop on command. Why? Because behind him stands the law of the city or the state. His hand is small, but his authority is great. Now, when you lift your voice and say, "In the name of Jesus, mountain be removed," it's not your strength that moves it. It's the authority of heaven backing you up.
Say it. Heaven backs me up when I speak His word.
Illustration two, medicine for the body. We already saw Proverbs 4:22, "My words are medicine to all their flesh." Medicine doesn't work if you leave it on the shelf. It works when you take it, and not just once, daily, consistently. Some believers take a dose of the word only when crisis hits. But the healthiest Christians take their medicine every day, morning, noon, and night.
Say it with me. I take my dose of the word daily. It works mightily in me.
Illustration three, seed time and harvest. Mark 4:28 says, "First the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear." When you plant a seed, you don't dig it up tomorrow to see if it's working. You water it. You wait. You expect. Your confession is like that seed. Don't cancel it with unbelief. Hold fast.
Say it. I sow. I wait. I reap.
Many testimony. One, the businessman. I told you earlier about a businessman who said, "Brother Hagen, nothing ever works for me. I say it all the time." And I said, "That's exactly the problem. You're getting what you say." He changed his confession: "The Lord is my shepherd, I do not want. The blessing of the Lord makes me rich. I have favor with God and man." In six months, contracts opened, debts cleared, business multiplied. What changed? His words. His words changed his world.
Say it. My words changed my world.
Many testimony two. The sick sister. A woman once said, "Brother Hagen, I prayed and prayed, but I'm still sick." I asked, "What are you saying?" She admitted, "I keep saying, 'I'm sick. I'm weak.'" I said, "Change what you say." She began declaring, "With his stripes, I am healed. The Lord is my strength. The Spirit quickens my mortal body." Within weeks, strength returned. Symptoms disappeared. She didn't just pray. She spoke the word.
Say it. I say what God says and I have what I say.
One word of authority. Sometimes you don't need a long prayer. Just one word of authority. Jesus said in Luke 10:19, "Tread on serpents and scorpions." Sometimes you just need to stomp your foot and say one word. Get. Practice it right now. Stomp once. Say it strong. Get. Say it again. Get. That's authority. That's dominion. Use it on the devil, not on people. Glory to God.
These pictures will help you: the policeman with authority, the medicine of the word, the seed of confession, the testimonies of faith, and the drill of command. Let them stay in your heart because faith is not theory, it's practice.
Now, we're going to take everything we've learned and build a daily routine, a simple pattern you can follow every morning before breakfast, before the day rushes in. So you stay strong, steady, and mountain-moving every single day.
Now, child of God, you've heard the word. You've confessed the word. You've seen how authority works, how the word is medicine, how words are seeds. But if you don't make it part of your daily routine, the enemy will try to steal it away with distraction, with pressure, with busyness. That's why I want to give you a mountain-moving routine you can practice every single day. Simple, scriptural, strong.
Say this with me first. Consistency is the key to victory. Again, consistency is the key to victory. Here's your daily activation.
Step one, word. First minutes, read one or two scriptures aloud. Proverbs 4:20-22, Mark 11:22-24, Psalm 91. Say, "This is God speaking to me. His word is life. His word is medicine. His word is final authority."
Step two, confession of authority. Say aloud, "I am a whosoever. I speak to mountains. They move. I have authority in the name of Jesus. Satan is under my feet." This sets your position before you face the day.
Step three, speak to one mountain. Three minutes. Identify one obstacle: fear, finances, family, health. Speak directly to it. "Mountain, in the name of Jesus Christ, be removed and be cast into the sea. You cannot stay. I believe I have what I say."
Step four, cover your household. Two minutes. Say, "As for me, in my house, we serve the Lord. Peace reigns here. Angels guard this house. No plague comes near us."
Step five, body confession. Two minutes. Put your hand on your body. "My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. By his stripes, I was healed. The Spirit quickens my mortal body. I am strong, whole, and well."
Step six, provision confession. Two minutes. Speak to your finances. "My God supplies all my need according to his riches and glory. The blessings on the work of my hands. I have abundance and no lack."
Step seven, praise. Ten minutes. Lift your hands and praise. "Father, I thank you. I bless you at all times. Your praise is continually in my mouth. I praise before I see. I praise because I believe. I praise because it is done."
Step eight, walk out the door in boldness. Say as you leave, "This is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world."
If you will take 15 minutes every morning to practice this routine, you will keep your spirit strong, your mouth sharp, and your mountains moving. And remember, faith doesn't work on a special event schedule. Faith works on a daily routine. Say it one more time. Consistency is the key to victory.
Now, we've come to the close of this teaching journey. We've walked through the atmosphere of the word, the theme of faith in God, the mechanics of mountain-moving faith, the will of God, the removal of unforgiveness, the medicine of the word, delegated authority, the power of words as seeds, guided confession loops, and the daily routine. But we must end where every faith walk ends: in a bold, united call to action.
Now, beloved, we've walked a long journey tonight. We've heard the word. We've spoken the word. We've practiced the word. But faith is never complete until it is acted on. Faith without works is dead. James 2:26. And the greatest work of faith is this: to say what God says, to act as if it's true, and to hold fast without wavering. So here's my call to action to you. Make the decision tonight. Mountain-moving faith is not just for church. It is my lifestyle.
Say that with me. Mountain-moving faith is my lifestyle. Hebrews 10:23 says, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; for he is faithful that promised." The word profession means confession. Hold fast. Don't drop it. Don't change it. Don't let circumstances steal it. God is faithful.
Say it now. I hold fast my confession. God is faithful to His word. Revelation 12:11 says, "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony." How do you overcome? By the blood and by the word of your mouth. The devil has no defense against a believer who knows the blood and holds fast their confession.
Say it strong. I overcome by the blood. I overcome by my word. I overcome by my testimony.
Now, let's make one final closing confession together. Put your hand over your heart. Lift the other hand to heaven and say this loud and strong. Father, I thank you. I have faith in God. I am a whosoever. I speak to my mountains and they move. I do not doubt in my heart. I believe what I say comes to pass. I have whatsoever I say. I walk in forgiveness. I walk in love. I walk in the power of the word. I take the word as medicine. I live by the word daily. I know my authority in Christ. Satan is under my feet. My words are seeds and I sow life. My obstacles are removed. My family is blessed. My body is healed. My provision is overflowing. My praise is my weapon. I will bless the Lord at all times. This is my confession. This is my testimony and this is my victory in Jesus' mighty name. Amen. Glory to God.
Now lift both hands and shout, "Thank you Lord. The mountain is moved." Remember, mountains don't move because you admire them. They don't move because you fear them. They move because you speak to them in faith. From this night forward, every time you see a mountain in your life, don't describe it. Decree to it. Don't run from it. Remove it. Don't magnify it. Command it. And the God who watches over His word will confirm it.
So, child of God, go out of this place bold. Go out with the word in your mouth. Go out with forgiveness in your heart. Go out with authority in your step. And go out with praise on your lips. For truly Jesus said, "Have faith in God." And "whosoever shall say shall have whatsoever he saith."
Say it one last time with me. I have faith in God. I say, I believe, I receive. I have it now in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Amen.
