It's so important to look at what is the essential relationship in the natal chart between the Sun and the Moon. And then we can extrapolate those essential relationships, the meanings to transits, in a really easy-to-understand way.
So when we're looking at the conjunction, let me pull that up. We're going to get this, we're going to get all of these transits once a year, except the sexile and trine. So when we have the Sun conjunct to the Moon, this I did actually, uh, last week or two weeks ago. Uh, we'll get this once a year when the transiting Sun conjuncts our natal Moon and our emotions are running very high. We have a lot of feelings. With the Sun and the Moon transit, uh, with with all of the difficult transits, I would say that the conjunction between the Sun and the Moon and transit is, can, is a more difficult transit. So we are, we're feeling our feelings, and it's about a week, but it's a really, it's a three-day peak with the exact day that the Sun is conjunct to the Moon being the crescendo. And our feelings are expressed through our behavior. It's, it's actually easy to simply do what it is that we're feeling, and we feel urged to do that. We feel like, um, I have to express this. And it, we're always bringing underlying issues to the surface every time we have a Sun-Moon transit. And it's allowing us progress towards achieving integration. Integration meaning the two things are on the same page, the feelings and the behavior. So I have that simplicity within ourselves. So we have that expression of simplicity when the Sun and the Moon are conjunct on that particular day.
Let me take you guys in the other room here so I can sit down so my feet are getting tired. I'll come check on those biscuits in a second here. Um, I do not know what I look like or if you can even see me, but I'll sit over here. My boyfriend is an archaeologist, and I will tell you what, it's so appropriate that he lived under literally five feet of dust. But this place is totally clean now that I'm his girlfriend and presentable. So I can actually look around. Single man, I tell you what, their houses smell like a, a mix of dust and B. Every single man I've ever known.
So we are overwhelmed with our feelings if we are not used to being in touch with them. And I found the Sun-Moon conjunction that I had just recently last week to be very overwhelming to me. Um, that, uh, because I can deal with some amount of avoidance issues or attachment issues, and I certainly gotten better over the years, but not perfect. And it's probably something I'll always find little pieces to address over the course of time. So, um, it is a very nervous few days that we can have if we aren't really used to feeling our feelings. Now, if we have the Moon in a, um, really easy aspect to the Ascendant, that actually can make it much easier, um, to deal with these difficult transits. We're on the Ascendant itself or in the first house because it is much easier to mobilize and access and express. Or, phly, stop that right now. Don't be rude to her. Stop. My boyfriend's dog, this German Shepherd, he's a sweet guy, but sometimes he gets rampacious.
So we must, um, accept that, uh, you know, we're going to be emotional for a couple of days, and we need to talk about it. We really do. We need to take this opportunity. This, this is the birth of a cycle of admitting what's going on with us and allowing people in, mobilizing our feelings. Um, our emotions are, they're intense. Women, every time we have, uh, me jump up for one second here. Looking good. Every time we have a Sun-Moon transit, we're going to have some kind of either success or potential challenge with women or feelings, female figures. And, um, for me, it was very helpful actually when I had the recent conjunction. I was able to have a really good talk with my mom about some of the things that were going on with me and able to get her advice and her input. It's very common for us to seek out a figure, a maternal figure, somebody that can lend us advice or bring us stability. And our mother is not an unusual person to reach out to, if we can tolerate her. Not all of us can. So depending on the, the relationship that's there. And I have a natally good relationship between between my Sun and my Moon. So I have a, a good adult relationship with my parents. If you have natally a difficult aspect between your Sun and the Moon, you may not have such a good adult relationship or childhood relationship with your parent. But whoever the maternal figure is in your life, we do tend to seek them out.
