All right, so we'll get started with the how to cold email like a pro webinar. I'm going to show you how companies like uh Civil started getting 50 positive replies with cold email just a few weeks. They booked six meetings. They closed one high ticket deal. Uh Bobby uh with his first campaign launched um and prospected 1300 leads, got 22 positive replies. One out of every 74 prospects um replied positively, booked seven meetings, closed a few deals worth over $20,000. Marshalls and Financial Services went from getting zero, literally 0% reply rates um with another uh platform and system to 8% reply rates, 95 positive replies, 23 bookings in his first month. Thirsty uh Thirsty Sprout started getting um 30 subscribers per day. They were getting better email deliverability, higher conversion. Said that um the sales rep started saving 10 to 15 hours per week. And then Steve Beller uh has booked over 827 meetings, has expanded his team globally, and is now booking 25 to 30 meetings per rep per week. And um just Steve alone closed 30K last month, not including his uh seven team members.
So who is this webinar for and this process and who it will work for? It's going to work whether you send a,000 emails a week or 10,000 a day. If you're a lead gen agency, an AI agency, I know those are new. um staffing and recruiting co coach, consultant, SAS company, basically any B2B company. Okay, so maybe you've struggled with cold email in the past. You want to scale it up. Um you want an effective strategy uh that consistently generates leads and sales. You're looking to improve outreach, increase your reply rates, grow your business, and you have a drive in innovation to embrace new technology. Okay, even if you've been disappointed with strategies or tools in the past, ultimately it's not your fault if those systems didn't work. But you know there's a better way to scale cold email results and you know that strategies are changing. Technology is obviously innovating very fast and you know the old way isn't quite sufficient.
So if you don't know me, my name is Patrick Spielman. I'm the founder of lead engine.ai. I previously um grew a top 10 franchise business with a company called Sculpture Hospitality. We are on the TV show Bar Rescue. Won six uh different growth awards with that company over the years. Built a million-dollar sales agency. Have serviced thousands of software users over the years. Okay. My promise to you on this webinar is you're going to get information that $5,000 courses don't provide. You'll never have to fear what I call the email gods and worry about getting results with cold email. And you're going to have a cold email strategy to book as many highly qualified sales meetings as you want. And if I don't make good on my promise, I want you to call me out on social media. Okay? So, I know a lot of these webinars people make big bold promises. Um, if you actually pay attention and and take notes and all that kind of stuff, you're going to learn all that and you're going to get a ton of value out of it. All right? Uh, if you are using the Q&A, drop one in the chat. Um, if you've ever joined a webinar and wasted your time on it. All right, that is not my goal today here.
So, here's today's agenda. I'm going to go over the number one thing you must never do with cold email. Why it's killing your results. The exact process that landed 827 meetings from 66,143 sends, no personalization, how to turn a bad lead list into gold mine and save 60 to 80%. How to stop starving your pipeline with a simple copywriting tweak that sells itself. The simple email that made $38,000 last month from a list of about 5,000 prospects. What to do after a prospect replies positively. Most B2B companies get this backwards. How to survive the deliverability crisis that always seems to be happening. And turn it into your top secret weapon. And then what to say in the PS line that boosts replies by 21%. So that's what we're going to learn in the webinar.
If you want access to the recording and the network and some free resources, uh, go ahead and scan the QR code here on the screen. Um, we're building a community for um, this training material and uh, for Lead Engine as well. So, go ahead and scan the QR code. Um, Buzz, uh, I don't know if since we don't have the chat, we can't drop the link in the chat now apparently. So, um, feel free to grab that um, grab that QR code. We we'll send this out uh, as well afterwards. And I don't want you to waste your time here. So, um, if you know to get the most value out of this thing, turn off your notifications, put it in airplane mode. I know we're all getting bombarded every day. Close out your browser tabs, your email, close your office door if you have to. And I highly encourage you to take notes to reinforce what I'm going to teach you and for you to retain the information. And stay until the end for a game changer announcement that I'll have.
So topic number one, the exact process that landed 827 plus meetings from 66,000 email sends. In this case, no personalization. So if you remember Steve, I talked about this um case study. All right? and um how basically I'm going to go through you know how we achieve that. So here's the process that it took to get to that level of of cold email results. Okay. So first of all it took you know Steve and his company to just want to try cold email right then um this was on another tool another platform. Um I wasn't associated with them in any sort of way. He wasn't a customer of ours but basically they hit a a email deliverability doomsday. Okay. And what I see often times is when there's a roadblock presented, this is where most people give up with cold email. Okay. Well, Steve didn't give up. So, he hired a company, us to fix his results. We did started getting some results, but then we actually started getting like 10% bounce rates and we started digging into things. We ultimately fixed that. We got less than 2% bounce rates. But right here is another bottleneck. This is where again another point where people quit uh using cold email or it could even be another channel, right? You're presented with these bottlenecks in a process and then it's just easy to go back to your old ways. Okay, so we fixed it um the bounce rates to 2%. Then we started booking some meetings. Fantastic. This is great. Then all of a sudden, Cloudflare deleted all of our domains. They literally deleted all of our domains overnight. Again, this is another point in time where it would be very, very easy to quit, right? but they didn't. So, we rebuilt the process again. And then since then, this thing has been running like a well-oiled machine. And we've been just been printing meetings ever since. This is where success happens. Okay. But every one of these bottlenecks presents a point in time where it's very easy to give up. And so far, Steve and his company, they've booked over 800 meetings. And this is no bull crap, okay? He's one of you can go look at our case study, our our testimonial video on the website. It's it's no joke.
So, what's the takeaway here? First of all, I want you to know I'm not claiming you're going to book hundreds of meetings. Most of you won't. Steve's results aren't typical. I'm going to show you the process and the systems and the way thinking that it takes to get the results. So, I want you to think about success. It's really easy. You've all we've all seen an image like this where it's the tip of the iceberg, right? So, a lot of people see this, but you don't see all of this, okay? All the risks, you know, all the failures and and that's all of these points right right in here. Okay? So, um, throughout this webinar, I'm going to be going over many of the strategies we use to get Steve these not typical results.
All right, so topic number two is the number one thing that you must never do with cold email and why it's killing your results. All right, we don't have the chat. Um, but if you want to post in the Q&A, um, you know, what do you think the number one issue with with cold email is? Whether it's be for you or just in general. All right, so number one thing you must do, I I got to tell you a little story here. All right. So, we we had a customer recently. Um, we'll call him Randy, okay? And he hired us to build out his cold email offer that that he's never promoted before. Uh, it was like a new product uh line that they were they were um promoting and um adding to their business and um hired us to build his cold email offer, start doing outreach um not a done for you u uh service, but a done for you implementation. Okay. We launched the campaigns uh and they were active for 10 days. We only got two positive replies. Now, bear in mind, um, they didn't use all their sending capacity. Okay? So, they basically didn't launch more campaigns and they didn't stick with the process. Well, ultimately, they got aggressive. They quit the process. Literally, what I call like 3 minutes into the first quarter, they asked for a refund, threatened to expose us, and literally called me a scammer last week. Okay? So, let's juxtapose that, of course, to Steve, who we just talked about. Okay, Steve hired us to build the offer as we talked about. Had bounce issues, Cloudflare issues. We had to rebuild everything. But fast forward, we I mean he's booked over 800 meetings. Okay. Now, this his campaigns have been running active for over nine months and he's expanding his business nationwide and he's become a showcase uh testimonial and case study for us. Okay. Uh just last month he recorded that video if you you've been on our site or or anything like that. Okay. Another example. This customer was ready to quit 24 hours before this campaign launched. Okay. 2,000 emails went out, 76 replies, 69 positive. 24 hours before this, this campaign almost didn't get launched. All right. So, um, what must what must we never do? We can't quit. Okay. So, the the takeaway, the number one failure um or or reason why people don't succeed is is because they quit. Now granted, Steve's situation is unique, but how much could Randy be missing out on right now? Okay, maybe his campaigns wouldn't have scaled. Probably wouldn't have scaled to the level of Steve's, right? But would sticking it out be more beneficial? And what would happen if Steve would have given up so early? He wouldn't have 800 and some appointments over the last several months, right? So the lesson here is quitting too soon is going to put you in a perpetual state of trial and error and it's going to increase your failure. If you keep trying new things and stopping and starting, stopping and starting, you're never going to reach a point where you're going to be successful with any channel. I don't care if it's cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, paid advertising, social media marketing, whatever it is, you're not going to be successful with it. Okay? Um, you're going to have analysis paralysis. You're going to overthink things. And again, it's going to increase failure and it's going to prevent you from taking action today. Now, I want to say that Randy's situation isn't unique. In in fact, it's it's really really common. I've seen literally thousands of companies approach outreach this way. And what I've seen is the most successful companies that are um very successful with it, they stick with it. They stick it out. They adapt. They innovate. All right? The least successful quit fast and they cry about it. Hate to be blunt, but that's just the the way it is. So, I just implore everyone, don't be a crier. Stick things out. Give it its best effort. You know, don't just launch a single campaign and think it's going to change the world. All right? So, if you make this mistake, everything you learn in this training and from here on out and your cold email efforts are going to be for nothing.
