The Most Dangerous Woman for a God-Called Man (Avoid These 5)

The Bible Lens10:42

Transcription

She didn't destroy him with anger. She didn't destroy him with lies. She destroyed him with a smile. And he never saw it coming.

You are a Christian man who loves God. You pray. You try to walk in integrity. But there is a war being fought over your destiny. And it is not always fought with weapons. Sometimes it walks through your front door looking like everything you've ever wanted.

Solomon was the wisest man who ever lived. and he fell. Not because he stopped believing in God, because he chose the wrong women. And by the time he realized what had happened, the fire was already inside the walls.

Today, I'm not going to tell you to avoid bad women. I'm going to show you five specific types of women that the enemy uses to derail God- called men. And by the end of this video, you will be able to recognize every single one of them before they get close enough to cost you your calling. stay until the fifth type because she is the most dangerous one and she looks the most like a blessing.

The spiritual costume. She knows every worship song. She shows up to church early. She quotes scripture in her texts and says, "God told me about everything, including you. You feel a pull. She seems anointed. She speaks your language." And that is exactly what makes her dangerous. Because there is a difference between a woman who has been transformed by God and a woman who has learned to speak the language of transformation.

Proverbs 7 describes her precisely. She is loud. She is in the streets. Her house is fragrant with perfume and her words are smooth as oil. And she says to the young man, "I have peace offerings with me today. I have paid my vows." She sounds religious. She sounds devoted. She even invokes God in her invitation. But the writer of Proverbs doesn't call her a bad woman. He calls her a trap. A trap dressed in the language of the sacred.

Here is the revelation. The enemy does not always send a woman who looks worldly. He sends a woman who knows exactly what a spiritual man is looking for and performs it flawlessly. The test is not what she says about God. The test is what her life looks like when no one is watching. Does her peace come from genuine surrender? Or does her anointing only appear when you are in the room? Guard your spirit. A spiritual costume can look exactly like the real thing until the season changes and she takes it off. Not every woman who speaks the language of heaven has ever been there.

The assignment thief. You had a vision before she arrived. You knew what God was building in you. You had a direction, a discipline, a burning sense of purpose. Then she came into your life and slowly, quietly that fire began to dim. Not because she was evil, not because she hated you, but because she was not built for where God was taking you. And instead of supporting your assignment, she became a competing one.

Think of Samson. He was set apart before he was born. The angel told his mother, "This child is a Nazerite consecrated to God. And Samson had genuine power. He defeated lions with his bare hands. He routed armies alone. But every time Delilah pressed him, every time she said, "If you loved me, you would tell me," something in him weakened. He didn't fall in one moment. He fell in a thousand small surreners.

The revelation is this. Delilah did not take Samson's strength. Samson gave it away one conversation at a time to a woman who was not his covenant. If the woman in your life consistently pulls you away from prayer, away from purpose, away from the men of God who sharpen you, that is not love. That is spiritual erosion. And it happens so slowly you think it's normal. Stay in your assignment. The right woman will never make you choose between her and God's calling on your life. The enemy doesn't always come to destroy your anointing. Sometimes she comes to distract it until it dies on its own.

Mid roll CTA after type two. If this is already hitting close to home, type in the comments, "Guard my calling and subscribe because the next video will show you exactly what the right woman looks like when God sends her."

Type three, the wound that walks. You feel for her. You genuinely do. She has been through things that would have broken most people. She carries pain in her eyes that moves something deep in you. That protector instinct, that desire to be the man who finally gets it right for her. But here is the hard truth that nobody tells good-hearted men. You cannot love someone into healing. Only God can do that.

King David had a son named Amnan who became consumed with a woman named Tamar. What Amnan called love was obsession. And it was rooted not in who she was, but in the idea of rescuing her. The moment he had her, he hated her more than he had loved her. Because what he was actually drawn to was the wound, not the woman. An unhealed woman does not need a relationship. She needs the altar. And if you become her substitute for God, her comfort, her validation, her reason to get out of bed, you have not loved her. You have delayed her healing and endangered your own peace.

