We're big into like film, like actual. I mean, I'm a we're huge cellular guys. I mean, I've seen all of Nolan's stuff on 70 millimeter IMAX. I mean, like that because, you know, he really modeled his stuff after Kubrick. I mean, he loved 2001 and all that, all that.
So those movies, so, uh, I know, but he cut my death scene out of, uh, Dark Knight. And it was because he said it was so violent that it would have got, uh, NC-17 rating. Please tell us, tell us, tell us what your death scene was.
So I, I don't know how to pronounce her last name, Marion, yeah. Uh, after she, yeah, after Bane dies and Batman, Chris gets stabbed, she gets in one of those, you know, those vehicles. Oh yeah, yeah. And starts to drive away, and I'm shooting at her, and I got run over. All it does, it just cuts, and I'm on the ground dead.
But it was so violent. The guy that was doubling me got hit by the car. They put a Plexiglas thing on the front of it, and he got hit, and he, they had ropes to pull him into the air, but he went up and they dropped him from about 15 feet. And the sound of his body hitting the cobblestone street in front of the New York Stock Exchange, it was sickening.
And I remember I looked at, at Christopher Nolan when we shot it, and his face was white. He was like, "Oh, okay, let's, let's move on. We got that." You know, but it was, it was like, "Oh my God, is that guy gonna get up? Is he okay?" But he said, he said that if he would have put it in the movie, it would have got an NC-17.
