Hello everyone, good morning. Good morning, Auntie. Good morning, dear. Hello everyone. Let's continue to study together today. Do you all remember the topics we discussed yesterday? Yes, I remember. Yes, I remember. Yesterday, we... Yes, I remember. Today, we will continue by connecting with that lesson. So, yesterday, we discussed the elements, what our own element is, what our gift is, and then connected it to finding out what another person's element is and what their gift is. So, today, we will continue with that lesson together. Before we start, let's first connect with everyone's collective energy by breathing. After connecting, we will begin for today. So, everyone, please find your seats. Let's take a moment to breathe. Please close your eyes for a moment. Place your hands on your laps. After placing them, relax your shoulders. Before the session begins, no matter what has happened. All those thoughts and feelings. All those thoughts and feelings are now entering the Light Transmission Photoshop. Remember your mission for arriving at this Light Transmission. Please close your eyes and focus for a moment. What is my mission for arriving at this transmission portal? What is my intention? Why have I arrived here? Please reconnect with that. Let's breathe. Focus on the breath as a source of energy as you inhale. Inhale deeply into your belly. Exhale what is no longer needed from your body. Let's focus on our hearts, the center of our hearts. Just like yesterday, focus on the light rising from the earth. Just like yesterday, the light rising from the earth enters through the chakras, passes through your legs, becomes your root, becomes your secret, becomes your solar, and gathers in your heart. Focus on that. Focus on the waves of light coming from the sky. They enter your crown, your third eye, pass through your throat, and gather in your heart. Visualize the light rays coming from the sun gathering today. The light waves emanating from everyone's hearts here have connected and gathered. A light vortex has formed. Visualize yourself in a protective circle. No disturbances can enter. We are now in a safe space. Everyone's energies are connected. Let's take three breaths. Let's connect with our heartbeats. Everyone, please inhale. Let's exhale. Let's exhale through our noses. Please inhale a second time. Let's exhale. Please inhale a third time. Let's exhale. Okay, that's done. You can slowly open your eyes. Let's continue with the second day of today's session. So, just like yesterday, I want to share a point. Everyone can see the point, right? Yes, I can see it. Yes. Okay. So, before we start today's lesson, just like yesterday, we'll start with a question. Today, the word we will focus on is "alchemist." We will focus on this word today and discuss and learn. So, I want to ask everyone, how do you understand the word "alchemist"? If you know, please share. Have you heard the word "alchemist"? If you have, how do you understand the meaning of the word? Please share. "Chemist" is like... it relates to Saw, and it also relates to Sawem. That's how I understand it. Yes, thank you for sharing. Please share how you understand the word, whether it's right or wrong. You can share as you understand it. Okay. Memory is art, not gold. Okay, I think of the word like this: connecting the word with myself so that it becomes one with me. Just like this, not just like "Lem" is like "Sai," but connecting the meaning of the word so that it becomes one with me. Transformation. Okay. So, the word "alchemist" is a very interesting word in spirituality. I didn't understand it at all before. If you look for its translation, the translation doesn't make much sense. You can look it up. But when I got the word, I understood it. I read it, and I didn't understand the meaning. It's a kind of knowledge written down. But just by reading it, I didn't connect with the meaning. But actually, what does an alchemist do? An alchemist is someone who transforms something that originally exists into the energy you desire. You originally have something. It could be something you want, or something you don't want. But you use that to transform it into what you want to become, what you want to achieve. Transforming it into what you want to become, what you want to achieve, is called alchemy. So, here it says "emotional alchemy," which means transforming emotions. Transforming is the closest translation. How is it? You can't stop emotions from coming. Anger will arise. If there's a reason to be angry, anger will arise. If there's a reason to be sad, sadness will arise. But you need to transform that incoming energy into something beneficial for yourself. That is called alchemy. If anger arises, instead of waiting for the anger to subside, you use that anger as a basis to change your life, to transform it. Just like the transformation I mentioned earlier. When it comes out through you, it transforms into a different energy. So, connecting with gratitude, we will transform our lives. Emotional alchemy is very important for us. What happens when there is no emotional alchemy? We tend to force ourselves to only have good things happen. Only good things should happen, only good things should come. Because we are giving thanks, if we only accept positive