Hi there, thanks for joining me. Of course, I'm Dren, I'll be the host of Pastor's Perspective, and you're watching the Marketplace Network. And thank you for joining us. I've got a special guest, but before I introduce her, I've been waiting for months to get her. She lives a long ways away. We're right here filming in Orange County, California, and she's an apostle. She moves in signs and wonders. She's a great speaker, and she's got a deliverance ministry. Man, this woman can, uh, preach the paint off the walls. She's absolutely fantastic. To look at her, you think she's so sweet, so cute, so innocent, but she's the power of God. I'm talking about my friend, Apostle Alberta.
Thank you so much. Glad to be here. I am honored. I can't believe he made it out of the blue. I got a call from a friend of hers, and I finally talked. She was leaving in a couple of days, and I got her to come on. So, praise God. So, I'm going to jump right into it so you get to know her. And if she, we, we're really believing God. I want you to pray with me that she will pray for us all when she closes out. We'll ask her to. And if she's got anything, words, or anything like that, we want to write those down because that's straight from the throne room.
So, Apostle, first off, how did you get saved? Was it a long time ago?
I was in Las Vegas, Nevada. Las Vegas, yeah. And I'd been in country music and, and is that right? Live a wild life, okay? And then Jesus decided to, I woke up one night in Vegas, and my whole bed was covered with fire, you know, but it wasn't real fire, okay? And I was setting up, worshiping a God that I had not served. And then I was invited to a little country church. I went to that country church, and there was an old blind minister, evangelist, preaching. And he stopped and he said, "There's a woman back there. I want to talk to you." They let him back, blind. And he started prophesying. I received the Lord that night, and I also received baptism in the Holy Spirit. Oh, praise God. Saved, baptized, and baptized in water. I received all three.
And then left Vegas, went into Missouri, where I was born. And I went to a tent revival there. Little fiery preacher was preaching. And, uh, that was a kind of church where they had revival, the fire, the fire came down, you know? And he called me out and he said, "Thus sayeth the Lord, you're going to do this, and this, and this, and this." Wow. And everything that fiery man said has come to pass. And then I went on back up to Washington, God in the ministry, and, uh, began serving God. And he did great and mighty things. He opened doors, impossible doors, he opened. Praise the Lord. That's power. Here I thought she was this innocent, cute little girl, and now we found out she's so wild. I can't believe it. I'm kidding. So, thanks. I love kidding. I love kidding. I'm just so impressed with you. I really am.
So, tell us, what are you doing now? What's going on? What kind of ministry are you doing?
Well, I'm doing, uh, anywhere I'm called, I go. I'm back in full-time ministry. Okay. So you travel? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. And anywhere I get an open door, that's where I'm going. Okay. Tonight, today was, the Lord told me this was coming. He said, "You're going to have a big open door for TV." I thought, I've been on Daystar three, three times. And I thought, boy, it must be coming from Daystar. Then I said, "It must be coming TBN." I've been on there for years. I said, "It's got to be TBN." And you know what? This is what the Lord told me, and I wrote it down. How many of you know you need to write things down? Write the vision down. Habakkuk 2:1 through 3. Make it plain. I wrote it down. But, you know, you get a word from God. Yeah. God still speaks to people. He does. How many of you know God's alive? He's not dead. He's so powerful. I've had him even show up at meetings, and I can prove it. Amen. In person. And also, uh, the angels, multitudes that people saw. Now, am I boasting? Oh, I'm so great and all that? No, it's Jesus Christ. We must give him all the glory, honor, and praise. Amen. Being here, glory and honor and praise to Jesus Christ. He's the one that opens these doors. Amen. Amen. And he can surprise you too, by the way. Amen.
Some words this brother gave me, a true prophet, you know. And I've been, no bishop is too, but the words you gave me, God had given me around six months ago, you know, thus sayeth the Lord. And I thought, how are these things going to come to pass? Well, they did. Amen. And, uh, the last time I was on TBN, um, I spoke about the cave.
Tell us, you got a minute to tell us, would you? Yeah, go ahead. Tell them.
