I'm a snowbird and I fly back and forth. I live in Canada half the year and in in uh the US and Florida the other half. >> Nice. And so God is really moving through your ministry. You're on Day Star Canada. Tell us what uh how's the response going? What's God doing through that? >> Well, we're we're having a great response. People are writing us and saying, "Thank you so much for this revelation on America's role in Bible prophecy. Finally, the Bible makes sense in the book of Revelation." >> Uh we had one fellow write us. In fact, we had four PhDs write us. >> Wow. >> And tell us, "We vetted your material >> and we have discarded what we learned in seminary and we believe that you have a word from the Lord and the United States of America is playing a pivotal role in Bible prophecy. >> We definitely are going to get into all of that because I'm I want to hear all your perspective." But there was an encounter that you had in 1986 that changed the trajectory of your life. and that plays in to the revelation that the Lord actually shared to you about this very thing. So, could you share that with our viewers because I think it's it's going to show the impact of what you're sharing today. >> When I was 32 years old, um I I gave 10% of my net worth to medical missions. I' I'd been involved with ORU and they asked me if I wanted to be on the board of regents and uh I was convicted when I went to ORU and I realized I wasn't doing my part. So I gave 10% of my net worth and for after I released that money like Cornelius in Acts chapter 10 it says an angel came to him and said Cornelius your arms and offerings have come up for a memorial to God. Go to Peter and he will show you the way to salvation. Well I had the same thing happen over a period of seven days. The only thing I was already saved, but God showed me things for seven days about the United States of America and it scared me to death. And on the seventh night of the seventh day, an audible voice woke me up. An angel came into the room, reached down my throat, touched me four times, and once in the palm of each of my hands. And I said, "Lord, why are you calling me?" >> And he said, "Because I love you, Rick." And then the voice entered my chest and audibly said,"I want you to have fruit that remainth." This was the birthing. And it shook me, Rachel, to the core. Now, you were a graduate of OU. >> Yes, I was. >> Raise up your students to hear my voice >> to go where my power is not known. My light is dim. >> I went to President Roberts after this experience >> because >> Yeah. Because how do you reconcile an experience like that? I mean, >> I did not know. I studied all the prosperity messages. We're the prosperity group. >> Yeah. >> And I mean, God wishes above all things that we prosper and be in health. I was in business. I was making money. >> This experience just blew me away. I did not know about Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Daniel. And how they received their callings. >> It was very similar to mine. So, I went and President Robert laid his hands on me and I was shaking like a leaf. I was crying. Uh, I slept for three weeks with this Bible on my chest. I thought I was losing my mind. >> And he started laughing. And I said, and I looked at him. I said, "Brother Roberts," and he said, "Rick, I'm not laughing at you." He said, "Son, God has spoken to you. >> Don't be afraid." From that point, he put me on the board of regents and I served there for 21 years. >> Wow. So, you had a great relationship with Oral Roberts. President Roberts would let me come to his house and we would visit in his house and he would tell me different experiences that he'd had in the spirit realm >> and you know how the devil works and how God works and there's a battle between good and evil >> going on and that battle's here right now in America. >> Yeah. So, you have this life-changing experience. You you kind of have confirmation from a from a spiritual giant. You're not crazy. You're not demonpossessed. The Lord has given you this word. >> So what did you do with it? >> What were the next steps? >> Immediately um I got to my church. Uh I joined the choir. I started teaching Sunday school. I went on 35 I went on uh roughly 25 or 30 trips to medical missions with the university. >> I I traveled with oral and with Richard Roberts. >> Uh I helped in the prayer lines. I helped in the deliverance of uh behind the scenes >> and I just watched and learned spiritual warfare in third world nations and now the warfare is here. >> So the warfare is here in America big time. >> Yeah. So you went through a process before you started sharing this message. you served, you sat under uh a great leader, you were mentored, you were nurtured, you were built up, and and now you're you're delivering this message. So, it's not just a wake up and then you just go, "Oh, no." Preaching. This was actually happened in 1986. So, I'm at 39 years now. And we've been on television now for 5 years and I believe three years on Dayar in Canada. >> Incredible. >> And uh that's another story of how I got on television. that was offered to me freely from Rod Hembre Bible Discovery TV. The Lord told him to build a studio, a prophecy studio, give Rick Pearson your cameras, your staff, and do everything for free. And he came to me and he said, "This is what the Lord told me to give you, Rick." And Oral Roberts had given me a word 10 years previously when I had retired at 55. And I said, "Brother Roberts, I'm retiring." And he said, "Rick, you're at your prime. Why are you retiring?" I said, "I think that season's over." And he looked at me and he said, "Now you listen to me, Rick." >> Mhm. >> He said, "Don't you get ahead of God. >> God will open a door. And when he opens it, you'll have to walk through