In the previous few videos, we have talked about Hodgkin's lymphoma, how to diagnose it, how to treat it. Today, we'll talk about a mnemonic, how to memorize Hodgkin's lymphoma. So let's get into it.

Actually, I have two mnemonics for you. So let's start with the first one. Hodgkin's disease has a bimodal age distribution, and you have the cells that are CD 15 positive and CD 30 positive. So what's the mnemonic? 15 times 2 equals 30. 2 is the bimodal distribution. 15 and 30 are the cluster of differentiation. The Reed-Sternberg cell is CD 15 positive and CD 30 positive. The Reed-Sternberg cell has the characteristic owl eye appearance, and the owl has two eyes. So you have X - 4 bimodal distribution and for two eyes.
The second mnemonic: just try the word Hodgkin's. A for HIV. What other virus? Correct, Epstein-Barr virus. O for the owl eye of the Reed-Sternberg zone. D for mediastinum or mediastinal lymphadenopathy. G for contiguous spread. K for kidney, especially in a nephrotic syndrome such as minimal change disease. N for nodal enlargement, which is localized and painless. S for secondary amyloidosis that has the AA protein. Here you have it: Hodgkin's.
