See, that was me. I used to be that guy. I used to make fun of people. Used to. I used to be the laugh of the party. People used to laugh at me. I used to have people dying on the floor, rolling. And it was fun for me to watch people laugh. And I did it at the cost of other people.
I come home from Teen Challenge. I'm such a wreck. Amazing love! How can it be that You, my King, would die for me? It's, I know it's true. It's my joy to honor You and all I do.
So I go to watch my favorite TV show. It's Mad TV. I, I haven't been able to watch. I've been gone. Teen Challenge, I wasn't able to watch it. My favorite comedian was Will Sasso. Just a funny guy. And I'm like, man, I can't wait for it. And the commercial comes on. And all of a sudden, it's, it's just not. It's not. My eyes are open now. They weren't before. And but I, but I didn't know what it was like. And so I'm watching and I'm like, man, it's not funny. It's, it feels funny. It's not right. It's hurting in my heart. And it's just simple comedy stuff. It's not like, I mean, it's on TV, so it can't be that vulgar. I mean, not, you know what I mean though? Because it gets really bad when it's R-rated. But Mad TV is not R-rated.
And so I'm watching it. Then all of a sudden, show comes out. You are not matching Mad TV. And I'm like, yeah, okay. I got popcorn. I got soda. Instead of a bong and a beer. You have no idea. I, I lived and f***ed on alcohol, drugs, and pornography my whole life. 'Cause I needed to find something that made me feel something because I was dead. And then when Jesus came, He made me alive. So what things I thought made me alive, I became dead to. You, but I didn't know it yet.
So here's how it worked. So the, the TV comes on. And in two minutes, I'm like crying instead of laughing. But they're not happy tears. They're like, oh my gosh. Like, I turned it off. I said, what's wrong with me? I'm not kidding. I'm just a baby. Like, brand new. Like, brand new. No one's teaching me this. I've just been in the truth. Been in the word for two months. Like, actually, not two months. Because I couldn't understand it till a month and a half into Teen Challenge. And then that scripture in James opened up. And he says, he who lacks wisdom, ask God. But the wisdom that we don't lack is the wisdom that is self-seeking, envy, and everything evil is there. And it's sense-oriented. It's led by my five senses. It's the way that seems right to a man. That's how I grew up. That is not the wisdom that I'm lacking. That's the wisdom that I had before I got saved. Now I lack Godly wisdom. Wisdom is peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. That's the wisdom of God. That's what I lack. It opens up to me.
So now I'm feeding. And I'm only just a couple weeks into the word. I mean, those guys in Teen Challenge, they're so smart, man. I was never a memorizer. I fried my brain. These guys would take the cards. Okay, read it all. Right, what did it say? Everybody else raised their hand. I'm like, oh, I'm so not doing well here. I didn't have the answers. I wasn't, I didn't, I never read a book. I didn't, I wasn't a studious person.
I, I realized that God, He uses these disciples. And like, these guys were noted because they were untrained and uneducated men. That's like, I'm in. Like, do you understand that? Like, if you're untrained and uneducated, you're in. God used these fishermen. These guys that knew nothing except how to fish. And they didn't even do that well when Jesus came in. I mean, look at the uneducated fisherman, Simon Peter. He's amazing. He like, is a fisherman. He's raw from birth. Birth. He's a fisherman. He knows what he's doing. Jesus comes. He meets Jesus for the first time. Jesus like, come on, let's go out and fish. Some's like, dude, are you out of your mind? I fish all night long. I know what I'm doing. Who do you think you are? Then, ah, nevertheless. Do you understand that's crazy? But that's true. Nevertheless, sure, I'll show you. They go out. And Jesus is just real calm. I can't. Simon, do what I say. No, no, no. See, God's not like that. He's loving. He, He woos us. Simon, who deserves to be lashed out on. I mean, he does get it one time. Jesus said, you're the devil. After he just heard from God. But this first time, he's, he's talking to Peter right there. And he's like, throw your nets off. Okay, whatever. All right, fine. Over away from me, Lord. I'm a sinful man. He has an encounter with the love of God, the goodness of God, that he didn't deserve. He didn't deserve it.
Do you know what happens when we get attitude? We get attitude against this one, and this one, and this one, and this one. We think that one day they're going to get what they deserve. And if you want what you deserve, go to hell. Go to hell. That's what you deserve. Have it. It's what you deserve. If we live with attitude instead of gratitude, that comes from the, the goodness of God, we will live. And it will always be someone else's fault. Well, you don't understand what they did to me. It's you. Well, you don't know how they treated me. You. Well, you don't get it. You don't know what they did. All my life, I've been this. You, you, you. Me, me, me, me. I, I, I. It's true. You know, when you get to heaven, you stand before God. You're going to find out it wasn't anybody else. It was you. You were the problem. I say we get free from us. I say we get free from us.
What does this have to do with miracles? There's a major miracle that, that, that, that happens when you get free from you. I promise you. Like, when you get free from you, you're free from everybody around you. Then no one can hurt you. Because you love people. And love keeps no record of wrongs. Love always hopes the best. I hope the best for them. If they fall short, it's because they don't see their created value. So many people get hurt by people in the church. Because they put expectations on somebody. And here's the truth. If you got hurt by somebody in the body of Christ, in the church, if you got hurt by them, it's probably because the person that hurt you didn't know who they were. But if you got hurt by them, it's no justification for that. Because you say they should have known better. And it's true. But shouldn't you have known better than to get hurt by something they should have known not to do? Yeah. Well, they should have known better. Well, you should have known better than to get hurt by it. The only reason you got hurt is because you didn't know who you were. When it came. I say you arm yourself with the real gospel. With the good news. With the goodness of God. And the mercy of God. And the kindness of God that leads people to repentance. So that you stop using all these excuses to remain bound. And just be free. Is all right.
The end of the meeting. You will go. And then in the middle of the night, Holy Ghost, I told you so. Woo! You wake up in the morning. Instead, oh no, another day. You look in the mirror. Oh my gosh, I see you. In are you kidding me? Whoa. Somebody's going to get blessed today. Sure does beat this. Oh, time to make the donuts.
Do you know that God says in His word, in I think it's 1 Corinthians chapter 2, verse 4, it says that God always leads me in triumph. Always leads me in triumph. And through us, He diffuses the fragrance of Him. What does that mean? I'm a Christian air freshener. That's what it means. When I go into a place, it's stinky. Now I get squeezed. Jesus comes out. I'm really not kidding you. I promise. I live this way. I live with me. A situation can't take my joy.
How many of you would like to be perfect and complete, lacking nothing? Some of you are like, mm-hmm. Look, only like 20 of you raised your hands. How many of you would like to be perfect and complete, lacking nothing? Yay! Then let patience have its perfect work in you. Consider joy when you face trials and tribulations, if need be, for the purifying of your faith. We so are struggling with the trial, not realizing that it's not God trying us. It's the enemy coming to test to see if you really believe what you say you do. And what if he touched you and got Jesus on him? You know what I hear? People are like, man, if you had a conference on patience, no way. Oh my gosh, I ain't going to that. Pray for patience. See how your day goes. Look, the truth is, is that a lack of patience is simply a lack of love. Because the first thing love is, is patient. Like I said, if a shoe fits, kick it off, man. It's not your shoe. It's just a raw gospel, good truth. Yay.
Uh, so I saw this lady when I came into the dinner. And I asked her. And I had a word about her back. And I knew that one of her legs was short and her hip was out. So she said, oh, yeah, yeah. I knew. I sat her down in the chair. I love it when I get an atheist like this. And they're, I'm like, it's so fun. Like, I mean, I, I have an amazing time with people that don't believe. Because it doesn't matter if you believe. I don't need you to agree with me. I've had angry atheists in a chair with a leg that's two inches short. I was born that way. I don't believe in an atheist. Okay, well, you go ahead and muster up as much unbelief as you can. And let me know when you're ready. I promise, man. Do you know that God's not intimidating? Going, oh my gosh, they're an atheist and their legs short and well, this is really going to determine the outcome. I don't know what we're going to do, son. When the atheist is matched, they start cussing and swearing. And God doesn't go, Jesus, oh my gosh, son, cover your ears. But because we don't know who we are, we let that violate us. And think God's not going to move. You know that that's not right. Because it's the goodness and kindness of God that leads people to repentance. I have seen thousands, not hundreds, thousands of people that are angry, bitter, mad, get healed anyway.
