Hi everybody. In 2020, we presented a case, uh, in which we explained conventional angiographic confirmed St opposition in a bifurcation lesion. This is the original case, uh, although we did not use St puff or Po puff as a name of the technique. We describe the technique in two steps.

First step is stand puff after lesion predation. This is a C2 lesion and side branch is two. Uh, we implant stand and at optimal pressure, uh, and uh, at the time of balloon stand balloon dilation we introduce some contrast medium. As you see, contrast medium is penetrated into side branch, uh, perfusion. The side branch persisted, and it means positive stand puff sign. It means we need POT, and we applied POT, and perfusion in the side branch blocked, and it means optimal Stander position in the proximal S. This is the final angiogram.

And we said that, uh, two-stage: in the first stage, if stand puff sign is negative, we can, we don't need, uh, any further intervention. Uh, if, if stand puff is positive, we have to perform POT. You see now angiographic images, and we applied POT. This is, uh, stand puff technique positive. It means POT is necessary as a second step. We applied POT. As you see, there is no perfusion into the side branch, and it means confirmation of the stand-up position in the proximal main vessel. This is the final angiogram.

Uh, although the ostium of the side branch is pinched, perfusion is good. There is no chest pain and ECG changes. This is the final angiogram in this patient, and, uh, the committee gave us a certificate.
