Lee Harris: Messages from the Z’s About Your Awakening (Why You’re Hearing This Now)

It probably took me a few minutes to go, "Hang on a second. What? What? Who am I?" Because I knew it wasn't my mind. I knew my mind very well. And it was a mind that I would often use to attack. And here was this other voice that was like an amazing therapist, but also more importantly, it wasn't just my mind the voice was speaking to. It would change my body. So, I went from this kind of, you know, judgy thoughts. I'm listening and as what they're saying makes sense to my mind, but what I noticed was my I opened like my energy field would open and I was like, "Oh." So I said, "Who are you?" They said, "We're your guides." My soul brother and sister all over the world. You are here on the USU podcast. I'm so excited to be here with you today. This is such a gift. You are literally going to get to hear from one of my my favorite humans. I I don't know if he realizes that, but he will.

I'm here with Lee Harris. The Lee Harris. Yes. The spiritual teacher, intuitive channel. He is known for connecting with the collective of guides called the Z's. He's an author. He is what I have always found is Lee, you are so heart-c centered, so genuine, so authentic, and you do a lot and talk a lot about energy. We're going to get into this and so much more. I am just really grateful. It is such a gift and I know everyone who listens is going to be blessed by this conversation. So, thank you for being here.

Thank you. You're very nice. Thank you so much. And it's lovely to be with you.

So, all right. We're just going to we're going to just like dive in. This is what we do. I would love we would love to know. So these gifts that you have when you were younger, was this something growing up you knew you had these intuitive abilities or gifts? Was this something that happened later? Like tell us a little bit about what was it like growing up for you, Lee? And when did you start to realize, okay, I've got some interesting intuitive abilities and there's something more to do with them.

So when I when I um asked my guides about this, so I met my guides at the age of 23, but I was already working intuitively uh a couple of years before that without really realizing I was. They have told me that I could hear them until I was 6 years old and then at six they left because they said it wouldn't have been convenient for my life if they had remained. Interestingly, why I found that number so because I don't remember this, although there was this one recurring dream, the only recurring dream I've ever had in my life that basically was me walking down the I was walking down the stairs in the first house we lived in until I was 6 years old and I'd walk into the living room and back in the day, I mean, younger viewers won't know what this means, but do you remember when the television stopped at a certain time of night and there would be like that static screen and it would just be like and that's all you'd hear.

