I want to begin today by saying something that may disturb your comfort, but I would rather disturb your comfort than confirm your destruction. There are things happening in the invisible world that are directly connected to your physical world, and most people are living their entire lives completely unaware of the warfare that is being waged against them, not on battlefields, not in courtrooms, not in boardrooms, but in the most private, the most personal, the most intimate space of their daily existence, the place where they go to relieve themselves.
Now, I know that sounds unusual. I know that sounds strange, but I want you to understand something before we go any further. The kingdom of darkness is not limited by your sense of dignity. Principalities are not embarrassed by your comfort zones. The enemy doesn't care that you think a certain topic is too crude, too strange, or too primitive for a serious conversation. Because while you are deciding whether or not this topic is beneath you, he is using it to bring you beneath the ground.
So, settle yourself. Open your mind. Because what I am about to share with you today is not folklore. It is not superstition. It is not the ranting of an uneducated village elder. It is the reality of spiritual law, confirmed by ancient scripture, confirmed by the testimony of thousands across nations and generations, and confirmed by the very nature of how the invisible realm operates.
Let me establish a principle before I go anywhere else. The spiritual world is real. I am not asking you to debate this. I am not giving you the option to philosophize about it. The scripture is unambiguous. The Apostle Paul, writing to the church at Ephesus, which was one of the most intellectually sophisticated cities in the Roman world, a city of philosophers, a city of commerce, a city of educated people, Paul wrote to those people and said, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." That is Ephesians chapter 6 verse 12.
Now, notice what he said. He said we wrestle, not we might wrestle, not some of us in certain denominations wrestle. He said we. This is a universal statement. This is a statement of condition. Every human being on this planet, whether they know it or not, they believe it or not, is engaged in a wrestling match with invisible forces. The only difference between people is whether they are wrestling consciously and victoriously, or whether they are being pinned to the ground without even knowing a match is taking place.
And this is the crisis of the modern church, the modern believer, the modern human being. We have been educated into ignorance. We have been taught so much about the visible world that we have become blind to the invisible one. We have been trained to trust only what we can measure, only what we can quantify, only what we can place under a microscope. And while we were busy with our microscopes, the enemy was busy with your destiny.
Now, let me tell you something about witchcraft. And please, I need you to get past the Hollywood image, the woman with the black hat and the broomstick. That is a caricature. That is a distraction. Real witchcraft is not a costume. Real witchcraft is a system. It is an organized, structured, intentional system of accessing demonic power for the purpose of controlling, manipulating, harming, and destroying other human beings. It is a counterfeit kingdom with counterfeit power operating in real dimensions with real consequences.
Witchcraft is mentioned repeatedly in scripture. The prophet Samuel told King Saul, "For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft." The apostle Paul listed witchcraft. He called it sorcery among the works of the flesh in Galatians chapter 5. The book of Revelation tells us that in the last days the nations will be deceived by sorcery. This is not a peripheral issue. This is a central issue of spiritual warfare. And it has been with us since the garden.
Now here is what I want you to understand about how witchcraft operates. And then we will bring it specifically to the subject matter. Witchcraft operates through access points. Let me say that again because it is the foundation of everything else I am going to tell you. Witchcraft operates through access points. It needs an entry. It needs a gate. It needs a door through which demonic assignment can be released against a target.
This is why the scripture speaks so much about doors, about gates, about thresholds, about covenants. Because both the kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness operate through the principle of access. God will not come into your life where he is not invited. That is why he says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock." He is a god of access. He needs an open door.
In the same way, and this is critical, the enemy also needs access. He is not omnipotent. He is not all powerful. He is a created being who fell from his original state. He cannot just walk into your life without a legal right, without a spiritual gateway, without an access point. And this is the knowledge that witches and practitioners of the dark arts have possessed for thousands of years. They understand the principle of spiritual access. They understand that in order to harm a target, they must find a way in. And over centuries of dark practice, they have discovered something that most modern Christians have never been taught. Something that your Sunday school class never covered. Something that your theological seminary probably never mentioned. That the physical elimination of the human body creates a temporary but powerful spiritual gateway.
