Alex Hormozi just said that the future job market is BYOS, bring your own software. The job market of the future is going to be BYOS, which is bring your own software or bring your own agent. We're about to show you exactly what that looks like live. Let me show you how this works.
So, what you want to do is you want to build an organization made up of AI agents and AI agents only. In this case, I'm building a team of Chris. Chris handles our media buying marketing. Jordan, Jordan Belfort, is going to be handling our sales. Nina, she's going to be handling our operations, looking at all the data.
Now, the hardest part is not building this org chart. The hardest part is the following. Which market do you pursue? Okay, which is problem number one. The second problem is if you've never done media buying, marketing, you've never run a remote sales team, you've never run operations, how do you get Chris, Jordan, and Nina to do the right job? You simply can't because you don't know the right skills, nor do you know all the tools or have access to all the tools that someone doing these jobs and these functions would have access to, right? That's problem number two.
Problem number three, which most people don't even think about, is that in a company, the best employees are the ones that are proactive. The reason why an employee is able to be proactive is because they have all the context about that business. They know the market they serve, they know the products they sell like the back of their hand. They know the best ads that bring in the best clients. They know the best closing tactic and strategy that works for their prospects. They know how to ascend clients into better products, better, higher tiers. And if you're going to be able to run an agentic business, where you sell and rent agents to other companies, you need to be able to give all of these agents all the context of the business that you're serving.
Now, let me show you how we've been able to solve all these problems with Cookie AI as an infrastructure layer for this agentic work. The first problem, which is how do you pick the best markets? How do you not end up choosing the wrong games to pursue, even if you have all the leverage in the world through agents? You still might fail because you're going to pick the wrong opportunity. What we did is we built Truth Engine, which is essentially our research layer that allows you to find who's already winning, in what markets are they winning, and why are those markets wanting the thing that these people are selling to them. Okay? Doesn't matter. You want to sell AI, you want to sell agents, you want to sell whatever, come here, ask it, "Hey, I want to go into what?"
I'll give you an example. We have someone who was interested in the market of mothers just had a baby, fitness-wise, right? So, he asked it, "Hey, go find me the demand curve in postpartum fitness market analysis." It will show you the the demand curve within the market over the last 12 months. It will show you a competitor analysis of who's currently selling into this market, and also show you what their ads. What are they promoting? This is if you want to go sell to mothers just had a baby.
But, let's say you want to sell to businesses, to local service businesses to be exact, and you're like, "Hey, find me the highest LTV verticals, and find me the best acquisition strategies." It will break down what, show you of course always the demand curve over the last 12 months. It will show you a clear winner. Let's say dental practices. It will tell you why, because their LTV is through the roof, 15 to 50k per practice. The average dental practice revenue makes 500k to 2 million plus per year. It will give you all the details about this market. It will give you the strong second, HVAC contractors, right? And for each single market, it will consult you on how to go to market within that market. How to go about your discovery calls, how to frame your pitch, common objections that you might face, and it will most likely and it will also give you what? A market viability score. Telling you, "Hey, based on this market, 85 out of 100, you're pretty lucky. If you go into this market, you're probably going to start printing."
Okay, so this is awesome. Let's say I have used now the 30 seconds of effort with Kook to find out that I want to, for example, go after the dental niche, cuz I see it has an LTV of 15 to 50k. I see they make up to 2 million dollars a year, so they can afford to pay for my services. How do I know how do I learn to actually fulfill those services? How do I gain the skills to write the copy for dentists, run ads for dentists.
Cool. Let me show you. Once you've doubled down on a specific market, you then want to ask the Truth Engine to go deeper on that specific niche. In this case, let's say you want to double down on dental, you then want to go into that market specifically and find insights for it specifically. Because the first one was just broad for local service niches and give you that segment.
