That's my mom 39 years ago. So, um, I'm the marketing manager for SkinPen and under Crown Laboratories. So, it's exclusively distributed by H. So we don't sell direct, Iram. Iram. Yes. So, Mao Nieto. So, um, currently the SkinPen and other premium products are exclusively distributed by HealthSpan. We're located in Presenium Rockwell. We have an academy. We train a lot of doctors. Our brand values are education, innovation, and customer service. That's why we also partner with Enercell, a premium clinic here in Greenhills, a newly premium clinic, because we believe that it's better that we partner with them because we can't sell directly to the consumer. It's better that the experts know; we train them first. Mm. Premium skin is. It's from Crown Aesthetics in the US.

So, unlike iyung mga cars from when did it uh start here in the Philippines? We started SkinPen last year alone, and with last year alone we sold more than 100 pens in one year. Mm. So, right now we're going for 200. So that's the number of pens you can avail nationwide in the Philippines. So, right now, um, uh, from north to uh, from uh, north to south, available even in the far areas in Visayas. So, ah, saan ako naputol kanina, ma'am? So, yun nga, it's very premium in the US. So you're familiar with cars, ba? Ang mga cars, ah, pag dumating dito, parts t's ia-assemble. With SkinPen, we don't. Sa US siya engineered, US engineered, patented technology, at dadating siya dito. Dito. iPhones. I'm seeing a lot of iPhones here. So, iPhones kasi 'ba, the design is in California, yeah, but they assemble in China. It's nothing against it, but I mean, still, you know, that they assemble. Hindi siya buo, unlike with this one, buo. So you're assured in terms of the quality and all the parts and even the charger, the simplest charger, galing sa, and then we warrantied or sell for everything, and of course, ang priority is your safety, even the needles na gagamitin sa inyo.

