They'll do it in the midst of trouble. They do it in the midst of affliction. Don't do it in the midst of all the trouble that's going on in their lives. They're able to lift up their hands. They're able to worship Him. They're able to, they're able to shout. They're able to jump up because there is no more shackles. We're going to sing the verse one more time. And if the Lord has set you free, I want you to step out of your seat right now and just give Him a shout of praise in this place. No more shackles and no more chains. Has Jesus has set you free? You are free indeed.

It's not just going through to, uh, pulling up in a parking lot and going to a building. It's about entering into the place where I can find hope and, my goodness, where I can find strength. It's more than just putting on a tie and, amen, it's so good to be in the house of the Lord. You may be seated. Amen. Everybody that participated in the graduation ceremony, what a sight that was to see God's people striving for the future and working together in a united cause. Amen. I'm so excited to be part of the greatest church in the world here at FBC Los Pentecostales. Amen. The English and Spanish work together. Special thanks to Sister Darlene Ridge for helping put that together and, and Pastor Galindo, who was a big, big part of that. Thank you so much. Those of you that helped with that. Had a great Father's Day service. We had five brand new people baptized in Jesus' name. Amen. And I want to thank everybody for the Father's Day gifts and cards. It means the world to us that, that we are able to pastor and work with these precious saints of God. God has been so very good and, and He's doing a great work and the future is very bright. Amen. We had a wonderful prayer meeting last night and we had a great Bible study training session. We talked about study and knowledge and how to put it together. And we had a great assembly of people here at the same time. That was going on, there was prayer meeting over at Gear Street with the Spanish saints. And I'm, I just can't wait to see what God's going to do in 2021. We still got several months left and there's a lot of people to reach for the glory of God. And I can't wait to see what is going to happen. Very quickly, I want to make a few announcements before I move on to the next part of the service. This coming Sunday, the ministry of, of Pastor Stephen Collins from Birmingham, Alabama. He is a wonderful preacher. He'll be with us Sunday morning, Sunday night, Tuesday night, and you don't want to miss this. You are going to be blessed. They have created a revival church full of miracle signs and wonders in Birmingham. He is a bright light in the United States of America and he's going to be here with us in Durham. So be ready for a move of God. If you know somebody that needs to pray through, bring them to church on Sunday. If you need somebody that needs victory, bring them to the house of God and watch what God does. Aren't you glad somebody took the time to reach out and love you and care for you and, and call you and, and intercede for you? Amen. So I am very excited about this. Amen. Won't you stand with me tonight in the house of the Lord? God has been speaking to my heart this week. I have some things I want to share with the church. Very quickly, I want you to turn with me to the book of Malachi, chapter 3. And tonight, I'm going to be teaching on the principle of tithing. The principle of tithing. And we're going to look at the word of the Lord. For everybody that is new, for everybody that has obeyed the principle of tithing during your walk with God, we're going to explore some things tonight that I think will help. I think it'll strengthen you. I think it will help to instruct those that don't know. Malachi chapter 3. And let's begin reading at verse 7. God said, "Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances." Everybody say, "Gone away." "Ye are gone away from mine ordinances and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the Lord of hosts." But ye said, "Wherein shall we return?" "A man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me." But ye say, "Wherein have we robbed thee?" And the answer comes back, "In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse, for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith." Everybody say, "Prove me now." "Prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts." Everybody say, "The Lord of hosts." "If I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground, neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed, for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts." God bless you. You may be seated. I want you to take a moment and look at how often He uses the phrase, "The Lord of hosts." "The Lord of hosts." You'll find that phrase all through the Bible. "The Lord of hosts." And sometimes it is translated, "The Lord of Sabbath." And what it means is the God of great numbers. Many people know that. They don't know that in that God of great numbers is the idea of Him being the God who takes the small in number to great numbers. And so when He started with Adam and Eve, the idea was always multiply. That was the plan of the Lord of hosts. When Adam and Eve