So let's look at the sextile, where our inner and our outer are working harmoniously. Our feelings and our behavior are on the same page. So we experience, um, one experiences, with one experiences, not supposed to say ease, when experiences, is experiences ease in relationships and expressing their feelings. It's just easier to say what's on our mind, to mobilize what's within ourselves. So we build on what bubbled up with more intensity at the conjunction. So decisions are made with confidence at the sextile. At the conjunction, decisions, yes, we, we will make them. We will be able to, uh, know generally what we're feeling, and that can help us to to decide something. Um, but there can be a nervousness, there can be a thinking it over, there can be a needing to allow it to come up, needing to allow the feelings to come up to become clear. We can, you know, have it, give, give it some time, some days or some hours. With the sextile, it's much cleaner. Um, we are not really wondering about one or the other thing. It's very clear to us what we're thinking, what we're feeling, and we're balanced between the rational and our emotional needs. We're taking both into account. And we do feel drawn to interact with friends and others. So this is a popular time. It's a popular couple of days that we can have because we ourselves, at the sextile and the trine, are being quite, um, you know, we have a harmony within ourselves. We are emoting a happiness or a simplicity. It's attractive. So we do tend to draw people to us, and we tend to want to interact with others when we have both the sextile or the trine. Few days of the year, um, so this is, uh, this is a good time to plan a trip where say you are interacting with people that normally you would have a hard time being around, or you are looking to work on a project that requires a lot of cooperation. Oh, these are great days to put that on the calendar for, um, or to seek out some kind of advice from a female figure, a therapist, as somebody that can impart some wisdom. So we can finally make a decision about something because again, we've got a really good hemispheric flow going on here between right and left brain. So these are good days to put onto the calendar. In fact, I marked the days at the beginning of the year that I have Sun-Moon aspects, Sun-Venus aspects as well, because these are days where we can, um, achieve more, a success if we use it really deliberately.
Okay, I'm going to jump up very quickly. Look at my biscuits. Five more minutes. Eating cheesy biscuits tonight. I made broccoli rice cheesy casserole because I don't eat pork ribs. So let's look at the Sun square to the Moon, which we'll also get two days of the year. So relationships are challenged. They're challenged during this particular week, um, you know, definitely on the three days that, uh, this occurs. And we have a conflict between our heart and our head. We are crabby. We're not easy to get along with, and we can hesitate to make decisions due to the inability to tell what is good for us rationally, what's good for us emotionally. So we go back and forth and back and forth. We lack wisdom, uh, during the days that this is going on. So others find us, not finds us, others can find us hard to get along with, irritable, easily triggered. So negative emotions are expressed through actions and through the ego. This is why we're often getting into trouble when we have hard aspects of the natal chart between Sun and Moon, because unconscious things, instincts, that is expressed through the ego. That, that's the lens through which those things come out. Mars-Moon too can show up that way. So we have a lot of feelings, and our negative feelings do tend to drive us. They do tend to be expressed more. We are touchy, touchy, touchy. Um, we're easily triggered. So we have to be conscious of what is already in us. That's the best way to handle the triggers when we have these particular days. So we're reactive to outside stimulus, and we are taking things way too personally. So we need to stop and think. We need to stop and breathe. Um, because we're feeling and then we're just acting on that. Especially if we have a Mars aspect or difficult Mars-Mars aspect that day or that week, oh my God, it can really contribute to us, um, going a bit off the rails. So we see ourselves at the center of negativity with this, uh, square on these days, and others are going to distance themselves from us due to our moodiness and our self-centeredness. We can be very self-centered. This also goes for having Sun-Moon aspects in the natal chart, uh, but these days that we have these, um, the Sun-Moon transits and it's the hard aspects and the conjunction, uh, we are self-centered. We are thinking about ourselves. We don't turn into narcissists, but we are more concerned what with what is going on with us. So it's not, we're not as friendly. We're not reaching out. We're, we're concerned with ourselves, not really so much others. But the easy, easy aspects and halfway with the conjunction, we are concerned with others. We're, we are reaching out. Um, there's enjoyment, an enjoyment of others' company. But we're not even enjoying our own company then. We have the square. So, um, it is not a transit where we make a lot of friends. And this going be a couple of days where we may just want to schedule a spa day or not really engage in a ton of social activity because we're just, you know, kind of a crabby crab. It's also harder to make decisions. We need to get good advice. We'll probably not follow it. But, um, you know, don't even bother, honestly. Don't even bother when you have Sun-Moon days. Put it off because it is going to be so frustrating, and we just can't get good advice or information on either end. So my advice, it's, it's about a week total, three days crescendo of a transit. Just put critical decisions off because we don't know really what we want and how we're feeling. So if you can put it off, do.
