So, we look forward to uh introducing two new people to LSSC tomorrow.

Now guys, let's go ahead and get into the lesson because it's Friday and I want you to enjoy the rest of your day today. Let's go ahead and get started with the lesson. Where is the lesson today? All right, bear with me one second. Let's go ahead and get the formalities out of the way. All right, Friday training 10:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. We're going to go over some training content. Training meeting schedules are Monday through Friday. So, if today is your first day, your second day will be on Monday. The object of these classes are to learn LSSC's business knowledge, master the business skills, and help yourself increase passive income. New members are rewarded by attending five days of training. You'll get $50 and five points. Those of you who already know me, you know I enjoy points more than I enjoy the money. Referrals. The person who brought you in, the person who uh has you taking the training right now, they'll get $20 and you'll get five points. How about that? and they'll get the five points. You get five and they get five. Sorry about that.
Now, during this time when you when you are doing this class, at the end of the class, you are required to submit a summary at the end of the class. The room does close at 11:00. So, you will be submitting this summary on bond chat. Bond chat is the correct answer. The managers will then review your learning progress and if you fail to master any of the LSSC basics within 15 days of joining, you will be terminated. They will terminate the cooperation and refund your rental fee. That gives you three weeks to just get it right. Learn how to turn on your scooters. Learn what levels that you get paid. Don't tick off grandma. Look at grandma. She already looks like, "Hey, look, you better learn this."

I want to see five key points that you've pulled away from this uh training.
Now, those of you who are graduating, you are going to do a video, right? You're going to submit that video with all four days prior to your manager and you will also put the video in the newcomer training area room number two or in your group chat, wherever you can get it in, fit it in. You're going to say who your name, who you are, what city and state you live in, who is your instructor. There are many instructors, right? You know, Professor Eric is my name, but there's so many other professors. So, make sure you identify who is responsible for training you and you better learn something. Don't make me look bad. Summarizing what you've learned and then what's one key point that you will never forget and what are you determined to do? I will be looking at those videos. I will be suggesting to management to give awards and prizes to the best video.
Now guys, let's go ahead and continue. LSSC's legal credentials. Take a screenshot of this. This is the business registration number. This is the MSB license. The MSB license is a show of good faith that the business is not involved in any money laundering or any fraudulent activity. The business license website and the MSB website as well. Screenshot this. When someone asks you, you can show these credentials to them right on the government. You can't fake a government website. Okay? If it says .gov, you cannot fake a .gov website.

How to invite friends to join. This is a five-step process. Create a target list. Create a list of people that you want to go out and speak with and then take action. Don't just sit on that list. Go out and talk to someone one-on-one. And then three, prepare the pre-presentation materials and then provide clear step-by-step guidance. So when you have an event, make sure you have some information on the table. It's very important to have that. And make sure you have it in the language that that person speaks. So you might want to have multiple languages on the table. Provide clear step-by-step guidance. Create an action plan. One, two, three, four, five. And then dinner. Now, does it look like this couple went out, they took their friends out to some local hole in the wall? No. No. No. They're sitting here eating great. Look at that food. There's lobster on that plate. I mean, there's salmon. There's shrimp. Come on, guys. Do not If LSSC is going to reimburse you, go take your friends to someplace nice. Show them what LSSC is all about. Let them know that LSSC is in charge.
Can I join LSSC without inviting friends? The answer to that is yes. At LSSC, they provide support and assistance to every member, helping everyone succeed together. However, success requires your action and effort. If you don't invite friends to join over a long period of time, make no contribution to the market expansion, and never participate in promotions, your device will not be eligible for upgrades to higher levels, and you won't be able to enjoy the additional benefits. And let me tell you guys, there are some benefits for doing so. LSSC is looking for partners who are willing to contribute and take action. If you're not willing to participate, please make a timely decision. This platform is for those who truly want to succeed.
Gather people to get rewards. Bring people to get points. Easily get together and make money while sitting. So, we do parties, right? You you look at this party incentive, right? I'm going to pull this all out. So, if you have a party of uh uh if you do a party of 10 people or more, LSSC is going to give you $30. If you do a party of um it's supposed to be 50 of 30 people or more you get a $100. 50, 200, 100 so on. 500, 500,000,000 if you do a party LSSC is going to reward you and pay for dinner. That that's phenomenal. That's absolutely phenomenal. And the nice thing about that is that those parties create um an atmosphere where people want to sign up. We just had a party last Sunday and one of my L1s hosted the party and he brought all his people in. I had a few of my people there, but 90% of those people were his people and he is still signing up people today and it's only been four days, right? Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, five days. I can't count. So, it's been five days and he's steadily bringing people in one after the other. Parties make a huge difference. Get a good DJ. Get someone who's universal that knows how to play to all types of music, right? Make everyone comfortable. Even if you have a minority or a majority, make sure everyone's comfortable when they come to that party. Now, the other thing that I would say is have a good presentation and have delicious food. LSSC is going to reimburse you. If the party's large enough, they might prepay it. Work it out with your manager. But all party expenses are taken in by the company and partners do not need to pay for them themselves.