I need to give them, you know, Jesus is so amazing. I look at His life. And I look, there's a couple people that, that had faith to be healed. Jesus said, great is your faith. But when it wasn't there, Jesus like, there you go. He healed him anyway. I mean, how many people do you think were in unforgiveness 400 years without a voice from God? Let's just, in a multitude of, say, 15,000 people. Not a voice on the earth. You, you, you have John the Baptist, who's the first voice from God. And he's only to prepare the way. So how many people do you think might have had some bitterness, anger, unforgiveness? Since there was no removal of sin, only covering over an atonement for sin, you hovered over that stuff constantly. And here, and your conscience was completely condemned. Because there was no possible way for the cleansing of the conscience in the Old Testament. It's the law of sin and death. So you got the high priest. He goes in there into the Holy of Holies. I talked about it today. I'm going to seal up a bunch of stuff. And then we're going to pray. Okay, you guys. All right. Because I don't forget where I was. Because the Holy Ghost is good to me. If He wasn't here, I'd be really in trouble. Big time. But He's amazing. You know, those rabbits you were shooting? I was remembering every rabbit when I was running. That I'm might ask him about that later. I remember it all. Boom. I said, y'all ought to eat them rabbits, man.
So the high priest, it says, it talks about in Hebrews 9, that the high priest would go into the Holy of Holies once a year, not without blood for the people's sins committed in ignorance. And it talks about the table, the, the lamp, the showbread. Talks about all these things. And all of them are a picture of Jesus to come. They're all symbolic. 'Cause it says the way into the Holy of Holies, not the one on earth, but the one in heaven, it wasn't made available yet. And so you've got this high priest that would go in there and offer sins. But when he left, it says that it says by offerings and sacrifices and the offering of a heifer, it just talks about this. And it says it was unable to cleanse the conscience. I'm just going to read it quick. I got more time, right? Come on. 'Cause today I'm like, how much time I got? Five minutes. I'm not kidding. I just, I was such a mess today. I went up my room and cried. Said, God, forgive me. He said, no, you're going to fix everything when you go down there. I just, I want to talk about this. And I want to hit this. And then I want to share with you how this birthed in my life. And then I just believe that God told me that for each hungry person, they will be annihilated in the joy of the Lord.
Do you know I did one thing last year with, with Bill is amazing, with Mike Bako up there. And there's 20,000 kids, like crazy. And, and it was amazing. We had over 50 kids' scars all disappear off their arms. Why? Because God's not trying to keep you humble. Keeping a scar that's in your body from a life that you wish you never lived, which makes you more humble. Looking down and seeing baby skin again. Or seeing the scars that you wish you never did. What if the gospel is so powerful that redemption doesn't mean just being forgiven? But if God forgot your sin as if it was never you that did it? What if, if your liver that's damaged because of hepatitis C, because of a drug addiction that you wish you never did, because of dirty needles? What if your skin that you violated with the sexually transmitted disease from a life that you wish you never lived? See, whether you did it once or got bit one time or several times. What if you lived a life as a prostitute and you wish that you never did? And one day you wanted to get married. And you believe that that, like you wish you just wish you could get your virginity back. What if I told you that I know prostitutes that have been saved, that had their virginity on their wedding night? I just, we've sold the gospel short. I just, I've just seen way too much. I'm gone. So don't try to talk me out of this. It's ridiculously amazing and outstanding.
When I got saved, my body was riddled with addiction problems. My kidneys, my liver, my blood, my mind, my everything. And Jesus healed me completely. All of it. My skin, my organs, my blood, my mind. Because old things pass away. It's not just a theory, either. Jesus died to redeem us, or He didn't. Either Jesus died to forgive us, and God forgot what He forgave. But we spend a lot of time digging up stuff to try to help fix people, not teaching them the truth about who Jesus says they are. And the reality of this. And the devil's having a field day with the body of Christ. Because right now, if I took a show of hands of how many people were condemned this week, it would be an epidemic. And if I'm stepping on toes and you think I'm violating your ministry, you ought not have one. If the blood of Jesus is a problem, I'm not being mean. I just believe in the cross. I believe in Christ crucified. And it's really hard to talk me out of it. Since I've been free for 14 years. Come on. It's hard to talk me out of it when I have a seven and a half year old daughter that when Daddy came home. See, see, I didn't know it, but Dan was pouring into to my daughter and to my girl. When we got married, my daughter was seven and a half. And she had zero memory of who her daddy was before Jesus got a hold of him. And her mommy kept her on the couch all night long, every night, waiting for Daddy to come home off a bench. My daughter watched me get out of my car and knock people out in the car behind me because they beeped at me. My daughter watched me punch holes in walls and terrible things. And she can't remember any of it. And she's 20 now. And it's still gone. She doesn't have suppressed memory. She just has a cleansed conscience.
What if the Bible has given us everything necessary? What if God says in 2 Corinthians 10:4, 10:4, that the weapons of our warfare are mighty in God for pulling down strongholds? He doesn't say strongholds over a city. He says pulling down strongholds, taking every thought that tries to exalt itself up against the knowledge of God captive to the obedience of truth in the mind of Christ. What if God has given us everything necessary? But we've incorporated in as theory and His logos instead of rhema and God-breathed scripture that is used to equip, to correct, to edify, to admonish, to build up people, and for training in righteousness. Second Timothy 3:16, all scripture is breathed by God. Sometimes we don't believe scripture comes from God because men wrote it. How could we believe in a God unless we, the God that loves us and a God that redeemed us, unless we believe in the infallibility of His word? And if God has magnified His word above His own name, a lot of times we magnify things above God. And God in Psalms 138:2, "You, O Lord, have magnified Your word above Your name." God thinks so highly of His word. And sometimes we don't pursue the truth. And we don't. And then we, we listen to other people to explain the truth instead of getting on our face, getting with the Author, and saying, God, teach me who I am. I'm going to look into this book every day. And I know You're going to speak to me. You have to speak to me because You're not a God of the dead. You're a God of the living. And God, here I am. Train my soul for war. I was a slave to sin. I was a slave to fear. But now I have become a weapon, an instrument of righteousness. That's what the Bible says I am. Right with God. And if God is for me, who cares who's against me? If greater is He that's in me than he that's in the world. What is He talking about? Paul said, "I labor as in childbirth until Christ be formed in you." He hunkered down and labored as in childbirth until the body of Christ would realize who they are and Christ would be formed inside of them. You were supposed to be just like Mary when she carried Jesus in her belly. You are supposed to be so pregnant with Christ every day that everywhere you go, you must deliver Him.
I promise you, redemption is more than an Easter story. It's just not an Easter story. Redemption is more than being purchased. Redemption is being redeemed. Is being bought back and brought back to the original value that you had before we ever sinned. Before we ever missed it. 2 Corinthians 11:1 says, "Oh, that you would bear with me in a little foolishness. And indeed, you bear, you do bear with me. For I betrothed you, I have set you up with one husband." Do you know that it talks about the husband in Romans 7? And it talks about the law being the husband. It does. Talks about the bride. It talks about the wife and the husband. It says the law is the husband. But if a husband dies, she's released. She can marry another. I just love this. So you look at Second Corinthians, you know, chapter 11, that God, that Paul says, and God's speaking through Paul, "And indeed, you do bear with me. Just hang out for a minute with me, guys, because I'm, I'm freaking out here. I have set you up with the most amazing husband. I betroth you to one husband that I may present you as a chaste virgin." This is so powerful. One whose soul has never slept with the world before. I have betrothed you to one husband. I've set you up with the most amazing husband ever. That I may present you as a chaste virgin. What does that look like? Don't be conformed to the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Be transfigured, moving from glory to glory. Not from bummer to bummer. From the reality of who God says to a deeper reality of who God says I am. To a deeper reality. But it's not like this. It's like this. 'Cause when you see the reality of the grace of God, it humbles you. And it puts you on your face. And you realize that man, you did nothing to earn this. Jesus did everything to give you this. 'Cause He thought that you were worth the price that He paid. And it humbles you. Oh my God, I'm just a worm. No, you're not a worm. Satan was cursed to crawl on his belly all the days of his life. Not you. We've got to see who we are. We can't afford to live and second guess this thing. Sonship is priority. We have to know who we are. We have to know who our Daddy is. God wants us to be free. Free in our mind, will, and emotions. He wants to sanctify us completely, spirit, soul, and body. He wants our minds to be completely free from debris, from sleeping with the world. He wants our souls to believe the truth concerning the blood of Jesus. This is why. This is why I've lived free for 14 years. I've, you don't understand. I, I've lived this. I haven't been condemned for 14 years. I haven't been guilty or ashamed for 14 years. It's not because I've drummed up something new. It's the original gospel. It's the original blood of Jesus. It's just the original. Take it back to the basics, man.
