Imagine, you finish a meeting, and a minute later, a structured page with a plan, projects, and tasks is already ready in your Notion. All of this is already available in the new Claude update, which transforms it from a simple chatbot into a full-fledged member of your team. In this video, I will show you everything you need to know about the new era of collaborators. First, we will break down two new superpowers that Claude has received, and understand their fundamental difference. Second, we will conduct a deep dive into the most powerful integration with Notion. I will show you step-by-step how to turn your Claude chat into a command center for managing projects and content. And third, we will discuss how to implement these powerful tools into your business safely and with maximum benefit. By the end of this video, you will understand how to stop using AI as a notepad and start using it as a real digital employee. Let's start with the main thing. This is not just another update. This is a real paradigm shift in how we work with artificial intelligence. Previously, we treated it like an incredibly smart calculator or search engine. We asked it questions, it gave an answer, and its work ended there. Then ours began: copy, paste, format, transfer to the desired program. We constantly worked as couriers between our applications. The company Entropic decided to break this vicious cycle. They asked themselves: "What if AI could not just give us information, but work with it right where we work?" What if it could go into our programs and perform routine actions? This is precisely what agent-based artificial intelligence is called, capable of performing multi-step tasks and interacting with other applications to achieve a goal. And for this, Claude has received two new, completely different functions. Function one - connectors. The first and most important for most of us. Imagine them as official, reliable bridges between Claude and your favorite web services. Notion, Convi, Stripe, Google Drive, and many others. Previously, such integration would have required a programmer who would spend weeks writing complex code. Now, all of this is intuitively managed through a clear connector catalog. It's literally like an App Store for your Claude. You simply go to the catalog, see an icon, for example, Notion, click connect, grant permission, and that's it, magic has happened. No code, no complex settings. At the heart of this simplicity lies the open MCP standard, which can be compared to USB-C for AI. It allows different programs to easily understand each other. This technology is ideal for fast, reliable, and repetitive tasks with modern online services. The second function is using computer vision eyes. And this, friends, is already like real science fiction. This function literally allows Claude to see what you see on your screen, and to control the mouse cursor and keyboard, essentially as a human does. Imagine you are sitting next to an intern, showing them what to do on the screen, and they repeat it. Only this intern is super powerful. And this is needed to automate what was previously impossible to automate. For example, your company has an old accounting program, written 20 years ago, which has no and will never have any modern connectors. With this function, you can teach Claude to go into it, copy data from one field and paste it into another. But here I must warn you, at the moment this function is experimental. It works slowly, sometimes clumsily, and can make mistakes. It is an incredibly powerful, but still not fully debugged tool that requires your constant control. Today, we are focusing on the first, more stable, and business-ready function – connectors. So, let's see in practice how to turn Claude into our personal project manager using Notion. I will show you how simple it is. First, open your browser, go to the Cloud AI Directory website. Here it is, the very connector catalog I was talking about. Step two. Find the Notion icon in the list and click on it. Step three. Click the big connect button. Claude will ask for permission to access your pages in Notion. Here's a very important point. You can choose to grant access to your entire workspace or to specific pages. For starters, I will select only one folder, Projects, and click allow access. No code, no complex settings. Our Claude is now officially employed and has access to Notion. And now the most interesting part begins. Let's give our new employee some real business tasks. Imagine a typical situation. We just finished an hour-long call about launching a new product, Project Phoenix. We have a transcript of this call or just a chaotic chat conversation with all the ideas, tasks, and deadlines. Previously, I would have had to spend at least an hour manually rereading everything, highlighting the main points, and transferring them to Notion, creating a project structure. Now, I simply copy all this text, no matter how messy it is. I paste it into the chat window in Claude and write a very simple prompt at the top. Analyze our conversation about the launch of Project Phoenix. Create a new page in Notion called Project Phoenix Launch Plan. Divide it into sections: Key Goals, Timeline, Four Quarters, Key Stakeholders, and Tasks. Fill in the Tasks section based on our discussion. I press Enter. Claude thinks for a few seconds, and then gives me a link. I click on it, and we are taken to Notion, where a perfectly structured page has already been created with all the tasks, goals, and deadlines extracted from our chaotic discussion. Work that previously took an hour is now done in literally a minute. Or here's another example. Every business has a so-called graveyard of ideas. A page where you dump topics for future blog posts. We have dozens of raw ideas there that never get done. Now I give Claude a new command. Go to my database of ideas for the blog in Notion. Take the idea called "Five Key Trends for 2026" and write a 500-word draft article on it. Save it as a new page in Notion in the drafts folder. And again, in a minute, I go to the Drafts folder in Notion. And there, a new page awaits me with a ready, well-written article. Claude didn't just generate text, it itself went into our system, found the necessary information, completed the task, and neatly saved the result in the correct place. And the last example for today: I have a meeting with management this morning. I need to quickly understand the essence of a huge fifty-page market analysis report that is in our Notion. Previously, I would have had to spend half a day on this, but now I simply write to Claude: "Summarize the key findings from the Market Analysis for Q3 2025 page in Notion. Focus on competitive threats and growth opportunities. Present the answer as a bulleted list." And it gives me three to four paragraphs with the very essence, with key figures and conclusions. I am ready for the meeting in literally a minute. Of course, giving artificial intelligence access to your data is a great responsibility. It's like giving a new employee the keys to the office and access to the safe. You need to be sure that it is reliable and won't do anything foolish. Let's talk about security. Entropic itself assures that your data is not used to train their models and access is granted only with your consent, but the main responsibility still lies with you. Here are a few simple but critically important rules. First: use a separate work account. Do not connect Claude to your personal Google account where both work and personal files are mixed. Create a separate service account with access only to the documents that the AI needs to work with. This creates a sandbox. And even if something goes wrong, the AI will only have access to a limited set of data. Second. Do not mix personal and work data. This is a simple hygiene rule. Keep your correspondence and work projects in different places. Third. Develop a clear AI usage policy. If you give your team access to these tools, everyone should clearly understand what can be entrusted to it and what cannot. And disable integrations when they are not in use. If you used a connector for a one-time task, go to the settings and disable it. And how to implement this in your company without creating chaos? I propose a simple three-step plan. Step one - sandbox. Start small. Connect Claude to a test, non-critical workspace in Notion or to a separate Google Drive folder. Play with these capabilities, let it summarize publicly available articles or generate content ideas. Step two - internal processes. Find a labor-intensive process that does not involve confidential client data. For example, organizing internal project tasks in Asana or creating graphics for internal presentations in Canva. Automate it and show the team the real benefits. Step three - scaling. And only after you and your team have learned to work with the tool and understood all the risks, can you think about connecting to core systems such as your CRM and corporate Google Workspace. So, what did we see today? This is not just an update, it's a fundamental shift. Claude stops being a tool that you use and becomes a team member with whom you collaborate. These new functions finally remove the barrier between the world of AI chat and the world of real actions in your work programs. And in conclusion, I want to offer you a new metaphor.