Face-to-face communication is the key to truly narrowing the distance and enhancing trust. When we when we get together with people, it it's a different story, especially our friends and people we've never met before. You know, we we get to see each other and talk to each other over a meal or a drink and we just have a good time. The most touching thing about the connection between people is always the feeling of presence. One gathering after another is worth a thousand words. This is the best proof of LSSC strength. Yes, it is. It really is. I'm going out every weekend meeting new people. I love it. Now I'm choosing smarter dining options. I'm proud of myself. I've lost 25 pounds. When hundreds of even thousands of people are willing to come together for the same goal, this itself is the most powerful proof of trust and unity. We're all in it together and LSSC wants us to celebrate. A meeting may ignite the passion of a team. It also it it really kicks up the momentum of the team and and it helps more people see the strength and the direction the company is going. So this is why parties are great. A party is not just a gathering. It's the starting point for you to step in onto that's what I said the stage from audience to protagonist. All it takes is this one appearance.
Now let me tell you if you guys look on um YouTube probably um this weekend maybe Sunday you'll see um parts of our our party that we did on Sunday. And when Professor Rosa and I walked on stage, it was an amazing experience to be able to talk to the crowd in two different languages. That was amazing. And that brought a lot of people together. We had no idea, although we went live, we knew there were going to be um Latin people watching, but we didn't have any idea that there were so many Latin people in the audience. That that's the thing that like really shocked us. And afterwards, they're pulling us over. We're taking pictures with everyone and we're just I feel like we were just signing autographs. It It was cool. It was really cool. So, the power of a party is perfect. You know, PPP party power perfect. It's absolutely great. And make sure if you have a large enough party, um, invite us. We're we're the dynamic duo. We'll come down and and support you.
Excellent teams or partners with outstanding performance can apply for team travel subsidies supported by the platform which is can enhance trust, deepen feelings and stimulate vitality in a relaxed atmosphere. So if you get to a certain level, LSSC is going to take care of your travel. That that's the bottom line. And then when you need a vacation, LSSC will pay for your vacation. That you know this is all the benefits of building a team. Now, those of you who do not want to build a team and you just want to press the button every day and go to some of the events, that's fine, too. But there's going to be a stopping point. You're not going to be able to get any further than that. Start with a trip and build the warmest team strength. You could do a You could do a team trip, right? That's awesome. Maybe we'll do that. I think that would be really cool. We should all go to like New York or something. We believe one team building is better than a hundred words of encouragement. One trip is better than a thousand urges. I don't know what that means. What is built on this journey is trust. What is gathered on the journey is belonging. This is the real driving force for long-term development. We can see your achievements and we can also care about your status.
These are all the benefits of being a partner with LSSC. They provide health insurance, right? They provide um a subsidy for health insurance, not actual health insurance, but a subsidy. Now look, a lot of us love what we do. We might be doctors, we might be lawyers, we might be nurses, we might be the best computer technician in Richmond, Virginia. There's so many things going on, so many activities. Um it it it can consume you. It's I my sister-in-law, she was like freaking out because she she didn't understand how much she should be on um what's that thing called? Bond chat. And so she Hold on one second. Let me zoom. Is my camera my camera? There we go. One more time. There we go. So she didn't understand how much participation she needed on Bonchad. So she was on Bonchad all day and that's like watching CNN. Something is always going on. You're always watching the news, right? So that's what bonchad is. So find the balance. LSSC, you're not working part-time but building your own business. Every person you share with is the starting point of your career. Every team you build is an accelerator of your income. Every step you take can bring continuous returns in the future. Um so treat LSSC like a business, right? get your marketing materials, know where you're going, show people um about LSSC. You're not selling a product, right? Although you use the same marketing um techniques. I hate to say that word again, but it's it's a way to introduce someone. Everybody is skeptical, right? Everyone's like, I don't want to sell anything. I'm not good at that. I'm an introvert. Blah blah blah blah blah. Get them in the company. let them see how easy it is and they're going to be compelled to share this with someone else because I mean it's almost selfish. Like why wouldn't you want your fellow man to make $154 a day or $30 a day or $67 a day? We all need that extra income. That's whether if you're wealthy or not. Who wants to touch their generational wealth or their life savings, right, to take care of something their grandkids did, right? So, LSSC provides easy money for those events um to be able to help others who are less fortunate. So, think about it. Only by treating LSSC as a career can we go further. See, see, I told you they want they want us to treat us like a career. A true career is the path you can that you can keep going on. Sorry, I can't breathe. Allergies. At LSSC, you're not trying to trying a side hustle, I would say. You're paving the right path to financial freedom. And it's true. You can find financial freedom on LSSC. Um, I'm so close. I'm so close to financial freedom. I can't even begin to imagine where I was last year.
To where I am now. It is, it has been an amazing journey with LSSC. Um, I have taken out a lot of money from LSSC, and I want to tell you right now, um, learn the business, share the business. Um, and if you're, if you're not the type of person that that likes to go out and be the host of everything, find someone on your team that will do it. They'll love that. They'll love that position, you know, to be able to go out there and and pretend that they are the top dog. Let them do it; you sit back and collect all the rewards. It's okay. I'm telling you, it's okay. And there's people on my team that will never ever host a dinner. So, I host it in their name. And I, you know, I say, "Hey, look, introduce yourself. I'll get up and talk after that, you know, or I'll have some people lined up to talk."
