Is everyone in Washington DC connected to Jeffrey Epstein? You just might think so after a just released expose blows the cover on a prominent Republican senator who had an important role in blocking, I repeat, blocking transparency with regards to the Epstein files, and I have the breakdown for you next.
The story I'm going to share is not getting the attention it deserves because of the other Epstein bombshell that was dropped today about Elon Musk. Let's cover up on that with a scathing report from right-leaning Sky News and then I'll reveal the Republican senator who should send Elon a gift basket for knocking her off of page one of the Epstein News.
>> Elon Musk's name has appeared in files relating to Jeffrey Epstein with reference to him potentially visiting the island that Epstein owned. The files have just been released by Democrats in Washington and they also show Prince Andrew was listed as a passenger on the files private plane. Let's bring in our US correspondent David Blevens. So de David, what else do we know about this mention of Elon Musk in these files?
Well, the Epstein estate has been gradually handing over documents to an oversight committee on Capitol Hill, and it is the latest batch of those documents that appear to suggest Elon Musk may have been a visitor to Epstein Island on December 6th, 2014. An entry in what appears to be Epstein's daily schedule reads, "Reminder Elon Musk to Ireland December 6. Is this still happening?" December 6, 2014, of course, is 6 years after Jeffrey Epstein was listed as a sex offender. We've reached out to Elon Musk for comment.
He's not just the world's most wealthy man. He was, of course, a very prominent player in the early days of the Trump administration, leading the so-called uh Department of Government Efficiency until the two men had a very public falling out in June when you may recall Elon Musk alleged online that the administration was concealing the files and that Donald Trump was named in them. He later deleted that post and after three months of arangement, the two men were pictured together for the first time at the funeral of Charlie Kirk last weekend.
The documents also show Prince Andrew listed as a passenger on Epstein's jet in May 2000. It's not the first time we've heard that. During the trial of Epstein's girlfriend, Galen Maxwell, one of her accusers, who was 14 at the time, recalled being a passenger on that jet with Andrew. The Duke of York, strenuously denies any wrongdoing.

On September 11, 2025, US Senator Lisa Mcowsky, Alaska, provided the 51st vote in a 5149 Senate tally to table an amendment requiring the Department of Justice to declassify Jeffrey Epstein's documents, including flight logs and victim statements. The amendment proposed by Senator Marshall Blackburn of Tennessee aimed to promote transparency in Epstein's sex trafficking network. But before we can get into Donald Trump's insane post and the admission from the Epstein and Trump lawyer blowing up this entire scandal, I want to start with a sentiment I think is so important when we're talking about Epstein from Jasmine Crockett.

We know that there were um fake corporations that were set up. We know that um or at least we've been told that there were fake immigration um documents that were put together so that women from other countries could end up over here. We know that there were allegedly fake marriages. This goes and and it reeks through every single level of government. And it's one of those reasons that these survivors have been quiet for so long, right? because literally they would walk in and they would see these pictures of Epstein with all of these powerful people from all over the world and then he would threaten them and say if you say anything just know I know everybody right and so um I think if we are going to prevent Epstein 2.0 or if Epstein 2.0 is taking place right now I think it's important that we nip this in the bud right now and we learn what we did not know and we put some safeguards in place to prevent this type of thing from happening.
The focus cannot just be on Donald Trump. Of course, Trump is covering for himself, but what he is most worried about is those associates of Epstein, those people who were close to both of them, starting to talk. We were able to obtain that birthday book, that letter that Donald Trump sent Epstein for his 50th birthday because of a subpoena to the Epstein estate. Not the FBI, not the DOJ, not the White House, but the estate. It's why the DOJ right now is blocking NBC News from up uncovering the name of two Epstein associates who are wired hundreds of thousands of dollars because they know once you start to pull that thread, it all comes apart. Especially when there are so many connections to Trump and Epstein, like Rachel Matto laid out right here.