Now, if you ask me the needles, ang dami namang microneedling, eh. Open your Shopee, open your Lazada, you can buy your own. But it doesn't guarantee you safety, and it doesn't guarantee you the result that the premium brand can offer. So let me do this in lay. Ah, no offense on the Android, pero bakit tayo lahat naka-iPhone? It's like the iPhone of microneedling. It's like the Mercedes-Benz of microneedling. Ganun siya ka-premium. Sino ba yung mga gumagamit ng SkinPen in the US? We have Jennifer Aniston and Victoria Beckham. So, yung mga younger, baka hindi na nila kilala. But ask your mom or your dad about it; Victoria Beckham is the wife of David. The sa London siya. Yes. Because we have also SkinPen in London. London and then US is Jennifer Aniston. But as much as we want to, kasi 'ba, pag mga celebrities and influencers, hindi naman nila sasabihin lagi na nagpapagawa sila. But of course, this is the first and only US FDA approved. How important it is sa inyo. Would you try something on your face na hindi approved ng Philippine and lalo na ng US? Sa amin sa industry, I've been for more than 10 years in aesthetics and 20 plus years in the farming industry. Ah, dito sa Philippines, may mga regulations na, but US, chicken, pinakamahirap magpa-approve ng products is in the US market, skin care man yan. Name, I think, Kiehl's is US, yung mga known brands is US, MAC is US, Kiko Milano is, Pirus Cosmetic and Skin Care brands, pinakamahirap sila mag-approve, kahit European product po sila sa US. So ito, US FDA na siya. Then when we brought it here together with her his or hers sister, it's US FDA. This is probiotics, I'll go this later on, but the main star, as mentioned by ma'am, thank you for this opportunity, is really SkinPen. So, you buyada to's ginawa mo or meron kang pinuntahang to's ginamit sayo, hindi standard microneedling. Even yung ano niya, yung pa-apples to apples niya, I don't want to mention brands kasi I don't, I'm not the kind of marketing na direct on. Kita, may isang brand niya na nauna dito, yung the Bluetooth, the ano, may medyo may discrepancy pa doon, pero hindi siya accurate 'ba? Pag medyo digital, minsan naghahango, mga phones or mga computers, siya manual talaga, so very safe. Sa pindutin niyo lang, so that's it, ganun siya 'ba? It's as simple as you use one needle for every session mo, and then ika-calibrate ng doctor or ng estetician na pag si ma'am ang concern niya lang is rejuvenation, 1.5 depth lang, and you're sure na 1.5 yung tina-target. So-charge siya. Yeah. And very sosyal na ang charging niya. Parang magsafe na 'ba. Papabong mo lang siya diyan. Yes. Ito lang may cord na nakasaksak. Welcome, sir. So yeah. So yun. So very sure ka. Halimbawa, si sir, ang kanya naman ang problem niya, wrinkles. So ang depth niya lang is depending dun sa treatment guidelines na ibibigay sa kanila. So, different kind of skin types and ano and different kind of skin concerns, yun ang targeted ni SkinPen. So wala siyang age. But of course, 18 and below, ah, 17 and below, we advise they ask their derma or pedia clearance kasi younger. But it's microneedling. Bakit siya maganda? Ah, ang cute ng mga baby 'ba. Dami kasi nilang collagen. Tayo nga namimili na tayo sa Watson sa mga collagen, collagen supplements. This is the best. Why? It induces your natural collagen. As we age, smoking, stress, the number one, smoking, stress, pollution, everything. It is the factors that help us ano that give us the skin concerns. Doon nagkaka-form ng wrinkles, doon nagkakaroon ng problems when it comes to pigmentations and everything kasi nga may intrinsic factor na, unlike pag baby, nasa bahay lang, kakain, matutulog. So ang daming collagen. So as we age, we lose that collagen. That's why it's very important we induce our own collagen. Ang gagawin ng SkinPen is bubutasan niya yung face mo. Hindi mo naman makikita, I mean, after that, ah, sa loob, intradermally. So makikita mo, ah, na-try niya na bang masugatan, tos nag-heal siyang mag-isa kasi nag-produce siya ng sarili niyang collagen. So we call it skin remodeling or the collagen induction therapy. So ano iyung phases non? For a while, inflammation? So mamumula ka after. Yun lang yung goal nila, doctors at ng estetician, sa redness. Hindi mo kailangan butas-butas o dugo-dugo, no. We don't want that. 'Di ba? Alam mo may event si Madam Buas. Gusto niyo ba ano siya? Then 24 hours lang, hindi pwedeng basain. And then after redness for a few weeks, mag-start na 'yung proliferation. Means maglalabas na tayo ng bagong cells kasi na-damage mo na eh yung cells mo. Yung mga bagong cells ngayon 'yung magpo-produce ng collagen. So medyo makikita mo may changes. Wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, yan lahat ng yan, ano pa, mga pigmentation, fine lines. We recommend this once a month. But syempre, alam niyo ang total talaga ng side effect ng aesthetics or ng dermatology is addiction. Dahil ang ganda nung effect sao, gusto mo ulit pabalik-balik. But the stages to be to be protoc to abide by the protocol is really one month apart or every four weeks. Kasi dadaan pa siya. Magre-renew pa yung skin mo inside. Hindi mo nalalaman. Mapapansin mo na lang o in the first. But we recommend until to the third treatment minimum depending on your skin concern. So yun. So pwede natin ong tingnan. Ay, nagre-record pala si sir. So ayan, collagens, kaya pwede niyo ong videohan or we can send this to you, PDF, so that if you're going to write anything or you can get the brochure. So ayan yung sinasabi ko, with collagen, smoother and vibrant and healthy. Acne scars, yan common yan ng Filipino. Me, as a patient, spicos. So, inate sa amin, inheritary ang acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, melasma, your pigmentation, vitiligo, pero more on sa mga yan and solar lentigines. So ito yung sinasabi ko, may facing siya bago natin ma-remodel yung tissue. That's why SkinPen is the best skin remodeling device. Clinically proven, anytime, anywhere. So ang I mention, no ma'am Chris, mention ko with here, they had a twist, SkinPen with a twist. No SkinPen treatment. Yeah.

