Oh my god, Katie, you have to try this. It's so good.

Oh my god. Lemon parm chicken orzo. 551 calories, 50 grams of protein. Let me show you how to make it.

We're starting with 2 lbs of cubed chicken breast. Season that with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Then mix that until all the chicken's well coated. Add your chicken breast to a pan over medium heat. Spread that out. Let that cook for about 5 to 7 minutes until nearly done.

Just before your chicken's done, add in one large diced shallot as well as 3 teaspoons of minced garlic. Keep cooking for another 1 to two minutes until nice and fragrant. Then add 2 and 1/2 cups of dry orzo. Get that nice and toasted.

Once the orzo has a nice light toast, add in your chicken broth. We're also going to add in three cups of peas and carrots. Bring that up to a light simmer. Then throw your lid on. Cook that for about 10 to 12 minutes until that orzo has absorbed that chicken broth.

Once the orzo is nice and tender, add the zest of two lemons as well as the juice of those lemons. Of course, can't forget our cheese. Start with one block of reduced fat cream cheese and two cups of shredded parmesan. Give that until the cheese is melted. You have a nice little cream sauce.

I wish you guys could smell this, but instead, just listen. Last thing we need to do is divide this up into our meal prep containers. And just like that, you have seven protein packed meals ready for the week.

Remember, meal prep doesn't have to suck. Your diet doesn't have to suck. It's recipes like this that'll have you enjoying your diet and melting off that body fat. Enjoy.
