So, without further ado, let's get straight into it.
And if you don't know me yet, you might be wondering, you know, who is this guy and why is he even qualified to teach me about Instagram in the first place. So yeah, I'm going to give a quick rundown of my story, sort of where it all started for me and how I've managed to get to where I am today.
All right, so yeah, just a few years ago, I was a regular college student. I was completely lost. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. And because of that, I was just working minimum wage jobs in my free time. So I was an ice cream scooper at Cold Stone. If you're from the US, you probably know what I'm talking about. I was a lifeguard and I was also a hotel worker. So these were the few jobs that I was sort of bouncing between. But yeah, for all of these jobs, it was just boring and repetitive tasks day after day. So whether it was scooping ice cream, doing dishes, mopping the floors, staring at water, like it was all just boring, repetitive tasks every single day. Nothing changed, right? And yeah, it was just slave labor at the end of the day. And it felt like a monkey could do what I was doing, which wasn't a good feeling. And also, I was essentially just trading my time for money, right? I was, no matter how hard I was working, getting paid the same exact amount. So, that was not a good feeling either. I wanted to be doing something where I was getting paid in direct proportion to the amount of work that I was putting in rather than just like a fixed amount or a fixed uh paycheck, per se, right? And overall, I had little to no freedom, right? I was getting scheduled at times or days where it was inconvenient to me, where it conflicted with my own personal schedule. Uh, but I didn't have a choice, right? I had a boss and, you know, he expected me to do certain things and I couldn't necessarily live or do things on my own terms because of these jobs. All right? And most importantly, the thing that bothered me me the most was that I knew I wasn't living up to my full potential deep down. Right? I knew that I was meant for more than just doing these boring repetitive tasks every single day and that there was a lot more potential untapped inside of me for me to go and do bigger and better things.
And at the same time as I was feeling all of this different feelings about what I was doing with my work, I would also see people my age online who were doing cool stuff, right? They were building businesses. They were traveling the world with their friends. They were making lots of money. They were having all these cool experiences and I was like, I want that, right? I mean, I didn't see these people on the other side of the screen as any better than me, as any more capable than me, as any smarter than me or harder working than me. So, I was like, if they can do it, why can't I, right? That was my mindset. And something that I noticed, like a pattern is that all these people were doing online stuff, right? Online business stuff. So, I figured that's what I had to learn more about because at this point, I had no idea about any of that. So I started um that was my foot in the door and that's what sort of piqued my interest or curiosity and got me learning about that.
So um that is when I started to figure out how to make money online, right? And to put a long story short, I tried lots of different businesses and some made me a little bit of money but most of them failed and I actually lost money. I tried stuff like drop shipping, Amazon FBA, YouTube automation, trading, um, all the common stuff that you hear people talk about. Like I tried those things and it just didn't work out for me, right? And I kept pushing. I It was discouraging to be honest. I was spending time and energy, just wasn't getting anything out of it. But I knew that I couldn't just give up and settle for less, right? So that is when I stumbled upon Instagram theme pages because I was looking for something where I didn't have to show my face which was really important to me. I wanted to sort of stay behind the scenes but still leverage, you know, the digital gold rush, let's say, or all the opportunities online. So yeah, I saw Instagram theme pages. I didn't need to show my face. I could build a business around something that I actually cared about and was passionate about and positively influenced others while making money on the back end. And it was also through Instagram directly. So I was already familiar with the platform. I already used it all the time just scrolling on reels. And I saw all the time like other videos on my feed about, you know, different topics where it was faceless theme pages, right? And no one was showing their face. So I saw saw those videos. I'm like, you know, instead of just consuming those videos, I could instead create it and actually make money off of Instagram rather than just wasting my time. All right. So yeah, I decided to dedicate myself towards that business once I saw the potential for it and I pretty much put my foot forward, put my foot on the gas and started really working towards it. Right?
So fast forward 5 months, I had grown a little bit of a following. I had gotten to 20K followers and it was a decent start. Although I definitely plateaued. I think at this point in the screenshot I was starting to lose followers. I think I got a little bit lucky at the beginning. You know, got a couple viral reels and that like carried all my followers, but then I didn't know how to maintain that. So, I was definitely stuck. I wasn't making any money at this point. I had no idea where to start when it came to monetizing my page or how to, you know, actually turn this into a business. And yeah, I just I was lost. I didn't know what the next steps were. I tried watching YouTube videos trying to figure out how to continue growing and how to make money and how all this works, but it didn't give me the answers that I was looking for. It was very surface level stuff. So, um, I continued to try I did my trial and error, you know, trying things myself um to see if I could figure it out, but, you know, it it just wasn't working out the way that I wanted to in the amount of time that I wanted, right? So, I figured, you know, this isn't working. I need to figure something else out. And that's when I decided to take a big leap. Probably the biggest leap of my life which was investing most of my money into my first mentor. So this is the screenshot of the invoice once I paid it. It was two and a half thousand pounds which is 3.1K USD I believe and I think in my bank account at the time I was like 18 so I had I don't know I had like 3.5K 3.6K from all the jobs that I was working I was saving up and yeah this was definitely a big decision. It was uncomfortable and I was scared to be honest. I wasn't fully sure if it would work out, but I didn't see it as having any other choice. I knew that I wasn't just going to like settle for not figuring it out and just continue to be stuck and stay in the same position. So, I decided to do this, right? And fortunately, it turned out to be one of the best decisions that I have ever made in my life. And I'm lucky I got a good mentor. I had someone to show me the ropes, someone who was in the position that I wanted to be in, who I could learn from directly. And that's what set me off in the right direction.
So, fast forward a couple months from there, I hit my first 100,000 followers on Instagram, and I also started to make $2,000 a month through my page. All right. So, yeah, instantly I was able to understand the algorithm, viral content, you know, how to post content that actually gets views, that actually brings me the followers, and I had seen results quite quickly from making those changes. And then also I started to make some of my first decent money online. Like I had never been making 2K a month before. So as soon as I started making that through my page, I was like, damn, you know, this is this is good. This is this is a good start. And now I have the proof of concept. I have the belief in myself. I really just got to put my foot on the pedal and go all in on this, right? So that's exactly what I did. And I haven't looked back over the c past couple of years. And fast forward till now, I've scaled a consistent 20 to 30k months. And I'm essentially living the life that I initially wanted to when back when I was working at Coldstone, for example. I have complete time freedom. I have complete location freedom. I have financial freedom, at least for a 21-year-old. Like, no, I can't buy a private jet or a yacht or anything like that, but I have as much freedom that any 21-year-old could possibly imagine. Like, I could go traveling. I can buy anything that I want essentially. I could get my parents nice gifts. I can, you know, get new equipment for whatever I'm doing for my work. I can invest. I can do whatever I want to be honest. And I don't say that to be like, "Oh, look at me. I'm so much better than you." I say it because it should be inspiring. You know, I didn't start with all this with the life that I'm living now, right? I started like probably most of you guys watching this video. So hopefully that inspires you that it's possible and that you could do yourself if you really dedicate yourself, right? So yeah, I'm blessed. I'm grateful. I live a good life now. I am I'm happy for where I've gotten to, but obviously I still have bigger goals. I still have more milestones to achieve, and we're still on the journey, right? It's a never- ending journey.
So, yeah, aside from that, I've also helped over a hundred others now do the same as what I'm doing with my Instagram pages. So, on the screen, you could see all of or a portion of the clients that I'm currently working with. So, yeah, this is Brandon. He went from 0 to 700,000 followers almost. Within nine months, he's making 5 to 6K a month. This is uh Michael. This is Matias. Also, Matias, Armstrong, Allen, also Armstrong, Peter, Jenna, Tim, Colin, Ron, and I have dozens and dozens and dozens of other people that I'm working with where you could see on my Instagram profile, pos. I document all of this stuff who I am directly working with, who are learning from me, right? So over the years, you know, through my own trial and error, through my own investments, I've invested over tens of thousands of dollars at this point to like other mentors, masterminds, coaches, courses, whatever. Um, you know, I've managed to get to a pretty solid position within this business, right? And over the years, from what I've learned, I've been able to transfer those lessons down to others, transfer that wisdom down, and help other people get to where I'm at. All right? So yeah, that is essentially the result of all the strategies that I've learned over the past years. And that's exactly what I'll be breaking down for you guys today in this free course. So everything that took me from all the way to the beginning, the humble beginnings when I was, you know, working at the minimum wage jobs, everything from starting here to getting to where I am to now is all going to be laid down in this step-by-step course for you guys. All right. So, every step of the process, I'm going to lay it out for you so you could see how this transition was made and how I've managed to get to the point where I'm at now. All right. So, yeah, without further ado, no wasting any more time. Let's just get straight into it.
Let's figure out what theme pages even are in the first place. All right. So, what actually are faceless Instagram theme pages? Before we could dive into all the juicy stuff, it's really important to understand the foundations, what this business actually is, and how exactly it works. All right. So to put simply, faceless Instagram theme pages are simple Instagram pages where the owner doesn't show their face or reveal their identity. All right, these pages focus entirely on a specific theme or a specific topic. So you could see a few examples that I have on the screen or on the whiteboard here. This page is called wealth. This is one of the most prominent theme pages in the space and it is about the wealth topic or theme you could say, right? About money. So if you were to click on this page and scroll through all the content, you'll see that all has to be related to wealth, money, millionaires, you know, innovations, new products, anything to do with money or wealth is what this page is about, right? And if we were to look at this one, alpha motivation zero, um, it's all about motivation, motivational quotes and spot inspiration, you know, mo uh motivational figures that people look up to and sending motivational messages through reals, right? That's what this page is about. And then this one, entrepreneurs on IG. You, as you can might guess, the home of entrepreneurs, anything to do with entrepreneurship, you know, CEOs, you know, the big guys, Elon Musk, um, Mark Cuban, Kevin Ori, maybe the Shark Tank people like, um, anything to do with entrepreneurs on this page, right? So, as you can see, it's very similar to the concept of personal branding where someone, you know, shows their face and they talk about specific topics and they have like a certain branding, but these are obviously faceless. So, there's no one identity or person attached to these pages, yet they're still posting about a specific concept or theme. All right? And there's all different types of themes out there, all different types of pages that are out there and have grown huge followings and are making money. But here are just a few examples that I've put here on screen so you can get an idea of what these pages even are in the first place. Okay.
So, now that you understand what theme pages are, let's go over how they work, right? And it's very, very simple. There's not many moving pieces at all. You could grow an online audience and get attention by posting content on Instagram. And then you convert that attention into cash through various different monetization methods such as digital products, newsletters, paid promos, brand deals, etc. There's several different ways to monetize an audience once you've built one. All right, so it's very simple. There's two main pillars. It's getting attention, right? building an online audience and then converting that attention, turning that online audience and that attention that you're getting into income through various different monetization methods. That's literally the main pillars of how it works. There's no complicated steps or things that are out of your control. It's it's really that simple, right? Not saying it's easy, but it's that simple. Okay.
And now let's just quickly go over why I believe theme pages are the best online business opportunity in 2025. Obviously, I'm a little biased. This is what I do. this is what's worked for me, but this is genuinely my beliefs and what I think. All right? And it's you can't like you can't disagree with these points here. These are facts. So, you don't need to show your face. That is one of the most beautiful parts of this business. I'm sure a lot of you guys don't want to be cringey influencers, you know, filming your day 24/7 and having to do dances from in front of the camera. This business allows you to still get the benefits of the opportunities online, but without having to sacrifice, you know, showing yourself and um revealing your identity. And if you're a reserved person like me, that's a very important thing. And then two, it's also very beginner friendly. Like there's very little moving pieces. As I just demonstrated before, it's all about just getting attention, building an online audience, and converting that attention. That's really what it comes down to. In other businesses such as like drop shipping, for example, it's like you have to find the product, you have to build the website, you have to find suppliers for the product, you have to know how to do customer service for your product. There's all these different moving pieces that are involved. and typically takes a lot higher level skills that a beginner wouldn't know how to do successfully. All right. Also, you don't need any fancy tech skills or any other highle skills. So, you don't need to worry about like fancy websites or funnels or anything like that. And also, it's essentially zero dollars or very minimal startup costs. All you need is Instagram and a Wi-Fi connection, which leads to my next point. It's just low barrier to entry. Anyone can get into this business if they wanted. There's nothing holding you back. like you already have Instagram which is free and there's all these different um platforms out there where you can begin creating content for free as well. And for example, if you wanted like a Cap Cut premium subscription, I believe it's like $7 or $12 a month. It's it's nothing, especially compared to other businesses where you have to invest thousands of dollars upfront in order to actually compete in the market. All right. And also just the overall familiarity with Instagram. Like I guarantee you already use Instagram for hours a day anyways, just sort of consuming content, following your friends. So, you're familiar with the platform. You know how it works. You know where to find profiles, how to search things up, how to post, you know, pictures or whatever. So, you're already familiar with the the platform. It's nothing new. It's and the the mindset is just using it as a producer rather than a consumer. So, instead of, you know, spending hours a day scrolling on reels, wasting your time, using that same platform to begin posting and uploading content as a producer and beginning to make money from it instead. All right. And lastly, one of my most favorite points here is that it's a business plus a passion project. All right, you get the best of both worlds. So, not only do you get to choose something that you're interested in, something that you're passionate about, and you know, post about that sort of stuff and make a positive impact and build an audience around that. You also get to build a business and monetize it off the back end, which is a luxury that not many other businesses can say they have. They don't have the best of both worlds, right? If you want to do trading, if you want to do drop shipping, like is it really fun to stare at a screen and look at charts all day? Like, no. Is it fun to talk with Chinese suppliers and building websites and doing all this stuff? No. Like, they're they're not fun. And people do it only to make money. Whereas with a business like this, you get to make money as well as pursue something that you're passionate about as well, which makes it a lot more sustainable. Makes it a lot easier to show up on those days where you're not motivated or you don't feel like working because it doesn't feel like work. All right.
So, now that we've gone over what theme pages are, how they work, and why it's such a great opportunity in 2025 and beyond, now let's go over the first step, which is picking your niche. All right, so step number one is to pick a profitable niche. Before you can go on to the other steps like growing and monetizing your page, it's important to understand how you could pick a niche and how to make sure you choose the right one for you. Okay, so first off, why is it even important to pick a niche in the first place? Well, first it allows you to attract a specific audience, which by extension opens up better monetization opportunities for your page and also sets your page apart from all the others. All right, it goes with a quote, if you try to serve everyone, you'll end up serving no one. So, for example, if you try to make a page that serves everyone and all different types of niches and all different types of people, you're going to end up not attracting or resonating with any individual person, right? Since it's so all over the place. So that's why it's important to pick a niche, right? You want to build an audience of people who actually resonate with you, your page, your brand, and you want this group of people to have things in common because it just makes your whole life a lot easier later down the line. All right, so now that you understand why it's important to pick a niche, we could go over the five different variables to consider when picking a niche.
Okay, so firstly, you want to look at audience demand. So you want to make sure that the niche you're choosing actually has demand for it, right? You don't want to create a niche in the in the typewriter niche where probably no one in the world cares about. And also, it's important to look at the monetization potential. So, it's important when picking a niche to decipher whether the niche that you're choosing actually has good monetization opportunities um or not. At the end of the day, all theme pages can be monetized, but with that being said, other ones can be monetized a whole lot better than others, and we'll go over exactly why that is in a second here. Also, you want to consider your personal interest. So, you want to be um starting or picking a niche in something that you actually have interest in. Like, you don't want to just choose makeup. If you're a dude and it's like you have no interest in makeup, you have no knowledge about makeup, but you're choosing it because you know you can make money off it. Like, it's just not sustainable. It's not a smart move. Choose something that you have interest in. All right? Trust me, it makes it a whole lot easier. Also, content creation ease. This is a big one that a lot of people don't think about. Um, most content to create on Instagram is honestly really simple and anyone can learn how to do it within a couple days. But there are some niches where the content or where the, you know, highest performing pages within that niche have like really advanced, highlevel, complicated content, right? Where it's like hard to replicate. So, if that's the case, there's only a few niches like that, then it's a good indicator that that may not be the best niche for you to get into. And lastly is the competition quality. So, you want to take a look at the competition in the niche and evaluate it to see whether it's a smart move to go into or not, right? And we're going to cover this in a second.
So, here are some questions that you could ask yourself regarding these five variables here, right? And the goal is to be able to say yes to all of these questions. So, is there a large enough audience interested in this specific topic or theme? Can this niche make money or does this niche attract highquality viewers? Are you genuinely interested in the topic or at least curious enough to stay consistent? Can you consistently create content in this niche? And are there gaps that you can fill in the market with better content or unique angle? Right? If you could answer yes to all of these questions, then you found a great profitable niche for your page. All right? So, the goal is to be able to say the yes to all these questions. And if you do, that's a good indicator that it's a good niche and that you're all good to go. And if you say no to one of these questions, you might want to re re-evaluate your choice and go ahead and find a niche that you can say yes to all these questions. Okay, so next up, something that's important to consider and keep in mind is that you want to avoid niches like memes, pranks, catching predators, car crashes, etc. I see so many people asking questions about this or trying to build pages like this. Like, trust me, guys, don't do it. It's not smart. It's not sustainable. And although you might be able to get lots of views or like gain a following with this type of content, it's it's just not good. Even if you do gain a following, it's a quality following and you're not going to be able to make much money with it at all. All right, these are entertainment niches. At the end of the day, it's best to choose a f a high value niche instead. So, for example, finance, investing, AI, mindset, stoicism, faith, athletes. There's all sorts of highv value niches out there. So, for example, this is a calisthenics niche, right? This is where this page is attracting people who are wanting to educate themselves. They're wanting to learn about calisthenics and it's just attracting a high quality viewer rather than someone who follows a precatching page. You know what I mean? That could just be again a 13-year-old girl or like an 80-year-old grandpa for those types of pages. You know what I mean? And the reason why high value niches are important is because they attract a high quality audience who are actually potential customers. Whereas niches like pranks or preds attract a lowquality audience who most likely aren't going to be potential customers, right? So, it's a really big thing to keep in mind. You want to make sure the niche that you're ch choosing actually attracts a high-quality viewer and someone who could actually be a potential customer. Okay. Again, makes your job and your life a whole lot easier down the line when it comes to monetizing this page and the niche that you chose. All right.
So, next up once you've chosen your niche is to do niche research. So, it's really really important to do in-depth re niche research. And the reason being is because it's really helpful to analyze existing successful pages in your niche. By doing this, you won't be building your page blindly with no point of reference. Instead, you'll have a good idea of what works and you could use that insight as inspiration for your own page. All right? Simply, you want to get a, you know, a good feel of what existing high-erforming viral pages in your niche look like. That way, when you go to build out your own page, you're not just going into it blind. not having any idea like what you should be doing or what to look out for or any of that, right? By doing the research ahead of time, it really really helps you. Okay, so now here is a three-step process on how you can do effective niche research. All right, so first off, you're going to want to search relevant keywords and hashtags within your niche into the Instagram search bar. So, for example, if you're in the entrepreneurship niche, you could search hashtags like entrepreneur, small business, and startup stories. And then just sort of click around the pages that you see. Click to see the posts, the reels. Scroll through these pages and you're going to find a bunch within the niche that you're interested in. All right. And then next, you want to you're going to want to create three separate lists and start writing down all the pages that you find. All right? So the first list should be small pages. The next list should be medium-sized pages. And the last list should be big pages. Right? So organize the pages that you find in your research into these three lists. And once you have these three lists, you want to check each page on this website called socialblade.com. If you don't already know SocialBlade, which you should, it is the best free analytics tool for Instagram. All right, it you could type in a username of any page and it will give you all the valuable insights about that page, right? Like how many followers they're gaining per day, how many followers they're gaining per month, um their engagement rate, how many times they're posting per day. Literally any thing that you would want to know about the page, it tells you in that website. All right? and it's free. So definitely check it out if you haven't heard of it already. And then once you have this list of three u once you have these three separate lists of pages in different um size ranges, you're going to want to remove any dead pages, which essentially means some of the pages that you find might be losing followers, for example. You know, you'll see it where a big page maybe 400,000 followers. You see it on the surface, it looks good, but it's actually losing followers, right? For whatever reason, maybe the, you know, person isn't taking it seriously anymore. or maybe they sold it to someone someone else who has no idea what they're doing. But obviously, you don't want to be getting inspiration or insight from a a page that's losing followers. So, remove all the pages that are losing followers. Remove the pages that look like, you know, they've bought followers or or look like just, you know, trash pages that you want to want to get inspiration from, or remove ones that, let's say, have low engagement rates like 0%. You'll be able to see on SocialBlade. All right. And once you remove all these dead pages, you're going to want to reorganize the list to make the fastest growing pages at the top. All right? So, take the three lists, remove all the dead pages, and organize them um according to SocialBladed Blade to the pages that have gained the most followers over the last 30 days. Right? This is going to allow you to see the most viral, high-erforming pages in your niche. And that's just really, really, really going to help you when it comes to creating your own page within that niche. You'll know what to look out for. You'll know who to get inspiration from. because at the end of the day, there's no need to reinvent the wheel. Simply look at what's already working for other people and uh put your own unique spin on it, right? That's the name of the game.
So, as you're doing niche research, you're going to want to ask yourself a few questions here and take some notes on them. So, for example, what's their username? What's their logo? Their SEO name, their bio, their color scheme/branding, the type of content that they're posting, how often they're posting, what hashtags they're using, how many hashtags they're using, what their captions look like, how many pages they follow, what highlights they have. just look at all these different details or variables within their page. And by doing this, analyzing and taking note of these things, it's going to help you get a better understanding of your niche and what successful pages within your niche look like. Doing this will give you ideas and inspire you when you're building out your own page and your own brand. That way, again, you could take insights from the highest performing, most viral pages within your niche, and that's going to help you a lot more rather than going to into this blindly, not knowing any point of reference at all. All right. And the last point for here guys is I know this seems boring and this t takes some work. It might seem like some tedious busy work that's unimportant, but I cannot emphasize the importance of this step enough. This is going to set the foundations for your page and make sure that you see the best results in the shortest amount of time. So don't take the easy way out and just skip over this. I know it might be tempting. You might just want to go over to the next step. But please make sure that you do this. It's really really important. A lot of people overlook this and underestimates it. important importance and this is what's going to give you that competitive edge, right? Because this is the stuff that's like going the extra mile, taking the extra step, the stuff that most people aren't willing to do. And because of that, you're going to have a huge competitive advantage. Like I guarantee 99% of people out there who run theme pages in certain niches. They're not going above and beyond doing the niche research. You know, they're not studying the highest performing pages within their niche. And because you're going to do that, you're going to have information and insight that these other pages don't have, which you could use your to your advantage and make better, more informed, more rational decisions moving forward with your page, which will allow you to stand out and beat the competition. Right? That's what it comes down to. And by doing this niche research, that allows you the opportunity to get the best results in the shortest amount of time possible, which I'm sure is what you want. So, don't be a fool. Don't skip it. Please just take the step and do it. All right, that is it for this first step. Now, let's move on to step two, which is going to be actually setting up your page. All right.
So, once you've picked your profitable niche, the next step is to then properly set up your theme page. And a big concept in terms of setting up your theme page the right way is understanding profile optimization. So, let's get straight into it. Optimizing your profile is extremely important since it's the first impression of your potential followers when they click on your profile. The goal is to maximize the conversion rate of people who land on your page or click on your profile to people who actually end up following your page. All right? So, think about it as sales, guys. You need to sell the viewer or the person who's clicked on your page on why they should follow your page, right? There needs to be something that happens psychologically that makes the viewer feel like they should actually follow your your page once they click on it rather than just clicking it clicking away without pressing follow. Right? That's really really huge. Think about it like on Amazon, right? On Amazon, if you go and click on a product, for example, there's going to be all these different things in the product page trying to get you to buy the product, right? The description, the um the pictures, there's going to be reviews on the page, right? There's going to be every little detail that they're trying to do to turn you from someone who's just clicked on the product to someone who buys the product, right? So, they're trying to sell you. Think about this the same way you're trying to turn someone who clicks on your page or just checks out your profile to someone who actually follows your page. That's your sale, right? So, there needs to be certain variables of your page that you pay attention to in order to maximize this conversion rate between viewers to followers. And that's what we're going to be going over in this step here. Okay.
So, there's six total variables when it comes to profile optimization. The first is the username, then the logo, the SEO name, the bio. These are the four most important, which is why they're underlined. And then other ones that you can take into consideration are the highlight covers and the real covers. All right. So, something that I want to note is if you see a page that's getting lots of views and reach, but they're not gaining many followers, it's most likely because their profile isn't properly optimized. So, either they need to go back and change one of these or multiple of these things to make their profile more optimized and more highly converting from a viewer to a follower. Okay, so these are the six main variables and these four are the most important which is what we're about to go over now. All right, so the first thing that we're going to go over is creating your username. Okay, this is the very first step and it's very very important since this is going to represent your entire brand. So you need to make sure it's thought through and you need to make sure it's a good name. Okay, you want to make it here are just some rule rules of thumbs or let's say principles to keep in mind. You want to make sure that it's something short, sweet, and easy to remember. And of course, make sure that it is relevant to your niche. You know, you don't want it to be out of alignment with your niche. It just doesn't make sense. And also try your best to avoid using periods, underscores, or any numbers. It's ideal to come up with one that's clean and original. And you know, I'm not saying it's impossible to grow and go viral and make money with a page that does have a dot, underscore, or numbers, but like I said here, it's ideal to come up with a clean, aesthetic, original username that's not already taken. Okay.