All right, so now let's get into some more um you know, tactics and stuff like that. That's kind of my mindset section. Okay, now let's talk about how to survive the email deliverability crisis, turn it into your top secret weapon. Um if you have access to the Q&A, drop one in the chat if you're if you've ever been concerned about your emails going to spam. I think if you're doing cold email, I think we all probably have. All right. So, here's how to survive the deliverability crisis. I'm going to give you a few different steps and there's multiple things. So, once I'm through this whole slide, I encourage you to take uh a screenshot so that you can reference this later. First of all, step one is your infrastructure. Okay? So, what I suggest is using a multi-provider infrastructure. Some people just use all custom email providers. Some people just use all Microsoft. Some people just use all Google. I highly highly encourage you to use multiple providers. And um if in the chance you don't want to do that or you're not going to do it and you just had to pick one, pick a Google. Okay, you're going to get the best deliverability there. But it is always better to diversify your infrastructure every step of the uh every step of the process. Next um is set up multiple tenants. So I've seen a tendency for people to set up Google or Microsoft inboxes and they they set up all the domains and all the inboxes in one workspace. Basically um your workspace can get shut down. So just diversify. Don't put any more than like five domains in one work spot, one uh workspace, excuse me. Multi-inbox, multi-domain. This is kind of table stakes with cold email this day and age. So but it's still worth mentioning. Um use randomized domain names. Use randomized inbox names, your AI SDRs, whatever you want to call them. Um, okay, so just set those up. Um don't do any more than three uh inboxes per domain. Two is better. Um it used to be you could send a 100 emails a day per inbox. It's not that way anymore. All right, you want to send less than 20 a day per email uh inbox per day. All right. And then I'm going to talk more about this one, but um depending on how much volume you're doing, you may want to adapt what's called a private infrastructure and private IPs. That's infrastructure. The second is actually list hygiene. Okay. So, um the first step, uh I know validation is obviously, you know, been in the market for a long time. You may want to implement a concept called double validation. um some of the providers can get greylisted and can um actually cause some false false positives. You may want to double validate your email addresses actually and I'll show you how to do this um very cheaply actually um a concept called catchall scoring. So, um you may if you're experiencing high bounce rates and this was actually part of Steve's issue when we had that 10% bounce rate. So he got a big list of leads. Um we did basic validation but then um actually most of their emails were classified as what's called catchall score uh catchall emails. I won't go into a long um explanation of this but more or less you can do a concept called catchall scoring. It's an AI process that takes catchall style emails and it it tries to predict if uh it's an actual email or not. Okay. There's some other benefits to this that I might talk about um in just a little bit. Then there's a concept called AI lead scoring. So if you're pulling leads from a database, a lot of times it's really they're really inaccurate. Now it's uh if you're building lists really really um if you're like a a pro-level expert at this and you're doing a lot of exclusion logic, you might be able to skirt around this. But AI lead scoring is basically web scraping your prospects um website and then it's using AI to determine if you should reach out to them or not. And I'll show you a study in in just a little bit on why why I think you should do all three of these things. Um, Microsoft's been really hard to inbox lately. So, um, you depending on who your uh ICP is. You may want to skip sending emails to Microsoft. Um, if you don't skip, you you may just want to write really really short emails and just sound you don't want it to sound like a cold email. And then using smaller lead lists. So, um, when you use big lead lists, it's easier to get picked up on with your your email copy and get fingerprinted. All right. And then the third step is copywriting. Um, so aggressive spin tax. Uh, I like using AI for spin tax. If you're not familiar with this, basically think of your template, but just rotating words in that template so it says different things and it can't get picked up on as easily. Um, dynamic copy using AI, maybe personalization, things of that nature. Shorter emails um, definitely work the best. Um, the more personal uh, personal looking and personalized they are um, helps with deliverability. I'll talk about that more in just a second. And removing hype words, buzzwords, and spam words. So, you've heard of spam word removal, but hype words and buzzwords can can trip um spam algorithms as well. So, if you're really hypy, you're using a lot of exclamation, a lot of capital letters, um just marketing buzz terms and things like that, and it just sounds hypy, easier to get tripped up in the spam folder. Okay, so those are um a number of things. I would take a screenshot of this here if you want to reference this. This is um kind of the money maker. I know there's this seems like a lot of things. it it's really not that much especially if you have the right tools uh at your disposal. Um the next uh thing in terms of um surviving the deliverability crisis, I talked about diversification of email infrastructure. We partnered with Scaled Mail um to create and connect email accounts um set up DNS records, um domains, all that kind of stuff. Uh we do have uh so basically they set everything up for you. It used to be that you had to set up all these email accounts yourself. You don't actually need to do that anymore. Um, so Scale Mail has been a good partner of ours. Uh, we do have an exclusive discount uh for anybody on this call. If you scan this code here and join the WhatsApp group, we will be sharing the link and the code to get a 10% discount on Scaled Mail for setting up your email accounts. Okay.
Um, the next thing I want to talk about are shared versus private sequence infrastructure. Okay. So this is a little bit of nerd so forgive me a little bit but um it's important because it can really impact your email deliverability uh particularly if you're sending any reasonable amount of volume. So I want to explain how systems like you know lead engine or smart lead or instantly or any cold email tool has been set up in the past. So think of your sequencer when you have a when when there's a sequencer product that's sending your emails on your behalf for you. The way they have to set these things up is there's servers. They're shared servers and then inside of those servers um there's what are called proxy IPs. Um some use fancier terms like dedicated IPs. Now when people sign up to these sequencer services um these proxy IPs get shared throughout many customers and you don't know if there's spammers on these IP addresses. Okay. So this IP could have you know nine spammers. This one these are just examples. this this group of of customers could have 17 spammers, right? And when I mean spammers, I mean bad actors, okay? We're all kind of spammers in the cold email world, right? But I'm talking about bad actors specifically. So, this is this is kind of risky. Um you you don't really know who's using them and and they you know, one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch concept. Okay. Now, a newer concept that's come out recently are private servers. So you know a system like lead engine for instance you can have private dedicated servers you can have private dedicated IPs and the only one using them is you okay so unless you're the spammer there's no spammers there's there's no connection to you and other people inside of the network and even if there's a marginal chance that a shared infrastructure like this can decrease your results it's worth considering a private dedicated infrastructure to just remove that variable from your potential odds of just it sac like just sabotaging your success. Okay, if you're wondering like when is this a good time? If you're sending 10,000 emails or more a month, like you definitely want to use this. It's good for everybody, but some people just don't want to spend the money on it. It it does cost more money to to u run uh which is a blocker for some people. I wouldn't if you're in the high ticket space, I would not let it be a blocker. Your average deal size is going to more than offset this.
All right, the next is um personalized copy. So, you might be wondering like, well, how does personalized copy help with deliverability? Well, if you take an email, let's just say this is an email template and I send this email over and over and over and over again, it's easier for the email service providers to identify the repetition. Okay? And if people start marking this email as spam and the email providers come back and start looking at things and they see, okay, this email is like the the culprit. Uh it's easier to now just start blocking anything that resembles this email. Now, if you use personalization and let's just say you're scraping their website and you're doing um you're inserting things dynamically like who their ICP is and then you're writing um a totally customized segment of the email or multiple segments or even the whole email. Um it's much harder to pick up on that. Okay. So in addition to that um of it being harder to pick up on, it's also less likely that personalization even though it in some cases can convert better of course, but it can also less uh result in less spam complaints. So when people mark you with spam, that's one of the biggest deliverability killers. If you've at least done some level of research and personalization, that's less likely to be marked as spam, which is going to help your campaigns live longer. So, it's going to help you survive the deliverability crisis. The next thing which isn't quite as good as what I just talked about is is using um spin tax. Now, there's two versions of spin tax. There's basic spin tax which you've seen like these curly brackets and then you write multiple variables with with the brackets in between them and it's kind looks like kind of like a long email, right? Um and then um you know, we we've got a uh a feature called AI spin tax where basically you just write a template and then AI rewrites it every single time. Um this is a little video. Um, you can't really see it that well, but basically AI takes your template and rewrites it in real time. You don't have to do anything other than have your template. This can help you uh basically avoid those spam filters as well. All right. Um, so to summarize, to survive the deliverability crisis, turn it into your top secret weapon, you got infrastructure, you got list hygiene, you got copywriting with personalization and AI and basic spin tax.
