Today we're watching as the Putin regime reaches a new low. We've just seen that the most trusted troops of Vladimir Putin, those whom he counts on for his own security, those who are supposed to rescue his regime if anything happens. Well, once and again, they are shown to be less than faithful.
Specifically, I refer to the Kadir troops, those associated with Raman Khadir, the head of Cheschna, the Akmat troops. Well, those troops, they've shown their disloyalty before. When the Putin regime has been challenged, they always seem to find an exit really well. But this time, incredibly enough, their soldiers are reported to have refused orders to take a city. Though they were told to deploy, they chose to stay in Cheschna. Order was only restored once Moscow officially threatened them with desertion charges.
Now, if you have your Ptorian guard, those who are supposed to be there to prop up the regime no matter what, refusing to take orders, refusing to get out of their houses because they think it's too much risk, how do you think they'll do when there's a heavy push when all of a sudden the Kremlin is being assaulted? Do you think that they will show up and do their jobs? Or do you think they might just choose to snooze it off? That's a real risk. And if you're Vladimir Putin and you're paranoid, which he is, that's something you should be very worried by.
But he should also probably be worried by the fact that today new reports are coming out showing how much the field officers are falsifying maps to hide positions that Russia never actually took. That's leading Moscow to come up with new battle plans, operations around fictional gains. And that sort of a myth that they built themselves allows Ukraine to counterattack and expose the gap between the reports and the reality.
But all this is happening on the background of an economy that's exploding. Households in Russia are feeling the cost of unpaid wages, of fuel shortages, of eroding daily life. Overall, the expenses in Russia for the average Russian are shooting upward as quickly. The government is unable to control it. That's why today in Russia, we are seeing though the true apex of this all. We are seeing now people in Russia questioning how much longer to the Putin regime begins to fall. Overall, Vladimir Putin has a lot of problems. Their economic nature, their military, and ultimately their political. But there's plenty of people around Vladimir Putin who understand that he is no longer there to help them. He's somebody who's cost him a lot of money. He's somebody who is taxing them quite literally and quite in a direct way. Consider what we see right now in the economy. The Russian government is unable to provide basic services. Cities like Moscow are cutting more than 25% of all spending on healthcare.
Now, if you're a common Russian already paying sky-high taxes, facing new VAT taxes soon, how do you feel about the fact that it does nothing to help you and that the more that you spend, the less do you get? The more expenditures though, you see on the military, a military so riddled with corruption, we've seen one deputy minister of defense after another arrested. who we saw earlier how the entire Shoyu clan, the former minister of defense, well, they were all forced out due to various corruption charges. But many of them, they've been in their positions for decades. Just imagine the millions of dollars they stole. If you're a taxpayer, realize that now you don't get healthcare, your kids don't get school, you just get a military where it's maybe defending you, they steal everything. How would you feel?
Well, probably not as good as those who are sitting back in Cheschna, those who are making tons of money from the subsidies from Moscow on the premise they'll protect the Putin regime. But when push comes to shove, we've seen once again they behave the same way. Whether it's a progosion Wagner group uprising or if it's a direct order from Moscow to take a city, they tend to find a door and start running.
So, let's dig into it. Let's look at what's really going on in Russia right now. The truth of the matter. Because when you look at it, you'll see for yourself. Russia today is very clearly not winning in Ukraine. It is instead losing the world the truth of what is really happening inside Ukraine. The fact that things are so bad and that things are about to get worse.

So first and foremost with the Chetchins, we must understand why they are so important. Ramzan Kadir the current head of Cheschna he has a very intense personal relationship with Putin. His father Akmak Kadir he had been the head of the chhatchins but 1999 despite being the mufti decided to defect to abandon the cause of an independent chachchna. Vladimir Putin in that exact year carried out a number of bombings in Moscow which he did for political purposes to boost his own popularity to have the bloody shirt to wave. After these department bombings in Moscow, it justified the second Chetchin war that led to the death of tens of thousands of Chetchins. Kady was willing to accept it. He was unwilling to come out and say it wasn't us, don't do it. He was willing to allow his own people to get killed. has allowed him to get closer to Moscow.
But his son, he carries on that tradition of being a traitor to his own people. But he's even a traitor to Vladimir Putin, the one who is his benefactor. Putin is the one who's been paying the expenses of Cheschna for years. In fact, more than 90% of the Chetchin budget, they are direct subsidies from Moscow. It's not domestically produced. That's why Grozny looks like such a beautiful city. It was completely leveled by the Russians in the second Chchin war. There's only way they were able to take Cheschna. Now remember, Cheschna itself only has a population of about 1.5 million people. Russia as a whole, it's about 140 million people. The fact that they couldn't take Cheschna, it's a good reflection of what we see later in Ukraine. But I digress.
