Hello, hello, and welcome back to day two of the AI content mastery summit. I am so excited to be here. I am your host Simone Leah and I have with me today Mitch Asa who is the other host of this event. So, hello Mitch. Thank you for being here.
>> Hey, good to be here back again.
>> It's so I'm enjoying this so much. Like I don't think I really realized how fun it would be to jump online with all of you guys every single day, connect with you all, hear your questions, brainstorm all the things, connect with Mitch again. You know, I didn't think that this was going to be. Yeah, this is just super super such a fun process and I'm really really excited to see what questions you guys have about content creation today. Obviously, you guys have had some great sessions from people like Ali Mza, which that session personally blew my mind. Like I just thought that was such a fun session with so many cool little things that I just hadn't even heard of. Abby Dyier obviously like turned monthly content creation on its head in her session which was super cool. Jonathan Mast giving you that depth as well in what you're getting your AI to create for you. And then obviously Renee talking all things viral content. So today was a super super fun day and we are so excited to just hear your thoughts, what you thought. Say hi in the comments as Mitch says every day. Say hi, ask us a question, connect with us. We'd love to hear from you. But how do you think today went, Mitch?
>> Yeah, absolutely. I thought it was great. And the the the most important takeaway for me and and this is how we've operated uh from the start with AI as well is everyone's going a little bit deeper than what most people would. So they're connecting like different data sources, different strategies, personality types, uh like frameworks into their content system rather than just asking for a little bit of help with content with a basic prompt. Everybody just goes that little bit extra uh the extra mile to create high quality content. And that's 100% how you need to do that. And I can dive into some of the the strategies um that we use as well that pieces together different content types and sources. But that that was probably my biggest takeaway like zooming back and looking at all of them. The the other great way to approach content is just searching what is viral and then recreating that for yourself. I I think that's always a good place to start. So yeah, I'm happy we had a great session on how we can do that. And whether you want to use that tool or not, it doesn't matter. You can still do it inside of any tool that you're using but just by taking that concept. So yeah, hopefully a few comments come in and we can dive into those. But uh overall today is is a pretty great day and um super yeah super valuable for people who just want to understand that content creation process in order to get higher quality outputs using AI and not looking like everybody else.
>> Yeah, absolutely. And another thing that I get that comes across with a lot of people I talked about content creation is that they have this kind of fear of being seen. And one thing that I always say is recreate the things that other people are doing that are going viral that actually look fun to you. Like don't sit there and recreate something that feels really abnormal for you. It's not part of your personality. Like try and make your content creation fun because it it will be more likely while you're in those beginner phases, you'll just glow that little bit more. I know that sounds like a bit lame, but it'll just be a much more enjoyable process for you and you'll just glow that little bit more if you're recreating content that you also actually like. So, just another little thing to just keep in mind there. If content creation is on the newer side for you and you haven't built that confidence in putting out reels or whatever it is you're creating, if you haven't built that confidence yet, try before you get into the process, try and make it fun for yourself so that when it is systemized, you're like, "Oh, I've got this." You know?
>> Yeah, 100%. I I didn't know we're going to go in this direction, but let's keep going because you are right that the the biggest uh hurdle for most people to get over while they think it's the tools or the strategy or the time that they they don't have it's actually predominantly the mindset behind that and the fear of I think he said fear of being seen maybe something like that and that's true and one of the best reframes I think it was by Alex Famoszi which he said um to the degree that you're willing to be hated is the degree that you'll be successful. And that's true. The amount of comments I I I have next to no followers, right? I think YouTube is maybe 6,000. That's my biggest channel. The amount of comments I get about my head and being bored is crazy. Like I get called um uh what's his name? Johnny Sins all the time and like all of these uh different people. And like I've been doing this for so long now that I think it's actually hilarious. And what the the the people trying to um make fun of you or I mean I think they're just playful comments anyway. You can definitely get a lot worse comments out there. Uh by them commenting on your stuff. They're actually helping the algorithm. So you don't want to feel bad about it. You can you you thank them for you don't thank them. I try and like egg them on and make them even angrier if they're angry already. And um I just yeah do all those things in the comments. But um they're helping the piece of content that you're creating by leaving a comment no matter whether there's positive or negative. It's like the classic saying there's no there's no negative press, right? Like when it comes to comments, there's uh like the comments definitely help. Now, if you want to take this an even deeper and more uh let's call it like uh black hat style is a lot of the big creators And we've never done this, but a lot I do know a lot of the big creators, and you hear them talk, some of them talk about it. They purposely set up other um uh profiles in order to put hate into their their own content in order to create a whole lot of fighting in the comments. So, you can't believe that anything is real if there's hate coming towards you. Like, it's there's a high chance going to be some sort of bot that is set up in order to to actually um make you feel bad. So um yeah, I think that's an important part of AI of content creation in general is just understanding the dynamics of being online. And when you understand that and it's all a game, then you just you don't worry about those things anymore. So yes, complete s tangent. Sorry about that.