So, um, as ano sir Gabby mentioned, I'm not the first uh, ascended clinic to have SkinPen, and there are other providers out there who, because nga SkinPen is so trusted din. So it's actually a testament to how um trusted SkinPen is because it's the only US FDA micro needling pen. Um, so what we did to distinguish ourselves and to go back to really our ethos as a brand, what our vision, vision is, um, is to really provide clients with uh service that doesn't just deliver results but also makes you feel good. Armota is, um, it's not just about how you look but also how you feel. So we decided to include in all SkinPen microneedling procedures, free lymphatic massage. So, uh, it's included in the cleansing routine. Before you do the anesthesia, we do um lymphatic massage to relax the client. And this is also, this also goes back to my personal experience as someone who tried those very big derma clinics before I owned my own. Um, na like sometimes it's so transactional, like you pay a very high premium price for a service and you don't really feel like you got some DLC or you really got the care that you need. So for us, ang important is the client also feels relaxed and they feel good after, before and after the procedure. So that's the twist with our service. Yeah. The included yung massage and the our signature cleansing routine, which later you can experience it for yourself if you want. Um, we have the ano move inside where you can get the first few steps. If it's FDA approved, does it follow that it's uh available here or it's uh available here in the Philippines? It's FDA approved. What I mean is the approval there applicable automatically? No, we did apply pa for another one, just to be sure. Yes. But it's the first US FDA. So that's actually how I found out about SkinPen before they even launched in the Philippines. I was the one who ano eh, who told iyung mga, like, for example, my mom, the par oh, there's like this FDA approved, but it hasn't reached the Philippines yet. But the ba you've been doing uh, SkinPen has been around for how many years? One year pala, ah, in the US, ah, in the US, yeah, in the US it's I think mga 6 years. Because I've been hearing about SkinPen nga because I saw that they were featured when Victoria Beckham bought microneedling, and then Olivia po, mention that she's a former Miss Universe. So I've been keeping up with the trends and with the celebrities who do it, yun. It's some of the celebrities' best-kept secret kasi they wouldn't tell, they wouldn't tell naman na, oh, I get my microneedling once a month. Syempre, sabihin nila na buy my skin care or something. Yes. So yun. So yun, I, I think SkinPen is um a good fit for us nga because um scientifically backed results and then with our protocol for relaxing the clients before the procedure kasi SkinPen can be so daunting. How different or similar is this from the ones na connected to a machine, iyung parang ah, like the RF microneedling? For me personally, Ay, hello, we're just doing a round table discussion on him, and for me personally, I prefer kasi the control that you have with SkinPen microneedling, as I've shown you, wait lang. So when you insert this single-use needle, you can see na meron siya dito na iyung depth na, yes, the depth ah, so you can adjust the depth depending on the client's skin. So some of us have thicker skin, some of us are more sensitive. So what I like is the the the amount of control. And since you know yung kamay mo yung yung yung bilis and everything, mas controlled siya compared with other energy devices that na parang naka-preset na. Yes. So not as much control. That's why I prefer microneedling. And also there are many safety mechanisms in SkinPen microneedling that make it safe for not just the client but also the provider, the one who will do it, knowing that every time they can deliver the same exact results. To help out, ma'am, we're very innovative. Actually, this is the, I've been doing this VIP event for other clinics nationwide, but this is the first time I've seen of an innovative treatment or service. So congratulations for that, sa first time na meron pa yung cleansing routine na signal and which is very good kasi pag naririnig yan ng