If you understand who you are, the miraculous will be inevitable. Because you'll realize there's no way for you to do this without God. There's no way for you to even pump gas without God. What if you thought that? What if you realized, I can't even pump gas in my car without Jesus? Oh my gosh, Lord, You're so amazing. God, You're so everything. You do it all is under the Lord. And if you're not doing it as under the Lord, you'll be concerned about gas prices instead of the person on the other side of the pump. People are dying, man. Doesn't that bother you? People are going, going to hell, spending eternity separated from God. It breaks my heart. I can't afford to live that way. People are so in a hurry to get nowhere. We got road rage. We're on the, we're on the highways. Traffic is bad. It's horrible. Leave earlier. I remember driving down the road with my daughter. My after, this is after like I got saved. And my daughter, I used to freak out. I just want to hit a car. You have no idea. Nobody can fix me. No program, no nothing. I tried it all. I tried reincarnation. I tried to be a Wiccan. I tried this. I tried that. None of it worked. Nothing. None, nada. Because there's nothing that's real but Jesus.
Do you know you go to NA and you go to AA and you worship? You say, I have a higher power. What's your higher power? You can make a tree your higher power. That's sad. There's no power in a tree unless it's this one. Well, I just, I just don't believe it's about Jesus. That's why you're struggling. That's why you're addicted. And you have to have three, four meetings a week in order to stay clean. One out of 10 people can stay clean with a 12-step program that starts with a higher power that's not Jesus. You can't tell me. I was addicted for 22 years. And God severed that thing. Cut it out. Crucified it. And I've not been tempted to use alcohol, drugs, pornography, gossip, all that junk for 14 years straight, man. For 14 years, I've not looked lustfully at a woman. People like, well, there goes all your claps. Because we've so nurtured that thing. And so said, well, you know, God made woman for man. And hey, brother, let's just face it. No, you're wrong. God did not create Eve because Adam was walking around with a problem in the garden that needed fixed. That's twisted. I'm not even going to go there because it'll be bad. Wow. Aren't you glad? Aren't you glad we're not going there right now? Randy, I've seen you turn red a couple of times since I've been speaking earlier today. When I talked about the 80, the 80 million in the birth canal, you went, I said, am I right? You went, but it's a natural. It's a fact. Okay. I just don't know what the whole fact is. But I know it's a lot. And I know I was one out of all of them. And somehow I made it in. Obviously, God has plans for me.
Do you know that He knows the thoughts and plans that He has for me? I think I said that already. Let me say it again. He has plans for for you. But the first part of the plan is you coming into unity of faith and knowing Him. And knowing that you're known by Him. That's amazing. What if you knew that God judged the thoughts and intents of your heart through His word? But what that looks like is this. God sits in the theater room of your soul and sees everything that goes across, across your screen. Nothing is hidden from Him. He, He sees every thought you think, everything at all. And He's not mad at you. He's just waiting for you to catch a glimpse of His gaze in that theater. David said, "I couldn't make my bed in hell, and You're there." Oh, if you'd see the intimacy and the relationship that God wants to have with you, you wouldn't struggle to enter into that place. You just get there and say, "Here I am, Dad. I love You. Show me who I am." That's been my prayer. Come, make me a better witness today so that I can represent You well.
Oh, people say, you look tired. Now my eyes are swollen. I can't stop crying. I'm done. I don't know what to do. Okay. I feel like Jeremiah. I don't know what. There's honestly, it's, it's a burning inside of my bones. I don't even know. It's like a fire inside of me. I'm like, we're like, you've really gone a long time. It's almost over. Just let me go. I feel like I got to get it out. I got to get it out. And then once it happens, wow. What just happened? I just got possessed by my dad. I got possessed by the truth. I got possessed. And I had these shocker pedals in my hand. And the truth comes. Boom. Oh, God gets you laughing. Oh my gosh, that was amazing. Oh, what was that? I don't know. It was crazy. Oh, it's pretty funny. God uses the anesthesia. And then He jabs the sword of truth in there, man. The sword, the word, the truth of the word. Wow.
Okay, on to the lady we prayed for. Her leg grew out. She stands up. She had a little bit of pain. We prayed again. It was completely gone. Amazing. What you guys don't know is I ran out there. She said, please talk to my daughter. She needs a lot of prayer. And I went and got on the phone with her daughter. I think her name was Tessy. Is she here tonight? I didn't know. She said she might be. But either way. So we prayed on the phone. She's going through a lot of stuff. And I shared with her. She, I mean, she knew about God. But she's never ever invited Him. She's never said, come and live inside of me and have Your way. And she did on the phone. And who Jesus just, yeah, inside. Born again. So powerful. So amazing.
All right, I'm going to read you one, one testimony. And then we're going to go into Hebrews 9. You okay? Are we still okay? If you get done before I do, I love you. Bless you. You're amazing. I know. You never know what you're going to get. Okay. So I was on vacation. And once a year, I end up. I go to an island far, far away. Just. I use all my miles. I get us there. A whole family there. And we usually stay for three and a half, four weeks. We stay there. Miles to get us there. I fly 400,000 miles a year. Where are you at? How many miles? I'm at like 400. So, so I fly that many. So, so what happens is I can use those miles to redeem free trips. So I take my family somewhere. So I was body surfing every day. Big huge waves. Getting barreled. Slammed. Amazing. Yay. Fun. Awesome. And, uh, oh, I have a lot of testimonies to share real quick. You okay? 'Cause that, there's so much that happened when I was on island. It was just amazing. So my daughters, they're like possessed by Jesus. My six-year-old hasn't learned to get to the end of the testimony yet. She shares. She'll go up in the stores and she'll be like, "My daddy was a drug addict for 22 years." And she'll walk away. So they look at me. And I know what's happened when they're looking at me weird. I go, "My daughter just shared with you, didn't she?" Yeah. "Oh, uh, I hope you get better." And I share the end of it. They go, "Wow, it's amazing." Come on, kids, let's pray. You know, awesome.
So my daughter is out there in, they're out there in the ocean. And the waves are pretty big. And the rip current is the rip tide's. It's, it's pretty strong. My kids, I mean, my, my, my 11-year-old's out there. My six-year-old's on the beach playing, jumping around, praying for people on the beach. She sees people hurting. She sees somebody limp. She goes, "Can I pray for you?" They say, "Uh, no, it's okay." She goes, "Why not?" It's a good question. We're in a mall. Bradley goes up to a lady. She goes, "Daddy, she always tells me so I know where she's going at. Make sure you tell Daddy where you're going, 'cause there's a lot of people." Like, we go to Disney, 60,000 people. My daughter's like, "We're stuck in Toy Story ride for two hours." My daughter is weaving in and out of crowds, praying for people in wheelchairs, with crutches, with casts. Why? 'Cause that's all they know. They don't know anything else. And if they say no, they don't turn around, get mad. They turn around. We grab hands. "Father, we thank You in the name of Jesus. We thank You that You'd heal them right now, despite their, their anger, 'cause You love them so much." So they go up to this girl. The lady at, at the lady in the mall, she has a foot brace on. Bradley goes, "Daddy, look." I go, "Go ahead, honey." She, "Do you need Daddy to come?" Daddy, I don't. You pray. You know, Daddy's prayed. Modeled this thing. I just get joy watching my kids just go. It makes me so happy to see other people be able to step into who God's called them to be. And what if you got this thing as a kid? And what if you, as a model this for your kids? Then your kids would get it. Oh, be so amazing.
And so my daughter goes up to this lady. She goes, "Can I pray for your foot, please?" Lady goes, "No, honey, I'm okay." She's real angry. You know, she doesn't know that I'm her dad. So I'm standing away. And I, I see Bry ask her again. "Why not?" She goes, "Because I don't believe in prayer." My Bry looks at me. So I come over. I go, "Hey, honey, what's going on?" "Oh, your daughter wanted to pray for me." I said, "She's only six, hun. Please, just let her pray for you."
