Charlie Morgan's $12M Funnel (Full Breakdown)

Transcription

If you're a fan of the knowledge that Charlie Morgan gives out, I am too. But in this video, I'm going to be breaking down how he's able to generate over $12 million with a generic VSSL funnel. Now, the only reason I underline the word "generic" is because I want to emphasize the fact that, honestly, the funnel is quite simple. It's not as complicated as most of the other funnels you see on YouTube or on the internet, and you're like, "How the hell do I build this?" No, this is actually pretty easy to build. However, it's a lot more than that.

You know, in this video, I'm going to be breaking down the psychology behind how he's actually able to garner so many eyeballs, how he's actually able to funnel them, and the entire conversion process that takes someone from zero to actually paying him at least $10,000, that leads him to generating at least $1 million every single month with his company. So, without further ado, let's dive straight into it.

So, in this video, we're going to be covering basically this whole thing from the traffic to the funnel to the entire conversion process as well. But it all starts here, and it's a very, very simple VSSL funnel. He also uses an opt-in funnel, but they're practically the same thing; they're just integrated into each other. So an opt-in funnel or an opt-in page is basically just a page that collects your name. It collects your email, and it will usually collect your phone number. In this case, I'm pretty sure it's just these two. Uh, but sometimes they can collect your phone number as well.

And what will happen is first you get redirected to a video page, but you will also be sent emails because now you submitted your email address, and you'll be sent emails that are basically redirecting you to otherwise go to the application page and book in a call or submit a form or just redirecting you back to this page to actually watch the video. The video is called a VSSL. If you don't know what that is, it's basically just a video sales letter. It's a video that's aimed to basically sell you something, and it usually redirects you to what's like an order form page or an application page or for you to just book in a call with them so they can actually pitch you. And once you've actually booked in a call or submitted a form, you also get taken to a confirmation page where they give you just more tools to nurture you and give you more information about who they are and what their mission is and how they could actually help you as well. Just kind of selling you on their product just a little more. But that's basically how the entire page works. I'm not going to go into the specifics of it because I want you to keep this in the back of your mind because we will come back to this because his entire funnel literally just works and hinges on this entire format right here as well.

So, first things first, let's start with his Instagram because if there's anything that hasn't really got much going on, it's his Instagram. Okay, he's only recently started posting Instagram reels. Um, he gets quite a bit of views. He's done a collaboration with Simon Squib as well, if you don't know who that is. And he got a couple hundred thousand views just there. So, just some kind of recognition for his profile. But other than that, there's not much else going on. Um, he's got some credibility in his bio. So, "I've made 20 million plus dollars selling information online, scaling 3,000 plus agencies, coaches, and consultants, and core sellers. And then my only account, any others are scams." And then he'll just link back to his YouTube, which we're going to get into just a second. Then he has a story highlight of review one, review two, client stories, join the team, which is obviously him like hiring people, um, his YouTube channel, then results one, results two. But most importantly, the ones that we really care about are like these, okay? Because people are going to flick through these and they're going to be like, "Damn, okay, this guy's got a crap ton of undeniable amount of credibility." So, that's one thing to take into account. Apart from that, there's not much else going on. He may do story sequences here and there, but his Instagram isn't his main focus.

What usually is the thing that's bringing in the most amount of money is his YouTube channel: 238,000 subscribers. And he'll create basically like very low-effort type of videos where he's just kind of walking around holding a camera and speaking or he's literally just in front of his desk speaking with a very minimal amount of cuts or edits or anything like that. Like that the thumbnail was literally just him standing holding the camera and it says "Seriously don't do it." And another one just the Burj Khalifa, him standing there and then "I'm leaving." Um, this one I don't know what's been going on with these thumbnails, but nonetheless, everything's pretty simple. Like this one is literally just him sitting in front of his desk: "Want to be rich? Just go up these four things."