So, here is a formula that you could follow in order to create a professional high-quality username. So, the best way to create a good username is to brainstorm two keywords and then to combine them together to see what fits, right? The first keyword should be relevant to your niche. So, for example, if you're in the motivation niche, it could be like motivation, motivated, motivational, hustle, hustler, hustling, inspire, inspiration, etc. And then the second keyword could be a noun or objective that actually matches your brand. So, for example, Kingdom, Prime, Club, Circle, Elite, Hub, Magnet, Society, Nation, Click, Squad. You could literally combine any version of these together. You'll have to try it a couple times to see what's available and just find one that fits, right? Find one that fits the criteria that I mentioned earlier. Make sure it's short, sweet, easy to remember, and make sure it's relevant to your niche, right? So, this is just a rule of thumb to go about creating a professional username. You could just pair some of these together. And then also, you know, you you might find that some of these main key words are already taken. So, you can just look up synonyms of these words and just keep trying and finding pairs until you find a good one. And also, keep in mind, this is not the only way to do it, guys. This is just what I found to be an effective way is combining two keywords. You could also try and find like just one word. like it might be really really tough because you know one word Instagram usernames are very rare. But something that I've seen people do is they like look up a cool like Greek word that has a meaning in English that people usually don't think of or say, but it like sounds cool and it's a one-word name that a lot of people like haven't necessarily already taken, right? So that is an option that you have as well. But the two keyword formula is also probably the all reliable. You could put it that way. Okay.
And obviously with the amount of help AI has aided in this whole process of creating the page and literally every step of this process that I'm about to go over in this course, you could use AI to help you with the username as well. So you could literally just copy and paste this prompt. You could say, I'm looking for a clean and original username, uh, Instagram username for my faceless theme page brand. My niche is, and then insert your niche. The username should be short, sweet, easy to remember, and ideally roll off the tongue. Since many usernames are already taken, I want to I want something unique. It should consist of two relevant keywords that make sense in the context of my niche, for example. And then you can insert some usernames that you like right below. That way it can it can get an idea of like sort of the vibe or the yeah the vibe that you're going with with your username, right? And then it's going to give you tons of different options. You could say, "Give me a list of 10, give me a list of 20." Some might be taken, some might be trash, but you know, this is going to give you a good starting point. it might spark some ideas and give you some inspiration and point you in the right direction in terms of finding your username. All right, so you could use this prompt and then also if you're still struggling even after using AI, you could also use an AI website called namex.com. So to be honest, I'm not too familiar with this website myself. I've never needed to use it. I always find good usernames on my own, but I've also heard within my network that they found um good results in terms of using this website to find usernames. All right, it's AI generated usernames and I'm sure you could give it some keywords the same way with chat GBT, right? So you can give that a try if you're still struggling.
So now um once you find a good username, obviously you need to make sure that it's available, right? Sometimes people struggle with figuring this out and they sort of just like look it up on Instagram. But sometimes even if you don't see it in the search bar, like it doesn't mean it's available. Sometimes they're just they're taken but they don't show show up in the search bar. So, here's the best, most reliable way to figure out whether a username is available or not. You're going to want to click on add Instagram account, obviously within Instagram, and then click create new account. And then what you're going to want to do is type in your username. If it's red, that means it's taken. It'll say a user with that username already exists. And if it's green, that means it's available. All right. So, obviously, this is like a general username that's obviously taken. And then this one's like more unique and that's why it shows up as the green check mark. So, um, yeah, what I would do, guys, I would just make a list of like the 10 most favorite usernames that you have and go ahead check the availability, see which ones are red, see which ones are green, and then you'll want to decide between the best green ones, right? And then you can go with that username. Okay, so that's how you check the username availability.
Next up, my phone's ringing. I don't know why it's not on do not do do not disturb. Anyways, here are some good username examples just so you can get an idea of like some good ideal optimized usernames to get inspiration from, right? New mentalities, energized motive, right? Example, mindset sculptor. So, you could see all of those have in common the criteria that I was talking about earlier. They're short, sweet, they're easy to remember, and ideally, like I said, you want to have them roll off the tongue. So, new mentalities, like that's not a tongue twister. It's not hard to say. It's very memorable. Right? Example again, same thing, right? And you can see they don't have any dots, they don't have any periods, they don't have any numbers, they don't have any underscores. Whereas, if we go to look at these bad usernames examples here, you'll see, right? Motive official, right? It's got a zero as the O. It's got an underscore. Just not ideal, right? If it was motive official where there was just a regular O and this wasn't here, then that'd be a really
Good username. Pressure gang36. You know, it's got the underscore and it's got the 36 there. Not ideal. Unbreakable.m mindset_7. You know, unbreakable mindset without these would be ideal, right? But when you have these in there, it just it looks unprofessional. It looks unoriginal and messy, and you don't want that, right? Always. There's always more usernames out there. You know, think abundantly. Just try to find one where you could use it without having to, you know, have the underscores or periods or numbers in there, right? Then here's one for flow. This one's not as bad. Um, but still it's got, you know, a number in there. It's got a dot in there and it's got like a replica letter. So, again, not ideal, but yeah, hopefully you can get some inspiration from these good usernames and then try to avoid any usernames that look like this.
All right, so now that you understand how to create a high-quality, professional username, let's go over creating your logo. Okay, so you're going to want to keep it clean, simple, and minimalistic. Don't over complicate it, guys. This is a big mistake that I see. People like have all these like, you know, little details to their logo and it's all over the place. It's messy. There's too many colors and they do it because they think they're being unique when in reality, yes, it's important to be unique and stand out. But don't over complicate it, right? Keep it minimalistic. Keep it bold and simple. All right? It could be your username, right? Simply just like the letters of your username. It could be the initials of your username. So for for example, if your username is motivation basin, it could be like MB and some sort of cool design. Or it could just be a symbol representing your brand. So I don't know if you have a page called like lion mentality. Like you could have a lion as like a symbol of a lion as your profile picture, right? A symbol that represents your brand.
And now I'm going to show you guys a quick Canva tutorial, Canva video tutorial of me going over a simple sort of step-by-step walkthrough of how you can create your own logo based off of your username. What's going on you guys? I hope you're all doing well. And here I'm just going to give you a quick tutorial on how you could easily create your own logo in Canva. All right, so there's a couple ways you could do this. First, you could work off of a template or you could do it from scratch getting a design from elsewhere. All right. So, firstly, let's let's go over the template example. So, all you're going to do is go into Canva. You type in the search bar logo and then press Canva templates. All right. And then there's going to be a ton of different templates that come up for you to work off of. Right? So, I'm just going to choose this one for the sake of the example. You press customize this template and then you get pulled up here. All right. So, uh essentially this is going to be your like foundation that you work off of. So, I'm just going to delete this to start off with. And what I want to do is make sort of like a black um black text with a or sorry white text with a black background. All right. So first I'm gonna make this white. So you just go here white. Then here white. Then I'm going to make the background black here. All right. So there we have it. And then let's just say for the sake of it the example the username is motive mastery. So, this is already a existing page that I believe I've seen in the past. Maybe let's just go like this. Um, so it's like boom. I mean, you already sort of have a clean logo right there. Uh, you have some uh let's say flexibility when it comes to adjusting this in Canva to make it look the way you want it to look. Um, so boom. Like that would be a very simple example of how you can make a quick and easy logo using an already existing template. All right.
But let's say you don't like any of the templates and you know you want to make something different. Uh, let's just go over an example of how you can do that. So I'm just going to delete that here. We could use this as the let's say base. So you're going to want to go on type in um the initials of your logo. So let's just say it's um motive mastery like I said. And then you could see all these different sort of like logo examples that come up on the internet. All right. And a lot of people have told me that they like are afraid of using these because of like copyright reasons. I'm here to tell you guys, you don't need to worry about that. I've been in this game for like years now. I've talked with dozens and dozens and dozens of people who are uh in this space and nobody has ever had a problem with like copyrighted logos or anything like that. All right? So, don't worry about it. But yeah, all you're going to want to do here is pretty much just like continue scrolling until you see a logo that you like kind of like, right? Um, there's a lot of good options. I mean, I don't know, these both look pretty cool. Let's just say, for example, you wanted this one, right? Um, you literally could just download this uh and put it straight onto your uh Canva template, right? Or let's just say we're going to get one more for the sake of the example. Um, let's get one more. What looks pretty clean? This one looks This one looks pretty clean, but it's like basic. But let's just download it. All right. So, uh, also what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to remove.bg and I'm going to put this in there. All right. Or the second one I downloaded. So, first, all I'm going to do is drag the file that I just downloaded into here. All right. And then it's going to do that. And all I'm going to do is just download this. All right. And once that's downloaded, I just need to go back here and then I'm going to drag that download onto here. All right. Then I can just simply change the color and make it white. Um, for some reason that doesn't look as white as it should. All right. But essentially what you'd want to do is like expand this, make it bigger. All right. So yeah, all you'd have to do is download it from here. Um, I'm not sure why it looks uh sort of like gray. It's not what it's supposed to look like, but let's just say you wanted it to be like blue. Again, sort of same thing. Easy. And then I'm also going to drag that other one onto here. It was already a black background. And then, yeah, simple, clean M logo. All you have to do is boom, download and download it. And you can make your logo as easy as that. All right, so yeah, pretty straightforward. Hopefully you guys uh followed along quite easily. Um, but yeah, that's all I have for you guys in this quick video and I'll see you guys in the next one.
All right, so now that you know how to create a logo for your username, let's also go over some more details specifically regarding brand colors. So, some brands are black and white, others include different colors. It really kind of just depends on your niche and what's already proven to work well. Um, oftentimes like if you find a common pattern of your niche being like black and white, black and yellow, maybe like black and light blue, you don't want to go out there and do like a red and yellow brand. Like that's just it's it's not it's not ideal, right? You you don't want to strive too far off path of what's already been proven to work. Okay? From your niche research, you should have a better idea of what color schemes you could use for your brand. I'll say it right now, most brands out there that perform really, really well are just plain and simple, black and white. And the reason for that is just psychologically they look clean. And I'll go over some more color psychology right here. So here's a little cheat sheet that you could reference. So I'm not going to read all of these individually, but you could look at like what blue represents, green, yellow, all these different colors. And just keep this in mind when it comes to putting together your brand, right? Because color psychology is a real thing. There's a reason why Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta, all these huge billion-dollar corporations are blue, right? Because blue, it doesn't say it here, but it's also very, very heavily associated with trust and credibility. And here, tech as well. Um, you know, Meta is a tech company, etc. So, yeah, you just want to get familiar with color psychology. It's not the most important thing, but just keep it in mind because it could be helpful when deciding your brand colors or your color schemes for your brand. Okay.
And here again, let's just go over some good logo examples as well as bad logo examples. Um, this one is great. This is a great example of like a symbol that represents the brand. So, it's like some sort of bird or eagle. Very clean, simplistic, bold, minimalistic design. Champ vision right here. It's just, you know, the letters of the username and it's got like this little curve to it so it looks clean. Success skill. So, this is another clean, very simple, minimalistic um logo. You can see it's got a S and then an inverted S and it's got like this little symbol that puts it all together. And then this one, Hoop Society, it's just a H that represents the H for in hoop. And then there's a little like hooper who's like shooting a basketball within the H. So, this one's actually really unique and creative. So, here's some good examples of using it or sorry, logos. And then here are some bad examples. Um, you'll see here this has M and then motive and it's got like, you know, this gold square in it. The background is like sort of grayish. I can't really tell. And the the gold is actually a gradient. So, it goes from like dark gold to light gold to dark gold again. And it just it doesn't look good. It doesn't look good. It's not professional. Uh, I would prefer or I would suggest either keeping uh a letter for the username or writing out the words or the letters of the username. Right? You don't want to have both because then it kind of just looks like one on top of another and it just doesn't look clean. Right? You can see all of these there's just one main center of attention here. Right? Here there's two centers of attention and it's got the square around it. Just not ideal. And here again there's too many things going on. It's got a crown WR and two arrows for whatever reason and a white circle. And the WR doesn't even look like a clean font or clean design. It just it looks like a basic regular aerial font. It's just it's no bueno. And here again, success present. Like this is a triangle. There's all types of wacky unique designs going on in the triangle. And then little baby at the bottom. You could see success present. You can't even read it if it's like zoomed out on a phone. So yeah, not ideal. And then this one, this one's not the worst in the world. It's just, it's still not good. It's got the crown. Again, I don't know why people like the crown and CT. And then Conquer Today. So, this would be better if it only had like one of these. Like, if it only had the crown, that's fine. If it only had the CT, that's fine. If it only had Conquer Today, that would be fine. That'd be better than having all three jumbled together in one logo. All right. So, again, reference these as good logos and try not to make your logos look anything like these because these are not good. All right?
So, let's move on to the next step, which is creating your SEO name. So, by now you should have your username put together as well as a logo for your username that align with each other, right? And now it's time to create your SEO name. And if you don't know already, SEO stands for search engine optimization. So, this is the name/keywords to the right of your logo and above your follower count, right? So, for example, this page, elevate start, this is the username and this is the SEO name. You'll often see that pages have like three keywords separated by lines. That is the SEO name. And essentially the whole p purpose of SEO is that way people can stumble across your page, stumble across your page if they type in certain keywords in the Instagram search bar. So search engine optimization, right? When someone goes on Instagram and they go to the search bar and they click up discipline, for example, Elevate Start has a really good chance of popping up because it's a big brand and it has also discipline as its first keyword in its SEO name. Okay, so that's essentially what it means, where it's placed on your profile, and why it's important.
So with that being said, there are a few ways to create your SEO name. The first way is to simply choose two to three keywords that are relevant to your niche. So for example, this is a motivation page and the motivation niche. So inspiration, mindset, and success, right? Three keywords. And then this is a neuroscience page. It says just says neuroscience and performance, right? So, these are just a few keywords that are relevant to the niche separated by a line to just make it look clean. Okay. Um, next up is um using your username as the SEO name as well as next to a keyword. So, for example, wise motive, that's the same as this guy's username and then he has a line and he's got motivation plus wisdom. Okay, so those are keywords that relate to his niche. And then this guy, mindset bible. Um, you could see in his SEO name, the first word is mindset bible. And then you could also, you know, you have the option to add this little trademark symbol here. You can get it for free online. And then align and then motivation, which uh is related to the niche that he's in. Okay, so that's another method you could do. And then once you've already established your brand, you also have the option to make your SEO name the same exact spelling and word as your username. So for example, 11 Stoic just says 11 Stoic. Again, trademark just kind of looks clean, looks professional. Uh and then only great minds. This guy just says only great minds. So, this is something I would only do once you've already developed and established your brand on Instagram and you have some credibility. All right, but at the end of the day, guys, this is one of the more minor details. It's not that important. It's not going to be the make or break whether someone follows your page most likely, but you want to make sure it's just one within one of these three formats, right? There's no right or wrong way to do it. Just keep it between these three formats. Don't overthink it, okay? And keep in mind, you could only change your SEO name once every 14 days. So, make sure it's something that you want to stick with. no spelling mistakes and a capital letter at the start of each word. For example, if we scroll up here, you'll see that all these people have put a capital letter at the first initial of each word. All right, so make sure you do that as well.
So the next step is to create your bio. All right, your bio is the very first thing people read when they land on your profile. So it is really, really important to make sure it's clear what your page is all about and what people can expect by following your page. Okay, here are some general rules to keep in mind when it comes to writing out and structuring your bio. So, you're going to want to make it clear, concise, and specific. Typically, three lines to start off. Include emojis/ icons, which align with your brand and also match your brand colors. You're going to want to use dashes or sorry, add a capital letter at the start of each word, the same as the SEO name. Also, use dashes or bullet points to separate the lines and also include a CTA for the last line. For example, follow for XYZ. DM me keyword for XYZ or check out the link, whatever it is. For most of you guys just starting out, you're going to want to have a follow CTA. So, follow for XYZ. And that XYZ should be some sort of benefit associated with following your page that resonates with your viewer. Okay? Because the whole goal is to get them to follow your page. So, you need to speak to them, right? Speak within their self-interest. So, again, utilizing AI. Here is a chat GPT prompt that you could use yourself. So, for example, niche, you enter in your niche, character count under 150 characters, which is the restriction for the bio. And then the format, you could have line one, clearly state what your page is about. Line two, highlight the specific benefit or outcome followers will get. Line three, a strong CTA with an added benefit to motivate the viewer to follow, right? To incentivize them to follow. And style tips, keep it clear, concise, specific. Capitalize the first letter of each word. Separate each line with dashes or bullet points for clarity and easy reading. And then here's an example that I give you. This is a B Bible quote motivation niche. So the bio is Bible quotes to elevate your mindset. Discover God's truth in every verse. Follow for daily inspiration. All right. And also, so yeah, you could just put this directly into chat GBT. It's going to give you a good foundation to work off of. Most likely it's not going to be perfect on the first try, but yeah, you could keep talking with the AI, making sure that it, you know, comes out in the way that you would like. And as long as you keep these rule of thumbs in mind, you'll be able to find a good one to start off with. All right.
And also, like you saw down here, here are some mistakes to avoid. You could also put this into the AI if you'd like, but the first one that I see is being too vague. Your bio should be clearly articulate for what your page is about and what so that people instantly know what they can expect from your page. The last thing you want is someone to click on your page, read your bio, and still not know what they would gain from following your page or how they would benefit from following your page. You need to make that very very clear and articulate. And ideally, um, you know, I'm going to get to this next one here, but in as little words as possible, right? So, I'm going to skip to three before two, but too much information. A cluttered bio with too many details can overwhelm visitors. Keep it concise and focused on the essentials. So, you only want to include like each word in your bio should serve a benefit. There shouldn't be any fluff or any clutter in your bio with unnecessary words that don't add to the point you're trying to get across. Okay? So, keep that in mind. Be concise. Be articulate. And then the second one here is a lack of a strong call to action. Like you need to have some sort of CTA in some, you know, shape or format at the bottom at your third or fourth line. Okay. A bio without a clear CCA leaves people unsure of what to do next. A CTA directs them toward taking action, like following, signing up, or visiting a link. For most of you, like I said, it's going to be following.
Okay, so now let's just go over some good bio examples. So this is the one we kind of just went over. Bio Bible quotes to elevate your mindset. Discover God's truth in every verse. Follow for daily inspiration. So, what I like particularly about this one as well is that he integrated um the aspect of his username, Elevate Elevate Mindset Hub into his bio. So, he said Bible quotes to elevate your mindset, right? So, it's very very aligned with his username since his username is Elevate Mindset Hub. So, you could also look for like little cheeky things you could do to throw in there to make it even more aligned with your branding. Okay, so that's a good bio. Here's another good one for the neuroscience niche. It just says neuroscience, psychology, brain health, exploring the science of the mind. enhance your brand today. So, this is a CTA since it's a bigger page and he's monetizing it. Also, here, this is like the fitness niche, the science of maximizing your gains, expert advice on building muscle, subscribe to our free fitness newsletter. Right? So, in all three of these bios, you'll see that there's three lines. They all have some sort of symbol or emoji on the side of it. They all have clear and concise bios that articulate what their page is about and what the viewer can expect by following them. And on their last line of their bio, they have a CTA to either follow, check out their like store, or to subscribe to the newsletter. Some sort of CTA telling the viewer what to do. Okay.
And here are some bad bio examples. All right. So, this guy, it just says, "New Vids Daily, the art of discipline, the warrior mentality. Email me for collabs." Like, so general, so broad. Like, new vids daily. Like, is that the best he could do? No. Like, you don't want your bio to look like this is way too general. like they would already expect new vids daily already. Um the art of discipline like what about discipline? You know what I mean? It's just not clear. And this guy motivation growth mindset. So this is like this guy put his SEO name in the first line of his bio which you don't want to do. That's a mistake. And then also motivating you every day collecting disciplined people. So it's like it's just so broad, so general. It's like chat GBT. You could have just said, "Hey, chatbt, make me a, you know, two-word, twoline bio for my motivation page. It'll give you something like this, right? It's just too general. It's not specific enough. You need to be unique, but also be clear and concise with what exactly your page is going to serve the benefit of, right? So, for example, this page, discover God's truth in every verse." If you're clicking on a Bible motivation quote page, like that's something that benefits you, something that serves you. discovering God's truth, motivating you every day. Like, it's just not very clear how they're going to benefit from it, right? Yes, they know they're going to be motivated. It's just not clear. Again, same here. Stay motivated, build mindset, build discipline, just way too general, way too broad. And really, what this does is just makes you blend in with all the other pages out there who are general and broad as well. You want to be able to stand out and show that your page is different from other pages and give people an actual reason to follow you. Okay? So yeah, keep all of this stuff in mind when it comes to the bio. Keep in mind the keep in mind the uh rules of thumb and the principles that I gave you and also reference the good bio examples and the bad bio examples.
Okay, so next up once your page is essentially fully optimized in terms of the username, the logo, the SEO name, and the bio, you're go you're good to go ahead and actually create your page and begin warming it up. Okay, so the key points that you want to keep in mind when it comes to warming up your page is to avoid spammy/suspicious user activity. So you just want to engage like a regular user, right? So don't create your page and automatically begin like following like 30 people and liking and commenting like a bunch of photos or reals. Like you might think you're doing the right thing, but you're just looking like spammy or suspicious user activity, right? because Instagram has literal bots that try to detect this activity because people do make botted accounts all the time, right? So, do anything you can to engage like a regular user rather than a bot. Okay, here's the most important point here, which is to curate your algorithm to only show you content within your niche. So, this is huge. Okay, this is really what it comes down to when warming up your page. So, you want the algorithm to begin to understand what your niche is. Okay. So, if you're in the health niche, for example, you're going to want to curate your algorithm on your new page to only show you health related content, right? So, keep scrolling on your reels. At first, it's probably just going to be a bunch of brain rot, but keep scrolling and when you find a health related reel, maybe it's like some, you know, some doctor giving advice about like your gut health, you know, set your phone down and let your phone watch the video for like 3 minutes, right? like the video, um, comment on it, and press like the three dots and press interested, right? And keep doing that. Over time, you're going to see more and more videos of your niche. And you just want to keep doing it to the point where literally when you go onto your feed, all you could see is health related content, right? So, at this point, Instagram already has gotten familiar with you, the content you like, what you want to see. And this is good because when you start posting content on your page, Instagram is going to show your content to people who are interested in the same things that you're interested in, right? And now that Instagram knows what you're interested in, it's going to show your content to people who are also interested in the health related topics, which means your videos will be sent out to the right people straight from the beginning, right? Whereas, if you didn't warm up your page properly, Instagram would have no idea, you know, who to send out your content to and it would just take longer to get that momentum with your page. Whereas, if you do this right, you could get, you know, thousands, tens of thousands of views um on your first reel. All right? So, yeah, that's really, really important. Curate your algorithm to only show you content within your niche. Okay?
And then the last thing, the last tip is to wait one to two days before posting. So, don't just create your account and begin posting within the same few hours. That's not ideal. um you're going to want to warm up your page properly first, which does take typically between one to two days. And it just allows your page to sort of settle in before beginning to upload. So, Instagram just favors that, right? And once you begin posting, you're going to want to stay consistent as well. So, just keep that in mind. So, that is how you properly warm up your page.
So, now let's go over how to optimize your settings. So, you've optimized your page, you've created it, you begin warming it up. Now, there's a few little tweaks that you can make to your settings to make sure that they're fully optimized and you get off to the best possible start with your theme page. Okay, so here's the quick five-step process. So, first you're going to want to switch to a professional account. Okay, and here's like the little workflow. Click edit profile on your page and then you should see switch to professional account as an option there. And then you're going to want to pick your category. Pick the category that describes your page best. Some of the best options you could choose are community, digital creator, entrepreneur, or brand. And also keep in mind that you don't need to display this on your profile, right? It just makes you click one of these or toggle one of these on when you click to or when you switch to a professional account. But you could also turn off the option to have it display on your page. Okay? And then once you're on a professional account, what you're going to want to do is enable creator account. So you should have the option to choose between a business or a creator account right after you pick your category. But if not, you have an like if you have an existing page already, then here's how you can manually check. Um, just go to settings and privacy, click creator tools and controls, and then click switch account type. If it gives you the option to switch to a per personal account or switch to a business account, then you're all set. But if not, then make sure to switch to a creator account. All right. And then four is to upload content at highest quality. So, you want you're going to want to go to settings and privacy, go to media quality, and then click upload at highest quality to toggled on. This is just going to make sure that the reals or content that you're uploading is like, you know, uh, you know, full pixels, the most amount of frames allowed by Instagram, and that it's like just the highest quality possible, right? Sometimes when you create an account, this isn't turned on. So, you want to go and manually check and make sure it's turned on. And then lastly, just to make your make sure your account is secured, you're going to want to turn on two-actor authentication. All right? And to do that, uh, this is just going to secure your account, make sure no one like, you know, hacks into your account or takes any of your information, anything like that. It's just like an extra layer of protection to keep you safe and secure in your account. So, go to settings and privacy, click account center, and then click password and security, and then click two-factor authentication toggled on. And I think there's a few different options that you have in terms of how specifically you want to secure the account, okay? Because there's multiple ways you can do it. So, yeah, that's it for this section, guys. This goes literally over everything you're going to need to create and set up your page to make sure everything's optimized and to make sure you get off to the best possible start with your theme page and your journey.