All right, number four here. Let's um get into how to turn a bad lead list into a gold mine while saving 60 to 80%. Um if if you can use the Q&A um just let me know in the chat who you're using for lead data. I'd love to know who everyone's using this day and age. Um use that Q&A as the I guess the chat and um would love to hear who everyone's using. Obviously I know all the popular tools but sometimes there's new things that come up. So turning a bad lead list into a gold mine. First of all, first issue is reaching out to irrelevant leads. I talked about this a little bit before. Um, but there's the concept of spray and prey, right? And that leads to high bounces and you have to buy more infrastructure. So, if you think about um your lead list and let's just say your best targets are this red line. If you're reaching out to leads up here, here, here, kind of all over the place, you're going to end up with higher bounce rates. You're going to have to um you're going to get more spam complaints and that's going to jeopardize your deliverability as well. And you're going to end up having to buy more infrastructure. You might even fail, right? it might tip you over the line of failure. All right, what you really want to do is you want to have a line that looks a little bit more like this. Okay, so if your relevance line is like right through here, you want to have tight groupings. Okay, we want to avoid the deliverability issues. And one of the bigger things that people don't really factor into this um targeting, narrowing your targeting for deliverability is campaign downtime. Okay. So, if you're experiencing if your campaigns aren't running and you're having issues, there's a huge opportunity cost with that. And I've I've seen I mean, on average, it's probably 25 30% maybe more. And it it's adding up to your cost of inaction. All right. So, what we want to do if you want to think about a bullseye and you got um scatter plots all over the place here, we want to get again these groupings tighter. The leads are going to go from colder to warmer. You're going to have um better lead lists.
The next thing is um to find more relevance. Okay, so there's I'm going to give you a few different strategies here to find more relevance with your lead list to help reduce what I call sales friction. First one is intent data. So the more data that you can use that has um that's basically less cold, the higher the conversion rates typically of your campaigns. So here's some ideas. You can reach out to your first-degree connections on LinkedIn. Most people aren't pro prospecting those. Okay, for instance, like we had like I had a campaign for this webinar to my first-degree connections. Okay, one person got mad at me about it, but who cares, right? Um anyway, then there's what I call piggyback connections. So, I go out and look for people that I'm influencers in the space that we're both connected to that we have something in common. and we have that common connection and then we reach out to those um can reach out to those people as well. Reduces friction. You can open an email um you know referencing that hey you know you're both connected to the same person that kind of stuff. There's job postings there's job changes. Basically we just want to find signals. Um, don't also don't discount the your your own intent data, first party intent, your pipeline, any inbound leads you have, your newsletter, your positive replies. Don't discount this. You can get really, really high reply rates. And I'll show you um some of our campaigns um as of recently with some of these as well in it. But you can get really high reply rates. You might not have as many leads, but you already know these people. Reach out to them. Okay. Then you got social topics. So using tools like a trigify right where you can go find so people engaging with certain topics on LinkedIn for instance. Okay now our outreach is more targeted to those people because you know to some degree or more degree of accuracy than just a plain lead database that they um are at least interested in the topic. Right? So here's some tools you can use for this. of course, Sales Navigator, Trigify, and then we've been using um Expandi actually for some of the um LinkedIn um getting some of the LinkedIn lists.
The next one is is lookalike data. So um what's a really good strategy is to find your customers and then go find more prospects that look exactly like that customer. And there's tools like Ocean um that can help you do that much easier than going and just adding having to add a bunch of filters into a lead database. You can grab your former customers. You can grab your closed lost deals. You can get your current opportunities. Again, you can get your positive replies. So, the closer that you can get to more relevance to your best fit leads, prospects, customers, deals, opportunities, all that kind of stuff, the more you're going to narrow your lead list down. The more you're going to have or the less you're going to have to deal with deliverability crisis, the less infrastructure you're going to have to buy, the less emails you're going to have to send, the better. Okay? And then the last one is just your standard data. So I fully recognize that you can't run success or you can't scale cold email on the really on the back of this. You just have limited data. You can scale a little bit more on look like data but you can definitely scale a lot more on standard data. So I'm fully cognizant of that right. So some some tips here, just you got to use aggressive filtering, tight keywords, tight job titles, department size, technologies they're using, and then I definitely encourage everyone to use what are negative keywords. So, um, go and as you build lists, go and find keywords you definitely don't want to like include and just start adding negative keyword research and and stuff like that in there and get that list narrowed down as as much as humanly possible. Tools, of course, we all we've all heard of Apollo, really any database. um, you know, boomerang or export Apollo to do some um, if you know you know level scraping and things of that nature.
Next um is increasing your relevant TAM. So once you have um kind of your list figured out and let's just say you are using like an Apollo for a lead database. The issue with some of the databases is they don't have all the contact info, right? They might have the lead in the database but they might not have all the contact info. This leads to a smaller total addressable market, which means smaller results. Smaller results usually um you know leads to disappointment. So if you if you've ever been in Apollo and and ran a search before and you check this little box for verified and let's just say this, you know, the search came back with 13,000 leads. If you actually uncheck this, um there's a good chance you're going to increase your list size by like 50%, sometimes double. Okay, this is what I call increasing our relevant TAM, total addressable market. Okay, the only issue is we need to be able to get the contact information. Um, and and if Apollo doesn't have accurate contact information, you know, I'll show you how we can get it. So, here's how we get it and how we save 60 to 80%. We can run waterfall enrichments. Okay, there's there's a couple there's a few options in the market. Everyone's probably heard of Clay at this point. Um, we have a little product called Enrich Engine. Okay, so um these are basically waterfall email finders can that can help open up the the total addressable market. Now in terms of cost and saving 60 80% um if you were to find um 2,000 emails with Clay, it's going to run about $229. Um and you're going to use about 3,000 credits just depending on what you use in the waterfall. Okay? So it's going to cost you about 11 cents per email address. That's pretty high. um in Rich Engine um might not have a subscription. You better stay until the end if you want to learn more about that. And it would cost you about 50 bucks and be about 78 78% cheaper, closer to about 2 and a half cents an email. So that's a little bit smaller of a list. Okay, a little bit bigger of a list. um, you know, a Clay is going to cost around $700. Uh in Rich Engine might be like 60 bucks and then the credit usage might be um 10 to 14,000 in Clay and around $175 in Rich Engine. we do it a little bit differently. And in one case it's 700 bucks. Another case might be $200. 66% savings. 8 9 cent per email. um, you know 3 cents an email right around there. These are averages. um but but that's how we increase our relevant TAM here. So if if you get a list from an Apollo um you don't need to check um turn this button on anymore. Now you got more leads and then you just run it through a waterfall enrichment tool whether whether you use Clay or Enrich Engine. Okay. um for our waterfall email finder um with a couple lists we we ran especially especially for like first-degree connections here we had a 91% find rate which is which is really good.
The last part to um how to turn your bad lead into a gold mine is next level validation I talked about. So I told you about a study that I did um this is actually with Apollo data um a while back where I I went and grabbed 12,000 leads. We ran it through basic validation. A thousand came back invalid. About 4,500 catchalls. Then we ran the catchalls through catchall scoring that I talked about in the beginning. And 3,300 came back as risky, meaning we probably shouldn't email them because they they have a much higher likelihood of bouncing. Okay. And then we ran it through AI lead scoring, that thing I talked about where it scrapes the person's website and then it compares, you know, who you actually want to target to who um, you know, who the company actually was. and 40. So if you combine basically your invalid leads, your risky leads, and then what I call your C leads, meaning the AI determined that it it isn't somebody you should reach out to, basically 48 49% of the leads should not have been contacted. Now, it kind of sucks to get data and pay for it and not use it. I understand that. But what's a lot harder is to not get results from cold outreach at all and give up and quit. You know, those first couple lessons I talked about uh in the webinar here, right? It's a lot harder to do that than it is to, you know, pay for some data that you don't use. But that's just the reality of the situation. There are ways that you can improve your accuracy with better list building and things of that nature. This was just one scenario. Okay. Um and then from a next level validation perspective um if you waterfall enrich you can do um, you know, obviously you can do multi I talked about double verifying. So you could do verification another verification and then you could do catchall scoring and then an AI lead scoring process in there. So that's how we turn a bad lead list into a gold mine. Narrow targeting find more relevance increase then our relevant TAM. We do next level validation and we can save 60 80% on increasing that total addressable market.
Next is how to stop starving your pipeline with a simple copywriting tweak that sells itself. Um if you are still using the Q&A, drop a me in the chat there if you want to get um results with actual results with cold email. This will be a good segment for everybody. Not that the rest of them weren't. So the first concept I want to talk about um with everybody is what I call fishing or going fishing. So what most people do is they when they especially when they first start is they only reach out to one segment. They they build one sequence, they build one lead list, they write one version of their email copy, they launch the campaign and they I think maybe expect that you know their world's going to light on fire with positive replies and a lot of opportunities. It's just not the way it works most of the time. So, um, what I like to do is, and I just kind of correlate it to fishing, right? So, if you're out in the pond or the lake, whatever, you want to cast as many lines out in the water as you possibly can, and you want to find where you get the nibbles. And where you get the nibbles is then where you hone in on, and then you adapt, and you tweak from there. But I see like I wouldn't put this in the webinar. I know it's a maybe sounds like a simple, you know, stupid concept, but I've seen this over and over again with people picking up cold email for the first time or picking it up, you know, for the second or third time after maybe letting cool off for a while and they just sabotage the results. If you're only going to launch one campaign, one variation, one list, like I I probably wouldn't waste your time. Go focus on something else. Um otherwise, you're not going to succeed and you're not going to be able to cold email like a pro. This is what pros do. Okay.