Let me explain this carefully and soberly. The human body is not just a biological machine. You are not simply a collection of organs and chemicals walking around the earth. The scripture tells us in Genesis that when God formed man from the dust of the ground, he breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul. You are a spirit. You have a soul. You live in a body. Three dimensions of reality exist within you simultaneously. And because you are a three-part being, everything that happens to your body has a corresponding spiritual dimension. This is why sickness is not just biological. This is why trauma is not just psychological. This is why what you eat, what you see, what you hear, what you touch, all of these things have spiritual dimensions. The body is the interface between the visible and invisible world. It is the contact point. It is the meeting place.
Now, when the body goes through the process of elimination, and I am speaking about the natural bodily function that every human being performs there, is a moment of extraordinary spiritual vulnerability. And I want you to understand why. The ancient Hebrews understood this. In Deuteronomy chapter 23, God gave very specific instructions to the children of Israel about how they were to handle this particular physical function. He told them to designate a specific place outside the camp. He told them to carry a shovel. Bring your shovel. He told them to dig, to cover. And then he gave the reason, and this is the part that nobody reads carefully enough. He said, "For the Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp to deliver you and to give your enemies before you. Therefore, your camp must be holy, so that he may not see anything indecent among you and turn away from you."
Now, most people read that and think it is simply about hygiene. They think God was just giving them sanitation laws to prevent disease. And yes, there is a natural wisdom in that, but that is not the full picture. God said the reason for the instruction was his presence. His presence required holiness in that space, which means that space, the space of elimination, has a spiritual dimension that affects divine access. If the holy presence of God is sensitive to what happens in that space, then you must understand that the dark kingdom is equally attentive to that space. What God protects, the enemy wants to exploit. What God sanctifies, the enemy wants to desecrate. This is not coincidence. This is principle. And practitioners of witchcraft, whether they learn this from ancient traditions, from demonic instruction, or from the passing down of occult knowledge through generations, they know this. They have known it for a very long time.
Let me now be very practical and very specific, because I am not here to theorize. I am here to inform and to protect. There are several ways that witches and practitioners of dark arts attempt to use the toilet and the process of elimination to attack their targets, and I will walk you through them systematically.
The first method is what we can call the collection of personal biological matter. Now, I understand this is uncomfortable. I understand this is not a pleasant subject, but let me tell you something: your discomfort will not protect you. Your refusal to face this reality will not shield you from it. The enemy is not waiting for you to become comfortable before he acts. So, let us be adults and let us be serious. Witchcraft operates on the principle of personal connection. The more biologically intimate the material, the more powerful the spiritual link. This is why in occult practice across cultures from West Africa to the Caribbean, from Southeast Asia to Eastern Europe, there is a documented consistent practice of using bodily waste, specifically human waste, in the construction of curses, in the binding of spells, in the directing of demonic assignments. The biological material, because it came from the target's body, creates what practitioners call a sympathetic link, a spiritual cord that connects the curse to the individual.
Now, this does not mean you should live in paranoia. That is not my message. I will tell you how to walk in victory before we are done, but first you must understand what you are dealing with. In communities where witchcraft is heavily practiced, and I have traveled to many nations, I have spoken with many people. I have heard testimony after testimony. There are reports of individuals being assigned to collect material from specific targets, toilets or bathrooms. This sounds extreme. This sounds like something out of a horror film, but it is reported consistently across cultures that have no contact with one another, which tells you it is not a cultural invention, it is a spiritual reality that multiple cultures independently discovered.
The second method involves the casting of spells, curses, or demonic assignments into toilet systems, plumbing, or bathroom spaces with the intention that when the target uses those facilities, they come into contact with the assigned spiritual force. This is a method of territorial contamination. The practitioner does not need to collect anything from you. They simply need to assign something to the space you will occupy. This is why in many spiritually discerning cultures, there is a tradition of prayer before entering a new home, specifically anointing thresholds, doorways, windows, and yes, bathroom areas. Not because people are superstitious, but because spaces can be spiritually assigned. Spaces can carry spiritual deposits, and the bathroom, precisely because of its spiritual sensitivity, is a prime target for such assignment.