>> No, I absolutely love that. And I find as well I've been talk had a lot of clients recently that have come up with this thing which is why I am like you know speaking about it is the contrast of those those things and if you are building something that you do want to make your life's work say you're someone who's got a big mission you want to be on stages think about the people like Oprah and Tony Robbins and all of those sort of people who would have that contrast of equal amount of negativity as positivity and so it's one like it's kind of one of those things we just go yes if somebody doesn't like That's great because that means somebody else is going to like me. And that's totally cool because that means you're actually getting out there and sharing your mission. And for the people who are thinking maybe I've missed the boat, you know, like I'm 55, I'm a housewife. You know, this is a real life example I'm giving you here of a lady who um is one of my clients and she sells real estate and she was like, I just don't want to show up on camera. I'm old. Nobody's going to listen to me. I was like, you are beautiful. You have so much experience. Like if I wanted to buy real estate, I would want to buy it from someone who's like like you. Like I would want to buy it from someone with experience. And I was like, what is the most scary thing you could do? And she's like, I just don't want anyone to see me without makeup. And so I was like, all right, we'll try and find a way to maybe wear a bit less. The next day, she did this whole reel talking head about real estate with with no makeup on, without her hair done. She even had a dressing gown on. Like she just took it to the limit of like what she thought was like, I can't let people see me like this. And since then, her content is going off, like I'm talking thousands of views on an account that had never had anything. So, if you can get past and understand that that contrast of people disliking you, um you're going to be able to build your legacy and build your content a lot easier because you've gotten over that fear of being seen because you're like, I understand it's all part of it. I can't have the huge fame without the contrast. And if you can kind of set yourself little challenges of things that do get you out of your comfort zone, like this was a over 55 year old woman who now showed up on camera without makeup and now her business is just going from strength to strength because she was prepared to actually just be herself and go over that hurdle. So that's also my little tangent on that one as well. So just just do the thing guys.
>> Yeah, absolutely. Now let's tie it back to AI and the the the topics that we have. There's also just a comment sitting there about what time does the summit start. So maybe just another quick housekeeping update just to make sure everyone's refreshed. The way that the summit works is uh this part that we're doing right now is live. So the purpose of these sessions are to answer any questions that you have based on the summit material that we put out each day. All of the summit sessions that we have done the 24 23 24 of them are pre-recorded which means we did that for the reason of we want to make sure that we can get the best experts which means we don't want it to restrict to it to to just a certain time. We want to make sure we have a wide open calendar to get the best people. Once we do get them we want to make sure the quality of those sessions are good. So, we can if there's any errors during the recording, we could do some post uh post interview editing and and clean any of that up, like if there's any glitches and tech stuff going on. Um, we don't really cut out ums and rs. We want to keep it as natural as possible, but all of those are pre-recorded and and put out at the start of each day. So, today we're on day two, which means all of day one is already available. There'll be check your emails. There'll be a link to day one somewhere in your emails and you'll be able to go back. You can start there. or you can start on day two and they they would have been sent out roughly about 13 to 14 hours ago I believe and you can catch up on all of the day two sessions as well and then yeah again just to uh come back full circle. The purpose of these Q&As's are to answer any questions that you have about those sessions throughout the day and and and getting personalized feedback and um for you and where you're at in your business. So, um, or you can just ask other random questions as well, and I'm always happy to answer as best I can. So, yeah, that's that's just maybe a bit of bit of housekeeping to, uh, get anyone else up to speed who's missed out so far because we we're still getting a lot of people signing up each day. So, yeah, there's probably quite a few people, uh, that haven't had, uh, the understanding of how all of that works yet. So, if you are new here, welcome. Good. You're in the right place.
