Because that's where ownership starts. If you want to have a highly productive team, every engineer in your team is a leader, and you need to treat them like a leader. You need to teach them how to act like a leader, and that starts from within, and getting them to understand what's going on in there.
Yes. Yes. Absolutely. And and that part is is is for sure and for me at least, top one. So, yeah.
Yeah. This is the last question. If your inner dragons, or dragons because you have quite a few, could speak, what would they say about who you've become and the difference you're making today?
Whoa, okay. Um, I mean, you said that and the first thing that came to mind is that they're proud of what is happening. They're still scared.
Yeah. And and and they're happy that I now respect them because I listen to them. So that that's kind of what I think, or I what I believe, not what I think, it's what I believe that is going on in the lair with so many dragons that exist there. And there's a couple more that there's still eggs, or I still didn't find them because it's a huge lair. Yeah.
But but at least you're not afraid of them anymore.
No. I mean, that's super interesting because I'm very visual and the way they existed, they were huge and they were dark and they they they shouted. They didn't talk. So that that was super scary when when they would would show up. And now those conversations that exist, they're my size. They're they're they're at sometimes they're they're small, just on my shoulder, kind of remind me and saying, "Hey."
Yeah, exactly. They're they're just small dragons just saying say saying me, "Hey, I'm I'm here for you. Let me just uh make clear that there's a a danger there."
And they might poof up a bit, but then they get sweet again. Right.
Exactly. And and and actually this is super super interesting because everything that happens and and our fears, they exist to protect us and to make us, I mean, our existence um continue. And and embracing the fears, it's super scary, but I think it makes it even easier to survive if embracing the fears. So and this is looks like a contradiction somehow, but that's how I feel currently. So, yeah.
Beautifully said. Now we're going to do a quick rating. So from 1 to 10. So uh, one is a low number and 10 is a strong number.
Mhm.
First question. I understand my core values and how they shape the way I lead and influence others.
I'm going to say an eight because I still feel that there's more. I I.
I love that. I love it when it's not a 10. It means there's space to go, right?
Yeah, there's no idea.
Um, next question. I feel more confident and authentic when creating impact or guiding others.
I mean, that that's a 10. I know I can do more, but but it feels already so good.
I feel a huge difference. So, yeah.
Nice. Uh, next question. I have practical tools to navigate motivation, communication, and growth conversations.
It's a 10. All the tools that that you used uh in me and in the program, they're all useful because now I can also use them in others as well.
I in fact, when I was building the program um, these are all tools that I used for years with my engineers. Um, they so it's like I just brought in the stuff that I was already doing with my one-on-ones with engineers.
So um, next question. The program continues to have a positive effect on my work and relationships.
Absolutely. I mean, if you hear everything I said, it's a 10. I see things continuously changing.
Nice. And the last one, I would recommend this program to others who want to increase their positive impact.
I mean, that one that one is super easy. Um, I did it I did it in the in the class. I did it 101. Of course, I recommend this to everyone. Um, uh, it's super super super helpful in life, super useful. So, it's 11.
11. Yay.
I think that's my first 11. So, um, is there anything that I didn't ask? Um, or any last words that you want to share?
Um, I mean, I I I I don't know. I I answered everything that that you know, you know, now I'm very open, so I answer everything that people ask me. Um, no, I mean, I I think I think you you talked a lot uh or you covered a lot of of the program. You didn't explain the program, but people can can reach and and read even in your in your pages of the website. It explains uh some of the things. Um, one thing is it doesn't matter if you go and read it. You don't get it until you do it. I remember went into the 10, I think it's 10 or 12 topics that were there. I was like, oh, interesting. I learned this technique and that and then you go in the class and they go like, I I this is not what I was expecting. The the sentence of what was going to happen. It's completely different.
Um, so.
Different in a good way.
Yeah. Yeah. Completely different because it surprised me, being way much more. I was not expecting joining a class to learn things about myself the way I did and to to learn who I truly am. This is not what I was expecting. I was expecting techniques to bring to my 101s and and to bring to my to my uh company uh techniques. I was not expecting to to learn who I truly am. And and that part, you can't understand it from the lines that are on the website. So you need to go and do it.
Yeah. And uh maybe since you just bring that up because I almost never talk about it. Uh, is there some way or like the methods that I use, is there something that that stuck out that sticks out that makes it easier to get there? Like something that was surprising?
Um, I mean, it's interesting because you give space in the exercises for reflection and to be done. And in the the techniques of one-to-one or or three people doing doing something. So we start shy because, oh, I'm sharing something personal with eight or 10 more people I don't know. And and you don't even need to wait for the second day to start doing it. The techniques you bring, they're so natural that I remember, I mean, I did my first session, I was in Sweden because I went for a conference. I was doing it in in my hotel. And I remember that I when I came down to the room again, I was like, whoa, I was sharing stuff with people that I still don't know who they are because I just saw them now and it felt so okay to share stuff. So this was the the initial part. So the techniques are super supernatural with time to think and then I like the way you diffuse people with just a question or something. And me trying to avoid, I don't want to go into this because this this is too intense. And you just ask something like, oh, no, it felt like a trap in the sense of, yeah, she's seeing me. I I there's no way. There's no way you even see things that I'm not see. I do have all those those memories. So so those are the things I would say. It's super it feels so natural and and it's it creates some addiction because even outside of the the the program, I keep on reading and learning and even see videos because you shared some videos and then I subscribe and I keep on seeing videos from from those those those people that they say so many things I wouldn't understand some time ago. So everything feels very natural.
Wow. Beautiful. Well, thank you so much for your time, Mike, and um, thank you for this interview.
Thank you, S also for the opportunity and also for for giving back because this is all about uh giving back and giving to the world because again, this is super super positive.
Yeah. Thank you.
