Lista kontaktów - Małgorzata Dudziak

Oh, okay, my dear ones from the Project 90 series. This is a very important project, as we said on Monday, you can truly achieve powerful things, provided you get involved, because there is no other option for anything to happen if we simply don't have our involvement. Our determination, our perseverance, because in no area of our lives does anything happen by itself. Of course, there are, you know, people win millions, but that happens once in a blue moon, but what we can do is work out our goal, which we set. And today, today listen, when I was preparing this announcement, I found this quote by Brian Tracy, that your contact list is your gold. It's not the phone or computer, but the people you know determine your success. That's what Brian Tracy said. And we need to learn certain rules that govern network marketing, which have been yielding results for years. And today, listen, the person who will lead this training has been working with a contact list for over a dozen years. She is a senior manager who builds, has been building, and is still building fantastic teams, and these teams are formed solely and exclusively from an active contact list. This contact list, listen, with Małgorzata Dudziak, has been growing for over a dozen years, and it's constantly growing, it's constantly active. And today, listen, Gosia will share golden tips, just as Brian Tracy said, that your contact list is gold. And today Gosia will share golden tips on how to create or how to expand, because surely many of you here have contact lists, but Gosia, listen, because I know her very closely personally, knows certain tips on how to constantly, listen, expand this contact list. Recently, we were at a conference, listen, we organized the "Live Consciously" conference, and people were sitting in front of us, and Gosia said, I'll reveal a little, because it's interesting. Gosia said: "Well, these people in front of me are from my last trip." So listen, this list is constantly being expanded, and from this, Gosia simply has people to work with, club members, whether for products or for cooperation. So, I won't talk any longer today. A warm welcome, Gosia, I greet you today. Tell us all how you work with this list. Maybe a short story, how it originated somewhere, because as you once told me, you have tons of notebooks, notes, where all these people are and where you write them down, where you create these lists, how it all expands. I warmly welcome you. I warmly welcome you all. Thank you, Madzia, for the beautiful introduction. I even wondered myself when I do all this. Well, okay, listen, I know I'm supposed to talk about the golden grail of network marketing today, which is this list, but first, I'll tell you how it all looked. Similar to Sylwia, about whom she spoke yesterday, it was like a duo, twice. The first time it was about health, because I was looking for natural products for my very sick granddaughter, and I also got to know these products by chance. And the second time, when Paweł Lenar invited me to cooperate, it was the second time, precisely to use these products to help people, but also to build my financial independence. And allow me to share a short presentation. Just a moment, I need to do this right now, because something here... Okay. How to build a contact base around you? Listen, it's a vast topic, but I actually started doing it about 15 years ago in my first marketing [Music] and it was like a base of my closest friends. Then, when Paweł and I started working, it was much more extensive. But I'll also tell you how it was in Duo. I became a team leader in Duo in 30 days, but only because at the beginning it was a warm market. I have a question, is everything okay, because I see it's frozen. Magda? No, Gosiu, I hear everything very well. I think so. Okay, because I see my picture is frozen, that's why. Well, that's fine. At the beginning, it was a warm market, so my family, my closest friends, and that's how this first basic list was created. Then, other people started to be added to this list of friends. But I'll also tell you how my list looks. It's very important to write down, first of all, the first and last name. If we got the contact from someone, then either what we associate this person with, where we met them. As I told Madzia recently, it was from my trip, right? Phone number, well, of course, we have it in our second base. Date, either the date of the meeting or the date of registration. Then we mark whether it's a product client or a business client, and also notes, for example, that this person took chlorophyll or prostik, or that I spoke with her and I should contact her in three months, or listen, the best here is one contact from prison, but I wasn't. I had Gosia say that I couldn't hold back anymore, that listen, Gosia reaches everywhere. No, it was simply a trip in which people who worked in prison participated, so that's why this note. So almost all my lists look like this, and it's worth preparing them this way, because later we will know, for example, that we should contact them in three months, but of course, first there should be the date when we contacted them, right? And it's also important, because you know, you write down a name, and then you won't know who it's from, so it's worth making a second column. Now, I really want