Now, let me give you the third method. And this one is perhaps the most sophisticated. It involves what I would call dream attacks and astral intrusion during the moment of vulnerability. There is a state of sleep that we call REM sleep, rapid eye movement sleep. Science has documented it. But science has not yet explained why so many people across so many cultures report experiences during sleep that transcend normal neurological activity. The scripture itself records numerous divine encounters during sleep. Jacob wrestled with an angel. Joseph received prophetic dreams. Paul received direction through visions in the night. The invisible realm has always interacted with human beings through the sleep state. But the enemy also understands this. And practitioners of astral projection and witchcraft, and understand I am not talking about science fiction. I am talking about documented occult practice. They have a tradition of what is called spiritual night visits where they project their consciousness, their spiritual entity into the space of their target often during the target's most vulnerable moments. Some people report being attacked, experiencing inexplicable fear, inexplicable heaviness, strange sounds, strange presences specifically when they go to the bathroom at night and they dismiss it. They say, "I was just half asleep." They say, "It was just my imagination." But the consistency of these reports, the similarity of the descriptions across people who have never met and never compared notes suggest something more than imagination. The toilet at night is a specific time of vulnerability because you are transitioning from sleep where your spiritual sensitivity is heightened into a wakeful state and you are going into a small enclosed space alone in the dark or near dark, often with your defenses lowered, and practicing witches understand this window.
Now, let me address the fourth method, which is perhaps the most subtle, and it operates through something I will call covenant contamination through water. Water is spiritually significant. Throughout the entire scripture, water is associated with spiritual transition, spiritual cleansing, spiritual covenant. The flood of Noah was water. The crossing of the Red Sea was water. The Jordan River crossing was water. Baptism is water. The woman at the well received living water. The Book of Revelation shows us a river of water flowing from the throne of God. But water can also be used as a medium for the transfer of spiritual assignments. This is documented in numerous African traditional religious practices, in Haitian Vodou, in various Latin American folk magic traditions, in Asian shamanic practices. The use of water, including the water in toilet systems and bathroom plumbing as a medium through which curses or assignments are released, is a real practice.
Now, I need to pause here and say something. Something very important. Because I am aware that someone listening to me today is beginning to panic. Someone is beginning to think, "I can never use the bathroom again." Someone is beginning to feel overwhelmed and afraid, and I need to speak directly to that. Fear is not your portion. Fear is not the purpose of this knowledge. The scripture is explicit. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Second Timothy chapter 1 verse 7. I did not bring you this information so that you would spend the rest of your life cowering in the corner, afraid to use your own bathroom. I brought you this information so that you would no longer be an ignorant target. There is a vast difference between a soldier who knows where the enemy is and a soldier who does not. Both may face the same enemy, but only one has the advantage of awareness. Knowledge is power. Spiritual knowledge is spiritual power. And the moment you understand how the attack operates, you can dismantle it, you can reject it, and you can walk in consistent victory over it.
So, now let me pivot. Let me tell you what the scripture gives us, what the kingdom of God has provided for the protection of his children against every strategy of darkness, including this one.
The first and most fundamental protection is the blood of Jesus Christ. Now, I know that is a statement that many people have heard so many times that it has lost its power in their ears. But, let me restore the weight of it. The blood of Jesus is not a religious phrase. It is not a charm. It is not a formula. It is a legal reality in the spirit world. When Jesus Christ went to the cross and shed his blood, he did not merely accomplish a religious ritual. He made a legal transaction in the courts of heaven and in the dimensions of the spirit realm. He purchased the freedom, the covering, and the protection of every person who would receive him. And that blood, that blood which was shed once for all, for all time, that blood speaks. As the book of Hebrews tells us, it speaks better things than the blood of Abel. When you apply the blood of Jesus, an application is not passive. Application is active. Deliberate. Spoken declaration. When you apply that blood to your life, to your home, to your bedroom, to your bathroom, to every space you occupy, you are establishing a spiritual boundary that no demonic assignment has the legal right to cross. That is not poetic language. That is spiritual law. The enemy understands legal jurisdiction better than most Christians do. He will not cross a boundary where he has no legal access. Your problem is not that the protection is unavailable. Your problem is that most believers have never been taught to actively deploy it.
