House of Prosperity - Session 3 (Q&A)

That Mother Nature, God, the universe, they have heard us. They received the seed. You planted those seeds however long ago. And golden fruits with crowns are worth [music] being patient for.

>> [music] >> Pineapple season is coming. Hello gorgeous people of the house of prosperity. I am so happy to see you. I am in my teeny weeny beanie. I am in my snowy bunny coziness. And this is the vibe that I really want for tonight is like connected cozy. If you could just imagine being all of us sitting on the couch and chilling and really having a conversation that is like just human to human. I want to give you everything I know. So out of I look very huggable. I like that. Okay. So, I want I like get get out of any like super professionalism or anything like that. Like I want this to be the most connected to your heart conversation. These questions are super vulnerable. They come from a really real place. And I think it really is such an amazing opportunity to like land in together and be like, look, the we are real people going through real things. These are real conversations. Like this this is really important. These are amazing. Alpha fem team really or Alpha FEM experience really showed up to represent. They are really really there um with all their heart and soul. They're bearing it all for the group. And so I'm I'm just very excited that we're going to get to experience this together. So the first thing, let me just see what am I seeing here. Um perfect. Snuggled up in a blanket. Perfect. Perfect. Um was there a place that people wrote questions? So it was alpha fem experience questions. So how this program is led because house of vote and I have our masterminding and I really wanted to model a temporal coherence. What I wanted was to have the the questions be asked by people that are in all of the things with me. So, not just like I have only questions about money or I'm only working with you on this, but people who are connected to me from the past, present, future, they're they're in the alpha m experience. And so, these are amporal coherence energetics with people in the alpha m experience. So, this thread was posted in the alpha experience and that is who is asking the questions. They are representing for the group. Okay.

Um, okay. So, before I get started, I want to read you something. I think that this is a beautiful opening because I do have a little piece for you before we go into the Q&A that's kind of going to open the energy and it's so perfect because I'm actually seeing how a lot of you have something connected to this in your questions. So the other thing just before we dive in, if you have never done a mastermind with me before, if you were not in the experiment, this to me is one of the most powerful things about coaching, what you're going to experience right now, which is that we tend to feel very alone and we tend to think that our problems are isolated and different. And then all of a sudden, we come into a group space and we realize that a lot of the questions really resonate. And even if the question isn't perfect, the answer answers some of the questions that we would have had deep in our soul. So instead of seeing it like, oh, this person's question is being answered, you want to look at it like, how do I connect to this question? And then when the answer is being given, you don't see it like, oh, Melanie's answering just that person. You be like, how does this resonate with some of the questions I may be having? and you get to pick up what was meant for you, which is the greatest part of this kind of like mastermind style conversation. Okay, where are we? Here.

Okay, I am still stretching my capacity to receive. Giving always felt more natural to me. Instinctively, I knew how to do it from the right place with all of my heart. And my capacity to give has increased effortlessly all of my life. But I realized that receiving was not so effortless for me. I felt fear of messing it up somehow. Underneath the real desire to be and feel abundant, I felt stressed whenever the time came to actually let it in. Especially when the little voice inside fearfully asked if it was too much, no matter how big or small the thing was that I was being given, even when I was attempting to give it to myself. This was put under a large magnifying glass as I used my social media like a diary and documented every gratitude. when the celebrations became exponential and more and more blessings came my way as a result of it all and then people began to ask when is it too much? This question led to the receiving of greater abundance than I could have ever imagined. True abundance is not just more. It's aligned more. It's the kind of more that widens your breath, softens your jaw, grounds your feet, and deepens your presence. It's the kind of more that amplifies who you are instead of scattering you into pieces. The question is not how much is too much. The real question is how much can you hold without losing yourself. Because the moment you leave yourself behind, you've already crossed the line into too much. No matter how small the quantity, no matter how beautiful the blessing. And the moment you return to yourself to presence, to coherence, to alignment, abundance becomes limitless again. Not only because it is infinite but because you are. Mother nature, God, the universe do not ask you to become limitless overnight. They present you the choice of becoming limitless through presence, through awareness, through learning the weight you can hold with grace. The dreams you can tend to with devotion. The blessings you can receive without disappearing beneath them. Limitlessness is not infinite accumulation. It is infinite becoming. It is the soul's ability to expand, not the ego's hunger to acquire. This is the courage to grow at a pace that honors your wholeness. Not the pace you imagine proves your worth. As long as you live or as long as our lives continue to genuinely take our breaths away. As long as we can consciously expand along with our capacity to receive, the sky isn't even the limit.

So why is this so important for a lot of us? The issue is not even the asking, the wanting, the dreaming, the visualizing, the desiring. It's the moment of receiving and the feeling of I need to overgive or I don't know how to respond or [snorts] I've got to do something now to make it right or the the the stress of do I did I even deserve it? Do I even deserve it? Did the people that gave it to me even want to give it to me? What do I need to do now? Am I in a hurry now to do something? The discomfort, the wanting to overgive, like you receive something and you want to overgive so bad, so much. I'll share it into the group, but it's on my it's on my uh Facebook. I post it on on my Facebook account, my personal page. I'll share it into the group later. What what we're looking for is this feeling of like I receive and I'm happy. I receive and I'm so happy. And all it really is is thank you. But like we've conditioned ourselves like how do I how do I what do I do now? How do I how do I what do I how do I the receiving comes with all of this distortion. And a lot of times it's like if I did not even appreciate what I received because I was so busy figuring out who I should be in that receiving. As soon as the receiving is over, I feel like I didn't really appreciate it. So I'm I'm immediately wishing I could have it again. So I'm not even compounding what happened and going, "Oh god, that was so good. I love this. Yes, please. Yes, yes, yes." We're not even melting like that. We're like, "Uh, okay. Next time I get it, I'm going to be more this. Next time I have it, I'll be more intentional." We we'll notice what was not quite there or we feel bad or we feel guilty or we feel something and we just constrict or instead of receiving where it's just like where you're immediate like, "Oh my gosh, but how do I do this again? How do I get this again? How does this happen again? How do I make this happen again? How do I receive this again? How do I make this but more next time? How do I do that? We immediately go into trying to figure out how could it how could it happen again? I don't want it to end. I don't want it to be over. How can I do it again tomorrow? Next time, next month, next week, next whatever, next birthday, next Christmas. How do we make it more better? Lord, this moment of like being yourself, receiving the thing and trusting that that experience lasts forever gets lost. And so where we get to take this deeper in our conversation is like with a temporal coherence, you don't need to worry about keeping a moment forever because a moment is forever. It's the it's if you wished it before it happened, you had it in the past. And if you can remember it after it happened, it lasts forever. So you don't need to gra grasp onto it and wonder how you're going to do it again. You don't need to spend all of your time trying to figure out how to duplicate it. All you really need to do is feel it to the best that you can and let it overflow you until it's such a part of your DNA that it just filled you entirely and it exists as a true possibility. Same as any other thing. It dwells within you. It didn't just feel like a fleeting moment that was gone before while it was even occurring. Because this is how we disconnect from a lot of the things in our lives. They happen and while they're happening, we're already trying to figure out how to catch them and do it again. Instead of anchoring them in like this happened, this is real. I am experiencing this. Let me feel this with all of my body so I can never question its realness ever again. I'm already going, how do I do it again? But the thing is, you're going to wonder how to do it till you wonder how you did it. So even when you have it, you don't know how you got it. So you're experiencing the not knowing how you're going to do it again while you have it. Got to let all of that go. Savor the experience and satisfaction. Exactly, Pam. Like really experience it and extract the sensations, the beauty, the experience, the the feeling. Like just savor it so deeply right now because then it does last for a very very long time. And I I've really found for myself, like I've had people ask me this so often, when is when is it too much? Like so many celebrations, non-stop parties, celebrations, gifts. There's apparently more things waiting for me when I get back. There's things gifts I haven't even opened yet. There's so many things. And my real answer to this is when I'm no longer able to feel like this, it'll be too much. When I feel overwhelmed by it, when I feel that that it's pointless. That it's overkill. If I can't feel it, if it stops being like, "What is it? Tell me. Show me." Yes. Oh my gosh. Oh my god. What? Oh my gosh. When it stops being real in my feelings. when it starts feeling numb or I'm used to it, that's when and unfortunately a lot of people do touch that that moment and they can touch it very soon. You know, kid at Christmas kind of energy, but I've also seen kids get too many presents and eventually just unwrap them and throw them on the floor. And so it's like you you have a capacity to receive and that's what we're really wanting to stretch is your capacity to receive and actually feel the feeling because if you have a tank and and this is such a cool example of this but like I remember when I first started dating Kevin and I used to just attract things the simplest things but non-stop. up just miracles all the time. And I was in this constant state of like, do you realize what is happening? Do you realize? Yeah, it's true. I'm still that way. But what was interesting about the beginning is that Kevin would be like, at first he'd be like, whoa, this is crazy. And then, wo, this is crazy. And then eventually he would get like gratitude fatigue where he'd just be like, "Yeah, I mean," and I remember once he asked me, he's like, "How do you just keep being so blown away by it? Like, how do you keep being so grateful?" And I was like, "Because look what's happening." And he was like, "I know, but I don't know how to stay in that state. This is capacity."

