It is not possible to earn views or income unless you create content that caters to the algorithm, or something of that nature. Many creators cannot earn a living unless it's of that kind. I was able to appear at a festival, but I couldn't earn money and ended up lying. Hello. This is Junya from Clive Strategy. So, this time, I'm going to have you follow me for a week. I want to honestly convey how the Live Now office usually supports its streamers and how it operates. For example, there will be a manager meeting later, a dinner party with someone who wants to work as a manager, and a YouTube interview with me to celebrate someone who surpassed 1 million units last November. Through this video, I want to convey how I think about supporting streamers with managers, how I film YouTube videos, and the real behind-the-scenes of the office, so that you can think that Live's office is good or interesting. I will be creating follow-along videos starting this week, so I will convey them as they are, in real time.

Yes. Well, I'm going to start the meeting with the manager now. We will discuss with the manager how to best support individual streamers who are actually putting in the time to stream and are working hard, especially those who are new streamers and are motivated. Yes. Please proceed. This week, I would like to hear about each streamer's daily numbers and how much they are lacking from their goals, and how we can make up for it this week.

Good work. What kind of meeting were you having? It was a progress meeting for streamers. We were discussing how to support streamers who have just joined but are streaming a lot, motivated individuals, and existing successful streamers. Also, in December, there's a new year's end battle, and people who have been with Live for less than a year can participate. There were about four people who did well in that, and we were discussing how to get them to win events. We also have an office event at the end of the year, so we're discussing what to do with those who will participate, and booking top streamers. We also discussed things like, "Doing this might help you grow more."

I saw your video and I want to try it too! People said they were inspired. Were they people who were already streaming? No, they said they had never done it before. They told me they were very anxious. What did you tell them? I told them that the office and Live are here to help you with that anxiety, so let's do our best. Can you stream for a while? I think they said they would try to stream for about 60 hours for now and gradually expand from there. I thought that was good. What kind of content do you broadcast? I haven't done social media before. How did you find Mari-car's video and decide you wanted to live stream? I thought there might be business opportunities. I searched for "YouTube live streaming" and found Live Now. While browsing, I saw something like "65 years old" and thought, "Wow." She's a housewife. She said she's working. Oh, really. She wants to be independent, or rather, she wants to make a living as a streamer. She said she wants to combine various businesses with live streaming in her later years. Do you have another meeting after this? Yes, I do. I have a meeting in two minutes. How many people are you meeting with from YouTube today? There are many today. Three. Three. Wow. Please apply. We are waiting.

What kind of support does Live Now offer? We tend to focus on individual support. Especially in the first week of streaming, we visit them for their first or second stream, and then give them advice via text on what they can do better. We always schedule a weekly meeting, which I think is quite rare. There are places that do it, but we make sure to watch their streams and schedule weekly meetings, which is quite a lot of work. Normally, when you join, you might not get anything, or they might reply to your LINE messages, or you might be given a PDF, or there might be training sessions or videos in front of everyone. Things are often simplified, but we do it with a lot of manpower. However, as they enter their second and third months, we gradually encourage them to become more independent, so the frequency decreases. If they are successful, we might say, "Let's form a Number Hatch with you," or "Let's sell One Live tickets," or "Let's participate in a reservation battle," or "Let's have a meeting to get first place in the daily rankings." For top streamers, we often work with them to set their goals. That's how we do it. As a company, do you have any top streamers right now? I can't really say that from the president's perspective. There are a few people I think are good. Do you have any unique strengths that only our managers can offer? I think it's that we go to watch streams ourselves, give gifts, and some of us are streamers ourselves. We're not that big yet, but we have a good lineup of talented and creative people. Some of us were comedians, some were streamers, and we still enjoy watching streams and giving gifts, which I think is a strength.

Are there any plans from Live Now streamers that you found interesting? Recently, a couple who became 6th in the rankings in their second month did a TikTok live stream where they stayed in a hotel for a week and slept in a hammock while catching and eating something. It was a pretty wild stream, and it was interesting. They also just chatted as a couple, which is a lot of information. There are also streams where they talk about things they're passionate about, and I found those quite appealing and thought they were amazing. As a creator, it's interesting. If Junya-san were a streamer, what kind of plan would you do? I've always liked watching Nico Nico Douga streamers since I was little, and I'm also a YouTuber, and now I'm in this industry. If I were to earn money as a streamer, I would definitely do battles, but I also want to do what I used to do as a streamer, like ordering food and eating it within two minutes of arriving at the restaurant. That's probably not allowed, is it? It would be troublesome if I didn't get donations. If I get donations, I want to roll dice and walk along the train tracks, starting from Osaka Station or Tokyo Station, and see how far I can go. I want to do something like that, like a human "Momotetsu." I want to do a 30-day consecutive project. I want to work hard behind the scenes to earn money, get donations during the day, roll dice, and move two stations.

