If the narcissist that you are dealing with shows these four signs, know that you have defeated them for real.
Number one, they will use extreme ways to pressure you into lashing out at them. Your reaction matters, and the fact that you can so easily ignore them and treat them like they don't matter kills their narcissistic ego.
Number two, they will use your guilt against you. They know you don't have a guilt conscience and you can see things for what they are. You love yourself enough not to take responsibility for things you have not done at all, but they will use everything they can.
Number three, they will ignite jealousy in you by creating a comparison, a false comparison with other people. They know you're not motivated or driven by jealousy.
Number four, every narcissist's favorite tactic, they will pretend to be the victim of circumstances that you did not create.