All right, so let me jump up and then we're going to talk about the trine. And I'm going to put these ribs on another plate so they look a little bit more appetizing. Gross, seriously. All right, so the trine, these are a good couple of days a year because relationships are easier to negotiate. If we can find peace in most of our interactions, we're peaceful within ourselves. So we feel at ease with our feelings. We can express them without reservation or expectation of being blocked. Now, with the square, there is often an expectation of being blocked. And also with the conjunction, we can have to pierce through, um, a type of a minor barrier. It's kind of like when something comes up. Oh, here's a very disgusting but applicable comparison. So it's like when you vomit, there's that sphincter in your throat that has to open up in order to let something out that's coming up from the inside of us. It's not something that, if we vomit correctly, if we give into it, is hard to do. It will open on its own. And that's what the conjunction is like. Is it's like there is something coming up from us, but we don't have to force it. It's, it's going to open, but it's like a, a barrier that, um, opens when we feel enough of that emotional pressure. Now, with the trine, there is no pressure. We don't feel like there's anything on those particular days that is keeping us from expressing what we want. And it's easier to negotiate with others because we aren't, really in a place of needy agenda. We feel at ease with our feelings. Decisions are informed by thinking and feeling in an excellent, excellent way. With the trine, and with the sextile, these are the best days of the year to make really good decisions because we have access to both hemispheres of our brain. So we don't cause distance when we, um, interact with others. Actually draw others to us because we are displaying warmth. And we can make progress in, um, creating more authentic connections with others. These are very good days of the year to make progress in our relationships, to even make friends. Um, women are very happy to assist us and our source of wisdom and comfort during the trine. Not unusual for us to get really good advice, for us to seek out somebody that has what it is that we need emotionally. Not unusual to look out, you know, to, to, you know, get with our mother or a maternal figure that we can trust.
All right, so let's look at the opposition, which I cannot see on this picture. So let me change this here. All right, so the Sun opposite to the Moon, we are torn between our instincts and our conscious intentions when we have this particular transit. So we feel like we're forced to choose one or the other, or, um, we're forced to compromise, and we don't want to compromise, or we feel we often feel rushed to compromise or pressured to compromise. So we can see how our inner drives and our instincts are conflicting with what we think of ourselves and what we consciously choose. We may have an awarewolf moment when we have the Sun opposite the Moon, particularly if we have other transits that, um, you know, oh, let me look at these. Sorry, sorry, sorry. The confer insight. Oops. Okay, so I let those go a little bit long because I got all wrapped up. So I'm going to bring you guys in here so I can finish these biscuits up. Probably won't be able to see me very well, but you can hear me. So we are not happy when we have these particular days because what we're wanting and what we feel like we have to do, they are not, uh, they're not on the same page. And we can be really, uh, bent out of shape that life is the way it is. Um, these are often days when we're really pouting, and we can feel like everything is against us. So when we have the opposition between the Sun and the Moon, I really do not think that we are thinking clearly because we can be just overcome with feelings. And move you guys for a second here. Thank you for being so patient with me. We are moving between thinking and feeling, and thinking and feeling, thinking and feeling, thinking and feeling. And our feelings are very intense on Sun opposite Moon days. We are not, um, easy to deal with, and we're going to experience opposition from others because of our decisions or behavior. A lot of times we're just kind of unbalanced. We can feel attacked. And we can stories with this, uh, this on these days because we have that option. When we have a werewolf moment, we have the option to really see what's going on and say, oh, okay, maybe I do have something to do with that, or to, uh, continue to, um, do what we've always done because we don't want to change. So we can have, you know, it's, it's not the biggest werewolf moment that we may have, but it is one nonetheless. Think I threw away my seasoning packet. Yes, I did. There it is. Um, it is one nonetheless. And if it's combined with others, say, oh God, like Pluto transits or, um, even Uranus transits, we can really come to appreciate getting the licking. We can really appreciate becoming more capable of humility on these days. These are not the days when you have the Sun opposite to the Moon and transit. These are not the days to visit family that you