This shape is so efficient that the universe keeps accidentally inventing it. Not squares, not triangles, hexagons.
Let's start on Saturn. At its north pole, there's a storm shaped like a perfect hexagon, wider than Earth, spinning at 200 mph. It's been there for over 40 years. No walls, no edges, just wind, somehow snapping into six straight lines because that's the most stable way to move energy around a spinning planet.
Now zoom way down. Bees didn't choose hexagons. Physics forced them to. Hexagons store the most honey using the least wax. Any other shape wastes material. Evolution doesn't negotiate with inefficiency.
Go smaller. Carbon atoms form hexagons to make graphene. One atom thick yet stronger than steel. Same geometry, same rule, maximum strength, minimum cost.
Even bubbles hate circles. Push them together and they collapse into hexagons to save energy. Snowflakes, six-fold symmetry, basalt columns, hexagons, your eyes, hexagonal light receptors.
This isn't coincidence. The hexagon is what reality defaults to when it's trying to do the most with the least. No designer, no blueprint.