sinned, they were expelled from the garden, and they went forth. He told them, "Go forth, be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth." When Noah came from the ark, he received the exact same command from God. It's why the Tower of Babel was such an offense to God. First of all, God was not included. God has to be included in all of our multiplicative efforts. What does it profit a man if he gains the world and he loses his soul? I'm not here to talk about money tonight. I'm here to talk about the kingdom of God. I'm here to talk about the multiplicative blessing of God. So Noah, "Go forth, be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth." And Noah, he went forth. When Israel came out of Egypt, God told them to go into a land where He would bless them and multiply them. That came from the Lord of hosts. And when Joshua and Caleb, who were the last remnant of that generation, entered into the promised land, He said, "Though you are small in number, yet you will multiply." I could go on. I could talk about 12 men who went forth from Jesus Christ who were told to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. That is all the work of the Lord of hosts. When you take a seed and drop it to the ground, that seed, it dies, it's buried, and it rises again, which is Acts 2:38. It then bears seed and it drops it. And if you give it enough time, it will multiply. And the one will become many. And that pattern, ladies and gentlemen, came from the Lord of hosts. So it has always been the God who takes the few and blesses them to become the many. This is the revelation of the mustard seed. This is played out over and over again in the Bible. And when David came to face Goliath, he did not come to face him on the grounds of, "Hey, you're causing Israel trouble." But Goliath was standing in the way of the advancing of the kingdom of God. If the Philistines gain dominion, then Israel is relegated to slavery once again. And they had been slaves long enough. And Goliath said, "Who is this?" And the answer came back, "I am David, a servant of the Lord of hosts." In other words, big boy, you're standing in the way of God's multiplicative blessing in the earth. And you're not going down because you made Saul mad and you've offended us and you're out here making a fool of yourself. You're going down because you're standing in the way of God's kingdom. And God will take down anybody that stands in the way of His kingdom filling the earth. Amen. I'm talking about the Lord of hosts tonight. I'm talking about revival. I'm talking about increase. I'm talking about the expansion of the kingdom of God. And so the repetition of the phrase, "The Lord of hosts," is a key when it comes to the principle of tithe and offering. It is God's financial plan. The tithe is the tenth. The tenth is holy to the Lord. And there are, there's other words for it. There's other, uh, subject matter words. Words like first fruits. You bring them to the Lord. People want to know where tithing began. Some people think it began under Moses. It did not. Some people think that it began under Jacob when he gave a tenth to the Lord. It did not. They think it started with Abraham when he met Melchizedek. It did not. But the principle of the first fruit started when Abel brought the firstling of his flock. God is first in all things. Amen. We honor the Lord with the first fruit, going all the way back to the very first sacrifice that was ever given unto the Lord. It's always been a part of God's plan and God's purpose. God honors the first fruit. He had respect unto Abel's offering. And one reason is because of the blood of the lamb. But the other reason is because it was his first strength. Abel offered the Lord. And there will always be a competing force that says, "You don't need to do that." You see it in Cain. Cain says, "You don't need the blood, and it doesn't need to be the first." So I'll bring the fruit of the ground. I'll bring the vegetables and I'll offer them. And there can be no redemption from sin without the shedding of blood. For without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin. And God can't be anything other than first. I'll take a moment and unpack that for a second. You know, there are some people who think they're first. They think they come first. And I hate to break it to anybody, but, but if, if you were to disappear, or if I were to disappear, the world would keep spinning. I mean, it is what it is, ladies and gentlemen. I hope they have a nice funeral. I hope they sing some songs. I hope they cry a few tears. He was a good old boy. But then life goes on. Revival goes on. The kingdom goes on. It is not about me. It's not about you. It is about God. And so God can only be what He is. God doesn't claim to be the first. He is the first. And not only is He the first, He's the last. He is the Alpha. He's the beginning. And when God assumes His rightful place in my life, I make Him the first in everything I do. Hallelujah. I want Him to be the first part of my day. I want Him to be the first part of my thoughts. I want Him to be the first of my strength. I want Him to be the first of my finance. I want Him to occupy the position of preeminence in every single part of my life.