Right. But for the dental practice, here's what they struggle with. Inconsistent ROI from marketing spend. Practices can't track which channels actually drive revenue. Lead quality is terrible. Most leads are price shoppers, no show, or unqualified, or you know, or unqualified for financing. Staff burnout from manual follow-ups. Front desk teams spend hours chasing leads instead of closing. No show rates are crushing profitability. Even when leads convert, many don't show up for appointments, right? And the opportunity is for each bottleneck, there's also an equal opportunity to solving that bottleneck for these businesses. Predictable, qualified patient flow. Not a list but booked consultations with ready-to-treat patients. If you solve that, you're going to print. Full service handling. Someone else manages ads, follow-ups, and scheduling so the practice can focus on what? Treatment.
Mhm. Transparent ROI tracking. See, it will kind of like show you the bottlenecks and also what you should probably solve for if you want to print in this market, right? The thing that I care the most about though is what? Who's currently making money in this market, right? Who's And the people who are making money are the people who are advertising. They wouldn't be spending money on ads if they're not making a return, right? So then you would kind of like look at some of these ads. In this case, you have this guy who's currently promoting, selling full arch. He's selling a specific offer. It's not just let's get you appointments. The thing you asked about is how do you actually make money? You don't make money in dental practice by just selling them leads or appointments. You actually become so specific that you know the type of service or treatments that they want more of. Mhm. Not all products, not all treatments are created equal. So, you want to find people are already advertising who spent enough money, gotten data, and then know exactly what offers work what in that dental practice niche.
Once you figure out this guy, Tooth Traffic, you then go to the Truth Engine. This is where it gets exciting. You then ask it do a deep dive and give me everything about what? Tooth Traffic. Give me their offer. Give me their messaging. Give me their ad creatives. Give me their landing page. Give me everything on how they're making money. What this allows you to do is it allows you to start with what? A validated baseline.
With everything that works. Yeah. And we believe that even in a world of leverage, if you point leverage to the wrong opportunity, you are cooked. And this is why I didn't just start by showing you the agents. I showed you, first of all, what opportunity are you going to pursue? Most people don't understand this and they spend years and decades pursuing the wrong opportunity, working hard, and they just become a slave to their dreams and nightmares and make what? Zero money. Yeah. We believe that the Truth Engine should solve that for good before anybody tries to get into what? The agentic world. Yeah. I don't think a lot of people understand how important language is when it comes to the conversion success of your marketing. And to speak to a dentist in the exact language that they use on a micro level, will separate you immediately from 90% of the competition of people running ads. Now,
100%. looking at this, I had no idea what dentist spoke in language not as far only as what they want to hear, but what they struggle with. And I saw in this ad, A, he's using a very he mentioned what the core product that they probably make most of their money off of is, which was the arch filaments that we saw. And second, he also mentioned financing, something that we now see is very important for that kind of dental product. 100%
can now steal both of those things in our marketing to make it attractive to us. Yeah, 100%. Okay, so what do I do with all of this information and these insights now?
Cool. Once you have all these insights and you've doubled down on a specific market, what you do is you get agents to build your entire offer and your entire growth infrastructure. What does that look like? We've essentially built this set of agents. It's 30 different steps. It goes from picking the specific market that you decided to go after, okay, to finding the pain. And the pain is based on the words of the market, not what someone said on a YouTube video, not someone recommended you. No, exactly what they're currently struggling with. So, in this case, let's say this offer is for HVAC. How 87 of small HVAC companies find their way into failure. Or the next bottleneck is, we pay well and have plenty of work. Only issue is finding qualified people to fill positions. For HVAC, it's not just about getting clients, it's not just get about getting jobs. It's actually about the getting technicians who are actually going to do the jobs.
Mhm. Okay.
Right? Once it finds this specific pain point, it is then going to do what? Build a unique mechanism. It is going to suggest a unique infrastructure they should actually sell into these markets. Once it has built a unique mechanism, it will then suggest what? The perfect ICP to go after.