So, what do we actually get from this? We're going to ignore the links for now because we're actually going to go into like the description of his videos. Nobody really goes into his YouTube channel, goes into the about section and clicks a link because that never pretty much works. But for the most part, he has these top-of-the-funnel ones, right? These are videos that are going to basically target everybody. Anybody and everybody, basically just most entrepreneurs that exist on this planet because Dubai is so, I guess, glamorous to a lot of people and the zero tax policy and stuff like that, people are very, very interested in him. So for the most part, this video will be targeting a lot of a very, very broad audience, you know, and this is top of the funnel. This is just to bring in eyeballs. Then he will have a much more different, or I guess a more specific approach. Okay, so let's just look at some of them, right? You have "Dopamine transfer is the fastest way to become a millionaire." Now, this is more for people. This is more like middle of the funnel. Okay, this is people who have watched his videos and they're like, "What the hell?" Like, okay, I know he speaks facts, but like what the hell does he mean by "dopamine transfer is the fastest way or the fastest path to millionaire in 2025." Another one, "Appointment setting is the easiest way to make money online." Okay, "How to lock in like a millionaire." Nonetheless, a lot of these are actually top of the funnel, but also a lot of these are middle of the funnel, just kind of pitching on the fact that he is very, very knowledgeable. He knows what he's speaking about. Okay. And if you just scroll down further into his YouTube channel, even if I could get it up right now. So, here we are. But if we are to just flick through, there's a lot of videos where he is very much just like middle-of-the-funnel type of videos. Okay, so "The productivity routine that made me 20 plus million." Um, if we go back again, "Stop scrolling until you hear this. How I went from minus 25K to $30 million." This is more of, actually I'd say this could be a bottom-of-the-funnel type of video because it's aimed for conversions. It's not really virality, but for the most part, like "0 to $1 million SMMA course, 18 plus hours," you know, this is to literally convert people. It's got 97K views. It's 18 hours long, but he's giving just a full-blown course. And it's not to gather eyeballs, but it's for more like the people who have already, who already know who he is and they're subscribed to his channel, to watch this video, and to get really sold in his persona, who he is, what he knows, and the fact that they believe he can actually help them.

So, back to the Myro chart. This is basically what his YouTube channel consists of. In his bio, he also has basically saying, "Being pitched effing sucks. Funnels suck. Free webinars suck. Lead magnets suck. I get it. If you want my personal help with plan acquisition for your agency or coaching or info course business without any of that BS, then click here." And then there'll be a link to a landing page. And then also he says, "Oh, by the way, I personally guarantee 52 clients for everyone who clicks the link." And then there's another link. Now, the funny thing is is both of these links lead to the exact same landing page. Now, why does he do that? Because one, he's targeting people who don't really know him, but they just want to see, basically, I mean, he just called out that, you know, these things suck, these things suck, these things suck. And people like, yeah, they do suck, you know? So, he's just kind of trying to stand out from the rest. He's trying to point out the obvious, things that he knows people hate. The only reason he knows that is because he knows his ideal client profile. I'm not going to get into it in this video. Feel free to watch a lot of my other videos where I dig into exactly how to identify your ideal client profile and how you're going to know who to pitch and how to pivot your marketing or messaging or anything along those lines. But then if you want my personal help with client acquisition for your agency, coaching or info course business without any BS, then click here. And of course, he's just kind of being very blunt, very honest, saying if you want my help scaling your business, then just click this link. And then also for the people who are, I guess, more warmer or people who want a very, how do I say this, shiny object or more of a direct result, he'll also say "I personally guarantee 52 clients." Who's going to say no to 52 clients? And they'll click this link and they'll go down to his landing page.

Now, before I cover this landing page, I found something interesting as well because from every one of these, uh, links that you click on his, oh oops, every one of these links that you click on his videos right here, funnily enough, they, he has tracking in every single one of these links. So, every one of these URLs actually tracks which YouTube video the people came from, which is a very, very interesting thing. I think he's doing not just the tracking of where most people come from in terms of which platform, but he also tracks which video they come from. And I think that allows him to do a lot of testing on what type of videos to post, what type of videos convert the most, and which type of videos make him the most money, which I thought was very, very interesting because it should just be imperium agency.com/aia-growth-call, but then it's also like business reasons, "I left Dubai after making, uh, percentage 2430m," right? So, it's tracking which video it actually came from. This is the exact link I pulled the video from. So, if you don't know which one this is, I'm pretty sure it's this one right here. So, yeah, nonetheless, this is basically the landing page.

