This year, I released my fourth book, Arlland's Authority Playbook: Become the Go-To Person in Your Niche, Get Paid and Build the Life You Deserve. And it has been an absolute hit so far with the people who have read it. And I wanted to pull from it today because this topic comes up over and over again. In fact, it is the very first chapter of my book. So, I thought I'd read a little bit from my book. And if you get my book, I'll link to it below.

When you buy it, you actually get, of course, the hard cover that comes to you. It's beautiful. Has a very soft cover. It's really nice. Uh, it feels like velvety. Um, and it'll get to you in call it two or 3 weeks. While you're waiting on it, the moment you buy, you actually get the full audio version and the full ebook version and you get a replay of my your first million live uh I think it's eight hours replay that you get. So, it's very cool.

Either way, I'm going to read this to you because I want you to understand something about offers. And so many people come to me and I'll I'll go ahead and just read it because it says this, but so many people come to me with trying to figure out their offer because they can't figure out exactly how to extrapolate their offer from what they know. And what I'm doing in July, and depending on when you see this, it may be even a second time around, is I'm holding a your first 1K challenge. and essentially just call it the the 1K challenge, the $1,000 challenge where I help you make an extra thousand dollar in about 31 days. And you can use this this talent, this skill over and over again. So, if you look in the description below, you will see how you can join. Get in where you fit in. It's going to be an amazing You may be seeing this when it's already going. Come on in. Come over. If it lets you in, that means you can still join. There will be replays. There'll be a whole community working on it together each day. So, even if you get there a few days late late, uh you'll be good.

All right. So, this video is going to help you figure out what your offer is because once you understand what your offer is, you can understand how to price it. You can you can understand how to price it. You can understand how to promote it. I mean, you can get into all the nitty-gritty when you have this figured out. Now, again, I'm reading from this book. See if you can see that. Okay. I don't know if that works. Try it. Pause this and see if you can get that to work. I'm just having fun with it.

All right. So, I'm going to read from it. I talk Oh, sorry. It's called Chapter One. You already have an offer. You just haven't found it yet. I talk to hundreds of entrepreneurs a year, thousands actually, when you count the people in my communities and the questions that come through on YouTube and in DMs, direct messages, and on live calls. I can tell you that the number one thing that keeps people stuck more than money, more than technology, or not having an audience is this. They do not know what to sell. Does that sound familiar? Let me know in the comments right now. Anytime you hear something that sounds good or sounds like yes, I'm understanding you. Say the word gem. GM. It's right behind me. This is my uh my luxury beverage brand right behind me here. GM. Say that like I'm hearing a gem right now. Okay. They will say it in all kinds of ways. I have too many ideas. So if you hear one, tell me which one of these you've said out loud. I have too many ideas. I don't know where to start. I signed up for all these programs and I'm overwhelmed. I have skills, but I don't know how to turn them into a product. I'm not sure anyone would pay for what I know. I have heard every version of this. And every single time, here is what I have found to be true. You already have an offer. You just have not found it yet.

That might sound like a motivational poster, but I mean it literally. If you are a functioning adult who has held a job, raised a child, helped a friend through something hard, built a skill over time, survived something painful, figured out how to use a piece of software, cooked a meal that people asked for the recipe to, navigated a system that confused other people. I know I have. venture capital or done anything that someone else has not done yet. You have the raw material for an offer. It is inside of you right now. We just need to pull it out. So, let me give you a framework that is going to make this simple. I call it the lab method. Lab learned, applied, benefited. You may have heard me talk about this. Here is how it works. Think about something you have learned. Anything. It could be formal like a certification you got or a degree you earned. It could be informal like you figured out how to lose 30 pounds or you figured out how to meal prep for a family of five on a tight budget or you learned how to use a particular software at work that nobody else understood. Now ask yourself, have I applied that thing? Have I actually used it either for myself or someone else? If you learned how to do yoga and you have practiced yoga, that counts. If you learned about a particular business process at your job and you implemented it, that counts. If you learned about grief and you walked yourself through it, that counts. And then, did it benefit you or someone else? The bee, did it produce a result? Did the weight come off? Did the business process improve? Did the meal prep save time and money? Did the person you helped feel better? Helped feel better? If you can say yes to all three, learned it, applied it, benefited from it, you have the beginning of an offer, that is it. That is the whole framework. You do not need a business degree. You do not need to be an expert that the whole world recognizes yet. You need to have gone through something, learned from it, and be able to help someone else do the same thing.