So, if you can imagine, there's water all over the counter. And the water is continuing to flow and you have a sponge, a dry sponge at that, and you're like, I am going to try to pick up all of this water. Well, the sponge is limitlessness in the sense where it can pick up over and over and over again, but it's not limitless like you put it down and it's going to it's going to just grab all of the water in the world. So, it's like when full feels like overwhelm, you're limited. When full feels like the opportunity to just, you know, feel and then put all your juices into a project, a container, whatever it is, like you just the juices and you go back again for more. You're limitless. How many times can you pick up water with a sponge? Forever. But we need to increase our capacity because sometimes it's just like I'm I don't I'm not connected to it. It's too much. I'm not I'm not feeling it. I don't feel gratitude. I don't feel I don't feel excitement. I feel like I just rather sit and relax. I feel like I'd rather just like I don't really want to have this. I don't really want to receive this. I don't really want this. That happens. And that's not a permanent thing because a temporal coherence. It's like, whoa, currently I have a limit to how much I can receive and still be going like, what to still be going like, h, yes, this is so good. Eventually, it's like, oh gosh, what how am I going to do this again tomorrow? This is one of my really another favorite example of mine is early on in my career when we'd get close to the end of the month. I don't know if any of you have ever done this, I would start to feel like, okay, [clears throat] everyone stop buying and wait until the next month starts or else I'll have no sales for next month. Have you ever had that thought? What if everyone buys everything this month and then no one buys anything next month? That's capacity. I don't have the belief that everyone could buy everything this month and next month everyone would buy everything again. So, I'm rationing the amount of buyers I'm receiving or the amount of yeses I'm receiving because somewhere deep inside of me, I'm telling myself, don't say yes to everything this month because if I have a high month this month and a low month next month, that's not going to be good for me. All of these things need to be worked at. And so the only thing that makes us do this feeling like it's too much is remembering how much we've been grateful in the past or imagining that we need to continue to be grateful a lot in the future or basing ourselves on the lack in the past and imagining lack in the future. But if we completely eradicate the lines of time and we go detached from time, so across all time, detached from time, what we start to see is that in fact whenever the sales come, they come. And this is this started happening for me in a massive way when I started counting careerto-ate income more than month income. Like monthtomonth refreshes every month. So I have to start at zero every month. But when I started realizing like I have made $40 million in my career, then I was like that's never going down. If you've made $100,000 in your career so far, it's never going down. Eventually, you'll hit two and eventually four and eventually five and eventually a million if you keep going. And so, I loved the feeling that what I was calculating was something that would never go down because that feels amporal. It's like it's what I've done. It's what I'm doing. It's what I'll do. When I think of a hundred million in alpha fem, it's it's not just what I earned this far away. It's like it's what I did. It's what I'm doing. It's what I've done. It's what's it's what's fueling what's coming. It's it's so much bigger than that. Taking up more space in what I've created. And so, we tend to look at time such little pieces. What have I done so far this year or this quarter or this month? And we break it down to the tiniest little expression. even as much as like today. And so what we want is to say, I want to calculate my power through my entire life, but I want to find ways to reinvent myself. So if it's if it powers me, I can source it from 10 years ago, no problem. But if it disempowers me, then I'd rather just source from this morning. So remember on the last call I said to you like I used to think that the past was far but like I could just reinvent myself and basically say from today this is who I am and I could create a really great compound effect. So when it serves me to source from far I source from far. When it doesn't I don't. What does it matter? I'm the one making the recipe. You know, it's like what if it's oh gosh, this I feel terrible about who I've been. I feel terrible about terrible about who I've been for the last decade and I'm sourcing from there and I have no evidence that I've done anything productive today and I'm sourcing from there. What's my self-concept? And how am I ever going to get out of that? Like there's just no way out. But if I'm if I'm sourcing on everything I've ever done that was good, that I realized in hindsight worked, that I overcame all the hard things, and I'm sourcing that truth from my entire lifetime, and I'm sourcing my identity and my power from my newest truth, which is sourced from last week, two days ago, 3 days ago, today, last hour. Well, now what's my identity concept? Now I could be in the God zone. I'm sourcing from only my greatness.

And so, this is a perfect segue into the first question that I wanted to bring. It's actually one of the most recent questions. And when I saw it, I was like, "Oh my goodness, if there's anything that could be more perfect for today's Q&A, like how incredibly magical." So, here is the question from Amy Elise. She says, "Hi, Lenny. I'm new here to the AFB and I'm excited to be here. I'm listening to module two for the third time and I'm hearing you with live your life the way you want to remember it and tell it in hindsight and use your social media as a diary. What's coming through for me is if you were using it as a diary, why aren't we using why aren't we why are we only sharing the really good stuff in a diary? Wouldn't we share the hard stuff, too? I'm trying to stay out of the how and find my brain asking, do I differentiate what to share? The hard stuff also molds me into my becoming. It often seems like so much of what is shared on social media is just a glimpse of a happy moment versus the truth in reality. Maybe I'm picking up on where pe people post what is not their truth. I've moved away from social media the last several years because, and I'm embarrassed to admit this, I've had judgment from others that that can be perceived as bragging or showing off, which was never the energy I want to convey. My life is often magical and wonderful and then sometimes extremely challenging. There's gold in a lot of it as I walk through it and I become a better version of me. I'm realizing as I write this that there's a part of me that's scared of what my current social media friends will think and say if I share my truth. So instead of asking how do I stop feeling this way, I'll inquire within as to why I'm scared and why I'm choosing this. Thank you for providing this space for us to contemplate."

So first of all, just the editing at the end of like I'm realizing that my question is actually probably if I go with why is here. So let me contemplate that which I think is fantastic. But this is what I want to share with you. If if I read my journals and I I have I have look I found journals of me as a 13year-old 14year-old 15year-old and I read through them and I was entirely heartbroken to read them. Every day I share every part. And it's just so clear why I struggled. If I had a bad hair day, it's written on the pages. If I didn't get a seat next to someone I liked on the bus, it's written on the pages. If I didn't like the food at lunch, it's written on the pages. If I felt nervous in my class, it's written on the pages. It's wr Every little uncomfortable thing is written on the pages. And it takes up so much more space than the good things. And I can only imagine being a little kid and just being like, "This is my diary. I can write whatever I want." That's what I wanted to write. What was uncomfortable? What was not good? What was hard? And so when I think of my life during those years, they were the hardest of my life. But I read the pages and I'm like, "Girl, if you would have just focused on something else." It's not like my life was absolutely terrible at those stages. Like there was nothing. I had no like permanent illness. I had my siblings. We had a roof over our heads. I had a business. I was making money. I was helping my parents out of a really difficult time. Like I could have been like, "I'm proud of me today. I got my brother and sister on the bus and we we got home and I picked up a box of spaghetti and I made dinner and we listened to music and I got them in bed both on time before mom and dad got home. High-five me. That's not how it's written. And so I think about like why write the difficult things? Why do we write them? And so I' I've read also more recent journals. I read journals of like 2021 2022 and in those years there was a lot of duality and the way that I write the difficult things is like today was a really difficult day and I'll sometimes say issues pertaining to and I'll say what they were but then I'll say however I'm so incredibly proud of myself because this this this this it feels like there's a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm really grateful for this team member that really showed up in a massive way. This client is really nailing it. Grateful for Kevin for this, this this news about this news about this. And so it's like, yes, there is a struggle, but the struggle is only explained in detail once I've overcome it. So the p the stories where all of a sudden I'm like, okay, it'll be like, okay, I've been holding a lot recently. What's been going on recently has been this, this, this, this, this. Uh there was a even a day last month that this this this and I'm like that does not show up on that page that day. All it says was I navigated a really difficult conversation and still nailed my house of vote call or my um AF next call. Like it doesn't say that. It doesn't say, you know, 2023 2023 I'm I nailed my AF next call even though I had this really difficult conversation with blah with blah blah blah. If I would have written that as a 13-year-old, the whole thing would have been like, so I had this really difficult conversation and I felt this and I felt this and I felt this and then after that I had to go and lead this call. It would have been the opposite. So the question and what you really want to look at is like when you are writing a in a diary. It's possible that you would write everything, but why? If you live your life the way you want to remember it in hindsight, would you write all the little details? Or would you write it in a way where yes, I'm overcoming something, but I'm proud of me because of this, or I'm really impressed because normally a day like today would have really taken me out, but instead I was able to do this, this, this. And that's the kind of stuff that I noticed in the harder years of my life in my in my diary is it wasn't the story of the bad thing. It was an acknowledgement of the hard thing. about such a beautiful like celebrating myself for the way I was handling it.