>> Yes. Love that. Thank you. Thank you, Mitch. Um, love it. Well, I see no questions in there at this point in time. So, one thing we did want to share with you guys is some of the tools that we actually use. Okay, so Mitch builds a lot of automations, but there are other tools that I use that you guys might have heard of. Say things like Mid Journey and Leonardo AI and other things that you can edit and create illustrations or um pictures with and then also uh turn into video. So, we did also want to just share with you guys some of the more popular tools that we don't necessarily really talk about on the summit, but just to give you guys a view of what else you can do with some of the things you probably have already heard of. So, I might dive in and share a little bit of that if you're okay with it, Mitch.
>> Yeah, let's go.
>> All right. So, I'll just share my screen here. So, when I want to create images, I do personally use Leonardo AI. I'll just check you guys can see that. Yep. Uh, and I love it. Like Leonardo AI is the other thing that came about roughly around the same time as MidJourney, right? So, I personally love Leonardo. And I did a couple of testers for you guys before we even started. And I wanted to show you how you could use something like Chat GBT to write your prompts. So, the reason why I did this is firstly, you don't really need something like Claude to give you the prompts for this. Chat GBT is totally fine. So, my first prompt, I was like, let's make this fun cuz that's just who I am. And I was like, "All right, I would really like like please write me a fantastic prompt for creating an image that is clear and direct that will allow me to create a great output from my image generator. Please make the prompt for about a dragon driving a race car." So, it came up with this first prompt. Then I went through and I was like, "Now write a way more detailed one with a green dragon right driving a race car in space." So then I just went and refined it and you can already see the difference here in two lines as opposed to the four lines, right? So then what I did is I went over to Leonardo AI which I've already done this just to save time but we can go through a live example if you guys like and I want to show you how Leonardo AI works. So what I'll do is I'll scroll down to the original images that came through. Right. So this was my first image and I used actually these ones I think were the first images. They're actually a little bit of a mix there of some other things. There we go. And so you can see like you've got these beautiful clear images in here. I don't know why it's saying this, but anyway. Um, and what you can just basically do is you can just go in and you can set what sort of image you want to create. So these images here were created with the Phoenix One model. So you go in here and you've got all these different image generators, right? And you've all heard of Nano Banana cuz that's what everybody's talking about. You've also got Lucid Origin. There's like a GBT one. There's so many different options you can use, right? And I generally just like I don't know why I like cartoon images, so I use Phoenix. I don't know why, but I'm going to show you the differences. So, you go in and you just set which generator you'd like to use. You can go down and you can have it as to prompt enhance for you. You can get it to be dynamic or whatever settings you want to do. You just literally go in and you can make it cinematic, whatever you like. And then obviously the contrast, you can set all of that. You can also set the generation mode like fast, um, quality, ultra, whatever you want. And then also the sizes. So, it's super super easy to use. And you can also go in and just select the amount of images you want. I always get it to select four. Um, and I just varied the sizes just for you guys to show you what options you had. So, this was the first thing that came out, which um, I don't I really don't know why it's doing that. Maybe I don't know. It's been a minute since I I set this up about 20 minutes ago. Maybe it's just not happy with me. But these ones were done obviously through Phoenix. So you can see these are quite cartoony, quite um just like yeah, basically what you'd find in a cartoon, which I think is quite cute. Then you've got your Nano Banana ones, which are obviously that like way way way more detailed. Everybody's using Nano Banana. I've got some more examples up here that will be a bit bigger. And then also you go into the Lucid um realism one. I gave you guys a third one to show you. And you can just see that the difference between the three outputs is just huge. Like it's the okay, yes, they're all cartoon images, but there is some differences in there that you just get to play with and have fun with it, right? I then put in the second prompt, which as you can see just like totally went wild. So, this was the second prompt but with Phoenix. So, this was the more advanced prompt of the dragon driving in space. And obviously there, you know, like I again I did that one twice to show you. Then I changed the size, went to nano banana. So that one again way more detailed. Then I changed the size again, went to lucid. So