So in this dream, this repetitive dream, I'm walking down into the living room and it's in the first house we lived in in Birmingham, UK and we left Birmingham when I was six. And in the corner of the room, there is a male in one corner and there is a female in the other corner. I know they're male and female, but they don't look quite like normal humans. And the female has an almost abstract afro that's kind of white. So it was but it but it kind of had the afro feel. You know if it was a really big beautiful afro head of hair. It was kind of like that. And both of them have their hands like this to their mouth and they're mouththing things to me. And in the dream I'm frustrated because I can't hear them because of the static. So all I can hear is the static. So that's my only memory of them. um before they told me, "Oh, yeah, you could hear us until you were six." So, I don't have a million memories before I was six. it tends to be later. But interestingly, when we moved home, um we moved down south in in England and I started addictively eating probably around the age of seven or eight without at the time knowing it, but I was taken to Weight Watchers age 10, uh where I lost about 15 pounds, so just over a stone in the UK, which is quite a lot for, you know, 10-year-old child. Um, it's not like I lost all the weight, but I lost a lot of it. And then I was in and out of diet clinics, um, which was my mom's way of trying to help me. She didn't know, and my parents didn't know that I was addictively binge eating sugar privately. So, I basically had an eating disorder. Um, and then at the age of 16, a lot of what I was carrying as a human, so I had shame about my sexuality cuz I knew I wasn't heterosexual. And I knew that probably from the age of about 9 10, you know, you just know that you're, you know, something's different. But you also at that time because I was born in 76 this is like 1986 1987 there was no positive messaging around uh you know non-heterosexual path. I mean, it was better than it would have been in prior decades but it still wasn't um okay. So I had that going on but unbeknownst to me I also was very sensitive to energy and to people but I didn't know. So my experience was that people would say things and I wouldn't quite believe them. But it wasn't that I thought they were lying. It was just almost like you'd hear something and you now of course if someone says something to me that they're not rooted in I feel it immediately and I know but I also don't judge. It's just you know that we're all at different phases. We're all at different stages. I also wasn't like a highly evolved child. It wasn't that I was um in any way perfect and if anything I think I acted out in certain ways in my teenage years as a kind of coping mechanism. And so at the age of 16 I started to accept my sexuality, told a few friends, felt accepted by them and I turned the ship around and I started going towards healing, spirituality and self-growth. At 16, a friend took me to a tarot reader and I sat there and I was like, "What is this energy cuz the energy was moving through my body, but again, I didn't really understand." And at the age of 19, a very wise friend of mine who was 20 years older than me, um, who I'd only met a few months earlier, one day she stopped me and she went, "You're reading The Celestine Prophecy?" And I went, "Yeah." I said, "I just got this book and it was recommended. It had just come out and um, you know, it's one of many books I was reading at the time." And she just looked me in the eye and she went, "You know you're intuitive, don't you?" And I fought her. I was like, "No, no, no, no. I'm no. I mean, I like it, but like I I remember now fighting her, which is hilarious because she was correct and I was wrong, but I didn't know." And um over the course of the next few years, the more I studied and the more I exposed myself to things, the more I started to tap into that sense of intuition. And almost as a joke at the age of 20, I would read friends tarot cards. I did not know what the cards meant, but I would start getting information. Um, I remember one day there was a girl who um who I was at at uni with and um sadly like many of my friends, it turned out that she had many of my female friends, it turned out that she had been I should probably say s aid cuz I know you have to put a a trigger warning and everything now, but um and it came through in the reading because she was having some trouble with her boyfriend and um I remember just saying to her, "Oh, it's because of the abuse you went through and she had told nobody this. So that was a bit of a jarring moment for me. There was this moment of oh god did I upset her? She looked completely shocked. I also at that point didn't think I knew anything. I thought I was just playing with tarot cards. But slowly it started to appear to me that I could receive information about people about their past about their future about what was going on in them right now things they weren't saying. So slowly uh I would play with that a little bit, but again I was just doing it for friends and friends would tell other friends, "Oh, if Lee holds your hand, he'll read your palm and he'll give you information." Again, I didn't know anything about the lines on the hand. But it was almost it was I just needed an act of permission. The permission was me holding the hand. The permission was the cards. And then at the age of 21, I started hearing songs. And I started literally overnight writing songs that I was hearing melodies and lyrics. And for me that was like a miracle. It was a magic. I completely turned my life in the direction of I'm going to be a singer songwriter and I am going to create songs that help heal people. I'm going to use my voice and I'm going to go around the world and do this because all the singer songwriters that kind of saved me in my teenage years, I want to do that too. So unbeknownst to me, the Z's, my guides, later said when I met them, we got you first through music. They said your music channel was the safest thing that you were going to open and you have an alliance with music. Music is one of your gifts, which you know, music had been the biggest healer for me all my life at that point. And um so once that started there was this beginning moment of me really noticing that even though I was at university studying something else I was almost I won't say obsessed but I was so passionate about going to personal development workshops and spiritual stuff. It was all there. I just couldn't see it. And then at 23, I was on the London Underground, the subway, going to my job in fundraising, which I was in at the time because I liked what it stood for. It was for companies like Greenpeace, which I believed in, but it was my day job while I tried to work on my music career and get my first album into a into a record label. And um yeah, I heard them one day on the tube just boom, the voice was there. It's never not been there. If I ask if I if I have a conversation with them, there's never been a day that they're not there. Um, but I couldn't have foreseen that five years later, I would end up starting to do it as work. So, yeah, that's my journey and my story with intuition. And the one thing I will say is there were people I knew who were trying to hear their guides. That was never my intention. It was interesting to me, but I found it I was like, "Oh, channeling. Okay, I read about that in Shirley Mlan's Out on a Limb. That seems interesting. It's a little bit out there for me, but okay." But it wasn't something I wanted or was looking for. So, I've had many people ask me, you know, "Oh, God, what did you do?" And I'm like, "I didn't do anything." And actually, that was the strangest thing about it. I had a very big belief system that to become connected with your guides, you should probably be a pure person who never has a bad thought, is fully healed, is a raw vegan yogi living in an ashram. Like surely those are the conditions required. It's not a man sitting on a subway train, which is the most disconnected place on earth where everyone's avoiding each other, going to his job in fundraising with a load of judgmental thoughts toward myself in my head. At the same moment, they break through and go, "That's an interesting thought, but you're wrong, and here's why." And they explained why I was wrong about what I was thinking about my then boyfriend and thinking it was all his fault. And they were like, "No, no, no. This is your fault and here's why and here's why you're playing through it." And they explained the whole thing. And it was weird because what I remember is listening intently and I was so transfixed that it probably took me a few minutes to go, "Hang on a second. What? What? Who am I?" Cuz I knew it wasn't my mind. I knew my mind very well. And it was a mind that I would often use to attack myself. And here was this other voice that was like an amazing therapist, but also more importantly, it wasn't just my mind the voice was speaking to. It would change my body. So I went from this kind of, you know, judgy thoughts, I'm listening to it. And as what they're saying makes sense to my mind, but what I noticed was my I opened like my energy field would open and I was like, "Oh." So I said, "Who are you?" They said, "We're your guides. We've been with you your whole life. Um, and that was the beginning. And then I went home every day after I couldn't wait to go home from work to sit and write loads of questions. I asked about the world. I asked about the stars. I asked about my life. I asked about people in my life. And that was the most helpful because whenever I asked about people in my life, they would give me answers that I would then watch and it would be true. things I wasn't seeing about someone or they would say, "Oh, your sister's going to need you in a few weeks cuz she's about to go something through something very intense." Boom, 3 weeks later, my sister's and I'm like, "Oh." So, there was this it was it was like my period of evidential research. Um, and during that time, I did some readings for some friends for free, and eventually one of them who was a yoga teacher and a healer and now an author turned to me and she said, "Why aren't you doing this for work? Why are you now working in a pub?" She said, "Why don't you, you know, I was working in a pub again, trying to break into the music industry. So, that's my journey and my story with intuition.