it. Sometimes it's easy. Sometimes that's hard." >> And when that door opened five years ago, that's when I went on television. >> The most important thing is to be in the will of God >> and to Yes. and to be obedient. >> And to be obedient and it's led to this moment. You have a book which I want to start unpacking. America's Josiah moment. Tell us about what inspired this book. >> Um when uh when President When President Trump dodged a bullet, I believe so did America. >> And we're at a at a reprieve right now. Josiah moment. Josiah was a king was 16 years old uh of uh Israel and they brought the Torah to him and they read the Torah and they they showed him a covenant nation. A covenant nation is not supposed to sacrifice children. A covenant nation is not supposed to rearrange what is uh holy matrimony between a man and a woman. And they read all the things and the nation was filled with bail worship. And Josiah ripped his clothes and he cried. He says, "We're going to provoke judgment. We can't do this." And he cleansed the land of bail worship of Mollik, of sacrificing children. And God said, sent a prophet and said, "Jessiah, because your heart was right >> and you've obeyed my word, you're not going to see the judgment." and and Josiah got 33 years of reprieve and it was about uh I'm going to say another 354 years finally judgment came because the people went back into bail worship they did not want to follow >> this word >> they did not want to follow the covenant in Deuteronomy 28 >> and it provoked judgment >> it provoked judgment on the nation >> there's a lot of you know we see a lot of similar parallels in our nation right now because we were heading I mean just wild things like things in my childhood that I could never have even dreamed up were happening openly in our country. >> And it's like whenever Donald Trump got back in office, he started saying, "Hey, we're not going to have men and women's sports. Hey, we got Row versus Wade overturned." He started just doing all these things, putting the Bible back in school, prayer back in schools, Ten Commandments back in schools, and just like changing, you know, I believe the trajectory of our nation. >> Yes. That's God's hand on America. That is the reprieve and it's up to the body of Christ. Now in in um Revelation 17 it says that um uh the the the antichrist system will make war with the lamb and the lamb will overcome because those that are with him are called and chosen and faithful. We, the body of Christ, have to stand up against the darkness and we have to rebuke it. And that's what's happening right now in America. There is a remnant of the called, the chosen, and the faithful. And this is a spiritual battle. It's not a political. >> Yeah. >> It's not a cultural, it's a spiritual. But if people don't know, you know, we've had since 1960s, they took the Bible out. And people don't know the Bible. Mhm. >> And that's the problem now in America. >> But we are seeing God move with revival among the young people. >> That's exciting. >> And don't you think that's because I mean men, you know, these young white males have been basically told they're the problem for everything for the last like 10 years. And finally it's like, oh wait, we're actually not the problem. And you see this like resurgence and and and men, young men turning back to God. >> Yes. By the thousands. And this is the Holy Spirit moving in America. >> Where do you think that we're at in the window of time prophetically? >> Um, I'm going to speak about that. There's a coming convergence of three end time prophecies and I'm going to speak about that shortly. Um, we're the the what's happening in Israel and what's happening in America is pivotal for Bible prophecy. It's all in this book. If you're willing to study to show thyself approved, you can find 53 biblical descriptions of America in the Bible. And um the body of Christ, I I like to say when David stood before Goliath, he was willing to go down swinging. >> The body of Christ before the rapture has to willing has to be willing to go up swinging. We're going to go up as a warrior bride. >> Yes. So Rick, some of the things that you've said go is kind of counterculture, kind of counter what we've been taught a lot um growing up in uh in the Western church and you're really shedding a light on that. Can you unpack that a little bit more for our viewers? >> Are do you mean concerning America in the Bible? >> Yes. Yeah, concerning America. >> Okay. Uh historically and traditionally, many people thought that there was a latter- day nation. a l not a latter- day nation but a latter-day uh system called Babylon the great and they thought it was the Catholic Church. Now the Catholic Church um persecuted Christians and of course there was a great divide and then the Protestants came out. So they thought Rome was possibly Babylon, >> right? >> But Rome does not meet the criteria of what Babylon is in scripture. >> How does it not meet? Number one, Babylon is a golden cup in the hand of the Lord, and she's called a lady of kingdoms by Jeremiah and Isaiah. Uh, number two, she's the seventh of eight providential nations in scripture. In Revelation 17:10, it says what? Five nations will fall. Now, this is in 85 AD. John gets it from an angel. He says five angels have fall or five nations have fallen and that is uh Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia and Greece. Five have fallen. One is and that one is was the time of Rome. Then it says and the seventh is yet to come and the beast is the eighth. Now we know what the beast system is. She's rising all around the world. >> The new world order. They want a global government. But there's a seventh nation, a woman that sits on the beast. She rides the beast. And that word is cathia. It