Hallelujah. They came to Jesus saying that the man said, "Master, I, I'll follow You." And, and but there's some things that have to happen. I've got to bury my dad. And, and I've got to do some things. And there's nothing wrong with burying your father. It's a necessary part of life. The problem wasn't burying his father. The problem is that he said, "First, let me go bury my father." I've got to learn to put God first. And so Abel understands the principle and he brings the firstling of his flock. And there is the seed idea that with every sacrifice we bring the first. And from that comes the idea of Abraham, comes Jacob, comes the, the idea of the tithe, the first tenth, and the offering on top of that. Tithing is the tenth of our increase, the gross of our increase, before Uncle Sam gets his, Jesus gets his. Amen. I do not pay my tithes. I bring my tithes. Payment is made for something that was done for you. This is not done because something God did. This belongs to God. I bring my tithes. I, I bring them to God. I bring my offering. Well, how much of it belongs to God? Ten, fifteen, now, a hundred belongs to God. I belong to God. You belong to God. Everything I have. I heard somebody say that the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. And with the idea of the first fruit will come the competing idea. You don't need to do that. There will always be that voice of Cain that tries to kill the message of the blood and tries to kill the message of the first. And we see this. We see this in Abraham. When the scripture says of Abraham that he went out to fight against the kings that had taken Lot captive, they call it the slaughter of the kings. And Abraham, the servant of the Most High God, possessor of heaven and earth, went out to battle. He defeated them. God gave him the victory. And when he returned and he rescued Lot, and the king of Sodom, the Bible says that the king of Sodom tried to bless him. The elements that were there are still present today. Even today, as we fight our way through this life and fight the good fight of faith, the, the elements of Sodom are still trying to infiltrate the church. Be very careful who gives you things. For everybody that doesn't understand finance, be careful when the government gives you stuff. The same government that gives you stuff can begin to give you orders. And if you take from them, then you owe them. And Abraham, wise to the things of this world, looked at the king of Sodom and said, "I will not take one thing from you, not even a shoelace, that it might not be said that you have blessed Abraham." I want my blessing to come from God. I want my favor to come from God. I don't want to be controlled by anybody. I don't want to be dominated by anybody. I don't want to be addicted to handouts. I don't want to be waiting on somebody to feed me. I'll take care of my own life, thank you very much. God is my exceeding great reward. God is my exceeding great portion. He's the one who strengthens my hands. He's the one that gave me the breath in my lungs. He's the one.

He's my provider. He's my way maker. He's Jehovah Jireh. He's the one who rebukes the devourer. And so I don't need the gifts of Sodom. And so when he rejected that, and I just, I need to take a second and tell people that a lot of people don't understand how control works and how manipulation works. Usually, manipulation starts with that with people giving you things. And when somebody is so friendly and you don't know who they are, and, and you're not sure why they're being friendly, watch closely. It's the first step of manipulation. Abraham knew it. And he wanted to be blessed of God. And so after he dismisses the king of Sodom, the Bible says he took the spoils of war and he took the tenth and he brought them to Melchizedek, king of Salem. Melchizedek was the high priest. The Bible doesn't tell us a lot about Melchizedek, but it does tell us that he was the priest of the Most High God. It said that he was without mother and without father. And, and people don't know what that means. And people argue about what that means. And was it Jesus? We'll ask Him when we get there. What we do know is he was the king of Salem. Without mother and without father, scholars usually attribute that to me, that there's no record of him in the Bible. There's no genealogy. There's no record of where he came from. God just raised him up. Praise God. I could preach on that right there. Can I take my time tonight? Is it all right if I explore this? Because there's a, there's a spirit in this world that says that people don't need to give their tithe, don't need to give their offering, that it's Old Testament, that it's under Moses, and we don't need to do it right now. And that is a lie from hell. That is an invitation of, of a curse. That is the voice of Cain that says this does not matter. And God will reject that sacrifice. King of Salem is closely related to Jerusalem. It's the king of peace. That word Salem is Shalom. When the Jews greet one another, they will say Shalom. And that word Jerusalem is Jeru-Shalom. It's the kingdom of peace. It's the kingdom of rest. It's when God's finished work is done. And God is taking us to a place of rest. And in order to build that kingdom, Abraham shows the prototype or the template of how it works. Melchizedek brings bread and he brings wine. And Abraham brings the tithe and the offering to the man of God. That, ladies and gentlemen, is an apostolic church service. When you come to church, there's gonna be bread. That's what we have right now. When you come to an apostolic church service, there's gonna be wine. That's the outpouring of the Holy Ghost. There's gonna be preaching and there's gonna be worship. We're gonna leave filled. And if we're blessed, we might leave a little drunk in the Holy Ghost. Not drunk as you suppose, but drunk on that which was spoken by the prophet Joel. "I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh." It's the Melchizedekian priesthood. And it's what moves mountains. It's what establishes kingdoms. It's, it's the priesthood of Melchizedek. I'm, I'm not trying to preach this, Brother Galindo, but I can't help but I get excited about it. Because this