Wow. Okay.

Sorry. Sorry. That was a lot, wasn't it? But yeah.

Was it for you?

Wow. There's a lot there. I just have to say, Lee, I actually I don't know that I I listen to you often and I I didn't realize we have a similar story with binge eating and um Weight Watchers. Oh my god. I was listening to you and I was like, you know, I've had this thought and feeling and I'm curious, maybe we start with this. We're going to unpack. There's a lot to unpack. I've had this thought about sugar, food, addiction is it? It felt like it blocked emotions for me like the energy which like you said you felt and I'm curious if that's something you've ever brought to the Z's or looked into like and and has that come back or what's your relationship? I'm I'm just so curious now because it's something that I've dealt with many of us.

I think like many sensitives uh food can sometimes be a shield or a protective force or a soothing mechanism. So I was learning to self soothe using sugar because I I didn't realize how much soothing I needed. You know, I was I was much more emotionally wired than other kids seemed to be. I'm not saying there weren't other kids that were feeling like me, but we just weren't talking about it. But, you know, I I I would always feel like my mom even said this to me two days ago. She said, "You were always different." She said, "I knew from your childhood." She said, "You weren't like your brother and sister. You weren't like the rest of us in the family." Even though, you know, my family is so wonderful and loving and thank God, you know, we have a good relationship. All of us really good. But it was kind of I I wish I had I wish someone in my younger years had been there to steer me because it wasn't I was loved. I was in a safe house. Um but when your emotional and energetic needs are not tended to by you or someone around you, it it can create like a dysmorphia in the self. So I had very very low self-esteem. Um and I had a really odd sense of my own identity. I I wasn't great with my own identity. My saving grace was creativity. I was a wildly creative child and that was my safe place. And then sugar was my soothing place. But the problem is the more the sugar addiction developed and once I got my first job at 13 and had a bit more of my own money and a bit more autonomy um you know I could go and my pattern was to go and buy five Mars or Snickers bars just to give everyone an example. It would be five of those and I would eat all of them in about 10 to 15 minutes. Now the idea of that now makes me go woo but as a child I was looking for a sugar rush. I was looking for relief and then of course what happens is you get the sugar spike and then 20 minutes later it crashes and then you go into a shame spiral cuz you know what you've done and of course it's not great for your body but as a child you don't think like that. You just think, oh, I'm going to be even bigger now and more teased for my appearance. So I had a an experience quite young of um people looking at me a certain way. I remember walking through the school playground and one of the most shocking moments to me, I was about 15 and I remember this like small 11year-old boy, we were all walking to our next lesson, you know, and you cross each other in the playground and I was at an old boy school. This 11year-old was almost half my size and as he walked past me, he just went fat bastard and just kept walking. Didn't even give me eye contact. And I heard it and I remember being so shocked by that moment. And so I was used to that. And then when I lost the weight and I saw how people responded to me differently, I was like, "Wow, you can't trust people. People will judge you based on how you look." So I had a long a long road to recovery and um I'll still get a little bit of dysmorphia every now and then, but it's subtle and I also know what it is now and I know how to deal with it. But I would say even though you know I lost the weight by the age of 19 um you know it haunts you doesn't it for a long time and I think you you have to really work with all parts of yourself and still to this day you know with my nervous system you know I it's not that I ever act out in a way that's a problem but you know I'll notice when I'm kind of like oh I'm veering towards something for comfort because my body had a long history of that. So yeah, the good news is now it's quite small and I have so many other practices and uh a different relationship with my health and my body and fitness which has helped too. Um fitness was something I was scared of as a kid. Now it's something that keeps me stable, gives me the stamina to do this job. Um yeah, all all that stuff.

