You guys, we have got to talk about Selena Gomez because she is standing on business when it comes to Benny Blanco. She is showing her love and affection despite people calling him out last week for having those dirty feet. Plus, we have to talk about what is being said about Selena. All of these clone rumors and conspiracy theories. It's like the whole Jim Carrey thing, but with Selena. Plus, we need to talk about Alex Earl seemingly shading Alex Cooper and her sister liking a video that may give us some tea. And speaking of tea, there's some Dancing with the Stars tea that was said on tour. And we also have to talk about Mana from Cats Eye getting a lot of celebrity love and what one celebrity said on the carpet about her this week. We are going to get into everything.
Hey guys, it's Christy and welcome back to the weekly teap. This week was wild. I feel like there was so much that was said in the press. I mean, we're still seeing some of the Timothy Shalamé ballet opera situation play out online. I did not see Timothy Shalomé kind of getting cancelled happening right before the Oscars. I just know that he is at home probably fuming, probably like, Kylie, you've got to get Chris Jenner on the phone. If there's one person that knows how to handle controversy, it's Chris Jenner. Please, please. I don't know about you guys, but do you think that he is going to get the Oscar? I mean, Oscar voting has closed. It actually ended on the 5th, which is when all of these articles about that interview and what he said about the opera and the ballet actually started. So, I don't know if he just kind of missed that. So, anybody that might have wanted to not vote for him anymore couldn't really change their mind. So, maybe he got away with it and he might still get the Oscar. I don't know. He was the person that I was thinking was probably going to win the Oscar. But, I will say once Michael B. Jordan won the SAG award. A lot of people changed their predictions. And now I'm like, I don't know. All I know is that if he does win, he better be like, let me clarify what I meant about the ballet and the opera cuz that whole situation is yikes. That's what that is. That's for sure. But that was a situation that I wasn't expecting this week.
But anyway, we need to get into what the heck went down this week on the internet. Starting with this Alex Earl story because I stumbled upon this just randomly scrolling and I was like, "Wait a minute. What do you mean that Alex Earl's sister liked something shady about Alex Cooper? And this is kind of giving us the answers of what we've all been wanting to know because Alex Earl left the Unwell Network. It seemed like there was drama with her and Alex Cooper as they no longer acknowledge each other. There's been some shady comments made, but nothing solidified. We don't exactly know what went down, but her sister came with the tea because she liked a post on Tik Tok. Tik Tok user Nenah posted a video back in October that said, "Took four years and her screwing over another woman for people to realize she's a bad interviewer, lol." And this video was about Alex Cooper. And it definitely wasn't a cute take about Alex Cooper, that's for sure. And this week, the Tik Tocker that posted that video revealed that Ashton Earl liked her video.

Took four years and her screwing over another woman for people to realize she's a bad interviewer. Lol. I was honestly just assuming that Alex Cooper screwed over Alex Earl. Everyone was talking about that drama and like the Unwell Network falling out was going on. I was a fan of Caller Daddy. I was sort of team Alex during the divorce at first. I heard the Miley interview and I was like, she's not a great interviewer. Only really got worse until I just realized she's a complete sellout. Listen to the first episode of Sophia with an F. If you think about what Sophia went through, they just convinced all these girls, all of us who were fans of both of these girls. Spun a media narrative that one of the girls was just choosing her boyfriend because he works at HBO. Really, she was advocating for herself, the podcast worth like any other woman was doing this, they would be championed, but instead she was villainized. The other girl just proceeded to, oh, I'm choosing you guys and the fans and turn around and destroy her best friend and like this cancellation with Dave Portoy of all people. And everyone just went with it. in any other media narrative would be screw this. I can't believe you did this to your best friend. But in this case, she got away with it. I think she underestimated how many people like Alex Earl. She tried to stifle Alex's success from the jump. I always thought Alex Earl was a more genuine Alex Cooper. Never said Alex Cooper's an idiot. She saw what was coming. All that to say, Ashton Earl liked my video. I didn't want to blow up their spot at the time. I don't know. I kind of just kept it our little secret. It was just a girl sharing an opinion. So, I was like, I don't know if I need to be in the weeds with this. disco.

>> While I'm spilling tea, there were some other verified people that liked it, but I think we all knew Tarp was team Alex for obvious reasons.
>> I will say that there was something this week that Alex Earl posted on Tik Tok that had people thinking that she was throwing some shade at Alex Cooper and it was cuz she posted a Tik Tok of her dad where she said, "My dad just said, "Her posts are so millennial coded. We've lost him." And a couple of the comments were saying, "I know he's referring to Alex Cooper." So, obviously, we don't know if he was saying that about Alex Cooper, but maybe cuz I feel like the one thing that has been made clear in the press is that sources close to Alex Earl have said that her dad did not like her unwell deal and did not like the way that they were handling her career. And so, we know her dad doesn't like Unwell and Alex Cooper. So, I could see him saying that about her. So, that was the tea we got there.