principle is not from Moses. Tithing doesn't come from Moses. Tithing predates Moses. All the way back to Abel. And we see it in Abraham. And Abraham comes to the priest of Melchizedek. And the Bible tells us that when Abraham gave his tithes to Melchizedek, so did Levi. Levi gave tithes. Now, this is out there. This is in your Bible. It's in the book of Hebrews. As Paul was talking to, uh, the religious world of the Jews, he told them, "You're so wrapped up in the law and the administration of the law, which are the Levites, to show you that the New Testament administration of Jesus is greater than the administration of Levi." Levi gave tithes to Melchizedek because he was in the loins of Abraham when Abraham gave tithes. And he said, "No doubt, the less is blessed of the better." When you read that verse, what that means is Melchizedek was greater than Abraham. And Melchizedek was greater than Levi. Hallelujah. And then Paul said, "There is a priest that rises after the order of Melchizedek." He just springs up out of nowhere. He doesn't have the genealogy. He doesn't have the pedigree. He comes from the lion of the tribe of Judah, of which the Father spoke nothing about. He's a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. He's the priest. It's an eternal priesthood. It never shows that he was born. And it never shows that it, that he died. It just shows that there he was. The Bible says of Jesus, "He would be a root out of a dry ground." He just comes out a virgin conceives and bears a son. And a high priest is born. He shows up at 12 years of age. He confounds the wise men in the temple. That's a priesthood. And it's a greater priesthood than Levi's priesthood. In the book of Psalms, "Thou art a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek." And somebody said, "Well, tithing's not for the New Testament. It's for the Old Testament." Oh, friend, the Bible tells us about Jesus' priesthood. That it is the priesthood of Melchizedek. And it says it's not the power of a carnal commandment, but it's the power of an endless life. We don't need new priests after Jesus. Under Levi, there had to be new priests because they died. And when they died, they never came back. And a new priest had to rise to take their place. It started with Aaron, and then after Nadab and Abihu, who died, it was Eleazar, in the succession of Levitical priests on down the line. But Jesus Christ, He died and He rose from the dead. And Paul said, "He dieth no more. Death hath no more dominion over Him." So where there is an unchangeable priesthood, there's an unchangeable covenant. It never has to change. It never has to be altered because He died once and He lives forevermore. And it's the power of an endless life. And the same priesthood of Abraham is this Melchizedek is the same priesthood of Jesus Christ. That's where tithing comes from. It is the power of an endless life. I was talking to a man one day and he told me that, "You don't need to give your tithes. It's Old Testament." I took him to Genesis 28:22. The Bible says that Jacob gave tithes of all at Bethel, the house of God. I said, "That's our template right there." And he had a reason why that didn't work. I took him to Genesis 14. Abraham gave tithes. I took him to, to Genesis 4, where Abel brought the firstling. And he had an answer for all of it. And I talked about the power of an endless life. And he explained that way, away, and we went round and round the mulberry bush. And, and people hear that kind of stuff and they get led away by false doctrine. Finally, at the end of it, I said, "You know, you got an answer for everything. And you have a, a post, you have a graduate degree." And some people, they use fancy words to scare people. They don't scare me. You can hide behind all the fancy words you want to. The word of God is the word of God. It is forever settled in heaven. And I said, "Excuse me, friend, have you ever, ever started a church?" He said, "Well, no." Oh, I said, "Oh, okay. Well, never mind. Conversation's over." He said, "We talked about, conversation's over." I said, "Well, I thought I was talking with somebody who knew what they were talking about. But you've sat up there in a seminary somewhere where an apostate professor told you some theory and, and some, uh, philosophy that he got. Never planted a church. Never started a church. You go out there and you try to start a church and raise it up without tithe and offering, and let's just see how good you do." That tells me you've never done anything for God and you don't have any idea of what you're talking about. Come down out of your ivory tower and learn God's plan. This is Abraham's plan. This is Jacob's plan. This is Jesus' plan. And this is the kingdom of God's plan. Prove me now herewith. Prove me now herewith, if I will not open up the windows of heaven over you, and I'll pour you out a blessing. I don't want to forget to give my tithes. I don't want to get behind on my tithes. I want to bring them to the house of God. Proverbs chapter 3, verses 9 to 11 to 11. Bring all the first fruits to the house of the Lord. The scripture is filled with examples. He says, "Your house will be filled with plenty. Your barns will burst." God, God told us to prove Him. When you start talking about money, people get funny. Everybody's excited when you're talking about the Holy Ghost. When you're talking about victory, when you're talking about healing, joy of the Lord is my strength. And then you say, "Bring ye all the tithes and offerings into the storehouse." And it goes here, "Oh, now, preacher." Because money's where you live. The Bible says, "Money answereth all things." What's that mean? Does that mean that you can give money and get out of everything? No, that's not what it means. It means that money will prove what you are. Money will answer where your heart is. Where a man's treasure is, there will his heart be also. Show me what you spend your money on, I'll show you what you are. And when you start talking about money, things get, but, and I, I'll be the first to tell you, I wish that, that churches were built on good intentions. But air conditioning doesn't run on good intentions. This church, this facility, this, this