My heart is just with you and I wow there's a lot I I relate to. I have this feeling many many many many many that are listening you're you know this is helpful to hear because I think you know and and even noticing when it shows up sometimes now that that desire to be soothed um we're going to come back to this because the practices and h you know for many like attracts like those that are listening that are sensitive empathic that are in tune to energy and you know with a lot happening around in the world and our lives I mean I I I will just say it's been something that um yeah it it is quiet these days and can be still loud at times every now and then and it's the first thought is usually that would really take the edge off like I had this

the five candy I'm like I just Yeah, I'm with you. And it never was enough. Five wasn't enough. Like it's

never enough.

Yeah. And and it's and and God there were times in my life when it was more than five too. Um, and then of course when you develop bulimia, you think you're really clever because you can binge and then you know how to get rid of it. So you're not going to put the weight on, but you've still got the behavior. And thank God my mom found out about that within within about 3 years. She found out about that and she cried in front of me. And seeing her pain woke me up cuz I was detached. I was And I'll never forget that day. and seeing her cry and her hopelessness around, you know, of course, wanting to help me, wanting to protect me, which is all she's ever wanted to do. She's very protective. My mother took me a long time to understand that. You know, I think there was a period in my teens where I thought, "Wow, she's really strict." But I think I was a handful. And not because I was a nasty person, but you know, I presented her with a lot of things that she'd not dealt with with the other two. um and things that we wouldn't really know how to help people back then. So, so you know, we're so close now, which is beautiful. And um but you know, you you go through a journey to get that. And I think the other thing about what you just said with soothing one of the for me, this might be different for other people, but I'll share it in case anyone resonates with this. I wish I had understood years earlier that the biggest problem about my addiction and my eating disorder was the way I attacked myself after I'd done it. I didn't know. And it's like and that that was the thing. So like now if I do something that's because I'm have a general baseline of healthiness but then you know there'll be some stuff where I'm like oh okay that's not that healthy. I catch any thought that will monitor me or watch me and I just go, "Okay, well, you did it, so we're good. It's so we're gonna move on." I won't let myself shame spiral anymore. Or if I do, I'm usually then going, "What happened to you in the last few days that you uh that you uh that you know you need to look at?"

I appreciate your vulnerability and talking about this so much, Lee. I I I know we're not the only you're not we're not the only ones. And you sharing that, you know, it to me also under it is I look at it I know for me it it was self- betrayal, self-attack um and I really do believe I'm sure you've seen this and you know that that's when we look at autoimmune conditions and other things in the world that are happening and that happen with ourselves. I know personally experiencing that it it's the reflection of that and so learning to sit with yourself create sacred space love your like that is so helpful to hear and I know it's been a life journey for myself still on it um and to hear you know when if you get in those moments there's a there's a looking at the last few days like what's happening so there's constant you can just hear you're living this and breathing it And it's one of the things I've always loved about you is this authenticity and genuine, you know, showing up what you're sharing, you're living. And I can feel that.

Well, thank you. But it's funny, isn't it? Because I always say this, you know, I'm a student first and a teacher second because I will be a student of life my whole life.

I happened to end up being a teacher of this work from the age of 28 and I'm 49 now. So, for as long as it's true for me to keep doing this work, I guess I'll still be a teacher. But, you know, I it's interesting and I I'm going to bring this up because at the moment, you know, you and I are recording this at the beginning of March. I don't know when it's going out, but we've just gone through a period in the last two months of a lot of uh questioning of spiritual teachers. And I can't speak specifically about the person who just was recently, you know, shamed and kind of, you know, not not I'm not say I'm not that's not I'm not saying the person wasn't, you know, deserving of whatever has gone on. Um I don't know anything about that. I don't know that person. Um but I have seen the danger of spiritual ego inflation in teachers. I was very close to one. Um I have been backstage and I've I've talked about this for about 12 years. I remember in 2013 giving a talk where um to slightly bring the audience back to wakefulness, I made a comment and it's on a recording from 2013. I said, you know, don't over idolize your favorite spiritual author. be grateful for them and be grateful for the book, but don't think they're better than you because I've met a lot of them backstage and my experience was often very shocking or disappointing. Now, the danger in me saying that right now is there's been a bit of a pitchforks mentality lately where people are like, "Oh yeah, this is wrong." Which is fine. That's reactivity and there needs to be a correction. I understand how when something is surfacing for a change or a purge, it can get a bit overemphatic at first and people get triggered. I've also met loads of lovely spiritual teachers. And what I look for in anyone, I don't care whether you're a spiritual teacher or an architect or a police person or whatever you are, I look for the person. I've never been impressed by uh talent. I I have a motto in my company which is how we hire um and I've had it for 15 years. Talent is everywhere. attitude is gold.