So the lady looks at my daughter. She goes, "Hurry up." Soy, soy doesn't go, "You got an attitude." You know what she does? She closes her eyes. "Okay, thank you." She kneels down. She puts her hand on her foot. This is what she says. She goes, "Father God, I thank You that You'd take this sin out of her heart right now in Jesus' name." Lady looks at me. I went, she's purple. What do you do when you're confronted with your sin by a six-year-old? She called it like it was. Out of the mouths of babes, man. She wasn't being mean. She wasn't accusing her. She was just calling it like it is. This lady is dead in her sin. She has no idea who she is. So she prays for her. She says, "I command you, get out in the name of Jesus. Foot, you be healed right now. Pay, get out in Jesus' name." Brother looks at her. "Is it better?" "Check it." "Why?" "'Cause that's what you do. You don't just run away. Pray for him." "Okay, thank you very much." Woo. "Is it better?" If they say, "What if they say?" A lot of people are like, "Well, what if I pray and God doesn't do it?" Well, what if He does? And what do you got to lose? Dignity? That's no fruit. That's demonic fruit from that wisdom tree. That's not Jesus. Read it in the gifts. In the, the fruit of the spirit. Pride, dignity, self-esteem, all that stuff. It's just not on there. It's not. It is on another list. And it comes before a fall. And it's not good. So if you're free from you, pride can never be an issue. It's not about how you look. It's about how you used to look before Jesus redeemed you from the curse of the law. It's how you used to look. I said it earlier for those of you that weren't here. Jesus was on that tree, mutilated and marred beyond any man. You couldn't recognize who He was. And He had to become that way because we had become something that was completely unrecognizable. And we didn't look like anything we were created to be. We didn't just take on, just like this sin nature. We took on the very complete of the devil. The whole thing. Selfishness, pride, all that stuff, man. All of it. We took on the very nature of the demonic realm. And Jesus, who knew no sin, became sin. Because that's what damaged the thing. That's what damaged us. So Jesus paid a price for your sins to not be just forgiven, but removed. He didn't pay a price for you to just get to heaven. He paid a price so heaven could possess you now. Now. So that you could live a life looking in a mirror without any guilt, shame, and condemnation. Looking in there, seeing your value. Realizing that you're valuable to the Father. Because the cross wasn't just the revelation of your sin. The cross was the revealing of your value. If you weren't valuable, why would have heaven paid such a high price for you? Sorry if you've been taught wrong. You are valuable to the Father. He actually said that He wanted to come and live inside of you. Regardless of where you've been, as twisted up as the enemy made you be. Because you followed the voice of a stranger. But now since you've heard the voice of a Shepherd, the stranger's voice is so exposed. And self-control is being so focused on His voice that every other voice loses its voice. And no longer will that have dominion over you. Because He has dominion over you out of obedience. Through sacrifice. A living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God. Oh, this is good preaching. It is. It's just the gospel. It's the real truth. The raw truth. And nothing but the truth. So help me God.
So Bry says, "Check it. Is it better?" She goes, "Check it." She looked at her. She moved her ankle. She goes, "My, it's actually warm." I go, "What do you think that is?" Proby, "I know what it is, Dad. Jesus is making you better." She looks at the lady. She goes, "Check it." She goes, "I don't know what's going on, but I, this is actually crazy." I said, "Jesus loves you." She goes, "Yeah, Jesus loves you. Don't forget." And she trans. She just. So now we're on the beach. I've got our son that we adopted 13 months ago. He was born addicted to heroin. Uh, it's not sad. It's amazing. We redeemed him from his mother's womb. It's just like the Bible. Mom shot up for 20 years. She didn't know any better. If she knew what she was doing, she wouldn't have done it. I don't fault her at all. She gave birth to a boy that she couldn't handle. And we look at this man, drug addict for 22 years, atheist, anger, killed people. Are dead because of my life. My whole life twisted. And 14 years into Christ, I'm adopting a baby boy. Do you understand how amazing that is? So 13 months later, Azariah is this name. Because Abednego, original name was Azariah. He was in the fiery furnace. That one, you know what I mean? I'll figure that's a good name right there. I'm going to teach him that the furnace is nothing. I'm going to teach him that the fire is nothing. You know what happens when you put somebody on fire in the fire? Nothing. That's so good, dude.
So Azariah, so he wants to crawl everywhere. First day he ate sand. Second day he didn't. But like, in order to contain it, because he wants to play, you know, I've got these beach toys and stuff. He just wants to go, go, go, go, go. I want to make sure. So I dig a big hole. And he's in this circle hole. It's not too big. I mean, it's up to here. He's like, God, he's having a blast. So I'm up there under the tent, hanging with Azariah. Zoe's out in the water. My 11-year-old. And she is out with a lady with blue hair. There's a bunch of people out there. But they're hanging on the same boogie board. She's talking to this lady. And I'm like, man, I'm like, they're out way too far. I told my oldest, our 20-year-old, I said, "Please go out and tell Zoe just come in a little bit because I don't want her getting sucked out there." So Zoe, so she goes out there. Zoe comes in. The lady with blue hair comes up to the tent. She goes, "I just wanted you to know that I wasn't a crazy person." I said, "That's not why I had to come in. I just didn't want her getting sucked out by a rip current because it's no fun to have to rescue somebody." And, and, and if you don't really know how to swim and you don't come to these beaches, this thing, that thing will suck you out and take you down. Because a rip current, you have to go out with it. Let it carry you out as far as it stops. And then swim sideways and back in. If you try to fight it, you'll drown. So it's a big deal. And my 11-year-old's not ready for all that yet. So she goes, "Wow." She goes, "Your daughter told me your story." Now my 11-year-old finishes it. But one of the things that Zoe adds to it, she goes, "Yeah, I wouldn't be alive if Jesus wasn't in my daddy's life." At the end of the testimony, she always tells, "I wouldn't even be born because my mom and my dad wouldn't be together. And then I would never be here." So lady goes, "I thought that was so sweet that she shared that." I said, "Honey, I said it's way more intense than that." She goes, "What do you mean?" I said, "Well, you've always wanted to be an artist your whole life. As a matter of fact, you've drawn your whole life. But your real ambition is to be a tattoo artist." He wants. She goes, "No. What is going on?" I said, "Don't you run away." Zoe stood right behind her. I'm, I'm not kidding. We capture people, man. She turned around. She goes, "Well, how do you know?" "You can't know this stuff." "You can't." "Oh, yes, I can." She goes, "How? Some kind of clairvoyant psychic?" I said, "No. I said, I just know God. And He knows you. If God created you, doesn't He know everything about you?" She said, "I said, I also know that you're in a place of regret. And you've struggled with drugs. And that thing has tried to pin you. You've been going through NA trying to get free. And you can't get free because God's not your higher power. Jesus is the only one that can set you free." She goes, "Well, this is absolutely crazy. What, what is going on right now?" She's crying. I said, "Jesus loves you." She goes, "You don't understand. You have no idea." I said, "Yes, I do. You want to hear something else?" She goes, "Oh my God. What?" She's on her knees. Like, "Oh my God. What are you doing?" I said, "Just loving you. 'Cause God cares about you. He's not looking at you for where you were and for what you've done. He's looking at you for who you really are. These things that I'm sharing with you is who you really are." She goes, "You have no idea." "Yes, I do. I don't know what's going on right now." So I said, "There's only one thing you can do." She says, "What?" I said, "Surrender. Just give up." See, I believe that the prophetic words of knowledge and the reality of my intimacy can be so contagious with you. Like, especially if you're trapped on a plane with me because you can't go anywhere. It's over. You can try to hold on to your atheism as long as you can. But the more God reveals, the more your heart peels. I'm not kidding. I've seen people shake and cry. "Get away from me. I can't. We got four more hours." I promise. Like, and you know what? I am. I'm normal. I'm not some super Christian. I'm a son that knows who he is. I'm a son that knows his Father. I'm not guilty. I'm not ashamed. I'm not condemned. Jesus tore the veil. I entered into the veil. Through the veil. That which is flesh is flesh. I entered into there. We're going to go into there just in a second. Well, maybe a couple more seconds. But I've entered in. And I'm never leaving. A thousand years ago, a thousand years from now, God's not going to, going to change His mind and say, "I wish I wouldn't have done that for Todd boy. I made a mistake." It's over. Like, it's been settled. God chose me before I knew Him. And when I found out that He knew me, it kills me. And then when I live a life knowing that He always sees me and nothing escapes His sight, He sees it all. The goodness of God hits me because He's seen it all along. He knew all that stuff when I was full of junk and full of trash and full of criticism and anger and bitterness, guns and cocaine and all that stuff. And twisted, twisted stuff. God said, "I want that one." Yeah. Oh, oh. When He sees this, the world's going to freak out. Dan has this thing on one of his teachings. And he has this thing where God has a picture of him in his wallet. And the first time God, like, when Dan shared that, I went, I just thought, that's it. It's a lot of, like, pictures. Like, you know, you have five or six pictures. That's a lot. When you have like billions, that's not all right. That's a lot. But God has a picture in His wallet. And He points to you every day and says, "Gabriel, did you see my son?" "Uh, yes, Lord. You showed me three times." "Well, look again, because he believes he's a believer. He believes he's a believer that believes he's fully convinced. He's like a house with no empty rooms." That's the example of believing, fully convinced, absolutely beyond.