Mhm. Based on how much money they make, where they hang out, language patterns, what they like, what they dislike, right? And by the way, this is all done in an autonomous way. You don't have to do a single thing. Just let it go through all these set of agents until it's done, right? Find competitors. Find you people are already selling to HVAC. Show you their funnel. Give you, based on all the context, the offer, the market, the pain points, suggest you what? A go-to-market playbook. Give you the right pricing. Based on what? On real benchmarks of that specific market. Why is it leveraging these benchmarks to create your pricing? Is because pricing should be what? Based on CAC. How much does it cost you to acquire a client? And the second thing is how much does it cost to fulfill? You take CAC, cost of to acquire a client, and cost to fulfill minus the price of that you're charging, and then it will give you what? Your margins. So, in this case, if you're selling an $8,000 offer with CAC and cost to fulfill, it should give you what? 52% margins. It's taking in all the data needed to build you an offer that is profitable, that will actually make you money. It is going to go through all of this, find you what? More ads from people are currently advertising in your specific market that you want to go after. In HVAC, these are the ads that are currently being advertised from people selling to other HVAC owners. It will show you content that's currently going viral in the HVAC niche. That if we were going after dental, it would be showing us the content that's going viral in the dental niche. Why is this important? Because not only is this valuable for you, so you can create content that attracts your ICP, but also your clients need content to be able to acquire what? Attention. Without having to spend money on ads. It will then go ahead, create the ads, start working on ad samples, create your logo, create your landing page, which you can see here. It will then go ahead and do what? Create your landing page for this specific market without you having to lift a finger. All you have to do is just create what? The VSL. After it's built the landing page, it will build your sales presentation, so you know how to actually communicate your offer without having to worry about scripting everything. The most important part after it's built all the assets is what? Connecting with your CRM, connecting with your ad account, connecting with the right pixel, and doing what? Launching your ads. Without you having to lift a finger, it found the truth, leverage the truth to build your offer, found the people that are competing into that market, found their ads, found everything that's working for them, then put together your assets so that before people start paying attention to your business and entering your funnel, they actually have an infrastructure to go into. Then, once that infrastructure is built, it then goes ahead and launches your ads. It collects all the business context, creates the campaign, search the targeting interest, the ad set, creates the ad images, uploads all of them, and just publishes what? Your campaign without you lifting a finger.
Now, why is this important? First of all, in an autonomous way, it launches your entire business, your entire offer in a market that you may not have a single clue about. But, the most important part is that you need to give it context. You need to have it remember the truth about the market you're going after, the pricing, the things you're currently complaining about. You need to it to know your go-to-market. You need it to have access to your pricing. You need it to know what are the biggest thing to validate in order to actually make your offer even more powerful so that it converts better.
Now, let me show you how to build these agents. First things first, as you see here, you have the option to either invite a real human or invite these bots, these AI agents, right? And if you see here, agents can either live on your Discord, they can live on Slack, they can live on Telegram, they can live essentially open claw Claude bot entire architecture. We figure out a way to build it here, and most importantly, make it secure. The reason why companies are not going to want to have someone come in and build their open claw or Claude bot. I see a lot of people who are building these agents on prime, buying the Mac minis and all that [ __ ] But, the problem is you don't want to have that access all your in business data. Cuz all the APIs are naked, and if anybody ever hacked you, they'll get access to everything. For us, we've been able to make it secure by building the entire thing on Cook. There is no open claw, there is no Claude bot here. The architecture is the same, but there is no issues with security.
I'll show you an example of my chief of staff, Sergio. Here's how he's built. First of all, you have an entire systems prompt that guides him on how to do everything, right? Goes deep, autonomous level. You have the ability to make them supervised, guided, or judged, or autonomous, fully autonomous. Nobody needs to look at the messages they're sending, this and that, right? Why is this important is sometimes, let's say you have an agent that manages your clients. You may not necessarily want it to just completely just send all the messages whenever it wants, whatever it wants. You actually maybe might want it to be supervised so that before it sends a message, someone has to actually approve those support messages.
Right. In this case, Sergio is fully autonomous. Okay? Once you've built the proper systems prompt for Sergio, the next thing you need to do is give it access to skills. In our case, we have all these skills that we already have. Media buying, Andromeda, cold email, competitor research, viral clipping, all that good stuff, right? You give give it access to these skills, he can actually leverage them to do work. That's not all. The next thing you need to be able to do is, yes, they have access to skills, but having access to skills is not enough. You need to be able to give it access to to the tools that it leverages those skills with.