you to think quickly and write down on a piece of paper five people you will approach, just quickly, don't think about it. And if someone has done it, it would be great if they wrote a one in the chat. How is it with the chat, Madzia, because I don't see it when sharing? Well, so. Where do I get these new people from? Because at some point my warm list ran out, and I had to look further. So, there are certainly many associations in your area or people who run some businesses. It's important that, you know, people know you from various activities of yours, because as Brian Tracy said, people don't trust corporations, they trust individuals, so I'll talk more about Facebook profiles later, but it's about making this profile attract these people, showing who you are. Well, of course, my husband and I got involved in a running club, because there were over 50 people there. Nothing came of our running. We rather do 10,000 steps, we try, but the circle of friends expanded by another 50 people, right? Then, a fantastic event was organized in our town, the Women's Run for Breast Cancer. Madzia and I participated in it, so why not? Another group of people with whom you can talk about products, health, and business. I go to yoga, so there was a yoga retreat, and it's worth taking your business cards to such activities to make contact, because you know, we don't always have catalogs, right, especially at a run. So, and we add more people to the list. Only listen, I know everyone has this idea that they classify people, we don't classify, we write everyone down. Obviously, we'll contact some people faster than others, but it's important that we simply write everyone down, because you might be surprised that the people you think you're on the same wavelength with, and who will be your "dark horses," turn out to be people you don't work with at all, but rather with those you least expect. The next thing is local networking. Listen, a very large group appeared on my list at a truly drastic moment, because when the war in Ukraine started, we helped a lot of the first refugees. And here, from making sandwiches, I have three people in my group. Then we worked in the so-called blue tents in Przemyśl, near the border, so there were more people who also wanted to take care of their families. Here's a trip with Madzia too. We were at a fantastic women's retreat with training sessions, which I barely survived. Madzia is in better shape. Well, but again, nice people, people who we already know take care of themselves, right, because they train. We see what they put on their plates, so there's already some understanding, right? Well, my husband is also involved in local networking, in the local group of businessmen from Przemyśl, and we also have a few people in our group from his meetings. We also organize our own meetings, various events. Here, it was a collagen party. It was supposed to be a collagen party, but since it turned out that 90% of the people in the hall were men, we went with soft marketing, so the presentations are also adapted to the audience. And here I worked with a colleague, at his invitation. And here is our last health conference, because Madzia and I have already organized three in Przemyśl. Well, and I'll say this, I think half the hall was mine, so these my, oh God, sorry, these my people were from my vacations. In fact, one trip, three people, a second trip, five people. And what's great? Listen, there were doctors here, there were nurses, so don't be afraid to approach such people, because these people were very interested in these conferences. Also, some people were from my class, and for example, I'll tell you something, it doesn't always have to be such big events, because I have several people from completely unexpected places. We were sitting with Marzena, dyeing our hair at the hairdresser's. I didn't know Marzena at all. Because you sit with hair dye for some time, we started talking. Well, what? What hurts us, right? I have a fantastic girl in my group, so every moment where you can strike up a conversation is a good moment to gain another new person for cooperation. The last situation, listen, is from today. Last week, I registered a girl who also has some unidentified problems, she was at a conference, she had bioresonance, and it turned out she has, of course, super Lyme disease, and she said that she's only here to help herself and her son, who also turned out to have Lyme disease, that she won't build anything here, but she went into the store because she wanted to buy some cups, and I hear two women talking: "What did you buy here?" And you know, I bought a cream in the Herbapol store to help me with Lyme disease. And she couldn't stand it, she said: "But a cream for Lyme disease?" And the woman said: "Madam, I've been trying to get rid of this Lyme disease for 15 years and nothing helps." And this person, who was supposed to be just a client, arranged a meeting for me tomorrow. So you really don't know when you'll meet someone who will build this buying group with you. And as Paweł said, in this contact list, there will also be people who will help you roll this snowball down the slope and make the snowball bigger and bigger. We also cooperate with various personal trainers, beauty salons, and for example, I was also a speaker at the Club of Entrepreneurial Mothers