Now, the thing that's also so important with this is like the kinetic energy of my hand on that paper writing negative things about myself every single day of my life. Thinking it, feeling it, writing it. So, for those of you who've been in my world for a long time, I've actually taught this in manifestation programs. I do not write anything negative down. If I am journaling, I will write all the beautiful things, all the beautiful blessings, what I'm proud of myself for being able to overcome. And if there's something that I'm feeling that's overcoming me and it's negative or sad, I'll take a moment. I'll feel about it, but I will not write it down. I will not have my hand write down the thing that is not good for me on a paper. It's like the mantra that I do not want in ink. Yes, it's happening. I can acknowledge it and I can experience my feelings around it, but that's not what I'm anchoring in. Now, having said that, there are memories that will come back on my Facebook that are from the past that I'm like, "Oh my gosh." Like, I'll have memories that are like, "My life is so hard and I don't think I'll ever be happy again." 17 years ago, I saw a post like that on myself and I'm like, I don't even think that there is value in this. Like I would not even share this. I wouldn't even say don't know. Melanie Anne Lair doesn't even know what the point is anymore 17 years ago. Like I would I don't even know that I would share this now and be like look how far I've come. But when I see a post from 2013 that's like I'm ready for the for for a change. I know what I was going through. I I see what I wrote. If I was ready for a change because I wasn't really satisfied. But I wrote I'm ready for a change. And when that comes up, I reshare that. So even when I think of what I want to look back at in hindsight, I still am not like, "Oh, wow." When I see a super depressed version of myself that just saw the bad thing and wrote the bad thing, I'm actually more inspired by myself when I said, "Okay, I'm ready for a change. I'm I can feel another one I share 2012. Melanie Lair is is feeling success bubbling inside and is just feeling something ready to come out. I reshare that every year. Every time it comes up on my page, I'm like, "Oh my gosh, like how incredible is that? I could feel it. Something is bubbling inside. I'm feeling ready to change." I also know how difficult my life was at that point, but that's how I wrote it. That's what ends up being changed. So instead of documenting the hard things, it's about representing them. And what that might look like is there's one story sequence that says, "Despite the difficult parts today, here's what I'm proud of." That still represents it wasn't perfect. You get to anchor in today was not perfect. But do you need the memory written in time for all of the rest of your life of the story of what happened today? No. So this is important because we are rewriting the field. And what I want to remember is not the difficult thing I was going through. What I want to remember is that this even though today was a hard day I did blah blah blah blah at any day I could receive that memory and feel really good about it. At any point I could watch, I could see that story and say, "I needed that reminder today. I'm not just posting for the world. I'm posting for me. What do I want to remember?" And if there is something that feels like I did something special today that helped me overcome it. I could even anchor something like this. I could say, "Today was a really emotional day. I took the time. I to I walked outside and I got fresh air in my lungs. I turned my phone off and I just breathed deeply fresh air into my lungs for a whole 90 minutes. When I came home, I made myself a whole pot of warm water and lemon and I sipped it while listening to 741 Herz music. I journaled softly about the smells I smelled and the beautiful sights I saw on my walk. And then I softly closed my eyes and breathed deeply until I could feel the joy pulsing through my body. And when the joy was back, I called my sister and I did this and this. What have I shared about a negative story? Nothing. I've actually shared what I did to get out of the negative things. So if that circles back a year from now, that's also valuable to me and not just to me, but to everyone.

Now the reason I like social media is and why and [clears throat] why I bring it forward is because it's a temporal. And what I mean by this is I am constantly seeing my memories of the past. Today, last year, today, two year, two years ago, today 3 years ago, today four years ago. It shows me what I posted today, all those years ago. And I see every year what I've done. And there is something about the compound effect of that that is quite spectacular because I would forget a lot of these things. And if it's just in a journal, I lose it. my Facebook personal page and my Instagram stories do it. I can look at my my highlights or hindsight of last year. And for on Facebook memories, it shows me 16 years. Actually, more than that, 17 years. I just saw Tandy say 16 years, but it showed me 17 years a couple of days before. So, it's just there's something magical about you're going through a hard day today. And you know what's so wild for me? I've I've often found patterns. So, I have had days where I'm like, gosh, today is a really tough day. Let me go see if I have any wisdom from the past. And I go look at my memories and I realize that like 9 years out of however many I can see, there was something difficult happening today. And I'm like, well, that's weird. And then all of a sudden, I kind of give myself a, huh, maybe it's just today. Sometimes I see so many beautiful memor like beautiful lessons and I'm like the wisdom of my past self soothes me and I'm like thank you Melanie and Leia circa Melanie and Leia Melanie and layer circa 2022 like thank you Melanie and Layer 207 2017 thank you Melanie and layer and it's like that I'm either giving myself wisdom or I'm seeing gosh I've been sat on this day nine years out of 10 that's so weird I wonder if there's something in the stars on this day. Who knows? But it kind of gives me that. So this is why I suggest it with social media. You could do it in a diary. You could do it however you want. But the power of social media is this. It's a lot of the people that come into my world are wanting to build something. They want to build a legacy. They want to build a brand. They want to build a company. Social media is the best way to connect with the people that are going to be your allies. Whether it's your friends, whether it's your friends, whether it's your business partners, your clients, someone who knows someone who's the perfect person to partner with, like social media, every everyone's on social media. And so when you're just not using social media to try to do something, but instead you're using social media to represent something, even if you don't even know what you're selling. You could be building a brand. You could be someone that people really know. That person is so inspiring, so powerful, so dedicated, so consistent in her energy, so so capable, so profound. I love what she shares. Like you could have a person completely love what you do and then in 5 years from now, you decide to launch a business and people trust you. They know you. They they feel connected to your mission, to your story, and the thing you want to do works because you just invested your time in yourself, but people have watched you do it. That's the beauty of social media because when someone is hiring you, they're not just hiring you because of the post that they saw from you today. They're hiring you because of what they imagine it's going to do for their lives in the future. If they feel like they've known you for longer than just this moment, it helps them become a temporal in their relationship with you. And we're going to go deeper into that.

Okay. Another question here that I really loved. So let's see here where is it? Here it is. My question is how to integrate the teachings from the first two calls. Phenomenal by the way. When I'm overwhelmed by all I want to do as a part of my mission and purpose. I want to write a blog. Write a book. I'm realizing my blogs could become my book. Develop my coaching um business after a three-year hiatus. Offering master classes and memberships and do a podcast. My main career is currently a real est is currently real estate and that's what's going well. I don't want to stop that either as that's what's funding the purpose dream. I know my why and as you said there are so many hows. I just feel overwhelmed and I don't know where to start. I'm a singer mother so planning and managing all that I want to do and my time around it feels like a job and in and of itself. I resonate deeply with the teachings and I would love some feedback about with from you about where to start and how to apply the context as I start. I almost feel like I need to make an announcement about what I'll be doing and starting to share more on my socials, but that feels weird the truth, but it's a little wonky. Thank you. I will be on the call. If I get picked, it'll take me a couple of minutes to change locations in the building I'm in, but I'll be on. So, Stacy, if you're on, start coming towards the the energy of the screen because I'm going to bring you on. But I want I want to bring something here. Even if so, I want you guys to think about this. Okay, we've talked about atmporal coherence. A temporal coherence is not just about knowing yourself across all timelines. It's also asking yourself, does does this even matter across all timelines? So, if you make one post on your social media that says, "Okay, everyone, just so you know, I'm going to start posting about my business. Who's going to see it today? Who's going to see it next week, next month, next year, for the rest of time? However, if you decide to make this post because it gives you a feeling, this post is the post I am making as the anchor on my social media that this is the way I'm navigating it. Then where does it change you? Everywhere. Because you now own the platform. Old memories that come back make you feel like, "Oh my gosh, I've come so far. This moment feels different because I've totally claimed myself." And the future feels different because I've I've claimed myself. So, the reason it sometimes feels weird is we feel pulled to do things and then we immediately ask ourselves who's going to care. But the thing is that's not why we do it. If we do it for who's going to care, who's going to care is the only people who are there and who see it. But if you do it for how does this change my power? How does this change my positioning? How does this change the way I show up? How does this change me? Oh well, it changes me massively. So Stacy, are you here and are you available to come up?

>> Stacy here.

>> Yes, there you are.

>> Hi.

>> Hi. So, if you look at it this way, like if you post it, who is it going to be groundbreaking, life-changing? Does everybody need to hear this from you? Most people will miss it. Most people will find you tomorrow after you've even posted it. They'll never even know you weren't this way.

>> Mhm.

>> But you, if you make that declaration, if you put that line in the sand, would it change things for you and how you show up? Would it feel like it gives you permission?

>> Absolutely.

>> Okay.

>> Absolutely. And that's um I don't I can't remember if I I shared this in my post or not, but I've been in AF for almost a year now. And my intentions were so strong. I was it felt so aligned and I had every intention of just like being in a relationship with AF this entire year. And as soon as I came into it, I kept resisting even posting. And so it's been extremely valuable for me just to have that revealed to me of how afraid I was to be se just to be seen, you know, and I'm really comfortable and confident in the wisdom that I have to share and all of the good that I have to give. But I had never been in a situation where I was afraid to express as myself. you know, when I was working for a company and like one of their top coaches, I could do it all day long, but when it was I did not anticipate having that huge resistance to just sharing my own vulnerability and and me as a as a person, it was so different. So, you know, it and it's kind of the same what I experienced in AF is kind of the same thing that I'm experiencing even even sharing on my own socials. So, it's taken me, you know, of being in AF for like a year to even get I made my first post within the brand in House of Prosperity and AF today. It's taken me almost a year of doing the work to just feel comfortable speaking up and I would never in a thousand years have expected that from myself. So, so would it that's a long answer to your question of yeah, it would make a huge difference. I just I don't know why it has felt so scary.