Finally, what is the biggest benefit of joining Live Now? I think it's being able to make friends. It's not just about being streamers, but about becoming friends as creators and artists. I think that's why it's good to come to Live Now. I was also a creator, and I still do music and other things as a hobby. I also teach short video production. Whether it's offering support for short videos, events, or live streaming waves, or handling bans, those are things that any agency can do, and we can do them too. But the most important thing is that we've been together for about five years, going out for meals, booking venues for Hatch, discussing operations, or planning for shopping malls. Also, for other artists who have earned money, we say, "Let's use that money to make short videos," or "Let's make music," or "Let's invest in MVs," or "Let's sell one-man tickets on TikTok Live." While these are not services that can be strictly defined, the ability to have casual conversations about various things and move towards each other's goals, that sense of camaraderie is our advantage. We are close. I meet with them, and the managers also do things outside of streaming on a volunteer basis. We can't promise everyone, but if you build a relationship with me or the managers and want to do something after earning money on TikTok Live, this is the perfect place for you. I'm going to have a dinner party with someone who wants to be a manager candidate and the manager who introduced them. I used to be a YouTuber for about five years, from age 15 to 20. I hated job hunting, so I went to a festival in Singapore. I was able to perform at the festival, but I couldn't earn money. All my friends got jobs, and even though they worked hard, they couldn't earn money. They gave up on their dreams and were working reluctantly. My friends who were studying at university got good jobs, but they seemed to be lying as adults, and I thought that option wasn't great. That was my initial motivation. So, I started looking for something where my friends wouldn't give up on their dreams, or where people like me could earn money. In 2018, I discovered live streaming and started an agency. Around 2020, I was convinced that TikTok Live would be the best, so I thought, "I need to get the agency ready now because TikTok Live is coming soon." As a YouTuber, I used to earn through advertising revenue, but I had to create content that catered to the algorithm to get views. If people got tired of it, they'd call it "over," and ultimately, that structure is a business model where the top 5% of people compete for advertising revenue from companies. So, out of 100 participants, only 5 can earn. That's a given. Instead, I thought about how to make it so that 30 out of 100 people can earn, or 70 out of 100 people can earn. This requires direct payments from fans, like 10,000 yen per person times 30 people, or 3,000 yen per person times 100 people. Unless it's of that nature, many creators won't be able to earn. I want more people to express themselves, so I focused on live streaming.

Ouzasu.

So, the venue is there, so I can't stay too long, but I'm going to have a meal with Nakamura-san, one of our managers, and the candidate I introduced. A greeting from Live Now, I'm Nakamura. I'm going to a meal now. How have you been supporting streamers like SI-san and Marikawa-san, and what's it like recently? Recently, we've had more good streamers, so it's become fun to visit them and have meetings every day. Honestly, my management is not keeping up, but thankfully, is there anyone you'd like to see join and whom you'll support? We've had a lot of people who start streaming for 100 or 200 hours from the first month, so if you're serious about TikTok Live and want to change your life, please reach out. We've also seen an increase in people receiving 1 to 2 million yen in gifts in their second month. Yes, it's increasing. Some people can earn 700,000 yen in their second month, and while it depends on the person, you can definitely aim for 300,000 yen, so please stream with us. Thank you. I'm going to eat.

Good work. What are you going to do now? Today, I'm going to film an interview video with Sako-san. I believe you've filmed interview videos several times before. What kind of video will you be filming today? We always aim to deliver the streamers' genuine struggles and how they became successful as know-how to the viewers, and also to give them a sense of the Live Now office's atmosphere. I think conveying the conversations between me and the streamers as realistically as possible will convey the strengths of our office, so I want to film a video like that. Let's go to the shoot. Sako-san earned about 1.3 million yen in December. Sako-san started streaming in July, earned about 600,000 yen in her fourth month, 1.1 million in her fifth month, and 1.38 million in her sixth month. She also participated in the year-end battle. She's a great streamer who almost quit streaming, but her success from the fourth month onwards has been incredible. I want to ask her about the secrets behind it and whether her manager has been slacking off.

Good work. Good work. Good work. This is Sako-san. We're going to film now. Thank you in advance. Thank you. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Could you please share your thoughts on today? I'm a bit of a crybaby, but you two were warmer than I expected. I really feel that I'm glad I'm in this agency, for them and for myself. After filming this video, we were talking about how to go even higher, and I'm looking forward to it. We can only go up from here. No, no, not at all. Thank you very much. Thank you. This interview video will be uploaded, so please watch it. Please watch it. And please watch my streams, everyone. Yes. This was my week. If I have the chance, I'd like to try this again, but compared to the presidents of other agencies, I think we're quite close. We film YouTube videos, and I listen in on meetings with streamers from behind the scenes to stay informed. I also get weekly updates from the managers about what streamers aim for after joining and their current situation, and I think about how to improve things, create new events, what to have them do, and what to have this person become. I actually pay close attention to these details. Because I used to be a YouTuber and experienced setbacks, or my friends went to work because they couldn't earn money, I don't want people to give up on their dreams because of money. That's why I started this agency and company. So, I'm happy if you can understand the strengths and appeal of Live Now, as there are managers who can empathize with that and support content that arises from it. When I interact with streamers, not all of them, but some have had debt, but they've paid it off and are pursuing their dreams, or they've quit their jobs and become independent, or they've saved a lot of money, or they've become happier and can spend money on things they enjoy. I've seen various ways people's lives change, and I've been surprised by how much some people have changed. That's what makes live streaming so interesting, I realize again. So, if you're interested in the Live Now agency, please add us on LINE from the description below and send us a free consultation request. A manager will provide a 45-minute consultation regarding your TikTok Live. Well then, I'll see you in the next video.