that one's way more realistic. So you have these different versions that you can do to create. And you can pretty much create anything you like. So these I just did cuz I thought it would be super fun, but obviously you can also see down here I've done images that are a little bit more what you might use for your marketing or something like that. So you can really tailor the way you use the image things to what you actually want to create, right? And you can make them real. So like if I was to say I'd like I'll just make this one up on the spot for you guys here. If I was to say I want a woman working at her computer in a red dress with um a whiteboard behind her, right? And I could make this way more detailed like obviously and I could also go through and put in like a negative prompt. Now a negative prompt is what's going to be something that's going to let you like write in there. Let me just log back in. Sorry, guys. I think it's mad at me because it's been like 15 20 minutes since I logged in. But you can also write into the prompt as well and have it say I'll just come back to us and have it say, you know, that you don't want um you want all fingers and toes, you want the head to look normal, you want everything to be in proportion, you want this hidden, you want that hidden, you want it in high definition. So you can really just go with the prompt and make the prompt whatever it is that you want to make. So this has come back in now and I'll just show you what it's created for us. So we've done the um image of a lady working in a red dress with a white bob behind her and this is what that's actually created. So that's super cool. Now say I really like let's go with this one cuz I like the lighting in it. In Leonardo it actually will let you also turn that into a video. So, that's just a cool little side thing that you can do. And it will give you the motion control. It'll give you the motion elements so that you can see what style you want. And what's cool about this is like obviously you've got animation styles. You've got fantasy styles. You've got like golden age cinema styles. So, you really can just have a fun time playing with it, changing the sizes, all of that sort of stuff. We'll just go with um I don't know what sounds cool. Let's go with this one. And we'll just hit generate. And it's going to come out with whatever you've set it in there and it'll just create it. You can then just go through change it to the next one. All right, let's try what's going to look like with this sort of prompt. Let's try what it's going to look like with something else. Dreamcore, that sounds cool. And it'll just make those videos for you straight away that you can use however you want to use. So, it's just a really really cool tool that you can also just use however you want to use it. So, this is what the more mainstream image creation tools look like, which is just just fun, easy, play with it. You've got many, many options. You can change your prompts. You can try something a 100 different times, a 100 different ways. You can make a 100 different versions of it. So, it's just super fun. Like, so this is what it's come up with there on that first one that we've done. I don't know what the little green things are, but aside from like the things floating in the screen, I actually think this is quite a cute little video to be honest. So, pretty happy with that considering, as you guys can see, that took me 3 seconds and one click of the button. Now, I don't know why, but in this one, it's going all like random and she's got things flying around her. And again, it's just coming out with something random. I haven't given it a huge prompt, but you can see that these aren't actually that bad. Like, if you wanted to make an avatar or something along those lines, these are actually not not bad at all. Like, they're a bit random, but that could be fun. You know, I don't know what it is in your brand that you're doing, but I think these are pretty cute. Another tool you can use, I'll just check. Yep. Is Cling AI. So, what I generally do is sometimes I'll make the images I want to use in Leonardo and then in Cling AI is where I'll animate I should probably turn um it'll give you sound. So, I animated our cool little guy and made him like shoot stuff out of his like lights there as we can see. So it's just super fun like things that you can do that and in a more practical sense I obviously did. So these are literally just things that I've just taken two minutes like you know with the dragon all I said was please animate this image making it look really cool. The dragon is flying through space with rockets coming out of its car headlights, which as we can see, it created that with the guy. All I said there was, "Please animate this image, making it look really cool. The guy is happy. Things are moving around around him." So, as we can see, he's happy. Things are moving around around him. On an avatar level, I also did pre-upload an image of myself. So, this is a photo, just a normal photo of me. It's not AI, it's just me. And I just asked it to make me walk forward and say my name. And I can I can play the sound for you if you want to hear it.
>> No, we can't hear it.