Mhm. Right? Let's say you give it access to the skill of media buying. The next thing you should probably give it access to is what? Access to meta. Once you give it access to meta, you want it to be able to pull everything. Get access to ad accounts, get access to be able to upload creatives, get access to be able to create campaigns, get access to be able to analyze everything. Okay? Everything that a media buyer can do, Sergio or this agent should be able to do. Right? We have all these integrations allowing it to do anything that a human can do with all of these tools. You want to have it cook in your CRM? Perfect. You want to have it cook on Miro Miro boards? You don't have to build all those, cool. Let it go cook, right?
Now, the thing that is super important is that you're limited by the integrations you give it access to, but also the ability to build skills. Most people don't know what they don't know. Okay, I I get what you're saying. So, it's basically like you can give it access to the tool Miro, but you still don't know how to train it on what a good Miro board looks like, what the structure should look like, how big the elements should be. So, you're saying that now you can not only give Sergio access to the tool Miro, but also download all of the skills needed to create a good Miro board.
Let me show you. So, once you have, let's say, Sergio is built, you gave it access to all the integration it needs, you gave it access to all the tools, it can generate media, it can create images, it can scrape, it can access everything. But then it's limited by, "Okay, but how do I do those things?" Let's say you want to launch a bookkeeping business,
Yeah. right? But you don't have any bookkeeping skills. You want to do what? You want to be able to get AI to go learn the skill that you lack and that your agents lack. So, check this out. You come here. Hey, I'm launching a bookkeeping businesses for agencies online, and I want you to go learn all those skills and come back with all the skill sets required to be able to fulfill on that service. You just sent him to school? Sent him to school. He's going to go learn, and then he's going to come back with what? With all the skills. Once it's done learning the skill, it is going to come back to us, and you can see what? Here, it's like a scale of YouTube thumbnail design. Let's say you want to launch a YouTube agency, but you want to have an agents that do the YouTube thumbnail, that do the YouTube packaging. You can just send it, go learn all the best practices around YouTube thumbnail design, and then you can have this agent do it for your clients.
Mhm. Do you see? The old constraint of I don't know what I don't know. Okay, who cares? Yeah. Just figure out what market you want to go after, figure out what skills, let AI go learn all the skills. We handle all the integration, so you don't have to worry about what? Figuring out anything.
Now, what's cool is that these employees live where your clients and you live. Most of our clients, we have them on Discord. So, what? All of my employees live where? On Discord. Sergio is on Discord. Whenever I need anything, let's say in this case I said, "Hey Sergio, please tell me everything that happened yesterday." What it did is it pulled all the calls from my closers, it pulled all the calls from my support team. Every single thing that's happening with all clients, it can keep track of it in real time. Sergio manages my team, so right now all he has access to are integrations that allow him to essentially, just like an operator would, they would need access to all the calls, they would need access to all the focus of the team. And now the other agents that I'm building will have access to different skills and different integrations so they can do their job.
This is crazy. Think about it.
This is crazy. You're going to have, you know how traditionally you would have to build an agency and you would have like have five people working for you and then a bunch of clients and then you wouldn't give them access to private one-on-one channels because it's not scalable. Today, you want everybody getting access to done for you. Mhm. Because it's agents doing all the support, agents do not clock out at 5:00. They can work 5:00 to 5:00. They can work 5 years straight. All it needs access to is compute, tokens, and energy. That's it. It loses electricity, it stops working, but so far we're not struggling with energy. It's not It's not just the cost, it's also I remember when I used to, you know, a long time ago work at an actual physical marketing agency where we had people doing operations, people doing project management. You ask what you would ask Sergio to do and we would say, "Hey Layla, can you give me a report on what's going on in the agency?" It would take Layla 4 hours to look through all of the project briefs, look ask every single project manager where they're at, check with all of the design team if they've missed anything. This happens all the
Let me Let me show you how fast it answers. Hey Sergio, please update me on today's calls. Thank you. You just have to tag it. Look at how fast it answers. Sergio has just started typing. In 1 second, bro. How would I want to hire humans? Tell me. Like this person If I try to message anybody on my team right now, they would probably answer me in 5, 10, 15 minutes. But I want it now. It's dopamine. I want I want the rewards now.
