All right, guys. I got some really good ones for you today. I have nine weird YouTube channels that are making thousands of dollars a month. Some of these are going to absolutely blow your mind. Some of them are going to gross you out a little bit, and hopefully all of them will inspire you to start a YouTube channel yourself.
Now, a quick disclaimer here, guys. 99% of YouTube channels fail. Most YouTubers do not do YouTube correctly. And also, I'm not here to sell you some kind of course on how to do YouTube. In fact, I teach completely free on this channel, and I even do live streams pretty much every week. Sometimes I miss out on them, but I even do live streams where I answer your questions completely free. And I'm actually doing one Tuesday, 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. With that being said, I do think there's a lot of opportunities on YouTube if you do it correctly and you know the right place to look. And finding the right niches is one of the most important things that will lead you to success.
So, number one we're going to go over is lowbudget stories. Now, I really like this channel because it covers a meme, and I'm really into memes. And this particular meme is the Wojak meme, and this meme is getting more and more popular, and people are really feeling it right now just because of the fact that the economy is really, really bad right now. And people unfortunately can really relate to Wojak. And basically, this entire channel is built around crude Wojak-style drawings and internet memes. And it basically turns depressing or boring life scenarios into oddly bingeworthy stories. And no real animation skill is required here. The animations are incredibly simple, and they're really intentionally low-quality visuals. That's literally the appeal. Low-quality is the brand.
Now, one thing you'll notice about this is it does not show anybody's face. So, you don't have to reveal your face to do a niche like this. And according to View Stats, they're making somewhere between $3 and $10,000 a month from this channel. And this video right here, for instance, "The Origin of a Doomer," made about $9.9,000 and got over 5 million views. So, yeah, super weird channel. Uh, super basic animations that sort of are a commentary on the current times, at least in the United States of America, but probably just like countries in general. And yeah, quite, quite interesting.
All right, next one is Caitlyn Dowy, and she basically teaches people everything about death. Now, she is a mortician herself. So, she works in the funeral industry, and she is a self-proclaimed funeral industry reformer, and she basically makes videos explaining everything about death. And she does it in a way that's educational and not creepy. At least she does her best to make it not creepy. And she just explains how funeral homes work, what happens to bodies after someone dies, strange and weird stories from history about corpses and funerals, and why the funeral industry can be expensive and sometimes dishonest. And she also goes into things like different death rituals from around the world, which is quite interesting, famous dead people and what happened to their bodies, and mysteries involving dead bodies from history. And let's be honest, everyone is curious about death, at least, but nobody really teaches us about it. But Caitlyn makes it educational instead of creepy. And she's like a teacher who specializes in one topic that most schools won't touch.

And she makes at least $4 to $12,000 overall doing this. One of her videos alone, for instance, made over $16,000. And she also runs a website about good deaths and advocates for eco-friendly funerals. And she sells merchandise on her website as well. So, she's likely monetizing beyond just AdSense alone.
Now, by the way, these stats for how much these videos are making are typically gotten from either View Stats or Vid IQ. And both of these tools, although they are good, they typically underestimate how much channels are making by a large margin. Just as an example, they estimate that my channel makes less than $10,000 a month. And just from AdSense alone, I range anywhere from $20 to all the way up to over $70,000 a few different times from AdSense. And so it vastly underestimates how much my channel makes. And it probably does that for all of these. With that being said, it's better than nothing. But chances are she's making a really good income from this channel. And of course, like I said, that's just from AdSense alone. There's many other ways to monetize your YouTube channels. And I make about $20 per 1,000 views from AdSense. And I typically make $300 to $500 per 1,000 views from all sources of income on my channel. And this is something that a lot of people mess up on. And there's a lot of factors that go into it. Your niche, the types of content you make, how well you monetize in general, the different ways that you monetize. All right, the next channel is actually one of my favorite channels on YouTube, and it is Extinct Zoo. And this channel is exactly what it sounds like. They basically go over animals that are extinct. So, for instance, this video right here, "The Worst Period to Time Travel To." I mean, how can you not click on a video like that? "Prehistoric Australia was pure nightmare fuel, and the only time in history that water was safer than land."
>> It would have given you more heebie-jeebies than the likes of the T-Rex or Jasaurs.
>> Oh, and by the way, that single video made $18,000. And according to Vid IQ, this channel is making $57 to $171,000 a month just from AdSense alone. And keep in mind, that's just AdSense. Channels that are monetizing correctly can make a lot more money than that. So, this channel is absolutely crushing it and well-deserved. I absolutely love this channel. It's one of the most entertaining channels I've ever seen. As someone who loves dinosaurs and loves prehistoric history, or even animals from recent times like saber-tooth tigers and mammoths, or even honestly animals that exist right now, I just love animals in general. Channels like this are great. But realistically speaking, the channel's not that difficult to make in terms of the actual mechanics of it. There's no face. There's no complex editing. It's just research and narration, and it's just talking about dead animals with simple slideshows. So yeah, I mean, the people that do this channel, they probably are very passionate about, you know, dinosaurs and animals and stuff like that. So this is probably a very fun channel to make content for, and they're also absolutely crushing it.
All right, the next channel is a very interesting one, and it's called Sunny V2. And this channel basically makes documentary-style videos about social media drama and news. And so this guy basically made an entire channel digging up dirt on internet celebrities or people that kind of got somewhat famous or got some attention online, and he eventually got canceled himself using his own format. So, the drama hunter became the drama prey. But it didn't really matter because he was faceless the whole time with Matt Turner, who had one of the more controversial endings to his time working with Mr. Beast. Manoa was initially hired as, and he was making at least $20,000 per month from other people's problems. But anyways, some of his videos are getting tens, even 20 million plus views, and these videos are making hundreds of thousands of dollars. So yeah, this guy basically makes a living looking up internet drama and sharing his opinion on it in documentary-style format. So yeah, pretty interesting channel. Might give some of you an idea.