Um, I was on there with about six or seven men, okay? And we were on the stage. And all of a sudden, the Lord told me to go up. They called me up to the mic. And they said to me, and one minister that was sitting by me punched me. He said, "You have a word. Go give it." So I said, I said, "Emmanuel, zigga." Yeah. He punched me and said, "Get up there and say the word." I love it. So I got up and I said, "Some of you pastors, you're in a cave. Who? And you're out of the army of God. God led you in the army. You better come back right now, thus sayeth the Lord. You come right back." Well, Emmanuel and the other guys got up and they said the similar things even before I spoke mine. So I'm giving this to the guys, and I said it a couple of times here. And so I spoke that. But then a while later, I ended up in a cave. In a cave. Really?
Tell us about it.
Well, you know, I wasn't mad at anybody. Thank God. I wasn't mad at any other minister. I wasn't mad at anyone. You know, we do get mad at each other. We're like a family that fights once in a while. And so I wasn't mad at anybody. Nothing, you know? But I got this bright idea and I said, you know, Lord, even though God had gave me favor and opened many big doors, I said, "You know, Lord, I think I'll just get this little office and I'll just have." And I brought some people in to bless the place. And I said, "I'll get this office and had a bedroom in it. I'll live here. I'll have these little meetings here. I'll still help the homeless. I will do my regular thing. If it be a little smaller, Lord, but, you know, they can all come in here. I'll have a Bible study. Oh, and once in a while, the door will open and I'll go speak in the churches. But Lord, this is my plan." How many of you know that the scripture is clear on that? You can make all the plans. You're good. Word. Wow. But it's God who's going to lead you. Teach it. So I thought too. This is what I thought. Please forgive me, pastors, but I thought, you know what? I am not going to church anymore. But once in a while to visit a church. I will just watch church Sunday on TV. Oh, yes. Then I get this postcard in my mail from revival here and now, now in my mailbox. And I said, "Once in a while, I said, I think I'll go see them down there. They're five minutes away. Why not?" So I walk in there, and it feels like home. Good. And I went again. About the third visit, in walks this man. His name's Phil. And he comes in to help the pastor pray for people. How many of you know that we can make our plans, but God? You know, with King David, Jesus, the Lord had to send an army to pull him out of the cave. Elijah went on his own. You know, Elijah got fed up and left. But anyway, with me, I didn't realize I was in a cave, but I was truly in a cave. And I had to repent later. I said, "God, here you've opened all those doors, and then I get in my little cave." Thank God I wasn't mad at anybody. That'll make it worse. Amen.
So anyway, so sitting there, and he walks in, me and my friend, and we looked at him. Both. Who is this man? You know? So I go up to him for prayer. And, uh, my pastor was there, you know, and he was. But I asked Phil, "Pray for me." And Phil said, "Oh, okay." So he prayed, and he gave me a couple of words. So later on, I said, "Well, come back. I'm going to minister to you." He said, "Okay." So God gave me many words for him. Oh, amen. I read his mail. That's what I say. You know, you do. So I, Phil calls me up and he says, "I used to speak for four gospel businessmen and go to their conventions and speak in different places." So I'd been out of touch with him a long time. So Phil says, "Hey, I want to take you Monday night to Camp Washington to their regular meeting." And I said, "Okay, I'll go." I walked in, Ken, and I'm telling you, it was like whole home. Oh, I love it. We hugged, I cried. And they said, "Alberta, where have you been?" Well, I didn't say I was in a cave. That's great. Anyway, that night, it's when Jesus showed up. There was Bishop Stanley's daughter there, Mary, great prophet. And she wrote me a love letter from Jesus, which I showed. Yeah, that's wonderful. But she said she saw Jesus up there with me. And Stan, Stan's the leader, his arm around me, had his arm around Stan. Now, this is a woman who wouldn't make anything up. So anyway, I ministered a little bit. And then they said, "Will you come back a certain date to minister?" I said, "Sure. Yeah, I would love to." So Phil got that stirred up. And I thought, how come he knows everybody I know? You know, what, what do you do, God? And then he says, "Hey, Albert, I want you