The second protection is what I would call sanctification of space. This is the anointing with oil, a biblical practice that has been reduced in the modern church to something we do when someone is sick, in hospital, near death. But the anointing of oil in the scripture was also a practice of consecration, of setting apart spaces, objects, and persons for God's purposes and God's protection. When you anoint the door posts of your home, when you anoint the thresholds, when you deliberately go through every room, every space, including the bathroom, and declare it consecrated ground, sacred space under the jurisdiction of the most high God, you are not performing superstition. You are operating in biblical principle. You are exercising the authority that Christ gave to every believer when he said, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."
The third protection is prayer, specifically strategic, targeted prayer. Not the vague, generic, "Lord, bless me" kind of prayer that has become the diet of most modern believers. I am talking about informed, intelligent, specific intercession. I am talking about sitting before God and saying, "Father, I understand that there are dimensions of spiritual warfare that operate against human beings through the most private aspects of their physical existence. I declare today that every access point in my life, in my body, in my home, is covered by the blood of Jesus Christ. I declare that no witchcraft assignment, no demonic projection, no spiritual contamination has legal right to my life, my body, my family, or my space. I declare that the same spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead, the spirit who dwells in me is greater than any force arrayed against me, and I walk in that authority today." That kind of prayer is not desperation. That kind of prayer is not weakness. That kind of prayer is a declaration of legal position. It is a child of the king entering into family covenant and saying, "I know what belongs to me."
The fourth protection is the discernment that comes from a life of consecration and spiritual sensitivity. And let me be very direct here. Many believers are so spiritually dull, so disconnected from the spirit of God, that they could not discern a demonic attack if it came with a business card. They have so filled their lives with noise, with distraction, with entertainment, with the constant flood of information from the digital world, that the still small voice of the Holy Spirit has been completely drowned out. The spirit of God, when he is given room, when he is cultivated, when prayer and the word are genuinely central to your daily life, the spirit of God will alert you. He will give you a check in your spirit. He will give you a sense of unease when something is wrong. He will give you a dream, a prompting, an awareness. He is a spirit of truth and he leads us into all truth, which includes the truth of what is happening in the invisible world around us. But if your prayer life is thin, if your word engagement is superficial, if you are feeding your spirit on junk, the equivalent of spiritual fast food, then you have diminished your capacity to receive divine intelligence, and divine intelligence is your greatest protection.
Now, let me speak to a specific group of people today. I am speaking to the person who has been experiencing strange things and did not know how to explain them. Strange experiences in the night, unexplained illnesses that doctors cannot identify, a heaviness, a darkness, a spiritual weight that follows you from your bedroom to your bathroom to your daily life. An inexplicable pattern of bad luck, of failure, of doors closing, of relationships breaking down, of finances draining, and you cannot point to any natural reason. I am not telling you that every negative experience in your life is witchcraft. Please do not misunderstand me. There are natural causes for many things. There are psychological causes. There are sociological causes. There are economic causes. Discernment means you do not attribute everything to the devil and nothing to your own poor choices. But equally, discernment means you do not attribute everything to natural causes while ignoring the reality of the spiritual. If you have been experiencing patterns that defy natural explanation, if there is a persistent, recurring, consistent dimension of attack that follows you, that is not responding to natural solutions, then it is worth praying with genuine spiritual intelligence. Father, is there a spiritual dimension to what I am experiencing? Is there an assignment against my life that I have been unaware of? And if so, reveal it to me and show me how to break it. And when you pray that prayer, be prepared to receive the answer because God is not playing games with you. He is not withholding information you need for your protection. He said, "Call upon me and I will answer you and I will show you great and mighty things that you do not know." He is committed to your knowledge. He is committed to your freedom.
Let me speak now about some practical wisdom and I use the word wisdom deliberately because wisdom is not just spiritual revelation. Wisdom is the practical application of principle to daily reality. There are practical things you can and should do.
First, be discerning about where you live. Be discerning about the homes you enter. When you move into a new residence, before you bring your furniture, before you unpack your boxes, pray through that space and anoint it. Declare it. Dedicate it to God. Consecrate every room, every corner, every closet, every bathroom. Establish spiritual jurisdiction before you establish physical residence.
Second, be careful in environments of witchcraft concentration. In certain communities, in certain nations, in certain environments, the presence of organized witchcraft activity is high. You should not be ignorant of your spiritual environment. Know where you are. Know the history of the place. Know what covenants may have been made on that land and pray accordingly.