In editing this video, I also wanted to mention one of the most viral stories from this week, and that is the video of the McDonald's CEO attempting to eat one of their new burgers. And it looks like he couldn't have been less interested in it.
>> All right, the moment of truth. That is so good. That's a big bite for a big arch. It's distinctively McDonald's. Only McDonald's could do this type of burger. But it also is unlike anything else on our menu. It's a delicious product.
>> The McDonald's CEO continues to get trolled by other fast food companies over this Squidwardlike bite. Burger King CEO took a big bite of their burger. The CEO of Freddy's took a big bite of their burger. The president of KFC even chimed in and wanted to take a big bite of their sandwich. The president of Wendy's also chimed in with a big bite of their burger. quite literally putting the McDonald's CEO to shame with his tiny little bite. You can't even tell in the video they did cut to this image. Um I don't know who took that bite for him, but I will say he has done a taste test video before where he did take a bigger bite. This was a video from last year and people were calling him out then cuz right after he takes this bite they like cut and he's like talking and everyone's like, "Oh, they gave him a moment to spit it out." There's also another video that he did where he was asked how often he eats McDonald's and the top comment really got me. He gets the apple slices. They are kind of trolling themselves though because they posted on Instagram, "Take a bite of our new product."
Now, as for some Dancing with the Stars drama, Ezra decided to drop a little tea on the Dancing with the Stars tour this week. He confirmed at a VIP event for the Dancing with the Stars tour that Anna Delvi actually unfollowed him after he posted a TikTok with Jordan Childs in 2025. If you remember, Ezra posted this video with Jordan and said, "POV, I actually have a shot this year." People immediately clocked this as him being shady towards Anna, who was previously his partner. And honestly, I'd be offended, too. I'd be like, "Damn, you really thought you were going to lose with me?" I mean, it was a given, but it would hurt my feelings. According to Ezra, she unfollowed him right after this video was posted, and he said, "I felt really guilty, and I sent her a long text saying that was a joke." But obviously jokes are funny, especially if there's truth to them. And it was true he was not going to win with Anna. And she also just didn't like her Dancing with the Stars experience. I feel like she wasn't really into it. She wasn't feeling it. She was ready to go home. But still, seeing something said like that would hurt my feelings. He explained that throughout their season, their whole relationship was very camp and they were constantly joking and he genuinely thought that she was going to get a laugh out of it, but it did not land. The joke did not land at all. He said he offered to make a public statement clarifying that it was a joke and she straight up ghosted him.

>> Yeah, she unfollowed me right after. There's like this whole thing and I felt really guilty, but I remember I mean I remember cuz I did. I sent her a very long text just like saying that was a joke and I feel like there's a lot of things honor season that were like really funny, really campy, a joke that I was able to laugh at and look back at. And so I thought she felt the same way, but she didn't. And so I apologized and I was like, I'll release a statement. And she didn't respond. And then she I'm still unfollowed, but it's fine. So

Now, as for what is going on with Cat's Eye Minaj, she has been getting so much love from celebrities as of late. Ever since it has been announced that she was going on this hiatus from the group, a lot of celebrities, singers have been speaking out on Minaj, just sending her love and well wishes and everything. We still don't really know what's going on there. She hasn't really been able to say much. The girls haven't said anything. It's all been very hush hush. And I feel like we need to know something soon, at least within the month, because Coachella is right around the corner and Cassai is set to perform there. So, what's going to be the tea? What's going down there? What's the deal? Fans were a little scared this week because Mana unfollowed Danny for a second, though it was said to be just a mistake. But little moments like that, fans are watching like a hawk for any move, any answer, any type of something to give clarity as to what is going on, what is the future of Cat's Eye. But in this very conflicting, confusing time, like I said, Mina has been getting a lot of love. And this week, Chase Infinity, who was at the NAACP Awards, took time on the carpet to send a message to Mana.
>> Girl, we see you. We love you. And we we are always going to be here for you. Just know that you always have so many people in your corner. You are so cherished and so loved and I'm giving you all my love and love.
>> Obviously, a really sweet message. And I mean, one thing is clear right now in that Mina is getting a ton of support from women in entertainment. and she should just know that there are a ton of people rooting for her right now. But I do really wonder like when we are going to get answers because like I said, Coachella is coming up. It's right around the corner.
But you guys, we have got to get into the one story that has seemingly consumed everyone in the last week. We talked about it last week and it is still continuing. That is the relationship between Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco. Last week it was announced that Benny Blanco was going to be starting a new podcast. though he didn't want it to be called a podcast really. They were just trying to go for some sort of like sitcom vibe. And I hate to say the podcast is really good. People want to dog on Betty Blanco and his dirty feet and how gross he is and feel like he shouldn't be with Selena Gomez, but I will say his podcast with Lil Dicky and his wife Kristen, they are funny and it feels like a freaking TV show. And well, this week, Selena Gomez was the guest on the podcast. And honestly, I think she should be the guest every time because I'm fascinated by her relationship with Benny. Their dynamic, and the four of them all in the room together talking is very interesting. And well, it seems she was showing Benny some public affection. She knows that people were dogging on this man's dogs, calling out the fact that he had dirty feet last week. And during the podcast, she went and she kissed his feet. He made it a moment cuz he thought it was cute. And he said that he really liked that moment because they don't do a lot of PDA. He really tries to not do PDA when they do interviews and things like that together to keep it professional. So, it just meant a lot to him that she gave him a little kiss on the feet.