All right, so yeah, let's move on to the next step. All right, welcome to step three where we're going to be going over how to actually go viral with your theme page. All right, and a big aspect of this is mastering the algorithm. So, now that you've fully optimized your profile, it's time to begin posting content on your page and going viral. So, this is where it gets more fun. But before you can do that, it's important to fully understand the algorithm and how it works. All right, so let's just dive straight into it. Before we go into anything specific, it's important to understand Instagram's objective in the first place, right? And its objective is to keep people on their platform for as long as possible. Right? This is how Instagram's algorithm, you know, this is what their objective is as well as really any other social platform like YouTube, Tik Tok, um, X, right? But we're going to cover why that is first and then we're going to dive into the specifics like about Instagram specifically. All right. So you need to understand that platforms like Instagram and all these other social platforms are ad revenue based companies which means that other like most of their revenue comes from other businesses and companies who pay Meta which is Instagram's parent company to advertise on their platform to people right because if they know how to run good ads they get an ROI for you know the money that they give Instagram so with that being said Instagram makes money every time someone like us watches an ad on their platform. Okay? And with that being said, the longer we stay on the platform, the long the more ads we see, which makes Instagram more money, right? The more ads we see, the more Instagram makes money. So because of that, the longer we stay on the platform, by extension makes Instagram the most money, right? So that is their goal. They want to keep us on the platform as long as possible and they go to extreme lengths to do this, right? Instagram, Meta, whatever you want to call it, they have hundreds of neuroscientists working on the back end of the app. Literally, whose sole job is to make Instagram the most addicting platform possible, right? Every little feature on Instagram, where things are placed, what colors things are are all deliberately designed to make it as addicting as possible, right? Because they want people to stay on the app for as long as possible because the goal of the company is to make as much money as possible. All right? So that it's important to understand that that that is the algorithm's whole objective is to keep you on the platform as long as possible. And then that begs the question, well, how specifically do they do this? Right? And now let's dive into that. So firstly, it analyzes your behavior. Okay? It looks at what you like, what you comment, what you share, what you save, what sort of accounts you interact with, whether you're DMing them, whether you're tagging them, and how long you watch content for, specific content for. Right? So it just looks at your behavior like sort of what you're doing, what you're interacting with, what you like, and once it analyzes your behavior, it begins to learn more about you, right? Your specific account, your specific profile, and what your preferences are, right? So if you comment on travel reels, for example, it'll show you more travel related content. If you share a post about art, your feed may show you more content about art, right? So, it first analyzes your behavior and then it learns about you, your preferences, what you like and looks and begins to place more content within alignment of what you like in front of your feed because it's it's like it's trying to predict what you might interact with next, which again keeps you on the platform for longer. All right, so that leads into my to my next point. So, once it analyzes your behavior and once it learns about you, it's going to begin ranking the content on your feed, right? The algorithm scores content on how relevant it thinks it is for you. The higher the score, the more likely it is to show up at the top of your feed, right? So once it learns about you, it essentially ranks new content that's posted on your feed based off how likely they think you're going to interact with it. Right? Obviously, they want to put the content that it thinks you'll like the most or is the most relevant relevant to you at the top because that's likely to keep you on the platform and keep you engaged longer, which is again the algorithm's main goal, right? So it ranks your content and then also it decides who sees your content, right? So when you post, Instagram tests your content with a small batch of followers first. If they respond positively, Instagram will show it to a new and larger batch of people. All right? This also goes back to why it's so important to properly warm up your page first. Because you know when you warm up your page, when you create a new one, you know, Instagram is going to get a better idea of again what you like and ranking content for you following all these steps here. And then when you begin posting, it's going to post and show your content with a small batch of followers similar to you, right? So if that small batch of followers is already going to be interested in the content that you're posting, that's just going to put you off to the best possible start. All right? So yeah, it's very simple. If they respond positively, um, Instagram will show it to a new larger batch of people. And then again, if it responds negatively, like if that first batch of people don't really interact with it, well, then it will sort of limit the reach. Okay, so that is how the algorithm keeps you on the platform for as long as possible.
Okay, so let's move on to the next part here. So, now that you understand the foundations, let's dive into more detail. Because really, guys, um this is sort of the foundations of how most algorithms work on social media, whether it's YouTube, Tik Tok, like I was saying earlier, because all of the company's goals is to keep you on the platform as long as possible. Because the longer you're on the platform, the more ads you see, the more ads you see, the more money they make. It's that simple. Okay, so now let's dive into Instagram more specifically and what levers they pull to again keep you on the platform as long as possible, right? So what specifically does the algorithm look at? Let's dive into this right here as well. So it looks at relationships. So I'll explain more what that means right here. If you frequently interact with someone, someone's account likes, comments, DMs, Instagram assumes you want to see more from them. All right? So you'll see this yourself. Like say you are using your personal Instagram account and you know you have a really really close friend. every time they post a story like they show up at the top and all the way like as the first option for you to view the stories, right? Because Instagram knows that you have a relationship with this person. You probably DM them. You probably like their posts, comment on their posts and hence when they post a story, it'll show up first because it's predicting that you will engage with that specific person. Right? So it it recognizes relationships that you have with certain accounts. Okay. Also, it specifically looks at um specific content types. All right? So, the algorithm learns about which types of content that you engage with more like whether it's reals, carousels, stories, and it shows you more of that type of content. All right? So, if you're always scrolling on the reals feed, and that's like, you know, your main source of consuming content, you're just scrolling on reels, Instagram will show you more and more reels like on your home feed, let's say, right? Whereas, if you go into the explore page and you're always looking at posts, again, the same thing. It it learns that you're engaging with certain types of content and therefore puts more of that specific type of content in your feed. Again, with the main goal of hoping to keep you on the platform, okay? And it also looks at specific timing, right? So, content shared at times of the day when you're most active are most likely to appear in your feed. So, for example, if you go if you have a 9 to5 and like from 5 to 5:30, like let's say you're taking the train back from your work to home and that's when you usually scroll on reels, um, Instagram notices that pattern, how you're always active from 5:00 to 5:30 and that means content that's posted around 5:00 to 5:30 is most likely to show up at the top of your feed. All right? And it also considers these variables as well. And then the last one here is relevance. So Instagram detects what's trending in your niche and shows you similar content, right? So it it always knows and stays on top of what's trending, what you might be interested in. And all of this here, guys, is just to become the best possible predictor of what you might interact with and what might be relevant to you to again keep you on the platform as well. So this is this is how they specifically what the algorithm specifically looks at when it comes to that.
Okay, so now let's go over how Instagram decides who sees your content, right? because this goes over more foundations of like what content you see, which gives you a higher understanding of how the algorithm works. But now, let's dive into specifically how Instagram decides who sees your content. Okay? And it really is a four-step process. And I'm going to go over this right now. So, first one is the initial test group, right? So, Instagram when you post is going to show your content to an initial test group, a small batch of your followers. Okay? So, Instagram shows your content to 10 to 20% of your most engaged followers and these are people who frequently like, comment or interact with your content. Okay? So, it tests it with this small group and once it tests it with that group, it's going to analyze the engagement that that group had with the piece of content that you posted. Okay? So, Instagram analyzes how this group responds, specifically looks at key engagement metrics that we went over. So, it's going to look at I'm going to go over the key engagement metrics actually right below this here, but um it's going to look at yeah likes, comments, shares, how this initial test group responded to your content, how they reacted to it, right? And then once it's once they analyze the engagement of that content that you just posted, if the initial test group responds positively, Instagram shows your content to more of your followers as well as non-followers. So, it's that's the initial test group. So, once it's think about like this, if you pass that test, Instagram's like, "Okay, this guy's proven that this piece of content engages people and keeps them on the platform. Now, we're going to send it to more people and see how they engage with it as well, right? And it'll it'll essentially keep doing this until the reach gets limited, right? However, if the content that you post, so content with high engagement gets boosted reaching a wider audience. And then however if the content that you posted doesn't get good engagement it's shown to fewer people so it begins to limit um the visibility right whereas if it has high engagement it boosts the visibility okay so that's the very simple four-step process when you post piece of content Instagram tests it with an initial test group it an analyzes the engagement that the users had from that test group and then it expands the audience and from there determines whether to limit or boost availability depending on how that audience engages with the content. Okay, so this is a very high level how Instagram decides who sees your content.
Okay, so now like I said here, Instagram specifically looks at key engagement metrics we went over in terms of analyzing how the people responded to the content. So now let's go over what those key engagement metrics actually are in the first place, right? So these are going to be the main ones that Instagram looks at when deciding whether to push your content out to more people or to restrict it and limit it from getting out to more people. So, one metric that it looks at here is watch time. So, longer watch durations indicate higher viewer interest. So, you're wanting you're going to want to aim to create content that retains attention, right? So, again, this goes back to the main goal of the algorithm. They want to keep people on their platform as long as possible. And watch time is a good indicator. Like, if your content has good watch time, it's a good indicator that you know you're keeping people on their platform. So, they're like, "Okay, we like this guy. We like this guy's content that he's posting. It's keeping people on the platform. Like this is one of the reels that I've posted. The cumulative amount of time from all the people who have watched this reel adds up to over 12 years. That's pretty mindboggling. But if you could have content that adds up to these sort of numbers, like Instagram's going to love you because that's literally 12 years of someone sitting on Instagram and scrolling through. Obviously, not one person. It's divided upon millions of people, but you know, you get the point. It also looks at plays and replays. So this is specifically important for reels because replays suggest a higher view interest. So for example, if someone watches your reel and you know after they watch the full reel, they watch it again because something was interesting about it. Something like grabbed their attention like that's a good sign because again that sort of increases the overall watch time. So you'll see here you can check these analytics the initial plays of a reel. So, how many times someone watched it and then also how many times people re-watched it, right? So, if you have people re-watching it consistently, like that's a pretty good indicator that the algorithm sees and they will want to push out your content more. So, it's a specific metric it looks at. All right? And then also, this is what I think people more think of when it comes to metrics that Instagram looks at. This is the content engagement. So, it's like the likes, save, shares, comments, etc. So yeah, obviously likes this is a basic indicator of audience approval, but of course less in well not necessarily of course, but it is less influential than other metrics, right? A like holds less weight and less significance than the other metrics I'm about to go.
over. So next is comments. This signals deeper engagement, especially thoughtful or lengthy comments.
And then next is shares. Um, shares, uh, this shows content relevance as viewers share content which they find valuable, relatable, or reliable. And then they also look at saves. So this is one of the strongest signals of content value. Users typically plan to revisit the saved content. Sometimes people like make saved folders of different topics, like, for example, um, like meal prepping. I don't know if you've ever seen like a video like that and you like save it for later, as if you're going to do it, right? So that is why meal prepping videos do really, really well.
But yeah, these are some basic indicators that Instagram looks at in terms of content engagement, right? So people liking your content, commenting, sharing, saving it. And the reason why likes hold less weight is because comments, shares, and saves, um, contribute more to keeping people on the platform more, right? So think about it. When someone comments on your reel, especially if maybe it's like a thoughtful, lengthy, or controversial comment, then someone else might go and respond to that comment, right? Asking a question, following up on it, or giving their own opinion. And then from there, like another person could come on and respond to that, right? And all of these comments accumulate to adding up more time of people spending on their platform, Instagram, right? So, if Instagram sees a lot of people commenting on your reels, and especially if they're thoughtful, lengthy, or controversial comments, they will push your content further, right?
And shares are huge as well because when you share a piece of content to someone else, let's say they're at work and they're on their break and they're scrolling, or no, let's just say they're like, um, responding to a text message, right, on WhatsApp, and then they get a shared reel from you on Instagram and they click on that shared reel, and now they're on Instagram. You know, most likely they're going to stay on Instagram and like look at their friends and keep scrolling. So, that was an example of you bringing someone new onto the platform, adding up to more accumulated time spent on the platform, which is what Instagram wants. All right, I know that might have been a lot there, but shares bring people on the platform, and Instagram loves when new people come on the platform, especially if you're the one doing it. All right, so if your content adds up to like lots of shares, that means your content brought so many more people on the platform, which they like, and they're going to push your video more, right?
Then saves again is pretty big because when you save a piece of content, um, chances are you'll go back to it at some point eventually, or Instagram at least thinks you will. So it likes when you do that. Okay. So now we could go at, uh, look at profile visits. So, uh, posts that drive viewers to your profile that show like curiosity-evoking valuable content boost overall account performance, right? So, if you post a reel and it gets someone interested and they're curious, or it was, you know, it was such a valuable reel that, you know, the person just had to click on your profile, Instagram likes seeing that because when someone clicks on your profile, often times they like, you know, sort of scroll through some other, uh, reels or some other content that you have, and again, it keeps the person on the platform longer, right? So, it also looks at profile visits as well. This isn't as significant as the other ones, but it still looks at profile visits.
Okay, so these are some specific key metrics, engagement metrics that Instagram looks at. And obviously, this is going to be important for us to know because now it comes down to how we can trigger these specific metrics to keep people engaged with our content. Because the more engaged people are with our content, the longer our content keeps people on the platform for, the more Instagram algorithm is going to like us, and the more they're going to push our content, right? So that's why it's important to understand all this in the first place. So, with that being said, let's go over some specific strategies that we can now use with this information that we've just gathered, right?
So, um, the first thing that you can do is have an engaging topline caption. All right? So, this could be a question, a controversial statement, a funny statement. Tag someone who XYZ, share this with XYZ. And this is going to target more likes, comments, and shares, right? So, those specific metrics that I was talking about earlier that Instagram looks at. So, this is an example of a reel that I posted. I'm actually going to just click on the reel here so we can take a look at it. Might ask me like, "Are you okay?" I always say, you know, I'm good even if I'm not. Like, I'm just kind of used to, you know, getting through stuff on my own. So, right. So, this is somewhat of a controversial reel in today's world where the guy said, you know, "I'm just used to getting stuff on my own. You know, when people ask me how I'm doing, I just say I'm okay." So, that's something that resonates with a lot of people already. But where I really put this on steroids is I say in the caption, "Should men speak about their emotions?" Right? So, this goes back into, um, asking essentially a question, especially a polarizing question, because a lot of people have really mixed opinions on this, right? Some people might be like, "Yeah, you know, they're men, they should be, you know, rock solid, have a good mindset, they shouldn't be vulnerable." And other people might be like, "Oh, they should be vulnerable, express their emotions, their identity, whatever, right? Whatever, whatever it is, people have mixed opinions on this, which means, um, lots of things, right? So, either they're going to comment, whether they're going to share this with a friend because it's relatable. It's just a, it's a good overall piece of content, right? And because I had this engaging topline caption, which is a question, it gets so many people to comment, right? People are like, you know, "Always." And then there's they're putting their opinion. "I can't be open anymore. I do this all the time." Like, this is very relatable to a lot of people, right? So, that gets people engaged. So, that's one specific strategy that you can do to keep people engaged and keep people on the platform, right? An engaging topline caption. So, obviously certain reels or content that you're posting is not going to be as controversial or as polarizing as this, but there's always a way to throw an engaging topline caption in to get more engagement, right? Whether it's you're asking a question like I just did there, whether it's a controversial statement, whether it's a funny statement, tag someone who, share some, share this with someone who, um, all of this, um, is something that you want to consider, right? A lot of people don't think about this and in their topline caption, they just write some random thing that adds no value or doesn't, you know, drive any further engagement. But you want to be more intentional with your topline caption considering what we've just gone over.
Okay, so the next little specific strategy that you could use is a longer caption which makes users read more, right? So this could be a short description, a short story, a quote, sharing value, and this is going to target more watch time and shares, right? Because for example, if someone likes the reel and they click on the caption and it's actually adding value and they feel like reading it, that just keeps them on the reel longer, adds to the watch time. Sometimes even if it's a long caption, they'll replay the reel if it's a shorter reel. Um, but it's something that Instagram likes to see, right? And this is how you can, um, I, I'll show you this example. I didn't include the link of the Instagram reel here. This again is my reel, but it essentially is about this guy who is now like playing for the Lakers even though he's like old, something like that, right? So, in the caption, I just give a short story. Um, "On April 10th, blah blah blah. 32-year-old Andre Ingram makes his first debut with the Lakers after spending a decade in the NBA G League." And yeah, so it's just a longer caption. People click on it. It adds more context to the video and keeps people on the video longer. So adds to watch time, right? So that is another specific strategy that you could do is having longer captions, which makes users read.
Okay. Next thing is just entertaining content, right? So I'm going to show you this reel here real quick. This is going to target more shares, comments, and likes. So, a lot of this is going to depend, depend on the niche that you're in as well, like what you're, what makes the most sense to do or not. But that was good. Yeah. Does anyone ever tell you it sounds like Mara? So, that's essentially the reel and then it goes into an edit. But yeah, if you don't understand what that means, it's sort of like an inside joke within the NBA because the Jawar guy got in trouble with some sort of gun violation. So, um, regardless, that is an example of entertaining, entertaining content. And like I said, this is going to target more shares, comments, and likes. Gets people engaged. They share it with others. They think it's funny, whatever it is, and it still sort of adds some value because it's like a, a nice clean edit, and people see what they want to see because this is a motivation basketball page, right? So, that is another example.
And another one is educational content. Okay, so this is going to target more saves, shares, and watch time. So, let's go ahead and take a look at this reel here. So, this isn't mine, but it's one of my students. [Music] "Lowering prices is the worst strategy to increase sales. Instead, do like these big brands. They understood that people buy." So, it's some sort of like animation, um, marketing business sort of content, right? So, yeah, this is purely educational content. It's just going over, you know, price and sales and why lowering price, um, or sorry, why, yeah, lowering price doesn't increase sales. So, that's also a bit unconventional. Most people think the opposite. So, that was a good hook to keep people, um, engaged. And that's also that something that you guys want to always keep in mind. Your hook needs to be, um, really good, right? Because if watch time is one of the most important metrics, what contributes to longer watch time is having a good hook, right? People's attention span on Instagram are fried. And if you can't get their attention within like the first one to two seconds, within the first frame or something going on or something that's being said that grabs their attention, they're just going to scroll to the next reel, right? So often times if someone watches the first few seconds, they watch like, you know, half the reel or even the whole thing, right? So it's all about, you know, keeping them on for those first few seconds. That's like how much leverage you could have. So yeah, educational content is another specific strategy that you can take in order to get more saves, shares, and watch time. And that is a specific example that I showed you.
And the next one is motivational type content, right? So this targets more watch time and saves. So let's go ahead and take a look at this one here. "The best advice you've ever heard or received. Trees don't hang around with the grass even though they all started from the same place. Spend so much time on self-improvement that you have no time to criticize others. The magic you are looking for is in the work you're avoiding. If you're afraid of..." So, it's just a basic motivational reel that goes over like people's responses to that guy's question at the beginning, which is like, what's the, I think it was like the best quote you ever heard. I'm not sure. But yeah, this is another example of a specific strategy that targets more watch time and saves, keeps people engaged, and is just a good sort of content format to go with.
All right, so essentially what I want you guys to do is next time you see a viral piece of content, pay close attention to these details, right? You'll notice how other successful and high-performing pages are using these exact same principles to manipulate the algorithm in their favor. All right. So now since we've gone over how the Instagram works, how the Instagram algorithm works on a high level, what it looks for, you know, how specifically the algorithm determines who to show your content to. Like you understand, you should understand the algorithm and what it looks for and how with going over these specific strategies, you could see how you can target certain metrics, right? And with that being said, since you could, since you have that knowledge now and since you could analyze, um, other reels, go ahead and take a look at specifically how they're trying to trigger and target and manipulate the algorithm in their favor, and you'll be able to get some valuable and interesting insights about that, right? To use to your advantage.
Okay, so that is this, that for this section, and now let's just go over a few bonus tips that I've put together for you guys. So the first one is to question things. So whenever you see a viral piece of content, don't just blindly copy others and hope for the best. Actually spend some time analyzing the content and seek to understand why it performed well. Most important word: why. If something performed well on Instagram, got millions of views, you know, lots of comments and, you know, lots of people engaging and got someone so many followers, it didn't happen on accident, guys. Like for, for every cause has equal opposite opposite reaction, you know? Every input has equal and opposite output, right? So if you see a reel, well, I guess the proper way of saying is every cause has equal and opposite effect. So if you see the effect, which is a reel that has, you know, millions of views, that got gained someone so many followers and lots of people commenting, like there's a reason for that. And it's your job to question things and identify what that cause was. What caused that reel to do that? Well, because Instagram doesn't just randomly push out reels because it's self-interested and wants to keep people on the platform. So, there's something about that reel that kept people on the platform. So, some questions you could ask yourself is: Which metric made this reel go viral? Why did this reel perform a lot better than that reel? Why did the page owner decide to do this and not that? How can I make this type of reel go viral on my page as well? What can I do differently to improve this reel and make it even better than the original? These are questions that you can ask yourself when it comes down to why that reel performed well in the first place and how you can take that information, use it for yourself to make your own high-performing res. All right, so that is the first bonus tip I have for you guys. Really question things. Don't just blindly copy others. Don't just like go through this like a monkey and not even think about anything. There's always a cause to the effect. So break down and analyze what those causes are. And that's how you're really, really going to further master the algorithm and have it on your side to your favor.
Okay, next thing you're going to want to do is analyze your own data, right? So, the same way you can get, um, a bunch of valuable insights from analyzing other high-performing viral reels from other people, you could also get very, very valuable insight from analyzing your own data. So, once you reach a 100 followers, you're going to unlock Instagram insights or the professional dashboard. And by looking at insights, you'll be able to see more detailed data which will help you make logical decisions with your page moving forward, right? So, you're going to be able to see your audience location, like which countries they're from, their age range, the gender ratio, and their most active times of day, right? So, you're going to want to look at your data, sort of understand your audience, and the more you understand your audience, the more you're able to create content that resonates with them. That's really what it comes down to. And yeah, the more you create content that resonates with them, the more higher likelihood you have of going viral and having high-performing content, right? So, yeah, take a look at these metrics. And also, for example, a specific thing people always wonder about is like, "Oh, what time should I post at?" Like, yes, there's some like decent times to post at. You want to be posting on like Eastern Standard Times because that's where you could access the highest quality audience. But once you unlock professional dashboard, you, you're going to be able to see like sort of when your audience is most active. And if it's already a US audience, then just continue posting at those times. So, that's just another little bonus tip.
And the next one here is consistency. Okay, so the key to success in anything, guys, is consistency. Everything you learn in this free video course will be completely irrelevant if you don't stay consistent. Posting high-quality content which targets the metrics consistently is how you go viral and grow on Instagram. That's it. Don't overcomplicate it. All right? So, if you're doing that consistently, posting high-quality content that targets these metrics, like you will grow and obviously when you grow, you will be able to monetize it as well. But you got to grow first. And you could grow by staying consistent. So when I talk about consistency, I'm not only referring to posting. I'm also referring to consistency with your strategy. So once you pick your niche, branding, content style, captions, font, etc. You need to stick with it for at least 30 days, right? Don't be switching it up too much. Don't make emotional decisions just because you think something looks cooler or because you had one bad performing reel. It's important to give the algorithm enough time to collect data so you can actually make logical decisions based on real data. Okay. So yeah, once you begin posting, you want to, you know, keep your branding consistent. You want to keep the content style that you're posting with consistent. Obviously, you want to do your research and analyze things beforehand so it's like an educated decision, but stick with the same content style, the same sort of strategy for around like 15 to 30 days, right? Because if you keep switching it up and you're trying a bunch of different things, you know, Instagram is not going to have any idea what you're doing and not going to know who to show your content to, right? Just going to be all over the place. You need to give the algorithm time to adjust to your reels, your content, whatever you're doing. And that's how you're going to be able to properly see if what you're doing is working or not and whether you should make a change. But that's only after 30 days, for example.
Okay. So now let's go over another concept which is content is king. So obviously content is really, really important and now you're going to understand why and how to use it to your advantage. In this one we're going to be going over more details about content. All right? So, like why it's so important, things to keep in mind, and some more important things for you guys to understand. All right, so without further ado, let's get straight into it. So, content is by far the most important factor when it comes to growing on Instagram. Every single other growth strategy is essentially irrelevant if the content you're posting is low quality. All right, that's what it comes down to, guys. Content is the most important variable by far. And really, nothing else matters if your content is trash. All right. So, you could, for example, be using the best growth strategies, the best hashtags, the best captions, doing all the right things on your Instagram page to grow, but if you're doing all that and your content is not high quality and it kind of just like looks bad or it's, you know, trash, let's say, then it's going to be really tough to grow, right? Content is going to be the fuel for your organic growth, right? So, all it really comes down to, guys, is posting high-quality content over a long enough period of time, being consistent, and that's going to lead to good growth on your page. All right, this is what it comes down to. It's this simple. Don't overcomplicate it. Don't get distracted by the shiny object like little specific strategies. Yes, they can help. They will amplify your organic growth, but they're not going to carry your organic growth. All right, your content is going to carry your organic growth. And then the growth strategies are there on the side to help sort of like amplify the growth, right? But it really all comes down to the, uh, content itself and making sure that it's high quality. So I really, really want to emphasize this, guys. This is by far the most important variable here. So pay close attention and understand how you can actually make your content high quality. And then obviously consistency is just doing it daily for a long enough period of time and that will lead to growth. All right.
So, here is a content quality checklist for you guys to keep in mind and reference when it comes to actually creating high-quality content. All right, so first up is going to be high-quality clips. So, avoid using low resolution, laggy, or choppy footage. This should be common sense, guys, but you'd be surprised how many times I see people, um, whether they're my students or not, when they're starting out, right? Most of my students, I drill this into their head to make sure that they don't do this. But let's say on Instagram, I see a lot of people who use like low resolution, laggy clips. Like the, the footage isn't like, you know, um, what's it? 360 quality or 720 quality. And that is just not as good as it could be, right? You want to be making sure you're using high-quality clips to make your brand look professional, credible, and make your brand one that people want to follow, right? So, it's really important that you use high-quality clips. And of course, um, later on in this module, I'll be showing you exactly how to find and download high-quality clips, right?
So, next up is using a clean font. So, make sure that your text is clearly visible on the reel and it matches the reel style, right? So, make sure the font looks clean. Make sure the caption style is aesthetic and looks nice and is well branded. And then also make sure that it has a nice contrast, right? The brightness and those sort of elements are in check. Because for example, if you have like, uh, a video and it has like a white background, but also your text is white and it's, it's sort of just going to blend in and it's not going to stand out enough and people won't be able to read it, and that just sort of makes the video not look as high quality as it could be, right? So, these are just certain things to keep in mind when it comes to, uh, your font or the text on the screen of the piece of content. All right.
Next is to subtly integrate your brand's colors or logo or watermark within your content. Okay, so this is quite important. You know, you want to make sure that you're integrating some element of your brand's presence within your content. Whether it is like some certain colors, like if you're coloring certain text a certain color that is based off your brand, or you could have your logo somewhere on the screen, uh, which includes your brand colors or whatever the aesthetic is of your brand, or you could have a simple, uh, watermark of your username or your logo somewhere on the screen just to indicate that it is, you know, branded, branded content, right? Just to make it look clean. Also, this is supposed to be subtle, guys. Little subtle, subtle elements to integrate into here. You don't want it to be over the top. You don't want it to be, um, sort of in your face, right? You don't want to be have your whole reel have like a huge logo on it and like every color is like the exact color of your brand. Like, for example, if you have like a blue, white, and, uh, black brand, right, for your logo, for example, you don't want to like make the whole reel like blue trying to match. Like, don't do that. You know, take it with a grain of salt. You want to find a way to subtly integrate your brand's colors, logo, or watermark within the content without going over the top and making it an eyesore, let's say. All right.