Third, be alert in relationships. Witchcraft cannot always operate at a distance. Sometimes it operates through proximity, through relationship, through people who are deliberately placed in your life to gain access. I am not telling you to be paranoid about everyone you meet, but I am telling you to be spiritually discerning about who has access to your private life, your private space, your home. The scripture is clear. Do not be unequally yoked. That principle extends beyond marriage. It speaks to the principle of spiritual compatibility in all close relationships. When you allow certain people into your intimate space, into your home, into your confidence, into your life, you are allowing their spiritual reality into your spiritual jurisdiction. And if their spiritual reality is dark, that darkness comes with them.
Fourth, be consistent in your prayer and the covering of your home. This is not a one-time event. This is not something you do when you feel scared and then forget about when things seem fine. Consistent, daily, deliberate declaration of God's covering over your life and your household is a discipline of the spiritually mature. Do not wait until you are under attack to pray. Pray proactively. Pray from a position of authority, not from a position of desperation. The believer who prays from authority sounds very different from the believer who prays from desperation. One is reminding heaven of what belongs to them. The other is begging for scraps. You are not a beggar. You are a child of the king. Pray like you know whose you are.
Now, let me address one more dimension before I bring this to its close. Because I believe this is perhaps the most important thing I will say today. The greatest protection against witchcraft, against every form of it, including the methods I have described today, is not a formula. It is not a prayer you memorize. It is not a ritual you perform. The greatest protection against witchcraft is intimacy with God. It is a genuine daily living relationship with the Father through the Son by the power of the Holy Spirit. The reason the enemy has access to so many lives is not primarily because people don't know the right prayers. It is because people are living disconnected from God. There is no covering where there is no relationship. There is no protection where there is no presence. And the presence of God in your life, tangible, consistent, daily, is the most powerful force of protection that exists in any dimension of reality.
When you walk with God, when you wake up in the morning, and your first conversation is with him, when you saturate your mind with his word, when you are genuinely submitted to his authority in every area of your life, when you have dealt with known sin, when you have forgiven those who wronged you, when you are walking in love and integrity, you are living in a dimension where the enemy simply cannot find legal access. He searches for a door and finds none. He looks for a crack and finds a fortress. He looks for a vulnerability and finds the presence of the Almighty.
This is why Psalm 91 is one of the most powerful passages in all of scripture. Read it slowly. "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." Note the condition. He who dwells. Not he who visits. Not he who shows up on Sunday and leaves God at the church door. He who dwells, who abides, who lives, who makes his permanent home in the presence of God. That person receives the promise. "You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you." That is not a promise for the casually religious. That is a promise for those who have made dwelling in God's presence the central commitment of their lives.
So, let me bring you to this final word. What I have shared with you today is not meant to frighten you. It is meant to free you. Because fear keeps you in the dark. Knowledge brings you into the light. And the light, the light of truth, the light of the word of God, the light of the Holy Spirit, rich revelation, the light dispels every darkness. Every darkness without exception. You do not have to live as a victim. You do not have to live under the constant shadow of demonic oppression and not know why. You do not have to attribute every attack to bad luck or coincidence or genetics. You can be informed. You can be equipped. You can be covered. You can walk through this life with your head lifted, with your spirit alert, with your heart at peace, knowing that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world.
The enemy is real. The warfare is real. The methods are real. But the victory, the victory that Jesus Christ secured at Calvary, the victory that was confirmed at the resurrection, the victory that is available to every blood-bought, spirit-filled, word-grounded child of the living God, that victory is more real than any attack, more powerful than any curse, more enduring than any assignment of darkness. You are not prey. You are not a target that has no defense. You are a child of the Most High God, covered by the blood of his son, indwelt by his spirit, equipped with his word, and protected by his presence. Walk in that reality. Live in that reality. Do. Declare that reality over your home, over your family, over every space you occupy, including that most private space. And let no practitioner of darkness, no assignment of witchcraft, no strategy of the enemy find any access to what belongs to God, because you belong to God. Every part of you, every space of your life, every dimension of your existence. And what belongs to God, God keeps.