So, when he takes people to this landing page, you got a very simple logo at the top. Then, "step two out of two, schedule your discovery call." So, he takes people straight. So, if we go back to this little graph right here, he takes people straight to this video page right here. He doesn't take them here. He doesn't take them here. He takes them straight to this video page. So, you might be asking, why is he actually doing that? Well, the reason he's doing that is because a lot of the people who have watched a lot of these videos are already warm on who he is, how much money he's made. He's already got the credibility in the world, and he's going to give you even more credibility. So, when you click this page, you just go to a very, very simple sub-headline: "Marketing agency owners, coaches, consultants, and course sellers." All this is is literally just calling out the audience. Then you'll have the headline, "Discover how we can guarantee you 52 plus high-ticket clients in the next 52 weeks." Now, that is a crazy offer. Okay, he's guaranteeing you 52 plus clients in the next 52 weeks. Now, of course, he does have a legal agreement in place to protect himself and whatnot, but for the most part, who's going to say no to 52 plus clients, high-ticket clients in the next 52 weeks? And then he lays out the steps. I like when people do this for their funnels. I think it's very, very straightforward. Allows people to stay on track, I guess, just subconsciously. But it makes you basically watch a VSSL. Now, in this VSSL, he's very, very honest, saying, "All right, I'll be honest. This is a sales funnel. It's designed to sell you something."

Now, one thing I really admire about Charlie Morgan's tactics to selling is that he's very just blood raw. He's he's honest. He just says like, "All right, I'm not going to lie. I am going to pitch you something, but I'm only just laying those cards out on the table, so there's no tricks up my sleeve." And it lets, it makes people drop their guard because they're not like, "Oh, he's trying to disguise it. He's going to pitch me." It's more like Charlie Morgan's like, "Look, bro, I am going to pitch you, so do what you want with that information." And people are like, "Ah, you know what? I respect that he's being honest about it." And then they drop their guard, and then that's where he just goes bam and sells. Okay, so in this VSSL, of course, he just shows off how it works. He shows a crap ton of student results on people that went from like 0 to 30k a month, people that went from 20 to 60k a month, stuff like that. And then he'll pitch you at the end of the, at the end of the video to actually book in for a discovery call. So this is step two out of two: "Schedule your discovery call." "Your answers will remain completely confidential, and I used to prepare a strategy for you prior to the call." Now, this one's actually pretty interesting, right? Because I don't see a lot of people using this on their landing pages or their VSSL pages especially. But first, he says, "Your answers will remain completely confidential." Now, that makes people feel secure, you know, makes people feel safe, especially because in the application, they do ask for revenue numbers. And if you're not able to, if you're not comfortable with, you know, disclosing revenue numbers, stuff like that, whether you're embarrassed or whether you just want to keep that stuff private, you know, just the fact that they're saying "completely confidential" is going to make you feel a little bit more secure doing that as well. And that's going to, I guess, reduce the friction from people actually booking in the call. And the second thing is that they are used to prepare a strategy for you prior to the call. Now, why is he doing that? Well, basically, it's just an incentive to actually book in a call and give the correct information because based on the information they can craft a strategy to improve your client acquisition. Okay? So it's an incentive more than anything. And if anything, it actually explains why they should give the correct answers and why they should give answers in general. Why should they say how much their business is making? Why should they say what type of funnel or what type of problem they're having with their business? You know, it just allows it actually really reduces the friction. And I think it's honestly the best type of incentive. It's really, really thought out. Really, really well thought out because I mean, look, this is just one line, but it does a lot, honestly. It reduces a lot of friction. And of course, he has the calendar where you can book in for a call nonetheless. And then he basically just breaks down what we will show you on, on your discovery call. So they will show you, um, how to get 300 plus free appointments in the, in the first 90 days without using ads, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, then client delivery and scaling and then sales mastery. So he basically just breaks down like what they actually help with just in case people need more information, and then they go into an undeniable amount of results.