A shadow of a doubt. Nothing can take me away. Nothing yanks me out of the palm of his hand. And when I see that, I don't want to get out of the palm of his hand.
So the lady's like, "What do I do?" She's crying. Blue hair, mess. It's just a mess. She's a mess. I'm like, "As R in the pit, I pulled him out of there." I said, "Hey, hey, you want to see my son? You want..." "Yeah, yeah, yeah." I said, "He was born addicted to heroin, some of the drugs that you're hooked on." She goes, "I said, 'But we redeemed him. We actually adopted him 13 months ago.'" She goes, "Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh my God."
I said, "It's real easy." Goes, "What do I do? What do I do?" I just shared the goodness of Jesus and what he did, paid a price to remove your sin, to wash you clean, so that your memory of who you were gets washed away by the blood of Jesus. She goes, "Is that real? Can that really happen?" I said, "It's only a few seconds away right now." She said, "Do it quickly. I'm really serious."
Do you understand that the Holy Spirit's the best evangelist ever? That's right. All I do is partner with him. I co-labor with him. He's the best. He knows everything about everybody. If you weren't in it for you, he'd give you stuff. Stuff. If you weren't in it to build a big ministry, he'd give you more words of knowledge. If your motive was right, he'd give you everything. Because to he who's given much, much is required. It's no joke, man. You're given much, much is required. Much is expected. Much is demanded. You think that you won't answer for your life? But I promise you, it says, "Let not many of you be a teacher, for teachers will be judged way more strictly." And that's not for you to stir up your anger towards a pastor that taught you wrong and you're angry at him. He's not your problem. You were. So let that stuff go. Says teachers will be judged way more strictly. Why? Because they're responsible for many more years than just their own.
So she gets born again. The Holy Spirit just... it's amazing. Her 10-year-old daughter comes out of the water. She comes up. She goes, "Mommy, are you okay?" She goes, "Yes. Talk to this man." So I started talking to her. And God showed me that she wanted to be a pediatric nurse. She's only 10 years old. I said, "You've always loved kids. When you see those TV shows where you see little babies with their big bellies sticking out?" She goes, "They're starving. You have such a heart of compassion." She goes, "Mommy, what's happening?" She just knows. "Just let him talk to you." This little 10-year-old girl starts wailing. 10 years old, wailing. "Mommy, what do I do?" She said, "You need Jesus, just like I do." Now, and I shared the cross with her. She gets born again right on the beach.
Why? Because God wants to use us like that. Was I in ministry? No. I was body surfing. I was actually babysitting. What happened? Jesus shows up. Why? Because I'm there. And when I'm there, he's there. God wants to use you as a conduit, just like a cable that's inside of a plastic conduit. He wants to use you like that. When people get close to you, it's amazing. I say that Christians are like a bug light. They are like, when it's really like dark out in Texas, that's where I live.
[Applause] Now, you know what I like most about Texas? Beef. I do. Only filet, right? All right. I know. Isn't this fun? Get ready. Are you ready? Okay. Now, this is easy. Christians are like a bug light. It's like that blue lamp that you set out there, 'cause mosquitoes are normally, they just, they just get you. So if you set that out, well, it's crazy because they crawl through one cage after another to get to the middle. They watch their brothers get zapped before, and they don't even the light. What is the light? Oh. And Christians, if you're carrying the right God, if you're carrying the God that you're created to carry, when people get close to you, the presence of God upon your life gets them. I'm not kidding. I've been on planes and it's absolutely ridiculous the things that happen on planes. Remember, are you okay with me sharing testimonies and stuff? Because what I'm sharing is completely available to you. What you don't know is this truth with testimonies, what it happens is it gives you kind of like what it looks like, but it increases your hunger. And it's a hunger after godliness. It's not after ungodliness, because grace teaches us. Grace is a teacher. That denying ungod, we deny ungodliness. The solid foundation of God still stands. Let everybody that names the name of Christ depart from iniquity. That means that sin's no longer tasty to you because you've tasted and seen that the Lord is good. When you've tasted that, oh, everything changes. Amen.
Okay. Oh my gosh. I have so many testimonies. This is not good. Jesus, help me. Oh gosh. Okay. Get on an airplane. There's a guy sitting right here by the window. Business guy. I got upgraded. So great. My chair goes from here to here. Happier, little wider, more comfortable. Amazing. Fly a lot. People are like, "Why do you get upgraded?" Because I fly a lot. You're like, "I wish I got upgraded. I wish I got free trips." Then fly like a couple hundred thousand miles a year. Praise the Lord. Do you know many people I touch on airplanes? Do you know what happens on a 10-hour flight? Do you know what it's like to see an airline attendant throwing up, getting delivered? I'm really not kidding. On an airplane, in front of people that do not like that kind of turbulence. There's a guy beside me in the chair. And I sit down. We get off the, before we get off the runway, they need to know who I, what I believe. I don't wait until we're up in the air. Wait till we're about ready to land. Okay? Well, Jesus love you. Bye. No, no, no. I want to engage them right away. So they know where I'm at. Then they can tell me where they're at. So I know where we're at. Because one of us is wrong every time unless we both agree. And if it's not about Jesus, we don't agree in any way. This is so fun. It's like, I don't even know. It's the best thing ever. Like I get to like touch people everywhere I go. Places people like, "It's really dark in here." "What?" "Just take the basket off your..."
[Applause] "...head, boy. It's really dark. Shine a little boy." I can sense the, I can sense the evil. Manifest him. I was at Happy Layman's Church. I was out there speaking. I was preaching. I was sharing what it looked like. 'Cause I'm delivering ice. I'm an ice delivery guy. I'll get back to the guy on the plane in a minute. I'm an ice delivery guy. And I'm sharing what it's like to deliver ice to all these bars. And I'm like, "If you knew what the demonic realm saw when you walked into a room, you wouldn't, you'd be very encouraged." 'Cause they just try to scare you, whisper lies, try to touch you, feel touch this, touch. So all they do is because you got buttons. So I'm delivering ice to these bars. And I walked into this one bar, bar in Harrisburg. I work for the ice company. This is the job I had before I was going to get my real estate job. And got commissioned by a lady, Patricia King, at the Ark. When you were up there at at Randy Center, crazy. But I'm up there delivering ice in my ice delivery job. I saw between 10 and 30 people healed, come to Jesus every day of my life on my job. Because it wasn't about ministry, it was about manifesting Jesus everywhere I went. I'd carry people's cakes to their car and they'd get wrecked by Jesus on the way. I'm not kidding. I'd go into those places, those those stores that have that bulletproof glass on it. Because in Harrisburg, it's pretty tough, man. I mean, Center City. And I got the privilege of going to these Center City stores. They'd be like, "Where, man? This is one shop you..." They're pretty, they're really mean. "Oh, send me. I'll go." They're Muslims and they hate Jesus. I'm like, "Ooh, ooh, ooh." I promise. What are we thinking? We're not thinking like Jesus created us to think. We're thinking like a fear-filled person that has a spirit of fear instead of a spirit of God, love, and power, and a sound mind. You can't just walk in love and power without a sound mind. Because your sound mind comes from the truth. Because the truth shall set you free. And it's not just memorizing the truth, it's actually walking out the truth. Don't be just a hearer, but be a doer. Because one that hears and doesn't do is like one that looks in the mirror, forgets who he was. That's awesome.
So I go into these stores and deliver ice. And I'm talking about this at Happy Church. Someone snaps a photo. And at the time the photo was snapped, I was completely light from the top of my hair to the bottom of my feet. Every, every speck of my body was complete, a blazing light. It was white. It was amazing. At the same point where I'm talking about when you walk into a bar carrying Jesus. I just don't go into a bar to drink with people to socialize. It's just not, it's just silly. All things are permissible, but why would I do that? It's not beneficial for anybody. We were like, "Well, you know, I can, I can do that." Just relax. Relax. Another way. Try the Bible. Okay.