things in our lives, we resist. We resist, saying "don't let bad things come, don't let bad things come," and by resisting, those things come even more. So, by practicing gratitude and sharing it with others, we need to know that we don't need to control things to only bring good things. We just need to be able to transform any feeling that arises into a beneficial energy and use it. That is called emotional alchemy. So, if we connect with yesterday's lesson, yesterday's lesson started with element awareness. Everyone has elements, primary and secondary. Each person has an element that is good for them. These elements lead to conscious creation. Once you understand your elements, you can follow them precisely and see how to create. Under conscious creation, there are three words: coherence – what is aligned with me? Frequency – what are you feeling, not just thinking? Direction – what are you allowing, not just controlling? We connected with those yesterday. So, we have gained awareness. Today, we will move from awareness to elements and then to action. So, let's look at each word one by one. Awareness means being able to notice. Okay, I have this. I am feeling this. There are some negative things in my life. You become aware. Once you are aware, it's not enough to just be aware. Just being aware of anger. You notice you are angry. But the anger doesn't disappear immediately. It remains somewhere inside you. So, what will you do? You will fully embody that emotion. Fully feel it. Where in your body do you feel the emotion of anger? At what point do you feel it? What dissatisfaction are you feeling? Just feel that emotion. Don't look for reasons. Don't look for reasons why you are angry. Okay. Is it here? Is it in some part of my body? Is it not because of others, but because of myself? Realize that you are feeling it yourself. Once you embody it, you will transform that energy. You will transform it into something beneficial for yourself. Then, we will see what else can be transformed. So, after embodying that anger, you will do something with it. You won't make it disappear. You won't stop being angry. You will transform the energy of anger into something beneficial for yourself. If you fully understand and know, it will be very beneficial for you, and when you share it with others, you will be able to teach them a lot. You will have gained it. It's not just reading from a book and repeating it. Depending on each person's situation, what is happening to them? What do they need to embody? And how can they alchemize it and transform it into something good and beneficial for themselves? So, when we give feedback, don't ask them to understand their feelings. Don't tell them. Teach them to feel. Teach those who come to you, those you want to help, those you love. Don't teach them to understand their feelings. Don't ask them, "Why are you so angry? What's the reason?" Focus on where they are feeling that anger. If you do that, they will really want to alchemize. So, you are not asking them. Instead of asking, "Why are you like this?" think about it. That's just analyzing them. But if you truly want them to transform, feel that feeling. Where are you feeling it? Where are you feeling the pain? How does that feeling influence your thoughts? For example, does it influence your thoughts to be negative? Does that feeling influence you to have sad thoughts? Try to understand their feelings in detail. That is guiding them. So, from one perspective, gratitude is a practice that heals the nervous system. That's where it starts. Gratitude heals your entire nervous system. It saves you. It tells you that you are safe to feel this emotion. Whenever you feel an emotion, insecurity always follows. No matter what emotion it is. If you are happy, and you are happy for five minutes, you might start thinking, "Oh, maybe something sad will come later." That comes along with it. It's the same with negative emotions. If you are feeling something bad, insecurity always follows, and you start thinking about things that haven't happened yet. You start thinking about things that haven't happened. Anger. If you feel anger, and you combine it with insecurity, you jump to conclusions about everything, whether it's true or not. You jump to conclusions. Even if the problem is small, it becomes very big. Your insecurity makes it grow. So, what does it do? It gives you security. You can feel that emotion, whatever it is, with security. If you feel sadness, feel it with security. Do you feel anxious? Feel the anxiety with security. Where are you feeling anxious? What thoughts are connecting with that anxiety and giving you what kind of thoughts? So, they teach you, they tell you, and you practice it yourself. So, instead of gratitude, you are giving them a sense of security. Once they feel secure, they can do other things. If they don't feel secure, they can't do anything. In a lecture, a very good teacher presented something. What is it? Stress. People don't want stress. But we are stressed all the time. We don't know how to relieve that stress. So, what are most people doing wrong? They don't want stress. They don't want stress. They are looking for ways to live without stress, how to be stress-free. Actually, stress is a good thing. When