Claude just got someone dozens of interviews and landed him a real job. So, an ex-user Santiago has built an agent called Career Ops that not only finds jobs, but handles the entire process for him.
It automatically scans 45 plus company job portals like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Stripe, reads each listing, and gives them a score based on things like salary, tech stack, and experience to decide if it is worth applying to. If it is, the agent then rewrites your resume around exactly what the job is asking for, generates a customized PDF that gets past automated filters, and submits the application. You can also paste a specific job link yourself, and it'll go ahead and handle the rest.
What's especially impressive is how if a job requires 5 years of Python experience, but you only have three, it checks whether your actual projects prove the same level of skill. And if they do, it goes ahead and applies anyway. The best part? Santiago has open-sourced the entire thing. We actually tested it ourselves, and it works as intended.
Having said that, he did get hired, but not because the system mass applied on his behalf. Yes, it got him 12 interviews from 66 carefully filtered applications. But the job he accepted actually came from a CEO who saw his agent and liked what he's built.
Still, if you're a fresher struggling to find a job, this might actually help. Because the reality is that recruiters get thousands of applications daily, with most of them getting ignored right away.