So I'm going to deliver ice. I remember this one. I walk into the store. And it's just really dark, dingy. It's like this lounge. Everybody's like drinking, partying. I walk in. Music's loud. You think God can't move in here? You're wrong. I, when it's my first time at the thing, I said, "Hey." I said, "I'm here to deliver your ice." She's like, "Okay. It's back there in the corner." All right, cool. Thank you very much. I take my stuff back. I need to do my job as unto the Lord. I can't just pray for people. I need to do my job. So I go in there and I, I go back to the back. And there's ice that's piled up in the bottom. And I need to get it out. I asked her if she had a hammer, if I could just get the rubber mallet or something that I get this out. She goes, "Why?" I said, "Because, because I can. Because I, I love Jesus and he loves you." Oh, okay. Now, I ain't got no hammer. So she walks away. She walked away. I saw her limp. So I put the ice in there anyway. I couldn't get it out. There's no way. I pulled some out, but nothing I could do to get it all out. And so I walked over and said, "I say, I see you have a like a knee problem." She goes, "Yeah, I tore my knee." So what? I said, "Oh, I said, you know what? I know, I know that Jesus will heal you right here, right now." She goes, "I said, I said, do you, do you work here?" She goes, "I own the place." I go, "Awesome. I said, well, can I pray for you?" She goes, "Go ahead." With attitude. She is not in position of worship. She's not in the proper position. She's not seeking the Lord. She's not like, "Okay, hold on a second." All right, go ahead. What are we thinking? Silly. The only prerequisite is that one of us needs to believe. This just kills so many sacred cows. I eat cow. So good. Only filet. It's an inside joke between Randy and I, 'cause you can't eat that much 'cause it's expensive and it's just little, right? Or well, no. Texas. Come on, Texans. Did you guys ever eat at a restaurant called Salt Grass? Hear that? That's from the Lord, isn't it? You know how many waiters and waitresses I've seen get wrecked and ruined in there? Treat us bad. We bless them. We tip them. We always tip our bill. Always. And they get wrecked because they treat us bad. Christians, my, whatever. You bless them. They walk away with the bill. They go, "What? No, you made a mistake." Oh, oh, no. You're not a mistake. No, I, I mean the bill. No, no, no. God so loved the world that he gave. Who would I be to tell you about Jesus and not give? See, that's the whole problem. You believe God's a thief. He didn't come to steal, kill, and destroy. That's the devil. And he's stolen a lot of your life away. But Jesus came to redeem. Okay. Thank you very much. Next time you come in. Oh, I want their table. The waiter that's mine, mine, mine. Fight like seagulls in Nemo. It's crazy. So anyway, I pray for this lady. She bends down. Her knee feels better. Another lady's sitting at the bar drinking. She goes, "I wish someone pray for my mama." I go, "Where's your mama?" She goes, "She's down the street." I called my boss. I said, "Do you mind if I go down and pray for someone's mom that's hurting really bad at the house? I promise I'll get my whole job done. I'll get everything delivered, right?" "Sure, go ahead." All right. I got permission. Let's go to your mom's. She goes, "Are you serious?" This bartend, this bar owner is like, "You really going to go down there?" I said, "I absolutely am. My boss just said I could." So we went down to the house. The lady has been like bedridden. She's got a back problem that's so bad she can't even like, she can't even like bend over at all. I mean, like at all. I said, "Honey, Jesus heal you." The mom goes, "Praise the Lord. I knew that God would come." The, the lady that's drunk, "Mama, what is going on? I told you that Jesus is real. Look, this young man's going to pray for me and Jesus is going to make me better." So the lady's like, "Okay." So we prayed. And Mama bent over, touched her feet. And that lady that was drunk repented. Why? Because God's goodness touched her mama that's been in pain like for a long, long time. Jesus.
So a couple weeks later, I go back to that bar. And I'm delivering ice. Music's real loud. Way more people in there. It's like towards the end of my day. So it's about 4:30. And I'm like, I go in there. I'm working till 6 that day. I get in there. I come in. It's jamming, smoking, pool, like party time. All of a sudden, the lady that's knee got healed goes, "Everybody, mom, turn the music off." I'm like, "No, please don't do that." She goes, "No, no, no, no, no. Everybody get out here right now. Everybody in the bar." You think I'm kidding? It made me uncomfortable because I didn't come there to call him out, but that's what it was. That wasn't what it was. She goes, "We all need prayer right now. Now join hands." I said, "I need to call my boss. He needs to know where I'm at." "Are you good?" "Oh, you did it before. Do it again. Go ahead." She goes, "But you ain't leaving till you pray for everyone." "All right, awesome." So I went around. Jesus just, I went in there and I just have the best. I'm not intimidated. God crushed that thing in me. He took out without fear. Fear comes because we don't know him. But if you've been free, if God has set you free, there is no fear in freedom. There is fear in bondage. But if you've been freed from bondage, see, you can be freed in theory and believe that Jesus paid a price for you. Believe that Jesus died for you. I had a lady today. She goes, "Well, how do I, how does this work? Because I'm a Christian and I'm this and this and this." And I talked to her about diving into the truth about what God says about righteousness, about what God says about the blood of Jesus.
One more testimony. I'm read this and then, wow. This is my final session with you. Give me a break. Okay.
[Applause] All right. Like William Wallace. Freedom. Blue paint. Little bit of blood. I was going from my vacation to help L angle at the call because I promised him that I would help with the calls. So now I have to take three flights. I have to make it from this island to San Francisco, from San Francisco to Washington, from Washington to Cleveland. I land at 11:30 in the morning and I minister at 2. It's not looking real good for the home team. And if you fly three flights, the odds of maybe being late or or whatever on one of them. So I'm like, "Jesus, please get me there. I'm going to touch as many people as I can on the way." So we're on, I'm on the way through. I land in San Fran. My plane's a little bit late. I have to hurry to my gate. I get to my next flight. I fly all the way to DC. And when I land in DC, I'm really late. And I have to run. How many of you have ever flew through Dallas before? Do you know that it's uphill both ways? It always seems to be uphill every time. I don't know about you, but that's how it is for me. So I'm running. And I'm, I'm like, "This is why we have to be in shape. This is why we need to exercise." 'Cause I need to make it to my plane. So I'm running through. And I got the bag. I got the one-wheel spinner bags, not the one with two wheels, so it doesn't go and bounce people. "Hey, you guys come up and do worship? Can you please help me? Save me a little." "It'll help it go down better, easier. Thank you so much." How many of you guys appreciate these amazing, amazing..." "Are you okay?" "You good?" All right. I should have done it earlier. My gosh. There's just something about their worship that's just insane. Beautiful. Love you. Oh, okay.
So I'm on my way. I'm running through the airport. And this girl sees me. And she sees my shoes. So she says something like, "I, I don't remember exactly what it was, but she looks at my shoes." I go, and she says something about, "Famous people only. If you were famous, that's the only reason why you might wear them shoes in an airport." I go, "No, I actually wear these shoes because they help me run faster." And I'm like, out of breath, you know. And I'm talking to her. She goes, "Well, are you famous?" I said, "No." She goes, "Okay." So she starts sharing with me how she just came back out of nowhere. She comes, shares with me how she came back from the, her trip from Israel. She shared the fact that when she came back from Israel, she said it was kind of a bummer when we were there because, because of a couple of police, um, Israeli police officers that got shot there. She said that there's just such an uproar. And eight people were murdered when they were there in Jerusalem. So they had to stay inside of their hotel. They couldn't go out. I'm like, "Oh my gosh, that's crazy. We were just there a few weeks ago." And so she says to me, she goes, "Yeah, and we talk on the train a little bit."