Next up is to use clear, high-quality audio. So, again, this is a sort of no-brainer here. You need to make sure that the audio sounds good with your content. You know, you need to make sure if there's a voice within your piece of content that it is, uh, audible, that people can hear it, that it's crisp, clean, sounds good. And same with the background music, most of your guys' reels, because the content style is going to include background music. So, make sure that background music is high quality. Um, make sure that it is the right volume. A big mistake I see is sometimes people make the volume too high and you can't hear anything else but the music, or they make it too low where you could barely hear the music, right? So you want to sort of find that happy medium, um, within the audio to make everything sound good and leveled. All right.
And lastly here is consistency and alignment. Right? This is important. You want to make sure that if someone clicks on your page, that everything looks consistent, everything looks in line. And that is really the whole foundation of a brand, guys, is having some element of consistency there. Whether it's the type of content that you're posting, the type of font that you're using, the placement of certain elements in your content, like your logo should always be in the same exact spot most of the time, let's say, right? Yes, you could maybe have a different, a few different variations of a similar content style, but this is a rule of thumb. Make sure your logo is in the same place. Make sure your text is in the middle of the screen. Make sure that things are just consistent and aligned among your content, right? This is important for building a high-quality brand and making sure you look professional and credible. All right?
So now when starting out, simply remodel what's already working. We've talked about this a little, guys. There's no need to reinvent the wheel. There's no need to try and come up with a brand new innovative idea until you already have a foundation of followers. And of course, like I mentioned as well, remodel doesn't mean copy everything exactly, like word for word, for example, and like every little detail. Uh, that's not what remodel means. Remodel is to simply, um, get an idea from a concept that's already proven to work on Instagram and then putting your own unique spin on it. All right. And now what I'll do is I'll show you some examples and explain more in depth about what I mean by this in terms of remodeling content and how different pages have put their own unique spin on essentially the same exact content style. All right, so let's just get into that right now.
All right, so now I have a few different pages pulled up on the screen here for us to go through and analyze. And all of these pages use a very similar content style. All right, and the name of this content style is subtitle reels, which essentially where there's someone talking, right? And then there is captions or text that comes up on the screen that matches what they're saying. All right. So, this is the content style that we're going to be sort of reviewing in this lesson and breaking down a little bit more about how they've remodeled content and put it, put their own unique spin on it, right? Um, but the reason we're doing this is first off, um, subtitle reels is one of the biggest, uh, content styles on Instagram, specifically in the motivation niche. But what you're going to want to do, guys, is obviously apply this to your niche, right? So, if you're in a different niche where they don't do, let's say, subtitle reels as much, then you're going to want to take a look at other pages in your niche. You could just check, check your niche research worksheet and sort of see what these pages are posting. Try to analyze their content style. Try to find patterns among what they're posting and apply the same principles that we go over in this lesson here, uh, to whatever niche you're in and what sort of content style that you'll be posting with. All right, but yeah, without further ado, let's get straight into it.
So, I'm just going to click on one of the videos here. "You might be a little better than me, but you human. You just like me, right? You just like me. You ain't no different. You just like me. You bleed just like I bleed. You cry just like I cry." All right. So, as you can see, guys, it's a very simple content style. So, there is Alan Iverson, a basketball player who's, uh, retired now, but he was speaking in a post-game interview, I believe, or post-practice interview. And yeah, so he's speaking. It's like a little speech, right? And this person has taken this clip and put captions on the clip, right? So, as you can see, the words show up as he's saying it. "I heard ain't no different, right?" And then as this video goes on, uh, there is different overlays that come up on the screen as he's talking that sort of, um, reflect what he's saying. So, for example, when he's like, "You hurt how I hurt or you cry how I cry," they were showing clips of, um, him crying or him putting his head down, you know what I mean? Things that actually align with what's being said. And on top of that, there is a sort of emotional background music in the background. All right. So, it's a very sort of simple content style and this is a subtitle reel content style, like I mentioned. So, someone talking and then subtitles or captions coming up on the screen. Okay.
So, now let's go over another page. This is my page actually. I'm going to go over a clip here that I believe is the same, um, the same interview of his. So, let's just take a look at it. "My best friend dead. Dead and we lost. And this what I got to go through for the rest of this summer. I don't care what you say. You can try to put your feet in my shoes. They won't, they won't never fit cuz you can't go through what I go through in my life. I'm the MVP and I got to worry about trade talk. I'm the MVP. I was honored with the MVP and when I lose, this what I got to go through when I lose." So, yeah, as you guys can see, it's a relatively similar, um, sort of style here of the video. Um, there are some subtle differences where I've made it unique to my brand. So, for example, I have my logo or my watermark here on the screen, and instead of his here, uh, his is full screen, right? Mine has sort of like this cropped rounded square format, right? So that's another little example of how you can put your own unique spin off of, um, uh, another video. So remodeling it, right? And then, yeah, different font as well, as you guys can see, like his is a lot more smaller and it's sort of like pointier, where mine is, uh, bigger, bolder, and let's say more round, right? So again, very simple example. Um, it's him speaking, the text comes up on the screen. There's overlays, but there's a few different unique elements that I've added or integrated within this piece of content to make it more unique, right? So, this is an example of remodeling content. All right.
Now, let's just take a look at a few other examples just to further emphasize my point. So, here's another page. This is actually a student of mine. His name is Mate. And, um, let's just go over one of his videos. "My buddy Fab. Yeah, there's no friends in this game. Business has no friends. I eliminated everything out of my life. I focused on everything, every aspect of my game, the mental game, everything involved in my striking score on leaps and bounds. My mental game has..." So, yeah, as you guys could see again, it's the, um, subtitle reel content style. Very simple. The captions come up on the screen as he's saying them. And obviously, they're in the middle of the screen. They're above the best place for these captions are sort of in the middle of the screen, like on the nose or below on the chin, right? You don't want it to be covering their lips exactly, ideally, right? Um, but yeah, so he has this cropped format as well, but instead of the rounded sort of format like I have it, he has it where it is just sort of straight. So, it's like a regular square. And then he has this little watermark here as well. And then he has another sort of darker filter on it to make it look sort of more, you know, dark, more aesthetic, more deep. And that is another few examples you guys to see how he's, uh, remodeled content, right? How he has his own unique spin off of something that's already worked, right? So, he could have found this clip that someone else posted that already went viral. He downloaded that clip, which I'll show you guys how to do later, and then he made his own edit where he has his own unique elements to make his own version of that original clip. All right. Again, that's another example.
Now, let's look at another one. "Everything you love, you're going to lose someday. So, so to love something is to accept the inevitability that it's going to break your heart someday. And yet, we do it." So, again, very simple, guys. He's speaking, the, uh, captions come up on the screen, the text comes up on the screen. Um, and he has this rounded corner look to his content as well. And then he has his logo right here in the corner. All right. Uh, as you can see, that's his logo and he just put it here in the corner. So, that's his watermark just to, to make it look well-branded. Again, um, it's an example of someone putting their own unique spin and remodeling a piece of content that has already gone viral, right? These people are not reinventing the wheel. I guarantee this guy found this clip viral on a different page and then just reposted it on his page with his own, uh, unique branding, right? That's really the name of the game when it comes to theme pages. All right.
And let's go over a few more examples. I'll move quickly just to wrap it up, but you guys should be getting the point by now. All right, so let's look here. "Excuses don't build success, hard work does, dedication, discipline." All right. So, as you guys can see, he's speaking, the text comes up on the screen. And then how he's made this, uh, a bit more unique is like he has a very sort of nice looking black and white filter. And his text is almost like this video game looking thin text, right? So, that's how he's made this unique, right? And "I'm at the point in my life right now." Yeah. That's what his content looks like, right? Same for all of his other content. And yes, he has other things mixed in here as well, but we're going over the, um, subtitle reel content style specifically. So, let's go over just a couple more and we'll be done here.
"You lie to yourself and cheat yourself when you're not fooling anybody but yourself." Again, very simple text comes up on the screen as he's speaking, and then he has his little watermark of his username in the top corner here. All right, just to have this is an example of a subtle integration of his branding or his, you know, logo or watermark is just having a little thing right here. All right.
And lastly, this page here, let's just look at it. "You got a dream, you got to protect it. People can't do something themselves. They want to tell you you can't do it. If you want something, go get it. Period." So, he had more like sporadic, um, engaging captions that showed up on random parts of the, the screen there. And then he had it fade out into his logo, right? He has his logo at the bottom here as well. All right.
So, as you guys could see, um, these were all subtitle reel content style pages that we sort of just analyzed. And I showed you how there's plenty of different approaches. There's plenty of different ways that you could, uh, have your own unique approach for a the same content style, right? So, these are all subtitle reel content styles. It's where someone speaks and text comes up on the screen, right? This is what's proven to do work in the motivation niche and lots of other niches on Instagram. Okay? And then all these people have done are added their own sort of unique elements to their content to make it well-branded and to make it distinguished from other people's pages, right? So, this one, he just has the text come up as he's saying it. And then there's overlays, right, of him video. And then for this one, bigger text, uh, the logo here, rounded corners, um, a different background music, right? More overlays, different clips. And then here, this one has like the square format. He's got his, uh, watermark here. Text comes up on the screen. He has a different filter that makes it look darker. Um, this one right, like this one has no filter, for example, and then the text comes up on the screen, it's a different font, and then he has this little logo here. So you guys get the point. The same content style, but different approaches that are unique and distinguishable and branded for each of these pages, right? So, that is exactly how we can do what I said here, which is remodeling, not copying, right? So, as you can see, those people didn't just directly copy everything about the others' content. Like the watermark wasn't all in the same spot. The background musics weren't all the same. The format of the actual clip wasn't all the same. The fonts of the captions weren't all the same. The filter on the screen wasn't all the same. It's the same content style, but there was different unique approaches, right? So, they remodeled the content based off of their branding. All right? So, that is the name of the game. Again, hopefully I've emphasized the importance enough about why having high-quality content is so important, right? And how it's really the main variable here. So, yeah.
All right. So, now since we've just gone over why content is king, let's go over how you can collect viral clips for your content. In this one, we'll be going over more details about how you can begin collecting viral clips. All right? So, as I've mentioned multiple times up until this point, you're not going to want to reinvent the wheel. All right? Especially at the beginning, you're going to want to instead see what's already gone viral on Instagram and put your own unique spin off of it, right? That way, you already have the proof of concept that it has gone viral in the past and it has potential to go viral again, and then put your own unique spin on it. Put your own unique touch on it with your own branding and re-upload it to your page. All right, so let's get straight into it.
So, here real quick is just some criteria for you guys to keep in mind when it comes to finding viral clips. All right. So, you're going to want it to be at least 100K views. Obviously, the more views, the better. And you're also going to want that clip that you find to have gone viral within the past 1 to two weeks. And of course, again, the sooner the better. All right? And this is just a general rule of thumb, guys. Of course, there's some nuance to this. Like, for example, if you see a page with like 2,000 followers, but it got like 80K views, like that's still a very good indicator that that's like a viral clip, right? So just because it's not at the 100K views mark doesn't disqualify it from this criteria, right? You kind of have to use your own brain and try to like, you know, pick up on those little details as well. This is just a rule of thumb. Uh, same thing here, went viral within the past 1 to two weeks, the sooner the better. Like yes, if it's three or four weeks or a month even, like most likely you're still good to go, but one to two weeks is ideal. Even a few days if, or if you could find a video like, you know, the day it goes viral, right? And then you could like get on that as soon as possible. The sooner the better, right? And this isn't to say that you, if you find a clip that went viral like a year ago, that it won't go viral again. But that's the case a lot of the time. Like what goes viral like 6 months to a year ago has a less likelihood of going viral now, right? Whereas if you find stuff that went viral recently, the past one to two weeks, maybe even 3 to four weeks, then that increases the likelihood tenfold that it will go viral on your page as well. All right, so here's just some criteria, very simple criteria for you guys to reference when it comes to finding viral clips in the first place.
All right, so now let's head over to Instagram and go over how to actually find these clips, right? So now, if you guys have implemented the steps properly when it comes to warming up your page, uh, your algorithm and your feed should only be showing you high-performing content or at least content within the same niche that you're in, right? So, simply a good way to do this is just scroll on your feed and you're going to be able to find content as well as pages that are performing well and going viral. All right, so let's just do an exercise real quick here just to scroll a little bit to see if we find any viral clips. All right, so let's just say we're scrolling. We're scrolling. You know, this one has like 6,000 likes. It's not too bad. Uh, you could always click on these pages as well, you know, see what, um, has gone viral for them recently. This guy doesn't look like he's had too many, but, uh, look. So, for example, a Kobe clip. Um, it's pretty much him speaking, but then there's like overlays in the background of like different people, right? So, boom. Uh, you could see the comments were like a week ago. So, this was posted within the past one to two weeks. So, what you guys can do now is add this to a folder. Like click on save and then you can make different collections and different folders based off of your own criteria, right? So, if I were to click plus, I could create a new folder based off of like whatever I want to call it. So, you could just call this simply like viral, uh, clips, right? But I'm not going to make a new one because I don't need to. So, pretty much what you're going to want to do is keep scrolling. Keep finding these pages where you're finding viral clips that have at least 100k views and have gone viral within the past 1 to two weeks and keep adding them to this folder. All right? Keep scrolling. Keep, um, looking at the pages that are like, you know, doing well and adding more and more clips to this folder, right? You're going to want to do this like, you know, once a week, right? That way you could stay on top of like the most viral best content, right? And here, guys, the point is to scroll intentionally. It can be easy to just get carried away and just like keep scrolling, keep scrolling, keep scrolling. But what you're going to want to do is scroll very intentionally. Make sure that you're actually paying attention to the content, looking at the, you know, results whether it's done well or not, and then intentionally adding the ones that have gone viral into this folder. And then that way you could have like a stash of these high-quality and, uh, proven to go viral already clips. All right. And then now let's say that you've gotten a folder, right? That you have, you know, a ton of viral clips that you've added over the past like, you know, few days and now you're ready to
Like find the actual clips, right? So now that you have all these clips in one place, now you need to find the original source of these clips, right? 'Cause you can't just like, you know, screen record this and then like edit it yourself. Like, right, this is already an edited clip. So what you want to do is find like the raw, unedited, original clip, right? Like for all of these. So, for example, let's start with this one. So this is Tom Plattz. Um, oftentimes you'll like see who the name of the person is in the description if you don't know already, but as time goes on, you'll get better and better at like, you know, knowing the names of the people that you see.
All right, so this is Tom Plattz. So if we go onto YouTube, right, you could search up "Tom Platt's interview" for example, and this is the, you know, third one that comes up. So you could tell that this is the same video just because of what he's wearing. So you click on this one. And then if you just play this, you'll see some stuff that he says. It's like, "Cancer, you know, probably causes cancer."
All right. So what you're going to want to do is you have this video now, right? It's two hours long. So, you don't want to watch this whole like two-hour video just to find that little clip. So, a little like hack that you could do is go here to the description and then click "Show transcript." And then if you're on a, um, Mac, press Command F. I think if you're on Windows, it's Control F. And then type in the word like "cancer" or a keyword that he said in this one, right? Or "attitude" for example. And then what you'll do is it'll just pretty much show you the exact timestamp in the video where he says that, right? So he says it here. Um, "Problem when people get cancer, what are the, what, what should they do? Mind, get rid of the sugar. Let's see. I think cancer, sugar helps everything grow, including cancer. Um, I do much better nowadays at my age. Let's see. Having a higher fat metabolism, 100 grams of carbohydrates a day." I think this is the same clip as this one. Let's see. "The negative energy probably makes your whole body do weird stuff. You know, if you, if you think bad and expect bad." Okay, let's just do that so we could find the exact clip. "Think bad, expect bad." So, "think bad." Okay, here it is. Here's the clip. "Your whole body do weird stuff, you know?" Right. So, this is the exact clip that we just saw here. So, say for example, I know this is not a viral clip. It's only 127 likes. I'm just using this for the sake of the example, right? So pretty much what you're going to want to do is press "clip," right? If you think, and then you could find like the exact length. It's within 60 seconds of the clip that you found here. So let's just say this is a 40-second clip or a 20-second clip. Just grab the exact or very similar, you know, length, 20 to 40 seconds, whatever it is. And then once you do that, um, just like press "Share clip" and then press "Copy."
All right. And then what you're going to want to do is go to here, this website, loader.to. Okay, paste in the clip here and then go to MP4 1080p. This is going to give you the highest quality resolution and then press "Download." Okay, and then it'll start downloading. So, the beauty of this website right here is that it allows you to download YouTube clips. All right. So this is like, you know, the 60-second up to 60-second video that we could clip from this one, right? Most, uh, YouTube clip to MP4 converters only allow you to download the entire YouTube video, right? So you'd have to press "Share" this button right here, get the link, and then put paste it into like a different, like website, and then you have to have like this whole, like two-hour, like, um, interview essentially, right? That takes up a lot of storage. It takes a long time to download, and it's just a headache. Whereas with this website, it allows you to download just between, you know, 0 to 60-second clip, right? Um, and that makes your whole life a lot easier. It'll download quicker, and you don't have to worry about storage or anything like that.
All right. So, this is pretty much just loading right here. It's downloading. Um, it should be done any second now. But, um, yeah, that is what you guys can do. All right. That is how you're going to get essentially the original clip as an MP4 file. And then what you're going to want to do after that, obviously, is download that MP4 file into your editing software, which we'll go over later. Um, but yeah, hopefully this loads quicker. Um, sometimes it's quicker than others. Sometimes the website is a little bit buggy. Um, but I think it should work. So, let's just give it a second here. Um, uh, aside from that, guys, what I could show you right now is obviously sometimes it's not going to be as easy as this, like just looking up "Tom Platt's interview" and then like you see it on the third one. Like, sometimes it's, it's a bit tougher, right? It's a bit tougher. So let's say, for example, you find a clip. Um, I could show you guys an example here. Let's say I'll go to this one here. Uh, is it this one? Nope. Nope. It's a Kyrie clip. Let me show you though. "Basketball wasn't greatness is not meant for a few chosen people." Right. So, this is a Kyrie clip that was hard to find. Right. "Greatness." So if you go to here, "Greatness is not meant for a few chosen people," or you try to like look this up, like you're not going to find the original clip very easily, right? So it's not as easy as where it came up so easily for this one, or you could look up like "Kyrie postgame interview." Like, it's just not going to come up, right? Because there's so many postgame interviews. There's so much content on Kyrie that you're not going to be easily able to find it, right?
So, what you could do in that scenario is simply go to this website. This is called filmont.com. And then you could just type in the actual text of the video. So, for example, it says, "for a few chosen people, it's it's meant for those who persistently. Greatness is not meant for a few chosen people. It's meant for those who persistently blah blah blah blah." So, if you go to here and you type in, you know, "Greatness is not meant for a few chosen people." I've already typed this in so it knows, but you can just type it in yourself for whatever video you find. Uh, this will pretty much like find you the exact YouTube video. That's what that way you don't have to like search for hours trying to find it, right? So, I believe this is a Okay, so it just refreshed. So, what you're going to want to do now, "Greatness is not meant for you certain people," is just like sort of scroll through here. Um, "a few more games." Okay, so this is the, this is the original video. You could see just from the background, um, "they pursue their dreams every day and make that choice when they wake up, right?" That it's the same background. He's wearing the same outfit. He's got the same glasses. So, it is this video, right? So, you click here, "few more games," and do the same exact process that I, I showed you guys earlier. So, "Show transcript," Command F, and then you could say, "Greatness is not meant for a few chosen people," right? So you click here, you get the clip, and then boom, go back to loader.
All right, so this looks like it's done now. So all you're just going to want to do is download it. Um, and then like save it, and then then you'll have the download. But I'm just going to cancel it now. Um, yeah, guys. So that's pretty much how you do it. Let's just go over a couple more examples. So for example, right? Let's say we want to find this original clip. "I blew up." This is NL Choa, and it looks like he's in a podcast setup, right? So, let's just go to this "Annalie Choa podcast." Uh, boom. It's literally the first one that comes up. So, yeah, sometimes you'll get lucky, guys. It's the first one that comes up. Other times you'll have to search a little bit, you know, more. And then other times you'll be looking for like 5 to 10 minutes. You still can't find it. Then I recommend using Filmont. All right, but here. So, let's just try to find this part of the video. He said, "I was ungrateful." "Ungrateful." So, that's like a keyword that you should be able to find easily. So, go here. Um, "Show transcript." Type in "ungrateful." Boom. Uh, there's a couple different spots though here. This is the, the part of the clip. Right. "Blew up. God for 18. I was ungrateful." Right. So, just what you're going to want to do is again, watch the whole video. Get the exact timestamps that you need. Make it as long as you need. Like this. Boom. Type in whatever name. Get the clip. And then once you get the link for the clip, once you get the link for the clip, you're just going to want to go in here and then paste it and then, uh, download it, right? And that's how you're going to get the raw, unfiltered, original clip that then you could then edit and put your own unique spin off of.
All right, let's just do one more clip here for the sake of it. "But as you grow, you lose certain homies." Okay, so that's Snoop Dogg. Snoop Dogg. Let's just say "interview" at first and see if we see it. All right. Yeah, it's this one right here. So, most of the time you'll be able to find it pretty easily with yourself as far as being connected. So, then again, um, "Show transcript." Go up here, "lose certain homies." "You lose certain homies." Same process. Just, uh, make it as long as you need and then grab the clip. Go to, uh, loader.to. Paste in the clip here. Download it.
All right, so that is essentially the process of how you could start collecting all of these viral clips. All right. So first, you do the research. You scroll on Instagram, you see what's already going viral. Um, you find clips that have gotten 100k views within, or sorry, 100k views and then ones that have gone viral within the past one to two weeks. Just keep that as a rule of thumb. And then once you find all those clips, add them to a folder. And once you have this huge folder, you could do this every few days or like once a week. Then you could go into that folder, start looking up the original files and clips through YouTube. Once you grab the or find the exact timestamp in the video, then go over here, grab the link, paste it, and that's how you're going to download the unedited, raw, um, YouTube video or original clip for then you to edit yourself and put your own unique spin on it and your own branding on it. All right. And then this is a tool that you could use if you have some trouble finding the actual clip itself. So you just paste in like whatever words that are said in the video, and then it'll help you try and find the actual YouTube video. All right. So yeah, guys, that is essentially the whole process of how you could start finding viral clips for your theme page in your niche. And to to make your life easier, again, just make your feed. Like I'm literally just scrolling on Reels, and it allows me to find clips that have gone viral like really, really easily. All right. Uh, that way you don't have to like, you know, go through all this extra headache and effort just to find viral clip clips. It's so much easier when you can just open up and scroll and then like add clips to your folder like on autopilot, right? So yeah, guys, that's the whole process. Um, this is how you're going to most quickly and efficiently find viral clips for you to then recreate and remodel. So yeah.
All right. So now that you have your viral clips, it's time to set up your editing software. So let's get straight into it. In this one, we'll be simply going over how to set up your own editing software. And in this lesson, we'll be going over two main softwares, which are CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro. All right. So CapCut is going to be the most easy to use, user-friendly editing software that there is out there. Um, most people use it. Uh, there's lots of capabilities and potential with what you can do on CapCut to make your videos, um, the exact way you want it. And that's just a really, really good option. That's probably the one I suggest for most of you guys. And then also, there's Adobe Premiere Pro. Um, for some of you guys, you might already have this installed and be more familiar with the platform. So, that will probably be most ideal to you. And I think it does have more advanced capabilities in terms of editing, right? So, we're going to go over that software as well.
So, let's just get straight into it. So, for CapCut, you can pretty much just go to capcut.com and then you have the option to edit through pretty much web or you can download the app. All right? I would just suggest doing whatever you prefer, but let's just go over the website for this example. So, all you're really going to do is just like create an account and then click "New video." All right. And then once you click "New video," it's going to bring you to this page, right? So, this is like the, the software, the user interface. And it's very, very simple. Um, you could either press here to upload your video or you can just drag it straight from your files onto the timeline. So, let's just do it, uh, that way. I'm just going to, you know, click this and it will show up here. All right. So, this is the 9 by 18 format. You want to make sure that it is this format. This is the format used for all sort of like short-form content. Uh, make sure it's not like, you know, this or this. Like, this is not the format that you want. Uh, you want to make sure that it is 9 by 16. Okay? So, it should look like this. And then once you get to this point, you have the option to either sort of like expand it to a full-screen format like this, which a lot of, um, you know, videos do look like this. Most of them probably do, right? Where it's like full screen. Um, but also there is a content style that sort of has like some black background in the middle or on the top and bottom, right? So you could do it like this. You can even make it even smaller. Some videos I've seen go as far as like, you know, having it look like this, right? Right, with the black on the top and bottom. Um, but yeah, you can pretty much choose to your preference or the content style that you want to go with. Right. So, yeah, once you have it here, obviously you're going to do your edits, which you're going to learn how to do later on in this, uh, module. But, um, once you're all done, you're just going to want to go to "Export" and then click here. And then you're going to want to make sure it's 1080p resolution. And then 'cause that's like the most ideal resolution for Instagram. If you try to do, you know, higher, it just won't make any difference. If anything, it'll sort of like correct itself, which isn't good. You want to just make sure it's 1080p. And then also choose the frame rate 60 FPS. I think the standard is for it to be on 30. So just change it to 60. This is going to make your video look as smooth and as clean as possible. All right. Then you just simply press "Export" once you're done with your edit and you will have the final sort of version that you'll be posting. All right. So that is how you get set up with CapCut. Very, very, very simple. And now let's head over to Premiere Pro.
All right. So, once you're in Premiere Pro, uh, pretty much you could just open a new project, open a new sequence. Uh, that should be pretty intuitive, self-explanatory. But once you're on, you know, the sequence, just press Command N if you're on Mac. If you're on Windows, I believe it's Control N. Then go to "Settings" and make sure the frame size is 1080 and the horizontal is 1920. So this is again the 9 by 16 format that I mentioned earlier. And then, yeah, this could be 30 frames per second. 29.97 doesn't really make a big difference. And then press "OK." All right. And then now you have your new sequence and you could essentially drag your video onto the timeline. So let's just like drag it here. Press "Keep existing settings," and then you'll have this sort of same format that we saw on CapCut initially, right? And then, yeah, from here, like I said, you could use the scale option to either make it full screen to look like that, or if you want to go with a different content style, you could just simply sort of keep it like this and, you know, keep some black at the top and black at the bottom. And this is just going to depend on sort of like which niche you guys are in, um, and like what style you're going to choose to go with, right? Um, but with this sort of podcast, um, let's say subtitle Reels, which we went over earlier, this is a common sort of format to have, right? And then, yeah, simply once you're done editing the video, you'll just go up to here. This is the "Export" button. Uh, make sure that you have these settings: H.264, 1080 by 1920, 29.97, or 30 frames per second, 14 Mbps, and then press "Export," and then you'll be all good to go. All right.