means she polices over him or holds him down before he comes. And she is called mystery. Babylon the great. Mystery means a secret revealed to a select group of people. There is a chosen generation that will understand the mystery. The final generation will fi finally understand the mystery who Babylon is. She is recognized by the world as a woman, the seventh nation. All the other nations and empires are called beasts, but she's recognized as a woman. And her iconic symbol is that of a woman. She sits on the seven mountains of the earth. The Statue of Liberty was built with seven spikes in her head representing the seven continents of the earth. She sits on the waters, which is where the woman sits in the Bible. The waters represent nations, tongues, peoples, and languages. And the Statue of Liberty looks across the water at Babylon, New York, >> where the UN is, >> where the UN is. And the merchants of the earth come and trade. Babylon is a nation. Jeremiah 50:12 says that she will become the least of all nations once she's judged. But she's the greatest nation in the history of the Bible. She has the greatest military. She has the greatest wealth. And she appears before the new world order comes. Now there's only one nation that fits that description. The US has 12,000 miles of coastline. 40% of the seapports. The merchants of the earth come and trade with her >> and 5% of the world's population controls 38% of the GDP. She is a great and mighty city. Yeah. >> When Ronald Reagan said this city set upon a hill, he was talking about America. >> Yeah. Well, there is a lot of people >> traditionally that have not believed that America is in biblical prophecy. They don't believe that America is Babylon. And so this is a very new interesting take. I'm curious. Many scholars point out that biblical Babylon is tied to a literal location along the Euphrates River. How do you reconcile your view with the geographic details pointed out in Jeremiah and Revelation that seem to point to the Middle East rather than a future nation like America as Babylon? >> Well, the Middle East doesn't have a city there. That Babylon has ports. says the merchants of the earth come and trade there. The merchants of the earth, there's no city right there now. Babylon has been destroyed. But the final Babylon is destroyed as a global world power. >> Mhm. So, a little city or when you read the descriptions of Babylon, it does not fit the description of a city located 70 miles inland in Rome because the the the the lady of kingdoms, Babylon the Great, must be deposed before the new world order comes in. Mhm. >> So, Donald Trump is leading the charge with this lady that sits on the evil and holds it down. And the bride of Christ, the called, the chosen, faithful are rising up. >> And we're saying, "We're not going to have this." Now, God is going to judge the darkness. God is going to judge the darkness, but he's going to deliver us in the midst of that judgment. >> Amen. And that's where >> and this is the coming convergence. >> Yes. And that's where there's hope. So when we have this hope where there's repentance, you see the Bible says, "If my people who are called by my name would humble themselves and pray, then I'll hear from heaven and heal their land." So there is a as as you're saying a reprieve and that's available to all of us. You see, when we invite Jesus into our heart and when we repent for our evil ways, we have that hope. we can have that peace and then we can enjoy the blessing >> of living in the will of God. And and that's just a simple prayer. Um you can pray it right now. In fact, let's let's pray it right now. If you don't know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, all you have to do is just repeat after me and just say, "Lord God, I invite you into my life. I'm sorry for all of my sin. I turn from that. I don't want it anymore. and I choose you to be Lord of my life. Come into my heart. Make me new. I receive you, Jesus, as King. And if you just said that prayer, we would love to connect with you. So Rick, as people have accepted Christ, as they're walking with Christ, and you're talking about this reprieve, >> Yes. >> if people would repent, turn from their evil ways, then there's a hope. There's a future. There's hope. And And you know what, Josh? The number one thing that will provoke judgment on a nation, especially a covenant nation, is the shedding of innocent blood. But the good news is 2,000 years ago, innocent blood was shed for us. And if you will confess with your heart the Lord Jesus Christ, you can come out of the system. He says, "Come out of Babylon. >> Come out of her sins and be not partaker of her plagues." >> So you can you on an individual basis can come out of anything that's had you in darkness, depression, sin of any sort. You can be delivered in by the name of Jesus Christ. And you yourself can walk into a personal covenant. And I like to say, if you wonder what in the world is going on, why don't you figure out what in the word is going on? >> Oh, that's good. Once you get the word inside of you, you can figure out the world. >> Yes, >> you can figure out what's going on, but you got to get this book >> inside of you. >> So, I want to go back and ask another question about America as Babylon since this is people have all the opinions. You know, a lot of people argue that Babylon represents an entire global anti-God economic and political system versus a single country. So, what text in the Bible convinces you that Babylon isn't this like whole global system versus a single country? >> Well, um Babylon has within her bail worship. Mhm. >> Baal worship is not Babylon, but the spirits that lived in ancient Babylon created Baal worship. >> But Babylon when when Babylon is destroyed, it