The revelation, compassion without discernment is not a virtue. It is a vulnerability. You can pray for her. You can honor her. But you cannot build a covenant with someone who is still bleeding from the last war. Let God be her healer first. Then if he directs it, you can walk beside her as her partner, not her savior. A man who tries to love a woman into wholeness will lose himself before she finds herself.

Type four, the comfort trap. She is not dramatic. She is not destructive. She is simply comfortable, safe, familiar. And that is the problem. You have been together long enough that leaving feels like loss. But staying feels like settling. And deep down in that place you don't say out loud, you know that this relationship was never ordained. It was convenient.

God spoke to Abraham, "Leave your country, your people, your father's household, and go to the land I will show you." Not a map, not a guarantee, just a direction and a promise. But Abraham had a nephew, Lot, who followed him. And as long as Lot was there, Abraham could not fully receive the fullness of what God had for him. The land could not be divided between Abraham's destiny and Lot's comfort. Sometimes the relationship that is hardest to leave is not the toxic one. It is the comfortable one. The one that has never really hurt you. The one that has just quietly, slowly kept you from going further.

The revelation comfort is not confirmation. The fact that something feels safe does not mean it is sent by God. Peace in a relationship is necessary, but it is not sufficient. Ask yourself honestly, is this woman part of the vision God gave me? Or is she the reason I stopped chasing it? Do not let comfort become the ceiling of your destiny. The most dangerous place to stay is not the fire. It is the warm room that was never your home.

Type five, the most dangerous one, the almost right woman. She loves God. She is kind. She is genuinely beautiful inside and out. She respects you. Her family loves you on paper. Every single box is checked. But something in your spirit is unsettled. You can't name it. You can't explain it to anyone without sounding irrational. And so you ignore it. This is the most dangerous type. Not because she is wrong as a person, but because she is wrong for you. And the confirmation you need will not come from logic. It will only come from God.

In 1st Samuel 16, God sent Samuel to Jesse's house to anoint the next king. Jesse brought out his sons one by one. Eliab was first tall, strong, impressive in every way. And Samuel looked at him and thought, "Surely this is the Lord's anointed." God said, "Do not look at his appearance or his height. I have rejected him." The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. Seven sons, seven almost right choices. And the anointing was for the one no one even thought to bring into the room.

The revelation, your greatest danger is not a clearly wrong choice. It is a nearly right one that God never ordained because it will feel too good to question and cost too much to leave once you've gone too far. Slow down. Seek God before you seek her approval. Let him confirm what your emotions have already decided because almost right in the kingdom is still wrong. And a covenant made outside of God's timing will cost you more than you are willing to pay. The right woman will be confirmed by God's voice, not just by your feelings and not just by her goodness.

Closing sermonic tone. You are a man with a calling. That calling has an enemy and that enemy is strategic. He knows you will resist temptation that looks like temptation. So, he sends what looks like a blessing. He sends the spiritual costume. He sends the assignment thief. He sends the wound that needs saving. He sends the comfort that never challenges you. And he sends the almost right woman who checks every box, but the most important one, God's confirmation.

Solomon fell. Samson fell, not because they were weak men, because they made covenant choices with women God never sent. You don't have to make the same mistake. Guard your calling like your life depends on it because your destiny does. Pray before you pursue. Seek godly counsel before you commit. And do not let the pressure of loneliness rush you into the arms of someone God never assigned to you.

The right woman is not just the one who loves you. She is the one who makes you more devoted to God, not less. She is the one who sees your calling and refuses to compete with it. She is the one who prays with you, not just for you. And when she comes, and she will come in God's timing. You will not need a checklist to recognize her. Proverbs 31:10 says, "An excellent wife. Who can find? She is far more precious than jewels." Far more precious, which means she is worth waiting for, worth protecting your heart for, worth building yourself for. Do not settle. Do not rush. And do not let the enemy use your longing for love as a door into your destiny. Stand firm. Stay focused. God is faithful and what he has for you is worth every season of waiting.