Okay, so these are a bunch of like what, 37, around 30 to 40-minute interviews between students who have gone from, uh, you know, new monthly recurring revenue 85k a month, uh, new monthly recurring revenue 95k a month, 105k a month, 110k a month, 120k a month, 180k a month. Now, him showing this much proof is only going to reduce the amount of people that are like questioning him as a business or as a coaching business whether they should invest in him. Also at the top, he has "3,000 plus happy clients served worldwide." You know, he's showing as much credibility as possible. And then also at the bottom, they have the TrustPilot, which is 741 reviews at 4.8 stars on average, which of course is just more credibility and lots just making people book in.

Now, also he has two more traffic sources, which is Facebook ads and YouTube ads. Now, I've gone into the Meta ad library. He has ads running right here on Facebook and on Instagram, um, you know, started on the 2nd of May, 2nd of May, 2nd of May. And if you just go into one of these creatives, it's literally like the copy is very, very simple: "Coach, consultant, agency owner question. Where is your next client coming from? Better yet, where are your next 10 clients coming from?" And then there is a video that also leads to this basically landing page, okay? Or an opt-in page. Um, and of course, if you want to take a look at any of his ads, they're very, very well scripted. They're very, very well made. Um, the team that he has behind this must be honestly like, they, they're great at what they do. So feel free to take a look at it. All you have to do is just go to Facebook ad library or Meta ad library, and you'll be able to basically just type in Charlie Morgan, um, United Kingdom, and then it would just pop out for you.

And then also another thing is YouTube ads. So if you go to the Google Ads Transparency website, it's basically you can, it's just another way to view ads. So of course, Meta ad library is for Facebook, and then the Google Ads Transparency, something along those lines. You can literally just type it in into Google. So if I just type in, um, all I have to type in is "YouTube ads library," and it will be that link right here. So the Google Ads Transparency Center, and there you can also basically look at all of the YouTube ads that he's running as well. Um, and if we just take a look at one of them, you've probably seen his ads everywhere. Like the ad spend must be crazy. But for the most part, you watch this video, and it's, it's a very, very good pitch. It's basically something along the lines of like, "What if I was to guarantee you 20 new clients in the next 60 days, would you say no?" And then also what I have seen is in a lot of these offers, he basically says, of course, on a pay-results, pay-on-results basis. Now he does charge upfront, but basically the way he frames it is that you pay upfront and they hold their money for you, and then if you don't perform or you don't get XYZ result under certain conditions, you will get, you will give a 100% refund. But what I have seen him also do is basically say that he will refund you all of your money and also send you $5,000 on top of that as a complimentary bonus for basically wasting your time as well. So if that offer isn't watertight, I don't know what is. It's a super, super good offer, and that's basically what this ad goes through, and then of course you just click "learn more" or whatever the button is, and it will take you to this opt-in page.

Now, in this opt-in page again, "Marketing agency owners, coaches and course sellers only, learn how you can fill your pipeline with 100 plus qualified appointments every single month, guaranteed." Okay, so again, would you say no to at least 100 plus qualified appointments every single month, guaranteed? And then of course below that it says, "This may be the fastest way to scale your agency, consulting, or coaching business to 100k profits per month." People don't care about revenue, they care about profit. So they're being awfully specific. And then you also have this fake video right here. It's not actually a video. It's just an image. And when you click it, it would just come up with a pop-up telling you to give your first name and your email address again. Now, there are some bits of credibility here again. So we have the TrustPilot with 693 reviews rated at 4.8 stars. Then we also have "2,500 plus verified case studies and testimonials." And then we also have "153,000 YouTube subscribers." And then of course there's just some extra credibility for you. But all you have to do, the only ask is your first name and your email address. And that's it. You click "show me," and it'll take you to another page which will be right here. And this is a separate page, but it's a, it's a VSSL page.