in Krakow, so we look for various businesses that are in our area and not only in our area, because Madzia also conducts various presentations in different parts of Poland, because we are rather more offline, and that's why we look for face-to-face meetings. It's great to cooperate with trainers, to have trainers on your list, because they are an example for the whole group of people, right? And similarly, beauty salons. It's a great thing, beauticians, because they also talk a lot with their clients during treatments, which often last an hour or more. It's similar with hairdressers, similar with physiotherapists, so I also suggest that such people be on your lists. Well, and social media, which is arguably the biggest place to find people. As Sylwia said yesterday, they find 30 people a day, which is the minimum they find online. It's important here to take care of your profile. Of course, we operate on the medium that is closest to us. For me, it's Facebook, Instagram is still a mystery to me, although of course I use it because posts automatically go to Instagram. But I'll tell you, it's not just about taking care of your profile, but also about reaching out to people who interact with us, because just posting new things there won't bring us new people, we just have to start conversations with them, which will be discussed tomorrow. Listen, it's also like this, how I reach new people. It's something I'm still learning, because my first marketing was very offline. I still prefer, even if I have to talk to someone on Zoom, I prefer, so to speak, face-to-face, not writing. So I also prefer to record the message, but sometimes when I run out of ideas, then I even go into the friends of my friends who didn't want to cooperate with me, but they have cool people on Facebook, you know? And I just approach those people, and in this way, I'll tell you, my list also fills up. And [Music] and oh, I'm so sorry, because of course I had to touch something, just a second. So, listen, I just use everything I can. If there's any event, we usually try to participate with my husband so that we can meet new people. The topic of health is a very important topic, and people really don't need to be forced or dragged into it. Only if you ask what's new with them, there's usually a health problem. When I send birthday wishes every day to people who are among my friends, listen, 20% say: "You know what, everything is fine with me." Most say: "Old misery." Well, if it's old misery, then of course we have an offer. And as I said, don't be afraid to approach these people. At worst, someone won't respond, at worst, they won't reply, but for me, Facebook is simply a gold mine. That's exactly what a gold mine is. And this gold mine, you know, I have it in my phone, but generally, this is my favorite contact list, because you have to sit down at the computer, and here it's written on paper, and I just choose who I'm going to call today, because here there are, I think, over, I think there are about 1000 people, and of course, there are still people I haven't called yet. [Music] Honestly, I don't know what else I should say. Ah, what is also very important is regular contact, to meet with these people, to maintain short messages, coffee meetings. Well, these coffee meetings are my favorite part of regular contacts. Whether they are online coffees or offline coffees, because I do those the most. And you know, success really starts in the head, because everyone knows more people than they think. So, at the beginning, you know, when I was making this list for the first time, it was like this. I wrote down my classmates from one class, from another class, then I remembered, oh, I still go to the hairdresser. Oh, I go to the beautician. And I started writing down these people from my immediate circle, right? Then, my daughters are already adults, they also have friends. Those friends have children, so there are also health problems. Then, these children, i.e., my daughters' friends, have their parents. I know them from parent-teacher meetings. And in this way, the contact list keeps growing. Well, and what, maybe someone has some questions? Yes, Gosiu, listen, here's a question, do you always call people? No, I mean, on Facebook, I write at the beginning, on Facebook, when I approach someone, I send a friend request, right? Then I choose people who are smiling in their photos, and if these people accept my invitation, then I greet them very warmly among my friends, and if the person replies, then I start writing to them. First writing, then voice messages, and then, if we can, we arrange a video call. Well, I think I've already answered Madzia, because Madzia asked if it's better to write or record, so it was already answered. Listen, at the beginning, I write, because it's like I'm waiting for the other person a bit, you know? And then I record, because it's nice when the person hears the voice, and then the contact is closer, right? And we want it to be a warm contact. And you know, one more thing, one thought came to my mind, Zig Ziglar. There's a fantastic quote that you can achieve anything you want in life if you just help enough people achieve what they want. So don't be afraid to talk to people, because we truly have opportunities, both health-related, business-related, and developmental, and every person who starts