All right. So, now that you've set up your editing software, let's dive straight into the content hub. Welcome to the content hub. Now it's time to actually spend some time practicing, developing, and sharpening your skills in content creation. All right. And by the end of this module, you'll learn how to create different styles of content. You'll make your first draft/samples for your own brand, and you're going to get clarity on which style to stick with for your brand. All right. So, without further ado, let's just get straight into it.
So now we're going to be going over some different styles of content. The first one being subtitle Reels. All right. And we're also going to go over quote Reels. I'm going to be showing you guys some examples, sort of breaking them down, and giving you guys an idea of what you can expect when it comes to these different styles of content. And the reason why these are the two different styles of Reels that we're going to be breaking down here in this module is simply because they are proven to work the best over the longest period of time. All right. So, these Reels pretty much, no matter what trends are going on, no matter what changes in the algorithm have been made over time, little adjustments, these Reels always perform well. They do right now as I'm currently recording this video, and they have, uh, a few years ago, and over the past few months, and they're still going to continue to do well, um, on Instagram. All right. So, these are the two main different styles of content that we're going to be going over in this module here at the time of this recording. All right. By the time you're watching this, there might be some new trends, some other very good high-performing styles of content that might be in the phase two section of the organic, uh, growth blueprint, but as I'm recording this video, these are the two main styles of Reels that perform the best over the long, uh, longest period of time and have gotten the best results.
Okay, so let's just get straight into it. So, I have an example, or I have four examples for each style of Reels here. So, let's just go over this first, uh, set here, which is the subtitle Reel examples. All right. So, here I'm just going to let you guys watch this real quick. "But it won't help you stay asleep. And so, some people have this problem. They take melatonin, they fall asleep, and then they wake up three or four hours later. It wears off. Yeah. There are much better things for."
So, as you guys can see, it's a very, very simple style of content. It's simply, um, here's a podcast, and then there's automatic captions that come up on the screen as the person is talking. And then there's also like a little logo here or a watermark below. And then also there is music going on in the background. All right. At the same time. So, it's a very simple style of content. There isn't too much going on. And that is why it actually performs really, really well is because it's a very simplistic style. All right. And as you could see, this person added their own little unique touch to it by adding some, um, color for each line of the captions. And there's also a cool little animation where the captions sort of fade into the screen. All right. So that is the first example. Now, let's go over the second. "Here we go. I'll let you watch it in five years. But there's two conditions. You have to know what it is and you have to aim at it. Figure out what you want. Write it down. Figure out what you could do to start moving to."
All right. So, you can see again, it's a very similar style as the last, uh, Reel that we watched. So, the only difference here is that it's a bit cropped. So, there's like the black at the top and at the bottom. Obviously, it's a different font. They're a different size. This one's just white captions rather than white and a different color. And then also, I'm not sure if you guys can see, but the watermark is here, right under the captions rather than down here on the other one. All right. And then, yeah, again, very simple. Captions come up on the screen. There's a watermark, and there's background music that goes in the background. Okay. "Do that with your."
So, very simple. And now, let's just go over a couple more examples here just to drill the point home and to show you this content style. "Me brick by brick and I'll be damned if I let you tear it down just 'cause you don't like the way another talk. Bet against me. Bet against me. Tell me it's not going to happen. Tell me it's going to fail. I love it. I love."
So, yeah, again, you could see very, uh, simple content style. This one is also cropped where there's black at the top and at the bottom. And then here what this guy did differently is now there's actually two clips. Uh, maybe there's even three. Yeah, there's three. Maybe there's even four or five. We're not going to watch the whole clip here, but yeah. So, instead of just one person talking the whole time or it being one clip or one podcast, it sort of transitions to multiple different. All right. And then, as you can see again, the, the captions come up on the screen, but this one is more of a different, more unique style. So, sometimes the captions come up like one by one as they're saying it. Sometimes a whole line of captions come up when they speak. So, like if I press play, you're going to see what I mean. "No one's going to come to help me. No one's going to come to hell these days." So, it's, it's a more unique caption style. It's pretty engaging, and yeah, it's clearly performed well. I mean, it's got almost 50,000 likes in almost 5 days. So, yeah. Um, that's another example of the content style here. Now, let's just go over one more just again to drill the point home. "Emotions after a loss like that, it stings. It stings real bad. This is my business. I've been on the end of many defeats of my life and I rose back."
Again, very simple. Captions come up on the screen as the speaker is speaking. And then, um, there is a watermark here at the bottom of the screen. And you could also see that this is the cropped black format. So, at the time of this recording, um, that is sort of like a trendy style that is going on where it's like cropped and there's like black at the top and, uh, bottom, which is why the past three Reels that we've watched that have performed well, um, have that format. But yeah, guys, this is an example of subtitle Reels. So, yeah, as you guys could tell, it's very simple content style, very easy to edit as well. It's simple. It's simple. You know, there's just captions that come up on the screen, um, when there's someone speaking, and then there's a watermark somewhere on the screen, and then there's a background music that fits the vibe of the speaker and like what the topic of the video is about. All right. So, that is content style number one, subtitle Reels. And this has performed really, really well over the past, um, weeks and months and years on Instagram. It's still performing well as I'm recording this video, and it's projected to still continue to perform well on Instagram. All right. So, this is a very good style of Reel to learn how to edit, and depending on your niche, uh, this might be the best style for you to go with. All right.
And next up is the quote Reel style. All right. So, this is another style that again has performed really, really well. And what's funny about this one is that it's easier. It's even easier to make than the subtitle Reels. So, the subtitle Reels are really easy. Um, you know, we already went over how to find the clips effectively, how to set up your software, and then, you know, you simply just drag in the clip, do the auto captions. It's very simple. You guys are learn are going to watch tutorials in this module about that as well. But the quote Reels is like next level simple. Like, it's really, really easy. And I'm going to show you guys a few examples so you know exactly what I mean. All right. So, let's get into it.
[Music]
So, you guys see what I mean? Uh, it doesn't really get simpler than that. Um, it's like a 5-second Reel. There's like some background video or picture. We'll go over a few different examples. And then there's a quote that comes up on the screen, right? And then typically for these shorter Reels, like there's longer captions as well, as you can see this guy did. Uh, and this is also Matias in the program. I'm sure you're, uh, familiar with him already by now. Um, but yeah, so that is just one example here. Let's just go over another now.
All right. So, this one is now a picture rather than a video in the last one. And then the picture actually fades in from being completely black to then uncovering the picture. Right. And then there's the quote on the screen and then just the simple watermark here under, right? Again, with the long caption. So, very, very simple, guys. Like this probably takes literally 5 minutes to make maximum. And also like, I mean, look, this has almost 90,000 likes. It's probably over a million views, and it's only been like a couple weeks. So, yeah, guys, you know, it, it doesn't, you don't always have to spend so much time and energy creating content for it to do well. Sometimes it's just about identifying the best content styles that perform the best over, you know, a longer period of time and then learning how to master that content style within your niche and staying consistent. That's really the name of the game.
All right. So, now let's just go over a couple more examples. Again, very simple. It goes from black and then fades into this picture. There's text on the screen, and then there is like a little watermark of this guy's, um, initials of his username here. All right. And this is Kevin. He's also in the program as well. He's been growing like crazy recently. Uh, I think he grew over 20k followers in just a month. So, yeah, this content style right now with the quotes is also performing really, really well if you know how to, um, do it properly, which Kevin has learned how to do. All right. So, yeah, let's just go over this last example here. This one is a little different from what I remember. Yeah. So, yeah, very simple. There's background music, and then there's a quote on the screen, the little watermark of the logo of the page here. And then, except instead of this being like a still picture or a very simple video, this is actually looks like clips from, um, it's probably some sort of anime where, um, it just transitions towards different clips on the beat drop or not on the beat drop, but with the beat. So, very simple. All right. And yeah, again, you can see 19,000 likes. Just a few weeks ago this was posted. So, uh, performs quite well to say the least.
So, yeah, guys, those are the two main, uh, styles of content that I wanted to go over with you guys in this video. Subtitle Reels and quote Reels. Um, very, very effective content styles. Um, for most niches, um, obviously, you know, the niche that you go in, it's going to depend like the content style that you choose is going to heavily depend on the niche that you go in, but for most niches, subtitle Reels and quote Reels apply most of the time, right? Um, but yeah, so like I said, as I'm filming this video right here, this, these are the two, uh, best styles of, uh, content to go with, um, at the moment. So, um, I would choose between one of these, but also like I said, depending on different trends on Instagram or as time goes on and things change, I'll constantly be updating you guys with like the best types of, uh, content styles to go with. And then again, like I said, it depends on the niche. So, you could always ask around the community. You could always, um, ask me sort of like which content style you think would be best for the niche that you're in, and I'd be happy to guide you and direct you into the right direction. All right. But hopefully, by seeing these examples here of, um, the different content styles, it gives you some ideas and inspiration on how you could take these content styles and put your own unique spin on it for your own brand. All right. So, yeah.
All right. So, now that you've sharpened, refined, and practiced your content creation skills, it's time to begin preparing for the launch of your theme page. And this one will be officially preparing for launch. This lesson here is just to solidify these last final steps to make sure you're fully prepared for launch and that you get started off with your theme page journey in the best way and as smooth as possible. All right. So, let's get straight into it.
So, by now you should have decided which content style/which content strategy that you'll be posting with on your page. And now it's time to officially prepare for launch. So, before you do begin posting on your page, it's important to prepare efficiently. That way, when you do start posting, you can easily maintain a consistent posting schedule. All right? Like I said earlier, guys, you know, you're going to want to be posting at least once every single day. So, it's important to prepare properly to make sure that you can make that happen as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. All right?
So, here is a couple things that you guys can do. Firstly, is create more content. Right? So, once your content audit has been approved and your content has passed the quality check, create at least five to seven Reels. That way, uh, once you do start posting, you can stay ahead of schedule, right? That way, you know, you don't have to worry about creating the Reel the day of, right? Because you guys know how life can get. Uh, something could come up last minute and may get in your way from posting like that daily Reel, right? So, if you prepare, prepare at least five to seven Reels in advance, then you don't have to worry about, you know, something obstructing that and getting in the way of you posting that daily Reel at least, right? So, um, at the same time, there's a little bit of a caveat to this. You don't want to post, or sorry, create like, you know, 30 or 50 Reels ahead of time. That's just not ideal because, for example, um, within your first 14 posts, for example, you might see that something, uh, performs very, very well compared to others, right? And you're going to want to use that feedback to immediately start iterating on your content and making other sort of similar versions to the one that performed well, right? But if you created like 50 in advance, then you know, um, you're not pretty much taking full advantage of that opportunity to capitalize off of that momentum. All right. So, just keep that in mind. Five to seven Reels in advance is a sweet spot. All right.
And next, you're wanting you're going to want to create your caption template, right? So this is going to be the bulk part part of your caption, which stays the same for every single Reel. And you're also going to want to save this caption template either in your notes, uh, or some sort of, you know, document on your phone or computer. That way, every time that you go to post, you can easily copy and paste it, and then all you have to do is just adjust the top line of the caption and a few hashtags for each Reel. All right.
So, now let me show you an example of this. So, here is, uh, one of my pages, right? So, for example, this is my simple caption template. All I do is copy and paste this onto every single Reel that I post. And then I change a couple things, right? I change this top line here. Obviously, I change, uh, the speaker, you know, the of the speaker. And then, um, sometimes I change the hashtags just depending on how, you know, specific the what the video is about and if I think changing the hashtags will be beneficial. All right. So, for example, uh, if I could go on to multiple Reels, it's the same exact framework, just a different top line. And, uh, I put the actual, you know, @ of the speaker where it says speaker, right? And you can see that for each of my Reels. Okay. And then let's just take a, uh, look at a couple other examples. So, this is another student within the program, Brandon. Uh, so this is his here. So let's take a look. Um, he changes this first one here, right? That's the first line. And then, um, this is like the bulk caption that stays the same among all of the content, right? So he also, um, you know, provides a lead magnet. So that's his like prayer guide. So that's an example of something that you could include in your bulk caption template as well. And then you see he also puts the speaker, and then he also has, uh, the same hashtags. All right. And you can see the same pattern for essentially all of his content. All right.
Let's take a look at a couple more examples. So, here, uh, this guy uses sort of a longer, uh, caption style. So, he changes this first line, and then he has sort of like some bulk text here going into more depth about whatever the video is about. And then he has video credits. He tags the @s of, you know, whoever's speaking in the video. And then he also has like a little CTA here for, um, some ebooks that he promotes. And then, um, the hashtags here at the bottom. And again, you could see it's the same style for each of his, you know, Reels. Um, the same sort of like bulk, like this is all the bulk, and then this is what's custom. And he probably uses ChatGPT to to make this longer caption, and then he changes this first line. All right. And this is just optional. You don't need to do this part where it's like, you know, extended and more in-depth, uh, breaking down the video. Uh, pretty much all you really need to do is change this, the the top line to make it custom towards each Reel, right? So, as you can see. And then lastly, we'll go over one more example. Uh, this one is another example of a longer one, but here is pretty much what stays the same for each Reel, right? So, he changes this top line depending on what the Reel is about, right? And then he has some more bulk caption here to sort of go more in-depth about, for example, this, uh, quote here or this verse. And then again, same thing for each of his Reels here.
So, yeah, guys, create your own caption template. Um, don't overthink this. Simply just do some research in your niche. See what is common among the high-performing pages and what their caption templates look like. And you could simply, um, build one that is structured similar to theirs, right? And then you could add your own unique twist to it. Um, at the end of the day, uh, this is not going to determine whether your Reel goes viral or not. You know, your content is the most important part. Content is king. Remember that, guys. Uh, but your caption template is always better, you know, looking, structured, looking professional, and looking clean. All right. So, yeah, guys, get your bulk caption template created, and then remember, all you have to do is just change this first line here. Make it custom towards each Reel. All right.
So, yeah, that's pretty much all I have for you guys in this module. Very simple. Just take these, uh, last two steps here. Get fully prepared before you start officially posting content. That way, you get started off with your theme page to the best start and the most smooth start possible. All right. Remember lastly, consistency is key. And once you do start posting, you're going to want to post at least once, uh, at best twice per day, every single day, right? That way you can maintain momentum and get yourself inserted into a nice place in the Instagram algorithm. All right.
So, now that you've stacked up on some more content, as well as prepared your caption template, you're officially ready for launch. Okay. And the first thing that I want to go over when it comes to launching is your posting schedule. So, your posting schedule is going to vary depending on the size and the demographics of your page. So, if you are just starting out, then one Reel per per day should be the minimum, right? At least one Reel per per day, ideally two or three. But if you've already got an existing audience, then you could continue posting two to three times per day. Also, mix in some posts and check your competitors to see whether that's something you should do or not. For most niches, once you get to the 20, 25, maybe 30k followers plus, that's when it becomes beneficial to mix in posts. But, um, if you're under that, most likely it's going to be Reels. But also check your competitors because maybe in your niche, posts do better when starting out, which is quite rare. Okay.
So, you're also going to want to convert your local time to Eastern Standard Time and aim to post in the most active Eastern Standard Times to target more American audience and simply because they have the highest buying power. So, it's like the, the highest quality audience you can get on Instagram. All right. So, some good posting times are 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, 12:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., um, 6:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Okay? And like I said, you could start off with these if you're starting from scratch, but once you get to 100 followers, if your, uh, you could check your audience demographics. If they're mostly from America, just post at the times that your audience is most active, right? Because like we talked about earlier with the algorithm, Instagram shares your content to a batch of 10 to 20% of your followers first. Based off how they react to it, they determine whether they should send it out to more people or restrict the reach. So, if you are posting at times where your audience is most active, chances are they're going to engage with it more favorably, and by extension, Instagram will post your Reel further.
Okay. So, next thing I want to go over is your captions. So, just a few minutes ago, you should have already created your caption template, and this is going to be the caption of every piece of content that you upload. However, you want to make sure that you're changing the top line of the caption and making sure it's custom for each Reel. So, yeah, I know we talked about a little bit earlier some different strategies you can do to engage, um, your audience with like the, you know, uh, engaging top-line caption or, you know, a longer top-line caption. So, here are some strategies to maximize the engagement of your captions. I'm just going to summarize these ones that we already talked about. For the engaging top-line caption, you could do a question, a controversial statement, a funny statement, tag someone who, XYZ, you know, share this with who, XYZ. And this is going to target more likes, comments, and shares. Or you could again do a longer caption, which makes users read, right? A short description, short story, quote, sharing value, giving more context to the Reel. And this is going to target more watch time and shares.
All right. So, now that we've covered captions, let's go over hashtags. So, you're simply going to want to use six to 10 hashtags per Reel. Make the first two to three hashtags super specific to the Reel itself, and the remaining can be specific to your niche and your SEO keywords. And also aim to use bigger hashtags, minimum 500,000 uses, right? So, if you go on the Instagram search bar and you type in like, I don't know, if you're in the health niche, you could do like "gut health." You could click hashtags once you search that up, and you'll see all the different hashtags of gut, gut health, and how many times they've been used. You want to use ones that have been used a minimum of 500,000 times. All right, but you also don't want to use the ones that are like in the 20 million or something, right? You want to just find somewhere in between. So, uh, yeah, the first two to three hashtags you can make it hyper-specific towards the Reel itself, depending on the context of the Reel, and then the remaining ones can be more general that are just related to your niche or your SEO keywords. Okay.
Also, this is really, really important, guys. Don't overthink this. There's really no right or wrong way to do this. You could also take a look at other high-performing pages in your niche and see what they're doing for some inspiration. So, if you're just stuck on this, you don't know what words to put, even though it should be, um, pretty straightforward and self-explanatory, take a look at your competitors, see what they're doing for their hashtags, and that should give you some inspiration. But, like I said, there's really no right or wrong way to do it. You might some see some people using a few hashtags, they're performing really well. You might see some people using 20 hashtags, they're performing really well. Some people don't even use hashtags, right? Because really, the main important variable that I've mentioned before is just that the content is good. If the content is good, it makes the other factors less relevant. Okay.
So, yeah, by now you're officially ready to start posting. So, keep in mind all of these strategies are going to be completely useless if you don't stay consistent. Okay? You must post at least one Reel per per day. So, if you need to, don't hesitate to spend more time in the preparation phase. That way, once you have launched your page, you won't have any issues with staying consistent. Staying consistent is key, guys. You want to show Instagram that you're serious, you know, page, and that, you know, you get your daily uploads up, and that they can rely on you to keep people on their platform, right? Because that's what Instagram cares about at the end of the day, right? Stay consistent, build that momentum, and obviously, you're going to aim to get those first viral Reels as soon as possible to create that snowball effect on your page to get you the best results in the shortest.
amount of time possible. All right? So, stay consistent. That's the key.
Next up is going to be growing your page. So, now that you've launched it, it's time to actually grow it and go viral with it, right? So, the first thing that I want to talk about is content. And as I've emphasized time and time again, content is king. And if your content is poor quality, then all the other strategies are going to be irrelevant. Okay?
Reels are by far the easiest way to grow your page. And one viral reel can explode your page overnight. I've seen it before. Someone starts off, first couple weeks, they get a viral reel, a couple hundred thousand followers, and next thing you know, they wake up and they have like thousands of followers on their page, right? Reels are what's going to do that for you at the beginning, right?
Posts, as I mentioned earlier, aren't necessarily ideal for new pages starting out, only for other pages who have already established themselves in their niche. So, reels are by far the easiest way to grow from scratch. All right, that's why it's so important to begin or sorry, to be posting at least one reel per day. And just to clarify, reels are used to attract a new audience and put you in front of a new audience. And posts are more used to nurture your existing audience, which is why I suggest having already an established brand or an existing audience before you begin implementing posts. So that is what I have to say regarding content.
Next, I want to talk about trending audio. So combining high-quality content with trending audio significantly increases the likelihood of your reel going viral. Okay, you can put together your own folder of trending and high-quality audios for your specific content style and your specific niche. And the best and easiest way to find trending sounds is the same exact method used to find viral clips. So, simply, you know, scroll on your reels feed. It should already be curated to only show you viral reels in your niche. Check to see what the most highest performing reels are. Check to see what sounds they're using. And most of the time there's like a specific set of like five to 10 sounds that are just consistently going viral because they're proven to work well, right? So, um, it's important to consider, like I said, it depends on the niche because there's certain sounds that go viral in one niche, right? That don't necessarily apply and align with a different niche, right? So, you want to make sure that you're looking within your niche to find these viral sounds, these viral audios. Okay?
So, now I want to go over some specific organic growth strategies. Okay? So, if you're just starting out, you can use some of these manual growth strategies to help you break through your first couple hundred, couple thousand followers. And this is going to consist of just going out there, engaging with other pages, networking, and overall putting your page out there for other people to see. Okay? And I'd only suggest doing these strategies if you're under 1,000 uh 1,000 followers, and if you're still struggling to get consistent views on your reels, right? Because once you pass a,000 followers, you sort of it's really the toughest part is to get your first hundred, your first thousand followers, right? Because you're new and you know people feel hesitant to follow you because you're just like a small page. But once you break that threshold, you should really just be focusing on content because that's what's going to carry your organic growth. These manual strategies will help you sort of get that momentum and get you to that point. But once you cross 1K followers, it's not something you should really be focusing on, right? You can still do it here and there, though.
But with that being said, here are some safe limits that you need to follow, right? And I'll explain what safe limits mean in a second. Put 25 to 30 likes per 3 to 4 hours, 50 to 60 comments per 3 to 4 hours, 30 to 50 DMs per 3 to four hours, or 40 to and 40 to 50 followers per 3 to four hours. So these are your safe limits. So if you go over these limits, like if you're doing 60 likes within an hour, it's just kind of suspicious activity on Instagram's side. Sometimes you might get away with it, but other times you're going to get flagged for like bot behavior or suspicious activity, and Instagram is going to be sort of like, huh, why is this guy spammy? Why does this guy have spammy activity? What's he doing? Is he a bot? So, you don't want Instagram to see you that way, right? It's just not ideal. So, make sure that you're staying under these safe limits. Okay?
So, the first organic growth strategy that I want to go over is called the one two punch strategy. So, I'm going to explain step by step how this works. So, first, find an active account in the same niche as you with under 10k followers. Go into their followers or their following list and find other smaller accounts in your niche who look legit, like they have a regular name, logo, etc. And when you go into their following list, oftentimes people are like following pages in their niche or the ones I get inspiration from. So you'll be able to find lots of these pages. So you're going to want to click on their page, follow them, like three to five of their latest posts and leave a meaningful comment on one of their reels. Okay? I'd suggest doing this 10 times per hour because once people see that you're supporting them, there's a high chance that they're going to go ahead and reciprocate and this is going to help you boost your engagement at the start. Right? So, this is really just due to the law of reciprocity. Um, like it's a very very researched um psychological sort of bias, you could put it that way or concept, but it's like when you support someone, when you like someone's stuff, comment, like they're going to feel almost obligated to do it back to you, right? I know some people won't, but some people will, right? So if you're going and doing this, you know, 10 times per hour, like that can give you a lot of extra follows, likes, and comments on your page just by simply going and doing it to other people, right? And doing this way, you might find other people sort of on the same journey as you. You can connect with them, network them, maybe even make some friends. So it's it's a good thing to do at the beginning when you're sort of first getting that momentum. Okay.
The next strategy that I want to go over is called the stealing follower strategy. So again, step by step, here's how you do it. Find two to three large accounts in your niche. So, between 100 to 500k followers. Um, don't go over 500K because it's going to make this strategy more difficult. Okay? Follow these accounts and turn on post notifications. Okay? And once they post, you know, oftentimes you're not going to be on your phone so you won't see the notification when they post. But if you are on your phone and you see them post and you get the notification, try to be the first one to leave a comment on that piece of content. Okay? And then go and like that comment with other accounts so you give it a boost and it shows up at the top of the comment list, right? So, you know, post your comment and then maybe if you have a couple other pages like your personal page, another page, just go and like that comment so it shows up at the top when people check the comment section. And I've seen pages gain up to hundreds of followers with one of their comments popping off. So, I'd suggest staying consistent with the strategy for two weeks and seeing which page is giving you the most traction and stick with that uh just stick with that one page. Like guys, I've had people reach out to me who have tried the strategy. They're like, "Dude, the strategy is crazy. Look, I got, you know, 15,000 likes and I got a couple hundred followers just from a comment, like on a reel, right?" But the whole point of this, guys, like the the make or break is the comment needs to be good. You know, you can't just see the notification, click it, go onto the content, and then comment some like BS that's irrelevant, that doesn't make any sense. Like, that's not going to get you any likes or followers. You need to actually leave an insightful comment that you know either provides value, is funny, is contradicting, something that actually grabs people attention is and is a good comment, okay? Or else it's just going to be a waste of time. So, make sure it's a good comment. You could get a few extra hundred followers. Obviously, not every comment is going to go viral, like maybe one out of every five or 10 or something like that, but it it could give you some extra momentum and followers coming in from really just doing no work, just a comment. Okay.
And the next strategy I want to go over is the shout out for shoutout/collabs. Right? So this is a more well-known one, but you could reach out to other accounts with a similar size following as you. The higher the better, of course, and ask them if they'd be down to do shout out for shoutout with you. You could also do the same thing with reel collaborations. That way you can tap into their network and vice versa. So just find people sort of at the same size as you, sort of at the same stage of their journey. Um, when you're like looking at some other pages on Instagram, reach out, reach out to them, just be like, "Hey, what's up, bro? You know, I see we're in the same niche. Um, I see you've been staying consistent, so good. You know, keep grinding. Was just curious, you know, since we're in the same niche, we have we're at a similar stage of our journey, if you'd be down to do some sort of shout out for shout out or like a reel collaboration. Um, that way we could be introduced into each other's audience and both benefit, right? Are you down?" So, a lot of times people are going to be down and this is a good way for you to get some extra exposure and yeah, it's it's a very very simple thing to do. A lot of people will be down. Okay.