to go to this church. You and your friend, come up there." He says, "We're having a meeting about this or that or is." I walk in First Fruits, and summer, and there's pastors I used to speak for. Oh, my goodness. They said, "Where have you been?" And then in comes other pastors, "Where have you been, Alberta?" I said, "Well, just been gone." They said, "Well, we want you to." So the pastor there said, "Come and speak, uh, for us." And a God used a man. He didn't use an army. He used a man to come in and and get me started again in the ministry. And then he took me and my friend other places. And I was in the bathroom one night at his church, and, and walks the lady. And we're in the powder room. And she says, "Is that your voice, Alberta?" I said, "Yeah, that's my voice." She started crying, and we started crying. She said, "Oh my God, I've been looking for you. I don't know how long." Wow. And he got me involved in all of these different people that I knew, but I had been away from for a long time, like 20 years. 20 years? No, I, no, about seven, six, seven years. Okay. And so anyway, I started getting calls from California. Wow. Yeah. And of course, I talked to Bill Henderson. He always told me, "Get back in the ministry." You know, I talked. I love. Oh, I will. You said, "You better get back in." You know? So anyway, I got back with all the people that I loved in California. And now we're back here speaking. And Phil, thank God. You know, at the time, he was pulling me out of my cave. God was using him. He didn't know what he was doing. And I was glad. I said, "Thank you, Jesus." He didn't know what he was doing. But I got back with all my old friends, even in California, different states, the people I had ignored for a while, you know, five years. And wow, that's years. But meanwhile, you know, I was doing work for the Lord. But I thought, you know, and then so I enjoy. I joined in P at that wonderful church. We then and now I now have a regular pastor, and he prays all the time for me, and he lets me minister there. Amen.
But here's the thing. I want to speak to the audience about going into a cave. Okay? You know what? It's not very pleasant when you're out of God's will. Amen. Not very pleasant. And in the meantime, during that time, I was taking care of some little babies from the family that had been left, you know, but the parents, you know, got back together. Amen. They had one parent, but not two. So I did family work. I did homeless work. And I did all that kind of work, which is very good. But that wasn't God's plan for me. And there's some pastors watching now, like on TBN. You are in a cave. And there's one out there that's been, you've been so hurt and wounded. Well, I've been through that before. And I've traveled a lot. And in all my travels, I've had lies told about me. And I said, you know what? Boy, what an exciting life. I live in sin. You know? And then they come up with something. They come up with a sin I missed. They accuse me of. Oh, my goodness. So I know how the pastors feel. Other Christians can't hurt. Yeah. Amen. But, you know, Jesus, Peter said, "Hey, Jesus, how often do I forgive? Seven times?" "Seventy?" Yeah. Jesus said, "Oh, no, you don't, Peter." I think Peter had the idea he had to get in for some old boy and he figured if Jesus told him just seven, he could put a curse on the guy or do something to him. Yeah. And Jesus said, "Peter, you will forgive them seventy times seven." That's per day. Can you do something 490 times a day? No. Jesus made it clear. No. Can he make it clear? So now I forgive in advance. You know, Lord, I'm in out of California. Anybody comes against me, I forgive him in the B. You know, I, so forgive him. That's so funny, cuz Christians can, they can be mean too. They can. But they're loving and kind too. I love you all. But, you know, how we're one big family, and we can have family feuds. Well, let's all come together and make come. Oh, for that pastor. Yeah. I got off track. Pastor, you've been hurt over and over and over again. And you say, you know what? I'm fed up. I'm tired of the ministry. I think I'll go back and make money. What is it? Anyway, every time I step out there, somebody comes and makes rumors about me. They tear up my church. And I'm going to speak to you, Pastor. Please. There's several people you have to forgive. But there's one woman in particular. You really got it in for her. And you know what? You need to forgive her. Pray for her. Because, you know, it's kind of dangerous going against the pastors and minister. Well, it's dangerous going against each other. Yes. But