Um, he rented one of his houses out to a private tenant through an agency. They did the background checks, they did all the, you know, deposit schemes and everything. And they paid either a month or two months rent up front, then a deposit and everything else.
And when it came to the next payment that they had to make, they missed the payment. So, the agents contacted him and said they haven't paid. He'd already spoken to the tenants and he actually said even still now they're great tenants. So he spoke to them, had a conversation, spoke to the agents and it turned out that they wanted a council house. And the council said to them the only way that they would get a council house is if they get evicted from the property that they're in. And the only way they could get evicted was by not paying the rent and getting the landlord to get them evicted. And they was using that house to get them a council house.