says 12 times in scripture by four different authors that Babylon will be destroyed in one hour, right? >> Fire. >> So how do you destroy a system by fire? >> And after and I'm going to talk about this in in the teaching. Um Babylon says within her heart, I sit a queen, I shall see no sorrow. So the people who say America is not Babylon is are actually fulfilling the very description of the word that said that that's what they would say. They can't comprehend that God would judge their nation, >> especially in one hour. >> In one hour >> that it would be destroyed literally forever. And Jeremiah said Babylon once her once she falls will become the least of all nations. He didn't say a system. He said a nation. And then he said in verse 32, "And her cities will be set on fire and the surroundings when the judgment comes." Now when the judgment comes, the bride will go up the and I'm going to talk about the day of the rapture. what Jesus said about the rapture >> and about Babylon. And this is not to be afraid. If you're born again and you're spiritfilled and you love God, the rapture's coming. He's got a special exit plan for us in Babylon and those around the world who follow him. So don't con don't be concerned about Babylon because I'm not part of Babylon. I live in her, >> but I'm not of her. >> Amen. >> See the difference? >> Yes. So, you're going to unpack that in your teaching. That's coming. >> I'll unpack it in the teaching. >> Okay. Well, I can't wait for this. If you've been inspired by the insight shared by Rick so far, and there is still more. He is about to preach and unpack what he just said. You know, America's Josiah moment is an end time reprieve of things to come. And there's coming a convergence of three endtime prophecies that I'd like to talk about. The word convergence means when two or more things come together to form a whole. The first prophecy concerns the coming Mog war of Ezekiel 38 and39. Prophecy teachers agree that this war will involve Russia, Turkey, Iran together with other nations who will come from the north to attack Israel. I believe that the current war in Gaza is setting the stage for the coming Gog war. And let me explain. Ezekiel 38:2 says,"Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meek and Tubel." God is talking here to a chief prince or a spiritual entity that hovers over that region. And this spirit controls people's thoughts, actions, and motives. And look what he does in Ezekiel 38:10. He says, "Gog, you will think an evil thought, and you shall go and say, I will go to the land of unwalled villages in Israel. I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls and having neither bars nor gates to take a spoil." The war in Gaza is setting the stage for this perfect peace effort. And if you don't think this could happen, I want to remind you of October 7th, 2023. This massacre was not an act of war. It was a demonic psychopathic attack on innocent men, women, and children, leaving 1,200 dead and taking some 251 hostages. And today through the USA Abraham Accords peace accords, Saudi Arabia and other nations are hopefully going to stabilize the Gaza Strip. But according to scripture, they're not going to stabilize the demonic spirits that hover over that region. And Ezekiel prophesies the outcome of that war. He says in Ezekiel 9:6, "I will send fire on Mog and among them that dwell carelessly in the isisles, and they shall know that I am the Lord." Now Ezekiel 9:2 says that 85% or 56 of those armies are going to be burnt by fire. Ezekiel 90 9392 says, "I will turn thee back and leave but the sixth part." Verse 9 says, "Israel shall go forth and burn the weapons for seven years after this war." Now, Bible scholars tell us that the tribulation period lasts 7 years. Ezekiel 39:25 says, "Immediately after this war, now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob." Jeremiah said, "It is even the time of Jacob's trouble." Jesus Christ said in Matthew 24, "For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of man or the world, nor shall ever be." The Gog Magog war will literally begin the tribulation period. But what about America? Where will she be during this war? Ezekiel 39 says6 says God will send a fire on Magog and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles and they shall know that I am the Lord. There is only one nation in the latter days that dwells carelessly. Her name is mystery Babylon the Great. Now, carelessly in this passage is the Hebrew word beta. It literally means a failure to give adequate thought to the consequences of one's actions. Isaiah 47:8 used the same word to describe Babylon the Great. Isaiah said, "Therefore, hear now this, thou that are given to pleasures that that says within thy heart, I am and none else beside me. I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children. But these two things shall come to thee in a moment, in one day. The loss of children and widowhood, behold, they shall be as stubble. The fire shall burn them. They shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame. Scripture is so detailed that Jeremiah specifically states, "Who will burn Babylon the Great?" Jeremiah 51:27 says, "Call together against Babylon, the kingdoms of Ararat, which is Turkey, Askanz, which is Russia, and the nations with the kings of the Mes, that's Iran. For every p every purpose of the Lord shall be performed against Babylon to make the land of Babylon a desolation." You know, the Antichrist spirit who comes against Israel to try and take out the little Satan is the same coalition of demonic spirits that will depose Babylon, the big Satan. Scripture says that there are 10 kings who are raised up within the Antichrist beast system. They will join with Gog to fulfill his evil thought against