So here's the testimony. It just came in. It says, "This says about three, three months ago, my father was diagnosed with a brain disease that is incurable called PSP. There's only 12 case studies in the world with people that have had this disease, and all have entered in a, a very quick death within five to six years. My father was 18 months into this debilitating disease. And most of these people end up choking to death, which is the final stage of this disease. You can't swallow anymore. The symptoms my father had were memory loss, and he started falling. So when we got checked, they said his brain would tell him to move, but his body would not respond. He suffered many concussions, cuts, scrapes, bruised bones. Physical activity, it's just not good for him. He couldn't do things. He'd gotten so bad. The doctors prescribed to McCain, and then very shortly thereafter, he said that he needed a walker if he was going to walk. They sent him to a therapist to teach him how to properly use the walker, and they sent him to a speech therapist, and they told him that his speech would eventually start to become slurred when he talked. The doctors at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals recommended that my father stop work immediately and file for Social Security disability. Within a couple of weeks, they were going to recommend that he stopped driving altogether because they were afraid that he was going to hurt or even kill somebody if he was behind the wheel. This is a very real diagnosis that was very grim. It has killed everyone. There's no cure for this brain disease. On the top of this, my father was born with an ankle and a hand disorder called CMT. The muscles in his feet, his ankles, and his hand deteriorate. His hands deteriorated throughout his life. He's been wearing leg braces for over 10 years. So a fall, even now and then, because his balance was off, was not uncommon. On the week of July 4th, our family got together to enjoy the festivities and spend some time with Dad in Germantown, Ohio. At this point, he looked like he was going downhill very quickly. He looked like he was 80 rather than 60. He had been helped up and down the stairs and had to be helped every time. During these four days, days, he started losing feeling in his left leg, and it started swelling. He went to the Cleveland Clinic, and they told him there's blood clots in your leg. It started to bruise, and very dark veins started to show up, and it was extremely painful for him. My older sister, or my, my older sister, CeCe, had been helping him with office work and driving him to his work appointments and doctor's business, or yeah, to work appointments and doctor's business. Her ex-husband felt compelled to and led to bless my father and decided to take him and my sister and their three kids to the, the Holy Land, Israel. It was my father's dream to go to Israel with his grandchildren. This was one of those things that was on his bucket list that he could do if he only had a few years left to live. Upon returning from Israel, they went through the DC airport, which was not supposed to..."
[Music] "...happen, which was not supposed to happen, and had to connect with another flight very quickly. My sister's daughter named Delana decided that she was going to go and get Starbucks coffee before she boarded the plane. She had no phone, and they were, we were extremely running, we were running extremely late, but she went anyway, 'cause coffee's addiction. Sorry, I just put that in there. That felt good. I've been free. So when she got her coffee at Starbucks, she noticed that she saw a man with dreadlocks and funny shoes. She made a smart comment. And I'm kind of paraphrasing. She said that only famous people wear shoes like that in public. She started to walk away off the train, and then this man asked her to come back. The Lord gave this man insight into what was going on in our family. He told her that there was one close to her in the family that had a disease, and that Jesus wanted to heal him. At that very moment, she knew this was something very big. She decided to bring this guy all the way to the other side of the, the airport, 100 gates away. Do you understand that people aren't an inconvenience? This was the opposite direction of his flight, which he obviously was going to miss at this point. He did not care and felt like he needed to go with her. He was on his way to a, a place in Cleveland to attend an event called The Call. Once they found our group, the gentleman introduced himself as Todd White, gave his testimony of what Jesus has done in his life. He told my father, "There's absolutely no disease in heaven, and I'm going to lay my hands on him and pray for him. He told him that today, the Lord is going to heal you." My sister also laid hands on my father with him as well. And when she did, my father felt something shoot through his brain all the way to his feet. And at that moment, my sister started to to pray in tongues. She didn't pray in tongues, but at that point, boom, it happened. There were no physical signs of healing at that particular moment. So they left and boarded their plane, went. We left and and boarded our plane and went back to Ohio. The next morning, my father got up out of bed, however, without any assistance, and walked outside down a steep driveway to grab trash and then ran and brought it back up. When my mother saw this, she was yelling at my father, asking him if he was crazy. My father walked in the house and said, "Something has happened. I believe the Lord has healed me because I can walk and I'm not stumbling and I feel completely refreshed and renewed." A couple of days later, my father came home to the house and visited, uh, came to my house and visited us. And he was not using a cane or a walker. He was alive and energetic and continued to claim God's healing. A few days after that, we had most of our family coming to town to stay with us. We had family members completely blown away, even asking, "What, what has happened? We have to figure out what really happened to him. What's going on?" They were having a very hard time with this because at this particular point, we all planned the last few years of him on Earth. My father went to the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals to get a second opinion. The doctors did not understand what was going on, and they said they would have to do a series of tests to figure out what was going on. My father asked the doctor, "Can you please tell me finally if I have this brain disease?" The doctor looked at him and said, "The only way we can tell is if we do a brain autopsy." The answer right there was good enough for me to know that Jesus healed my father and used Todd White's obedience to say something to a teenage girl that had made a smart comment to him. As I write this, I tell you that God has now healed my father 100%. His mind is 100% healed. Watch this. The gray hairs on his head are starting to turn brown again and reverse. My father is not going to quit working. He is signing contracts and closing deals. He is a salesman that works for the energy company, an energy company, and every deal that he is running into, he is signing. The Lord will provide not only for his health, but for him financially for many years to come. We also believe that this is just the start of a segue to healing that God has for our entire family. He is obviously setting us up for something very big. He is allowing reconciliation and restoration of relationships and forgiveness to to overshadow the whole thing of destruction the enemy has tried to do on our whole family. I also believe there's going to be a lot of people coming to Christ and revival during due to this healing, specifically in my, she actually said, specifically in our city and county. My wife and I have not stopped talking about this amazing miracle. I can't shut up. People have told me to keep silent and not say anything to certain people. I told them that that was not going to happen. I was going to be very vocal about Jesus healing my father. Watch this. We have had opportunities now to pray for other people and lay our hands on them, and the Lord is healing them. Obviously, we all have, watch, obviously we all have this power because we have Jesus and the Holy Spirit is living inside of us. He said that he would do greater things, and he is. This was in a rush. See, the man that wrote this letter was there in the airport. He was angry that I was praying for this man, and I saw it. And I said, "Hey, I said, God's about to show you who he really is. And I just prayed for your dad, and you mark my words, you're going to see change." Thanks. Just angry. That's the guy that wrote the letter. What are you going to do to him? How you going to talk him out of it? He's forever done. Toast, man. For there's more to the story.
See, when that girl told me, "Oh, are you ready to get wiped out?" That girl told me that the reason why she couldn't walk around in in Jerusalem is because of these two soldiers that got shot. So three weeks earlier than that, we did a tour. I helped partner with Daniel Kendon with Reinhard Bonnke's ministry. Daniel Kendon now is the, the head of it. I went over there and we did a tour of 500 people to Jerusalem, the Holy Lands. And on our last day, we were walking through. We were trying to get through as fast as we could. And we came up to this one spot at the Lion's Gate, where right down there is the Dome of the Rock. You can't get on it. It was like, you weren't getting on it like it was. And I had a big Jewish bracelet on, so that wasn't going to happen. But anyway, my daughter Destiny, she runs down. She goes, "Dad, that's where you went into the Dome." I said, "Yeah." She runs down. And the guard or the our guide goes, "Please don't go down there. It's dangerous." My daughter goes, "It's okay." She runs out. I'm like, "Jackie, my wife." Jackie, "Honey, I said, I got to go get her." She goes, "Please hurry." I go, "Okay." We're in a big hurry. We have to get to where we got to go. And we, we did. We were in a press to get to the Garden Tomb because that was our last sight for the day. And I didn't want my wife to miss that 'cause she's never been there. And it's pretty significant. So we run down to the end. And we see these Palestinian guards that are at the end of the tunnel. Now, if you're a Muslim, you walk right up. They see you. They let you right in. But I walk up. And they know that I'm not a Muslim. So I walk up to the end. And I have this, this uh, big Jewish star, bright blue and white. And I go, "Can I go in there?" They go, "I go, okay." And so I'm sitting there. And God gives me a word of knowledge about this Muslim. So I go, "You have pain on, right here on the right side." He goes, "Huh? What?" He doesn't speak English. So I'm either going to get my iPhone out and I translate on that thing, or somebody's going to translate for me. I use it all the time. It's amazing. Jesus wants to make you better. So I said, and the girl goes, "I, I, I speak." I go, "Awesome. Can you translate for me? You're a Muslim?" She goes, "Yep." I go, "Okay. Can you translate for me? 'Cause Esau is going to heal his back." What? I said, "Yes, he lives in me. Can you see him? Look at that." So we pray. She lets me pray. I said, "Tell him." So it guns, all that stuff. They're just like, I mean, it's it's intense. So guns. Most Christians don't talk to people with guns. I unfortunately used to get arrested all the time. So I need to tell the people with guns 'cause I was the guy in the back seat. So they need to know there's hope. So I looked. And I, I said, "And Jesus is going to heal your back right now. He's the one that spoke to me about it. It's a sciatic nerve pain goes down here." I said, "But right now, I'm going to pray for you. Hold your hand. And you're going to, you're going to sense the power of Esau come into your body and heal you right now." He goes, "She goes, what?" I said, "Please tell him." She tells him. He goes, "Oh." He tries to pull away. Said, "No, no, no, no, no. In the name of Jesus, be healed." He bends over. He's completely healed. Freaked out. There's Muslims coming by. You think this is really tense? I mean, you are the one that went into the Dome of the Rock. That was not very smart. But if I'm never going to die, what am I afraid of? I mean, one day I'll put off the tent, but I'm just going to be with Jesus. What are you going to do? Push me into a greater glory. To live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if we don't see what heaven paid a price for us to be, we won't think it's to die is gain. We'll be afraid of death. But fear of death is crushed on the cross.