because I see even for me it's people have sometimes overreed me because of they like my work and it's you know I understand because I've done it too like you know if I'd have met Tori Amos in my 20s or 30s I would have tried to put her on a pedestal that she hopefully would have had to you know cuz that pedestal is dangerous for her too.

but the problem is human ego is human ego and so certain spiritual teachers or architects or leaders in any industry want to be there for some level of perceived power or ego. So I think we have to be careful about going oh all architects or all politicians or all spiritual teachers are this. That's not true. I can tell you that's not true because I've met amazing people backstage and I've also met people backstage where you're like, "You wrote that book and then you just spoke to the person bringing us water the way you did. Do you need to read your own books?" And I'm not I'm not even talking about having a bad day. We all we all show up at work on days that we found out terrible personal news or and we show up at work and we might not be as bright or as No, this was different. I was like, "Oh, these are behavioral issues. This is not them having a bad day or forgetting their manners for a moment. This is them thinking that's okay. And as far as I'm concerned, that's not okay. The person just brought us water. You say, "Thank you." You know, they're doing their job. We're doing ours. We're all in a So, yeah, it's an interesting thing. I think it's good. It's coming to the surface. I think it needs to to calm down. Um, but that's like anything, you know. Uh like anything uh people will get very reactive and when we are reactive we tend to lose rational perspective.

Wow. Okay. There

everything you're saying I'm like oh my gosh I have to have you back and back again. There's so many nuggets so many gems here. I I actually really really appreciate something you just mentioned which it's interesting. I have not talked about it a lot here and I'm like he is reading. We are just sinking something is going on. I'm like I love I just love Lee. Like it's what's going through me is speak it out my friend. Like this putting people on pedestals is so it's interesting and I think it's what you were talking about. It's it's easy sometimes to do and it's the problem is right if if someone's on a pedestal then you're below it and then it it's all and then there are times where you're on it's all the feels like duality but also we're human and it's not true and I've I've had this experience with some people I've met in events and things and I was really like wait what I am so confused right now.

that and I'm sure you tuning in, I'm like that does not match what you were just saying or writing about. So I I think um it's really important for all of us. I don't know. I I've worked on this for a long time and it's not finished, but it's like being grounded enough to be in heart and to get that just because somebody is in that position or you know spiritual teachers, it's great and to not use the pedestal. I just really appreciate you bringing that up, Lee. It's so important because I think it's easy to do. And the other thing is we lose our own agency a bit. That's what I see sometimes.

Yeah. I we and I think part of the reason and I've talked about this publicly a lot too. I I've actually used this as a point of education in my workshops. I also went to so many workshops um in my late teens and my early 20s and I really credit them with saving my life. I really do and transforming who I was. So, you know, I'm so thrilled I did that. It was only when I started being a teacher and a channeler that I noticed people slightly elevating me at times, not not all people, cuz I'm a big fan of be grateful if someone's helped you. You know, when I meet Tori Amos, I am going to say I have been with you for 30ome years. I've seen you in concert 13 times and I'm I've booked twice for this tour. But I also know I know she's a human being. me in my 20ies didn't know she was a human being. She was a record and she was this person on a stage and I was she was creating and she was the conduit for this experience that was extraordinary. But then you read her book and you go, "Oh, wow. I'd go and see her on stage and think, wow, this is an amazing life." And you read in her book, "Oh, her accountant was taking all her money and behind the scenes she was in a horrible battle with the record company." I thought that was Tori Amos's life. No, that was one moment in Tori Amos' life and it was one aspect of her work. So I think the stage or the screen, there is a spotlight put on a certain element of us or a certain aspect of our work that can blow it blow it up a bit too much. And if you aren't someone who gets the benefit of perhaps having that projected onto you too, it's a brilliant way to to kind of help you get over it because when it happens to you, you're like, "Oh, that's weird. I don't I'm I'm not anything special. I mean, I'm not saying I don't have a gift and I'm not saying that I don't have a desire to share or give. I really do. But I also think this is the big bit about spirituality. This is what I've shared a lot. We weren't educated spiritually. So unless you were raised with a spiritual grounding, if you have to go and discover it yourself as an adult, it's a bit like why some of us end up in really toxic relationships. If we've never met a narcissistic personality type before and all the right things happen at the beginning and we're like, "Oh my god, this is great." If we haven't experienced it, we end up in it for quite a few years. And I know there are many of us here who did. um you have to go through it to know it. And the problem with spirituality is we were most of us grew up with either religion or no religion. And in religion, we're often being given very careful rules around how we access spirit, God, Jesus, light, whoever your deity is, whatever your religion says is the God. Um but we're given very strict rules and we're told we're very small and this is the hierarchy and you are very small and you are you are right at the bottom. So people come into spirituality with that same imprint. But equally because they don't know much about spirituality at the beginning they will believe everybody. That's how people who don't want to be in a cult end up in a cult because they think oh yes if I follow this person I'll get to the doorway. So there is a certain level of blind belief that is why many of us had the dodgy experience with the raiki healer and you come out going oh I went for raiki why do I feel like I just got vampired my friend said raiki is great yeah raiki is great but that human being.