>> Okay. And it does it does say my name. So that is a super cool thing there as well. And so you can see I've just done those literally with a photo. So say you've got a photo of yourself and you want to make an avatar. You can just load it in and get that avatar to do anything you like. I asked this like to actually walk forward towards the camera and okay, it doesn't necessarily look 100% like me, but I think it's pretty good to be honest. You know, these are just the ones of it walking forward, not really doing anything different. So, these are some softwares that you can use in your everyday life that are very well known. Leonardo AI is very well known. It's like your midjourneys. Cling AI also very well known in video generation. And literally with this, all you have to do is just put the photo in, write a prompt, and click go. Like, it is that easy to use. So, these are just some fun fun things that I also use for my own content. Partly because I really like making content and partly because I really like being creative and this does do that for me. So, I did want to share those with you. Um, could I zoom in a bit so it's easier to read the screen? Yes. Okay, that is some good feedback there, Zippy. Thank you so much. We will take that on. So, love that. Um, and then yeah, I also wanted if we've got time, which I think we do, if that's okay, Mitch, to show you guys a couple of tools that I would use for making talking head videos because I know that a lot of you are also wanting to know how, not necessarily how you can make images, but how you can practically edit your videos. So, do you mind if I spend a minute jumping into those or do you have any questions relating to these softwares?
>> Uh not so much questions, a few comments. Number one is we use Leonardo when it first came out and they were their own image generation uh uh model. So I'm I'm fascinated that they've now become more of a um aggregator type tool bringing in a lot of different models. So um just on that we we the best one that we've found we've tested a lot of them is freepic. Um, Freepick has Cling actually inside of the tool itself. So, you get basically everything inside of the one. And if anybody does purchase the Pro Pass that we have available, we have a 50% discount for that for the annual. Um, so that's in there as well. Um, the but yeah, there's a few other great ones like Higsfield is also decent. Um and uh there's one more that I can't think of at the moment, but that that would be my one tip is if you are looking for these types of tools. There's uh tools that are essentially aggregator tools where they bring in all of the models from all of the different providers including video generation and then you can use it all in one platform. It just makes life so much easier because you can generate a nano banana image, drag it across, create that video from that image with cling and like you don't have to move images in and out all over the place. Um, that'll be my one thing. The next thing that not a lot of people realize is if you go into the GPTs in chat GPT, you can there's a lot of prompt building tools. So you can take your basic prompts um like Simone was showing us there and it will it's all the GPTs are trained on how the models actually work and what they're looking for and all of the um uh the positive indicators and negative indicators that you need in a prompt in order to get more accurate outputs. And you can put your your basic prompt into these GPTs and it will give you a a much u uh more comprehensive prompt in order to put into these models. So that's number two. If you want to take it then to the highest level, you can go into JSON prompting. Um so this is like JSON is a programming language and then it breaks down every single variable of that prompt and and outlines the um the description for that variable inside of the the full image or the full video. So there's like multiple levels that you can go to. And again, any JSON prompts can be found by different GPTs in the GPT store. Uh I honestly I everybody has forgotten about GPTs. I still use them every day. There's so many great GPTs in there to do almost anything. So um make sure you make use of those types of uh tools in order to to get really great results.
>> Absolutely. And there have been times when I'll recreate an image a few different times because I do want to refine my prompt and I will go and use um GBTs and stuff like that to make it more what I wanted. And so, as much as I'm giving you guys a quick light-hearted, you just do a quick prompt here, you will get better results the more you do refine it. And like, as you can see from my prompts there, that probably took me 30 seconds to generate those results. So, you know, if you spent maybe 2 minutes, imagine what sort of result you would get just from that alone.
>> Absolutely.
>> Yeah. Amazing. I'm also just going to quickly show you a cool tool that you can use like if you guys are doing talking head videos or anything like that. Now, obviously, this is the sort of thing that you can do in different softwares such as Descript. Um, but I want to show you this because I think it's like just if you're new to content and you're wondering what you can do, it's good to see some of the popular things. So, Sub Magic is also another popular one. I haven't used it as much lately and so I am only on the free version now, but for the point of this demonstration, it will just give you an idea. So, but basically, you go in and you edit your video just like you normally would. It gives you obviously the transcript and all of that. So, there's stuff here you can just edit away. But some of the cool things I wanted to show you is how you can change the captions which is just super easy. Like it's just a click of a button and you're going to get different styles of captions there. And the other really cool feature that I wanted to show you that is available in some of these softwares is the B-roll feature. So, this is a normal video currently. And if I just click through it, you can see that it's just me the entire time, right? With just that font is just doing its thing and and I'm being totally cool with it. But you can now actually go in and get it to do automatic B-roll for you. So what that means is if I go in here and I type in 50% B-rolls in a premium style and click generate, what it's going to do is it's going to take videos from other uh softwares like Story Blocks or whatever and it's going to put it into my video. So essentially once this finish load once it finishes loading what you're going to see is instead of these clips down here in every section just being me you're going to see that it's connected in with story blocks and just brought those clips into here we go. So I'm going to play this for you. I know you guys aren't going to be able to hear it, but just to show you what I'm talking about. So, you can see that it's just literally putting in videos that it thinks will fit the words I'm saying. And you can change those. You can get it to do different videos. Here's the change asset button. It will allow you to pick a different asset. So, it'll give you like a few different options that you can do, which I'm happy to show you here. And you can just swap it into whichever one you think might fit fit what you're saying, right? So, I might think, oh, that's going to fit. So, I've changed that asset now. So that's a really cool thing just to keep in the back of your mind to just if you are working with talking heads and things like that and you just want to make it that little bit more interesting. You have got tools that will let you do cool things and have all different styles and that sort of thing in a very practical easy way. Like it takes two seconds to bring this stuff in. So I also thought that was just a cool tool to show you guys as well so that you can just see what's out there.