Well, the thing that I love the most is that all of a sudden you're like, "Okay, I'm doing it." And on the same day that's your first ever post, you also get chosen to come up and speak in a program in front of everybody. So, it's like the gates, the energetic gates are definitely open. And I'll tell you what I feel when I listen to this is like the whole conversation from Mission to Millions and this conversation here is like our belonging. And so, when you work for a company and they give you a job, it feels like you belong. How can you not? They make they tell you what to do and you do it. They ask you who to be and you be it. You they hire you. You be there. You do it. But what when you think about do I belong when I just want to say what I want to say? Do I belong to strangers on the internet? Do I believe do I belong to a group of people that I perceive to be a certain way? Do I belong when I imagine that maybe they're more advanced than me or maybe they won't care about what I have to say or maybe they won't like this or they won't they won't they won't. I am not actually connected to my becoming in those moments. I'm or not to my becoming to my belonging. I'm not connected to my belonging. I'm connected to standing out. Will I stand out in this group? Will people notice me? Will people see me? Which is so different than this is me. This is how I feel and I post it. It's so easy. But will they will they think I'm amazing? Will they think it's good? Will they notice it? Will they relate to it? Will will it go with zero likes? That would be embarrassing. All of that is what goes in the way. And so I think like with so many people being brave, even people who aren't in AF, people who are, you know, in mission to millions, like I just found this place and I feel like I belong. Sometimes seeing the bravest people in the room reminds us like if they can do it, I can freaking do it. Like what am I doing? I don't need to stand out. I just need to like I belong. Like oh my gosh, have this huge breakthrough. And so what I feel for you is what made it weird when you think like is it going to be weird I make this big declaration on the internet? It's like what makes it weird is that you'd be doing it for them to be okay with you posting about your own life or your own business. Like of course it's weird because you don't need their permission, but that's the breakthrough in it. It's like this isn't for them. It's for me so that I I feel this way. Like it's so si it's so simple, but like in my social media, if you go and look at my Instagram stories on my Melanie and layer Instagram, I was posting all about my birthday celebrations last night. And then it became time to post about today's Cyber Monday. And it's like there's this brand new energy now that I'm bringing. But it's the same kind of thing because I was inspired to do 38% off all the programs and it's like 38 is my birthday and it's all over the balloons. So I could use the same balloons, but the energy in my body is entirely different. And so my sister made this graphic for me to post and it's like two two people with a black and a white sheet and it's like 38% off all programs until 10 p.m. That's all it says. It's pretty standard. Cyber Monday offer 38% on all programs. And she's like post it. And I was like I can't. I have to put something in between the birthday and this. She's like why? I said I don't know. Should I put something like Cyber Monday offers? We've never done something like this before. She's like, but it says on the post that I made for you, Cyber Monday offers 38%. I'm like, I know, but it's like I need to like change the energy. She's like, you don't think that they'll be able to figure out that that was your birthday and this is a Cyber Monday offer? And I was like, I don't think it's about them being able to figure it out. I think it's about I cannot just post a picture of a cyber offer. It feels like we're all in my living room drinking champagne and all of a sudden I'm turning around going all right you guys let's you know do this program like I need to let people know that I'm transitioning for me and so there's this one we're not turkeys Lenny I know and this is my sister was telling me like but I don't think it comes from this place it's not like they won't get it it's like I would feel awkward at my own party to move from thank you all for being here to all right you guys let's talk about Black Friday like it's weird for me. So if you look at my stories in between my birthday post and this perfectly descriptive explanation of what my offer was is this one handwritten in Instagram stories Cyber Monday. We've never done this before. I just needed to write it. Who did it who did it do it for? Just me. Just me. And just knowing that is

So refreshing. It's not about them. It's not about them liking you, seeing you, making sense of it. All that. It's a feeling you have inside that there needs to be a pivot. There needs to be a transition. There needs to be a permission. There needs to be a a leaf turned. There needs to be something for you as a symbolic representation. And when you allow yourself to have it without second-guessing it, you're just there and now you can do whatever the heck you want.

Yeah, I love that. I love that. That's super helpful. Thank you. And it's helpful to know that I mean that you feel that way too and you're you you know and I feel like people you know I mean my my friends and the people that follow me know me well but I feel like I've I've shifted a lot. I've reinvented a lot and I've had success in almost everything that I've done. But because I haven't been in coaching a few years and I'm doing well in real estate now I almost feel like I look I I mean it's fear of judgment, you know? It's it's it's fear of judgment from other people and and and looking like I oh she's doing something different again and that kind of thing but it's like I don't know if that's fear of their judgment or my own judgment about me you know but either way when I express myself whatever this situation is I always feel a thousand% better just having said it just having spoken um you know cuz I yeah I don't know that's just that's really helpful though so thank you for telling mail that.

It's my pleasure and I'll I'll say something about what you just mentioned here. The fact is we are going to change. This is the beauty about the understanding of the atmporal coherence. It's like when I look at who I am across my entire lifetime, do I think I'm going to stay this way forever? No. There's just something about me changing now.

Like, have I spent enough time doing this? Do people know enough that I've been doing this behind the scenes to justify that now I'm doing this? Do I need to give more concept about doing this? More context about doing this? It's all time that gets us in the way. Because in the big scheme of things, it's like let's say you if if I were mother nature God of the universe and I were like Stacy, just so you know, you end up becoming one of the most pivotal transformative channels and bridges in the entire world for womankind because you chose this path. You wouldn't care about how long you did another job in the middle. You'd just be like, "Let me enter my purpose right now."

But the fact is, we don't look at the whole picture. We don't look at the whole story. We don't even think about hindsight. We just think about based on how it feels that I've been doing this for this long and based on how it feels that I now want to do this, how do I organize it so that everybody's in alignment with this decision? And it's like, oh my god, like first of all, we'll never get to do that. And it's like, that's not even the right question. The question is, how do I claim that this is me and that this is the way it is and that this is the truth and that this is part of my story? Like how do I want to remember it? How do I want to declare it? How am I moving forward with this? Which is such a different story. And it doesn't matter what it [clears throat] is that you're dealing with. Whether it is a changing of career, a changing of relationship, whether it is buying something when you've just bought something else, whether it's moving when you just moved somewhere. Like people have this about so many things. I can't move again. We just moved here. I can't break up with this partner. We just told everyone we were in love. I can't do this. We just declared this. We can't do this. We just this. It's all time that gets us in the way.

So, when we look at our life like you're an atmporal being, it's detached from time. Would you still be as caught up about it if you'd had ample time for each segment? Would it? And then it's like how much does the time really matter really? Yeah.

So it's more like what's the move detached from time and then that's it.

I love that. I that's so helpful. And when you when I when I watched the call with when you were talking about it and is there a version of you, you know how we have basically explaining the concept, I got that immediat and it was it was just a game changer for me immediately. And so I thank you for that. And then also, you know, I think about if this were a friend of mine or a client of mine that was explaining this exact situation that I'm explaining to you. I would think how amazing that you have done all of those things that make that qualifies you even more for all. I would think it was the coolest thing ever. It's just it's it's me. So, this is so so helpful. Thank you.

Thank you. And thank you for sharing that last bit. That's also really important. We tend to have so much wisdom for other people, but then we don't have like the power of just being outside of a situation a little bit. Like you can't see a situation from inside of it.

Yeah.

So that's why we don't have perspective, but we have perspective on other people's stuff. So you have very sharp perspective, but no perspective on yourself. That's why coaching conversations are so powerful because you like see it for a second.

Totally. Totally. Thank you. You have no idea how much you helped me. Thank you so much.

Good. I'm so so so happy.

Yeah.

So, this is actually really an important thing here because look, Nicole wrote in the comment section, "This is why I stopped doing social media because I was changing so much. I felt like I needed to it needed to make sense for people." There's two ways that you can look at this. You can say, "When I noticed how much I needed to explain myself to people, I stopped using social media." Or you could say because of social media I noticed how much I make people's judgment important and because of that something else. So it can be because of that I stopped using social media or it could be because of that I realized how powerful social media was because it showed me a pattern I may not have realized one human at a time. A lot of my my patterns that I broke through I broke through because of social media because I realized I was still attached. I was still attached to what people thought. I could have a hundred positive comments, one negative one, and get sucked into that. And so instead of it being like, "Social media sucks because look what happens." I'm like, "Thank God for social media because I'm seeing a lot sooner what my capacity is. I've become so much more capable of holding and handling the the pressure, the judgment because of social media because I'm I'm getting so used to it now. It's like what are you going to do? Plus, no one is braver than a person with their pet as their profile picture on the internet. Like it gives you some s some kind of superhuman I can say whatever I want power. There is no warrior like a keyboard warrior with a picture of a cat as a profile picture. It is a unique kind of superhuman power. Like I can do anything in this moment there. I am unstoppable. I am limitless. You know, it's just the way it is. And so just being faced with that has felt actually really empowering cuz if I can if I can be that's a really great way to put it, Kristen. If I can be empowered in these situations where people could are so brave like these people wouldn't talk to me like this in real they wouldn't it's not how we treat people in real people are so much meaner on the internet and I can handle the internet what can't I handle like it actually has made me so much stronger so that's another way you can look at it because of that I used social media less or because of that I was able to see where my limitations were and I [clears throat] became even stronger all these beautiful questions Okay, let's see. There was another one here that I really wanted to put. Okay, so this one is from Jasmine and she says, "Dear Melanie, ever since integrating the principle of a temporal coherence in the house of prosperity, I've been experiencing an indescribable shift almost as if possibilities have begun approaching me rather than the other way around. Being so deeply anchored in the AF container has deepened up a flow in my life that feels both powerful and beautifully transformative. Totally different, much more intense way of gratitude and presence and my first 10K month. Jasmine, congratulations. At the same time, I'm curious about how manifestation functions within this frame framework compared to the trust fall manifestation. Sometimes it feels like something I'm consciously doing or even imposing rather than something that naturally emerges from this own state of coherence. How can manifestation be understood or practiced in a way that aligns with their temporal coherence instead of feeling effortful?"