The next is writing cold email ready copy. U particularly with lead magnets. So we've all probably seen an email like this. Okay. So um I hope nobody here is writing emails like this, but if you just go into chat and you start typing, you know, you've got um you know, you're you've got a lot of bad copy in there, right? Um and you really need to to fine-tune it for cold email. Here's what a better email would look like. So, let's just say you're a marketing agency and um you have you're selling eight different things. You want to hone in on one of those things. Maybe it's just called SEO and you want to write an email. Um I would take a screenshot of this u by the way just as an example. But here's here's an example. Hey, um first name noticed competitor name is is outranking you for a few key terms. Not intentional. A question mark. Ask them because when competitors dominate those spots, they siphon traffic, leads, and even brand trust before your content gets a chance to compete. I put together a quick SEO analysis video showing where they're pulling ahead in a few ways to close the gap fast. Mind if I share it? Okay, it's a lead magnet. Okay, you just want to get a reply. You're not selling your whole company. I see too many people trying to sell their entire service and it just makes it way too hard to really get any reply at all. People just tune it out. First of all, this is a sea of words. This is much easier to consume. Plus, it's got a call to action that is actually more enticing. It's a value-based call to action. Okay? And um just an FYI, this is the simple email framework that made $38,000 last month from a list of 5,412 people, one of our customers. Okay? Okay. So, this is very this is the framework we use um that they signed um they signed a a higher ticket deal with it and have a few more in the pipeline. So, uh that's the framework.
The next is basically that same thing but you add a PS line. Okay? So, same email. Um you add a PS line at the end. You know, we we helped you know Acme ranked number one in 47 days and I'm confident we can do the same for you. So, this is a little bit of a framework. we helped company um, you know, and here's the result and then here's the confidence. So it's like company, result, confidence. Okay. And this is the reply booster and and this is going to work for everybody. ICPs vary, but um this PS line um we've seen increased reply rates by like 21% in in certain campaigns. It averages out to write on there. Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less. Okay, so that's the PS line that that we use. And you can AB test this easily. You can one variation here, right? No PS line, your B test, PS line, super easy. Same email. Just turn on AI spin tax and you're good to go. All right, so that's um how to stop starving your pipeline. Um we're going fishing. We're writing cold email ready offers. We got simple emails. We'll add reply boosters in there.
Next is what to do right after the prospect replies positively. And that most B2Bs get this backwards. Um, so what would you do after you get an interested lead? Post in the Q&A if you want. What do you do? What would you do um after you get an interested lead in the in the inbox? So, we put in all this effort to get a positive reply. What would you do? Well, most people they let the replies sit in the inbox unattended for hours and even days. I had a client one time tell me like, "Patrick, I I um we're not getting enough results with our cold emails." And we had like eight positive replies at this point. We're like 4 days in already getting impatient. And I go and look and he didn't reply to a single one of the positive replies that they had. Well, you can't really get results if you don't reply back to people. Okay. Um it kills your speed to lead. There's this, everybody's probably heard of it, speed concept, speed to lead. It's a real thing. All right. And if you don't do it, it's going to reduce your opportunity creation by more than 2x. More than 2x. Okay? So, don't put in all the work only to let replies sit unattended. What you can do this day and age is you can do these fancy things called reply automation. Now, you can build NAD workflows or use tools and and stuff like that, but um you can set up AI to to do this um for you um inside of our platform. it it does it um on autopilot um for you. So um that's just a little bit of a a demo there where it took a lead from needs information to interested. All right, so but yeah, you can use AI to reply literally instantly. Our AI replies instantly within like 15 seconds. Um and no, it's not weird. No one's called us out about it. All right, and it's actually super simple to set up. Okay, so you just give it um you just give it like some basic information in a prompt. It doesn't need to be anything crazy. Okay, these these aren't like complex workflows or anything.
All right, the next is our re-engagement campaigns. All right, so to what to do after your prospects reply positively, if you don't get them on a call and you've replied to them immediately, um then you might want to put them in a re-engagement campaign. Here's a couple of our um recent ones. It's not huge volume here, but here's some positive replies. We sent 68 emails. Um, we got a 17% reply rate and two-thirds of them replied positively. Another campaign we had 59 leads, 15% reply rate, seven replied back positively, 78%. Not a ton of volume, but over time this list grows bigger and bigger and bigger. This was a certain segment of our list, but this is pretty good, right? So, you got to you got to re-engage people. And then the last one, I don't know how much more simple I can make it on this page, but pick up the phone and call people immediately. You will double your bookings by picking up the phone and calling people. If you have their phone number and you're doing high ticket, this obviously works better with high ticket. If you're selling low ticket product, obviously a little tougher. Make the math work. Pick up the phone and you'll be surprised. You will double your bookings if you pick up the phone. So, if you can reply fast, if they don't get back to that, you don't get the outcome you want, pick up the phone, call them as soon as humanly possible. All right, so that's what to do after your prospects reply reply positively and that most people get this backwards.
All right. Now, if you avoid the number one thing we just talked about with email, which is basically quitting, you follow the process I showed you um, you know, the exact process and you know workflows throughout this training and you turn a bad lead list into a gold mine and you stop starving your pipeline and you use email ready copy and you eliminate those positive reply mistakes and you survive that deliverability crisis. All right. Would you be more likely or less likely to succeed with cold email and unlock a 10x revenue center and hit your income goals? You'd be much more likely, right? All right. But u this is ultimately just the tip of the iceberg. So
You might have a lot of questions from here and, uh, you know, things like, you know, how do I actually set up domains properly? How do I write emails to highly personalize them? Which tools are you using for all of your outreach?
Um, who remembers the matrix, the red pill, blue pill, right? Raise of hands. Just throw the the hand raiser up. Okay.
Um, well, the hard way to do all of this is to piece-meal a bunch of software together, set up complex, like NAD workflows for AI automation and things of that nature. Pay an arm and a leg for software tools. Or laugh at me, say, "Thanks for the info, Pat," then go back to your old way. Or do nothing. Find another growth hack and ignore everything I just said.
Or the easy way is you can get everything you need in one place to do all of this. Um, you can know exactly what to do in every situation, step by step: email deliverability, list building, enrichment, copywriting, AI tools, automation, right? So you can focus on on closing more deals.
And, uh, if that's the case, then I do want to introduce you, um, to Lead Engine, our, um, our software and, uh, all the different tools that we have built in. Um, so we call it the cold email stack engineered for speed. Enrich Engine is the cheapest and easiest way to waterfall enrich leads. Um, Copy Engine is the fastest and easy way, easiest way to write copy for unique copy, one-to-one messaging, um, using AI for every lead. And then Email Engine is our full sequencer, um, automated basically by AI if you want it to. And then Overdrive Accelerator is basically our service to help you implement this, all this stuff. Okay? And it's probably a lot more affordable than you think. So just hang tight. I'll, uh, I'll reveal that in a second.
But first, I want to remind you who this is for. As I said in the beginning, whether you're sending a thousand emails a week or 10,000 a day, whether you're an agency, recruiting, staffing, coach, consultant, SAS company, almost any B2B company, right? You've tried email in the past, you want an effective strategy, you want to improve, you're innovative, you've been disappointed by strategies or tools in the past and all that, um, jazz, right? Companies like Civil, I talked about who had their first success, um, very, very quickly after launching. Bobby, same thing. Marshall, uh, same thing. Uh, Thirsty Sprout, same thing. And then of course, um, Steve with, um, Appreciation Financial, obviously kind of our marquee, um, uh, case study.
So the benefits of Lead Engine, and I want to talk, I, I'm going to reveal the, the offers that we have, um, that you definitely won't want to miss. So you're going to be able to reach up to 60% more of your total addressable market by unlocking your leads, um, that your databases leave behind. You're going to be able to book more meetings. You're going to be able to send up to unlimited emails without triggering, um, spam filters or having deliverability issues. Um, you can cut your cold email outreach stack cost by like 70%, maybe even more by replacing tools like Smart Lead, Clay, Instantly. Um, you can keep your inboxes healthy with warm-up. You can build launch campaigns in literally an afternoon or probably even an hour. Um, and you can stop paying, you know, over $150 a month for enrichment tools. And you can own your tools for life and, or scale on demand with unlimited. Okay? And you can have everything in one place.
So, would it be ridiculous if I shared my no-brainer offer for Lead Engine with everybody? Um, if you're open to hearing my Lead Engine offer, just drop a comment in in the Q&A. Um, if no one's interested in it, I can always just shut the webinar down. Um, but I think you're going, I think you're going to like it.