working with you will find something for themselves here. Are there any other questions? Yes, Gosiu, because I'm talking here, but how did you get the phone numbers of so many people on that trip? Listen, the trip, the last trip was terrible, because it was all by bus, on time, just peeing every three hours and 15 minutes, because it was all rush, rush, rush, we visited a lot. Well, and listen, the best part was that we traveled by bus for a very long time on the first day, 20 hours, and on the second day, people had such swollen legs, and I said: "Listen, everyone here needs chlorophyll to draw water from the body." So immediately there were, well, maybe not everyone, but in my group, which was somewhere in the back of the bus, right? And thanks to that, people started asking what this chlorophyll is and so on. Well, you know, it turned out that there were some acquaintances on this trip who I didn't have on my list at all, because they somehow slipped my mind, so there was no problem. Especially since the head of the trip agreed to let me invite these people to the conference, because it was before our conference, right? So here they already had my phone number, and then, in fact, some of these people came to the conference, and from some, I asked for their phone number to meet and talk about the trip and more. Yes, listen, very often during conversations, when you talk to people normally, whether about health, well, in Poland, we're great, because when you ask a person what's new with them, you usually, you know, the other side will pour out, either we feel bad, or something is wrong. And then during a normal conversation, I, for example, often do this: "You know what, are you on Facebook? Let's exchange contacts and I'll send you my invitation right away, and I'll have that person on Facebook, I'll add them to the contact list." So here, during these conversations, you need to exchange contacts as quickly as possible, even on social media, right? There's also a question, I don't know if I'm reading it correctly, but what do you write, Gosia, for example, after the greeting, when the person replies, how do you proceed to the specifics, recruitment, or sales. I don't know if that's what Monika meant, but I think so. You know, it varies, because once I have that person as a friend, I just browse their profile. And then, because before inviting, many people have closed profiles, and then I try to refer to what I see on the profile. If I see that someone has a beautiful garden, I compliment them, saying that I see you take great care of your garden, that you have beautiful plantings, and so on. I'll ask something. If, for example, it's a profile with children, then I'll ask something in that direction. You know, the worst is when I come across a profile where there are only collections for sick children, that just weakens me, so then I ask quite directly: "Listen, Madziu, can you tell me what you do for a living?" And that's it. And usually here, even if the conversation is about the garden, at some point I ask: "Can you tell me what you do for a living?" So then, if the person answers, because there are those who answer, and there are those who don't, then when she answers, there's usually also the question: "And what do you do?" So I lead to arranging a Zoom meeting, because I say that it's impossible to explain this in two sentences, and let's meet for half an hour for an online coffee, let's talk, and I'll tell you. Well, and here, listen, we lead to, because Monika is writing here, whether to recruitment, to sales. Listen, during this conversation, we lead to a meeting, to be clear. We lead to a meeting. If someone cannot or for some reason, then of course we act, maybe we'll send a presentation or something, but our action leads, and this conversation leads to a meeting. Yes, absolutely. I saw there, just a moment. Monika, [Music] are you still trying? You send a request, and that person replies. Do you try to write something else, or do you just treat it as a dead contact and delete it? No, I don't delete anyone from my friends list, even if someone hasn't replied. If they haven't replied, I wait, say, two days. I'll make another approach. If they still don't reply, then they just are, and that's it. Well, let's remember that. Ah, sorry, Madzia, just a moment. If they don't reply, at some point they'll have a birthday, then I'll send wishes. And very often these people respond after such wishes, you know? Besides, I see that these people are observing, liking, so let them be. After some time, I'll contact them again. Let's remember that by removing a person from our friends list, we might lose a very good client in the future in every respect, because we never know when we will inspire that person, right, on our profile. If we work on our profile every day, and it happens at some point that this person responded to me two years ago, but at this moment something inspired them, something struck them, they would want to write something, then they can get in touch after two, three, four, five, or seven years, because we have such situations, so so just don't delete anyone from the list. Listen, we are farmers, we sow. Yes, Madzia said after seven years, indeed, I had a friend who waited more than 7 years. She had a presentation done at the very beginning, because she was a close