The disappearance of this entire class is still one of the most mind-blowing mysteries in history. It was 1963 at St. Vincent's High School. A regular history lesson in room 303. But in the middle of the class, the teacher, Mr. Walker, stepped out for just a moment. When he came back, every student was gone.
The police arrived quickly and launched a full investigation. Nothing was touched. Desks were in place. Backpacks were scattered on the floor as if the kids had simply vanished into thin air. Some people thought they ran away. Others suspected a kidnapping, but there were no signs of struggle.
A few days later, the school janitor, an old man named Frank, reported something strange. He said he discovered a pile of dusty old textbooks in the basement. Books that looked exactly like the ones the students had used, but these were dated 1913. Inside each book was a name—the same names as the missing kids—and next to every name was a single word: returned. In 1913, another group of 30 students disappeared in that same classroom.