So if we just quickly go back to this format right here, we've just gone through the opt-in page. Now we're on to the video page, but also at that same time, we have the email sequence. So just before we go into the VSSL page, we have the emails, right? And we get sent a very, very simple email literally as soon as you opt in. It'll be something like "[video], fill your pipeline with 100 plus qualified appointments a month, guaranteed." And he'll say like, "Hey Mattas, thanks for checking out my proven system on how you can fill your calendar with 100 plus qualified appointments every single month, guaranteed. This video is perfect for anybody looking to generate high-value leads and clients in a predictable way. Here's what you should do next. First, click here to watch the VSSL." So, of course, this redirects you back to watching this video right here, which we're going to get into in just a second. But then also, so this is the first step, okay? This is a "no BS free trainings or webinars." It's just a quick 10-minute video that shows you how we can help get you, you get more clients on a pay-results basis. Okay, remember this. And then second is "apply for your own custom discovery call." And then there'll be a link that takes you to basically a booking page as well. Now the second email, uh, also at the end of this you have, uh, just another one, the CTAs to book in a call after just giving you some more context. And then in the second email that he sends roughly about 30 minutes after, um, I'm not going to, I didn't show the entire email, but basically starts like "Congratulations on taking the first step to scaling your online business. We're thrilled to have you join the easy grow community where coaches, consultants and agency owners like you are transforming their businesses and lives." I'm not going to read this entire thing. Feel free to pause. But essentially, um, it just gives you a little bit of credibility right here. Tells you a little story about one of their students, um, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then it basically, "Curious to learn more about how Cindy transformed her life and business, click the link below to watch her full interview." And this will just basically link you back to a YouTube video where you can watch a bottom-of-the-funnel video that will convert you and giving you more credibility of how Cindy was able to go from 1K to 340K a month by, you know, working with them, just giving you more credibility and more of an incentive to actually work with them. And then also at the end he'll say, "P.S. If you're ready to take the first step towards transforming your business like Cindy did, schedule a free strategy call with us. We'll discuss how a program can help you reach your goals," and then of course just a link for you to go over to the Calendly and book in a call. But now of course once you opt in you get sent those emails and then you also get redirected to the VSSL page. In this VSSL page, as you see this one is "step two of two, schedule your free growth call." And of course, this is just like it's a forever moving thing. It kind of catches your eye, but for the most part, it's just to kind of track your progress. It's a psychological thing. Uh, but then of course, "Marketing agency owners, coaches and consultants and..."

Course sellers. We've already seen this. They basically do this in every single sales page, or VSSL page, or landing page. Um, you are one step away from learning how you can fill your pipeline with 100-plus qualified appointments every single month. 100% guaranteed. So, it's very, very similar to this, just a little more, I guess, every single month, 100% guaranteed, but it's basically the same thing, just a little rewarded to fit the page more, as well, and to look nicer.

And then again, we have the step one of two, and then step two of two. Step one of two is, of course, a 10-minute VSSL, just kind of selling you on everything. Uh, being very, very honest, brutally honest, telling you what this is, how they're going to help, all of bombarding you with an undeniable amount of case studies, and last but not least, telling you to apply for a free strategy call in which you click, and it takes you to a discovery call page where you can just book in for a call, pretty much.

And then once you book in a call, you now get taken to this page. Now it'll basically say, "Congratulations, your appointment has now been scheduled. I have sent you a confirmation. I have sent you confirmation of your call time and date via email and text. Please make sure that you put this in your calendar right now." I, I like how he said, "I have sent you." Obviously, he hasn't sent you. It's like it's more of a we; it's a team; it's an automation. So, it wasn't him, but he said, "I have." It just seems a lot more personal. People pay a lot more attention to it because, of course, people like to feel special.