mga consumers or ng mga patients natin, ay needle, ay ano 'ba, may fear ng ganon, especially the first-timers. So it's very nice that they have that routine prior to the microneedling, even though they know, and we, we will all know, if you wanted to experience your book your treatment, hindi naman talaga siya painful kasi nag-a-apply sila ng anesthetic topical before the procedure. So to help out, what makes SkinPen from other microneedling devices? I told you it's US made, but the technology is a reciprocated mechanism, but the needles are from Japan, 14K stainless steel. You know how Japan is when they make their steel, it's of premium quality. So ito, naka-Japan stainless steel needles iyung gagamitin sayo. Very steady, very safe, very sharp. It stays sharp until 80 minutes. That's why we recommend patients for cell na pinagawa mo na yung face mo eh, ilang minutes lang to gagawin, sama mo na yung stretch marks mo or yung back knee mo or yung kung may surgical scar ka dito from from ano. Actually, I did also on my hands because I have sun spots, and then I did on only one hand to see, tapos hindi na siya pantay, hindi siya kasi mas nag mas nabawasan, brighten, may brightening effect kasi siya, and even the next, sabay na. So it doesn't mean na after 80 minutes hindi na siya sharp, it's not as sharp as the first 80 minutes, but it still can work, but hindi ka nila gagawin for 80 minutes, it's so long na, so sayang lang kasi yung time mo na nag-anesthetic ka and nag-lymphatic massage ka. So maganda ano na we recommend patients for cell to do body treatment as well. That's why the more the more areas that you do the microneedling, the cheaper it is. Yes. This is the one I've been referring to. This is versus other microneedling devices. Mamaya sasagutin ko yun sa other devices. Imagine kung ganyan iyung needles na papasok sa face mo. Gusto niyo ba? And this is a study of skin in microscopic. Yeah. That's why iyung mga nabibili sa Shopee, Lazada, and even the competitors, you're not sure. But with SkinPen, it's straight and steering. That's why we call it SkinPen precision system. It's very precise. Pag sinabi niyang doon 2 mm depth or 1.5, 'yun talaga 'yung pupuntahan ng needles. So 'ba, ayaw natin yung mga patients natin ganyan. Less pain, quicker end points, stays sharp, quicker recovery. So the needles are disposable, definitely. Yes. One needle, one patient, one session. It's very sterile. Ayaw natin yung gagamitin ulit sa sa iba, madam. So that's why ito ay disposable after session. So might as well magawa mo na yung other body parts. Tay for syempre magcha-charge additional na siya, pero it's just like parang, for example, if uh face and neck, additional 3,000 na lang instead of doing 12,500, 12,500 kasi 12,500 yung per session. Mm. Sa loob para makita niyo. So very precise 'di ba? Sabay-sabay sila. Yung iba hindi mo alam pag nilagay mo kung very precise yung kanilang mechanism inside. Ito yung study na ginawa. Sorry, nandiyan yung brand. Ayoko kasi tala Thermapen if you see in other clinics. So tinira nilang i-stain yung needles kung pag wino-work. So nakita niyo may inconsistency. Kailangan kasi consistent. Paano natin mame-make yung 3 million micro channels in 20 minutes? Imagine 3 million na channels, 3 million cells mo ang magpo-produce ng collagen. Kaya siya very effective. Pero kung hindi precise ang tusok mo, definitely you will not get the same results. Kasi ayan. Well, ito more on technical, but you see, may layers kasi iyung skin, kaya we recommend we show this to patients and even na sa doctors 'ba. Kaya may recommended kaming? I was done with my clients din nga na the reason why I wanted SkinPen kasi I've already tried other pens, other microneedling pens. I've been doing microneedling since 2017, and ang dami ko na na-try. Although it helped me with my acne, ang SkinPen lang yung nakapag pa-even sa skin ko na sobrang pantay. So I'll show you. I did microneedling last May. You can see yung redness niya, pantay. T's this is 24 hours after. Parang walang nangyari. So this was right after SkinPen. Yung pagkapula niya is very pantay, unlike others na yung iba ma-purple na, yung iba hindi ganon kapula. There's no feeling. There is micro. I'll show you. I