in a different frequency you know there are amazing healers and there are human healers you know so it's all about finding the right person the right doorway and someone who isn't trying to take your power or um put you in a position of deference to them because it serves them and their agenda. It's why I always swore I wouldn't do official teacher trainings or you know anything. I wanted my work to be very autonomous. You can come and watch a free video. You can come and take a workshop, but you're you're leaving like you're going to come and use me as much as I am useful to you. And then you're going to go off into your life and you're going to find all the other people who are useful. I don't want I don't want a tribe. I'm so happy that we have this amazing community and we meet lovely people, but they don't belong to me. I'm a I'm free. I'm autonomous in what I do. They're autonomous to come to me or not come to me. And that because I saw it very early on. I was very very close to someone. I saw the power go to their head.

and I saw how it ruined them and I saw how it uh damaged the people who were pedestalling this person and it was it was horrible. It was a horrible learning period. But if ever there was a part of me that was going to go that way and I don't think there was but if ever there was I saw that so clearly. I was like oh this is dangerous. This is this is the part of this this is an unclean aspect of this field of work and I'm going to stay away from that as much as I can.

Just so grateful you're talking about this. I think this is really important and you know it's interesting when I think about even what is it really like for example you sharing your gifts which we will talk about. I I can already hear people like tell me more about the Z's. We're going to we're going to get into that, too. Yet, I want to say something that when you think about what it is you're actually doing, which is communicating this beautiful divine guidance, I don't know the way it feels, I I it shows up differently with me. What I experience with you, it's it's coming. It's you as the vessel and co-created. It comes through you. And so the, you know, I've always said to anyone that I've worked with, if you hear from anybody that you need them to be okay,

I would run so fast. That's not what it's about. It does it resonate. And then, you know, we all have all access and all access pass. I mean, I believe that we all have this access pass shows differently. Not everybody can channel the Z's like you, but we can all have our own connection. And I know you talk about intuition and and and energy and and it's just the whole that you have to that somehow that person is the only one or that you have to be in their energy to have something. I just that that really is concerning and yeah, I love your focus. What you're saying, Lee, and it's it's palpable. You know, I've always felt that with you, the the the integrity, the clan, the clean line of I'm here. I'm sharing. Take what you like. Continue to move around. It It's something I wanted to note because in this field and world and work and it's so important what's coming through you and you know for all of us I think really to get we're not separate and we have this beautiful power within us. And I just think it's so important the integrity piece and trusting the person. And I've always felt the 100.00% trust and connection with you and your authenticity. I keep saying it, but it's really true and I appreciate it.

Well, thank you. I guess. But I also I think for me in a way where I get confused when No, I don't get confused. I've heard a lot of people say things like that to me over the years or often I've heard the word, "Oh, you're so humble." And I always think, well, aren't we? Isn't that what we're all like? Isn't that the like the opposite of humble isn't good? Like if you aren't humble, something's going wrong. like you're definitely like there's something off in you and so as a student of my own growth and my own alignment and my own connection.

Um, you know, that that's what I have to keep working on and with and and also I will say this isn't a destination point I've arrived at. This is an ongoing constant work. It's why I'm always cautioning people around learning a spiritual rule. There is no spiritual rule. There is no spiritual rule. There are lots of spiritual rules that may fit you and may not. So, one rule fits one person and it will not fit another. And you see people trying to fit themselves into this rule. And I also did it, you know, in my 20s. You think, oh, well, I would be purer if I just did yoga four hours a day. No, not necessarily. I could do yoga four hours. I've met, you know, I've met people who do yoga four hours a day and they're not necessarily happier. So, I'm not saying that that can't be a path, but you know, it's it's so multi-dimensional and it's so integrated. So, we need each other, you know, we need the the relay of each other. So, yeah, absolutely. I'm I'm one foot on the ground and one foot I'm I'm literally I live between the worlds and I give equal attention to both. Um, I'm not someone who's living up there and I'm not someone who's just living down here.