this pastor wanted to quit. He said, "I've had it. You know, I've had it. I'm going back to." I'll just, he like me. Oh, I'll just minister. I a home meeting once in a while in my home. I'll go out and I'll minister to the poor. This is all good. And then he says, you know what? I'm fed up. I'm tired. And you got about three good friends. Some people have really deserted you. They've deserted you. They left you. And you had a growing minister, ministry. Oh, and you said, "Oh, I'm going to." I'm going to go. You know what? You're in a cave, Pastor. Can I be real? Yeah. Pastor, you're in a cave. You better come out. God had to drag me, and he had to use a man of God to do it. And here's the thing, Pastor. The longer you stay in that cave, the worse it's going to get. See, I have my plans. I have my plans. Now, I'm joining the church again. I'm out ministering full-time. And that happened about six or seven months ago when God pulled me in. Six months ago or seven. He said, "I'm pulling you back in." And I'm in full-time ministry. Jesus comes first. And Pastor, I'm going to, oh, wait a minute. There's five pastors. Yes. Thank you. [Music] Pastors, what are the five? What does five mean? Fivefold ministry. Wow. You better come back to the place that God's given you. All of you are bitter. You're angry. And we don't blame you. There was a time I wanted to quit, but God said, "No, you're not going to quit. You're going to forgive, forget, and get out there and plow the fields." Listen, pastors, all five of you, listen closely. There's a war out there. And Jesus Christ is wanting you to pick up your battle weapons and go to war. Amen.
Well, I don't want to. I'm not. I'm not going to be hurt again. Really. Ministry, you get hurt. That's why I forgive every day. I don't commit the sins I used to, thank God. But I do get mad once in a while. And so I have to go back and I have to forgive. I forgive. I forgive. And if you have to forgive every day, Pastor, you better get on back into your church and into your ministry. You better not let the devil keep you out of what you're doing. You're wrecking God's battle plan. Amen.
What do you say to that, Kim? Yeah. Oh, powerful message. That's what we. Many of them have quit. Yes. Hey, listen. You know what you did? You left the battle. And I heard about another country where I don't forget. Remember what country? But the soldiers saw the enemy coming. They picked up all their, uh, weapons and all, all the things they had for war, and they drove off, leaving the enemies there. What you're doing, you're laying your weapons down of warfare. Teach it. You're laying them down. And you're saying, "Oh, I'll just have this little quiet ministry, and I'll do this, and I'll do that." We'll find him. Good. But, you know what? You laid your weapons down of warfare. You walked away and left the enemy. Let him have everything. No. You are to come back. God wants to give buildings to past. He wants to give you a new building. Well, Alberta, I just don't. You listen. One of you out there. He wanted to give you a new building. And you know what you did? You walked away. Others. There's a man out there. He wanted to give you a wife. You walked away. Wow. That's deep. She's going to have children for you. Well, I just, you know, come on. You five pastors, get out. Get, get the weapons again. What are the weapons of our warfare again? What are they? Well, obviously, it's the, uh, remember we put on the armor of God. And the seven one is the gift of the spirit, which is speaking. Yeah. That's the one I would. But we arm ourselves. It's Ephesians 6, uh, 13 through, or Ephesians 6 somewhere in there. I think it's 13-18 somewhere in there. It talks about the helmet of salvation, the rest, the breastplate, the belt of peace, uh, the, uh, uh, the foot, I mean, the, uh, the boots of peace, the, uh, uh, the, uh, shield of faith, and the sword of the spirit, which is our words. So we have to arm ourselves every day with the weapons. Notice there's no weapons or there's no armor in the back. The back speaks of God's got our back. So therefore, we don't need anybody will come behind us because God's got us. But we always have to, like she says, put on our weapons of warfare. That was good. We do. You know what? If you don't, then the enemy wins. Do you want him to win? I don't think so. No. What you need to do, you five pastors, is to get up and get going again, trusting God. And so you get hurt. Everybody gets hurt. I don't care who you are. You're going to get hurt if you're in a ministry. Just plan on it. That's why Jesus said, "Forgive." Forgive. And