What we see specifically right now though, it's even more interesting because we saw back during the Progosian uprising how they're unwilling to come to the aid of Putin. And Putin today, he's been very cold or cool at least about endorsing strongly Kadira as he's seeking re-election. Now, Kadira, to his own credit, said that he would not even vote for himself if he's given a choice. That shows you how much faith people should probably have in him. But overall, the soldiers around him, they all seem to have come to the same conclusion that today it's very unlikely that Kady is going to be around for much longer. He himself is of failing health. But Putin has chosen to not endorse this son of his Adam to take over. Now that's a very interesting development. That means that lineage will die out as heading Chetchna. That's something that worries him a lot. Kadir of Chetchna like entire Russia government as a whole is very clan-based. If your clan is not in charge, that leaves to a great deal of risk. All of a sudden you're not as secure. So the fact that Putin is unwilling to endorse his son sort of a direct attack on him. Yet in this election we have seen that officially the Kremlin is endorsing the earth but they're not coming through for him the way they wanted. They're not coming through to really spend big money on his campaign.
Overall Russian federal news is increasingly showing that the situation in Kadir's territory inside Cheschna is not improving. People are complaining the lack of clean water, the fact there's a lack of basic services. It's largely due to the corruption, the fact that Kadir's family steals the money there. But that's a big deal for Vladimir Putin, who is supposed to count on these people who believes that he can take them anywhere he needs and they'll defend his interest. To see this failure is atrocious. But just what we look what we see right now with the 20year-old son of Kadir. He was just photographed wearing a $1.2 $2 million watch. Now, if you're watching that and you're Putin, why would you think that these are people who are going to be trustworthy, that somehow they'll defend your interest? Obviously, they will not.

But for Vladimir Putin, it's not just the Chetchkins he has to worry about. The fact that he might not be able to count on them. It's a fact that he can only count on even his ships. We've seen right now as the shadow fleet is losing incredible quantities of ships. In fact, 116 vessels were struck across nine days. 26 were struck during the last two nights alone. That's absolutely astounding. If Ukraine continues to strike 13 ships a day on average, they'll be burning through a lot of the shadow fleet and it's also gonna make it impossible for Russia to supply fuel to Crimea.
Now, Crimea as a whole has been cut off from basic things. It's no longer receiving enough oil, enough diesel or gasoline. In fact, the person the puppet government there has already announced that the people should not expect or even hope that they're going to receive any sort of fuel in the near term. That for the time being it's already over. However, the people who should probably be the most concerned by this are to the people who are pro-Russian and occupied Crimea. They themselves see with their own eyes there's nothing available. The grocery stores are out of everything.
But Vladimir Putin, he continues to repeat that everything is fine. Everything is being taken care of. But if you have this dichotomy between what your eyes show you and what you're hearing, you usually trust your eyes first. Vladimir Putin is unaware of the fact that the situation is so bad. Or does he lie to people? It can actually be a combination of both.
On one side, we see on the battlefield how increasingly his troops are making up maps. They're simply falsifying data in order to make Moscow happy. Now, Ukraine is increasingly proving how false all this information is. The way they do that is by attacking positions that prove very clearly that Russian troops were allegedly dozens of kilometers west were actually in the same place they were weeks before. That's showing how weak Russia has become. It does not even know where its own troops are located.
But making it even weaker were the major attacks we just saw carried out places like Aphipsky, the attacks in Galenesk, the attacks in Bashkoristan. All these different refineries burning all at one time are a sign to everybody across Russia that their entire air defense. The system has broken is no longer going to be able to supply what is needed to keep Russian skies open. But Russian skies as a whole, they already have their own problems. One is is a lack of airplanes. And the lack of airplanes, it's due to fuel. It's also due to a lack of parts. In fact, one in three Russian aircraft today never leave the surface of the earth. It's due to lack of parts.
RJ, Russians are feeling this pressure, though. They realize that this is mounting and it's leading to something that's going to be unsustainable. Now, the government does try to control this. In fact, just this morning, they blocked Google, Apple, Samsung, GitHub, all from people being able to access on the internet. They've blocked yet even more websites that are less common in the west but common within Russia. Russians themselves question this. Why is this being done? How is this exactly defending our interest? Or maybe this is being done just so we don't know the truth.
That's probably what people like the drivers in Duva have been saying. The bus drivers of Tuva, they say that they've been not paid in weeks and months. But they're not the only ones. Across Russia, the numbers of people who are saying they've not been paid, it's growing quickly. And as the government is running out of money, it makes it all the more complicated. What do you do when you don't have cash? When your oil refineries are burning and you don't have any way to settle problems that settle disputes and you have people like the Chetchins who are only pay to play. When you have a situation like that, then you have a situation just like Vladimir Putin today. It's a situation of a regime that's in very thin ice. Thunder Putin's regime is going to fall and it's just a matter of time. The key part now is we don't let up the pressure. We must break the Putin regime. As always, thank you for supporting Ukraine.