So, it's okay if you're an introvert or anxiety kicks into high gear when you get in front of people. That's what a team does. A team works together, right? We have to work together to to make this a good foundation for income and steady income because we don't want to punch a clock. Who wants to work a 9 to 5 for the rest of their life and only have just enough to get by? You know, we'd like, we have to. It's so funny because you work a 9-to-5 so hard and you have to still save for a vacation. It doesn't matter if you're making $50,000 a year or $100,000 a year, you're still struggling to go on vacation because you feel like I can't really go because you have so much responsibility. And so you get into that that that um that cycle of I have to work. I can only take three days off. I have to work. I have to get back. People depend on me. I got students to teach. I can't really leave the students out. They have to, they can't, you know, we have to do this. Got to make sure my students pass. You know, you get locked in to the business, right? Locked in.
And that's a beautiful thing because you like what you do. But some of us don't like what we do. It's a job. It pays well. But LSSC pays better. Now, I'm going to advocate for that. If you treat it as a side job, that's all it will ever be. You know, that's it. If you treat it like a real job, like you want to get out of the situation that you're in or the person that you're with, you want to walk. You want to get out your house. You're 51 years old, you still live at home. This is the way. This is the way to do it. The people who really go far are not the smartest, but they're the first group of people who take the opportunity seriously. I don't even understand that. I don't like what are they saying? Like they're not the smartest. I don't know. I didn't write this. It doesn't matter if you start from scratch as long as you are willing to treat it with a career mentality. The LSSC can become the starting point for your turnaround counterattack and rise. Oh, if I just had some time to rewrite this. Anybody want to be um my assistant, my secretary? Um, just raise your hand. Give me a thumbs up if you if you want to come and work for me so to help me rewrite this and we can write it in multiple languages. I said a secretary. I don't take guys as secretaries. It is a part-time job mentality that determines the upper limit of income. Oh my goodness. Really? Oh, okay. There's a lot of ladies here. All right. Um, don't have the part-time mentality, right? You have to look at LSSC as a business. You look at it as a business, it will be a business. It will turn profits, right? One of the things my dad said to me, he's passed already, but one of, he was a great businessman. Um, and he said to me, I wanted to start a computer store and I was so scared. I was like maybe 18, 19 years old and I was like, "Dad, what happens if I fail?" He was like, "No, no, never go into business thinking you're going to fail." So, the same thing with LSSC. Don't go into this thinking you can't build a team cuz you can. You're not selling anything. It's not a product. It's not a Ponzi. It's not a pyramid. I've already surpassed the person who invited me, my manager, right? So, if it was a pyramid, I could never get past him. He would always make the most money, but I've already passed him. And a Ponzi doesn't have physical products to touch. We have scooters. People say online all the time that LSSC doesn't have real scooters. I've been to a lot of the stores and I even have a scooter myself. So, the scooters are real. The scooters are really real. There's a store that has like I don't know like 200 scooters. It's like a ridiculous amount of scooters. But anyway, guys, just keep working hard. This is the cause that we all protect, right? So, if you're in the business, you made money for the very first time, that's your testament. That's how you tell people that LSSC is real. You know, the the very first time you try the trial, you turn on your scooter, you know, the hands are still being raised, man. You guys are awesome. I would I would love to hire all of you. All all the women. All the women. I can't have a guy secretary. That's just weird. That's just no offense. You know, I'm a EOE, but equal opportunity, Eric, but but you know, there's something about a woman's touch. You know, not a task, but a trust, not a sprint, but a journey, right? LSSC is sharing every part of the business with us, the LSSB, the LNC, the LTE, they have so many different tracks where they make money and it literally is funding the business, funding us, funding the people that we bring in as well. So, it it is a kind of like a a water cycle, right? Where the water uh comes down, it feeds the plants, and then, you know, from the plants, they get the photosynthesis and all of that good stuff. I don't remember earth science, but then it goes back up from the water and it comes steam and it's just an ongoing cycle. LSSC is like, "Hey, look, we're going to give you money. You tell your friends, they make money and then we make money and then you tell your friends and then it's just ongoing cycle, right? Team duplication equals income multiplication.
So, advantages of LSSC. All right, let's wrap this up. Full guidance, quick start. So, I'm here to help you along your way. I'm here to to teach you so you can get hit the ground running. Complete the training system, hands-on teaching, clear growth path from novice to manager. There is someone to guide you every step of the way. So, I lay down the foundation of the company. I'm your motivator. I'm the one that gets your team going. When you get stuck, you reach out to me and if I have time, I will jump into a Zoom with you and I will motivate your team. It only takes 30 to 40 members to apply for an office and then we do a celebration, we do a party, we can come out and speak for you and it's in Spanish and English. That's not going to work. Who Who wants a phone without a without buttons on it?" Look at we are now. So, right now, LSSC is being a trendsetter. So, keep your eyes open.