there's other people. And there's a pilot watching the show. You fly. You fly airplanes. Oh, that's good. And you kind of, uh, flew away from the gospel, flew away from what God had planned for you. You better fly back and get back into the world. Good. Wow. And get, you know, lay all those old things behind, the hurts, the wounds, whatever has kept you from serving God. You're flying a lot of people to their destiny. I know I just flew a plane here. But listen, you're a pilot. You let yourself become a little bitter and angry. But, you know what? Repent. Ask God to forgive you. Forgive the people that hurt you and wounded you. And come on back where you belong. God needs every one of us in this war. We're in a war right now. Amen. We're in a major war. And he needs every one of you. And there's people out there. You've been in the ministry and you walked away too. You're not a pastor or whatever. You got fed up with being hurt and wounded. And some of you said, "I'm not going to be poor anymore." I'm. How many of you know God can bless you? Amen. He's taking care of me every step of the way. Praise God. He's taken care of me when there was no way. I flew to Tennessee to be in a, uh, playing for and being a play with TBN. And I can tell you this, I went there with just a ticket. And this lawyer comes, and she said, "Oh, I'm going to get you a limousine, Alberta. You're going to go from Nashville to Hendersonville in style." So I said, "Well, I get off the plane." I never had a limousine. I get off the plane, and she's holding the sign out. Very quickly, I get in the limousine. She said, "I'm taking you to Hendersonville." And I thought, as many times as I've been on TBN, I surely they had a place, you know, and everything laid out. All that. Well, Jan Crouch was smart. She said, "If you want to come, you will pay for your fare, and you also will pay for your hotel when you get here." There was lots of cast members. And so I get, I drive through the gates of Hendersonville. And she says, "Alberta, where do I take you?" I said, "Well, go in the office and ask." She comes out and she says, "Hey, Alberta, they say you have to find your own way. Where do I drop you off?" And I said, "Oh, drop me off. They have a little gazebo. You need to bring me off there." And I sat down. She put my suitcase out. That car drove away. And I sit on the side, and I said, "Lord, I think I missed your calling. I really think I missed something. More now I'm drowning. No place to stay or nothing." This gal drives up. She said, "Who needs a place to stay?" I said, "I do." And I ran to the car. Well, God had all kinds of plans in me being there. Wow. And I was about to say, now I came. When I left there, when I left there, the last day, I said, "Okay, Lord, where's the money? Come. I have to pay her for around, and I have to pay for the airline ticket to go back." Do you know friends call me from Idaho? Yeah. And they said, "Hey, Alberta, the Smiths, they said they had supported my ministry long. Where are you?" I said, "I'm in Hendersonville, Tennessee." "How can we get you money? We got to get you money." I said, "Okay, send it." I had him send it. God met that. But God had plans there that I knew not of. And it was most. I, when I went to Tennessee, I was feted. You want to know what that means? No. I had a lot of pride. First, you know, thinking I was getting in. And then I had some problems with cast members. Do we have time to tell one? Sure. Absolutely. Well, they, they got me up to, uh, on the stage. And they said to me, "You will be Lazarus' mother." I got a thing with age. And I said, "Why can't I be his sister?" And then, "No, you're going to be his mother." Okay, I'll take that part. And so they said, "Now, Alberta, they said, we want you to go in and sit on this rock. Now, Betty Jean Robinson's going to come up there, and she's going to hold Jesus on the top of that rock. You got that rock. The camera's going to be right on you." And so I'm sitting there on my rock. This actress comes up beside me and says, "Get off my rock." I said, "Is this your rock?" She said, "This is." They told me to get here. I said, "The producer told me to sit on this rock." Finally, we looked at a little kid down on the thing, 12 years old. She wanted to be on the rock. You know what we said to each other? "Let's give her the rock." Amen. And we walked off of there. And then Lazarus, we did our rehearsal. And Lazarus came to me. Now, I'm talking about the plans of God. He may not always give you a million dollars. He may only give you a one-way ticket. But if he told you to go, go. Or