worship experience is built by faithful people who have given their tithe and offering for half a century and have supported missions around the world. There are churches, hundreds of churches, millions of dollars have come from faithful people. Have come from seed and money offerings. Have come from sacrificial missions giving and tithe and offering. And has gone to build churches all over the world. And there are people hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ all over the world because of offerings sent from this church. Praise God. And when you start talking about it, it gets hard. And there's a reason why. I want to talk about the reason why the Bible says that the love of money is the root. Everybody say, "The root." It's the root of all evil. And the reason why it's so hard, one reason is because when you start tugging on the root of all evil, when I start preaching about finance and money, I start tugging on hatred. I'm starting to impact prejudice, jealousy, fornication and adultery, and homosexuality. I'm starting to pull on uncleanness and wickedness and drunkenness, wild lifestyle. I'm pulling on every unclean thing in the cosmos. It is the root of all evil. And that's why you feel such resistance when you start talking about that. And I cannot allow evil to stop the kingdom of God from going forward. And let me just say it like this: If you'll get victory over money, God will give you victory over the rest. If you'll get your greed under your feet, if you'll get your doubt underneath your feet, if you'll get dominion, you'll learn how to dance like you never danced. You'll learn how to shout like you never shouted. You'll get dominion. You'll get power. When you start to give your tithe and offering, you'll find out that sin starts falling apart. You'll find the bad habits start drying up because you chop the root off. And sin starts dying and it starts wilting because it's the root. It's the feeder system of all evil. And if God can trust you with money, He'll give you dominion in your life. It's where your heart's at. It's where the seed of your affections are at. Praise God. Is this all right? I know, I know the hour is growing late. But this is how churches are built. The world gives their tithe and their offering. You know, before you talk about giving to the church and have all the smart things to say about that, let's talk about that cigarette habit that you've had. Let's, let's talk about the, the medical bills that come from the lung cancer. Because, because when you are in the world, you are under sin system. The Bible says there is a devourer. There is a devourer. And, and the Bible describes it. Sometimes it's described as a locust, sometimes it's a fly, sometimes it's a lion. But all of them have the same thing in common: they are devourers. God never told them that He would take them to the land that, that flowed with lions and flies. And when you go walking into a club or a bar or, or a party, a worldly situation, you are walking in with devourers. They'll gobble you up and they will consume your strength. They will consume your life. They will consume your finance. That's right. You get involved in the world system, you'll have legal bills. You'll have debt collectors. When you lie and you go back on on your covenants and your contracts, they will come for you. And you will pay out the nose. And you will give and, and you'll give at the sporting events. And you'll give at the entertainment venues. And you'll give at the porn, uh, merchants. And, and you'll give through children who don't serve God and who are addicted. And, and you'll give through the bail system and the judicial system. There is a devourer that comes to take the precious things that God has given to you. But if you can ever put God first, if you can put God first in your prayer, put God first in your time, put God first in your study, put God first in your lifestyle. No, honey, you can't stay in bed. We got to go to the house of God. This is the day that the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and I will be glad in Him. We're going to serve the Lord. We're going to serve Him with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength. When that is my lifestyle, but that is my guiding mindset, He rebukes the devourer. He rebukes the fly. The name Beelzebub. It means the Lord of the flies. Beel means Lord. There were people think there was a God named Baal. Baal is actually a generic title that means Lord. Zebub was the fly. And he was the god of consumption. He was a devourer. When, when locusts came, they were devourers. When Samson came, the Bible said that a devourer roared against him. The chief of the devourers, the lion roared against him. And if the lion ever roars against you, there are people, some of you had lions roar against you this week. Some of you had problems that threatened to devour you. Some of you had crises that threatened to devour you on the way to church tonight. We were driving down the road, Sister Urshan and myself, and, and off to the side of the road, we, we looked, and there was a wreck. And we saw some poor people that had been, been T-boned by a car. And the closer that we got to it, we saw they were apostolic people. And we got a little closer, we saw it was, it was Sister Reyes. And we said, "Hey, hey, are you okay?" "Yeah, we're okay." And, and we pulled up here. And, and we, we didn't know it, but this lady was coming and she didn't see us and she just slammed into us, totaled the whole car, and the whole side was crushed. And I looked out and I saw, I saw apostolic women just walking around completely unharmed. Now, you can say that's a coincidence. But that tells me that there's a God who rebukes the devourer. There's somebody, there's a devil that wants to devour your children and wants to devour your future and devour your heritage. But I've got a God that says, "Prove Me now. Prove Me now. Prove Me now. I'll rebuke the devourer. I'll rebuke the lion that roars against you. I'll keep My hand on you when you don't even know it. In the split second when you don't know what's coming, there's a divine hand that comes down." Prove Me now. Prove Me now. Prove Me now.