Now, I know what some of you are thinking. You are thinking, "But I have too many of those. I have learned and applied and benefited from 15 different things. Which one do I choose?" I work with somebody who is actually that person. Multiple certifi certifications, yoga instructor, hypnotherapist, has worked in food and beverage for years, loves music, loves animals, loves healing. Every single single one of those could be an offer. Every single one. But here's what was happening. Because there were so many options, none of them were getting chosen. It was like standing in front of a buffet and being so overwhelmed by the choices that you do not eat at all. Meanwhile, the opportunity is right there. And this person had so much to give genuinely, not for lack of skill, not for lack of heart or intelligence. It was just that all those options were creating a kind of paralysis. So when I sat down with this person, I did not tell them to figure out their lifetime passion or find their calling or meditate on it. I said,"What is one thing you could start doing in the next 30 minutes that someone would pay you for? Not next month, not after you build a website, not after you finish some other program. Right now, today," the answer answer was obvious once the question was asked the right way. this person could get on a call with someone and help them with something that they already have done successfully. The offer was there. It had been there for years. It was just buried under too many other options and too much overthinking.

Let me give you another example that I that I see constantly. Someone comes to me and says, "I'm building an ebook." And I say, "Why an ebook?" And they say, "Because that's the route I followed from the training. Start with an ebook, put it in a storefront, sell it for $97. Then I ask, "Okay, how far along is the ebook?" They say, "Well, I haven't started it yet because I need to learn this other platform to design it and I need to figure out the storefront and I need to set it up for payment processing and I need and I have to stop them right there." You know what I would rather you do? Forget the ebook for now. I always look for low friction. Are you still with me? Hey, leave a comment. Let me know. That means, what is the fastest, simplest way to get money in your hands so you can prove to yourself that this works? An ebook that does not exist yet is not low friction. An ebook requires you to learn new software, write thousands of words, design something presentable, upload it to a platform you've never used, promote it to the people who do not know you yet. That is five steps before a single single dollar comes in. But you know what you can do 30 minutes from now? Get on a call with someone. A paid call. A $97 call. A $100 call. You already know how to help people. You told me you know how to help people. So help one person on a call for money. That is your offer. It does not have to be more complicated than that. I'm not saying ebooks are bad. I'm not saying courses are bad. I'm not saying you will never build those things. I'm saying that if you do not have an offer making money right now, the fastest path is usually not the one that requires you to build something from scratch. The fastest path is usually the one where you take what is already in your head and deliver it directly to one person who needs it.

Okay, it goes on. This is just part of that chapter one in my book. So when you think about lowest hanging fruit, less friction, what this is actually called, and I don't say this in the book because I started talking about it more recently, this is actually called a micro offer. So the the fastest and the shortest distance between you and making money is a micro offer. It's not the biggest thing you build. It's not something that you have to start three months from now for it to start making money for you can so you can tell. It's something you could spin up today and have on go have going within an hour or within a day. A micro offer. This is what I'm teaching you during the 1K challenge. How do you make $1,000 anytime you want to or need to a micro offer? I go into pricing, the types of offers you can you can have. I go into where you find these customers and how you sell to them. And then I go into how do you deliver them. And along the way, we will have these five minute trainings throughout most of the month. And on the first and second day, July 1st and 2nd, you'll get 90 minutes with me each. Then every Wednesday in July, you'll get 90 minutes with me. And the replays will be available the same day. So, we're going to go, we're going to start hot. We're going to hit the ground running. And you will be able to actually implement what you learn every single day. And at the end of the 31 days, I would have taught you exactly how to make an extra thousand whenever you want to. And this skill is something that can be learned and it can be sustainable.

When we talk about an offer, there are so many ways that you can deliver an offer, spin up an offer. But if you have if your offer is I'm just going to help someone answer a question or solve a problem or maybe even do it for them. The lab framework, what have you learned, applied, and benefited from will help you get to what that offer is. And then my teach show and do framework will help you figure out how you want to deliver it. Teach, do I do a miniourse? Do I do a webinar? Do I do something a book where I'm showing people how to do it? Show. Do I get on one-on-one calls, which is what we're talking about right now? One-on-one calls. Do I walk someone through it? Show them how to do it, or do do I just do the thing for them? These are I I want to make this as simple as possible. You have three in the lab and three in the teach show. do. People are over complicating everything. Every step of the way is being over complicated. So, I want you to start thinking about that. You don't have to have everything figured out today, but I want you to think about that and I want you to tell me what you think.

And I also I did this video a few months ago where I compared the money that people have make when they Door Dash for Door Dasher, Uber driver. And I have nothing against these things. In fact, I was very complimentary to the people, but I was I was walking them through if you make say $150, even $200 in a day, spending eight to 10 hours running around town in your car or on a bike for Door Dash, and then you have to pay for gas, and then you have to pay for the wear and tear in your car over time. And what if you could instead sell one 30 minute phone call with someone that whole day and that made the 150 or the 200. This is the type of thing I'm teaching you in this challenge. This is why 167 people have now joined in the first four days alone. I made a big announcement yesterday when we reached a hundred and I talked about a bonus that you get. You get the full month of July free access to Authority XP Pro, which is my mega AI platform that everybody's been using and everybody wants to have a year of it. You get it for a whole month for free when you get when you join when you join my 1K challenge, which I'm linking to below. When I did that announcement, from the time I did that till now, something like 30 hours or so, 67 people joined. 67 people. Let's go. I can't wait to get started in a few hours. I can't wait to see you there. You're not too late. Come on over. I'll see you.