he guides, he does provide. So I'm a. Remember, I didn't want to be Lazarus's mother. Yeah. And, and he comes up, and he says to me after rehearsal, he said, "Alber, I need deliverance." I said, "Lazarus, you do?" He said, "Yes, I do." I said, "Go talk to the leaders. If they give their permission, I will pray for you." And Lazarus came up to me below the stage. And I had a couple people there with me. How many know you need to ask the leaders before you do? Good word. Well said. And so Lazarus asked the leaders. And he said, "Alberta, I'm backslid. I'm far away from God." He said, "I came here to act." Okay. Wow. So I let him through forgiveness. And I laid hands on him. And he hit the floor screaming and yelling. And Lazarus got set free that day. Now, I don't boast on me. Please don't ever take that. I'm writing a book called, "Why Would God Use Somebody Like Me?" That's good. Jesus loves me. He loves you. He can open doors for you. Revelation 3:7. I'm without Jesus Christ, I'm nothing. He's the one that wanted Lazarus set free. He's the one that wanted to use me. And you can be used too. Don't put limits on God. Amen. Too many people say, "Oh, I don't have the money." Well, did God tell you to go? Yes, he did. Well, then go and let him get your ride back home. Have that built my faith. But fade in Tennessee. I'll tell you, I learned stuff about me that I didn't like. You know, I didn't like. You know, I was going to be in the choir. And I, I was up there ready to sing. And some lady said, "You don't have a thing around your neck." I said, "Well, I'm still going to sing." "No, you're not. Get off the stage." And she was a member. And I, I marched back to the place where I ran, always ran the H, you know. But, you know what God taught me there? Drop the pride, Alberta. And some of you have pride. But, you know what? Let God filet you. Well, what does filet mean? Pastors, you five pastors, let him open you up. He opened me up. Now, mind you, I had been in a lot of big ministry. And I, I had, you know, God had given me favor everywhere I went. I didn't realize that I had this inside of me called the pride. Oh, no. Lazarus isn't going to call me mother. You know? Oh, D. We're not getting off the rock. And I, you know, it's, I don't have enough time to tell you everything that happened. But this is what I do want to drive home to you pastors. Some of you have quit because of finances. Why don't you just step out and let God meet the need? Like he did me. One-way ticket. And those people sent me a lot of money. I've got home on the airlines and I have money left over to pay bills. He will always do that. Pastors, you better come back. Way off a bossy, Albert. No, I believe the Lord is telling me, and I'll be kinder in jet. Why don't you come back? See what God will do. One of you, you were promised a building, and you walked away. He was planning to bless you beyond what you could ask or think. You walked away. Come on back. Come on back. Amen. Because of time, will you pray us out before we close? Yes.
Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' name. And Lord, they don't even have to be ministers or pastors or whatever to be in that cave. Lord, we're asking, asking You to draw all Your army out of that cave that's they're hiding. There's a war going on, Lord. You need every person who knows You to be out there fighting in this war. Check the news. We're in a war. God needs every eligible person out there to come out of your cave. Come on. Come out of your cave and come to Him and get this thing right. Well, you're off a bossy over. No, I've been through this, believe me. Forgive all those people that have hurt you and come back. Get in the war again. Fight, fight, fight, fight, fight for Jesus Christ. He's. And you five pastors, you're coming back. Oh, yeah. God never says anything. Kim, he doesn't probably plan to do something about it. That's correct. So may God bless every one of you. Heal you in Jesus' name. May He heal every hurt and wound. May He prosper you as never before in Jesus Christ's name. Amen and amen.
We've heard it from the Apostle. We're going to have her come back every month. Uh, we just pray that she thinks of a name for a program. You'll see her, uh, zoomed in with me, and we'll, uh, work something out with them where they can continue to minister to you around the country, as we all need it. And she's extremely anointed. When she walked in, she actually changed the atmosphere here. It's in Romans 10:15. So, uh, when her book comes out, you got to get it. But until next time, I'm Dr. Ken. This is Pastor's Perspective.