stress occurs, hormones are released in the body. When those hormones are released, concentration improves. When facing a problem, stress occurs. The teacher told a story about seeing a tiger. If you see a tiger in front of you, you become stressed. You have to run away. When you run away, your strength comes out. Because you have to run to escape, you can run faster than before. And you have calculations in your mind. How do I escape? Should I climb a tree? Or go into a cave? You make calculations. You can make calculations. Concentration improves. So, because of stress, you find a way to survive. Your feelings become intense. That's good. If you escape the tiger, what do you do? You need to enter the relaxation cycle. Once you are calm, you sigh, thinking you have escaped, and you close the cycle. Then, what happens? The emotions and hormones that were released go to the parts of your body that need them. Your health improves. Your mental alertness increases. And you can return to a truly present state. But in real life, we never escape the tiger. That stress doesn't end. It hasn't ended from birth until today. It's like the tiger is always chasing us from the time we were young until today. When stress is always with us, it no longer brings us benefits. It actually brings benefits. If we can stop it at the right time, if we can complete a cycle, stress can be very good for work. They teach us about holistic well-being. But other emotions are also like that. Anger, resentment, sadness, grief. These are things that support us to try harder. If someone puts you down, the desire to prove them wrong gives you courage. If these things don't exist, you wouldn't be alive. Sadness. Similarly, if you feel sadness, it means you have a heart. If you no longer feel sadness, it means there is a deficiency within you, or a mental deficiency. So, all feelings provide excellent support. The most important thing is to be able to close that cycle once it's over. That's called closing emotional taps. Closing emotional taps. An event that is happening now is over, right? It's no longer in front of your eyes. It's no longer happening. Then you need to be able to close it. You need to be able to pull yourself into a state of relaxation. Just like closing tabs on a computer. It's over. That's over. You need to close it. If you don't close it, it will continue to run in the background. If it's running, it will drain your computer's battery. Your computer will run out of power. You are the same. You will no longer have the ability to think. Your consciousness will not be present. People who are tired for no reason are tired because they have many emotional tabs open. They can't accept new things. So, whether it's for yourself or for others, feel your emotions. Feeling emotions is very good. Anger can also lead to a desire to try harder, to become courageous. Sadness can also lead to more introspection. But feel it with security. But to feel it with security, point out that one thing. Feel that feeling with security. How long will you feel it? For example, half an hour? An hour? If it goes beyond that, do you want to feel it for a day? A week? It's not just sitting on the bed and feeling it. Find where you feel it. Where is it happening? Is it in your stomach? In your chest? In your back? If you pay attention, you feel something heavy in your body. Some people have severe headaches, the back of their heads hurt a lot, without any reason, it just hurts. Those are also caused by emotional taps that you can't close. So, okay, if you want to feel, feel it, and then alchemize it. After alchemizing it, what will you do? You will close that emotional tap. It's over. Just like closing a computer tab. You have changed this event into something beneficial for yourself, and it's over. So, to alchemize like that, you need to know how to transform it. To know that, you need to connect with the elements again. Because when you are angry, you cannot transform anger into peace. Because anger is hot, it cannot be transformed into peace. Not only will you not be peaceful, but you will also not be peaceful. So, to do something appropriate with it, you need to connect with the elements and understand them. So, I can't hear you. I can't hear you. The sound is gone. The sound is gone. Hello, can you hear me? Yes, I can hear you. Yes. I think it disconnected. Yes. Okay, so let's continue with the elements. So, if we separate emotions and elements, let's start with fire. The element of fire. Here, we have divided it into shadow and gift. So, this element connects light and darkness for us. So, what is the shadow of fire? It's extreme anger, rage. Not just ordinary anger, but explosive anger. Throwing things. Shouting. That rage. Also, impatience. Not patient. Very rushed. Wanting to finish everything quickly. All those things. Also, burnout. Working too hard and burning yourself out. You burn yourself out. Working too hard, you are no longer connected with yourself. You are exhausted and burnt out. And then there's anger. Anger that is greater than ordinary anger. So, those are the shadows of fire. Just as fire has shadows, fire also has gifts. What are the gifts? Power. The ability to do things. To stand up and do something you thought you couldn't do at