Claim number four, Victor Kandra is a credible witness. Lie. Claim number five, Frasier was texting and driving. Lie. Claim number six, Frasier was uncooperative. Lie. Claim number seven, rich brat narrative proves guilt. Lie.

Red BMW speeding down BCH. Rich Bratton is red BMW. All right. The car was not red. How do you spend an hour destroying someone's life and not even know what color car they were driving? But this is how Nancy Grace operates. She doesn't need facts. She needs villains. And once she's decided you're the villain, truth becomes optional.
The fleeing narrative is so important to Nancy because it fits her rich kid villain story. She needs Frasier to be calculating, callous, trying to escape consequences. But the evidence shows the opposite. A traumatized young man with a brain injury, cooperating with police despite being in medical shock, telling the truth about what he remembered, even when it might hurt his case. That doesn't fit NY's narrative. So, she ignored the medical evidence, dismissed the detective's testimony, and created her own version where Frasier was some cold-blooded criminal trying to escape justice.
You know what else doesn't fit NY's narrative? Facts, evidence, truth. The things that actually matter when someone's life is on the line. You know, like the fact that Frasier was sober, he wasn't high, he wasn't drinking, he was eating tacos for his friends cuz they were back home. It was his birthday the night before.
This is why Nancy Grace is dangerous. She doesn't just report on cases, she contaminates them. She takes complicated situations and turns them into simple good versus evil stories. She weaponizes tragedy for entertainment, and she doesn't care what the consequences are. And in doing so, she makes fair trials almost impossible.
Nancy spent the entire show screaming about 104 miles per hour. She presented this number like it was carved in stone by God himself. "I don't call it an accident because when you put your foot to the pedal and exceed 104 m, that's no accident." "Between 2 and 12 to 4 and 1/2 seconds prior to the collision, the defendant's vehicle was at a speed of 104 mph."
Here's what Nancy didn't tell you about that number. That 104 mph number comes from something called an event data recorder. The car's black box. And Deputy Apadaka, the traffic investigator that Nancy treated like an infallible expert, admits under oath that this data might be completely wrong. Here's the exact quote from the preliminary hearing transcript. "You're given a warning with these modules that raw data may not be accurate as you said a moment ago." "Am I correct still?" "Yes, that is a warning given." "Three pages from this corporation that says these can create errors." "Correct." "Correct."
So, the manufacturer literally warns that the data may not be accurate. NY's smoking gun might be a smoking lie. But wait, it gets worse. The defendant's attorney asked, "Based on your training and experience, isn't it true that a vehicle being airborne at any given time during a collision sequence can report a vehicle speed faster than the vehicle's actual speed?" "Yes." "Yes." "And you a moment ago said that you believe that the vehicle, the tires went airborne at a portion of this collision sequence, correct?" "Yes."
Do you understand what this means? Frasier's car went airborne. When wheels are spinning freely in the air, they can spin much faster than when they're actually moving a car on the ground. So NY's 104 mph proves murder statement could be the speed of wheels spinning in midair after the crash already started, not Frzer's actual driving speed.
When asked if he did video speed analysis, Deputy Apadaka said no. When asked about the most accurate method, video analysis between two points, knowing that raw data can be inaccurate, the easiest way would be to look at two spots, especially immediately before the collisions that are on video, and do that calculation on point on point A to point B and the duration of the time, correct? The most accurate. He said no. They said they had video footage. They could have done proper speed analysis. They chose not to because it was too much work. And here's the most damning part.
"Did any witness ever tell you he was going 100 miles an hour?" "In any report that you utilize or viewed, did you see any human witness that said he was going over 100 miles an hour?" "Yes or no?" "No, I do not believe so." That's what Deputy Apadaka said. No witnesses. None. No one ever said Frzer was going over 100 miles an hour.
But it gets even worse. They used outdated software to analyze this potentially false data. When asked why didn't they use the most current accurate software, Deputy Abdaka said, "Because we don't have the software licensing updated yet." Okay, so they're charging a 22-year-old with murder based on potentially inaccurate data analyzed with outdated software. And they couldn't even be bothered to get the current version. This is a murder case, guys. Four counts of murder, life in prison, and they're cutting corners on the software license. Make it make sense.

And this is a house of cards built on maybe. And Nancy Grace spent an hour presenting it as rock-solid proof that Frasier Bomb is a murderer. This is how they railroad people, guys. They present uncertain data as absolute truth. They hope you won't ask questions. They count on you accepting their version without reading the actual evidence. But when you do read the evidence, when you see what Nancy Grace ignored, when you realize she's not fighting for justice on this one, she's manufacturing villains for entertainment. She painted him as a credible witness whose testimony would destroy Frasier's case. But anybody that followed the Karen Reed trial, I like to call Victor Colandra the Jen McCabe of the Frasier bomb case. Because when I read through the court transcripts from Frraasier's preliminary hearing, I discovered something Nancy never told her audience. Victor Colandra isn't a credible witness at all.
Here's what the court transcripts reveal about what Colander did after the crash, but before his second police interview. According to his own testimony, he attended the memorial service for the victims at Pepperdine and worked with their families. The transcript shows he became friends with Carlos, a key witness who helped hold Frasier down at the crash scene. But they don't tell you that there was no need to hold Fraser down. Essentially, the witnesses were like, "Well, we were afraid he may flee the scene. We didn't know." But remember, Fraser got out of the car and essentially was dragged out by Kandre. No, you know, there's no sense of like if he was okay, whatever. Hander drags him out, finds the buddy to sit him down and make sure he stays put. So, if somebody saw him being held down, that doesn't mean he was fleeing. There's actually no evidence that Frasier tried to flee the scene. Let me just say that again, okay? That is a lie.
So, the transcript shows that Colander became friends with Carlos, the key witness who was there at the scene. They exchanged phone numbers and then they had dinner together with Carlos's family. So NY's credible witness was literally socializing with other witnesses and victims' families before giving his testimony. What was he doing with Carlos? Was he trying to get his story straight? Did he feel guilty about something? That's witness contamination, not credibility.
The transcripts also show Colandra extensively researched the case online, googled what happened, and watched news coverage before testifying. But it gets worse. According to the court records, Colandra has a history of road rage and lying to police about it. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. In a 2017 incident, he told one story to police, then told a completely different story later when confronted. The transcript shows his story about the Frasier crash kept changing, too. Initially, he claimed he stayed in his lane, maybe moved once, but under cross-examination, it came out that he went back and forth five times within half a mile.
The court transcript reveals that Colander admits to pursuing Frraasier and confronting him at a red light. Frasier told police he felt like he was being chased by an aggressive driver. According to the sworn testimony, it sounds like he was right. Here's the smoking gun from the transcripts. If Frzer was going as fast as Colandra claimed and Kandre was driving normally, how did Colandre arrive at the crash scene only 15 seconds later? The math isn't mathing here, guys. It doesn't work unless Colandre was following much closer than he admits.
The transcripts also show Kandre had a 45-minute unrecorded meeting with prosecutors before testifying. 45 minutes to review videos that total maybe 2 minutes. Nancy Grace never mentioned any of this witness contamination, the road rage history, the constantly changing story, or the mathematical impossibilities in Colander's timeline. She never investigated Colander's background. She never asked about his research or his witness coordination because Nancy doesn't want complicated stories, guys.