have a very depending on the skin of the patient. Yes, I have dry skin also, so iyung feeling ko mas apparent. But this was me after 24 hours. Nag-client pa ako the drink. So I can I can send this to you para you can. Yes. Sa mga patients, yung mga bawal like maybe those under, baka you can mention. When it comes to, I think yung may mga ano lang, allergy sa stainless steel, but but more or less, every it's safe for everyone. What about those hypertension on blooders, anti-coagulants, because they easily, for those who have that naman, since yun nga hindi tayo abot sa being coin kasi lang but they have to check yung may mga naka-under, usually clearance from, for those who are on blooders, even those hypertensives, pregnant women, lactating moms, so every procedure, I think it's very ethical naman ng answers because they have a doctors. Yeah. It's a procedure, who admin, who administers the procedure? Yeah. So for us here at Enercell, all of our staff are trained by HealthSpan to handle the SkinPen procedure. So ang tagal din namin nag-train. Even ako, I, I trained din, and I've been doing microneedling since before pa with my mom then. She's trained also. So yun um, we're very confident na we can provide the procedure na same standard every time. But you said you started offering since last month only SkinPen. Yes. So before that, we did the training, the demos and everything before we even launched last month. Let me go back to the to the pain levels. You mentioned before that everyone has their own parang skin thickness. So iba iyung reception natin sa pain. So what do you normally tell your client when they uh inquire about the procedure? Is it painful, is it not painful? What do you tell them? Uh, so actually iyung pain reception ng client doesn't actually necessarily depend on how thick or thin the skin is. Kasi I've had clients na 70 plus years old, you would say na on the thinner side iyung skin nila, but they have higher pain tolerance. M, so I usually, what kind of procedures are used to like they do they do facials regularly for those, for example, I've had, we've had a male client na never pa nagpa-facial, never pa, pero may pick scars na they want to handle ah, they want to deal with, so we offered microneedling siya, mas sensitive siya sa kasi never pa siya nagpa-break, nagpaan, so we check the history, we check the history of the client, and then we we always apply naman the anesthetic and the yung strength ng anesthetic namin is usually enough na wala ka talaga halos mafi-feel. It's zero pain, after we, we wouldn't say na zero pain siya. Um, but we would say parang yeah, parang parang minimal to min, depending, tolerable, tolerable, yeah, hindi ka naman yung parang aayaw or you're not gride in pain naman, pero dung sa patient na yun na super sensitive, hindi nag-work sa kanya yung topical ano, no, nag, it works for everyone, yung topical um, yeah, natakot lang siya kasi never siya nagpa-prick, ganon, pero he was left with ice pick scars. So what we did is iyung standard lang na Emla, and then we we usually explain to them what the sensation is. Para siyang, para siyang ano, parang ah, what do you call this? Alam mo yung rubber band, parang ganon, pitik-pitik, parang pitik-pitik lang siya or scratching, sensitive to help also, mysteries here. So minimal to no downtime. Why we say that? Kasi with one of our experiences in Cebu, malayo naman to. When we started selling, sabi nung doctor, ayoko niyan, masakit, sabi niya, ayoko yan, sir. Sige, doc, pili ka ng stuff mo, ah, half face may Emla, half face wala, yung pinaka lower tolerance mo na na staff mo, so within half face, half face na-tolerate nung staff niya yung walang, bumili siya ng SkinPen, I mean, you know, ma'am, kis knows that, so kung walang, walang topical anesthetic, kaya ng patient, how much more pag nak, as we have clients talaga na talagang natutulog na sa from mamaya, kasi nandito yung picture ko, pero surprise ko sana sa, from my experience, masakit pa yung premic ako nung nagpa-facial, akung sinabi yun talaga mas masakit pa yung pricking sa facial cases sa SkinPen, yes, and even the injectables. But how many sessions do you recommend for the client to get the the optimal results for?