This question. So I have always been a little puzzled by people who say that everything is easy. Like it gets to be easy because what has been my experience is that I have had moments that felt like oh my gosh I can't believe how easy that was. And I've also had moments where I was like, "Lord have mercy." And they were sometimes like 15 minutes apart. And so I don't know what it's like to just it be like just easy. But I do know what it's like to have a moment that goes like, "Gosh, that was easier than I expected." And to be shocked by an effortless larger than life day or an effortless client that falls into my lap. But if everything was just easy, I don't think I'd be able to do what I'm still doing because it would just be like it gets to a point that it's easy. What else can I say? get to where I am, you'll be fine. You know, and that's not really the way that it is. It it's sometimes you're like, gosh, why is this so difficult? But then it breaks through and you realize and you have all this satisfaction. And other times it's so easy and it's so, oh my gosh, that was so easy. That felt so good. And that feels good. It's the duality of both. And so in this atmporal coherence, it is different than manifestation. This is co-creation. And it's a little diff it's a little different because and here's here's the the beautiful thing. Even when people are manifesting, even the greatest manifesttor on the planet is not just like walking off a cliff and all of a sudden steps appear and then opening its m their mouth and then it rains directly into their mouth hole and then they decide that they want to go fishing and so they just put their hand out and a fish jumps into their hands and then they go like this and somehow the air and the fire catch flame and then they just cook the fish on top of the flame that manifested in their hand. Like it's still not like that. They'll be able to say a sequence of things like and then out of nowhere this happened and then out of here this happened. But there's still all of their [laughter] there's still these like lols in the middle that nothing is happening that they just don't talk about. So it's like I'm a genius manifesttor. But this morning when I was hungry I made toast myself. I bought the bread. I went to the store. I bought the bread. I took the bread out of the bag. I put it in the toaster and I pressed the button and the toast was made. But later on that day when I forgot I had peanut butter and I found a brand new tin at the back of my closet, I claimed exclaimed manifestation. I have peanut butter because I forgot that I had some. I was going to have jam. I didn't want jam. I wanted peanut butter. And what a marvelous manifestation that was. You know, like we don't talk about the moment where I was about to have jam on my toast and I was making the toast myself. We just talk about manifested peanut butter. I had a thought in the back of my mind that I would love to have that and then I forgot that I had peanut butter. So people talk about manifestation but they don't talk about all the human part. What I want to help people understand is like the human part is still a manifestation but it's cocreative manifestation in a balance of masculine and feminine energetics because what I have found is that the balance or the harmony for harmony but the [laughter] it's perfecting the the harmony between the masculine and the feminine energetics is what makes it sustainable to me. I am not willing I am not willing to just chance everything in my life and be like look I'll be grateful with anything it is. Let's just see what I manifest. But there were seasons in my life that I was I would just sleep wherever I manifested and if I had enough food for dinner I would eat. And if I manifested dinner or a date or finding 20 bucks on the floor that was manifestation and if it wasn't there no food. Didn't didn't talk about those nights when I manifested nothing. But there was a lot of nights I manifested miracles, but I'm just not willing to work that way anymore. So the life that I really want and what I'm dedicated to is a life of constant co-creation and manifestation. And what that looks like is that every waking moment of my life is enjoyable and satisfying or it's building my becoming or it's a it feels like it's dropping out of the sky and it doesn't even make sense how it's happening. If I have if that's how I see my life, there really there really isn't anything I can't handle. Either miracles are falling from the sky. Either I'm cocreating a reality that's absolutely extraordinary or I'm going through something difficult, but it's shaping my becoming and eventually makes me capable of co-creating at a deeper level or trusting in a manifestation that ends up falling from the sky. That's what I want. So, when we're talking about this house of prosperity, we're not just talking about instances of manifestation that strung together create beauty. We're talking about the the life that you're living between those moments as well. And so, a big part of the work that I'm doing right now, especially with people who are sacral authority, like not just sacral authorities, but have a defined sacral in in the human design. So people who h who are um have a strategy to respond, people whose alignment theme is satisfaction, which is 80% of the planet. We're here to really bring in a really powerful message. I think because there I think there's a reason that only like 19% or 9 11% I think 11% 11% uh of people on the planet are wired for success to model success and failure and 80% are here to model satisfaction and frustration. I think that's telling humankind a really big thing. It's like we're not supposed to just model success. We're supposed to model satisfaction and success and peace and elements of surprise. Like that's the human balance. And we need to have a ratio of human power that's holding those ratios. And so the projectors are saying, "Look, we're going to show you how to be successful and how to handle failure. Like, we are going to do that." And generators are and and Matty Jensen are like, "Okay, cool. We're going to show make sure we we all stay satisfied that we don't just go for success." I think there's a reason that there's not 80% modeling success and 20% or whatever it is modeling satisfaction. It's the other way around. And so I want a satisfying life even when I'm successful or else it's not satisfying. And that is extremely important to me because I want a life that takes my breath away. And it is satisfying to attract a miracle from the sky. It is. But it's also satisfying to have the pressure and the pressure build and then it it does everything it was supposed to do. That is so satisfying. But if I have so much satisfaction, no success, eventually I won't be satisfied. And so this is what projectors are here for. And if I'm satisfied and I'm successful, but I can never find peace, I I'm also going to have a part of me missing. This is what manifestors are here for. And if I've got peace and I'm successful and I'm satisfied, but there's never an element of surprise, well, that's where the 1% reflectors are. So, as a world, we've got this balance and we represent parts of it in such powerful and meaningful ways. And so, when I look at the balance here, I'm not looking for just success and I'm not looking for just peace. Manifestors are peace. Their alignment theme is peace. I want to be satisfied. And sometimes being under pressure, not stress, cuz stress only leads to relief. Pressure, the powerful pressure and the sacral, the money, sex, power, pressure that leads to the firework show that there's nothing like that satisfaction. Try to have an orgasm without pressure. Like there's a buildup or else what is it? It's just like, "Ah, the oops, I had an orgasm." It's like, no, you peed yourself accidentally, but you don't have an accidental orgasm. There's a relief. There's a relief. You pee, you relief. Oops. You peed yourself, but you don't oops have an orgasm because there needs to be pressure. So, you have to have a pressure. And so, the whole thing is like as we learn to build the pressure, we actually set ourselves up for the satisfaction. So when we look at a temporal coherence, it's actually a way to understand pressure buildup in the body differently. It's an understanding of how much things matter so that when they break through, success feels like re success feels like satisfying success. It's just a different it's a different thing. When you're stressed, the best you're ever going to get is relief. But when you're when you hold pressure and that pressure fi finds its outlet, it's satisfaction. And that's what we're really aiming for. So manifestation that comes from the sky could be a surprise. Manifestation that comes from the sky feels peaceful. Manifestation that comes from the sky because you asked for it could feel like success. But if that's the only way manifestation came, there would eventually be a part of your human that would be like, am I not required for any of this? Like I have a dream. I want to I want to I want to care about something and I want to give it my all and I want it and I want it I want it to work. I want to feel that. I want to feel like I did something worthwhile. I want to feel that feeling of being in alignment with my soul mission. That's satisfaction. So if everything fell from the sky, you'd be lacking one of the very important pieces that makes this whole thing satisfying, which is the pressure buildup. So what I would contemplate for your question is the real difference between effort and pressure. Because when effort is stressful, then all you'll ever get is relief. But when pressure is pressure is pressure, when you understand the sacredness of pressure, then you understand the power of the sacral. Money, sex, power, all operates under pressure. All of it. Power is being able to handle power under pressure. Sex is all about pressure. Pressure and release. Pressure and release. Press and release. Pressure and satisfaction. Not relief, release. Pressure and release. Pressure and release. Satisfaction. And same thing with money. It's all about who can hold the pressure. Who can hold the pressure makes the money. Who can't gives pressure. Pressure sales. Pressuring you. Pressure. And so when you don't, even if you don't have a defined sacral, you still have a sacral in your body. You just you end up learning from how to operate with sacral energy from sacrals. That's that's the thing. It's kind it's like we don't have the defined centers that drive success like projectors do that same precision. And so being around projectors is extremely good for us because it shows us like yeah satisfaction but like focus because this is what success looks like. But it's not like I'm unable to have success because I don't have what a projector has. It's more like you guys are the conduit. That's the power. Like I'm a conduit for satisfaction. You're a conduit for success when you're in vibrational alignment. We're all capable of all of it. Every human being has a sacral. It's just energetically in your energy field with human design. Are you a conduit for it for humankind? Or is it something you're going to work on with yourself? Is that something you source? Or is that something you're like, I'm hiring a mentor to work on my sacral energy? You'll find there's certain people if you have an undefined sacral where you're like, when I'm around you, I'm lit up like a freaking firecracker and I don't know what is going on. I don't normally feel like this, but I'm just like, and it's like, okay, so your sacral is lighting me up. I don't usually have this, but I love this. What is this? This is nice. Like, we light each other up. We we fill each other's blanks in human design, Michella. Okay, the next [sighs and gasps] one that I wanted to bring was this one. Okay, how to put my current situation into words. I'm currently at an all-time financial low in my business. I have had to resort to pulling out my entire retirement fund to survive. going back to work, even a part-time job since seems so misaligned and like a betrayal to my purpose. It's baffling inside. I'm having breakthrough after breakthrough. I'm in the God zone. I'm embodied. I'm growing at a rapid pace. When I speak during my sessions and programs, it feels so aligned and alive and it's like I'm making a huge impact. However, the sales have not been following my energetic shift. In fact, the more I evolve, the more my income declines and the whole idea of our outer reality matches our inner world makes me wonder what I could possibly be missing. And I don't think it's good to look for anything that I'm missing. I feel like when I'm creating problems to be fixed, that's not the energy I want. I'm a whole and complete as I am. I'm so proud of myself for how far I've come and how much I trust and courage I've had over the years and how it's amplifying and how much consistency I've had. How connected to source I am. I'm evolving rapidly and seeing that I'm that my potential and what I'm creating is beyond what I can even imagine. Am I too attached to money? Is the setback that I expect my financial abundance to match their inner evolution? If that's the case, how do I unattach from outcomes and be free of expectations regarding money? I'm contemplating the why more than before after yesterday's call. I'm also one who who loves embodiment and being and doing and knowing how. Um, and I'm planning on being on on Monday. So, sh are you in the house? Just to know if you're here. Now, okay, here's the important thing about a share like this. First of all, your vulnerability is so so so so so important and so powerful in a program like this. I want to thank you. Okay, you're here. Thank you for demonstrating this. I think this is so important. Alpha fem team, if we can just bring Char up on on camera, that would be awesome.