Babylon the Great. Now, Revelation 17:12-17 says, "They, the the beast system, and the 10 kings will have one mind. They will give their power and strength unto the beast. They'll make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them. For he is Lord of Lords and King of Kings, and they that are with him are called, chosen, and faithful." That is you and me. We are the called, the chosen, and faithful within Babylon. These shall hate the woman Babylon, and shall make her desolate and desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will to agree and give their kingdom unto the beast until the words of God shall be fulfilled. You know, this passage tells us that Babylon the Great, who has 53 biblical descriptions that America has already fulfilled, has a 54th and final description as being burnt with fire in one day, in one hour. And that 54th description is confirmed seven times in scripture by four major pro prophets. Babylon will be deposed by fire in one hour according to John, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel. Secondly, Isaiah states that this attack will be a preemptive attack on Babylon. Isaiah 47 says, "Therefore shall evil come upon thee. Thou shalt not know from whence it rises. And what is the Bible's moral description of Babylon at the time of this preemptive strike? Jeremiah 50 says, "As God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighboring cities, thereof, says the Lord, so shall no man abide there in Babylon." Isaiah 13:19 says, "Babylon shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah." So where does this leave those who are called, chosen, and faithful in Babylon? Well, John gives us the answer in Revelation 18:4. He says, "Come out of her, my people, and be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues." Now, Erdman's Bible dictionary interprets the Greek word plagues as God's divine judgment. But how will the called, the chosen, and faithful escape this judgment? The answer lies in the third prophecy of the coming convergence. Not only is the mystery of Babylon the Great going to be finalized, but another mystery will be solved in that day. 1 Corinthians 15:51 says, "Behold, I show you a mystery. We shall not sleep, but we shall be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye. For the trumpet shall sound, the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. Now, how did Jesus describe the day of the rapture? In Luke 17, he said, "But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the son of man is revealed. Two men will be in one bed. One will be taken. One will be left. One two women will be grinding. One shall be taken and the other shall be left. Two men shall be in the field. One shall be taken and the other shall be left. Paul confirms this deliverance from fire when he wrote in 2 Thessalonians 1:7. And to you who are troubled, rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire, taking vengeance on them that know not God, and obey not the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Now Jesus said to the seven churches, there was one church specifically that were following his word. And he said in Revelation 3:8, "I have set before thee an open door that no man can shut. Because you have kept the word of my patience, I will also keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon the whole world to try them that dwell upon the earth." Paul said, "For the Lord himself shall shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God, and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Now, where will the bride of Christ be after the judgment of Babylon? Apostle John gives us that answer in Revelation 18:23. He says, "Concerning Babylon, and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride will be heard no more at all in thee." Revelation 19 tells us where that bride is. After these things, John goes up to heaven and there's great rejoicing rejoicing. For he has judged Babylon, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication. He says, "Let us be glad and rejoice and give honor to him, for the marriage of the lamb has come, and the bride hath made herself ready, and to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white. for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. And he sth unto me, write, blessed are they which are called to the marriage supper of the lamb. Folks, from this endtime convergence of prophetic scripture, we can conclude three things. Number one, the Gog Mog war will initiate the 7-year tribulation period, which includes the judgment of Babylon the Great. Number two, the rapture of the church will take place during the most destructive war between good and evil that this planet has ever seen. And number three, the marriage supper of the Lamb will not begin until Babylon the Great's prophetic judgment is fulfilled. So the question now is what do we do? What do we do to prepare? Jesus said, "Watch and pray that you might be found worthy to escape." You know, the shedding of innocent blood is the number one thing that can provoke judgment on a nation. But 2,000 years ago, innocent blood was shed for you. And Josh, I want to ask you to come over because we're going to pray for folks that maybe don't feel that they're ready for the rapture. >> Yes. Yeah. >> And you go ahead. >> There have been people calling from all over America, Canada, and around the world. And uh let's just pray for them right now for the supernatural peace and glory of God to touch them so they will be ready. They will [music] receive Christ, and they will walk into everything that he has for them. >> Okay. Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray for everyone that might be afraid of this message. [music] I pray that the peace of God would come upon them.