Okay, so let me introduce you to, um, our offers. So these are limited-time offers. So this is the first time I'm announcing this. We are launching a lifetime deal offer for every one of our engines. And, uh, at the same time, we also have an unlimited offer. There's differences between the two, but our lifetime offers are literally a hundred bucks, $99 one time. One time. And I'll go, I'm going to go over the features of each of these. Okay. And then the, our unlimited deals start at $59 per month. All right. And I'll, I'll go over, I'll go over this.
Our Overdrive Accelerator is a little bit different pricing. Um, it's $99 one time. We help you with the setup, or it's $99 a month. I'll show you the differences between the two. But either way, we've charged thousands for for these. So, um, and then these prices don't, um, are the third-party enrichments and AI costs are built through a metered balance. Just full transparency.
Now let me tell you about, uh, Email Engine. So, Email Engine is our email sequencer plus email warm-up. It's comparable to a Smart Lead or an Instantly. All right. The lifetime deal, you can send 10,000 emails a month or five and store 5,000 emails. You can have 20 email accounts. You got AI email warm-up, AI and basic spin tax, AI personalization, RevAI reply automation. You got email validation, catchall scoring. Um, it does not come with private infrastructure or additional workspaces. But right now, it's only $99. And just FYI, these are our current promo prices and they will absolutely increase to these prices on the screen. There will be no exceptions or extensions either. Um, so there's my, um, disclaimer. All right. So $100, you can cold email for life, uh, with under these conditions.
The unlimited deal, but gives you unlimited email sends, unlimited lead storage, unlimited email accounts, warm-up, all that kind of stuff. And then you can add our dedicated infrastructure. It is an add-on. Um, and then you can add more workspaces, which are add-ons, but this is only $59 a month. To put that into comparison, our lifetime deal is kind of comparable to Smartly and Instantly's $40 a month. So for a hundred bucks, you can have it for life and you get more volume. All right. The unlimited deal is comparable to, uh, what Smartly starts at $174. Although for unlimited, it would be unlimited price. It doesn't, it's not $174 a month and Instantly, it'd be $358. So for just $59 a month, you can have comparable products, um, in there.
So, um, and then I just want to, I'm not going to spend a ton of time here on the demo, but I just do want to just show you inside of the, oops, inside of the platform real quick. Just show you, um, a, here we go. Apologies. So, just to show you that the platform is real, um, obviously, so we, we've got, you know, all the different engines. We have Email Engine, Enrich Engine, Copy Engine. So, Email Engine, um, I've got my campaigns. I can add leads in here. It's super easy to use. I got my campaign builder with AI spin tax, dynamic, uh, mode with personalization. Okay. I've got a playground in here. I've got my basic email. You can do your basic spin tax. And then we have a whole bunch of cool AI writing tools over here. You can set up personas. You can build custom frameworks. Have AI write all your copy for you, all that kind of stuff. It's, um, it's super slick. Okay.
Um, so, just kind of moving on here in Enrich Engine. So, this is going to be comparable to like a Clay. Look, we're not a Clay, a full-on Clay replacement. I fully realize that Clay is like in a world of its own, but if you need it for just kind of like the basic type waterfall enrichment, finding more emails, finding mobile addresses, validating, um, researching things of that nature, it's going to be a much cheaper alternative. So, our lifetime deal again is only $99. You can process 5,000 leads per month with that. Okay. And then, um, you get basically access to every feature inside of there. Um, you don't get priority file processing. That's reserved for the unlimited deal. And then, um, you are not able to bring your own API keys under this. We are integrated with OpenAI, Lead Magic, Zero Bounce, Prospio, Million Verifier, Findmail, ICPS soon, um, Firecrawl, and then much, much more to come. Okay. The unlimited deal gives you unlimited enrichments per month and you can, um, you can bring your own API keys. All right. And as I mentioned, um, the big difference between us, we pass back the enrichments through a metered balance. Okay. It's, it's how we can keep the prices, uh, much lower. We don't have to build the cost of the enrichment into the credit usage, uh, inside of Clay. Um, which means, like, in a lot of cases, most of you don't even need to bring your own API key because the price that you're paying us for the enrichment is usually less than even if you had the subscription to the third-party provider. All right.
Now to compare it, our unlimited deal, or sorry, our lifetime deal, $99. The monthly deal, which is unlimited leads, is $59. Clay starts at $149 a month for 2,000. Okay. So, on the lifetime deal, you can get 5,000 per month for a hundred bucks. On the unlimited deal, it's $59 a month for unlimited enrichments, which would cost you unlimited money in Clay. All right.
A quick little demo of this. Hop into here. Just going to add a new campaign. You click Enrich Engine. You, um, name it. You select a file you want to enrich. Okay. I click the enrichments. I come through here and, um, let's just say I want to find email addresses. All right. We've got a bunch of different email finders in here and we're adding more and more. So, this is a waterfall. You're only going to get charged one time for the email find. You do mobile finds, it's only, you're only going to get charged one time. You can do domain search. We have Prospio and Find Emails, um, domain search in here. You can validate. We have a validation. We have Million Verifier. We have Lead Magic. We have Zero Bounce. We have Zero Bounce catchall scoring. We have researchers, website scrapers, Firecrawl, um, Lead Magic LinkedIn profile, Prospio LinkedIn profile. We have, um, cleaners like AI first name, last name, job title cleaners, and we will be launching AI prompts, which are similar to Caggent in Clay. That should be launched by like, probably the end of the week, next week at the very latest, where you can do custom prompts. Okay. So that's just a quick little, uh, demo of Enrich Engine. Um, and to, yep.
Next one. Copy Engine here. So, Copy Engine, um, and just FYI, Enrich Engine can be used with any sequencer. You do not need to use the Lead Engine sequencer to use Enrich Engine. Okay. Obviously, Email Engine is a sequencer itself. So, I just wanted to clarify that. Um, Copy Engine, on the other hand, can also be used with any sequencer. So, it actually pairs well with like an Instantly and a Smart Lead. So, you can write copy using the Copy Engine, the, um, the AI writing tools inside of Lead Engine. You can export the file and then you can import it into like an Instantly or a Smart Lead campaign. Okay.
So, for this, again, $99 one time for the lifetime deal. You can process 5,000 leads a month. You get unlimited email steps. You can build custom email frameworks, AI spin tax, AI personalization, basically the whole nine. And then the unlimited deal, same price again, $59 bucks, but you get, you can do it with unlimited leads. Um, this is a little bit comparable to, um, a company called Twain. All right. So, Twain for 5,000, uh, credits is $185 per month. For our 5,000 credits, it's a lifetime deal for $100, and then, um, if you want more, then it's just $59 a month. Um, as of right now, it's only $59 a month. Okay. So, um, the prices will be increasing. Absolutely. Both prices will be increasing.
Show you a quick little demo of this. Uh, very similar to the campaign builder that I just did. Um, if you hit Copy Engine, just hit demo, you add your leads. Okay. Um, I hit continue. And then you can, you know, basically you can use these tools to write, um, AI copy. I can give you a quick little, uh, demo here. I'm going to choose a couple frameworks. Choose some tones of voice. Choose a message limit. Um, I better go over to my playground. Playground is where you, um, just play around. Templates are like the actual thing that is going to write the thing. All right. So, um, and then, oh, one little, there we go. All right. So, uh, this is just a, a quick little demo. I can fine-tune it from here. Um, basically, I can change subject lines with fine-tuning prompts. I can do quality assurance prompts in here to exclude like common LLM words and a whole bunch of stuff. You can do a lot of things. Um, I won't, I won't give you a full, uh, a full-on demo there, but basically once, um, once you have that saved, a file shows up here under Copy Engine, which I don't have one here, and you just download it, you import it into your sequencer. All right. Super, super easy.
Um, and then the last, the last piece is our Overdrive setup, onboarding, setup, and launch service. I am not kidding when I say this is the best deal we'll ever launch. We have, no joke, charged thousands of dollars for these services. Okay. So, we just want as many people onto the platform as possible and we want to build up case studies and testimonials and things of that nature. Um, so for $99, uh, one time, we're going to help you implement basically everything I went through in this presentation. It's a, going to be a white-glove implementation. You're going to have one-on-one onboarding. We're going to guide you through email account setup. We're going to guide you through and even write, help you write cold email, craft cold email ready copy, your campaign copy. We'll even write that for you and with you, of course. We're going to help you with your list building and your enrichment. Okay? So, um, for a literally $99, we've, we've charged thousands of dollars for this in the past. Um, if you wanted to do the monthly, it's going to add weekly live support calls. You can join weekly calls, um, three days a week, and we will help you with anything ongoingly for only $99 per month. I've charged over $500. We've charged $1,000. We've charged a lot of money for this in the past. All right. And, um, you'll have an Overdrive guarantee, which, uh, basically you're going to generate deals, or the weekly support's free if, if you can't generate opportunities and deals after a few months, after 90 days, we'll just wave the fee and we'll keep helping you.
