When the conversation is about the the the citizens of Russia, for example, the so-called German law enforcement officers have become mere executioners as they pursue Russians with maniacal persistence, literally tone them and make no secret of it. We strongly advise citizens of our nation to avoid all travel to Germany unless it is absolutely essential. These relevant recommendations have been published on the official resources of the ministry and its overseas institutions. This could also be useful for um members of the journalistic corps who are being dispatched to Germany because there are indeed some problems. These problems are quite obvious and the question for the German authorities is will they address their own problems or do they genuinely believe that everything is perfectly normal? I'd like to remind you that uh in Germany's history, there have already been moments when this kind of this very overt nationalist manifestation was perceived by the authorities of that country as a certain new normal. This ultimately led to a global catastrophe.
We observe that in Germany, the previously and repeatedly occurring unwarranted persecution of Russian citizens and compatriots by representatives of the authorities continues under the pretext of enforcing European Union restrictions on the export from the Federal Republic of Germany of sanctioned goods and so-called sanctioned items. As is known, these include, among other things, personal items acquired as a single unit for one's own needs or for gifts. Should such items be uh be identified, German authorities reserve the right to confiscate and even detain, draw up a report and forward the materials to competent bodies for a decision on imposing punishment up to criminal liability.
The incident that recently occurred at Stutgart airport speaks volumes about the extent of legal arbitrariness against Russians. A Russian citizen who was returning to her homeland after completing a business trip abroad was subjected to a deeply humiliating and extremely intrusive inspection by representatives of German customs authorities, citing her alleged violation of certain established sanction norms and regulations. Her personal clothing items, various other personal belongings, and all her cash were irrevocably confiscated from her. Simply put, representatives is of the German government robbed her in broad daylight. Mhm. Again, trying to legitimize all of it.
Because of the red tape involved in drawing up the report, I'm referring to the seizure protocol, she missed her flight. To get home, she was forced to purchase tickets for a different flight. The German customs officer didn't hide his his uh his animosity towards the Russian woman. He behaved insultingly, allowing himself to shout at her. Finally, the customs officers advised her to go to court if she believed her rights were violated. Can you imagine how interesting? Right.
I mean, if you were to call, for example, I'm not really sure um or if you were to say in Germany that um a boy is a boy when he's born, a girl is a girl when she's born, that there is no third sex, um that 30, no not 30, but 133 genders don't exist. that this is all so to speak uh kind of altered psyche. They'll tell you that you're intolerant. And what if uh to take away from a person uh just like that from someone who is simply carrying their own personal belongings, all of these things to yell at them and to openly express uh such a truly uh uh you know deeply ingrained uh blatant nationalism that's somehow considered normal. There is no need for tolerance here and no human rights should be applied in this particular case from the viewpoint of Germany's official authorities. While they are well aware that the victim living in a different country is highly unlikely to initiate any proceedings in Germany, they orchestrated this entire situation. Not to mention that one simply cannot count on an objective and comprehensive consideration of the so-called sanctions regime violation case against Russians. to the subsequent appeal from Russia's consular representatives to the authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany demanding clarification regarding the grounds for our compatriots detention and the fate of the seized items. No response was ever received.
Not just ordinary citizens but mas figures to fall victim to German authorities arbitrary rule. Take a look. An incident similar to the one I just mentioned occurred recently at Munich airport involving Russian footballer and Zenit club coach Sergey Bogdanovich Semak. Such cases are far from isolated. Germany has de facto been turned into a territory of lawlessness for people of a certain nationality. In this case, people from Russia, citizens of our country, Russians, Russian nationals, those very civil rights, for example, the inviability, the immutability of these rights, they constantly speak about, they truly love to emphasize all of these things. But in reality, all of these discussions are worth absolutely nothing.