Yeah. So, the ability So, you see, he's now going to pull the calls. See, he just updated me that, "Hey, I'm going to do the job. Please wait."
Well, but what if it's his lunch hour? There is no lunch. What if he's on vacation? There is no vacation. What if he breaks his leg? There is no legs. That's crazy. Right? It's crazy. And this here, by the way, the reason why I'm building my team, you know, the Sergio, the Chris, the the Nina,
Mhm. is I'm going to run client acquisition that I owe, try Cook AI, all with agents. Content, I can show you. Right now, I'm posting on Instagram and X. And I'm like, I don't want to keep track of all the content. Please Look look what I asked it. Hey content, uh can you create a visual representation of all the data? Also, make it over the day so I can see how it performs. I asked it, "Show me all the performance of all my content platforms." And you would normally do what? You would hire a team of editors, of content managers, and they would track all the content. This one tracks everything on cross all platforms. X, how is doing? Which posts worked well? How much How many saves? How many shares? What to double down on? And I can get it to create docs that synthesize that information for me to see it visually, like this. Damn. Imagine a media buyer. Every day you needed them to see their click-through rate, which ads are performing, which this is working. Hey, please give me a report. Please update the end-of-day report. You no longer have to say that anymore. Have your AI access everything, and it will do it right as you ask it. It's unbelievable. That's crazy. Yeah. And look look look what Sergio is doing. So, you can see him working in the background.
You can see here, Sergio is working, pulling everything. Pulling today's calls. You can see him working in the background. This is the sickest This is the sickest [ __ ] about AI and people are still think that we're in the chat GPT era. I just told Surge to go cook. And then, he just launched his own mission. Every employee will have their own missions and he will get this job done. He will He will be relentless at getting the job done. Something that humans are not too great at. Unless Elon Only Elon Musk can be relentless like AI. Other Otherwise, we give up really soon. It's a great point you just made. You have a team of the most inexorable, phenomenal, relentless, determined, tenacious employees. A bunch of little Elons working 24/7. So, staff quality isn't There's no such thing as A players and B players and C players.
Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing, right? Now, let me show you something that most people have not thought of in this agentic world. The number one thing around scaling a business is all about information advantage, right? The smartest person will always out-earn the people who are lazy and who are not curious. So, what we did is if the bottleneck is inputs and unfortunately, the human does not have enough hours in a day to learn everything they need to learn to scale their business. What we decided to do is what if agents What if the platform could learn for you every day? So, all you have to do is pick the best creators in your space to help you scale your business, okay? And let every single day Every single day that Hormozis releases on his Hormozi Highlight channel, where he's dropping bangers, more tactical stuff, you wanted to analyze it and come up with insights. Strategic insights, tactical insights, warning insights, right? And then, all you have to create a task. It will create a mission to go execute that task for you. Let me show you.