Those with problem areas, like acne scars or melasma (dark hyperpigmentation), we usually sell *kasi* in packages of three, *kasi* that's the minimum number of sessions we've found to get visible results. But we also sell per session for those who use microneedling as a preventative treatment. There's preventative care, and then there's treatment when you already need it.

Yeah. So for preventative care, we advise microneedling every 4 months or so. That's what I do.

So, these are some of the awards—international, Europe, and US—of Skin Pen. You can see them by following skinpen.ph and biube.ph; they also have an international presence, Skin Pen International. We mentioned Victoria Beckham; she has an article we can share.

Oh, I don't know her. Do you know her? Years before I joined, before I handled Skin Pen, my foundation was thick. I wouldn't go out without foundation. I'd layer powder on top, then sunscreen—so many layers, plus primer. But when I tried Skin Pen, after just two sessions—I have picos, my family really has acne scars—I didn't believe it, even though I'd worked in dermatology for so long and never had any treatments done. The first time someone touched my face with Skin Pen, it really worked wonders. Even the small pigmentation from smoking, stress, sunspots—extrinsic factors—decreased after two sessions. I still have some, because I haven't finished the treatment; I'm so busy. But it's addictive, you always want more because you see results.

The micro-peeling, that's what I was talking about, ma'am—it depends on the skin type. Some sessions I do micro-peeling, some I don't. Actually, I recently had a micro-peeling, but last year, in October, I remember it was cold, and I didn't feel anything. But during my last session, it was like a sunburn, like dead skin—white stuff that you can peel off. You can do that. Yes, just like that.

That picture—how many sessions, sir? About the same, two to three; we only finished the study up to three sessions. You can see, right? We thought it was just skin at first, but it had hyperpigmentation. I was working for a clinic, using this thing; it's faster than laser, depending on the laser.

Yes, sometimes...yes, because, ma'am, it's natural. You don't get stretch marks, though here, it's only two sessions, too. This is great because it's only two sessions for anti-aging. You can see, it's amazing; I want to get a Skin Pen treatment. My audience is looking for it. I'm even looking for my before picture before getting Skin Pen. It's safe all year round. I've had three treatments already, Ma'am Chris. Is that okay? Yes, it's fine. There's no overdose. It depends on you. As long as the patient has the budget, go for it. Some have had three or six treatments. Can I get another one? The doctor will allow it, it's like maintenance. Yes, and we have clients who've reached their goals, but then, for example, they go out of the country, get sunburnt, their skin tone is uneven, or the texture changes, and then they come back for another Skin Pen treatment to go back to their original skin. There are instances like that, when you go out of the country, or you suddenly get hormonal acne, a heat breakout.

So for acne, what's the interval between Skin Pen sessions? Four weeks, once a month, really. Though some try every two weeks; that's possible, too. But, like I showed earlier, our skin, our own bodies, it takes 30 days. That's better, because it takes 3-4 weeks to regenerate. So, downtime—can you wear makeup? Yes, after 24 hours. The downtime is 24 hours. We recommend 36-72 hours; usually, we recommend not wearing makeup for 3 days, 72 hours, but the downtime is just 24 hours, the redness. Just use sunscreen afterward; it's important with Skin Pen, to use sunscreen. Yeah, sunscreen. It's a waste if you're still healing. Within the next few weeks, actually, in the industry, we always recommend using sunscreen.

How long after can you get your skin wet? After 24 hours. You have to be careful.

During the treatment, you’ll get this gliding gel. That was another question—what's the difference with other devices, with RF microneedling machines? They use heat. Imagine, this is the needle; it's hot. It goes in—ouch—to puncture. Yes. Other devices, lasers and machines, use heat. This one literally just punctures. So it's more painful. There's pain involved. So if you hear microneedling, RF microneedling...that's not gliding, it's stamping. That's the difference. And with the post-treatment gel, there's even a mask. So it's like you just lay down, and something happens to you.