You can remain standing. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. The Bible says that when the lion roared against him, the Spirit of the Lord came upon him. And when the Spirit of the
The Lord came upon Samson. He grabbed the devourer. He tore him in pieces. Praise God! When the Holy Ghost comes on you, God will give you power to overcome. He'll give you power to where the devourer lays at your feet. You will not be subject to the Baal bondsman. You will not be subject to the criminal justice system. You won't be arrested on Friday night. You'll be at a prayer meeting on Friday night. You'll be at the house of God on Sunday. You'll be at youth service. And God will bless you. And God will keep you. And your fruit will not spoil. And your vine won't cast its increase in the field.

And God will take what used to be a devourer. The Bible says he gave a riddle to the Philistine lords. He said, "Out of the eater, you read that word in Hebrew, it's devourer. Out of the devourer came forth meat. Out of the strong came forth sweetness." Samson walked out of that situation licking honey off his fingers. When the locust came to devour, John the Baptist said, "Oh no, it's a new day." And he went out and he gathered up all those locusts and he dipped him in honey. It was like a Chick-fil-A nugget with honey barbecue. You take that old devouring lifestyle and you learn to overcome it. You learn to get dominion. That thing doesn't control me anymore. I have dominion over the devourer. I have power over the consumer. God's given me blessing. God's given me everywhere my foot falls, I'm proving him. I'm somebody. Lift your hands on a Tuesday night. This is the blessing of the Lord. This is the favor of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Come to the altar tonight. Come and lift your hands. Let's close this service. I wanted Jacob to come to Bethel and say, "Surely this is the presence of the Lord, and this is the house of God. I will give the tenth to you. Wherever I go, I will honor you and I will bless you." Somebody lift your hands to heaven. Somebody left.

The tithe is the tenth. The offering is a free will offering that you give above and beyond the tithe. If I do not give that, I rob God. I rob the temple and I stop the work of God and the blessing from my life. And the Bible says I'm cursed with a curse. Some people take a a number. They say, "I'm going to give 5% above that an offering." Whatever you choose to give, that is a decision that you've made. But but God's been good. God has been good. And and the scripture tells us that when we do that, he that gives seed to the sower will multiply. He will multiply it in your life. The Lord of Sabbath, the Lord of Hosts, the God that takes small things and makes them great things, the God that conquers Goliath. He said, "I will open up the windows of heaven." So when I get a hundred dollars, I give ten dollars in tithe. And I I like to give five dollars offering. And then I like to give to missions. And then if I get a thousand dollars, I give a hundred dollars. And if I get ten thousand, I give us a thousand. A hundred thousand, I give ten thousand. If I get a million. And that there people go, "Whoa!" And I believe God wants to give people a million. And if you'll allow the Lord of Sabbath to go to work in your life, he'll bless you. He'll bless you. And I'm not just talking about monetarily. Blessing comes in the form of your children serving God. Blessing comes in the form of health. Blessing comes where he opens up doors where it was impossible for them to be open. Sister Reyes, blessing comes when you walk away from a car wreck and you're in church a couple of minutes after the car wreck. The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich and he addeth no sorrow with it. Amen. Amen. Amen. Thank you. Thank you for being at church on Tuesday night. We love you. We appreciate you.