friend. She knew about these products. Well, but she didn't think about it then, and after seven years, when her husband was really very ill, she said: "Give me those supplements." I said: "Well, you know, we would have done a bit less work 7 years ago and gotten out of it a bit faster." But seeds grow at different rates. Sometimes, of course, they won't grow, but usually a very large percentage of people return, even those who initially said no. Whether it was no to the product, or no to the company, or no because they don't want to work, it doesn't matter. Well, exactly, someone contacted me after a year, so there's no point in deleting anyone from your friends list, because as Madzia said, you never know when that person will get in touch and something will interest them, currently, for example, on your profile. Are there any other questions here, maybe? Recruitment, sales. Well, someone is writing that today someone contacted me after a year, so you see, so it's not worth cleaning up your Facebook, because we are rather going in the direction that this contact list, because it is also, in a sense, a Facebook contact list, should be as large as possible, and let's remember that it is simply our personal, business capital, this contact list. any, whether it's a contact list on your phone, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or simply from your circle of friends, it is your capital, and you must draw from it, you must make contact. Otherwise, listen, unfortunately, it won't work. Let's remember that the baton is ours, we have to reach out, no one will knock on our door. Unless, perhaps, when they are in such a dilemma that they need a product, but in reality, we are the people who must make contact. They must make contact. Listen, because we have the 90-day program, Sylwia gave us homework yesterday, I wonder who did it. So I have homework for you too. Please add 30 contacts to your list by tomorrow. You have the whole day, 24 hours, and I kindly ask you to report tomorrow that the homework has been done. Whether it's Bravo Karina. Whether it's people from Facebook, or people, listen, look how many people you have in your phone, because I haven't even said that yet. There's a treasure trove there, and we don't even think about it. I was looking for someone recently and typed in Agata, and I couldn't believe my eyes that I have 15 Agatas in my phone. The next name, again. So this is truly a treasure trove, and we need to get those people from the phone too. I haven't done that in a long time, so I guess I need to check and update my list with those people who are in my phone, because this is also our next, well, the next quite large group of people we can meet. And you know, it's also like this, when you meet someone, recommendations are also important, because for example, I see that a friend with whom, you know, sometimes I even advise people, I work with someone, I see on Facebook she has, say, 150 people. I browse her list and say: "You know what? I'd love to meet Monika, or that Kasia has a great profile." And I also give her ideas on who she could add to her list and for us to meet together, if she's not ready yet, you know? So this is the next thing, but also, as you know, when I'm already talking to someone, when I already have that meeting, whether online or offline, I also ask: "Listen, don't you know anyone who could use these products, or maybe needs extra money, so that it's also a recommendation. Think about who else could benefit from what I've offered you." So this is also a great thing, and usually, you know, when there's a presentation of Thermomix, Rumba, or anything, those people always ask: "Can you give me 10 of your friends to whom I could go with a presentation?" And it's the same here, think about it in this way, that even if you already have someone, ask them, and if they cannot, or simply don't want to do it, then ask for such a warm recommendation. Piotr is writing here that more and more companies are writing that you need to be patient, give them time. They are observing, they will contact you themselves. I'll say, but sometimes you can wait a very long time, so it's better to reach out to people yourself first, because today I had a meeting with a colleague who is giving herself a third chance in DuoLife. She just joined the 90-day program, and she also says that she runs her profile excellently on TikTok, she has 2300 followers, and I say: "You know what, I guess I finally have to start doing something with this TikTok." I say: "Because surely you're not doing this TikTok just to record yourself, but for something, so that it brings you results in your contact list, right?" And she says: "Exactly, as Sylwia said yesterday about those 30 people a day, so keep me in check and ask if I have 30 people a day." And that I understand. Okay, my dears. Are there any other questions? I'll add, listen, to what Gosia said. In the last settlement period, I actually registered a lady from the office. This is also a great tip, that you should always tell the person you are registering that if they remember someone, or if someone in the family has problems, then they should call you. Imagine, I registered that person, she brought another friend to that meeting, so I registered two people for cleansing, and listen, I already have probably the fourth or