Okay, so here's everything you're going to get. You're going to get the cold email engines that are going to help you, um, succeed. You can pick and choose these. So you can buy a lifetime deal and then buy an opposite, like monthly deal if that's what you need. Um, you've got the option of lifetime or the unlimited plans. You can save now and use it later. If you do buy a lifetime deal now, you can always use it later. You don't have to use it now. Um, so save a little money now. Um, you got access to expert coaching and setup at a huge discount and you can get in at the ground level with some of these tools. And I, you know, I say that the value is priceless. There's a couple bonuses here. So, there is a 7-day free trial, no credit card. The prices will be increasing, though. So, um, they, they're going to increase before the trial is done. Just an FYI. Um, you're going to get a free group on onboarding and anybody who signs up before the price increases, we will double any of your limits for the next 30 days. Okay.
So here's everything we're going to get. I just, you're going to get that I just went over. All right. And seats are limited, just an FYI. So pricing will increase and seats are limited. So, um, you know, if you feel like it's something you're going to do, I recommend doing it. We had hundreds of people, um, sign up for the webinar and I've got an email list with over 10,000 people on it. So, um, these will sell out. Um, so register for a trial. It's free. There's no credit card and you can even join onboarding. Um, now, any questions that anyone has, I will stay as long as I possibly can, um, here and I will answer every single question, um, until I'm blue in the face. I have nothing else this afternoon to do other than send a couple emails out. All right. Um, let's see here. I'm just going through the Q&A quick. Um, looks like we got a raise hand with Dominique. >> All right. Um, yeah, just any questions, go ahead and, uh, type it into the Q&A. I'm just cleaning up some of the Q&A. Um, Reaio. Okay, shoot that. Lot of Apollo, LinkedIn Apollo. Lot of Apollo. Um, see, keep scrolling down. Interested in Enrich Engine LTD? Please send offer. The offer is on our website. Um, so, and it's just, it's in the webinar. So, like to, to be realistic, like for us to put any work into sending you more information, like we're already losing money on these deals, you know, if, if I got to do anything, just go to the website or, or, you know, you're on the webinar here. So, this is the offer, okay? Go to like here. Here it is. You've got a lifetime deal. It's a hundred bucks. If you can't afford it, don't buy it. Uh, I don't want anyone to buy any deal you can't afford. All right? So, don't use your last penny on us. But it's, it's right here and it's right on the website. So, feel free to go to, um, leadengine.ai, go down to the pricing. We've got two options down in the pricing. We got the lifetime, we got the unlimited, and we have a free trial. Go try it out. All right. Um, but this isn't a high-ticket sale, so we're not going to hop on sales calls or anything like that. Um, don't be offended.
Um, what about workspaces? Um, Dominique asked, "What about workspaces?" Yeah, Dominique. So, um, workspaces will, uh, you will be able to add workspaces under the, um, monthly deal. Okay. They'll be $29 a piece. All right. So, if you have clients, you can add them. Um, in order to, I mean, for this kind of pricing, I mean, it's, it's really obviously inexpensive comparatively speaking, obviously, as we, as we saw here, and, and even with like a Smart Lead, I think they charge $29 per per client, uh, as well. So, uh, really, really good deal, um, for this. And then workspaces, you can absolutely add, uh, if you have that add-on, um, right in the upper left-hand corner, you can add all your workspaces and to add a new one, it's super simple, and then your database is separate, your inbox is separate, your campaigns are separate, your leads are separate, your accounts are separate, right? Um, so just a bit of an add-on for the, uh, workspaces there.
Um, next question. Regarding the options, is there a package deal if you buy all four? There is not. Um, they're already super cheap. Um, honestly, like, I, I wanted to price these, um, at the prices on the screen here, the $299. And, uh, Bos and our two other co-founders said, "Just make it as cheap as possible, Pat. Stop trying to make more money." Um, and so you can buy each one individually to stack them. I will say though, um, whoever asked that, I know it says anonymous, um, there wouldn't, unless you're using another sequencer, if you're going to use our sequencer, there really isn't a need to buy Copy Engine unless you want to be able to build the campaigns and then download the file and then use it inside of another sequencer. So, if you're going to use the Email Engine sequencer and you're not going to use another sequencer, all you need is the Email Engine and the, and then maybe the, uh, of course, you can pair the Enrich Engine with it. And then if, if you want our help, of course, you could, you could always add that. Um, so you probably wouldn't buy all four. You'd maybe buy three. Um, if you're using multiple sequencers, you absolutely could buy all four. I will not stop you. Um, but yeah, we, we, um, we do not have a package deal. And just an FYI, uh, I should have probably showed this. Um, when you sign up for a trial, you're going to see the options right inside of the application. So you can toggle between lifetime and you can, um, toggle between unlimited. Um, so if you sign up for like unlimited Email Engine, you could come over here and do the lifetime Enrich Engine. Okay. Um, you, you know, so pick whatever one, um, works, works best, uh, for you. Uh, let's see down on that answer. Let's see. Chad. Let's see. Daniel asked, "With the unlimited deal, once we've signed up, are we guaranteed those monthly rates forever or for a limited time?" Great question, Daniel. Um, it's for two years. I have it set for two years. Okay. Um, so it, it's a, basically it's a two-year deal on the unlimited plans. So, um, if you're locked in at $59, you're guaranteed that price for two years. Great question. Lifetime's lifetime. Um, yeah, two, two years minimum on that one. Appreciate that question.
Chad asked, um, "You mentioned bounce rates increasing earlier. Is this because emails are bad or because sending is rejected? What is the definition of a bounce these days?" Yeah. Um, Chad, the definition of a bounce is basically the, the recipient's email provider sent you a notification basically that like the email didn't exist or, you know, there's several different bounce reasons. Um, but usually it's because the email didn't exist. Um, I, I didn't mean that, um, email, uh, bounce rates are increasing as a trend overall. Um, and so, you know, it just depends on your email activity. And, uh, what's, what's hard for some people is that they're emailing catchall emails. And they, catchall emails can't be validated with a tool like a, like a Million Verifier, um, or any other validation other than like Zero Bounce. There are some catchall scoring and catchall validations, but they're not a perfect science. Okay. So, um, you can reduce your bounce rates, uh, by using catchall scoring usually, but that's typically where we see a lot of bounce rates because most people are doing the basic validation, which is going to validate email addresses that actually can be validated unless their servers are set up on catchall, in which case you might want to use something like a catchall scoring, um, in that case. Hope that answers your question. If not, just, um, shoot me a follow-up in the, uh, in the Q&A.
I do see a lot of extra costs once, um, you went into your SAS. I'm looking to get the lifetime deal. Let me handle, uh, Devon. Yeah, thanks for the question. I'm not sure what you mean for extra costs. I mean, this, the, as I mentioned, the third-party services, um, are passed back through a metered balance. Okay. So, we have to pay Lead Magic, Prospio, Find Email, all that kind of stuff. The way a system like a Clay does it is they build it into the credit pricing, which makes it extremely expensive. And, um, inside of our platform, we're passing back the cost to some degree, um, and, and through a metered balance. So, that's the only cost. We just didn't bake it into the credit usage. Um, but overall, as I showed you in the presentation, I, it's line for line, way cheaper than Clay. Um, the only other add-ons, um, that there are will be extra workspaces if you need extra workspaces. And you can't toggle this on yet. Um, we already have customers on this from previously, but, um, we have the dedicated servers and, um, private rotating IPs as well. That, that is, uh, will also be an add-on. Those are the only extra costs. But, um, these are for, this is more for a little bit higher volume sending. This is a little bit more for agencies and the like. There's really no other costs outside of that and like your AI copywriting and, and stuff like that. But we're just passing those back through a metered service. Um, and so it was just a, you know, it's a business decision for us to to run it that way, um, versus having to increase the price and then charge you for a usage you might not even be using and baking in the price of everything into a credit usage and you not use it and then, and then the prices become less affordable. This is the absolute cheapest way that we can run this and it's the best possible price. Um, and then let's see, you also asked, all right, I have about 90,000, um, cold emails that I want to send to. I do need to validate, looking to send maybe 10,000 per day. What roughly monthly cost? Yeah. So, you would, um, you would be looking at the Email Engine plan then, Devon. And so, uh, I would recommend then, um, Enrich Engine and Email Engine. Okay. So, you're looking at less than $120 a month, and that's, that's a lot of volume. So, $120 a month, um, for waterfall enrichment. So, you can validate through that. Um, you do have the, the validations in there, but they're like one-tenth of one penny or something like that. Um, so that's an option, or you might be able to get away with like a, um, a lifetime access on on one of them, although your volume might be a little bit higher. You're probably looking at Email Engine and Enrich Engine. All right.
Moving on to the next one. Um, do you plan to be white-label? Um, we don't have white-label, uh, as of now. Um, we do have on our roadmap the ability to, um, basically white-label the domain and then, um, white-label the, um, like the login page and stuff like that. Um, we have not started building that because we've been focused on some of these other things, but it is on our roadmap. Uh, Dominique, that being said, like I don't know if that'll be an add-on or something like that. You know, these, these prices are, um, obviously super, super cheap and, uh, dirt cheap. So, if we do add that, it could be through an add-on of some sort. I'm not guaranteeing we will do it as an add-on. I just, you know, don't want to, you know, mislead anybody.
