Hey guys, welcome and welcome back to the channel, The Indian Girl, and I am Monalisa. So guys, today I am going to share my science-based, simple, effective morning skincare routine with you all. My skin is oily, acne-prone, and this you are seeing is a mosquito bite. So my skin is oily and acne-prone, and I have a lot of pimple problems. My skin is very sensitive. So let's start the video. First, I wash my hands thoroughly for 20 seconds. The area between my nails, I mean, I wash my hands very well with hand wash. This is a crucial and important step. Then, this toothpaste, I like it a lot. It's a toothpaste from H&R, a medicated toothpaste. I used to have a lot of problems with sensitive teeth. Ever since I started using this toothpaste, for the last one year, I haven't had any problems with sensitive teeth. After brushing my teeth, I remove the dead skin cells from my lips. And for that, when my lips are moist, after brushing my teeth, what I do is, then with my fingertips, I remove whatever dead skin cells are on my lips. Because of this, throughout the day, my lips feel very plump and hydrated. After that, I wash my face. And for face washing, I am using this Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. I really love this product. You must have seen me talking about this product in many videos. It's a new formulation, which is quite hydrating compared to the old formulation. I really love this product. If your skin is oily, acne-prone, combination, dry, pimple-prone, sensitive, no matter what type of skin you have, you can trust this product blindly. I really love this product. Probably since I was 11 or 13 years old, I have been using this product, and I can swear by this product. And I always wash my face by massaging it for a good one minute with face wash. Because of this, the problem of blackheads and clogged pores that I used to have has reduced a lot. I have a detailed video on this as well, which I will be putting in the description box. I try to wash the areas that we often neglect, like the corners of our nose, chin area, hairlines, jawlines, quite thoroughly by massaging them, so that there are no chances of pimples or whiteheads in these areas. After that, I gently pat my face dry with an old cotton t-shirt. I don't dry it completely. On moist skin itself, I then use the product I am going to use. This is Plum's Vitamin C serum. I use Vitamin C serum during the day. For the first few days, I wasn't using it because I had some pimples, so because of that, I started using Vitamin C again because Vitamin C serum is a product that provides antioxidant benefits, which protects your skin from free radical damage, and it increases the efficacy of sunscreen. So, using Vitamin C serum during the day is a science-based fact. So please try to use Vitamin C serum during the day. And it has 3-O Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, which is a stable form of Vitamin C, and a lot of research has been done on it. It penetrates the skin well and doesn't irritate the skin as much as L-Ascorbic Acid. So I really love this 3-O Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, and Plum's formulation is a very lightweight, hydrating formulation, and it doesn't irritate the skin at all. It helps to brighten the skin very well. I really love this formulation, and it is the perfect Vitamin C serum for India's humid hot weather. I think I will be using this for a very long time, and it makes my skin instantly glowing and hydrated. So for this, I don't use any other hydrating product. After this, I directly move on to moisturizer. This is The Formula Rx Barrier Repair Moisturizer. It has ceramides and peptides, which help to repair the skin barrier and strengthen it. You must have seen in my last video as well that I am using this product, and I really love this product because this product has helped my skin, my skin barrier, to improve to a great extent. I am not going to stop using this product. I already have five tubes in stock. The basic structure of my morning skincare routine is that I will cleanse my face with a gentle face wash, then I will use a Vitamin C serum for antioxidant benefits, and then I will use a moisturizer that is barrier repairing, especially a ceramide-based moisturizer, and it hydrates and nourishes the skin very well. And then I will use a sunscreen. This is Dermaco's 1% Hyaluronic Acid based physical sunscreen. It is a tinted sunscreen. It is a new launch, so I am trying this product, and I have liked it a lot. It has Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide. Both are physical sunscreen filters, and they are very safe and the only FDA-approved physical sunscreen filters. So it will provide you with broad-spectrum protection from both UVA and UVB, especially Zinc Oxide. And it leaves a slight white cast. But it has a little bit of Iron Oxide added, so it has a slight tint, and Iron Oxide will give you protection from visible light. So if you have acne scars and marks on your skin, then you can try this product blindly because it has Iron Oxide, and it will give you protection from visible light. Then, my all-time favorite, for maybe a year now, I haven't used any other lip balm. I only use Vaseline on my lips, both times, morning and night. And I love Vaseline. It has no fragrance, no unnecessary, no lip-irritating components. So that's it, my morning skincare routine. It is very simple, very effective, and works very well for me, and is very pocket-friendly. So if you are a teenage girl, you can definitely follow this routine. So that's it for my morning skincare routine. See you in my next video. Until then, bye-bye, love you all.