fifth meeting organized through her, even though, listen, the person absolutely doesn't work, she doesn't have time, and she told me that upfront, but listen, she passes on her contacts because she has the whole office of people, and they all have problems, as she claims, and she keeps calling: "Madzia, this lady has this and that. Will you pop in for a moment?" And I'm constantly in the market because that's where most of the meetings are. So always ask that person, "Listen, maybe you have someone in the family, maybe someone among friends needs it, think about it." People immediately remember that this person has anemia, that one hurts, that one has something wrong, and you'll see how this contact list will expand day by day, so don't limit yourself. Remember that whoever asks does not wander, and here is such a principle, to ask. Magda is also writing here that Facebook has a limit of 5000, should I do a clean-up and delete people. You know what? I think you might have some people who are simply fake accounts, because I see it here too, I don't delete them, I don't delete them because I just don't feel like it, but you know, I keep getting invitations from handsome 50, 60-year-old officers, soldiers, sailors, and so on. So I know these are fake accounts and I don't accept these invitations, but they make up the number, so maybe it would be worth checking if these are indeed real people, you know? Maybe with that in mind, to, like, do a bit of a clean-up, but to accidentally not delete someone who they will later regret. And a question for Madzia. There's also a question about recommendations. Listen, you inform that person about everything, if she doesn't want to cooperate in any case, she just uses the cleansing. And that was the case with this lady. She said that absolutely, even though I informed her that if it goes through her recommendation, the products will be cheaper. She's just backing out of it. She doesn't have time for it. She won't be involved in it. So, of course, if you inform the given person, then these people go from your recommendation. Simply, if you inform them, "Listen, you're giving me people, you can benefit from it, you can get a commission from the margin," if she hears it and you are her supporting person, meaning, I don't know, you do a presentation or something like that, and she is there with you and starts cooperating with you, then of course it goes from her recommendation. It's the same with me, if, for example, Marzenka is with me at a presentation and she brought that person, then of course she is the recommending person, right? But if someone, because I also have people like you, Madzia, where someone just tells me about it and says: "Take care of it, because I won't deal with it," and I won't maintain contact with her later or anything, then it's my recommendation. But of course, it's in that person's line. Well. Are there any other questions, my dears? Do we consider the topic exhausted? Well, in that case, we are ending today's meeting. Tomorrow is the next part, which is inviting. It will be led by two fantastic leaders. You will see that tomorrow, and tomorrow they will show you how to invite people to, whether to personal meetings, or to events, to conferences, because you can say that everything counts in our work, so tomorrow you will hear more tips on how to do all this. Today, thank you very much, Gosia. Oh, I see Paweł has appeared. Well, I also thank you all very much. I appeared and I've been listening in for about 20-something or 30 minutes. Listen, I couldn't be here from the beginning today, because from 7 PM I was leading a meeting for Hungary as well, because, you know, we also operate internationally, so I spent an hour and a half there, with the marketing plan, with new things, and also with how to recommend, how to build your organization. The energy was also truly amazing. We have a truly wonderful time ahead of us. I believe that today's training is also of very high quality. Besides, we learn from practitioners. Gosia is, well, in a class of her own, as everyone has heard. A multiple winner of our company recommendation contests. A person who, you know, when she says she'll do something, it's not just talk, she immediately puts it into practice. She's someone you never have to repeat things to twice. Just once, and she's already doing it. Similarly, when she announces that she'll prepare this or that, the presentation or material is ready in a moment. And listen, this is also, in my opinion, the source of her success. Listen, not only knowledge, not only skills, but above all implementation, i.e., implementing what she says. You know, she sometimes talks about simple things, but she just does it immediately, while other people think, analyze, maybe it should be said differently, maybe I'll watch two more trainings, maybe I'll start tomorrow, maybe I'm not ready yet, you know. And this is what holds us back from contacting, from having conversations. Don't think, start acting, just do your job, and it brings truly fantastic things. So I think this will also be another very good material that we will return to. Thanks a lot. See you tomorrow, listen. I think that a lot of positive things will happen in the near future, and I wish everyone that it becomes a part of all of us. Good evening. Thanks again. See you. Take care. Bye.