So then the next thing that I want to go over is just some more bonus tips here. So, reply to all of your comments that you get with additional questions or comments. Also, pin your favorite comments. So, this is going to get you more engagement and boost your content in the algorithm. So, for example, aim for opportunities to subtly start a debate in your comment section. Overall, engage with your audience. And by doing this, you'll incentivize and encourage them to engage with your content more in the future. Right? So, there's a caveat to this. Like, obviously, don't rage bait. Like don't be in your comment section blatantly trying to start arguments or anything like that. You could subtly try and start a debate by asking insightful questions or following up by what someone said. And this could just get extra engagement, extra people commenting or replying or following up. And that could boost your post or your reel in the algorithm. Okay.
Then also guys, just overall engage with your audience. Don't be a robot who's just like posting content um on your page. Like yes it does take time to engage with your audience but it goes a long way you know reply to some comments like some comments engage with your followers like have actually spread an impact on people right that's really the beauty of this business model try to make a positive difference and by doing that like you know you're going to see good karma let's just put it that way okay.
So those are just a few bonus tips that I have for you guys and something else that's important to do is to analyze your data. So once you reach 100 followers, you're going to unlock insights or the professional dashboard as I was talking about earlier. And by looking at insights, you're going to be able to see more detailed data, which helps you make more logical decisions with your page moving forward. So, this is the same stuff I was talking about earlier, the audience location, age range, gender ratio, the times of the day they're most active. And you want to make sure that you're analyzing your reel's performance regularly. Like, anytime you see a reel perform better than average, it's really important to understand that reel and why it did better than average, right? So, you're going to want to analyze it and just break it down. So again, look at these um ask yourself these questions. Which metric made the algorithm tick? What's the topic of the reel? Who's the speaker of the reel? And which category do they fall into? What's the length of the reel? What's the audio that is being used? What are people saying in the comments? And you're going to want to use this data to double down on what's already proven to work well for your page. And if you do this consistently, you will create a snowball effect, right? So really stay on top of your own data. I know it's like some of the more boring stuff. It depends on who you are. are like some people are just like bored by data. They don't really care. And some people are like really into data. But regardless, you should spend the time to look at the data, see what's working, see what's not working. See if you know your most viral reels have anything in common by looking at these questions or asking yourself these questions. Like maybe you find that um the topic of the reels are always about a specific topic or the speaker, you know, that is in the reel. Every time you post them, they do above average, what category they fall into. Maybe your highest performing reels are like 15 to 30 seconds long. Maybe people are saying a certain thing in the comments. You're going to want to use all this data, identify all the possible patterns that you can. And once you've identified patterns and you've seen, okay, well, usually my reels perform well when this, this, and this is in there, right? Or if it's about this, this, and this, then use that data, double down on what's already proven to work for your page. And that's how you really, really like get momentum on your page and create that snowball effect. Okay.
So, the next step here is going viral. So, this is really the whole objective, guys, is to not only grow your page, but to go viral with your page and to get pretty much grow as fast as possible. And that's what all of this is for. And to be clear, let me simplify what going viral actually means. So, it does depend on the size of your page, but typically if a reel performs 10 to 15 times better than your average reel, I would consider that as viral, right? So, for example, if you usually get like 1K views on your reels and you get one that gets like, I don't know, 10 to 50K views, I would say that's relatively viral. Obviously, it's not as viral as like 100K or millions, but it's it's an indicator that it did perform better than average, right? And this is really the formula for going viral, guys. High quality content plus consistency plus analyzing data plus a little bit of luck equals virality, right? High quality content is in your control. You can make sure everything looks clean. Check out the quality content checklist criteria. Make sure you're, you know, checking all that off. Stay consistent. That's also in your control, right? Staying consistent, showing up every day, posting one, two, however many reels per day. Analyzing your data, that is also in your control. You could look at your data, see what's working, what's not working, where there's potential to double down, etc. And you could rely on a little bit of luck, right? I'm not going to lie, there is a little small factor of luck involved here, right? You could be doing everything right, but sometimes you just need a little sliver sliver of luck to go viral and, you know, get a huge reel pop off. Maybe something happens in the news which makes the person in your reel like more relevant and people want to see them. You know what I mean? There's stuff out of your control that sometimes influence the performance of your reel. But it doesn't make any sense to focus on that since that's out of your circle of influence. You can't control it. So with that being said, you want to focus on the things that you can control. The quality of your content, consistency, and analyzing your data. Doing those three things plus maybe a little sliver of luck here and there equals virality. Okay, it's that simple.
And once you get your first viral reel, the rest of your views will start will start to increase as a result of that. And this is going to make growing your page a whole lot easier. So every time you hear me say momentum or snowball effect, this is what I'm referring to. Once you get a really viral reel, let's say like you know if your common view reel is like 2,000 and you get like 200k, like that is a really good sign because that reel is going to do well, get lots of views, bring in lots of followers. And Instagram is going to be like, "Okay, this guy's reel did really well. You know, it's proven to perform well. Let's test some of his other reels and push him out some more people to see how they do, right?" And that's how people like because if your reels are good, like that's how you could really get momentum. you'll have multiple reels popping off at the same time and that's what you're going to want to aim for. Okay, so that is the whole point of this guys, going viral and trying to grow as quick as possible and also maintain a solid brand. Okay.
So, now let's go over stories. Okay, so this is a whole uh other aspect when it comes to growing your page, growing your brand, going viral. Well, not necessarily going viral, but just building your brand, right? Stories is more of a brand building activity rather than like a gaining followers going viral activity. So, it's still really really important. A lot of people overlook the significance of this, but posting really good stories can separate like just any other theme page to a page that people actually resonate with and connect with, right? So, considering you're building a faceless brand, guys, it's really important that you stand out in other areas in order to help you build more trust, credibility, and authority and relatability in your niche. Like I said earlier, you don't want to be looked at as just another theme page, right? Posting stories consistently will keep your audience active and engaged and will also help you build more trust with your followers and overall make your brand stronger. Okay.
So, you're going to want to aim to post at least one to two stories per day. And here are some ideas. And before I go over these ideas, guys, I wouldn't suggest posting stories until you've got to at least like 500 to 1k followers, right? Because if you only have like 20 followers and you're trying to post like one to two stories per day, there's only going to be like 10 people, you know, seeing the story. So, it it's just not a good ROI. It doesn't really make sense and it's not going to be worth your time. Whereas, if you get to like 500 to 1k followers plus, then you're going to start having more viewers and it'll start to make an impact. Okay? So, just keep that in mind. So, here are some ideas for your reels. You could do like daily motivation, so like tips, mindset, quotes, etc. Obviously, this is going to like relate to your niche. Um, you could use Instagram integrated engagement features. So, you know, these are Q&A's, polls, quizzes, emoji, slidebar, emoji button, etc. Instagram has certain features within for stories that you could sort of integrate into your stories which allows the viewer to interact with it, whether it's like asking a question, voting on a poll, answering a question to a quiz, sliding a, you know, emoji slidebar, as stupid as that is, or pressing the emoji button. These are features that Instagram has integrated into their stories. um that you have the option to use to get your viewers to engage more, right? So, these actually drive engagement and usually make your stories get a lot more views. Okay? You're also going to want to you could track your growth of your own content, right? And I would only do this once per day max, but this is when you um I'll show you an example in a second, but it's like if you reach your first 100 followers, you could screenshot that and post it on a story. Say, uh thank you guys for 100 followers. This is just the beginning. Let's keep it going. And then when you reach 1,000 followers, 5,000 followers, 10,000, just sort of tracking your growth, right? So, um, that's something else that you could do just to switch it up, post some stories every once in a while, right? You could also do relevant news or trending topics in your niche. So, for example, if you're in the basketball niche and something big happens in the basketball world, you could sort of, you know, post some relevant news or trending topics about um that specific event or topic that happened. Okay? And also you could, this is really optional here, but you could add your own lifestyle in there. Like, you know, whether you're at the gym, if you're eating out, if you're on holiday, if you're, you know, you're working at your desk, you could just, you know, post a story about that just to attach some identity to the reel, obviously, or sorry, to the page. Obviously, this is a faceless page, so some people are just not going to want to show anything about their personal life at all. but including some aspects of your personal life personal life if you'd like. Like if you're at the gym and you're in like the motivation or gym niche or if you're eating out and you're in like the food niche or something like that, just like posting stuff that relate to your niche of your own personal life. You don't need to show your face necessarily, but just like your environment um could just help switch it up every once in a while. Show that there's actually a person behind, you know, the the page and that's not just some robot. And that could just help build some more trust and some credibility with your page. Okay.
So overall guys, what you post on your stories are going to relate to your niche and be relevant within your niche. So, it's going to be different for each niche. And I'll go over more of that in a second, but really the main goal is to educate and to entertain, right? So, every time you post your a story, the goal should be to either educate or entertain your audience. Okay? And also, you want to make sure that your stories are not very repetitive. the worst like the the thing that you would want the least is to like see the little, you know, let me put it this way. If you see a page, post a story and you see like the little circle there at the top of your feed and you could already predict what the story is going to be, like you're not going to want to necessarily tap it, right? Because it's like you already know what it's going to be. It just sort of drives people away. So, you don't want to be predictable or repetitive with your stories. You want to switch it up. You want to make it always feel fresh, feel new, you know, have variation and that's how you get people consistently viewing and engaging with your stories. Okay, so keep that in mind.
So here are some specific examples regarding what the different um let's say examples that I or ideas that I just went over. Okay, so here is the daily motivation/tips, mindset, and quotes example. So these are just basic quotes. I've t taken screenshots here. Says keep going one more day. Become the greatest person your bloodline has ever seen. and then pass it down. It's time to bet on yourself. Wake up. Remember who the you are. You know, don't let fear, anxiety, or low self-esteem win. And then this says, I I can't even read it to be honest. It's a little blurry. But yeah, guys, this is going to depend on your niche. If you're in like sort of the motivation mindset sort of quotes niche, this applies more. Whereas, if you're in like the the health niche, maybe you won't do like a daily motivation quote, but you could do like a health quote, right? So there's always ways to um customize these concepts into or ideas into your specific niche. Okay. So that's one example.
Another example is using the Instagram integrated engagement features like I was saying earlier. So these are some actually from one of my brands. So here's one that I said who's the real goat. I got Kobe Jordan and LeBron James there. And I just put a little poll with like Kobe, Jordan or LeBron. And people can vote, right? It's relevant to the niche. Gets people to engage. It's like a high quality visual, whatever, right? Then also again, who is the most overrated NBA player of all time? And then I just put a poll of all the names and people could vote, share their opinion, engage, and that's just an example of using Instagram's engagement features. Okay, so again, customize this to your niche. Like if you're in the health niche, you could do like what's your favorite vegetable, something like that, or you know, literally anything.
And then here's an example of tracking growth. So this is actually one of my students, Mate. And it's a little blurry here, but I think he reached his first 5K here, and then he reached his first 10K, 20K. This is 50K, and now I believe he's almost at 100K, and this has all happened within the span of a few months. So he's he's doing really really good. And he's been tracking his growth on his profile. So um yeah, it's just a good way to show appreciation to your audience. just be like, "Hey, thank you for the 5k followers. Means the world to me. Let's keep it going." Like, it just it it builds credibility with your page. It shows that you're genuine and it shows that um you're appreciative, right? Which is which is a good thing. And it just adds some variation to your stories.
And another example here is your own content. So, this is once per day max. So, you could actually repost your reels on your story. And I would only suggest doing this at le uh at most once per day. So, if like you post a reel, you could simply just like press a couple buttons and there's an option that says like upload to stories or post to stories or share to stories, something like that, and then it just shows up on your stories. So, if someone sees your story, they have the option to click on it and then to actually view the reel. And I believe this actually gives you or it counts as a view on your reel. So, this is something that you could do every once in a while as well.
But overall, guys, these are just some ideas that you can get inspiration from and, you know, apply to your niche. But I'd overall just suggest taking a look at other high performing pages or competitors in your niche and just seeing what they're posting on their stories, right? And of course, don't always directly copy them, but you know, by doing this, you could get some inspiration and ideas on how you could put your own unique spin-off of what they posted. However, with stories, it's really important to be unique. So, try to be more experimental and creative with your stories, right? So overall, the concept is to just look at other pages in your niche, see what you like about their stories, maybe the way they design them, maybe like what they're including in their stories. There might be certain aspects that you like from across multiple pages, and then you could just take those as bits and pieces of inspiration and ideas and um insight to apply to your own page by putting your own unique spin on it. Okay? So that's how you could get some more ideas aside from the ones that I've just given you examples of right now. Okay?
So that is that and the main thing that you want to consider as well here with stories is brand consistency. So you want to make sure that like what you don't want is to post a story and have it be messy and unprofessional and you know sloppy. That just tarnishes your brand reputation and makes you seem like you know sloppy, right? You don't want to be associated with sloppy. You want to be associated with clean, high quality professional, right? Because this is building a brand at the end of the day. This is not just some theme page for fun, right? This is a brand, professional brand. So, here are some elements that you want to keep consistent and to consider. So, the font, the the font brand colors. Well, these are actually two separate ones here. They should be on two separate bullet points. Let me see if I can actually edit it. Maybe not. Anyways, um Oh, I can. There we go. So, the font you want to keep consistent. So, if you're using a certain font in your stories, you know, you want to make sure that every time you post a story, it's like the same font, right? You don't want to be having like crazy fonts or colors thrown out here and there um for every new story you post. You want it to be consistent, right? It's like the same way like Apple, the brand Apple, they might they might not use the exact same font, but you don't see them using like, you know, completely different looking fonts. Like, it's just they keep it aligned within their brand and they keep it consistent. Okay. Also, the brand colors. You want to make sure that stays consistent as well. So, for example, if your brand is black and blue, you want your stories to emulate and resemble black and blue branding, right? You don't want to have random green or yellow colors thrown in here and there. You want it to stay consistent with your branding. Again, this might seem like common sense, guys, but you'd be surprised some of the stuff I see. No bueno. Okay. Also, the background images. So, for example, you could have certain um templates of certain images that you're including in the background of your stories, and you just want to keep those consistent and among the same sort of um branding or vibe, right? Whenever you post a story, also your logo and watermark. This is optional. You don't need to include your logo or watermark in your stories, but you have the option to place your watermark or your logo somewhere on the screen in your stories just to keep it more well branded, give it that branded feel and that professional feel. And lastly, you want to keep the structure and the placement of things consistent as well. So if usually when you post a story like you have the text at the top and you have like your watermark at the bottom and there's some sort of visual going on in the background or in the middle like you want to keep that relatively consistent as like a structured template, right? You don't want to you don't want things to be all over the place and in random locations every time. Just makes it look a little bit sloppy, right? So by following um these let's say this criteria and making sure that these elements stay consistent will make your brand look clean, professional, and high quality. Okay, which is what you want at the end of the day.
So, here is another bonus tip and that's to use trending audio on your stories. Um, you know, when you post a story or when you are editing a story, you'll see that there's like buttons at the top. Audio could be one of them that you include in your stories. And obviously, this is going to depend on the type of story that you post and whether it aligns and makes sense to have audio or not. But where you see potential to use audio, you're going to want to uh use a trending audio, right? This could just help boost your story. you could get more views, more engagement with the story because Instagram will see that you're using a trending audio and push it to more people, right? So, that's a little bonus tip I have for you guys.
But aside from that, that covers and finishes off step three, which is going viral with your theme page. So, by covering every single thing that we started off, you know, all the way at the top here, I'm not going to scroll all the way up because it was a bunch, but we went over everything from how the algorithm works to how you could use that to your advantage. you know, certain strategies to trigger the algorithm and trigger the metrics, you know, how to do content, um, different things to keep in mind, different content styles, how to set up your editing software, how to grow your page once everything's ready, how to go viral, you know, how to post stories, literally everything in the step for going viral and growing with your page. Okay, so with that being said, that should be covered. And now, let's go on to the most exciting part, which is monetizing your page. So, I will see you guys there.
All right, welcome to the next and most exciting step of this process, which is how you can actually monetize your theme page and begin making good money from it. So, as you're growing, as you're going viral with your page, there's several different ways that you can convert the views or the attention that you're getting on your page into actual income. And in this step, I'll be going over three specific methods that you could learn and follow, as well as one bonus method at the end. Okay, so let's just get straight into it.
So, the first method that I want to go over is newsletters. So, you might be seeing the word newsletters and are like, "Well, how the heck could you make money from that?" Right? I feel like most people when they think of newsletters, they think of like, you know, early 2000s email spam. Um, just like when the internet is sort of just coming out, like it just is not the most attractive or sexy sort of concept, right? But nowadays, newsletters are where it's at, guys. There's so many opportunities to make money and actually build a real source of income through newsletters. And in this step, I'm going to be covering how exactly they work and how you can leverage them for yourself. Okay.
So, the main benefits of newsletters are that you could earn $50 to $100 a day passively. There's multiple ways that you can monetize a newsletter, which I'll be going into detail in a second here. Your audience doesn't need to spend any money for you to make money with a newsletter. I know that sounds crazy and might not make any sense, but I promise it'll all make sense in a second here when I explain it. uh it builds more trust and a connection with your audience because of that, right? Because they're your audience is going to be able to get free value for you for free. And AI also does most of the heavy lifting. So you don't have to write any emails or do anything of that nature yourself. AI helps with this whole process. And even the platform that we use to leverage newsletters is also an AI based platform. So the last step here is that or the last point here is that it increases the valuation of your brand. All right. So let me put it this way. If you have a theme page that's like 200k followers and it's like a decent page and a decent niche, you have some decent audience, you could probably sell that page for like 6 to 8 to 9K in that range, right? Minimum, maybe up to like 12 to 15K. And let's say you had that page alone on Instagram, it's like let's just say 12K, right? It does let's just say 12K. It does depend on like the niche that you're in and it does vary, right? That's why it's such a big range. But if you had a newsletter aside with that page, right, and say you had like, you know, 30,000 newsletter subscribers, your valuation of your brand went from 12K to now potentially even double that to like 25K, right? That is the power of an emails newsletter because you're having access to your audience or a specific audience outside of the Instagram platform, right? It's like a separate entity that has all of these high value contacts and emails and that's valuable, right? For a business because they could send emails and make lots of money from that, right? So, it just increases the overall valuation of your brand.
So, now that you understand like the main benefits of the newsletters, let's go over specifically how they work. Okay, so here's like a little diagram here, but this is explaining how it works. So, this first step is to actually create your newsletter. No, right? So, in terms of creating your newsletter, there's a few main components that go into it. It's like sort of coming up with the name of the newsletter, uh the logo, a short description entailing like who the newsletter is for, and just like a couple other details to get it set up and created, right? And once it's created, you need to set up your landing page. So this is essentially the landing page where someone has the opportunity to type in their email to begin getting signed up and receiving emails from the newsletter publication. And also the next step is to set up monetization within the newsletter. Okay? And this is all done within the platform Beehive. By the way, this handles literally everything. Everything. Okay? This is a great great platform. I recommend looking into it and learning about it. All right? So yeah, the next step is to set up the monetization. So there's multiple ways. like I said earlier to monetize a newsletter. And there's certain little widgets and things that you have to set up within the platform, you know, connecting um payment processors and all that in order to actually receive the payments. And then once that's all set up, this is like all the backend stuff, then all you have to do is begin promoting it and driving traffic to the newsletter. But here's the thing, you're not actually promoting the newsletter itself, okay? Because if you were to go on your page and promote, hey, sign up to my newsletter, like, you know, you you're going to get emails, like that's not a very attractive thing and it doesn't really peak much curiosity or interest or anything, right? So, instead of directly promoting the newsletter itself, the beauty of this is that you're going to be promoting well, first you're going to be creating a lead magnet or some sort of free value and then you're promoting that. Okay? So, let's just say I'll explain how all this works right now. Okay? So, let's just say you're in the calisthenics niche, right? Instead of saying, "Hey, here's my calisthenics newsletter. You know, you're going to learn how to do calisthenics through emails," which no one would be interested in. You say, "Hey, I have a free beginner's A to Z guide on how you could go from a beginner to intermediate to advanced in calisthenics, including exercises, um, whatever people who are interested in calisthenics like would be interested in, right?" And you say, "Okay, that's what you're going to be promoting." So, you have to create a free lead magnet or free value, which is very, very easy, especially with the help of AI. And then that's going to get a lot more people interested in getting that free value rather than the newsletter itself. But the catch is in order for someone to get access to that free value, right? Like the A to Z calisthenics guide, they have to put in their email on your landing page in order to get access to it. All right? And that's where you have the potential to monetize and make money just like that without your having without having your audience spend any money. Okay? And I know it might sound a bit confusing right now and there's lots like lots of moving pieces to it, but trust me, it's not confusing at all. And I'm going to break down a specific example right here just so you know exactly how this works and you can sort of see it tangibly. All right, so this is actually one of my clients, Brandon. This is his page, Kingdom Kingdom. Almost 700k followers here. And he is in the motivation, faith, sort of Christianity niche. So you can sort of see it in his SEO name here, God, faith, mindset. So all of his content sort of revolves around like preachers and pastors, you know, giving advice about prayer, God, having faith, these sorts of things, right? So he's attracted an audience of almost 700,000 followers who are interested in that, right? And resonate with that. So what he does is he has a 21-day prayer guide. Okay, this is his free lead magnet, his free value that he promotes in order to drive traffic to his newsletter. Okay. So, what he does, like you could see this is a caption of one of his posts, he says, you know, after posting a reel or in the reel, want our free 21-day prayer guide, comment prayer and we'll send it over to you. And then he has the name of the speaker, right? So then people see that reel, especially if it's like a really well performing reel. For him, he probably gets, you know, hundreds of thousands and millions. So he could have hundreds if not thousands of comments of people saying prayer. What happens when they say prayer is that an automation goes off. This is using ManyChat, by the way, that sends them a message. It's very, very simple to set up. It's just a simple trigger. You say, "Hey, when someone message me the word prayer, send them this message." Right? So, it says, "Here is our free 21-day prayer guide that you asked for. Just enter your email address when prompted and we'll send it to you right away." Right? And then it says, "Claim my free prayer." Right? And when you click on this link, what happens is that you get sent to this page here. This is the landing page that I was talking about earlier. Okay. So, get your free 21-day prayer guide now. Join now and also receive powerful weekly devotionals straight to your inbox. Right? So, the main selling point for them to put in their email is to get the free guide, but also it's implying that they're going to be getting weekly emails essentially by signing up to the newsletter. Okay? Excuse me. So yeah, when someone puts in their email, this is essentially how it works in terms of monetizing without having your audience spend any money, right? When someone puts in their email, these will pop up. All right, this is you could set this up within the Beehive app because these other newsletters will essentially have people apply to promote them. So Brandon has applied to promote these newsletters for free. So these are other newsletters. Okay. So, when you sign up and you put in your email, this little widget comes up and it's other newsletters, right? You know, let's just say the success code, your blueprint to a new mindset, high heaven world, weekly emails to help you grow, succeed, Jesus motivated, whatever, right? So, these are um other newsletters. And where you make money is when someone signs up to any of these newsletters, you could get up to $1 to $5 for each sign up. Okay? So, let's just say on average it's like two bucks or three bucks. Let's say three bucks. So, if someone were to sign up for all five of these here, Brandon can make up to $15. Okay? And that's because these newsletters want new signups, right? So, they're willing to pay Brandon for essentially getting those signups for them, if that makes sense. All right. So Brandon is monetizing and making money not off of his own viewers but from the publications paying him money from getting the viewers to sign up to their publications. Okay, that's that's sort of how it works. Okay, so for example, if someone were to toggle all these on, he would get $15 from one person, right? So imagine if you have hundreds or thousands of people coming into here signing up. So this is one of the monetization methods called boosts. Okay, so this is all set up within Beehive. You know, Beehive pays you by, you know, having you connect your payment processor and you could make money that way. But this is just one of the monetization methods through Beehive. It's called boosts and it's where you make money off of your viewers signing up to recommended newsletters like these ones here. Okay? Obviously, not everyone's going to sign up to these toggled ones, right? But
Every so often, you're going to have people who are like clicking some of these or not all of them. And you can make up to five or, sorry, from one to five dollars for each of these, right? So, yeah, that's boosts.
And then also, once someone clicks continue, he also has a paid sort of subscription newsletter as well. So this is to become a monthly member. This is like extra. Um, so this is not what I necessarily like think is the best way to monetize it. It's just sort of like an extra source of income. So he says, "Our content is and will always be free, but we greatly appreciate those who choose to pay and support our mission." Right? So he's just giving his audience a choice to support, you know, the mission, right? And support spreading the message, which is a good message, right? It's just faith, God, Christianity. So some people will feel like they can pay to support, right? And it's just $2 a month. So, you know, even if you're having like a hundred people subscribe to this, like $200 a month. Even if you have a thousand people subscribe, $2K a month. So it, you know, it could be just some good extra income just sitting there, right? So that's just very optional, of course, like I said.
Um, but boost is one of the main ways to monetize. And this is like a paid subscription that you could set up as well, right? And then, for example, once someone goes through with this and they press continue, that's when they get access to the free value that they were promised initially, right? Because if you remember up here, it said, "Get your free 21-day prayer guide below." So, it's not like we're deceiving them and they don't get their guide. Like, they still get it. It's just like they get, you know, prompted with these first where you can make money off here, you can make money off here. And then also, once they pretty much press continue and they go to the next step, they'll be put onto your landing page or your website page, and that's where you could have the free value sort of linked in your featured posts where they could access it.
Okay, so that is sort of the workflow and how it works. And just to give you another visual of how it works, it's like you have your viewers, right? And you have the free value that you're wanting to give them. There's just like a little step in between that they have to unlock in order to get the free value. So, say it's the calisthenics page and you know these people are interested in calisthenics and you have a free value or a free lead magnet, which is like the free A to Z beginners to intermediate to pro guide for calisthenics. Um, and they want access to it. All they have to do is essentially put in their email and go through that little workflow in order to get the free value. Right? So, it's an extra step in the process, but they still end up getting the free value, which makes them happy. But you could also monetize and make money off the back end of it without your audience having to spend any money. So obviously, with this method here, your audience doesn't have to spend any money, which is what I was mentioning earlier. But this is like optional. If they do want to spend money, they can.