Um, my SAS launches in September. Collecting emails now. Um, oh, fantastic. Yeah. So, yeah, now is a great time, Devon, to to gear up. Um, and, you know, if you do sign up for the platform and, uh, you know, connect with, um, Scaled Mail, you can get your email accounts like warmed up, you can get campaigns built, all that kind of stuff. So, now's, now's a good time, maybe a little bit early, but never too early to kind of plan ahead.
For enrichment, can you share the third-party cost estimates? Um, anonymous asked. Yeah, absolutely. So, if you're on the lifetime plan, you cannot, um, swap out your API key and, um, I'll show you the cost. So, the costs, uh, are built right into the platform. So, every enrichment that you see on the screen, you see the cost for. We didn't want to do confusing credits. Um, the reason why people use credits is because it disassociates it from money. Um, but we intentionally wanted to show people money because we're trying to save people money. So, we actually wanted to show people money so that you could save money. And that's basically our value prop. That's how you enter a market that's kind of commoditized, right? You can, you can, you can compete with either building a crazy, crazy like if you're going to send rockets to Mars and no one else is doing it, you can, you know, charge a good amount. But if you're in a commoditized market, um, you, you got to compete on price. So, our value proposition for Enrich Engine is cheaper prices. Okay. So, we place all the prices right inside of the application. All right. Um, here's your domain search, here's your validations, um, here's your research, here's your cleaners. Um, the AI prompts will be a little bit harder because it's, you know, we're passing back AI costs and stuff like that, but, but all the prices are listed right inside of the platform. And, uh, when you sign up for a trial, you'll be able to see, you'll be able to see all the prices. We're very transparent about it.
Now, if you buy the unlimited monthly deal, you will be, if you have a subscription to one of the providers we have, you will be able to swap out your API key and you'll pay wholesale price to whatever subscription you're on with them. That being said, I will say our, our starting price for some of these enrichments are cheaper than what you will actually pay the provider. For instance, Findmail's starting price and Prospio's starting price for email finders are 5 cents. So you can act, if, if you were to take their starter subscription, um, you're going to pay 5 cents an email with ours, you pay three cents. Okay. So it's actually cheaper. It's actually cheaper than going and getting a subscription to them. Um, but we're passing it all through a metered balance, um, to be transparent in price and so everyone is conscious about about the cost because that's part of the, um, the value prop of of the system. Um, let's see here. That was a great question, by the way. Um, uh, Ken said, "I'm using Uptix now. How is it different?" Um, Ken, it's, it's, it's a totally different infrastructure. It's got, um, AI, like it's got the Enrich Engine, um, built in to the platform. Uh, Uptix is more multi-channel sales CRM with cold email. Um, and Lead Engine is more built around AI, private infrastructure, um, the Enrich Engine, the copywriting. Um, you know, so we, like, it's a completely different, uh, infrastructure. Even though you're still doing, you know, you might still be cold emailing, you're going to get better deliverability and things like that inside of a private infrastructure. And then you've got just an easier playground for writing, um, personalized copy and, and all that kind of stuff.
Next question. For, can you share the third-party cost? Oh, I think I answered that one. Um, uh, are we talking about the same cost as Zero Bounce via their own site? Are the costs reduced the same? Um, that might be a different question. Um, are we talking about the same? So, um, as I mentioned in the enrichments, so in, in some cases, the enrichment will be cheaper. Um, like I mentioned, Findmail and Prospio, um, and like even validation, like Million Verifier, their first couple plans, like it's actually more than this. Um, Zero Bounce, it might actually be more than this. Um, but if you start scaling up those subscriptions with those third-party providers, you're probably going to reach a point if you're using enough volume that it might make sense for you to go get a subscription with them eventually. U, but when you start combining all of them together and you got to start getting subscriptions from here, there, and everywhere, then, um, then it probably won't add up. But you can pick and choose what APIs that you swap out. So, if you're using Lead Magic and you want to pay wholesale cost to Lead Magic, you absolutely can do that on the unlimited monthly plan. Okay? So, um, if you're on, if you're on this plan, then you can swap out API keys. The lifetime deal does not allow the swap out of API keys. Okay? That allows us to, uh, build more of a sustainable lifetime deal, um, so that we can, we can make a little bit of a margin on those enrichments and, uh, keep investing in the platform for the future.
Finn asks, "So if I'm using Apollo for, uh, finding and sequencing contacts, I can use Enrich Engine to update contact info. Or is one of the, um, or is it one of the other four products?" Absolutely, Finn. You can use, um, any one of these products. Oh, any one of these products can be used standalone. Okay. Um, so if you're using Apollo for some stuff, we, we actually, like, we're an Apollo customer. We build lists in Apollo and then, um, we come into an Enrich Engine and, um, we enrich them and we find more emails. We, we open up our total addressable market and find more and more emails. Um, we do the same thing, like, like we might use like a scrape, we might use a scraper online and things like that. Um, but you can use any one of these tools as a standalone. This can be used by itself. This can be used by itself. This can be used by itself. This one's like the exception. You, you wouldn't want to sign up to this unless, unless you're, you're taking Email Engine, but, um, of the actual software products, these three, um, every single one of them can be used individually.
Randall asks, "I don't see the accelerator option on the subscriptions tab. Is it located elsewhere?" Uh, Randall, yes. Um, thanks for pointing that out. We do, we do not have that on the, um, uh, subscriptions tab. So, if you're interested in that, just email support@leadengine.ai. We will be adding it here. Um, it, it was, it was a last-minute ad. Um, and the team was slammed trying to get some other things in the platform finished. So, um, I, I anticipate that'll be added probably within the next day or two. Um, maybe even by tomorrow it'll be added into the front end. Um, but go ahead and shoot us an email if you want to get access to that right away.
Um, Devin said, "Thank you. U new to this. I just saw a lot of .003 cost and so on." Okay. Yeah. Yeah. No, no worries. Yeah. Um, sorry, I, you know, I'm kind of breezing through this, Devon, and, um, you know, I'm probably not as thorough as I, I could be, but yeah, all, all these costs basically, um, they're optional, right? So, you're in, like, like you, let's say you take an email finder when, when you build a waterfall email finder here. Um, if this one finds it, you don't pay for this one. You, you only pay for the first one. Now, you would want to waterfall and put the cheapest one first, right? Um, so if this one finds it, then you only pay two cents and then you're not going to pay for this one and that one. Um, but a platform like a Clay, for instance, is going to charge a credit. Their starting tier at $149 a month, it costs you about 10 to 15 cents for an email address. Um, so in this case, if this, if this one finds it, it's two cents. Just two cents comparatively to, um, some of the other ones, right? Um, so hopefully that helps. But yeah, I kind of breezed through that. So, I, I can see how it'd be, um, uh, a little bit confusing.
Let's see. Just getting through some more. Um, uh, what is your offer with Scaled Mail? Microsoft Google, um, workspace, SMTP. Great question, Dominique. I forgot to, um, I forgot to clarify this. Uh, the Scaled Mail offer is only for Microsoft and Google inboxes. Their custom email accounts that they have are already super cheap. Uh, so they weren't able to offer a discount on that, but their Microsoft and Google ones, um, they were, uh, they're giving us a, a 10% discount for you guys. And, um, when you join the WhatsApp group, then, um, we'll, uh, we'll give you that link to that. Um, and yeah, they set up everything. So, they set up all your domains, your SPF, DKM, DMARC records, literally everything. Great question.
Um, are there plans to include an email finder as part of Enrich, um, similar to what can be found on tomb.io? Randall. So, yeah, great question. Email finders are already in here. We have, um, one, two, three, four email finders and we're adding ICPS, I think tomorrow. Um, and then we have domain searches as well. So, if you don't have the person's name and email and things of that nature, um, you can actually do like a find email and then you can enter like the name or you can enter like job titles and then it'll try to find contact information there or, um, or you can do Bosspio, um, and then it just finds, you know, however many emails you can possibly find. But yeah, we already have email finders already built into the, um, waterfall under the find option right here. Great question, Randall.
Um, can I transition from Uptix to this offer and how do, um, how can I do it? Um, yeah, you just sign up, um, go to leadengine.ai and, um, at the top of the screen, you can click try for free and then it'll take, it'll, this opened up because I'm already logged in, but it'll take you to a, uh, sign-up screen, um, and you can sign up. So, absolutely.