the moment. That's why when you get angry, you clean the house, and the whole house becomes spotless. Why? Because it gives you power. When you are angry, you can finish in half an hour what would have taken three hours. It gives you that power. Another one is direction. To be able to walk your chosen path with conviction. Direction means choosing this path and walking it with conviction. Even if others tell you not to, in your heart, because of the energy of fire, you think, "I will show them. Because they are telling me this, I will definitely walk this path to the end." You gain that kind of strength. Another one is courage. You have courage. So, with courage, you can do things that you were very afraid of before. Protection. It means protection. Protection can also be called boundaries. Setting boundaries for yourself and for those you love. When the energy of fire is high, you are no longer afraid. You have the ability to protect. You can stand up for yourself. You can set good boundaries. So, when you receive these gifts, it's actually because of the shadows. If there were no shadows, these gifts wouldn't come. When the shadows become too intense, you alchemize those shadows. Here, we can also connect alchemizing. When anger arises, it's best to look for intentions. If someone is very angry, what are their life intentions? Ask them at that moment. They are very angry and dissatisfied. Why do you think you are alive? What do you think is your purpose in life? Don't go to someone who is depressed. Depression is water energy. If you go to water energy and ask, "What is your purpose?" they will answer, "I don't want to live anymore." But fire is different. When fire is intense, if you ask about their purpose, they have a lot of power they want to show. "I want to achieve all these things." So, when we ask for gratitude, for someone who is angry, connecting their intention with gratitude is alchemizing them. Another one is rage. When you feel like exploding, you need to set boundaries. Boundaries. The limits you set for yourself. How you don't want people to treat you. And how you can let go of those who treat you badly. The boundaries you set for yourself. "They can treat me like this. They can't treat me like this." Setting boundaries. "I will do these things. I will not do these things." Setting boundaries. That anger makes you see those boundaries. So, if you are raging, you can alchemize it by connecting it with clear boundaries. Another one is impulsiveness. That means doing things without thinking. Doing things without thinking. And because of that anger, you do everything without any consequences. At that time, you need to connect them with inspired actions. Ask them, "What do you think are beneficial actions for you?" What do you think are beneficial actions for you? What do you think you should do to progress each day? That's like guiding them. At that time, they don't know for sure what action to take. They want to do everything. Because of that, you give them guidelines. What do you want to do that is beneficial for you each day? Connect with those things you want to do and give thanks, or reflect on them. You can alchemize it like this. So, for someone who has fire shadows, you can connect them with direction, courage, and protection. Say, "Be calm. Be at peace. Forgive." Saying that won't work. This is the principle of alchemy. So, let's move on to water. What are the shadows of water energy? It's emotional overwhelm. Too much at once. Their feelings are too overwhelming, and they don't know what's happening to them. They feel like getting angry, sad, depressed. When they feel overwhelmed like that, they are experiencing the shadow of water. Another one is attachment. Being very attached to something. "I can't live without it. I must own this." Having those attachments. Sadness. Deep sorrow. Grief. When that happens, how will you alchemize them? What are the gifts? Compassion. Being able to empathize with yourself and others. Softness. Gentleness. Connection. Connecting with the good connections in your life. Surrender. Being able to surrender. Depth. Being able to accept and feel deeply. Belief. Trust. Those are the gifts of water. There are many others. Healing is also a gift of water. These are just a few selected words. So, if they are experiencing shadows, you can connect them. For example, for someone who is emotionally overwhelmed, you can suggest focusing on the connections in their life. Focus on the people who are good to them. You can say this. Then they will be able to distinguish their emotions. From their overwhelming feelings, they will see that there are still people who are good to them. Then their energy will change. For someone who is attached, you can ask them to surrender or to practice self-compassion. Is it okay to be so attached? If you have a little self-compassion, try to thank yourself. If you have a little self-compassion and try to thank yourself, the attachment will loosen. You won't feel miserable about this thing anymore. So, if you see the shadows, you can alchemize them into gifts. Here, what are some examples of alchemizing? Self-compassion. If you are sad, you can ask for self-compassion. The ability to empathize with yourself, to love yourself. Give yourself