Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America. And I'll tell you what, another Democrat could be facing serious charges here because of things that happened at the State of the Union. And this one, this one's very serious.

You guys know State of the Union every year is a time for showmanship by members of the House of Representatives. Sometimes senators get involved. This is serious. When you're harboring a criminal and protecting that criminal from being arrested, you're committing a serious crime. You're committing something where and people have called already for felony charges to be brought against this member of the Congress, Seth Molton.
Seth Molton brought as his guest a young man who is a known illegal alien an activist for the illegal alien cause as it were, you know, and he brings him to the State of the Union. Well, during the State of the Union, DHS sends out a tweet, which they shouldn't have done. They should have just did their business and not said anything. And they say, "We know he has somebody there and nobody is above the law. We are going to enforce immigration law in this country. It doesn't matter if you're at the State of the Union or where you are." They send out that tweet. His staff notifies him of that tweet. He then goes on to hand the kid off basically to his staff who then hide this young man in his office so that the authorities can't get him. That's harboring a criminal. That's not allowed by law. And now people, of course, are calling for Molton to be prosecuted. Molton, of course, thinks he's in the right.
What do you think? I want you to watch this video and let me know what you think in the comments.
>> The town of Milford, Massachusetts, turned out in spontaneous protest when Donald Trump's ICE agents arrested high school senior Marcelo Gomez Deasilva on the way to volleyball practice. A Massachusetts judge ordered his release and he was brought to the State of the Union address last night by his congressman, Democrat Seth Molton.
But Congressman Molton's chief of staff, Nisha Suarez, noticed this tweet from the Department of Homeland Security during the State of the Union address. "Representative Molton plans to bring illegal alien Marcelo Gomez Dilva. Gomez Silva is an illegal alien who has no right to be in our nation. We are committed to enforcing the law and fighting for the arrest, detention, and removal of aliens like him."
The Boston Globe reports Gomez was escorted out of the chamber by Molton's chief of staff, Nisha Suarez. Suarez, who drove Gomez to Washington, was concerned about the heavy law enforcement presence while the teen was alone in the House gallery without his phone. Gomez watched the rest of the speech in Molton's office.
Democrats on the Homeland Security Committee tweeted this: "Marcelo is a teenager who's lived in the United States since he was seven. He's a volleyball standout and beloved by his community. Teens like Marcelo are a threat to no one, and treating him like one is disgraceful."