Then he says, "Please watch the short video below to confirm your appointment." And this is a very, very short video. Basically, the whole thumbnail of this is, "Warning, your appointment is not yet confirmed. If not confirmed, it will be cancelled. Here's how." So, this is kind of giving people FOMO, like, "Oh, no. I don't want my appointment to be cancelled. Let me watch the video." This is kind of just a, a scare tactic to make people watch the video. And then you watch the video. All he says is like, "Thank you very much for applying. Um, here is just some expectations. We expect you to show up on time. We expect you to show up maybe with a pen and paper, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah." Just kind of nurturing you and setting out the expectation from the start.

And then also below this video, he will have, "Important: the invitation from unknown sender email may give the option to click 'I know the sender' instead of 'add to calendar.' If this is the case, please click 'I know the sender' button." This is obviously just reducing the amount of no-shows they have because some people's, like, these emails may go straight to spam. And of course, they need to click "I know the sender," um, to for it to appear on their Google calendar as well because, of course, they booked on a call for an external website. And now they need to, it needs to show up on their Google calendar, but it won't if this is the option. So they also have that on the thank you page.

Then below that, they have an undeniable amount of case studies again, like, look, there's a huge amount of case studies. There's one, two, three, that's what, one, two, three, four, five, six. So that's 18 case studies. 18 interviews that people have gone through, uh, through transformations, and then, "See 2500 plus more case studies here," and of course, they click this and they get taken to a separate page full of case studies.

Then the next thing is, "Check out my YouTube channel for free content on how to scale your business." And of course, this is just redirecting people to Charlie Morgan's YouTube channel. And then also, "Check out the Easy Grow YouTube channel for more client case studies," which is more of bottom-of-the-funnel type of content where it's only interviews. This is only people that have gone through the program and have driven results, and for people to watch through to actually like sell themselves.

So they've already booked on a call. Now you just need to basically defeat the whole purpose of, like, they need to defeat the whole fear. They need to create a safety net for their customers who hop on that call. They don't want to get the objection of, like, "I don't know if this is going to work for me. I'm not, I'm not confident this will work for me." They want only people who are committed. And the only reason, the only way to do that is to redirect them to like a YouTube channel like this where there's an undeniable amount of case studies, and also on a page where there's like 18 interviews here on the page itself.

And last but not least is, "Rated excellent on Trustpilot," which is just more credibility, and then more client results here that you can click through and watch through. So what they do is they literally bombard you with like an undeniable amount of results and testimonials and case studies to where there is no way that you can't possibly think that they don't drive results. There is no way. The only way you could possibly think that is if you're stupid. Okay, so they bombard you with so much case studies to where it's like, it's, of course, they drive results. So they don't get objections of, like, "I need to think about it because I'm scared this won't work for me." The only objection they get now is like, "I don't have the money, really." And the reason for that is 'cause they charge 10K, and it's a lot. Okay.

And the entire format for this thank you page is literally headline, video, recent client interviews, and then YouTube channel with case studies/more Trustpilot reviews. And that's it. Anything in between really doesn't matter. Of course, this, this part right here is just to reduce some friction in terms of reducing the no-show rates because people never logged it on their Google calendar because usually business owners use Google calendar, including myself, a lot.

So even if we look at it right here, just going back to this little diagram right here, we have the opt-in page. Okay, we have the opt-in page right here. The VSSL page or the video page we have right here. And also in between that, we have the email sequences right here. So, we have the email sequences. There's a lot of them. I just put two of them 'cause I'm not going to bore you. And then we have the application page, which is basically the discovery call right here. And then we also have the confirmation page, which is right here, which is the thank you page. Um, and that's pretty much it.

Now, just to sum everything up, the way he gets traffic is through YouTube, through Instagram, Facebook ads, and YouTube ads. Okay? The main ones, the, the jackpot is basically YouTube and YouTube ads. YouTube organic is the breadwinner. YouTube ads is what's booking them at least five calls a day, if not even more than that, honestly. Then the entire funnel is people go from, come from paid ads or organic content. So that's mainly YouTube. If they come from Instagram, they go to YouTube, and they come from YouTube, right? But if they come from paid ads, they go through the opt-in page and then to the VSSL page. If they come from organic, they go straight to the VSSL page. Then they get taken to the booking page, then a thank you page, and then the nurturing process, which will be emails. Uh, they'll be sent emails reminding them for the call, telling them stories, sending more client testimonials and case studies for them to watch through. Then his YouTube channel for people to watch through, consume more of his content.