a little gentleness. When you do this, you will cry a lot. After crying, you will find your strength again. Your mind will become clear. Many people with water energy tend to go deeper. They cry. After crying, they find themselves again. They find themselves again. Then, water becomes a gift for them, not a shadow. Another one is grief. If you are grieving, you can alchemize it into emotional maturity. You become mature. When you are grieving what you have lost, what knowledge do you gain from those losses? What makes you mature? Ask them to write about the lessons learned, the maturity gained from those losses. What have the things you lost, the things you let go of, taught you? Try to be grateful for those lessons. Then their energy will alchemize, transform. Attachment. If you are attached, it's best to connect it with unconditional love. Giving unconditional love. So, for the things you love, whether they are objects or people, say thank you for everything. When you say thank you for everything, your focus on "I must have this" will change, and you will realize there is a lot of love in the world. My love is not limited. Then their energy will alchemize. So, if you understand and can connect, you can transform what they are feeling, what is a shadow for them, into a gift. Another one is air. Let's move on to air. What are the shadows of the air element? Mental loops. Endless cycles in the mind. It's not happening in reality, but in the mind, that thought keeps repeating, that event keeps repeating. Another one is fear. Fear. Anxiety. Feeling restless and worried for no reason. Control. Wanting to control everything. Wanting everything to happen according to your will. Those are the shadows of air. But you don't need to be afraid of those shadows. They can be transformed into gifts. So, what are the gifts? Awareness. Being able to notice. Intelligence. Wisdom. Connecting and being able to sense yourself. Being able to reflect. "Ah, this is what's happening to me." Creativity. Being able to create a lot. Using your artistic intelligence and ingenuity. Connection. Having good connections in your life. Those are the gifts of air. So, if you know the shadows, you can help them realize their gifts. You can alchemize them. What are some examples? Anxiety. If you are anxious and restless, you can tell them to practice mindfulness. In this era, what should you do to practice mindfulness? Be grateful for what you see in front of your eyes. If you practice this, you will understand. So, what are you doing to your anxiety? You are helping it. Are you seeing a glass? A phone? A computer? Be grateful for what you see. This is transforming the shadows of air into gifts by connecting them with gratitude. If you are overthinking, what have you learned in your life up to this age? Be grateful for what you have learned. This is transforming their overthinking energy. We did this in the previous session. We did this. We have lived up to this age. What have we learned about the world? Be grateful for what you have learned. This is transforming the energy of those who are overthinking into gifts. If there is mental chaos, if there is a lot of chaos in your mind, if your thoughts are chaotic. Then, focus on what you have been able to create. If you truly want to move forward with creativity, you can ask them to draw a picture, listen to a song, do something that opens up creativity. But if you are not in a healing state, and you want to connect with gratitude, then think about what you have been able to create. What have you created in your life? Successes. What have you created in your life? Be grateful for your successes. This will clear their mental chaos. Another one is fear. How can fear be alchemized? By connecting with the present. Practice being grateful for the present moment. This exercise of being grateful for the present moment is actually an exercise to overcome fear. It overcomes their fears. Then, from their consciousness, they realize, "I am in the present. In the present, I have things I own, things I have, things I feel. When I am grateful for them, their fear energy transforms." This is what happens. So, now let's move on to another element, earth. Earth also has shadows. Stagnation. It's difficult to change. It's hard to change those things. Weakness. Feeling weak. Thinking you are deficient. "I am lacking something. I am not enough." Certified. Not being satisfied with life. No matter how much you have, you are not satisfied. When those things happen, insecurity. Feeling unsafe. Those are shadows. So, if you know their shadows, you can help them see their gifts. What are the gifts? Grounding. Stability. You can tell them that they have full stability at this moment. They are grounded. Structure. Giving structure to their lives. What will they do? Not for the long term, but for the day. What do they want to achieve? How will they maintain their mindset to reach their destination? Showing them that structure. Trust. Trust starts with trusting yourself. Trusting yourself. Resilience. The ability to bounce back every time you fall. Showing them that. Connecting them with their gifts. So, what happens? When there is fear, let's connect it with trust. What do you currently believe in? What do you believe in? Try