don't like because the drama, the, uh, the feelings, the anger, the vitriol, the blame, it will be at a peak, I guarantee you. So stay away. And particularly if this were to fall, um, you know, around a holiday, maybe you want to go to the Caribbean instead of going home for the holidays with this going on because I am telling you what, it is no fun. I'm going to go over here and paint these. Can you still hear me? Can you guys still hear me if I'm far away? Can you hear me if I'm over here? Yep, yep. Yay. It is no fun to go home on days out of the year where everywhere we look, we have a problem with everybody. And it can remind us of our past. In particular, you know, Sun square Moon days too can remind us more of our past. So rather than being in a position where we are seeing the best in others, or we're not even seeing the best in ourselves, or appreciating others, or looking for harmony, we're not looking for harmony on these particular days. Um, especially if we're around people that we already have an issue with. It's, you know, patience is not going to come easy. It is not going to come easy. Uh, and what we do, you know, how we treat others, that may have consequences throughout the rest of the year. And it may not be until you make some kind of amends that, uh, you're able to make some progress when it comes to how we negatively act out, um, the, you know, the square. Yes, we get that definitely. We can piss people off, absolutely. It's worse with the opposition. So we have to be careful about, um, we have to be careful about how spontaneous we are when it comes to dealing with people. We can be way too impulsive on these particular days. Again, there can be consequences that strangely you may deal with the next time you have a Sun-Moon contact in transit. Same thing where we see relationships starting when we have Sun-Venus or Venus-Ascendant or Sun-Ascendant. Then we see, you know, the building on those relationships when we have Sun-Moon transits. We're building on how well we know ourselves, really. And if we aren't really aware of ourselves, and we have these Sun opposite Moon days, which thank God we only get one out of the year, um, we can do ucent damage. And it's, it's, it's not like the worst damage unless it is compounded by other difficult transits. This could be something that acts as, um, you know, a timer, the camel, I'm sorry, the straw that breaks the camel's back. Yeah, but usually it's, it's not going to be something that is the worst thing that could happen to us or that we could do, but it is notable. So, um, yeah, these are interesting transits to pay attention to. And myself, I look at them and I watch for them. Whoa, that is some spicy barbecue sauce, man. I'm really not, uh, not good at barbecue, but it's good. Um, put these on your calendar. I put these on my calendar. I put these, uh, on my calendar because I know that these, particularly on the good days, these are the days where I'm going to be able to share myself. Um, on the day of the conjunction, the sextile, the trine. In fact, I had a really good, um, conversation with my boyfriend on the day just last week when I had the Sun conjunct to the Moon, and it was a bit hard because it was a confrontation. It wasn't angry, there was nothing really wrong. Um, it was just a confrontation. The, the sense that, you know, I had some feelings building up in me that I needed to share. And you will find that in the balsamic stage, uh, where the Sun is and the dark phase before it comes to the Moon, we will have an internal buildup. And then when we have that conjunction, we have to share it. It has to express. And it, for me, it was nothing but good things. It was, um, it was comforting. And that's what, uh, we will experience if we are getting the best out of the easy transits. It's very difficult with the hard transits to expect different. It, it, we can go into it. I mean, even me, I've gone into this like, oh, I know I'm going to have the Sun square the Moon. I'm not going to let it get me. I'm going to have a good week. Well, you know what? I was still crabby and emotional. Um, we can think that we're above astrology, and we can do our best to to work with transits to the best of our ability, but we don't get to escape life. So know that, uh, you know, even if you are the most positive person in the world and you understand astrology super well, that you may be a bit crabby when we have these difficult, um, days, and to just allow for that. Plan for it. Um, don't make critical decisions. Probably do not go to family gatherings or have anything to do with an ex-wife or an ex-husband. And, uh, pamper yourself. Be self-centered. Be all about you. Be all about your feelings. Be all about exploring your feelings. Spend money on yourself. Go shopping. Avoid people. We, we can get the best out of these without, um, you know, allowing ourselves to feel our feelings, but positioning ourselves in such a way where we aren't, um, ween doing too much damage or, um, just being annoying or out of control. All right, so what time are we at? We have, we do have some time here to take some questions. Um, I can take a couple of questions. Do we have any?