You know, I don't know if you've watched a lot of my YouTube channel, but Google done a research, which was the 7-11-4 rule, right? And that basically said that in order for someone to buy from you, they need to watch seven hours of your content across 11 different touch points on four different platforms. And once they've done all of that, they are now able to buy. So when you're able to touch them through emails, YouTube channel, case study, YouTube channel, and then one-to-one interaction, they're going to buy from you. So another one is case study, YouTube channel. Of course, we've covered this earlier in the video, which is this one right here, okay? Of all the case studies that people can look through and actually watch. How Nico went from 1.5K to 14K per month in 3 months. How Gabriel went from 7K to 47K per month in 9 months. How [Name] went from 5K to 60K per month in 26 months. All of these case studies are just to literally warm you up to everything.

And last but not least, the one-to-one interaction. So, what will happen after you book in a call, usually a day before the call is actually due, what will happen is you will get sent a video message from one of the closers who is actually taking the call with you. And he'll send you a video message saying like, "Hey, what's up, John? Just wanted to quickly send you this video, tell you that obviously you'll be taking the call with me tomorrow. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to let me know. Cheers." And then that's it. And that is only just for one-to-one interaction. This is so it builds trust for people. You know, they start to, I guess, know the closer as well. And they could perhaps even like him. You know, they may have some questions or anything along those lines. So, not only do they know, like, and trust Charlie, right? They also know, like, and trust the closer because he actually popped up to them. He was actually showing his face. He's being a very, very chill guy, right? They, they've seen the closer; they've seen the person who they're going to be speaking to, the expert who's going to be helping them with everything. So, they're also a lot more keen to hop on that call. It increases show-up rates; that decreases the friction. It's overall just allows for them to convert a lot better because of the one-on-one interaction.

So, if you're a coach, if you're a consultant, and you don't have this, it's honestly a game changer, 100%. And by the way, just whilst we're going through everything, if you are a coach, consultant, mentor, or even if you're a guy or a girl who's looking to monetize their audience, um, course, program, or just you have expertise in something and you're looking to create a program out of it, I'm going to leave a link in the description where you can apply. You can claim a free audit from me. I'll have a look over your entire conversion system, see if there's anything I would change and give you active feedback that you can take towards your business to actually improving it, and worst-case scenario, you can just walk away with all of that advice. But nonetheless, I could perhaps even implement a team or even implement these systems entirely for you, completely done for you without you having to move a finger. So, I'm going to leave a link in the description where you can check that out.

But nonetheless, we get into convert. Okay, this is how you convert people. The closer contacts the prospect, okay, the prospect hops on the call, and then on the sales call, they're already hella warm. Okay, I said "hella" because they are hella warm. And then the deal gets closed; they always get $10,000 cash collected, or they usually do a payment plan of like $2,000 um across six months. Then also after they have collected, so only after they have collected the cash, they will sign the contract, and then they will start the onboarding process. And that is pretty much it. If you want to know what the upsell to this is, if they do have a mastermind that they charge anywhere from 10 to I think anywhere from 5 to 20K for, for you to attend. But nonetheless, we have covered how he actually gathers eyeballs, how he funnels these people, how he actually converts these people in the entire conversion process, and how he's actually able to make over $12 million every single year with just a very generic VSSL funnel.

So, if you are a coach, a mentor, consultant, or a person with expertise or a specific skill that you want to monetize, I have a link in description where you can claim a free funnel audit where I'll look over your entire conversion system, see if there's anything I would improve, or perhaps could even do it completely for you, 100% done for you. Um, leaving a link in description where you can apply for that. But I thank you for watching till the end of the video.