to be grateful for what you believe in. So, what do you believe in? Ask them to write down their beliefs. Or ask them to connect their beliefs and be grateful. This way, they can overcome their fears. You can also tell them to be grateful for the present moment. Another one is control. Wanting to control too much. This is also part of moving forward. When the desire to control arises, structure. How will you reach your destination? You can tell them to be grateful for their higher self. What do you think you should do to spend your day? That's structure. So, if you ask someone to write down what they think they should do each day, they won't be able to write it. What should they do? They start thinking. What should I do? What should I do? So, connect them with their higher self. What do you think your higher self would do to spend the day? Try to be grateful for your higher self's day. This is also connecting structure. By connecting structure and then being grateful, you can transform the desire to control. Another one is insecurity. If you feel insecure, safety. Feeling safe in your body. Feeling safe in the home you live in. You can connect those and practice gratitude. Be grateful for what makes you feel safe. Be grateful for your body that gives you security. Be grateful for your home. This is transforming inner safety. Another one is stagnation. Not wanting to change. If something is stagnant, ask them to connect with resilience. Someone who is stagnant is afraid to leave that place. They are afraid of losing something. That's why they don't want to change. They are comfortable in that place. If you tell them to leave that comfortable place, what if they are not comfortable in another place? That fear prevents them from changing. So, connecting with resilience means showing them that no matter what happens, they can bounce back. They can rebuild. They can bounce back. Because they have resilience. If they lose what they have, it's okay. Because they have resilience, they will be able to find it again. They will be able to rebuild. So, with resilience, they realize, "Yes, if I change, I can rebuild. I have full strength to rebuild." So, for those who are stagnant and don't want to change, ask them to think about the times they have bounced back after losing something in their lives and be grateful for those times. This is showing them resilience. So, the main thing is gratitude. So, when we start talking about gratitude, we are actually doing emotional alchemy. Everything is like a good coin. A good coin always has two sides. If there is a shadow, there is a gift. So, when we try to destroy the shadows, the gifts also disappear. If you say, "Don't let anger arise, don't get angry," then the gifts that would come from that will not reach you. So, accept the shadows. Feel them fully and embody them. Then close the emotional tap. After closing it, alchemize it. That is the key point of gratitude that can change lives. So, even then, we think, "Okay, I am feeling this. How can I help them?" That is our choice. We choose. If someone is very depressed and emotionally overwhelmed, how should I help them? We need to think about it. We need to think about the topics. What topics of gratitude would be most suitable for them? So, for that, we need to practice emotional alchemy. We will practice emotional alchemy in the coming days. After emotional alchemy, today's topics are divided. These topics can also be used for practicing gratitude later. These are topics connected with elements. For example, if you want to transform fire, if someone has fire shadows and you want to transform them into fire gifts, what can you ask them to be grateful for? Gratitude for my passion. Be grateful for things that excite you. Things that you are passionate about. Things that you feel are beneficial for your life. You are excited to do them. For example, if you don't have it in the present, you can connect with your higher self. What would your higher self do that would make you excited? Be grateful for that. Gratitude for my power. Being grateful for your abilities. That connects with fire. If you are grateful for your life's successes, that is gratitude for my power. You give it a title. Be grateful for your successes. Be grateful for what you have achieved. Gratitude for my power. Gratitude for protection. Things you are protected by. That refers to the ability to stand up for yourself. The ability to set boundaries for yourself. Be grateful for that. That connects with fire. Or be grateful for the times you could protect someone you love. That is also a title that can alchemize fire. Gratitude for my courage. Be grateful for the times you had courage. For the choices you made in life with courage. Be grateful for your courage. This is also an exercise that can alchemize fire. So, these are all things that are easy to understand. They are just daily topics. Gratitude for lessons. Gratitude for those who hurt you. Gratitude for your successes. Gratitude for your passions. These are just titles made easy to understand and practice. Let's move on to water. Gratitude for emotions. Be grateful for each emotion that arises. Be grateful for what each emotion teaches you. This is related to water. Gratitude for love. Gratitude for