Okay. So that is essentially how it works. So that is newsletters and how the workflow works and how you can actually make money with it. So, yeah, you'll see, I'm sure if you pay attention to it, you'll see lots of other pages out there on Instagram who have their own newsletters and are promoting, um, uh, free magnet or free free lead magnets or free value as well. So keep your eye out for that and you'll see it.
So the next step here or the next option in terms of monetizing is digital products. So everyone and their mom knows about digital products and the potential and the leverage that they have on social media. So, let me just quickly outline the benefits of digital products here if there's some that you might have not known already. And then I'll go over a step-by-step process of how you can actually launch your own digital product for your page.
Okay, so first off, they're very high profit margins. This is one of the most attractive aspects of digital products. It's 90 to 95% profit margins, and you create it once and sell it infinitely. So, you put your time and energy into creating it once, and then you can sell it as many times as you want because it's not an actual product. It's just pixels on a screen essentially, right? And because of that, there's no inventory or storage needed. The same way physical products need to be stored. Um, you could start for free. There's literally no upfront cost to begin to make money with digital products. You could easily set up and automate it. Instant delivery because it's pixels on a screen. They could just get it right away. It's passive income as well if you set it up properly. And also, there's no shipping or return hassles, right? Since it's a digital product, you know, you don't need to worry about someone receiving something physical and then having to return it. None of that. All right. So, it eliminates all the headache that goes along with physical products.
So, here is a little workflow of how it works. And I've sort of summarized into a three-step process here. So, the first step is to ideate. The second step is to create, and the third step is to promote. Okay. So, now let's break down each of these steps in more detail so that you could get a full idea of how you can do this yourself.
Okay. So, first one, step one is to ideate. So before you begin selling a digital product, you need to first understand what your audience wants and needs. Okay? And there's a few ways that you could find this out, right? You could have polls on your stories, sort of just like asking different questions or trying to get insight about your audience. You can look at the comments, right, of your posts or on your reels to see what people are engaging with, what they're interested in, what resonates with them, and also DMs. So, for example, you could just reach out to some of your followers, maybe the ones who have voted on the polls, have a quick genuine conversation, get to know them a little bit more, and try to understand like who your who your average viewer is, right? It really goes a long way. It might seem tedious and sort of like boring, but trust me, just having like a few conversations with like your actual followers who are engaging with your page can teach you so much valuable insights about your followers as a whole. Okay? And also by researching high-performing competitors can give you an idea of what your audience wants and needs as well, right? From seeing other people in your niche, what they're offering, how they're, you know, supplying that demand from their audience. They can just give you some ideas or high-performing concepts that uh perform well, right? So, for example, you could see this guy here, Love and Stoic, said, "Why do you follow Love and Stoic?" Very simple little like question that he put on a story. And he's gonna have all types of people respond and give a little reply as to why they follow the page. And understanding why your followers have even followed you in the first place can give you a lot of interesting insight as to what they're like, what they want, what they need, and what would provide value to them. All right? And the whole point of this, guys, this is really one of the most important steps is that you need to make sure that the idea of your digital product is actually valid. Right? I see so many people, too many people go through the whole headache of creating, you know, of getting the idea for their product, creating it, you know, going through that whole headache, even though it's not too tough, and like beginning to market and promote it, and they're like, "Oh, I don't know why I'm not getting any sales." It's like, dude, your idea was no one wanted your idea in the first place, right? So, this is why it's the most important part. If your idea is not good, then nothing else matters, right? You might be able to make some sales here and there, but it's like it's not going to be sustainable. It's not going to be reliable, and it's not something that people need at the end of the day, right? Or want, even. So, you need to make sure that the idea in the first place is actually proven. It's valid. You have actual insight as to your audience and whether it's something that would provide value to them or not. And here is just some tips on how you can do that. You know, you need to to make sure you understand your audience and what they would actually want or need. And before you can make money and like make everything else work, you need to have a good idea, something that's proven to work. And that's why I uh suggest looking at high-performing competitors because you could see that if they're a big brand, if they're a big page, most likely, you know, they have ideas that have already been tried and tested and proven and are valid, and you could get some like good ideas or inspiration from them. I'm not saying copy them, but you could sort of get to see what other people are doing, which helps you with your own creative process. Okay? So, of course, you could use AI to aid you in this whole process of trying to to find the ideas as well. You know, give ChatGPT context about your page, about your audience, especially, you know, for example, what you're learning. Like, let's just say this guy got like 100 to 200 replies because he's a big brand. Like, he could put all of these responses just like, you know, on a computer. Highlight all of them, copy and paste them into ChatGPT and say, "Hey, you know, this is my page. I post about X, Y, and Z. Um, I'm on Instagram. I asked why people follow my page. This is what they said." Then paste in all the responses and say, "Based off this information here, tell me more about my audience so I can understand them and give me some ideas of products that I can create, digital products to help supply the demand or solve a problem that they have." Right? It's all about solving problems. So that's a different way that you could leverage or utilize AI to help you with this whole process as well. Okay? So that is the ideate process.
And the next step is to create. So once you have a valid idea, once you have a proven idea, obviously you have to go ahead and execute and create the digital product. So, there's a few different ways that you could do this. You could use Gumroad, Podia, Kajabi, School, Beacons. There's endless amounts of platforms out there to help you create a high-quality and professional digital product. These are just some of the top most popular ones that I'm using, my students are using, and just that are popular overall. So, yeah, you could take a look at these different platforms, get to understand how they work. All of them are very intuitive and simple, um, for you to be able to uh structure everything. And AI could really help you with a lot of the bulk work as well in terms of like organizing and structuring different things, right? Because digital products can take forms of all different forms, right? They could be ebooks, they could be step-by-step courses, they could be guides, they could be templates. And how you structure it just depends on whatever you're offering and what problem you're helping to solve, right? And then based off what format the digital product is in, you can see which one of these formats or platforms suits your interest best and allows you to actually put together a product that aligns with your idea. Okay, so that is the next step to create.
And the third step here is to promote. So once you have your valid idea for your digital product and you've went through the process of creating it, then you need to promote it, right? You need to bring people and you need to market it. You need to make people aware of your product. So there's multiple ways that you could do this, right? So firstly, you could actually use the newsletter, right? So this is the beauty of pairing these two at the same time. So if you remember earlier, when someone signs up to your newsletter, they get the free value right away, which is what they wanted most. But don't forget, they're now subscribed to your newsletter. Like you have their email in the Beehive platform where you could send them daily or even weekly emails, right? Using AI, of course. And what you could do is as you're sending these people weekly emails, you want to make sure that they're valuable, right? And that your audience is actually getting something out of it, right? You don't want to be like sending emails, right? You want to make them valuable. You want to make sure that they're actually providing value to your audience. These are going to be the people who are most likely to buy your digital product, right? Because they've already gone through the process of getting your free value, so they're already happy. They're on your email list where they're sending where they're being sent weekly or daily emails providing value and solving their problems. So that's built trust, that's built a relationship, that's built credibility, that's built authority, and because you've built all this relationship with that audience, they are the ones who are most likely to actually trust you and buy a digital product that you're selling. So every once in a while in your emails, you could sprinkle some marketing at the end of your email saying, "Hey, blah blah blah blah." You know, you could have AI help you with the process as well, but you could just sort of make a smooth transition from your email to actually promoting your digital product and saying, "Hey, if you're struggling with blah blah blah blah blah. Um, we've just launched a new product, there's a 10% discount here. You could access it." And then you could have the uh the link there, right? For example. So that's just one way that you could promote it, right? This could increase your digital product sales by like two to three times even.
And also story CTA. So you can make like, you know, marketing sequences on your stories just highlighting your product, the benefits of it, how it could provide value to your audience, what problems it helps solve, etc. Obviously, take all of this with a grain of salt, which means don't overdo it. Like, you don't want every single day your stories to be like marketing and promoting and like spamming marketing. Every once in a while, right? I say for stories, like a couple times a week is valid to be promoting your product. Okay? Also, you could have a CTA at the end of your reels. You could have a CTA in your caption. You could have a pinned comment CTA. And you could have your link in bio, right? So these are all different places that you could have pretty much your digital product listed and drive traffic to. Okay. So, and when I mean CTA, that means a call to action. So, for example, it's when you see this right here. "Click the link in our bio to enhance your brain health further." Right? So, this goes back to the other page that we were looking at before, Neuroglobe. Actually, I don't know if we've looked at it yet. We're about to look at it right now, though. So, what this guy does is this is an example of a caption CTA. So in his reels, he has at the bottom of it, "Click the link in our bio to enhance your brain health further." So this is a neuroscience page. All of the content that he posts has to do with neuroscience experts talking about neuroscience, psychology, the brain, brain health, enhancing your cognitive abilities, all this stuff, right? So he has, I'll show you in a second. He has almost 500k followers. He's built a huge audience of people who are interested in this stuff. So, um, there's a good chance that his product, which I'm about to show you, people are interested in as well. So, he says, "Click the link in our bio to enhance your brain health further." People who follow him want to enhance their brain health further. That's in their self-interest, right? That's why they follow and see his content. So, this is a CTA. Click the link in our bio. Okay. And then this is an example of a story CTA. So, this is where he said the Neurohackers Playbook by Neuroglobe, which is the name of the page. And he has like a couple different mockups, a couple different visuals here. "21 proven mental techniques to help unlock your brain's full potential. Shop now." Okay, a simple example of story marketing or story CTA.
Okay, so now let's go over the specific example which I wanted to get to here, right? So this is Neuroglobe, a neuroscience page, as I was just talking about, and it's all about neuroscience. So this is the CTA that I was just showing you earlier. "Click the link in our bio to enhance your brain health further." And he also has it right here. CTA. You know, as we were talking about optimizing the bio earlier, instead of having "Follow for enhancing your brain health," he says, "Enhance your brain brain health today," pointing to his uh store, right? So when someone clicks the link in his bio, this is what they see, right? He has these digital products here. So he actually has multiple, and I wouldn't suggest that. I think these are too similar, right? So this is like a different point, but he has the Neurohackers Playbook, Biohacking the Brain, the Psycho Hackers Playbook, and then the Ebook Bundle. These are way too similar. Like me as a regular viewer, like I can't, you know, find the difference between this. So this gives the viewer analysis paralysis. And so now between choosing whether to buy the product or not, they're now choosing whether to buy one product or the other, or right. And then it's just it's not it's not good. There's too many and they're too similar. So you you want the process to be intuitive for your viewer, or else they're not going to know what to do, right? And these are just way too similar. If they were a little bit different and they had a little bit different price points, like one was $10 and said the Neurohackers Playbook, and one was like $50 and said like the Neurohackers Full In-Depth A to Z Course, like that's a different story. But these just look too similar to me, right? But this is his bestseller regardless. It's the ebook bundle. Um, they get all three of them for $5 off essentially. So, yeah, this is his digital product, right? So it's still a good idea. You know, the Neurohackers Playbook where people can learn how to enhance their cognitive abilities, whatever it is, or 21 proven techniques. So, yeah, this is a great example of a digital product, right? It's aligned with his page and what he posts about, which is like neuroscience. And he has a nice-looking product with some nice mock-ups that people have the option to buy, and he promotes them through, you know, stories and if, you know, reel CTA caption, pinned comment, link in bio. I guarantee if this guy had a newsletter, I'm not sure if he does or not, that he would two to three exit sales. So that's why it's so important to have a newsletter.
All right, so that is digital products. And now let's move on to the third one here, which is paid promos, brand deals, and how those work. So first off, let's just go over some of the specific benefits. So paid promos and brand deals are arguably the easiest way to monetize on Instagram. It really doesn't require much effort on your side. It's also pure passive income, and you get to work with long-term clients. So this is good for many reasons. One being networking. You get to become well-connected in the space with other creators, other brands, and also it is sustainable and dependable income, right? So depending on the deal that you have set up with the brand or the creator, you know you have consistent income coming in every single week or every single month from these paid promos or brand deals, right? So it's just good to know psychologically that you have a certain amount of money coming in from your theme page every single month from this specific monetization method.
Okay? So now let's go over in four steps how this process actually works. And before I go over the specifics of how it works, let me explain why this monetization method even exists in the first place. All right. So essentially this is called audience aggregation. It's a business concept where it's a brand, a company, a creator, a business owner, anyone who wants to get in front of your audience pays you to promote something in front of your audience, right? Or to do some sort of collaboration with your brand. Okay? Because for example, let's say that you have a huge calisthenics page to bring up that page again, right? And say you have, you know, 100k followers, 200k followers. And also, just a caveat to this monetization method as well, this works for pages above 50K, between 50 to 100K followers, right? If you only have 20K followers, um, you're not going to be able to necessarily do this monetization method effectively yet because you're just a your audience isn't quite big enough to the point where you could get consistent income from it. You might get a one-off promotion, but nothing consistent, right? So, what I was saying is, let's say you have a big calisthenics page, for example, 100 to 200k followers, and you know, you post calisthenics content. It's your follower base is filled with people who are interested in learning more about calisthenics. You might have some sort of calisthenics coach reach out to you, or you could reach out to them and be like, "Hey, uh, looks like we're in the same niche. We could go over both scenarios, right? Someone might reach out to you and be like, "Hey, it looks like we're in the same niche. Um, I've been following your page for a little bit and it looks like, you know, you've got a big audience of people who are interested in calisthenics. I was curious to see if you'd be open to promoting me and my coaching in front of your audience um, for a fixed fee. Right. So, this is could this could be a calisthenics coach who's trying to get clients for his calisthenics coaching where he teaches people how to go from a beginner to an intermediate to a pro in calisthenics. And he it's in his best interest to get in front of people who are interested in calisthenics, right? And a good way that he can do that is by promoting himself on your page or doing some sort of collaboration with your page, right? This allows him to get in front of your audience, to get in front of your attention, but paying you in exchange for that, right? So, this is what why I say you build a following, then you monetize off that attention. This is a perfect example of that, right? Because he might just say, you know, here is a two-story sequence. I want you to post this. And typically what happens is you post the stories. You keep it up for 24 hours, and you get what you want. You get paid, and you're giving your audience something that they're interested in. You know, some a coach who could help them with calisthenics. And then it's also in the coach's best interest because now he's being able to promote his service or product or whatever it is in front of your audience, which is filled of people interested in calisthenics. So, it's just a win-win-win scenario, right? Obviously, you need to make sure that the person who you would be promoting is aligned with your branding, or else it could have a negative uh effect on your brand and tarnish your brand reputation, which you don't want. So, you want to find people within your brand, right? So, that could be someone reaching out to you, for example, right? But also, you might need to go out there and reach out to people if they don't come to you. And we could go over specifically how that would work, okay? But that is why paid promos and brand deals exist in the first place because creators, brands, business owners, whoever want to get in front of your audience and make their product or service known to a audience who might be interested in it.
All right, so step one is to find a client. So oftentimes what you'll find is that pages have a business email in bio with a CTA, right? So for example, this page motive mastery in their bio says something and then also "contact motivemastery10@gmail.com." So, this is a big page. I'm sure this page gets reached out to all the time regarding paid promos and brand deals, right? So, this way you could have some sort of people coming in inbound who will message you regarding the promos. That way, you don't have to go out and find them yourself, right? But let's say you're not getting people messaging you or you want to find more clients. You could also reach out to brands and businesses when you see their ads, right? So, for example, as you're scrolling on Instagram, you've probably seen this before. I'll show you an example in a second where it's like you see one of these paid promos in action where it's like someone who's paid another page to promote themselves in front of the audience, and typically in the description or something like that or where they're tagged it says "Follow whatever the name is like John. Follow John for more fitness tips. Follow John to learn how to make money with YouTube." Whatever it is, right? You'll see when another page is posting an ad promoting someone else, right? So what you want to do when you see that is reach out to the the person, the brand, or the business who is being promoted, right? Because that means they're actively paying other pages to promote their product or service or themselves, whatever it is, right? So, that's a good indicator that since they're already posting uh or sorry, they're already paying other people for promotions that or brand deals that they could be interested in paying more people, right? So, you could reach out to them and say something along the lines is, "Hey, you know, I saw that you did a promo on XYZ page." and you could throw in a little white lie, say like, you know, "I'm in the same network as this page. Uh, we've been talking for a little bit and just was curious if you'd be interested in promoting your product or service on my page as well. Um, I have a very strong, high-quality follower base who would be interested in your offer. If you want to hear more details about how that would work and how by promoting in front of my audience we could generate more sales for whatever you're doing. Um, I'd be open to talk." Right? A simple message like that. So you could reach out to them. You could send out a certain amount of messages of these messages per day, and you'll very, very, very likely find someone who would be interested in working with you. Okay? So you got to find the client, whether they find you or you find them. Okay?
And then once you find the uh the client, the next step is to then make an agreement, right? You need to agree on a deal for the paid promo or the brand deal. Okay? So essentially the amount that you could charge depends on one, it depends on multiple variables. The number of followers that you have, uh, the engagement rate of your page, the demographic, the brand or business's budget, and also the format of the content. So what I mean by that is whether it's a story, whether it's a post, whether it's a reel, whether it's a carousel, the format, the the amount that you could charge depends on the format as well, right? So these are all going to influence the amount that you're able to charge. So, for example, let's say you have two pages. One that has 200,000 followers, the other one has 200,000 followers as well, but one page has like a engagement rate and, you know, they're not getting many views or comments and anything like that, but the other one has a good engagement rate. And say the other one has, you know, one of the pages has a bad demographic where like most of the followers are from a third world country or, you know, mostly teenagers or something like that. Whereas the other page, the one that has a good engagement rate has mostly USA audience from 28 to 35 years old, right? You know, the page that has a better engagement rate and a better audience or higher quality audience demographic can charge a lot more than the person who has a engagement rate and not the best demographic, right? So even though they have the same amount of followers, like the pricing is influenced by the engagement rate, the demographic, even the brand uh the budget of the brand or the business, and again, the format of the content, right? So you'll just have to go back and forth with the brand owner or the business and likely they're going to ask for some analytics of your page just to see, you know, whether they would get their ROI for paying you for the paid promo or the brand deal. Um, but you should just be able to supply that information and come to an agreement. Okay, so that is the next step to come to an agreement.
And then this next step after that is you get paid. So you simply could collect payments using PayPal, Stripe, or another payment processor. All right, so this is the fun part. Obviously, um, most times the brand, business, creator, whatever, they will pay you upfront. Um, it's sort of just on a trust basis because obviously if you just like never respond to them, they can um dispute your payment and you won't even get paid. So you could just collect the payment upfront, right? For whatever deal you agree on. Sometimes they you could do a bulk deal where it's like, um, I don't know, 10 10 promotions over a period of like two months, for example, five stories, five reels, and you could charge, you know, the upfront fee. Sometimes, you know, you might need to split up the payment if it's a bulkier deal like that, right? So you could split up that payment, but other times it's more like one-off promotions because they want to see how it does first, right? So, you could collect the payments whether it's a one-off or whether it's a bulk deal with these payment processors here. Okay? And then, yeah, once you get paid, you just simply upload a post onto your page, whether it's a story, reel, carousel, uh, post, whatever it is, you upload it. And typically, you keep it up for only 24 hours. Okay? Uh, this is just a standard sort of practice within paid promos and brand deals. So, yeah, that's a very simple four-step process. You find a client, you make an agreement, you get paid first, uh, typically, right? And then, uh, you upload the post and keep it up for 24 hours. So, that's the four-step process.
All right, so, now, let me show you one of these examples in action. So, first, let's go over a paid promo. So, this is a carousel format. So, it just says "TikToker with 2.5 million followers gets banned, then cries in front of the TikTok headquarters." Kind of dumb, but it catches attention, gets people's attention, right? So this is like the first video and then or sorry, the first slide, and then the next slide is the video of her in front of the headquarters sort of like knocking and stuff. Um, or this is the video itself. I'm not sure because this is the second slide here. So then there there's some text. There's some text, and then there's always a CTA, right? "Follow me, Real Bruna Souza, and DM me, unlock." And the comment section or the caption, like I said earlier, "Follow Real Bruna Souza and DM him, unlock, and he will send you a full blueprint blah blah blah blah blah." Right? So you could clearly tell that this is a paid promo. One, because of the CTA here, and two, because of the CTA here. So this is how you could identify paid promos easily. All right. So essentially, this person, Real Bruno Bruno Souza, paid the owner of this page a certain amount, we don't know how much, to make this promotion on the page. Right? So the owner of the page gets paid, which is what he wants. And then also this person gets to promote themselves in front of the the the theme page's audience, which is what he wants, right? So it's again a win-win situation. So also a caveat to get to this, guys, is like you don't want to rely on this method as your main monetization method because obviously you don't want to spam your page with like promotions every single day or every other day, right? That's just going to aggravate your audience, irritate your audience, diminish your brand reputation, and you don't want that, right? Ideally, every once in a while, you could throw in these paid promos and then also make sure that it's aligned with your um niche and with what your audience would be interested in, right? So, that way, you know, you could still make money and monetize without having to really do any work because they're sending you all the content and paying you. Um, and two, you can also not have to worry about diminishing your brand reputation and still hold a strong brand frame, which is important as well. So, yeah, this is what an example of a paid promo looks like. There's all certain, you know, formats of this, whether it's stories, reels, but this is a post or a carousel.
Okay. And then here's also a brand deal example. So, this is 11 Stoic. They collabed with Printify, which essentially is a print-on-demand business. It allows people to sell clothes without having the inventory. So, you pretty much just have to make the sales, and Printify will handle all of the backend like, you know, shipping and returns and customer service, but obviously they take a fee for that, right? So they collabed with 11 Stoic, which is a larger brand in the sort of cinematic uh niche, and they sort of made a reel together where he said, you know, "You could build your dream brand," and it was like sort of all the benefits of Printify. Okay. So what happened here is Printify paid 11 Stoic, the owner of this page, to do this collaboration reel, right? Because this is a huge, let's say, promotion, right, for Printify because 11 Stoic has almost a million followers, and Printify is being able to put its brand and put its business model in front of the the all of the viewers of 11 Stoic, right? So I'm not sure exactly how much Printify paid 11 Stoic, but I'm sure it's a lot. All right. So, and then in the caption, there's like a little, you know, uh, benefit. "Start with the right business model and tool. Build your own brand without any startup, investment, or inventory. Drop a print below and I'll send you the link to get started." And you can see he has a #sponsoredpost here. So, this is just an example of a brand deal where a brand uh collaborates with a business, a creator, something of that nature, and um, promoting it essentially, right? And then I've seen multiple reels of them collaborating, so I'm sure they have some sort of bulk deal going on. Okay, but that is an example of a brand deal.
So, yeah, the last one that I wanted to go over with you guys is the Instagram bonus program. So this is a bonus that I wanted to include in here, and it's also coming soon. So just to be clear on that, this is only available in the USA, Japan, and South Korea, and also only on certain accounts. They're sort of in the beta testing with it. And essentially how this works is you could earn money based off of specific metrics like views, engagement, or number of reels posted within a certain time period. There's certain challenges like that, and you could win up to 20 cents to $1 per 1,000 views. Right? So that's one of the metrics that I've experienced myself for these reels. And also these bonuses have earning caps as well. From my experience, it's been between $1,200 to $5,000. So obviously, you know, if you're getting paid a dollar per million views and you get 10 million views, like Instagram's not going to pay you $10,000, right? So they'll set an earning cap for how much you could earn per specific post. So, yeah, that's essentially how this works, guys. Um, this is in the beta testing right now. It's only available in a few countries and only for certain pages. And I figured I'd let you guys in on this because this is going to be big moving forward. When this gets released, a lot of people are just going to be making a ton of money off of reels. So, keep your eye on this and um begin learning about it for when it does drop. Okay, but yeah, aside from that, the main monetization methods that I wanted to go over with you here um is the paid promos and brand deals, the newsletters, as well as the digital products. All right, so obviously there's more ways to monetize your theme page, but these are just a few methods that I want to cover in this step here.
So, without further ado, let's move on to the last step, which is automating your theme page. All right, welcome to step five, the last step of this process where we're going to be going over how you can properly automate your theme page to begin making more money by spending less time on the business. All right, so once you begin monetizing, once you begin making good money with your theme page, it's important to automate the process because this is going to allow you to make more money by doing less. And the goal of automation essentially is to free up your time to allow you to focus on what actually grows the business, right? So once you get to a certain point where you're making good money, there's no need to continue spending your time and energy on miscellaneous tasks that can be outsourced to other people, right? You don't want to be in the trenches doing the dirty work, the stuff that is tedious that you have to do on a day-to-day basis. All that stuff could be easily delegated, easily outsourced to someone else where you pay them a small amount of the profits that you're earning, but you get to save a majority of your time and energy to put toward put towards tasks or actions that are going to actually grow the business, move the needle in the business, and exponentially help you grow to where you want to get to to scale.
Okay, so let's get straight into it. So first up, let's go over why automation is essential in the first place. So essentially the first point here is automation is critical for scaling. Okay, it frees frees you from daily repetitive tasks so that you can actually focus on growth and a long-term strategy. Two, manual work limits progress. Doing everything yourself keeps you stuck and makes your business fully dependent on your time. And three, delegate to grow. By outsourcing maintenance tasks, you can make more money while spending less time on the business. Okay, this is essentially the three main points of what I just covered earlier. You're going to be able to scale further by automating because it's going to free up your time from the tedious miscellaneous dirty work that you do on a day-to-day basis and instead you could focus your time on the stuff that actually matters. And because you know when you're doing that manual work every single day like that's going to limit how far you're able to go, right? Because if you're spending most of your time and energy doing the manual, you know, tedious work of everyday tasks, like that's going to only maintain your business, right? It's not going to grow it and scale it to the heights that you want, right? So that's why delegation and automation and just outsourcing different tasks are so critical to allow you to to free up that time to put towards the tasks that are going to actually move the needle. So this is such an important business principle, guys. Whether it's with Instagram theme pages, whether it's any other business venture that you end up trying in the future. Delegation and automation and outsourcing is so key. You should not be doing tasks that someone else can do for you, right? You want to be spending your time and energy on things that are more high leverage, things that only you can do, right?