No way. Yep. It will then go ahead and create that task and it will show up where? Right here. In this case, I launched this mission earlier and you can kind of like see it go on and cooking. Wait, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Look. Look. Look here. Proof stack extraction. It just created So, based on the consumption that it did today, based on that scale, build a stack proof before scaling ad spend. Okay, perfect. Because the platform knows my business, it is able to put that context within my business and then all I have to do is just decide which insight I want to execute on. If I choose that that's the thing I want to work on or that I want it to work on, it then launches a mission and then pulls in all the context of the business and then starts cooking. It will pull the workspace MD. It will pull the identity. It will pull all the business context of this workspace and then get to town. This is insane. This is
So, let me let me ask you a question. Let me give you an example. Today, I'm uh I've been saving a bunch of reels about how you can now connect Claude Code to Premiere Pro and get it to actually like read the transcript, see what the best parts are and cut it out and actually do the editing part, cutting it itself. Mhm. If Cook was watching my feed for me instead of just saving it the way I did, it would have actually saved that, executed on learning how to build that agent and built that agent for me and then started maybe even cutting my content. There's no way. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, I don't know if you saw us post this reel where I said, "Hey, we just onboarded Alex Hormozi as a client to do his short-form content and clipping. I want you to go on his YouTube channel, find the best YouTube videos and create the five shorts that we can post on his social um platforms." It then created the mission. I then approved it. It then started looking up his um YouTube channel, looking at the best videos, okay? And then, look at what it did. players. The first is that fear exists in the fake. And so, if you're afraid to take the risk, write it down in excruciating detail what you're actually afraid of having happen. Like I don't know. He found the top videos on his channel, clip them, added the captions, right? And he can do this for as many videos as he wants. This is the future of how service deliver will work. You will literally just have the skill around clipping, then you will have the skill around the tool, how we can call the tools to go web search, how we can find and audit the best videos, and then how we can chop them up, and how we can add the captions. Now, even better, what you would have had is that an employee that onboards a client would know what the business context about the client is, and then would create a mission around to start creating the shorts. And then it would create a mission that then goes use the skills around clipping, calls the tools around the web search, finding the videos, downloading the video, and then stitching them up, and boom. Yeah. Give me 2 minutes. I just need to text my my operations manager to fire our team.
So, yeah, this is where things are going. And so, really, the way that I think about it is you're going to have AI consume content for you, and then you can kind of like give it the best creators. You don't even have to scroll anymore. You can give up on social media, but not give up on acquiring insights. You can then give it access to what? Your data. Your data from your CRM, your data from your ad account, your data from everywhere, right? So, every day, as it's consuming knowledge, it is also consuming data from your actual business. And then, this is something I did not show you, but we can wrap up here, is that what? It is able to create entire missions based on goals. Let's say you want 500 new leads this week. Normally, when you want 500 new leads, you will probably have someone who takes care of the lead scraping or the ad advertising. But advertising also has multiple subtasks within that function. Who's going to create the creatives? Who's going to write the copy? Who's going to upload it? Who's then going to manage the ad ad buying? What this does is it creates all the activities that are going to be needed to be done and then breaks it down into tasks and all you have to do is what? Hit approve. You want to manage your sales agency clients? Perfect. You have 41 missions. Check existing dashboard widgets. Check connected data integrations. Check funnel metrics. Check recent bookings. Check meta ad performance. Check dashboard widgets. Look at call booked this week. Everything. This is just one task. Full-time job. Audit the closer's performance. Go learn the best way to manage a sales team. Then scrape the best way to do what? To do it for HVAC companies cuz I have an HVAC context in my workspace. Create a document. If the show-up rate is below here, let's go let's If these targets are not hit, we should probably do something about it. Perfect. Let's build an objection handling playbook. It then goes builds everything. It does this for what? For 41 different missions. Normally, it would take you an entire team that you pay millions of dollars every year to even be able to have the quality and the execution and the clarity to put all of these missions together. Now AI builds all of these. All you have to do is what? Hit approve. Hey, I want you to manage my YouTube agency clients every week. Success looks like their packaging is done the best. Every video goes viral and they get infinitely more leads that are nurtured and ready to buy. You create the goal and then you make it active. What it does is that it starts decomposing it into missions. Once it's done, it will create as many tasks as needed and then all you have to do is what? Click approve the mission and then they'll show up here and start cooking. Do you think Hormozi knows that this exists? I think Alex needs the $100 million cookbook. Right? You got it right here. He needs a $100 million AI. It's not just about building an AI agency, it's about fully going agentic.
Mhm. Right? And now the technology is there. It's good enough where you can finally be able to do so. I would even say that 3 months ago you couldn't do this. Right?