So we, we walk back down the tunnel. We get to the end. And when we got there, there's three more police people there. One of them has a machine gun right on me. I go, "Easy, man. I said, you guys speak English?" The one guy goes, "Yeah, yeah, yeah." I go, "Awesome, man. God, I tell you, my testimony." So I shared my testimony with this guy like, "Jesus did this and this." And the, the people are like, "We really have to go. We really have to go." But they know it's not going to work 'cause I need to, I didn't go there to walk where Jesus walked. I went to walk, walk like Jesus said we can walk. And people are dying. And I'm not in a hurry to get somewhere where he's not. Although I want to try to honor my family and get him there and the people that are on the tour with us. So I'm sharing with them. I said, "Can I pray for you, man? That Jesus would make himself real to you?" He's like, "Sure." So I hold his hand and pray for him. "Jesus name." Guys, still has a machine gun on me. I said, "God loves you so much, man. I said, I, it's crazy. You're like the original tree. I'm just grafted in. I'm just happy to be grafted into this thing, man. Bless you. God loves you." Thank you so much, sir. And I walked on. And we got to the Garden Tomb. It was amazing. And everybody got wiped out. It was so crazy.
So a couple of weeks later, I get this email. And it's from one of our F, or a text. One of my friends. He sends me this picture of these machine guns laying on the ground. I'm like, "No way." Then he sends me a picture. And it's the very soldiers that I witnessed to that got executed.
[Music] And it hit me so hard. That people are here today and gone tomorrow, man. And it would have been nothing to just, "Hey, I'm on a tour. Hey, guys, Jesus loves you." Just walk by. But no. I, I need to share a real strong witness with them. All God's asked you to do is be a witness. He didn't even tell you to do witnessing. He said to be a witness. But to be a witness, you have to be possessed with who Jesus says you are. You have the pictures. Where is it? Let me see. I'm coming down. That's the guy I was praying for right there. They're the soldiers. That's him. Show the next one. Oh, you don't have the next one. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, no. It's both of them. The guy with the machine gun that has it on me. In the far, you can see him. He's kind of looking ahead, but he's dead on me. So this guy right here is real happy. I'm sharing the reality of who Jesus is. You can see his face. You can see him lighting up. The guy beside him, I shared the gospel with both these guys. The other guy didn't want to talk to me. These are the ones that lost their life. Somebody that you're walking by, you might be the last chance they have, man. You might be. They hit me so hard. I said, "God, please help me. Help me equip people to see who they are." Jesus, you're amazing. You paid the same price for me as you paid for everybody else. God, let me make the gospel so simple. God reminded me of a scripture in 2 Corinthians 11:3. "Right after I betroth you to one husband, I may present you as a chased virgin to Christ." It says, "But I fear, just as Satan deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your mind might be corrupted and taken away from the simplicity and purity, or the simplicity and the sincerity that's in the Christ." See, Satan wants to talk you out of this thing. And he wants to tell you who you're not, so you can never see who you are. Says that nothing can separate us from receiving the love of God that's in Christ Jesus. Says angels, principalities, powers, life, death, things present, things to come, nor any other created things shall be able to separate me from receiv receiving the love of God that's in Christ Jesus. And we give a clap. And it's true. But there's one thing that's not on that list. That's your past. 'Cause your past is the only thing that can separate you from receiving the love of God. And that's not believing that the cross was enough. I promise. The days of guilt, shame, and condemnation came through Moses. Moses was given the ministry of condemnation, and it had glory, and it was engraved on stones. But we've been given a different ministry. A ministry that has much more glory, not engraved on stones, but engraved on the heart. It's the ministry of righteousness. And right standing with God is amazing because Jesus pays this price that you could never pay. He lives a life that you could never live, a holy and perfect life to make you, to put you into a place where two commandments are the strongest ones. And it's to love God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. He actually takes strength out of it. Because in the New Testament, you have to love God in your weakness. 'Cause your weakness is a magnet for God's strength. You can't be strong and love God. You have to be weak and love God. And then love your neighbor as yourself. And when you see this, there are, there are two commandments. And there are the two, and all the law and all the prophets, and everything hangs on these two. Because when you fulfill these two, and you love God with all your mind, there's nothing that can talk you out of this love. Nothing. In Hebrews nine, he talks about it. He says that the, the table, the lamp, the showbread, talks about the priest. He went in once a year to atone for sin. And that atonement was external. It was the day of atonement. He would offer blood for the people's sins committed in ignorance, and his committed in ignorance. But the condemnation never left. The law produced condemnation because there's, it's never satisfied. But when Jesus came, he offered a much better sacrifice with much better promises. And it says, "How much more shall the blood of Jesus cleanse your conscience from dead works in order to serve God?" So he doesn't cleanse you externally. He cleans you internally. And then we be strengthened in our inner man. Christ be formed in you, but growing in him and having a relationship with the author and letting God train your soul, training you in right standing with God. And what it means to be right with God, self-control becomes so focused to where anything else that's outside of the reality of his voice and his love for you and his goodness towards you becomes unacceptable. And you don't rebuke the stranger's voice anymore. You just thank God for the truth that has set you free. And when the, when the enemy whispers, you just proclaim the truth. "Thank you, God, that was the liar. I'm 100% opposite. You're amazing." Or you give the devil the silent treatment and never pay attention to him. See, the truth is, is that in the Old Testament, I shared earlier today, and I need to seal this up. We, okay, sorry. It's long. It's, it's eternal gospel. I just hope you wake up different. You look in the mirror and go, "Oh my gosh, I am free." You actually believe it. And you live with no more guilt, shame, and condemnation. You live with conviction. And if you obey your convictions, you'll never slip into...
[Music] ...condemnation. When you're convicted of his great love, and the Holy Spirit does what he, what he's come to do. Jesus said, "When the Holy Spirit comes, he will convict the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment." That's what he says. Are you with me? Of sin, because they don't believe in me. You do believe in him, so you've already been convicted of that. Of righteousness, because I'm going to go to be with the Father. See, Jesus told the disciples that he had many things to tell you, but you couldn't bear up under it. Now, he had two things that he wanted to give the disciples, but they couldn't happen. Jesus told him in Matthew 6:33, "Seek first the kingdom of God and his..."
[Music] "...righteousness, and everything will be added." When these things are in place, kingdom is dominion, the authority, but it's the dominion of God in a person, the dominion of the Lord, the lordship of Jesus. Righteousness is your right standing with God. So when you seek for the righteous, seek first the righteousness of God and the kingdom of God. The kingdom is not meat or drink, but it's righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. So when you seek first kingdom, it's your relationship with the Holy Ghost. And he reveals what it means to be right with God. And everything is added to you. It's so good. Changes everything.
So in the Old Testament, the Jew could not come into the Holy of Holies because of the veil. Only the high priest. And he would offer sac, he would offer sacrifices. You had the guy that tried to steady the ark, and he died. You had Aaron's sons who tried to come into the holy of place and offer strange fire, and they were killed on the spot. You have another king that tried to go into the holy of Holies, and he was a leper for the rest of his life. So when Jesus said, "It is finished," on that cross, he who knew no sin became sin, so you might become what you couldn't do to achieve in the Old Testament. Jesus became sin so you might become the righteousness of God. And when he said, "It is finished," that veil tore from top to bottom. Because God didn't want to go through a priest on this earth for you to get to him. He wanted his kids back. But it says that the blood, blood of Jesus, "How much more shall the blood of Jesus cleanse your conscience from dead works in order to serve God?" And that's what happened to me. And that's what can happen to you. See, God didn't just forgive you. He forgot it. As a matter of fact, if you're a person and you've had stuff in your body and stains from yesterday, redemption is way big. It's amazing. Yes, he forgave you. But if he forgot it, then that means that the mark and stain of yesterday must be...