So, let's go over now when to actually begin automating your business. So, I would suggest to begin outsourcing and automating your business once you're consistently earning $500 to $2K per month to focus on growth and high leverage work. Okay? Simply reinvest a portion of your earnings early to start automating and scaling your business faster. So shift. So yeah, and overall shift from a scarcity to an abundance mindset, right? So I feel like a lot of people when they start making their first, let's say $500 to $2K a month with Instagram or really any other business, I've seen a lot of people get sort of comfortable and they just want to save that money, sort of see the numbers grow in the bank. And that's sort of a scarcity mindset, right? Because if you knew that by putting that money back into the business, not even all of it, just a little bit of it, you would grow to new heights and scale your business further, then you would do it without question, right? So, it's like something in your mind which feels like you're not going to make more money, which is why you hold it in the bank, and that's going to prevent you from doing the actions and doing the things necessary that are going to actually scale up your business further, right? So simply reinvest a portion of these earnings so you could start automating and outsourcing different tasks in your business. And that's going to again, like I keep saying here, allow you to focus on the more high leverage, more let's say, needle-moving tasks in your business, which is so key, guys. All right, so overall, try to think about it from this frame, shifting from a scarcity to an abundance mindset. This is even something that I had to struggle with myself when I was first getting started, and most people that I talk to like have struggled with this at some point. So please don't do the same thing, right? You could learn from my mistake rather than um making the mistake yourself, right? So when I started making money, like let's just put it this way, I could have seen so much more progress with my business in such a shorter period of time if I simply just was more detached to my money and put it back into the business easier. Right? So that is an abundance mindset when you're like, "Okay, yes, I'm making some money. Let me put some back into it in order to actually scale and make more money as opposed to just, you know, holding on to every dollar and, you know, being scared that you're going to lose money." Right? So, that is the difference between a scarcity and an abundance mindset. And it's really, really crucial to adopt that abundance mindset when going through this whole process of automating and scaling your business. Right? And I'm not saying you need to dump every single penny that you make into automating and scaling, but putting a portion, literally 1/4th, one-fifth of the amount that you're earning back into automating and delegating certain tasks will go such a long way and will allow you to make even more money.
Okay, so now that you understand why automating is essential and when you should begin automating your business, now we could go over the main tasks for you to outsource. All right. And this is just a rule of thumb that I got have for you guys, like making $500 to $2K a month before you begin automating. But if you already know what you're doing, you could begin automating before even making any money, right? It just depends on sort of your current situation, what you're starting with, if you have any upfront capital, if you have any experience. But for most people, I suggest making between $500 to $2K a month first. That way you could just reinvest the money that you're making from the business into the business rather than spending out of pocket, right? But I've also worked with people and I know people in the space who've started a new page and just automated.
Everything from day one because they know what they're doing and that's going to make them their money back. Okay.
But for most of you guys, 500 to 2K a month is a good earning place or a good amount to be earning before beginning to automate and delegate. Okay.
So now, like I said, let's go over the main tasks for you to outsource. So, firstly is going to be content creation. So, outsource content creation as early as you can to save time on making daily uh or to save time on making daily high-quality content for your page. You're going to want to get a good con you're you're going to want to get good at content creation yourself first if possible so that you can better manage and evaluate your content creator's work. Okay, so this is the first thing that you're going to want to outsource as soon as possible because if you don't outsource this, you're going to be creating content essentially on a daily or weekly basis. And this is tedious, busy work that someone else can do almost just as good, if not better than you can. Um, while you're able to save all that time and energy that you would have put towards creating content towards something else that's going to be more money-making activities, right? So essentially once you start monetizing your page it's like why spend your time and energy on the tasks that are just going to maintain your page and like you know post content rather when as opposed to spending that same time and energy towards the monetizing aspect of your page and making even more money right so that's why it's so important to outsource something like content creation so that you don't have to worry about the tedious every single day making content etc right and also what I say here it's best or ideal if you could get good at content creation yourself first before you outsource it. That way, you could just better manage your content creator. You could point them in the right direction. You could let them know exactly how they do things. Because if you try to outsource content creation before you're even good at it yourself, like, how are you supposed to manage someone and make sure that the content that they're posting is good, right? Yes, you could just say, "Oh, you know, I found a good content creator. Like, let me just leave everything in his hands. Hope he knows how to do everything right." But, you know, it's not ideal to have to rely on someone else to know what to do, right? You need to know what to do yourself. You need to have the skills and you need to be able to guide, lead, and point someone in the right direction. Okay?
So, once you have content creation outsourced, what you're going to want to do is outsource your account management. Okay? So, hire an account manager to actually post the content that your content creator is making. Engage with your followers and just overall manage your page. And this could free up one to two hours of your day. Okay? Ideally, what you could look to do is promote your content creator to this role because this is going to simplify management and make your life easier, right? Think about it. It's very logical. Managing one person, right, who's doing content creation and account management both at the same time is a lot more simple and straightforward and easy and less of a headache than having to manage two people. One who's doing content, one who's doing account management, right? And most content creators, if you pitch them the opportunity of being able to be an account manager as well, then they are more often than not going to take that opportunity, right? Especially it's already if it's already someone you trust and you know and they're already doing a good job as a content creator, you might just want to go ahead and promote them to an account manager. Okay?
And the next thing here that you're going to want to look to automate is actually messaging. So you could use a software like ManyHat to automate replies, collect leads, and maintain follower engagement 24/7. And this is just going to reduce the tedious manual messaging and helps increase conversions with automated follow-ups, right? So instead of you just being in your DMs all day responding to like frequently asked questions or getting leads or, you know, sending replies to comments, like you could have ManyHat essentially automate all of this. Right? If you guys don't know know what ManyHat is, it's a very um reputable software. It's literally integrated with Meta, which is Instagram's parent company. And it's a really really good software. There's all sorts of automations and workflows that you could set up set up in there. And any sort of task that you would want it to do, you could set it up to the point where it can do that efficiently, right? So, it works 24/7. It has automated replies. So, instead of you having to be in there, you know, all hours of the day, you could just have a system or an automation that is doing all that work for you. All right? So that that is the next thing that you're going to want to automate. Okay. So I would do it in this order as well. First automate your content creation. Then once you have that all figured out, then automate account manager. And then automate your messaging. Okay? So this cumulatively is going to save you so much time and energy on like tedious miscellaneous busy work that doesn't make any difference and only maintains your business. Whereas you could take that same time and energy and focus it towards growth tasks or high leverage activities that are going to actually grow your business, scale it, and make it more money. Okay.
So now let's go over where and how you can find talent, right? Because it's one thing to know that you need to get a content creator or an account manager, for example, but it's another thing it's another thing to know where and how to find these people who actually know what they're doing, right? So, first off, it's important to know that finding the right team members takes time and trial and error. So, you're going to want to think long term and focus on hiring people who align with your vision, culture, and work work ethic, right? It's also important to understand that automation is a journey. It's not something that you could do all in one day and have it perfectly figured out. Likely, you're going to have to trial and test with like a couple people. you know, interview people, see their personality, whether you know, they align with your vision, whether they're they're the right fit for your team, and it's something that you can sharpen up and figure out as time goes on, right? So, just think long term. Don't think short term. Try to find the people who are really going to stick on your side and be there for the long run to help you out. Okay?
And also, it's important to know that the best talent is often found within trusted networks or communities since trust, drive, and skill are crucial to automate effectively, right? So the people who work closely with me within Growth Accelerator, they have access to my personal content creators, account managers, and really any service provider, they're already tr uh they're already skilled, they're already trusted. I've worked with a lot of these people in the past. So essentially, when people who are working with me want to begin automating and outsourcing certain things, I always tell them the best place to look is within my network and within my pool of service providers that I've worked with already, right? Because that way, like I said here, there's already trust involved. These people are already skilled. I've worked with them in the past. Like, I know they're professional. I know that they know what they're doing and that they could help out. And that is the best place to look, right? Because you don't want to have to really go through all the trial and error with the team members. If you don't have to, if you could find a trusted network and know that someone's already skilled, trusted, and knows what they're doing, it's better to just tap in with that pool of people, right? But for a lot of you guys, if you don't have any network at all, you can try messaging people on Instagram or use Fiverr and Upwork. All right. So, something that I've even done in the past before I had the network that I do now, um I would simply see someone on Instagram who was posting cool high quality quality reels that I personally liked and I'd literally just reach out to them and just be like, "Hey, um been following your page for a while, bro. You know, your content is looking real clean. Um, currently I'm looking to automate the content creation for my page right now and I was curious to see if you would be open to offering your content creation or video editing service u for me and I would be happy to pay you something along those lines and by sending that message to enough people you'll find people who are down to help you out and um become your content creator or account manager just from you messaging them and reaching out right so that's one way you could do it or you could use Fiverr and Upwork these are the common sort of um freelance sites where you could sort of look up certain terms like content creators, video editors, account managers, any role that you might need sort of outsourced and delegated to someone else. You could look for them on Fiverr and Upwork. Although this isn't necessarily ideal because it's it's not ideal. You're going to be paying more. Plus, the person who you're going to be working with probably isn't really going to fully know what they're doing. And you just have to be a lot better at like training and managing them since it's like a completely new project. And often times these people are from third world countries. They're just on a different frequency. They don't really understand the game or how to do things. So it's not necessarily ideal, but if you're desperate and you need someone and you just can't find them within your network or you don't have a network to pull from, then you could go on Fiverr and Upwork as a last resort in my opinion. But like I said, it's obviously ideal to find talent that's already, you know, skilled and trusted within a close network, right?
And lastly, don't hesitate to replace team members who aren't meeting expectations to protect your business growth. Okay? So, at the end of the day, guys, like this is a business and you need to make sure that the people who are working for you are doing their job, right? So, if they're not pulling their weight, they're unreliable, they're not being dependable, they're doing sloppy work, and they're just not meeting the expectations, like you need to make sure to handle that, right? It could be tempting to sort of like want to be too nice and understanding and, you know, supportive. And I'm not saying don't do that. Like, you definitely want to be. You want to point them in the right direction at first. But if they're continuing to not meet expectations after you've already warned them, like you're you're going to need to dump them and go with someone else. That's just the reality of it. I'm not saying go be a dick and like fire your content creator after like one week because he like missed one day. I'm not saying that. But what I am saying is if someone is continually not meeting the expectation and is holding back your business growth that you want to look to replace them with someone who better aligns with what you're looking for. Okay? And that's just going to allow you to scale up uh more smoothly and more efficiently throughout this whole process. Okay?
So yeah, we've covered out why we've covered why automation is essential in the first place, certain roles to automate um in what order to do them and where to where and how to find these people. So yeah, this should be clear on how to go about this process. Also, what's important to note is maybe just some like general price ranges for you guys so you know what to have in mind when looking to outsource these specific positions. So a content creator, let's just say the industry standard for it's just tough to say, right? Because it depends on the certain type of content that your um page requires. Some content is a lot more simple to make and you could pay someone from like two to$4 per reel, for example, for that piece of content. But at the same time, there's other more advanced highle content that might be like $6 to $8, right? But let's just say on average it's like $4 to $5. So if you want to outsource content creation to someone else, you're doing one reel per day. Let's say it's 120 bucks. If you're doing two reels a day, instead of 240 bucks, maybe you could do like 220 bucks because it could be more of a a discount, right? Service providers are down to do most of the time they're down to do discounts for bulk deals, right? If you're doing two reels per day, that's like pretty decent work on their end. So, a lot of people are down to do bulk deals. And also for account manager, um, separately, it could be as simple as just like 100 150 bucks a month. But if you have the content creator also become your account manager, then you can just add like an extra 50 to 100 bucks per month on the existing rate that you're giving them for the content that they're posting and that is good enough as well. All right, so let's just put it this way. To properly automate content creation and account management, if you're posting two reels per day should land you around like 250 bucks. Okay, so that's why if you're making 500 to 2K per month, like it shouldn't be the biggest deal in the world to put 250 bucks back into freeing up so much your time. Guys, you need to think about this. This is going to free up accumulative of hours and hours and hours that add up to days of time. And time is your v most valuable asset, guys. You can't get time back. You could get money back. So, use your money to save you time. It's just it's very very simple, but a lot of people just don't understand it. Okay. And then for ManyHat, the message automation, I think it starts up at like 15 bucks a month, but as you continue to get more and more, let's say conversations going, it raises all the way up to maybe like 40, 50 bucks a month. It depends on the plan. But yeah, this is also not too pricey or heavy of an investment. So yeah, guys, that's just to give you some ranges or some ideas of what you can expect in terms of the actual specific amounts when it comes to outsourcing these certain positions. But aside from that, everything else should be clear on why it's important, when to do it, how to find people, etc. So yeah, guys, this is key. This is going to be very, very helpful when it comes to freeing up your time and focusing on what really matters to scale up your business to those new heights and hit those bigger numbers with this. So yeah, make sure to take this seriously. Don't take the easy way out. And make sure, like I said, to have that abundance mindset rather than scarcity because it's going to go a long way. Okay.
So, yeah, without further ado, that is the uh end of the step-by-step process when it comes to branding, growing, monetizing, and automating your Instagram theme page. And now, what I want to do is just go over some mindset, right? Because mindset is very, very important. So, let's just dive straight into it. All right. So, I just wanted to record this short bit for you guys here real quick because this is really, really important. If you don't have the right mindset, if you don't have the right mentality going into this, everything that we just covered over the past few hours isn't going to matter. Right? If you've sit there and you you've watched all of this information, you've learned a ton and you're motivated, you're you're wanting to get started, but for example, you don't have the right mindset and you don't have the right mentality and you've got limiting beliefs holding you back and you end up, you know, getting knocked off track. What really does it matter that you've gone ahead and taken the time to learn all this information in the first place? Right? You need to have the right mindset to point you in the right direction and to carry you throughout this process. Right? Someone with a good mindset but not the best information will always go farther than someone who has a bad mindset but all the information in the world. Okay? So, I just want to give you guys some nuggets when it comes to mindset, things to think about, mental models to abide by to really ensure that you have the best possible chances of succeeding with the information that I've just given you. That's what it comes down to. Okay.
So, the first concept that I want to go over with you guys is focusing on inputs, not results. Okay. Now, what does this mean? There is inputs in life or in business and then there's results in life, right? And people get them twisted up. Sometimes inputs for example are creating a video, you know, making your reel for the day or posting on your story or analyzing your data or spending time doing any of these specific activities, right? Those are inputs. These are things that you have control over that you can do, right? Whereas results, you guys know what that is. It's essentially outputs. Outputs and results are the same thing. Results are the direct result of an input, right? They say Newton's third law, every input has an equal and opposite output. Every cause has an equal and opposite effect. Right? So an example of an effect or cause or result is the amount of views you get on a reel, for example, right? So if you do the input, right, you post a reel for the day and say it doesn't perform the way that you wanted it to, maybe it only gets a few hundred, a few thousand views here and there and you're not very satisfied. That is a result. And what I find is a lot of people get hyperfixated and they focus on results rather than their inputs. So they're focusing and they're like distracted about how many views they're getting and how, you know, they're not satisfied with the views and they look at their, you know, count, they're like, "Oh, why am I not getting these views?" Like, I thought this reel was going to do good and they focus on that, right? Do not focus on the results. Only focus on the input. Okay? Focus on posting your reel every single day. Focus on studying your competition and getting a better understanding of your niche and what does well in it and what doesn't do well, right? Focus on analyzing your own data. What does well on your page and what doesn't do well, right? So that's when it is appropriate to look at results or numbers, right? Because you could use it to your advantage, but you don't want to dwell on them. All right? That's what it comes down to. You don't want them to motivate you, uh, demotivate you. You don't want them to discourage you. And I find a lot of people do that, right? That's why it's so important to focus on the inputs, not the results, not the outputs, right? Because at the end of the day, it is the inputs that is going to get you to where you want to get to, right? It's going to be posting those reels. It's going to be, you know, putting that digital product together. It's going to be all these different tasks that you can do that you have control over which is going to get you the results. So, don't focus on the results themselves. They will come by an extension of doing the inputs. Okay? So please focus on the inputs. Don't get distracted by the results or numbers for example, okay? Because those are just results of your inputs. So if you're not happy with the results, if you're not happy with the numbers, the reels you're getting on your page, the money you're making with your page, you need to focus and shift your attention back to the inputs. What do you have control over that you can do to better influence the outcomes that you want? That's what it comes down to. Okay, so that's the first concept.
The next one is simply if you don't give up, you can't fail. This is as cliche as it gets, guys, but sometimes cliche things are the most true things in the world. If you don't give up, you can't fail. Okay? So many people give this a try for like a few weeks or a month here and there and they don't get the results that they wanted right away and they just simply give up. You can't be that type of person. You can't be that type of person who's just sat through all this information for the past few hours, had your notebook down, you're learning, and you're trying to understand the business just to go ahead and quit after a few weeks of things not going your way, right? The only reason you're failing, which is only a temporary thing. It doesn't actually exist. There's no such thing as failure, but there is a such thing as like temporary setbacks and learning, right? Because failing is not real. What is real is learning from mistakes and using it as an opportunity to learn. Right? So there's no failures. There's only opportunities to learn. If you're failing, if you're not doing well, it's because there's something that you don't know which by knowing would allow you to succeed and not fail. Okay? So where I'm trying to get at here is if you don't give up, you can't fail. If you don't give up, you can't fail. Right? If you stick with something long enough, right? If you put in the work, if you learn as much as you can about something specific, like for example, in this case, theme pages, and you just put your head down, you don't get distracted by other shiny objects and shiny objects and try to chase another business model, and you just stick with it, and you try to learn, and even when things aren't going your way at the beginning, you continue sticking with it, you continue learning, you continue believing in your vision and believing in yourself, it is impossible for you to fail. Genuinely, I've never seen someone actually take this business model seriously and dedicate themselves to it for longer than a few months, six months, a year and fail. It just it doesn't happen. This business model has potential and you see it all the time. You see big pages blowing up. You see people making a ton of money with them and it's because they didn't give up, right? They continued to work at it. And this goes for everything, guys. Same with any other business. Same with, you know, a sport, for example. Like, if you don't give up, you can't fail. And if you have that mentality, you know, you're not just going to give up and throw in the towel when things get hard. You're going to keep going and you're going to keep putting in the work and doing the work that's necessary in order for you to get to where you want to get to, which is success. Okay? So, keep that in mind. Please don't be that type of person where you just give up and fail. Don't be a quitter. The last thing you want to be in this world is a quitter. Okay? Please don't be a quitter.
The last concept that I want to go over with you guys, which has to do with both of these here, is consistency and patience. Okay, you need to be consistent and you need to have patience. These are like two of probably or arguably the most important traits that someone could have when it comes to business or even specifically this business, right? You need to be consistent and you need to be patient. You need to show up every single day and do what you need to be doing. Whether it's posting your reel, whether it's doing research, whether it is studying your competitors, whether it is adjusting your digital product, whatever it is, you need to be showing up every single day and sticking with it. Okay? This is key. This is just going to add up over time and build so much momentum, you have no idea. Okay? And having patience, right? Because this is not a get-rich quick scheme. This is not an overnight success type of thing where you start a page, you get a million followers overnight, and next thing you know, you're making 10K a month. That's not what this is, right? And I know you're probably not a patient person because we don't live in a world that is suited for patients, right? You can go on Amazon and like order whatever you want and it's there in a few hours or the next day or if you're feeling not stimulated. You could open your phone right away and scroll. So your brain is not wired to be patient, right? It's not wired for delayed gratification. It's wired for instant gratification, instant results, right? So, if you go to a business model like this where it is not easy, it's simple. It's not easy, but it takes time to see some results, like you're going to struggle and have some discouragement and impatience when going throughout this process. If you don't see results in a few weeks or a month or even a month and a half, two months, it's going to be very tempting to get impatient and be like, "Shit, this isn't working. I'm not seeing the results. Is this even worth it?" You're going to have all these thoughts sort of come up into your head and try to like drag you away from what you need to do. You need to have patience. You need to have delayed gratification. You need to have faith in the process. You need to be consistent and show up every single day. And if you do that, like I said, I promise you, you won't fail and you can't fail. Okay? So, this is just some mindset that I want to drop on you guys. It's nothing new. It's nothing that is crazy that you haven't heard before, but it's just that you need to live by. Right? A lot of people know, everyone knows that they shouldn't give up and that they should work hard, but most people who know that are the ones who do give up and don't work hard, right? So, it's like simply don't give up and you can't fail. Simply be consistent and patient and you can't fail. Simply focus on the inputs and doing the work rather than focusing on the results and you won't fail and you'll succeed. Okay, so that's just what I wanted to drop on you guys and hopefully this helps. I really want you guys to make the most out of the information that I've just given you. So, with that being said, I'm rooting for you. Let's get it. Let's crush it. All right.
Welcome to the end of the video. If you've made it here, congrats. Because to be honest, most people don't uh they don't take things seriously. They don't take achieving their goals seriously. They just click around on YouTube, watch a couple minutes of one video here and there, click on another video, watch a couple minutes. Whereas you, you're still here. You've stuck through the course. You've paid attention. And that just shows that you're actually serious about this, right? And because of that, I want to reward you. So, if you're still watching this, I'm giving you the chance to enter a free giveaway that I'm doing where you could win a one-on-one strategy session with me. It's 1 hour. I'll put together a full game plan for you to go ahead and take action on. And you could ask me any questions that you have about Instagram, business, anything, and I'll just make sure everything is fully clear for you so you could have full clarity and confidence moving forward. And also on the call, I'll be giving you access to a free 50,000 follower theme page. All right, this is a theme page that I've been growing over the past few months. And it's not some page that I'm just trying to get rid of. It's actually a good page. It's in the motivation niche. It's uh growing followers every single day. It has good engagement rate. It has mostly USA audience. So, it's a good page, right? And most importantly, it's a good size, so you can begin monetizing it right away. So on our call, I'll be giving you a full strategy and a full system be to be able to monetize the page right off the bat. All right. So if you want the opportunity to win that strategy call as well as that 50,000 follower page, all you have to do is comment the word Insta down below in the comment section and I'll enter you in the giveaway. And this way it I know that the page and the call will go to someone who's actually serious about this. All right? That way it doesn't go to waste. And yeah, I'll announce the winner in the next YouTube video. Maybe I'll do a spin wheel with everyone who comments or I'll just post an announcement on my Instagram story um and reach out to the person directly. So, make sure you're following me on Instagram, Poshamoga, to make sure you don't miss the announcement. But aside from that guys, I've given you literally everything in this free course. Literally all the information a toz, you know, how to start your page, how to grow it, how to monetize it, how to like automate the process and scale up. Literally everything. So now it's time for you to actually implement this information that I've given you because at the end of the day they say information is useless without implementation. And it's the same with like for example trying to get a six-pack, right? Same exact thing. Like you don't get a six-pack from watching YouTube videos on how to get a six-pack or watching YouTube videos about, you know, exercising or watching YouTube videos or researching and looking up like different diets or meal plans that help you get a six-pack. That's not how you get one, right? You get one from actually going to the gym, from doing workouts, from sweating, from doing certain reps, and from following a diet, from knowing what macros you need to be taking in on a daily basis, what foods to be eating, and even having a personal trainer, right? I mean, it's it's the same thing for Instagram, guys. It's the same exact thing. Um, even for me personally, like my first five months doing this, as I was talking about earlier, like I had grown a little bit of a following, but I was making no money. Like I I had no idea where to start in terms of monetizing. Um, I had no clear path to follow. I didn't know if I was going in the right direction or doing the right thing. I didn't have the guidance that I needed. I didn't have the proper information that I needed. And it wasn't until I was starting to learn directly from people who were above me or people who were in the position that I wanted to be in that I started making progress and actually reaching the results that I wanted to get. Right? And I noticed the same thing for the people that I'm working with right now. The people that are learning directly from me, working directly with me. Those are the type of people who get the best results from what I've seen. Like for example, Brandon, he went from zero to almost 700,000 followers now. within nine months, he's making 5 to 6K per month consistently. Um, and Brandon, uh, sorry, Matias and Michael, they both have followings over 200,000 followers. Um, they got two pages each. Um, they've automated the process. You know, they're making thousands of dollars a month consistently as well. And these are the people who are learning and working directly with me. All right. So, I know from my firsthand experiences, from the people that I've worked with, as well as the people that are working with me now, that just learning from someone who's in the position that you want to be in is a complete game changer. All right? And because of that, I'm opening up a few more spots for my one-on-one mentoring growth accelerator where you get the opportunity to work directly alongside of me one-on-one. I'll put together a custom action plan for you to be able to follow. It's based off of you, your page, your niche, the goals that you're looking to achieve. That way you have a full road map, a full blueprint to work off of. And you'll also get access to all of our tools, resources, my inner circle community. Uh you'll get my personal phone number so you can message me with any questions that you have. And overall, you'll have everything that you need to actually grow and monetize your Instagram theme page into a full-blown business. All right. So, if that sounds interesting to you, something that you would want to hear or learn a little bit more about, then feel free to click the link in the top of the description. If you qualify, you'll get the chance to hop on a one-on-one call with me where it'll be really chill, uh, very straightforward. We'll just have a normal conversation. We'll get to know each other. Um, I'll get to understand your situation, see what your goals are, and if I'm able to help, right? Most importantly, if I can help, that's great. We could go ahead and get to work. We'll be on our way. And if it doesn't look like I could help you, I'm not going to try and help you. I could still just give you some free value and point you in the right direction so you leave the call with some value and with a clear direction and clarity. So, yeah, you've really got nothing to lose and everything to gain. Um, at least you could see if this is something for you. All right.
And yeah, guys, aside from that, um, thank you for staying till the end of this video. Um, I hope it was valuable. Please, um, show some support, right? Like the video, maybe subscribe because this really took a long time to put together in terms of putting the whole course together, all the visuals, filming everything. So, any support really would be appreciated. And also, like I said, if you've made it up until this point, u feel free to comment the word down below, Insta, to be entered into that giveaway for the free strategy session as well as the 50,000 follower theme page. And also, like I said, if you want to hear a little bit more about how specifically you could work with me and I could help you, click the link in the top of the description and we could just have a quick chat. All right, aside from that guys, I hope you have a great rest of your day and take care. Peace.