When you say stamping and gliding, gliding…how do you…gliding is this one? The strokes are different from RF microneedling—like a sewing machine; it's *taktak* *stum stum stum*, that's it. And then, sometimes, depending on how heavy the device is, it's uneven. So here, how does the gliding work? The needle…when you put the needle…this is the mask. When you put the needle…so when you turn it on, it's like this, it glides. But how does it go in? The needles are here, and it’s always open. While you're gliding, this is the mechanism; it pushes the medical-grade…so somebody needs to do it to you. Well, I've done it myself, but of course, we don't recommend it. This is only sold to professionals. Those you see on Lazada aren't powerful. Thank you. But we're partnering with Bio; it’s great because they have the Biome Support Complex.

Yes. Can you explain? Okay, so now, ma'am, let's go to part two. We launched it last year; since it's very popular, and the Philippine market's acceptance has been very good, we launched it. Try it; you can use this, try it, you can use this. Who here uses probiotics? Oral, yes. If you imagine probiotics for gut health, to be healthy, imagine this probiotic…it's not the first probiotic, but it's an innovative technology for skin probiotics. It's great to pair with Skin Pen. Our recommendation is: one week of this, then book a Skin Pen appointment with Ma'am Chris, then continue with this.

Sometimes, sir asks, 24 hours after Skin Pen, can you wash? You can use this cleanser, it's made of arabinosugar prebiotics. Okay, at night; we prefer night. After washing your face at night, imagine spraying this, one pump only, one pump. This is leaving cytokinins, millions of them. Spray 5 times; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, then rub it in. It will become milky, like this, and it’s easy, especially for men, who are lazy about the 10-step Korean routine, the 20-step, 7-step routine. This is easy; just put it on, and then you can put your makeup on top—no waste.

We know some brands sell probiotics in Watsons and other skincare lines. How do they put probiotics in there? After a decade of research by Crown Laboratory scientists, they cultured cytokinins—the good bacteria in our skin, good and bad bacteria. So they put the cytokinins, the good bacteria, here. They're not dead, they're sleeping. Yes, sleeping. And this, I spray it to activate them. Only then do they work. So what do they do on my surface? This has sugar, it's their food. So they eat it, and then since it’s prebiotic, they'll have no more food. Then they go into your skin and search. My experience with this is less oily skin; oily skin is because it goes to the pores, and where sebum or oil is produced. They'll eat that, and the bacteria, too, so your skin is healthier. It's the same thing probiotics do in your stomach, but imagine this for your skin. It’s also good for aging, like my age, I need moisture; it won’t dry out. It's actually good for any skin type. Think of your skin like a biome, so it balances, regulates the biome that is your skin.

So after that, Biogum will only ask you to use it at night. There’s also a morning one, but if you have moisturizers, you can just use them in the morning. It's better to try it at night. It promises visible results in a week. Of course, in one week, you’ll really see changes in your skin, as long as you’re religious about it.

Ah, ma’am, how much is the set… wait, ma’am, about our morning routine. This one, then the Biome Support Complex; of course, since you put something on, there might be living things—boost them in the morning, then you can apply your moisturizer. Only at night is the Biogum important, if you have existing ones, or if you’ve run out, you can try Biogum. We'll send you the price and schedule.

So for microneedling, it's ₱125, and we’ve added red light therapy. We have celluma, which helps decrease downtime, because I find that if you do red light therapy, the redness is less. ₱125, is that included, or additional? If it's just the face, it's ₱3,000 more for a larger area. Yes, there's an additional fee per session; sorry, per session. And I think we have a discount: three sessions, 10% off. If it's a large area, it's 10% off if you get three sessions; you save almost ₱5,000. Is it useless to just get one session? No, you'll still see some effects, like a glowing effect. But are you satisfied with that? If you want more, we don't recommend it. Of course, we're honest. If we see that the client has problem areas like scars or acne marks, we don’t say one session will make you happy. We tell them realistically, it will take three or more sessions if you have acne marks or something.
