Hello everyone, greetings. Greetings. Greetings. Greetings, my dear daughter. Yes.

Okay, let's continue with lesson 8 together today. So, first, we will connect with the energy and do some breathing exercises. Everyone, please find a comfortable position for a moment. Please settle into a comfortable position, relax your minds, and gently close your eyes for a moment. We will begin the energy connection. As soon as you close your eyes, disconnect from external distractions. Whatever has happened before arriving in this section, whatever you have thought, whatever you have said, let's all release it from our minds for a moment. Be joyful and happy for having arrived here at this time and place. This place is chosen for me by my higher self. It is a place where I am in alignment with my higher self. It is a place connected to high frequencies. Let's begin to feel and know that we are in a safe circle. We are safe. External disturbances cannot enter. Negative energies cannot enter. All acquired negative energies will naturally dissipate. Let's take a moment to feel the sense of safety in this place. I am safe. My body, mind, and spirit are safe right now. I don't need to rush to do anything. I don't need to rush to do anything. My body, mind, and spirit are calm and stable in this place. We are connected to the divine. So, please release your heart and let it be free. Release your body as well. If there are any tense areas in your body, consciously relax them. Especially if you are frowning, please relax your forehead. Please relax your shoulders. Let's breathe together. Inhale deeply. Hold for a moment. Exhale slowly. Exhale slowly. Inhale again. Exhale slowly. Inhale for the third time. Exhale slowly. Okay, the energy connection is complete. Please gently return to the present moment. You can slowly open your eyes. Yes. So, let's begin today's lesson. Can everyone see me? Yes, I can see you. Yes, I can see you. Yes, I can see you. Yes.

Okay, so today's lesson is titled "Tree of Manifestation." So, today we will begin doing manifestations. We are moving into the part of manifesting connected with gratitude. In the first part, we went to the physical. In the second part, we went to the spiritual. So, today we will go to the spiritual. Let's briefly recall yesterday's lesson. What did we do in yesterday's lesson? We learned how to activate a future that has not yet arrived. We analyzed with some points what the gaps are between our present and the future, why when we think about the future, it feels like a fantasy, why it doesn't feel like it's truly happening, why it doesn't feel embodied. By closing that gap, our energy goes to a high frequency. Now that gap is closed. Today, healing joy is entering. If we start doing one point a day, and we start doing one point a day, what will happen to our spiritual manifestation? We have already reached a high frequency. So, at that time, we will connect with a concept today. A manifestation concept. The concept of reciprocity. That means giving and receiving. Today, we will focus on giving. We give. We receive in return. Because this is something we have known since childhood. If we want something, we always have to give something back. If we want something, we always have to give something back. When manifesting, the subconscious mind automatically connects with that concept. When we want something and are going to manifest it, the automatic thought is, "If I want this, I have to give something back." But what is that something to give back? What do we have to give back? If we don't connect with how to give back in the right way, blocks can occur in our energy. So, blocks can occur in both giving and receiving. For example, for those who are blocked in receiving, we will give generously. If we keep giving generously and are weak in receiving, what happens in our energy? We become blocked. We feel like the things we are working hard for are not manifesting. This happens because our receiving is weak. So, when we guide others with gratitude, we can sense their giving and receiving levels. Those who are weak in giving and blocked in receiving experience stagnation. Their paths become difficult. Blocks occur in giving. So, blocks in receiving and giving mean giving too much or not giving enough. Both are the same. So, when there is a block, it means we are doing much more than we want, or we are giving very little. This shows the energy flow. If you feel like you are not getting back what you put in, you are blocked. You try hard. You put in a lot of effort. You are moving forward. You know you are trying hard. But if you don't get back what you put in, you are blocked. It's like something is holding you back. You know it's good to do something, but you don't want to. You know it would be good to do this, but something is stopping you. You don't want to listen to what they are saying. If they tell you to do this because it's good, you don't want to do it even more. If this kind of stagnation occurs, you tend to give too much or not give at all. So, we need to examine where we are. Energy is a loop. It means reciprocity. We give. We receive back. We give. We receive back. But this is not about practical actions, but about energy. Energy flows in a loop. We give our energy. Then we receive energy in return. It cannot be measured by effort. When it comes to giving, one of his favorite perspectives is that reciprocity is not about payment. For example, if I want something, I have to pay for it. Let's connect with that concept. It's not payment. Participation is when you enthusiastically give something back from your side. That is called manifesting. Reciprocating means not wanting to give, thinking, "I have to do this to get it." If I want this, I have to put in a lot of effort. Giving with a reluctant heart, with a heart that doesn't want to do it. Things done with a reluctant heart never come back. Remember this: if your heart is not in it, you won't get it back. Even if you study because you have to pass the exam, if you don't enjoy studying, if you feel miserable, distressed, and suffer while studying, then the energy does not reciprocate. You can see it this way. When it's not a program, you suffer a lot while studying. This is something that happened when we were young. As we grow up, it happens in the same way with money. If you don't have money, you know you have to earn it. So, you earn money with the idea that you have to work for it. You don't enjoy earning money. You enjoy it when you get money. But while earning money, you are unhappy. Because you are unhappy while earning money, the energy does not reciprocate. So, you don't get back what you put in. See it this way. Participation is when you do something enthusiastically and joyfully, then it comes back to you. You should be happy while doing this work. If students are studying joyfully, their energy will flow well. They will receive supporting things that make them happy. Money will also come to you more because you are happy while earning it. So, if we want to change people's mindsets, we have to break the idea of "I have to give something to get something." We have lived our whole lives with that condition. Only by removing that condition can we start creating our energy flow. So, here's an example. Overgiving also blocks manifestation. If you give more, you will get more. If you give more, you will get more. Overgiving is also a block to manifestation. This is something that happens most often, so I'm including it. Most people want to give more than they have. By giving more than they have, they don't realize it's blocking them, that their energy isn't reciprocating. So, they are blocked. They always feel like something is holding them back. They know it's good, but they don't want to do it. Sometimes it happens like this. They know it would be good to do this, but something stops them. They don't want to listen to what others are saying. If someone tells them to do this because it's good, they don't want to do it even more. If this happens, they tend to give too much or not give at all. So, we need to examine where we are. Energy is a loop. It means reciprocity. We give. We receive back. We give. We receive back. They know it's good to do something, but they don't want to. They know it's good to do something, but they don't want to. You know it would be good to do this, but something is stopping you. You don't want to listen to what they are saying. By giving more than they have, they don't realize it's blocking them, that their energy isn't reciprocating. So, they are blocked. They always feel like something is holding them back. They know it's good to do something, but they don't want to. You know it would be good to do this, but something is stopping you. You don't want to listen to what they are saying. They know it's good to do something, but they don't want to. You know it would be good to do this, but something is stopping you. You don't want to listen to what they are saying. They know it's good to do something, but they don't want to. You know it would be good to do this, but something is stopping you. You don't want to listen to what they are saying. They know it's good to do something, but they don't want to. You know it would be good to do this, but something is stopping you. You don't want to listen to what they are saying. They know it's good to do something, but they don't want to. You know it would be good to do this, but something is stopping you. You don't want to listen to what they are saying.