>> Absolutely. And then keep in mind there's so many different types of these tools. Uh I mean a similar one to that that Simone Ferretti mentioned I believe was Captions AI. Uh and somebody's using that to produce their Instagram, excuse me, their Instagram reels and it's gone from like 0 to 10,000 followers in a short period of time. So um the the other part of that is some tools might be bad now but they get good within six to 12 months. Um so you have to like understand where the tools are at in their development cycle as well and and they if they they've got a good team behind them then they'll get better over time. So don't write them off immediately. Um but yeah, we we talked about this in the kickoff I think like some you get you get lucky sometimes and there's a good team behind the tools and they get better and better over time. Others just disappear. So that's just the the nature of the game. But yeah, I mean there's endless tools out there and uh we have a lot of great deals for a lot of them in the pro paths if people are interested. Um and yeah, we're we're looking to to add a lot more as well. We we actually started by doing tools reviews. So that's why we we know a lot about a lot of the tools that are out there. Um so uh yeah, if we can share more about the best ones, then we're going to aim to do that over the next couple of months as well.
>> Absolutely. And I know I did just fly through all three of those tools really, really fast, but I just wanted to give you guys an idea of what you can do because as Mitch said, there are so many tools that can do all of this stuff. So yeah, it is one of those things where you just find what works for you, find what other people are using, and have a play with it.
>> Absolutely.
>> Where to now?
>> Well, today was all about content creation. Does anybody have any questions or anything they want to go through on that? I don't know.
>> Yeah, the the So, I mean, I have potentially one more thing that does relate to today's sessions that we can go through. It's just it's more of a concept. So, again, like I want to re reiterate that the goal for us for this event was to share the the best strategies that we could find that were out there that people are actually using today. And then you'll kind of find your path and like okay this is the thing I want to focus on now let's go deep deeper into that and and re really understand how I can apply that to my life or my business whatever you're you're looking to do. Um so one concept which is based on these talks let me just pull up my screen I had a few extra uh things here today. Oops. All right, I should be able to pop that up there now. So, I'm going to cover this tool here because this was like part of our building process. Um, we've also got some internal tools for our members. So, I'm going to go into this creative prompt template wizard and just show you how all of this fits together. So I believe this is the agenda. So if we go back to today um and we're talking about like viral content here with Rene Ramsey. So if you look at their tool uh that's not it. I did have it up here before but anyway it's not there but if you look at their tool they're basically just training the their tool on viral content which is exactly how we thought about it when I started building. So I came across this typeshare.co co uh writing community and basically what they have done is they've pulled in a lot of the writing templates or the sorry a lot of the viral posts that um people have written and then they turn them into templates. So I'm not sure I can't really I I can click into them. Let me see if I can find a better one here. Uh bit hard to see, but I'm I'm not subscribed anymore because we've got a whole bunch of our own templates now. But basically what they would do is this is a bit of an easy one to see is they would copy the entire prompt and then they would add in these variables for the person to actually write based on their own aspirational identity or based on their own concept name. But they'll providing these templates based off existing viral templates. So when I saw this, I thought if humans can do this, then we can plug this into AI tools as well and we can reference viral uh we can give it the AI tool viral templates to use