healing. Be grateful for your healing journey. Be grateful for the healing energy you have received in your life. Gratitude for my capacity. This means being grateful for your ability to receive. In other words, be grateful for what you deserve. So, be grateful for what you deserve. This is connecting with the element. Gratitude for tears that cleanse me. Be grateful for the tears you have shed that cleanse you. This is the same as being grateful for lessons. Be grateful for those who have hurt you. Be grateful for those who have caused you pain. What have they been able to change in your life? Write and be grateful for that. This connects with water. Then air. There are many things in air. Gratitude for my wisdom. Be grateful for the wisdom you have gained. What wisdom have you gained? Gratitude for breath. Be grateful for being able to breathe. Gratitude for solutions. Be grateful for the thoughts you are thinking. Gratitude for awareness. Be grateful for what you can become aware of. Gratitude for clarity. Things you have understood clearly in life. This is for moving forward. Gratitude for clarity. Gratitude for vision. This is for the future. Be grateful for what you want to become in the future. Be grateful for the path of life you want to walk. Why is that? Because when you manifest, you need to connect with the air element. Other elements support the air element. They support from behind. When you truly manifest and connect with gratitude, you must use air. Because it works from the mind, releasing magnetic lines from the heart. So, if you want to combine gratitude with manifestation, the element you need to connect with that day is air. It must be the air element. And then be grateful for the things you want to happen, as if they have already happened. Or for interesting things, like shopping lists, bank accounts. Those who have practiced those things. All of those connect with the air element. Manifestation connects with air. Another one is gratitude for connections. Be grateful for the good connections you have in your life. Gratitude for compassion. Be grateful for being able to show compassion. The day we practice gratitude for the desires of others. Do you remember that day? A day when you are grateful for the fulfillment of the desires of your loved ones, without your own desires. You practice gratitude on their behalf. That is in our practice. You write down the desires of others. That is practicing gratitude for compassion. It is a day to practice compassion. Another one is earth. When we look at earth, it's gratitude for my body. You already know. Be grateful for your body. Be grateful for your home. Be grateful for the security you have received. Gratitude for nature. Be grateful for nature. Gratitude for support. Be grateful for the people and things that support you to survive. Gratitude for life. Be grateful for the life you have and for yourself. Gratitude for things. Be grateful for the possessions you own. Gratitude for the present. Be grateful for the present moment. So, let's think back. If we consider the elements, have you noticed which direction we have gone? We usually divide it into three parts. The first part is connecting with the roots. So, from the beginning, be grateful to yourself. Be grateful to nature. Our teachers also drew it this way. Teachers drew it. Be grateful to those you love. Be grateful for what you own. For what supports your life. Why? Because we first connect with the roots. No matter who it is, when people make a change, they connect through their roots. That's why when we practice gratitude, we first connect with earth. Then, in the second part, we go to water. In water, we heal ourselves. Forgive those who have hurt you. Heal your energy that has caused pain. Then express love. That's what we do. Mory knows. It's written here. Yes. Finally, we go to air. We go to air and then be grateful to our higher self for the future. Be grateful for the wisdom we have gained. Be grateful for the good connections we have made in our lives. We do gratitude sharing. We also go to the part where we are grateful on behalf of others. We don't always include fire. Because some people are extreme, we feel their energy. Some are very rushed. When they are rushed, we don't touch fire immediately. Sometimes we connect with fire. At least for two or three days, we might add it. So, this is how you can draw your own gratitude. Based on these points, draw it. Which element will I go to after which element? And what do you think is the most important element for you? My recommendation is always to start with earth. Because earth stabilizes. When you come with the collective, you need to stabilize the energy of that group. So that the energy of that group doesn't escape. First, connect them like strong trees. Then go to water. If there are people who are strong in fire, connect them with fire and then control them. Lead them. So, are we all okay up to this point? Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay. So, I believe you can all draw your own. What will you do on the 28th? This is based on what the teachers have presented before. We have learned a lot from them. This is not knowledge we have gained ourselves. This is knowledge passed down from our teachers. So, study how our teachers draw it. Analyze what they use. I used to look at old files. They are not the same. Look at the flow of the 28th. You will see which part focuses on water, which part focuses on earth. So, I have spoken continuously. So, it's your turn now. Today's practical practice is: I have given many topics. Fire topics, water topics. From those, choose one topic that you connect with, based on your element. Yesterday, you chose your element. You know you are fire, or water. Once you know, look at what you think is good for you. These can be secret shops. Then, from those topics, not all of them, but choose one topic. For example, if you are water, will you be grateful for your healing? Or will you connect with the tears you heard? Choose that. After choosing, first give gratitude yourself. Think of points related to it. We always say ten points. Our teachers always say ten points. So, first write ten points related to it. Then, we will teach them to others in the rooms. We will share. We will discuss how the topic you chose will bring about changes through gratitude, how to practice it, from what perspective to view it, and how you connected with it yourself. So, this is an interesting part to discuss. So, please choose first. Read the topics and choose. What do I need to choose, dear? The topics from here. Yesterday, if you looked, it will be the element you connected with yesterday. You felt that element was strong for you. Then choose one topic. If you chose air, you will read it. Today, do I want to give gratitude for my vision? Or do I want to be grateful for my life? Or do I feel like giving gratitude for my future visions? Or do I want to be grateful for my compassion? Choose one topic that you connect with. A topic for yourself. In your heart, if you feel strongly about something. If you felt strongly about fire yesterday, then the topics are not necessarily the ones written here. You can create your own topic. It's okay. You can go according to the guidance that comes to you. Yes. Today, sister, I want to... No, I don't want to go first. The discussion is good. Okay. Have you all chosen? Yes. Everyone has chosen. Yes. Everyone has chosen. Okay. Since everyone has chosen one, let's analyze it. Let's start writing for yourself. In your notebook, or just write it down. Don't just write it, but feel it fully and connect it with your life. Why did you connect with this topic? Why did you choose this element? And how has it been able to change your life? Let's think about those points. So, let's start writing. I will divide you into groups. Can you show the power part again? Yes, I will show it. Which part should I show? Yes. Yes. For passion, how can you write? For passion, things that make you excited about life. Things you are passionate about. Things you feel are beneficial for your life. Be grateful for those things. Okay. Okay. Let me show it again. Yes. Yes. What is the difference between capacity here and power here? Yes. Yes. Capacity in water refers to what you can receive. It focuses more on what you feel you deserve. What do you think you deserve? And in writing, it should be about receiving capacity. It depends on your capacity to receive. It depends on what you think you deserve. Power refers to what you have been able to do with your strength. Be grateful for what you have been able to achieve with your strength. Teacher, so this is about the body, home, things related to your body. Safety. Support from the present. You have to write and be grateful for all of that. Yes, actually, all these topics are connected. Gratitude for my body. If you are grateful for each part of your body, then the house you live in. Gratitude for the safety of the house. Safety is not just external safety, but also the people who give you emotional security, the work that gives you emotional security. Be grateful for those feelings. So, for each topic, you can think of about ten points. You can also add points that come to your mind. Yes, teacher. Thank you. Yes. So, if you have problems, it's a bit different from water. If there are problems, it's better to connect with water or air. Because things are objects. If you have problems with objects, like the clothes you wear, phones, computers, it can help you solve those problems calmly. But if you really want to solve problems, do you want to heal them with water energy? Or do you want to go with the knowledge gained from air, the awareness, the clarity? Then they will do it. So, I think everyone has written a little. So, I will divide you into rooms. Then, please tell us. With confidence, with confidence. We chose this topic today. Why did we choose this topic? And why should we be grateful for it? How will this gratitude bring about change? If it's something you are very connected to, you will have already received it. You can say it easily. Not like you only know it from reading. You have truly been able to change it. So, you will be able to tell others with embodiment. So, I will divide you like this. Everyone, please enter your rooms. If you are there, Auntie, please turn off and on the light and re-enter the room. Okay, room. Yes. Okay. So, I will stop recording on YouTube for my family watching on YouTube. This is a discussion section. For the practice.