So, >> hi. >> Hi. >> Hello. Thank you for being here. >> Thank you so much. Ah, >> so there's a couple of things that I I want to share. One thing is about the whole social media thing. Um, do you document your life on social media at all? >> I've been doing it more and more. So, it's becoming more and more consistent and more and more authentic. Um, especially lately. >> Was there a time maybe at the beginning of your journey that you did it more and then it stopped or did you never really do it? Um, it's ebbed and flowed for sure. >> Like I was really good and then there was some time when I wasn't and it's just kind of >> okay. So I know that I'm a pain in the butt with this and a lot of you are like I don't want to do this on social media. Does it need to be social media? But this is what I want I really want to have to bring home with this first part. I have also ebbed and flowed documenting my life on social media. And the thing is, there are things that I know in my mind, but although I know them, I don't realize every second when I'm not living by them. Does that make sense? >> Yes. >> So, it's like I know them. So, I'm not thinking that I don't know them, but am I living by them 100% of the time? If I'm not thinking about them fully fully, like maybe not as much. So the thing that's like jumping out at me in your question is you're like when I'm leading a call when I'm speaking about these concepts I'm so solid and this for me is such a big shining light on if it is coming through you it is probably for you. This is one of my earliest downloads I wrote on a paper because I was having the time of my life on these coaching calls with my clients, but I would hang up and just feel back to being alone in my car, back to feeling lonely, back to feeling sad. And I remember this one night, I couldn't sleep and I felt like I needed to write something and I was trying to just ignore it cuz I just wanted to sleep and it was like, "No, I'm going to write something." So, I'm expecting this huge essay. And instead, just one sentence came out and it said, "If it comes through you, it's probably for you." And so, I thought, "Okay, let me think about the coaching calls I had today." And I replayed back in my mind what I told my clients. And I wrote it all down. And I was like, "Oh, I'm just going blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah." And while I'm saying it, it's so good. I even have chills. >> And then I'm going to bed stressed, not knowing what's wrong with me. And it's like, >> that was for you. >> That was for you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, the thing with documenting on social media, what it did for me is it made me realize although I know these things, how much of them did I implement today? This is why a lot of people be like, "You want to track your nutrition and be like once I did I tracked my nutrition for so long and then eventually I knew what I was doing and I just kind of eyeballed it." But then I stopped losing weight or I started gaining weight. So I just tracked again and then all of a sudden I started losing weight again. It's like because I didn't count that or that. Come to think about it, I also didn't count that. But that didn't count because I ate it standing up so that doesn't count. And that I drank. I didn't even eat it. So that shouldn't count. And that was a bite of my kids. I didn't even have the whole thing. I just had four bites. Doesn't count. You know, like we have all of these doesn't count moments in the day. And this happens for us as well. And so you might wake up in the morning and not wake up and just be intentional. You pick up your phone and you and you do something instead of being grateful. And then you move through things fast. You have breakfast fast. You drink your coffee fast. there's no like moment for you and then you have a stressed thought about money and you have a thought about people are different or people buy differently or times have changed or things aren't fair or whatever it is and then you notice the one person in your inbox that's like asking questions or wanting a discount and then you think about how things are harder and then you don't realize it but if someone were to ask you about how you see life you would say it in the most beautiful way but in the moment to moment it slips. >> So when I start documenting things again, it just went like my life just went like I everything just went up. >> And it's so crazy because it's like what are things that I do when I document that I would not do? And sometimes it's the simplest little things. So there's all these gorgeous balloons in here, but I had seen this one balloon on Pinterest that had like pearls on it. And so I bought all these pearls at Michaels and I had this vision of having this balloon with all these pearls on it. This is since I've been documenting my days. I was like, I want this pearl balloon in my pictures. So, if I was not documenting my life, there is no way I would have stopped at Michael's and bought I don't even want to say how much dollars, like $30 worth of pearls to decorate a balloon. >> There's no way I would have done that. But this time, I did. And what happened is that I sat on the couch with my mom next to me and I stuck all the little pearls while she told me this beautiful story. And I made the most beautiful balloon. And it is the one that is the one that I've looked at the most. It is the one that everyone has said, "Gosh, isn't that a beautiful balloon?" I've probably taken 726 pictures of this balloon. It has been the highlight of my day. All I keep thinking about is how beautiful this this life is and this balloon. And I think about it all the time. The balloon, the balloon, the balloon, the balloon, the balloon. And I would not have done this. But I would have been grateful and I still would have been Melanie Anne Layer. But that balloon would not have existed. Nor would all of the comments about it. nor would all of the funny things about there's like a net suspended on the ceiling. And so my mom, my seven-y old mom was up there trying to figure out how to get the balloon in the right position and then it was crooked. My sister wasn't satisfied, eight and a half months pregnant like let me get on this thing and let me get the balloon up and Kevin's up there trying to fix the balloon because we want the balloon to be the centerpiece of these things don't happen. We don't laugh this way if it's not that. And it's like those are the details that do not happen without documentation. And so documenting more on social media for sure. And how about also in other ways like writing down your accomplishments at the end of the day or journaling. >> You can the issue >> more of all of it. >> The thing with social media and this why I keep bringing it back is that no one will know if you've posted nothing. If you never post anything, no one will know that you didn't write anything in your journal. you'll forget it so easily. But when you get in a vibe of posting on social media, it's not just the fact that you're doing it. It's the fact that anyone, if you have a business or if you want to be a person of influence, it's two moves with one move. Like, why would you write it anywhere else when writing it there rewrites not just the field of how you see you, but how the world feels about it? It's like this is the vibration of truth for the world to see. There's something about it like when I ask myself why did I how how did I generate $100 million? But it's like I didn't just generate $100 million. What if Facebook goes away? You think you're going to reread all your journals ever again? Like even if I wrote it in a journal, I wouldn't need to rewrite reread my journals for the rest of time. And if something feels really meaningful, I can rewrite it. I also write them all in my notes. Anything I wrote on Facebook, I write in my notes. All the pictures I take, I keep in my phone. But it's just the feeling of like it's being put out there in the world as who I am. It's who I am to me and it's who I am to anyone else. I know that people know me for who I am. when I end up talking more about the the birthday and that people see you know even my birthday balloons say happy birthday Melanie an freaking layer but it's like I will remember next year not just the balloons that say happy birthday Melanie anne freaking layer but I'll remember Melanne freaking layer and that will remind me of when my thing crashed and it'll remind me of mission to millions and it will remind me of and it will remind you of that if my balloons come up next year or if I post about them again or even just the care like you it's as if you're you're here at my birthday party if you You remember me signing that at the end of a email and then all of a sudden it's at the back it's at the bottom of my balloon and it's like we are we are connected to thousands of people. How do people matter to us unless we know things about them?

And so how do you belong to people that you don't feel you matter to and that don't matter to you? So it it almost feels like I don't know that anybody will see it all. I don't know that they need to, but I just know that the feeling inside of knowing that it matters to me that it exists out there and that maybe you know this about me. It's like you know what's on my birthday balloons. You're my people. You you know you know about my pearl balloon. You're my people. You know about Kevin's silly jokes about the beginning of our relationship. You know, and it doesn't mean you need to put everything on social media. You could have a journal entry that's like this is for me. But you could also post on social media and say, you know, I wrote such a beautiful journal entry today and it feels so personal and beautiful and I'm going to cherish it forever. You don't need to post what it is.

