Yep, that was me crashing while go-karting in Malaysia, and it kind of hurt. Well, you can watch me share my full experience later on, but for now, I hope you enjoy this Vlog about my 2-day Malaysia trip.
After getting stuck in a half-an-hour jam, we finally made it to Malaysia and immediately started raining the moment we got there. Look at my dad attaching his cash card to a selfie stick to pay tolls. Anyways, our first destination was the Bukit Indah Mall. We were not ready to check in yet, so that's why we stopped here to shop.
Okay, so right now, where I book it in and we're going to park with all these luggages at the back, so oh my gosh, 3 hours in a car. There's music for some reason. Wow, damn, these elevators are so old. Our first meal in Malaysia was Tea Garden, and I had this curry rice and it was really delicious, and of course, Milo. So someone made fun of the outfits I wore, so I'm going to try and get better clothes.
Okay, for the next 2 hours or so, I'm just going to go shopping. I don't think I'm going to Vlog that much. Check this out, woo! This one comes with a pencil sharpener. Yeah, I have way too many clothes to try. I'm probably going to do a fit check later, but I mean, it depends if I even buy this or not. I got clothes, fitting room number three. Yeah, I'm buying a lot of clothes, but don't worry, I will wear them. Why am I holding my phone like that? Amazing! It's raining, and our car is parked outdoors.
Okay, what's interesting is that since we spent a lot, we can redeem two free donuts. Okay, so it was a disaster. Uh, we asked the information counter, and they had no idea what we're talking about, so we went to the donut shop itself, and we thought we could just redeem it, but they didn't even know what we were talking about, also. So I don't even know what kind of promotion this is. Let me show you what it is. Look at this: minimum spend of 39 ringgit, and you can get two free donuts. We spent over 200 ringgit, so I don't know why they're not allowing us to redeem it. Okay, we got it. Oh yeah, this one's even bigger. Oh my good! We spent almost the whole afternoon at this mall. Anyways, it was time to head to our next location, and we got stuck at the car park exit.
Our next location was Big [Music] Box. There wasn't really much to offer over there, and the place kind of felt like America for some reason. After many hours, it was finally time to check into our hotel. [Music] Room. I'll do the room tour later, but I'm just going to unpack right now. I would have done a review on what I was bringing here, but I was too lazy, and I really need to charge my phone right now. Welcome to the hotel review. All right, so we come in and just check out how spacious this whole place is. We have our kitchen over here with a dishwasher and a microwave. We have the living room over here and a full-on balcony. The view is not too bad, but that building over there is completely abandoned, and this right here is my room. I have two beds over here. These lights are pretty cool. Oh, and I also have my own private balcony. Oh, the doors are not opening. Oh my gosh! And that concludes our hotel room.
After taking a short nap, it was already nighttime, and it was time for dinner. We took a stroll within the vicinity of our hotel and we found this tempura Yaki restaurant, and this was definitely the best meal I had while in Malaysia. Everything was so tender and [Music] flavorful. After that, we decided to walk by the pier and realized that everything was closed. So many shops were abandoned, and there was just nothing to do over there. Where is my...? So we went to shop in the supermarket for a while and then went back to a hotel room.
Oh well, that's it for Malaysia day one. We basically did a lot of shopping. Let's hope that tomorrow's going to be a bit more fun. So we already planned in advance: we're going to have a breakfast buffet, check out of this hotel, and also possibly go for some go-karting. I don't know, I'm kind of hoping that tomorrow is a bit more eventful so that this Vlog can be a little bit more interesting. Can't wait! So we'll see you guys tomorrow.
Good morning, people! The room was so cold last night that there's so much condensation. It's the next day now, and it was time for our breakfast buffet. To be very honest, the food was not that incredible; like, it was pretty meat, nothing extraordinary. Still tasted good though. My first round's done. Initially, we thought of swimming at the hotel, but we decided it was too troublesome.
All right, everyone, it's time to check out of our hotel room. After checking out, it was time to go for some go-kart racing. Now, this is the highlight of the Vlog. [Music] Know. And after a short briefing, we were finally led to our [Music] cars. The starting part was a little bit rough because I was just trying to get used to the road and the vehicle. The G-force you experience on this is super high, and not even a minute in, I already hit the barriers. And at this particular moment, someone else on the track spun into the tires. Oh God! And who knew that the same thing was about to happen to me next? The whiplash was so strong, it kind of hurt my neck, and I also slightly injured my knee. The guys on the track saw me crash, and I had to reassure them that I was fine. Yeah. Can... Overall, the experience was so fun, and I really highly recommend everyone to go try this.
After such a thrilling activity, it was time to do more shopping. We visited our last destination, which was KSL, and we just did even more shopping over there. I didn't really record much at all, so just enjoyed this montage of this guy making Cold Stone. [Music] [Music] It was really delicious, and after that, it started to rain very heavily again, but it didn't really matter because we were heading back to Singapore. The Causeway was completely empty, and we managed to go through it within 20 minutes. And that pretty much sums up my two-day Malay Vlog. I really enjoyed this short holiday, and I'm glad I went for it. Thank you very much for watching this video. I really hope you enjoyed it, and do consider subscribing if you enjoy my content. Stay tuned for more Vlogs in the future, and yep, that's pretty much it. Thank you again, and I'll see you in the next [Music] video. [Music]