What happened to the lawyer who got Epstein his bizarly lenient plea deal when he was first arrested on sex trafficking charges in Florida? What happened to the lawyer who got him that that bizarrely lenient plea deal? Well, oh, Trump hired him to be his own lawyer. What happened to the US attorney who gave Jeffrey Epstein that bizarrely lenient plea deal? Oh, Trump put him in his cabinet in his first term. Well, who then prosecuted Epstein a second time when he was brought up on federal charges? Oh, that was the SDNY line prosecutor who Trump inexplicably fired last week. Hm. Who was in charge of the Department of Justice and the Bureau of Prisons when Epstein then killed himself in federal custody? Ah, President Donald Trump. Who bragged to a reporter about how much Epstein seemed to like women on the younger side. Who said Epstein was a lot of fun to be with? Who bragged that he was friends with Epstein for 15 years? Who flew on his plane at least seven times. And who now says that everybody needs to stop talking about Jeffrey Epstein right now. All of these people are interconnected. They saw Trump's crimes. They saw his friendship with Epstein. They know what Donald Trump is trying to hide in those files. And some of it became public today, especially the connection between Epstein, his lawyer, who was also Trump's lawyer, and money moving around at a very disturbing rate. And it led to an insane Trump post. But I first want to start with that article breaking down the Trump lawyer admission.
Trump lawyer admits how many millions he earned representing Epstein. Lawyer Alan Dersuitz has revealed how much money he was paid to negotiate the late offender Jeffrey Epstein's sweetheart prison deal in 2008. The disgraced financiier paid Dersowitz, who represented Donald Trump during his first impeachment trial, about $3 million for his help securing the deal, the celebrity attorney told Bloomberg. The figure was revealed in connection with a trove of Epstein's personal emails that was obtained by the outlet, which also discovered that Dersowitz's support for Epstein went beyond legal advocacy. These people all ran in the same groups, and they were given millions of dollars. That same article detailed that Epstein's legal expenses over the course of a decade were about $54 million. Now, those are wires. Those are payments that have largely been blocked by the FBI. And it's why Donald Trump is trying to distract us from talking about them with this post right here.
Trump took to Truth Social with thoughts on files by writing, I have been asked by many people about the life and times of Amelia Heheart. Such an interesting story. And I would consider declassifying and releasing everything about her. In particular, her last fatal flight. She was an aviation pioneer, the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean and achieved many other aviation first. She disappeared and Donald Trump continued to write about Amelia Heheart, saying that his administration wants to declassify and release all records related to her life. So you had Michael Horwitz who was the special counsel who said in his report the overwhelming weight of that evidence supports Comey's version of the conversation. They also tried to go after Andy McCabe. They couldn't pull that up.
>> I think that everybody pay attention to what Andy McCarthy was saying this morning and he has a piece up on the National Review. The indictment against Comey should be dismissed. He said to Maria Bart Romo, "This indictment is not about the Russia investigation," which is what you want to make it seem like, but it's not at all. It's completely detached from that investigation, and it seems to be premised on something that's not true. I don't think there's a case. I love Ted about Ted Cruz, but McCabe never said that Comey authorized it. This is about leaking to the press. Don't think that the case gets to trial. If you want it to get dismissed maybe for selective prosecution, look no further than the president's social media posts or what he's saying to those gaggles. And also, it makes no sense to me why Donald Trump doesn't like Jim Comey because Comey delivered him the election.
This is really big news. Finally, moving on from our last segment. Was that like 3 hours that we were talking about that? Um, there was a special election in Arizona, a congressional spection you're seeing there on screen, Adelita Galva. And this election just may have given the bipartisan group of House members the votes to force the release of the Epstein files once she's in office. That's how narrow the fight has been. You you remember there are some Republicans and then all the Democrats supporting this resolution to force the White House to release the Epstein files. The White House started calling up Republicans saying, "If you sign on to this, you're engaging in a hostile act against the president." Which is weird why that would be hostile, why you would perceive that as hostile. But then we get this news that could push the resolution over the finish line. Arizona Democrats win. Clinch's bid to force Epstein files vote. Adalita Galva's victory in a special election for a house seat in Arizona appears to give backers of a so-called discharge petition enough signatures to compel action. President Donald Trump is in full-blown panic mode after his latest distraction attempt backfired instantly. On Friday, the president took to Truth Social to announce that he was ordering the government to declassify files on legendary aviator Amelia Heheart, who disappeared nearly 90 years ago. Trump gushed about her accomplishments and promised to make everything about her final flight public. But instead of praise, Trump was met with mockery. Across social media, critics slammed him for once again dodging the real issue, the still unreleased Jeffrey Epstein files. One viral post read, "Everyone release the Epstein files. Trump, best I can do is Amelia Hearhart's flight logs." Another user wrote, "And what of Jeffrey Epstein, sir? Will you release the files about him?" Others joked about Trump's bizarre choice of focus. One user quipped, "Don't worry about food prices or affordable housing. He's on this Amelia Heheart situation we've all been worrying about." The piling on continued with critics like Ed Crassenstein, who pointed out that Trump has never made a similar post demanding Epstein's files be made public. The timing couldn't be worse for Trump.