Wow. I um Thank you for for sharing that. I'm just actually taking that in. Also, the piece about there's no rules. I actually I I really actually believe that. I don't know that I've heard that and I love what you're saying that makes it feels true and also takes out the whole there's a right way to do something.

authority culture is something we have to be careful of. I I shared this example recently. There was someone online maybe 6 months or a year ago and it was one of those you must make your bed in the morning videos otherwise you won't be productive. And um and it was the authority with which they said it. And what scared me about it was I thought this is great for someone who needs a kick up the butt to make their bed and get productive. But this is a shame spiral for someone who isn't making their bed, thinks they're not good enough. And I looked at my I had not made my bed that morning. It was midday. I'd got up, I'd had a download. I'd gone and done some work. I'd had three meetings. And I looked at myself and I was like, I am your example of a lot of productivity. and I have not made my bed today. I'm alone in the house, it doesn't matter. This is not a big deal. So, my issue wasn't with Now, if they'd have said, if you're feeling a bit unproductive and you don't normally make your bed each day, try making your bed. That will give you a bit of discipline. It will make you feel like you're getting But no, that wasn't how they they were selling it on the video. They were like, you must make your bed every morning, otherwise you aren't going to be productive. And I was like, "Oh god, that whoever watches that, there's a whole bunch of people are going to need more healing from that video than our help from that video." And I see that kind of thing all the time. So

yeah, it's uh I think anytime there's a demonstrative you must, I'm like, whoa, hold the phone like says says who.

I do want to share and you'll share at the end that you speaking of learning and wisdom with you, you're going on tour. Gosh, I

and this is amazing. I was looking I'm like, "Oh my goodness, it is all over." So that's exciting. You have that coming up, which looks like you're going to many different places I saw in the States and then and then outside as well. Um and are you that looks like so much fun and so

Yeah. Yeah. So we did two years ago we did a tour and actually we did Australia last year. Um but two years ago we did North America and Australia and Europe actually we did Europe at the beginning of last year. So about every two years we're going to be able to do potent you know if we do it again in two years a tour of this scale. Um so what I do is I do territories. So we'll do North America then we'll have a break for a few month couple of months then we'll do Europe partly also because I you know I have a lot of online work and teaching that I'm committed to. But it's amazing to go and do that. It's an incredible ride. Um, and of course, you know, it's as a sensitive going in an airport and different hotel every two days isn't like my idea of fun.

but what was interesting and I didn't know how that was going to be for me, but what was so clear about it for me was I knew why I was doing it. And those evenings with, you know, however many people you've got in the room, whether it's 500, 1,000, 1,200, whatever it was, in in each place, there is a gathering of souls all together in one place. We give them a three, three and a half hour experience. It has channeling, it has music, it has teaching. And I always would tune in to each city and each audience individually right before the show and get kind of like an energy update that was personalized. So it was always very alive and um it's not like a lecture. That's what you know a podcast host came and he went wow I came in thinking this was a lecture. This was an experience. And I was like yeah that's what we're trying to give you. We're trying to give you an experience in a group. When I say we me and Devour Bozique who is the guy I do all my music with. And when we're not doing um some some of the healing songs that we have, he is underscoring the channeling or if I'm teaching. So music moves through the whole event very fluently because music is such

a mover of emotion. Um so yeah, that that was kind of our goal like to come and give people an experience. So so this year's tour for that reason is called the oneness experience and we will be bringing in the energies of oneness. Uh yeah, we do North America. We start in LA on May 30th. We finish in Edmonton, Canada on July 4th. Then we do uh Europe, the UK, and Scandinavia in the month of October. Um and then we're currently solidifying Australia for March. Um that that hasn't been announced yet because we're working on the dates. And then I also have a week-long retreat in Santa Barbara in August. So yeah, we're about to go into a season of a lot of live work, which is is really nice. Um it's really important. We're all, you know, connecting through screens so much. You can't beat being in the room. So, uh, we try and go to as many places as we can possibly manage to do.

>> Gorgeous. And I just want to say, we'll have the link and all that information because I just, >> we all need to be there. I'm like, I'm going to find you. I don't know which one. Give you the biggest hug. >> You just be in this energy of connection. I love it. Oh, so fun. And I'm I'm I know. so many so many of our souls listening. They're just we're gonna find you. We're gonna find Julie wherever you are.