in order to write the post that I wanted to write. So we started doing all of that in with our content where we would feed it a transcript from a video and then we would say okay use this transcript to now write the backend blueprint or the polarizing metaphor and it would do that. So I thought that's really cool like to use existing templates that is proven to go viral with our own context and our own content um as as the data source for the AI to write. So, but then I thought, okay, let's take it a step further. Why can't I just create my own templates? Why do I don't have to rely on TypeShare? I can just create my own templates. And we then created the creative prompt template wizard. So, let me just grab I should have had a post ready. I'm just going to grab the first post that I find when I log into social media. Um, so here's just one from an ad. So, I'm just going to say uh fully templatize this. I don't know if that's a word or not. And I'm just going to posting paste in this ad. So, it's just an ad for an AI tool. And now it's going to break this down into a template that we can then use moving forward. So, it's giving us, okay, this ad, it's not structured very nicely. Let me just see if I can make this a little bit better. So, it's got a hook line here. It's got um a connecting line. It's got some key points. And that's the ad. So, now that's what it's broken down in this tool. So, it's got the hook emoji plus bold headline, one sentence, one cred credibility statement, single line promise explaining what they'll learn. Um and then the check uh checklist emoji with the benefit focused. And then I mean it's added in maybe some extra. Oh no. So try for seven days. So then surprise impact short risk reversal or trial statement. So this is how marketers have worked forever is we've always tried to build our own templates and concepts and um frameworks to follow for producing marketing emails and ads and and website copy and so forth. Now you can do it with a click of a button and you can you don't have to worry about, you know, finding some expert or a book or a video to follow. You can just find a really great piece of content that you like. Plug it into a tool like this or I mean you could probably just prompt it to do the same thing inside of your own chat GPT if you don't have access to this tool and it will create variables for you. You then take that template with all the variables in it and then you can use that, you can turn that into your prompts library and use that whenever you need to in order to create this type of ad or this type of social post or this type of um website copy. Whatever it is, you can do it for any type of copy at all. So, I just wanted to show that because this again, this comes back to just going a little bit deeper on using these tools. If you start to piece together different data sources, different strategies, that's where you start to uh where your content begins to look a lot different to anybody else and it doesn't look like your typical AI content that everybody can tell is AI and it kind of sounds like everyone else. So yeah, I thought that might be a valuable share.
>> Yeah, love that. Thank you. And I think that's the thing as well is, you know, putting that thinking hat on of what would marketers do and literally marketers don't necessarily recreate the real. we just find what's working and just apply it to our own brand. So yeah, I absolutely 100% love that. Thank you, Mitch. Um, that is a great share. We do also have a question from Zippy, which was, "Has anyone bought the document?" There we go. That Abby shared is not allowed to save. So, we will have a look at this. Well, I haven't looked at it, but we'll have a look at this after this call and then yeah, get let you know on that one unless you've had a look at.
>> No, I'm not sure.
>> Yeah, we'll check that out. Thank you.
>> Y easy peasy. And then we also had another one um from Zippy tip. Any documents that instructors are going to share, it should be listed under the video like the others. If not, um if this is not a huge task. Okay, that's really good to know. Thank you.
>> That's hard to do or not. I'm not sure.
>> All right, I think that's a there's been some solid tips in here for today. What's coming up tomorrow?