Yeah. But now it's just magic. So now, what do I think the future is if I can kind of like extrapolate it on what Hormozi's saying? I actually think the opportunity is owning the entire vertical. Let's say you want to go into dental. Let's say you want to go after agencies. Let's say you want to go after roofing businesses. You need to understand the playbook around how to scale everything and run that business end to end. And what will happen is you'll have the opportunity to go out to these businesses and say, "Hey, fire your marketing team, fire your appointment setting team, fire everybody. We're We're to run your entire business and give you back so much margins that you're going to think you're a software business. The money, the pitch is margins. It's give businesses that normally go broke making millions. There's right now companies that make $20 million a year that literally make back at home take home 5 to 10% margins. It's insane. Imagine making millions of dollars per month only to take home 500k a year. A million dollars a year, $2 million a year. It does not make sense to operate those businesses. With this, every single person is going to become an AI architect where you're going to go own the niche and your job is figure out all the agents that are required, figure out all the skills that are needed, figure out all the tools they need, right? And then, go to each business and say, "Hey guys, I'm ready to operate your business. I'm not just going to work on marketing. I'm not just going to work on nurturing your leads. I'm going to work on everything." This is insane. So, it's made the missions now. It's made the missions. It will start with what? Weekly YouTube client channel audit, identity client search reports, YouTube channel scrape, uh competitor viral research, Google Trends check, find what's actually in research, Reddit audience intelligence, compile the weekly audit into a doc, criteria, boom. Perfect. Weekly viral weekly video packaging optimization, curiosity gap, the thing nobody talks about in this niche, specific result, contrarian, special step two, thumbnail concept briefs, layout, face position, max 3-5 words, high contrast, uh generate image. Step three, video hook scripts. Step four, save packaging as assets, boom. Go on TikTok, scrape TikTok. It will do everything that most YouTube agencies won't even do.
Last but not least, this workspace here is what what you would use to work and manually build things. So, as an example, let's say you want to build a new ad campaign. I'll show you kind of like how I did it. Let's say I wanted to launch a new ad campaign. What it did is it pulled the business context. It said, "Hey, good. I have everything I need, uh all your assets." By the way, all you need to do is just connect your uh meta account. Boom, boom, all this stuff, install the pixel. And I said, "Hey, please create some image ads." But then I was like, "Hey, can you please um create a video ad?" And what it did is without me doing anything, started scripting it. I said, "Why are you trying to script stuff? Why are you giving me a script? I don't want a script. What I want is for you to record the to actually create a video." It said, "Okay, perfect. Say less. Scale activated." Search the tool. Generate the clip. And this is what it built for my HVAC offer. You want to know why
why you're still working 70-hour weeks? Cuz you keep hiring. Every guy you bring on, that's more scheduling, more call backs, more chaos. They stopped hiring and started automating. One system handles your missed calls, your follow-ups, your dispatch. Same There's no way that I made that. Yeah. And look at where it gets crazy. Check this out. You see how it stopped there?
Yeah. I said, "Hey, it stopped. Can you please complete it?" I tried to tell it what to do, right? It said, "Smart move. Let me watch the video first and see where it cuts." And then look at what it got. It, the video cuts right at the solution reveal. He said, "One system handles your missed calls, your follow-ups, your dispatch." And then it ends. It said, uh the CTA never lands. I'm going to rebuild this one as a continuous 15-second short that flows naturally from where it stops. And look at what it did. Same crew, half the headache. If you're still doing it the old way, you're bleeding money every single day. Go to the link below, we'll set it up for you.
[laughter] No way. Look at it. The con- the the I see the avatar stays consistent, the environment stays consistent. I did not prompt the environment. It took the context of the offer and the workspace. This knew that it was an HVAC guy. Built him as an HVAC guy, older dude who does HVAC. Put him in his office or in his whatever. When the video cut
You want to know why we still When this video cut, it remembered all the all the environment and the avatar and completed it. Same crew, half without me. Imagine you don't understand most people prompting these videos have to go like oh, this is the prompt of the video. Here's what the person should look like. All I did is say just create me a video. The quality is so high.