All right, next one is Ukatu. And this is a very weird channel, and they basically make horror skits and content in Japanese, and they are completely faceless. So, here's an article about them: "Japan YouTuber Novelist Woos Global Audience with Visual Accessible Horror." And what's super interesting about this is a YouTube video that they made with this channel became a $32 million movie. And his book sold 1.5 million copies, and he only uploaded four videos this entire year, but still makes $71,000 per month. So, most creators are stressing about daily uploads, and this guy barely posts and he is crushing it. So, this guy literally launched an entire movie career in Japan with a YouTube channel. Very impressive. And like I said, making about $24 to $71,000 a month. And this video alone right here made over $35,000. So yeah, super interesting, super weird channel. And it just goes to show that you can make money on YouTube in so many different ways. And you can even launch an entire career in one of the most competitive industries in the world on YouTube if you do it correctly.
>> It's not inconvenient to live in, but it's a little creepy. So he's wondering whether or not to buy the house.
All right, next one is the channel Ray Enigma. And this is basically a channel where a guy plays chess, but his name is Ray Enigma, and he's sort of anonymous, and he wears this really weird checkerboard-type outfit wherever he goes. So, no one can see his face, and no one knows his identity. And he is really, really good at chess. Now, is he the best in the world at chess? Is he like, like a top 50 player or a top 10 player? No, he's not that good. But he is really, really good. Like he's probably, you know, playing around grandmaster level. Not that many grandmasters in the world. And the funny thing is, nobody knows who he is. So, the fact that he's anonymous and he's playing at a level where he's he's playing among the best players in the world and giving them good games is really impressive, and it just adds to the mystique of trying to figure out who he is. And according to Vid IQ, he's making about $2 to $6,000 a month. Plus, he's selling different chess courses and instructionals on his channel as well, which he likely makes really good money. And they're priced anywhere from $50 to $200.
All right, this next channel is an absolute mindblower, and that is Nile Red. And I honestly just, I, this channel just blows my mind. This channel is dedicated to capturing the natural beauty of chemistry. And it's all about applied chemistry experiments and chemical transformations. So, it's hardcore chemistry filmed like entertainment. And you're basically turning gloves into soda, plastic into candy, wood into glass, and long technical experiences that should be boring or dangerous, yet pulled tens of millions of views. And it's basically a home lab replacing Netflix. Like turning my pee into an artificial sweetener and tasting it.
>> And this channel makes, are you ready for this? $250,000 to $763,000 a month. And just as an example, this video right here, "This Is a Very Heavy Cube," got 57 million views and made $288,000 according to View Stats. Oh, and let's not forget that they have a Patreon membership where they're making $11,000 a month. And there's probably a lot of other ways they're monetizing, too, because they're also selling a bunch of merch and bottle openers and socks and hoodies, etc. Wow. Unbelievable. This channel is absolutely crushing it. So, this is an example of a niche where you can make a ton of money. Believe it or not, there's a lot of niches out there that you wouldn't expect where you can make a ton of money. This is one of them, and there are many others out there as well. All right. Next channel is quite interesting because it's an animated channel that shows the person's hands as well. So this channel is Vara. Got about a million subscribers. And this is kind of what it looks like right here. And just as an example, "I Tested Every Free Drawing App." You can see that they have animations, but they also have the actual hands testing out the drawing apps. So, it's quite interesting because it is kind of a review-style video, but it is done in a faceless format style, which is super rare on YouTube. Usually, if you're going to do a review video, you are going to show your face, but they make it work. So, here's the homepage. Right off the bat, they want you to pay $299.
>> And this video alone, for instance, made about $32,000, and they're making about $29 to $88,000 a month. Really, really good money. So, you can make faceless work, you can make personal brand work. There's ways of sort of combining them together, and that is a really good example of how to do that. And finally, I'm going to do a really motivational one. It's a bit sad, but I, I like to see it as motivational, and that is "My Fight with Cancer." So, this gentleman right here basically has uh stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and he started posting videos just talking about his journey for about a year uh leading up to the diagnosis.
>> And from these videos, he of course did make a good amount of money from his channel. In fact, he hasn't even uploaded in a while, and he's still pulling in about $2 to $6,000 a month. Plus, he got a bunch of donations as well. And this is one of those channels where, um, you know, obviously it's a very sad story, but at the same time, I think it's really motivational because of the fact that he's able to share his journey, and there's likely a lot of other people out there that might be suffering from the same journey, and hopefully he can help them out and give them really good advice. And honestly, this is just very real. It's raw. It's human, and it connects. And, you know, people say, "I don't have anything good in my life to record. Everything's bad." And this is an example of someone who probably had much worse things happen to them, and they found something to record, right? So, he is documenting his journey, and I think a lot of other people are going to get a lot of value out of that, and it's not going to be in vain, no matter what happens. So, you know, God bless him for documenting his journey and good luck to him as well.
So, yeah, uh, these are a bunch of channels. Um, these are, you know, weird or just kind of strange examples of people, different types of people, and how they are growing on YouTube and how they're monetizing their channel. And many of them are making thousands of dollars a month. In fact, all of them making thousands of dollars a month. Some of them are making tens of thousands, and rarely they're making hundreds of thousands of dollars a month.