Um, next question. Very new to cold email. All I have is a couple thousand of leads. Uh, which is the service is must-needed and what is a nice-to-have? Um, yeah. Uh, I think that was an anonymous question. Um, great question. So, I would say if, if you're new, I, I would 100% would, um, would do our accelerator. We've literally, this is no joke, charged thousands of dollars for for this in the past. Not even kidding. Um, so if you're new, um, this is a way for you to have an expert in your corner, okay, helping you out. Um, we will literally help you personally, Bos and myself. Okay. Um, in terms of, uh, what else you might need, like 100% Email Engine, uh, comes with warm-up, all that kind of stuff. And then, um, I, I also like Enrich Engine as well. You, you're going to need it 100%. You're going to need it. You're going to need validation. You're going to need to find more emails. Um, you'll need it absolutely.
Um, let's see. What is the cost of AI personalization per lead based on what LLM? Dominique. Yeah, so we're using, uh, at, at the moment, we're using the GPT-4 Mini. It's, um, it's super cheap. Um, and it does a really good job because the way we've structured our, um, our campaign builder inside of the platform, but it is usage-based. It passes it back. Um, I can get you some, some averages, but it, it kind of depends on, um, which options you select in here. So, if I'm under dynamic AI and I turn on like Firecrawl, for instance, it's $0.002 per page scrape and I think it scrapes a maximum of like five pages, something like that. Um, if you end up doing like a Lead Magic profile scrape or Prospio LinkedIn profile scrape. Um, so it's, it's going to depend on, um, just what all you use. Um, web scrape is always the cheapest, but if you want to do LinkedIn, you can do some next-level things with LinkedIn scraping. And this is just a one-time. It's not going to scrape it for the follow-up email. So, it's already got the data. Okay? So, you can have as many follow-up emails as you want. And then you're just paying for the AI cost. So, the cost of, um, writing the email itself is, is like probably not even a half a, not even probably close to a half a penny. It's probably one-tenth of a penny or something. Don't quote me on that. Um, but it's ex, it's extremely affordable. And then we probably will come out with different models in the future. I'm anticipating we'll add like a selector for picking a model. Um, but right now we're using the cheapest model you can get and it's, it's working, um, pretty darn well.
Um, next question. What metrics does your CRM track? Yeah, great question. So, let me hop over into. So, we have an out-of-the-box dashboard here. So, um, right out of the box, what you're going to see is average emails per reply, average emails per positive reply, average leads per reply, average leads per positive reply, and then you've got your trend of like leads, email sends, replies, positive replies, negative replies, bounces, so on and so forth. Okay, you can, um, filter for dates, you can filter for campaigns. Um, you can scroll down. You can see your conversion drop-off of replies, positives, um, opportunities, replies by day of the week, um, email validation. Hey Bos, remind me to come back to this. Will you just make a note of that, please? Um, we got replies by the email provider and the sender that you're using. So, if you're using Microsoft or Google, and then the replies by the email provider, the leads email provider. So, you got Microsoft, you got Google, so on and so forth. And then we have, um, an AI, um, automatically, um, processes every single reply you get and then categorizes it into 13 categories. Um, positive, like these are grouped in, these are positive replies, these are negative replies, and then these are neutral replies. Um, but it's, it's, it's showing you all those stats. So, those are the out-of-the-box stats. And then under campaigns, we actually have some crazy stats under here. So, um, each campaign, you can see all your email steps, of course. Um, you can see all the, like, there's a whole bunch of columns. We have a whole b, like all those stats I just talked about, those 13 different categories. Um, you can see all the stats there. Um, uh, if you're emailing to Google or Microsoft or custom, you can see all the stats broken down. Um, if you're, you can see all your emailing from. So, this is the account you're sending from. You can see all the stats broken down there. You can see all of your domains, um, that you're using. You can see all the email accounts, um, within those domains that you're using. You can see all the results based on validation or, um, catchalls, um, low risks, high risks, um, so on and so forth. Um, and then there's, there's some things, um, here with, uh, I won't get into the copywriting type type of stuff. Um, there's, there's some advancements and things like that that we're, we're making, um, uh, inside of campaign builder. You can select multiple, multiple frameworks and tones of voice and stuff like that and, and you can see the basically the results by that. So, lots of stats and, and data.
Um, can I disable email campaigns monitoring click rates, open rates? Great question. We don't even have open or click rates inside of the platform. There's no custom tracking pixel you need because we do not track opens. We do not track clicks. We did that intentionally. Um, all they are is a deliverability, um, liability. Um, they, and they just hurt people's results. So, we intentionally did not include them in the platform. We, we've intentionally, um, just basically, we, we brought a focus into email sends, positive replies. So, um, you got your replies, you got your positive replies. Uh, so no click tracking, no open tracking. You're welcome.
Um, I think that's all the questions we have so far. Um, if you have any last-minute questions, uh, feel free to post them in the chat. Um, if not, I really appreciate everyone's, um, time and attention here today. Um, we're right at the 90-minute mark. So, I, I guess I, um, I guessed, uh, I guess pretty accurately. So, um, let's see. Dominique, can, can we purchase accelerator, um, per new customer per workspace? Yes. Yep. We won't, we won't turn you down on that. If, if you need, um, help for, uh, uh, for each client, then, then you absolutely can. Um, and so with that, um, yeah, you can do, you can do one or the other. This price will be going up though. Um, just an FYI. So, um, we, but yeah, you can purchase for anyone. Um, I'm not disclosing the, uh, the dates they're, um, they're going up because people, uh, they wait till the last minute. So, um, but I will tell you, um, these prices will increase in, um, less than a week. So, we kind of have a staged thing. Um, so, yeah, the, now, now is the best, uh, the best price for sure. So, and then in terms of how long the overall offer is going, I see someone asked, um, I, I don't know. Um, I'm just going to feel it out and if we feel like we've had enough, um, we'll, we'll just, we'll just go back to selling monthly plans. We were selling our platform at like $500, $600, $700 a month previously to this, uh, because we were first launching it. And, um, now it's a time to basically open it up to the market after, you know, putting it through its, its paces. But I don't know how, I, the prices will be increasing, um, in the coming days on this and then I'm not sure how long we'll be doing the deals for, um, at least the lifetime deal. We'll, we'll always have the, the monthly deal, of course, and then we'll, we'll have annual, uh, pricing as well. I, I do not know. Um, it, it probably will not stay at this price. Well, $59, it's 100% not staying at, but it'll eventually go to $99 per month, uh, per engine. Um, and it, it probably won't even stay at that, uh, at some point in time since we were selling it successfully at, you know, the $500, uh, price point. But we do have the add-ons now. So, um, is Email Engine autopilot? Yes. Um, Bos, am I still sharing my screen? >> Yes, sir. >> Thank you. Um, yeah, Dominique, I'll show you. So, under Email Engine, actually, let me hop into a campaign that was already built real quick because I don't have to do it. Um, the, on the last page of the screen, you've got, um, you got a few different options, the campaign builder, but you've got reply automation, and then you've got autopilot, and you can set different prompts, um, for every single lead status. So, the AI, every time your leads reply back to you, the AI is going to categorize it. Each one of those categories can have a separate prompt. And literally, this is how simple our prompts are. And it replies back within like 15 seconds. Um, at least with the dedicated servers. So, one of the benefits of the dedicated servers is actually your, your reply server. You have a, you have a server with, um, that, uh, is dedicated only to your, uh, only to your account. And then your replies aren't lumped in in a shared server. That's one of the other benefits to our dedicated infrastructure. Um, but yeah, it's super simple. Um, and we even have, um, here like a little template under global templates. You can just, you see an option here. You just hit clone. Um, and then you can just edit it and then hit save and make it your own. So, super easy. Uh, awesome. I think I got through all the questions there. If there's any more, I'll stick around for just a little bit longer. So, autopilot for reply, but for copywriting, um, based on ICP? Yes. Yeah. So, um, basically at the copywriting level, you can, you can build your ICP here. So, let's just say like this is information about my company, the, um, company details, and then this is information about the leads. So, let's just say I'm targeting like cold email agencies. And then, um, uh, there's three different modes. So, there's AI, spin tax mode. Dynamic AI is like where you can do personalization. So, this one is actually dynamic. So, you can, you can personalize your emails. Um, but let's just say I'm just building a basic AI spin tax, um, version. It's persona-based. So, you can just set the, um, you can set the things here. Uh, let's say my subject line I want to do some, uh, customizations for. Oh, hop over to the playground. I have to get. This is new. We just released a new interface, so it's, I got to get used to the new one. Um, but, but yeah, so that's, um, did I not pick a framework here? Uh, yeah, so it's, it's persona-based basically. Um, I must have the wrong framework or something I selected because that's not my framework. But, uh, in any event, yeah, it's ICP-based, um, which you set in the, uh, persona here. Great question.
All right, we're right at 90 minutes here, so I'm going to pack it up. Really appreciate everyone's time and attention here today. Um, thanks so much for, um, you know, signing up. I'd love for you to sign up for a trial. I'd love for you to consider the lifetime deal and, or the unlimited deals. Um, they will be limited for sure and prices will be going up, but, um, take advantage of those, uh, while you can and we'd love to have you on the, uh, the Overdrive Accelerator and actually help you implement this for, um, at a dirt cheap price, literally. All right, so thanks so much everybody and we will see you soon.