>> Yes, tomorrow is AI video mastery. I know we showed you a couple of little things today just to help you with that, but tomorrow's going to be super fun because we've got Ryan Robinson tuning in to talk about how to turn videos into SEO posts that rank fast. Now, this was super cool because this was taking your existing YouTube or podcast episode and turning that into posts that rank. So, turning that into a blog post, turning that into, you know, uh a couple of reels or whatever it needs to be, you know what I mean? So, that's going to be a really, really great one because it's allowing you to leverage what you're already doing and delivering as a podcast or a YouTube channel into written content for your Facebook, LinkedIn, for your blog, whatever it is you're doing. So, that was a really fun episode. We've also got Jerry Potter coming in who's going to talk to us about how to grow a lead generating YouTube channel. So, if you're someone who does want to learn about how to grow a YouTube channel, this is an amazing episode because he shows us what's working now as opposed to what was working even just a year ago. So, he's really the right person to talk to and hear about on the topic of YouTube channels because he's really got such a good system for the way he creates really quality content, but using AI to do a lot of the leg work for him. So, that's a super fun one as well. We've also got David Alther who's talking about how you can create epic um AI thumbnails. Now, his actual business, the thing he does is create thumbnails. So, he is absolutely going to share all of the things about that just to help you guys. Like, it's so interesting for me to look at now just how good and how far thumbnails have come and the amount of time people are spending on them. I think Mitch and I have mentioned before that what used to take hours can now take three minutes, you know? So, that's a really fun episode because you do get to see the behind the scenes of someone who lives and breathes thumbnails every single day of the week. And then also, we've got Christine Morel who's going to be talking about how to make super funny AI clone ads. This was also a super fun episode because you're going to learn a little bit about the marketing side of how she's creating this content that's going viral and then you're also going to be learning how she actually creates the video itself. So, this is a really fun uh session as well. So, I'm super excited for you guys to see these. I do love all of the tech stuff that we've been going through, the strategy and all of that sort of stuff. But I do also love the toys, as we know, you know, that the creating of the videos and the creating of the, you know, blog posts and being able to see your YouTube stuff turn into a really cool blog post that you didn't even spend time on or whatever it is that you can do. I love this creation part of it. I think it's really fun. So, I'm super excited for you guys to see that. What are your thoughts on tomorrow, Mitch?
>> Yeah, I agree. Like one of my favorite parts of uh of business is creating thumbnails. Uh I'm a big fan of that and I'm very and my other favorite part is running ads. So I'm actually interested in trying out these um this ad style for our next summit that's come going to come up in three months time. So uh if yeah, make sure if you if you're watching this now and you're not subscribed to the channel, make sure you subscribe because we'll be releasing a whole bunch of stuff between now and three months and then there'll be a new summit coming up in three months time. Uh this is our jam. It's what we love doing. So there'll be plenty more. Um but yeah, anything to create some new style of ads I'm always very interested in as well.
>> Yeah. And making it fun. Like I was lying in bed I think two days after Christine's uh session and my head was just like downloaded the coolest funnest script and I haven't made time to actually create it yet, but the script is there and ready for me. So, like I'm super excited just to play with that and see what I can create because you know with ads which Mitch is an expert on. So, if you guys have any ads questions, fire them at us over the next few days. But with ads, it is one of those things that you want to try lots of different creatives on. And so, if you can have fun and make some cool like, you know, AI ones and see how they go, why not test them out? You know, it's all just trial and error playing. Business is a puzzle.
>> Absolutely. And the the thing that I've learned with ads over the years is uh nobody cares about what you think is good. Uh the the data tells you what is good and what isn't good. So you might you might spend hours and hours and hours on a certain video or a certain uh image and you put it out and you run some some spend behind that on advert advertise it and nobody touches it. Whereas in contrast, you might spend five minutes putting up the ugliest type of image or video and that's like the highest performing. So, uh yeah, it's you always have like a a testing mindset and never try and prejudge uh a a creative before it's actually been tested in the market where where people give you the feedback. So, yeah,
>> absolutely. Story of my life. You know guys, I just want to share this because I think it's really relevant especially this morning as we were saying about being seen and if you listen to someone like Gary Vee back in the day he was saying that you should be uploading say 40 bits of content a day and now he's like you're behind if you're not posting over a 100 bits of content a day or whatever it is you know so what I want to say is try not to get caught up on that one piece of content. Yes, do your best to really target it to your audience. And yes, do your best to make it as quality as it can be, but don't get caught up on, you know, if you're only posting five pieces of content a day and the first one doesn't do as well as you thought it would, don't take that personally. Just kind of be like, "Okay, cool. That one didn't work. What can I adjust for next time?" You know? So, if you can kind of have that detachment with your content because you need that detachment for your ads anyway. But if you're going to have that kind of you want to build something, there is going to be times when it doesn't go the way you want it to. So don't take that personally. Just think, "Oh, cool. That's another rep done. I'll do another rep tomorrow." You know, and just keep going.
>> Absolutely good advice. I think that's a good place to wrap up. Thanks, Simone. Another great day. And for everybody, make sure you tune in tomorrow, same time, and bring some questions. And if you don't have time to tune in, make sure you email us some questions ahead of time. We can answer them on the live. So yeah, that's all from me.
>> Yay. All right, see you guys tomorrow.
>> Thanks, guys.