The quality is insane, right? It was AI at first. Yeah. The headache, if you're still doing it the old way, you're bleeding money every single He's talking exactly with the with the subcommunication an HVAC person would have. Like this is stuff you can't teach an agency owner.
Nope. You can't teach him to to talk like an HVAC person.
Yep. You see you see like the the most important part here is remove the human. Uh if you told me to go into HVAC and try to scale an offer, I could, but it was going to take me months. And I'm going to get on sales calls, I'm going to try to understand it, I'm going to look at the video, then I need to know how to do videos like them. I need to know what like if I was to prompt the Carhartt shirt that he's wearing, how would I know that he would be wearing this? What are the things behind them? I would not know how to describe them. But because AI has infinite understanding of everything, just cooks. Picture this about every single deliverable, every single thing that can be generated. This feels like playing the game of business on God mode.
Yeah. [laughter] Bro, with just this, you can make millions of dollars and you could be one person. Yeah. Yeah.
So, I'll kind of like wrap it on here. You can't do this halfway. You cannot just be content plot You cannot be agentic just because you have content feature. You cannot be agentic because you have appointment setting. Our goal was how do you allow one person to make not a million dollars a year, but to make a million dollars a month. Mhm. And we believe it's from being able to build these infrastructures for businesses, but then give them employees that work for them 24/7 and they pay you every single day that your employees work. Which is going to be forever.
Yeah, and it makes sense because when you look at what the bottleneck is of scaling a business beyond um just the the the truth and the insights, it's also like, well, you have to scale your ad spend, that's easy, that doesn't take anything other than, you know, increasing a button, but to scale your team, that's the hard part. Managerial layers, new complexity, managing more people, learning
Even finding the people are smart enough.
Yeah. Yeah. How Why are they going to work for you? Are you even going to be able to afford them? No. But now [ __ ] it. Oh, you're smart? Perfect. What are your skills? What are the tools you use? Perfect. Okay, go find Hermosi dropping every day Hermosi highlights. Perfect. Let's go learn everything. Let's get AI to to categorize, segment all the things that he talks about when sales, he talks about in LTV to CAC and building margins and building the better ascension model or retention. Perfect. Turn that into skills. Then you go to a business that doesn't know that Hermosi just dropped it for free and get them to pay every month. It's so crazy cuz when you're a business owner, you start off when initially you're starting your business and you're focusing on referrals, you think that it's a product game. You think you have the best product possible to sell to people you're speaking to. And then you end up creating a great product and you start making some money, but you realize I'm never going to scale through product, I need to scale through distribution. So then you have to gain the skill of distribution and you figure out how you can run ads so you can make content. And you finally do that and you make go from making your first 10k to your first 100k and you're like, "Okay, well, I'm making 100k per month, but I can't get to a million per month. Why not?" And then you realize there's too many leaks and you realize it's not about distribution, it's recruitment now. And then you solve recruitment and you solve systems and it keeps going and going and going and you have to kind of go through year two, three, four, five to solve each of these problems one at a time as they come up. Yeah. With Cook, you have a box where all five are solved for you already and you're primed from day one to go to a million a month. That that to me was was the number one thing. It's like, how do we think about the how can you think bigger than just how do you just run a, you know, a million-dollar-a-year business? Cuz it stretches you, right? Cuz you could have just like, okay, cool, build something that builds people's ads or can set appointments, right?
Yeah. Uh we're going to have everything. Cold email, appointment setters, cold email, Instagram, uh running ads. All the tools that you'd need access to to actually print
Mhm. integrated. But now so you can use them so that your bots, your agents, your employees can use the skills in those tools to drive value for you or for your clients. But yeah, guys, um if you guys enjoyed this, uh we believe that this is um this is crazy and I think it's coming faster than we can even fathom. Even for me like I'm living in an era where it's just dopamine every day. Uh building being an entrepreneur today is probably the most exciting thing that you can be. If you guys are interested, click the link below to learn more. I'm excited to share the future with you guys and to share the leverage. Um because all wealth has been built from leverage and now with Cook AI you start with leverage from what? Day zero. Boom. Let's go. Good job, bro. Let's go.