>> Interviews and interviews with her because I know she likes to keep it profession. I try not to show too much like cuz she's such a her own entity. Like I want her to like I want her to shine and be like her own like like independent woman. So I try so hard. I use every bone in my body not to like be like like googly eyed over her and not want to like kiss her and jump her bones all the time. So it taken a lot. So to watch her just kiss my toe just really made my day.
And there were a couple things about this because one, people were like that's gross. Like I don't like that from Selena. I don't know how she's with him. But people were also mad in seeing this clip and seeing the fact that she was sitting on the floor. And I will say, I watched the full podcast episode and she was sitting on the couch originally, but she was freezing cold. And even though they tried to make it warmer in the house that they were in, she wanted to go stand by the fire. So she went, she stood by the fireplace, she had blankets, and then she eventually came and like sat on the floor. He told her that she could sit anywhere, and she chose to sit there. I think it was cuz it was closer to the fire than the couch was. But people were ripping at Benny. They were like, "If my man made me sit on the floor, I'd be so mad be divorced." D. But yeah, if you watch the whole thing, you know, she chose to sit there on her own free will.
But it did lead into another conversation. Benny and Selena's interactions, people were like, I'm convinced that that is not Selena Gomez. The Selena Gomez that I know and love would not be in a relationship with Benny Blanco. And so this leads into this whole conspiracy theory that Selena Gomez is a clone. You know what everyone's saying about Jim Carrey right now? Well, yeah, people are saying it about Selena Gomez, too. Last week, Selena Gomez posted a photo dump of throwback photos. It was a super nostalgic photo dump of throwbacks. And this photo caused so many conspiracy theories. It was crazy. The viral theory claims that Selena Gomez is actually dead and was replaced by a clone. She has been very open about her struggles with lupus, bipolar disorder, and her kidney transplant. And some people think that she actually, this is so dark, by the way, like so freaking crazy that people are going here. Like, the mental gymnastics that has to be going on, but people think that she lost her life in 2017 and then a clone came out of nowhere. Like, it's not funny, but you guys, like, it's actually just it's so it's so crazy. What would even be the point of like cloning Selena? Let's get real. But anyway, they think that a clone came to be because people have been judging her facial structure, mannerisms, her voice, saying that they have changed so drastically over the years. And obviously, you know, people have talked about and Selena has talked about the effects of lupus and how it has affected her in so many ways from her voice, just everything. But people are clinging on to these details that she has said as reasons as to why she could be a clone. And just bear with me here, you guys, because this is another layer of proof that people think that they have that she is a clone. But her name was mentioned in the Epstein files. Okay, so this this all then began a whole other slew of conspiracy. So back in 2017, there was this email from Jeffrey Epstein. Okay. And he mentioned Selena Gomez saying, "Sorry, you would have had fun. He has decided on Selena Gomez." But I do believe there is an explanation for the reason why she is mentioned in the Epstein piles. And I don't think it has to do with the fact that she was selected to be a clone. Okay? I think that it has to do with the Woody Allen movie that she did with Timothy Shalamé that year. In August of 2017, it was announced that Selena was cast in Woody Allen's film, A Rainy Day in New York. Timothy Shalomé and El Fanning were also in the film. And honestly, it was just so unfortunate that they did this film with Woody Allen because that cast lineup is amazing. And it would have been great if that could have actually been, you know, a movie that people could have celebrated and actually watched, but with Woody Allen attached, well, yeah, did not get that push for obvious reasons and totally went down the drain.
But you guys, all this gets much weirder. So, some people think that rather than a clone, this might be more of a substance situation with Selena being Margaret Quali's character and actress Gina Davis filling the Demeore role. People online, I kid you not, are comparing their mannerisms, the way that they talk, their facial structures, and more. And I have to say, literally thinking that they are the same person. Like, when I tell you guys it's been a crazy week, it's been crazy. Like what do you mean? People are saying Selena was cloned or maybe she was in a substance type situation. And then of course with the Jim Carrey of it all and him going viral recently as people felt like he was cloned or something happened to him because that is not the same Jim Carrey that people know and love. People are now saying, you know, this is a common thing in Hollywood. Look, there's two people that this has happened to. Literally under a video of Jim Carrey, somebody said he looks like whoever Selena Gomez is. Like seriously, you guys, it's out of hand. It is crazy.
But that is what is being said about Selena Gomez. That's the whole clone theory and also her going on Benny's podcast and kissing his feet and what people had to say about that.