You know what I mean? It's not about showing off. It's about representing the things you want to anchor in about yourself in a way that really look like like I'll give you an example. My my siblings, they don't want their kids showing up on the internet. My sister's a little different. If it's in an Instagram story or if it's a very artistic shot, you can't see most of their faces. They're edited beautifully. Like, it's okay. My brother is like, "No, no kids on the on social media."

Yeah.

They've got to be so blurred. They've got to be in the background. They've got to be like, they can be a representation of kids, but that doesn't matter. You think when I see the pictures of of this house and where where we are and the my cake and my pearl balloons and my balloons that are falling apart cuz the kids have been kicking them all over the place and the You think I won't remember? Of course I will. And when I when I describe it because I haven't even started describing my birthday yet.

Like literally I've given little flashes little flashes. But when I when I have when I post a picture of my morning coffee with the toys all over the floor, that's a representation. The kids aren't even in it. You don't need to give what you don't want to give. It's you represent what you want to represent. But what I feel is missing for you is you don't have early on in my in my career, I led a program. And for those of you who know that I have this offer, this 38% off offer today. If you want to buy something cool, ask about the money program. It's called Money, a journey beyond illusion. I think it's like maybe 500 bucks and then you get 38% off on it.

Ask about it. I I go into this master class and I teach about all these ways that animals behave and all these ways that people are and in it there's this analogy where I say like if God were a fly on the wall, you live your life as though get God were a fly on the wall. M

and that was one of the things about social media for me is it felt like I could post as though God were a fly on the wall. My or like my best client was a fly on the wall. Like this is who I am when I when I'm aware. And so right now what I know is that when you're aware you deliver extraordinary coaching and me mentorship for your clients. But when you're in your own thoughts, you don't have the same energetic standard.

And so documenting more like even the little things maybe especially even um especially it's going to keep me in the energy more consistently. Okay. And it's going to remind you because sometimes this is what happens. Like we start off our journeys and it's the small things that catapult us. We start feeling grateful for the tiniest little things and our life starts to change and then we become deeper and deeper with the context and the concepts and we get it but we stop living by the little things and all of a sudden the magic isn't there for us anymore. Mhm.

But it's like we don't want to go so deep into the concepts that the representation of them goes away.

Ah, I see. So you have your deep posts and then the little things that like represents what you were talking about in the deeper stuff.

Yes.

It's just all >> and you'd be so surprised like how many pictures did I take? >> One. Okay. One bottle of dump. I've made $100 million. I could literally do anything. I could say it's my birthday. I'm chartering a private jet. I'm going to Bora Bora and I'm buying all new clothes halfway there and like I could do anything. What What do I have? I have 17 pictures of me opening a gift, lighting a candle, and popping a bottle of dump. [clears throat]

That is relatable to everyone.

Anyone can pop a bottle of champagne in front of red roses and light a candle. Anyone. But will they will they be as grateful for the red roses? Will they stage it and look at it and go, "Gosh, what is my life?" Will they romanticize such a simple moment? Well, maybe with my post they will.

And it's like, I could do anything. My pearl balloon, once you see my pearl balloon, you're going to be very proud of me. I meticulously picked every little pearl on that balloon. And it's like, it's a $30 balloon. Is it excessive? Yes. Is it more excessive than a party dress I'm only going to wear once or a $250 blowout when I actually have like snow head and a beanie on because who cares? But I spent $30 on my balloon. Like we're still the same. And we remind people in the little things. That's why it's like it's my morning coffee. It's sitting by the fire. It's lighting a candle. It's

it's it's snowing outside. Most of my representations are representations that remind people I could have done that. [clears throat]

Even my birthday, the the morning of my birthday, what did I wait for? What did Kevin go out for? A birthday quasan. Everything was closed. I waited. I waited. I waited and eventually put a sparkler and my birthday and I made a wish. Anyone can have a birthday. He could have gone to Paris to get me one. But it's like it's the simple gratitude like my quasant came in my sparkler in it and I just had the I was just so grateful and so happy and I ate every almost every bite I oh my gosh I was so happy. That's what it's really about. So the depth of my understanding of life, my deep contemplations that explain the depth of why what I'm doing works, but living by the simplest pleasures, satisfactions, beauty, gratitude, love, connection, care, meaning. It's those two things together. I live by the simple things and then I understand why they work because of the deeper breakthroughs that come. Like a temporal coherence is a breakthrough that explains why documenting my life on Facebook made me $100 million.

What's the what's the goal of understanding a temporal coherence if you don't do what you need to do in order for it to to happen? And like what makes it happen is not understanding it. It's doing the things that eventually rewrite you across time.

And so this is the biggest difference I think with a lot of the people you know you look at people online they're they're either trying to do the big things or they're staying with the little things but they're not bridging all of themselves.

This is too right there. The bridging.

Yes.

The bridging. Yes. That's like the key word right there.

From who you were to who you're becoming is your atmporal coherence.

Why is it that I was such a magnet for miracles before I knew what the heck I was doing? And why is it that I'm making more money than I ever thought I could while I'm still doing the things I used to do at the beginning? Shouldn't I have not known enough for it to work? Shouldn't I know more that the beginning stuff I did it don't matter anymore? No. That's the bridge. They're connected. [clears throat]

But back then, I got paid for only what I was doing in the present. Now, I'm being paid for what I was doing in the present, backed by my past, amplified by the God's own knowing of what I'll continue to do.

So, I'm doing the same things, but they're backed by a temporal coherence. Before, they were just backed by courage. We're going to get into that in the next module. This is what really makes things matter.

You do the same thing. What does a basketball player do differently on the first basketball game and the hundth basketball game?

It's like the skills get a little bit better. The skills get better, but the things aren't different.

He's different is what it is. He's different.

because he knows himself as someone who has been, who is, and who will continue to be excellent. Whereas in the past, he hoped [clears throat] he'd be good. So we need you need to go back and source more from that original courage, dedication to detail, simplicity, humanity and bring that and bridge that in with your wisdom and your greatness instead of trying to rely on the greatness.

I don't rely on my greatness. I have so much of it and still the thing I'm in the I'm on the playing field with you guys all the time is my courage. Have you noticed that? [clears throat]

I could be talking to you about how great I am and what I've done and I could be telling you about how I know what I'm talking about and instead I'm talking to you about the balloon I I did yesterday or the day before. I'm talking to you about what's happening right now. How my life is changing right now. Even though I have so many stories to tell you about. I I could rely on my past. I could I could lean on all of my power. But I choose to stay connected to the courage and that's what creates the bridge for all of us.

This is beautiful. I think the bridge piece is really really big. And you said something about not relying on my greatness as much like use all of it. So it's just like it's bringing in all the little the little smaller details of life. So it's I mean it's doing more as far as a documentation piece, but otherwise I'm not going to be doing more. It's just going to be like showing what I already do and then that'll motivate me to even continue to rise and do more. I love it.

And the more >> and I'm listening to this again. >> Yes. But the more you're doing in real time, the more you believe in everything you do anyway.

Like the fact that you did something in the past is good, but it's not alive.

You feel the most alive when the thing that you're talking about is happening now. This is why I'm so satisfied by my

Life because there's always something happening right now. And I really think this is why people want to come with me because they're not like, "Oh, let me come hear about how you used to be brave. Let me hear about how you became something and I could too one day because of what you've done." It's like, "Where are we going? What are we doing? What did you just realize? What's happening now? How am I growing right now or yesterday? Not years ago. I'm about to have the greatest year of my life." And so you guys are here for that.

Not that I've not what I've done like okay I've done that that's cool and that obviously that's cool but if you wouldn't rely on that for why you hire me like that's cool but like if that's what was required how would I have ever built this because before I had it I didn't have it but I always knew I was going to have the best year next year I knew that in my body and I knew that I just had the best week that I'd ever had and the best week that I could possibly have and the best week I'm going to have next week. That's the temporal coherence that I'm talking about that we start to create this like aliveness and it that's what we're really drawn to. It's this it's happening now. I'm part of history in the making now. I'm not just a bypassing person watching the past. Leaders aren't attracted to that. I don't want to just see what you did. I don't want to know what you knew three years ago. I want to know what you know now. What? And what what does what you know now help you do now?

Because if you knew things back then and they helped you be successful, but they're not working anymore. Do I really want to know what they were? No. You want to know what what works now? Yes. So I want to be an alive field that is consistently evolving for me, for you, for us. And that is built in the little things. It's the simplest things. Like this is why underneath all of the magic, the reason for the the house of prosperity is still the pineapple season analogy. Because when is it not a pineapple? It's a pineapple when it doesn't look like one. It's a pineapple when it's fully underground. It's a pineapple when it's not ripe. It's a pineapple when it's ripe. It's a pineapple when it's picked. And it's a pineapple when it's in a smoothie. Like, it's always a pineapple, but didn't look like one. It's not ready. It's not ripe, but it's a pineapple.