>> We'll be we'll be ready for you if you if you're able to show up and be with us. We'd love to see you. And um what I love about it, too, is when that many people gather for an event like that. It's no different to when you go to an amazing music concert. You know, everyone's in this shared energy and this shared focus and everyone's gone through the same transmission. There's this beautiful unity that you feel. So, what what really moved me was uh when we did London in January of 2025 and we hired the Old Witch Theater in London um which is where Tina Turner the musical was playing Monday to Saturday but on the Sunday night we were able to get it and I had this moment where I was like wow I you know I left England in 2012 moved to America which is where the biggest audience for this work was but it wasn't just that for me I I had this affinity with America I couldn't put my finger on I When I was here, the land activated me. So now all these years later to be in London and I'm like wow there's,00 people in this auditorium in the West End. I could never have conceived in 2012 that certainly not that this would be my experience but more importantly that people would show up in a West End theater for an event like this. That wouldn't have happened. So there was something very trippy about that. And I thought no this is really important. You know we're used to gathering for music concerts. We're used to gathering for theater and you know a lot of us have done workshops of you know 20 to a few hundred people maybe sometimes there are really big ones too but yeah to have an evening event that's focused on transformation and healing and metaphysics it's pretty uh it's a new world and so that's also why I go and do it because it's like yeah we're going to we're going to we're going to go to this effort of doing this because it's important that we get to see people together and and a lot of people said that to me they Wow, it was amazing to be in a theater with this many people and and going through this. So, there's something about that that feels important, too.

>> So, beautiful. Before we close, because I know people are going to want to know if there's time, even a short message from your guides.

>> Absolutely. Yes, we I can do it. I can do a very short one.

>> A very short one. They're they're gonna bend time. They're gonna bend time. And by the way, you know, if if if anyone is listening or watching this and you enjoy it, um on my YouTube channel, which is Lee Harris Energy, it's where I do the monthly energy updates every month. We do have, you know, some 20inut or more channelneled uh free videos and of course I have audio books of the channeling and all the stuff that, you know, you can find anywhere.

>> So amazing.

>> Good. Ha. Uh, of course you were speaking about issues of sovereignty today. No, neither of you expected to be speaking about the very things that you spoke about. But as you quite rightly shared, Julie, it is important for people to hear these examples of the human matrix and what plays out between you as humans, the distortions that humans have, the wounds that humans have, and how they choose to play them out with each other, aim them at each other. No one is immune from that game. Whether you are experiencing it politically, globally or personally with one person in your life, that is the energy that is changing on the planet right now. This imprint of the desire to annihilate the one that you do not agree with, do not understand, do not like, it is actually a very small percentage of individuals on the planet who truly feel this. but it has been passed on into the energy template of your culture. So this is why you have qualities such as competition, lack, judgment, attack going on within your society. It all stems from a fall from oneness. In oneness, these qualities do not play out. They do not exist. So the disconnection that each of you feel whenever you are on the receiving end of any of these distorted or wounded energies or if you are watching it happened to someone else and your empathy activates what you feel is the sadness of the disconnection the unnecessary level of disconnection that is now playing out. So why we bring this up today is you wanted this to be a part of the conversation. You wanted this to be a part of uh what is being healed on the planet right now. The gift of the shadows of your humanity that you both carry or are on the receiving end of from others is it will liberate you back into the light and into love. But sometimes you have to go through quite a what you might call rough or tortured journey in order to get there. And of course when you are in these moments just as right now you look at your world and you think why this insanity of war. Well it is not you that wants the insanity of war. It is a very small group on the planet that you are all in service to unknowingly. But this is the time where all of that comes to light and reveals itself. So the light in you is being constantly revealed through your trials, often more so than through your focus on light. You are purging together and rising together. So this is the time of your rise as a humanity and these coming years are going to be representative of that rise. But during that period of time that we just mentioned these coming years, you are also going to see forces and individuals that will want to drag you backwards. So keep your center, keep your heart open and be in love in yourself and your own embodiment as much as you can. You are not doing anything wrong on days you are struggling or suffering. In fact, those are the days you need to give yourself the most love, care, and grace. Good. So, in peace, in love and in oneness to you all. And so it is.

Wow. Thank you. Thank you to the Z's. Thank you, Lee. You're such a gift. This was >> Thank you. >> very powerful. And I want to say thank you to our beautiful to you our listener wherever you are. We love you and thank you for being your huest you for being here and for remembering the light is in you and it's always there Lee. Thank you.

>> Thank you so much.

>> In a world where discernment matters more now than ever. The most important guidance that you're ever going to receive, my friend, is your own. But here's the challenge. Most of us were never taught how our intuition actually speaks or communicates with us. So what do we do? We second guessess it. We override it. We doubt ourselves or we confuse fear. We confuse conditioning or logic with our true inner knowing. And what many people don't realize is that intuition speaks differently to different people. That is why I created the free intuition languages test. It is to help you discover your intuition naturally and how it communicates with you. I don't want to give it all away, but it is such a great tool. And when you understand how your intuition language communicates with you, discernment strengthens. You start to have clarity with decisions. You begin to trust yourself and really feel a greater connection to your higher self, to the divine, to this inner guidance that's always here for your highest good. So, if you'd like to take the free test, just go to juliesler.com/intuitionest. It is definitely going to help you to know yourself better, to trust yourself better, and to have better discernment. Again, go to juliraeler.com/intuintest, and I can't wait to hear what you find out.