And how do you make that happen? Have we become so sophisticated that we found a better way than to just plant, water, tend to, prune, pick, devour? Is there a different strategy? H even though you know all the wisdom of the world of how pineapples are made, does that make you grow pineapples any better than what you've got to do? So it's like we've got to water our life with gratitude and presence and all the all the wisdom will come. But wisdom without embodied aliveness just doesn't represent anything. Like the best part of it all is my wisdom is is it just explains how the little things work. So I'm explaining the big things without the in between to show how it works and to feel how it works. And I have it to be blowing to be so excited by the little things cuz you're just so excited that everything is working that when you talk about the big things, they're backed up by all of this wild magic that you feel for the simple things. Because this is what's this is the crazy thing. We get so excited about the little things, but we don't have words for them. And it feels like if we just had words for them, but then eventually we find the words for them. But because we have the words, we stop living the little things and we get kind of like, and now I have the words. It's like, yeah, but imagine if you had the words and the feelings. Got to have the feelings with it. You got to have the feelings with it.

I love this whole thing. I'm so excited to just see how it sinks in and watch it again tomorrow and hear all these words of wisdom when I'm like taking notes. Right now, I'm just feeling it. Yes. Good. That's And tomorrow I'm gonna have my notebook out. Yes. [laughter] I love it. Thank you for coming up with this. Thank you so much. [sighs]

So, you guys, here's the thing about these conversations and we're not done. like there's other questions and they're going to show up on other Q&A and there's other another extraordinary segment that's going to be brought into this program that I'm so excited about that's all about trust and the trust fall and you're going to get to really have a behind-the-scenes discussion with some of my clients that have done some crazy things with me this year where you're going to see like how the little things have really shaped our lives in massive ways. But what I want you to just lean into from this Q&A and what I feel has been the resounding like breakthrough is you've got to live by it. And you don't live by it by doing big things. You live by it by doing the little things. The big things usually fall out of the sky. But the thing is not everyone ever like a fraction of the world ever experiences the big things. The big things are in the god zone. If you don't have cocreation with the god zone, the big things tend to not show up. But it doesn't matter because some people don't even care about the big things. First of all, they don't even know to want them. But most of the world isn't changed by the big things. The amount of people that have come to me and chosen me as a mentor, we'll do it. We'll we'll do it in the comment section. If the reason that you have hired me is because and only because you saw pictures of me on a private jet and I've made $100 million in my life. If this is the only reason and there is this is the number one leading reason. If that's the number one leading reason say I I want to see how many people I've actually got nos so far. Okay. Absolutely not. No. Okay.

If the reason you've decided to work with me is because of something that you feel, something that you feel about you, a beauty about something, almost like a nostalgia of something that you know inside is actually a key for you. If it's about my quality of life, if it's the way that I I am even though I I have what I have and I how I I I live with being who I am, it feels closer to who you might want to be able to remain. Like I'm a lot more like I'm exactly more like who you are now. And then you're just like this plus add money and don't change. Like that's who I want to be. Now look. So what do the big things matter? They don't impress people. Not the right people anyway. They don't impress them like, "Oh, you made $100 million and you've gotten on a jet before. You're my person." But it can be like, "Wow, that's so cool for you and I'm so happy for you, but only if you care about me at all." Or you think you relate to me and you think, "Gosh, I could actually have something like that cuz I'm that kind of person." And if that can happen to her and we're so similar, then then maybe one day could happen to me. I don't even know if I want it, but it's cool to know that I can. And like this is kind of the energy. So people don't need you to be super successful. They don't need you to do anything other than be you and be living a life that they think, gosh, if I could just be a little more present, a little more optimistic, a little more grateful, if I could create a little more beauty in my life, if I could see life that way, I would be better for it. And then when they meet you, they say, "You know what? Being with you is actually a really good thing for me. So, what do you do? Cuz whatever it is, I'd like to hire you. I'm a tax strategist. Perfect. I need help with my taxes. I'm a house decorator. Really? I've been thinking of redoing my master bedroom. I I help people organize their kitchens. I've been looking for that all of my life. Like, people will want to hire you even without needing what you do. They'll be like, "That's what you do? Well, I guess that's what I want." Because the fact is we all want to be surrounded by people in life that have something that remind us to be who we really are. And it's like I've got to hire people for stuff anyway. So tell me what you do and let me see how I can fit that into my life. You're a plant doula. You help me not kill my plants. I have one in the kitchen that's almost dead. I am hiring you. You can help me with my cactus. like there's nothing we won't hire each other for because if it's like you in my life is good for me then I'm in and there's so many projects we have.

So this work and why it's money through a temporal coherence is that what makes people extraordinary to a person is how extraordinary that person feels when they're with you. And not because you're making them feel that way, because anyone can do that. If I treat you extra special and you just you, I do everything for you and I burn myself out trying to make you feel something. Everyone can do that. But then we burn out. But just being a representation of me that reminds you that you can be a representation of you and to do my job while I'm doing that. It's like I could choose any baker in the world, but I choose you. I could choose any hair stylist in the world, but I choose you. I literally travel six hours to get my my nails done every 3 weeks because the person that does my nails is my person. And I will and I travel 6 hours every 3 weeks to get my nails done like clockwork. It's not it's not about the nails, just by the way. It's about her. And so I know in every fiber of my being that people will travel six hours financially to be with me. They'll spend a little more because it's me. I spend a little more because it's her. More time, more energy, more money because it's her and I'm that her. Except instead of doing nails, I teach people things about life. I remind people things about who they are. I I speak. I I create ways of explaining things that make people click. I That's my thing. She does my nails. I if I'm willing to do that with her, my my clients are coming. And I think that's that's a big thing. If we can remember that, if I'm the client that I wish for, my clients exist. I know that my clients exist because I am loyal. I am Michelin star friend. Michelin star nail client, Michelin star hair client, Michelin star hotel client. Like I will fly across an ocean for my person. And so I'm not worried about underchar overcharging. I'm not worried about it being complicated. I'm not worried about time zones. I'm not worried about anything because my clients exist if I exist. And when you become that person, you start having faith in people and you see them in the God zone. I'm a God's own client. God's own clients exist. And I also know that she has clients that don't need to travel six hours. They live next door and they choose her. And I can have clients that it's easy to pick me. Also, the price point's easy. Saying yes to me is easy. Those also exist. The more we are limitless, we don't take things for granted. We're willing to do what it takes for the things we desire and we're grateful beyond belief. We we care. We love it. The more we are that, the more the magic shows up, the more the money shows up, the way the clients show up, the way the miracles show, everything shows up.

So, this is your reminder now until our next session. No matter what kind of aversion you have had to social media, let it go. Because I'm telling you, social media is a mirror of the world. If you block because of what people think, you you do that everywhere. If you block because it's not perfect enough, you do that everywhere. If you block because it's private and you don't want people to know, it's because the way you would show you the way you would share it is not an accurate response or an accurate depiction of who you want to be in the God zone. It's not the way you would do it if God were a fly on the wall. Elevate, deepen, reconnect, do it for you. And if it doesn't feel like you want to do it on your public social media, do it in this program. Just daily pockets of bliss, daily moments of like I want to anchor this in as a piece of who I am forever. This morning I sat with my morning coffee and I was so present. I almost had tears in my eyes because I real I I just realized how many coffees I've drank in my life and how many moments of bliss I've had as an adult and how fleeting those moments are and how quickly tomorrow's coffee will come and it'll just be like just like that and I want to anchor that in. I want to remember today it snowed and it was beautiful snow and I just looked outside the window and I watched the snow fall for a little bit and I was just reminded today there was this, today there was that. Just these little moments where you don't just go, "Of course, I'm grateful for the snow and of course I'm grateful for that and of course it's like you want to know why relationships don't go well is because people take each other for granted and they say, "Well, of course you know I'm attracted to you. Well, of course you know I want you. Well, of course you know I love you. Well, of course you know you matter to me. I don't need to tell you for you to know you know right? We don't need to do something special every year. We don't need to we don't need to make sure that things go well. We don't need to make attention to details. We don't need So what if it doesn't go well? So what if I forget the important thing? You know, you know that you care about I care about you. You know, don't you have to do the things for you to know? Eventually, it's like, well, I guess so. I guess I needed to see the little things. It's the little things. It's the look in your eye. It's the presence in the moment. It's the feeling in your body when there's a ten when there's tension. And it's sensing the romance. And it's sensing the moment. And it's knowing when the time is now. And it's reading body language. And it's holding hands at the right time. And it's touching in just that way. And it's being in tune. And it's being connected. And it's about sharing moments. And it's about being transparent and being vulnerable. And it's about anchoring in the best moments and seeing each other in the best light and seeing each other in the God zone, honoring each other's power and honoring ourselves and becoming better people as we grow together. And it's the same relationship with God. And it's the same relationship with our clients and it's the same relationship with our people and it's the same relationship with the internet because it's the same relationship with the world and the internet is the world. So just be in relationship with your life and the people in it. Just romance yourself, your life, your world, and let's just see what happens and document as much of it as possible. even if it's just in here with us. But your journal doesn't feel quite as vulnerable as the world and the internet is the world. So find a way to represent it that doesn't feel like you're going against your privacy, but represent it in a way where it's an anchor. We're looking for an anchor, not a proof. See if there's a difference there for you energetically.

So, there's still so many beautiful questions on the Q&A thread and we're going to continue them, but those are the ones that felt the most pertinent for the first answers that I had that I knew would flow well with the program without going too far into what's coming next. Thank you for being here. I love you. You're beautiful. You smell nice. Have the most beautiful evening. And I shall see you on the next module. that mother nature, God, the universe, they have heard us. They received the seed. You planted those seeds however long ago. And golden fruits with crowns are worth being patient for. [music] >> [music] >> Pineapple season is coming.
